We had a great experience with Woodbridge Plumbing. The person who answered the phone was friendly and courteous and my appointment was scheduled promptly. Scott, the plumber who was assigned to our job, arrived promptly, was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. We will definitely be calling Woodbridge Plumbing again should we ever have any additional plumbing needs.

Called them out to plumb in two lines for a utility sink in the basement and a new water line for our fridge.  Price was reasonable and the work was top notch.  They even replaced the cheap P-Trap my utility sink came with.  I will definitely call them again for anymore plumbing work I need addressed.

Woodbridge Plumbing came out the same day I called and fixed a blocked kitchen sink.  It needed to be snaked and they were quick, professional, courteous, clean and reasonably priced.  Definitely recommend these guys!

Will never use them again SUCH A RIP OFF! Replacement of a 4 inch pipe cost 721.00. They can take their sweet time because they charge $135 for the first 1/2 hour and $49 for every 15 min after. The job at my house should have not taken 3 hours to fix. Parts were only $151 and the labor was $575! (Plus $20 for travel and they are only a few miles up the road) Good luck to you if you use them be prepared to get RIPPED OFF!

I am so very grateful that I found Woodbridge Plumbing! They have been a breath of fresh air in all areas. Their office staff are friendly, helpful,and very responsive. Their plumbers are professional and very skilled. All of the work I've had done has been first rate. They have been helpful in answering any questions I've had, and are very polite and thoughtful. This is a first rate, top notch company. I recommend them highly!

I'm confident that I will use this plumbing service for years to come. They gave me a quote with an estimated timeline of how things will go when I described to them the problem. After booking something that worked for both of us, they arrived, solved my problem after 15 min and I had him take a look at two toilets that would seem to never stop letting water out.

He did all this under 30min and for $125. I'm a happy man.

I called Woodbridge Plumbing because of their great reviews on both Yelp and Angie's List. And they lived up to their reputation. The main water line to my house broke and the water to my house had been turned off. I called and spoke with Tommy. When I described the problem he knew exactly what I was talking about and said he's dealt with it many times with houses in my neighborhood. He gave me a very ball park guesstimate on the phone. Bobby and another plumber (I didn't get his name), showed up early and got to work digging.  And digging. And digging. They were having a hard time finding the part of the line that was broken. But they kept at it and finally had a breakthrough. Once the break was located they fixed it quickly with copper piping. They made sure the water was flowing (and not flowing) properly before leaving. They filled back the holes they dug. They were very nice, polite, and explained everything to me throughout the process. I appreciated Bobby's calm demeanor and willingness to get this fixed no matter what! In the end the cost was actually just below the low end of the estimate Tommy had given me. I'm happy to have my water back on again! And they were able to dig around my new flower garden and save it. I would definitely recommend Woodbridge Plumbing! Thank you.

Excellent Service 5 years ago so I called them again to get a service call for a leaking hot water heater valve.  They gave me an estimate over the phone of $150 but were unable to come out that day.  I called another plumbing company and they arrived and wanted to charge me $250 for the job.  I told them I would wait for Woodbridge Pluming to do the job and they left but called ten minutes later and said they would do it for $150.  I let them do the job but next time will call Woodbridge Plumbing!!!

I would recommend Woodbridge Plumbing to anyone that has plumbing issues.
I didn't have a plumbing emergency but it was easy to get service pretty quickly.
The plumber that came to my house worked hard and did a great job. I think their prices are reasonable in today's market to get plumbing work done.

So awesome.  THANK YOU. I was floored by an estimate from another local company, so I called Woodbridge Plumbing. Plumber was out the next day and did the work for me in under an hour. Super nice, professional and trustworthy.  Cost of the job was literally 20% of what the other company quoted me.  Unbelievable, right?  I just deleted the other plumber from my contacts and put Woodbridge Plumbing into my address book.  Definitely my new go-to company.

The first time I called Woodbridge Plumbing was after the earthquake of 2011, when I had a pipe burst in my crawlspace. My regular plumber at the time (a much larger local outfit, that I won't name) gave me a four day turnaround time. I called Woodbridge Plumbing, who came out that afternoon. They have since become my go-to plumber. I've since used them a 1/2 dozen times in the last year, for jobs large and small.For larger jobs, they will send out an estimator to draw up a bid proposal; for smaller jobs, they charge by the hour.

Kitchen sink was back up. I called these guys came pretty quick.
even though it took couple days to fix the issue.
They sticked to their word and the warranty cover the extra 2 visits.
Other places were charging me $500ish Woodbridge Plumbing did it for $220.

I had contacted Woodbridge Plumbing Inc. for a simple plumbing fix. The man on the phone Rayner or Reiner has a very difficult time understanding how to communicate. Eventually after several attempts he was able to schedule an appointment.

When the plumber arrived he was confused and had no idea what the problem was. He then became frustrated and started yelling at me and left the job unfinished. After I reported this to the owner, the owner told me he had too much business to worry about this incident. VERY RUDE!

These guys are not a good service. Look elsewhere there are plenty of other plumbers in the area.

We've used Woodbridge Plumbing for several repairs to foreclosure listings. They offer dependable service, reasonable rates, and knowledgeable technicians. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to clients.

We had a pipe burst over night. Called them first thing in yhe morning.  They were supposed to be here between 1pm and 4. Got a call around 10:55 said they would be here in 20. Showed up in twenty. Took them about 45 min to get us back using water. So thankful.  Very professional and nice. Will definitely use them again. Prices were great. They were recommended by two others that loved them. I own a rental property in Woodbridge, but I live in Massachusetts, which means that if anything goes wrong I have to pay someome to take care of it.

My tenant said one of the toilets was having major problems. The toilet was equipped with a Sloan Flushmate, which tends to break every two years, so I believed her. I called on plumbing company (you know, they have a guy on the back of the truck), and they quoted me almost $1,000 to install a new Toto toilet. Toto is industrial grade, and would certainly be overkill for my townhouse, and the installation was well over $500.

I got smart and ordered an American Standard toilet from Amazon, which arrived the next day and with free shipping. The total cost was $210. I then called Woodbridge Plumbing, who gave a reasonable quote. They installed the toilet for about $250, and my tenant (and my wallet) could not be happier.

Called the service emergency line at 9:36 pm. He didn't know what areas they service, not helpful.

First class service, quick,efficient, polite and affordable I'd use again and recommend to anyone looking for great plumber

Once again I am satisfied with the work done by Woodbridge Plumbing.  They do the work and get the job done quickly at a reasonable price.

The team came in took out and replaced the toilet and it was cleaned up as though they'd never been here.  Excellent job.

Absolutely the WORST Customer Service in the NOVA area! We have used Woodbridge Plumbing for over over 30+ years. Customer Service there is now non-existent. We called booked their first available appointment a full week out. Then the tech shows up 2 minutes before the deadline & charge us $97.00 for being late and to take a look. Then said we had to locate the part order it so he can put it on & charge us again.

Woodbridge Plumbing is one of the few companies that would give me a general quote over the phone--major plus!  We had two small problems that were driving us crazy: a leaky faucet in the kitchen and less than stellar water pressure and intermittent leaking in a shower.

Both problems were fixed in less than an hour and our total bill was $92.  It doesn't get much better than that!

Ask for Mike!!!  Mike E. fixed my outside faucets that two other companies couldn't do.  The price is cheap!!!!  He was nice and explained the process all the way through.  Office staff was very friendly, easy to schedule, and will call you a half hour before the service person arrives.  I am a customer for life.  Thank you!!!!!

After Fairfax Water turned the water off to repair a leak on our cul de sac then turned it back on, the shut off valve on the water line coming into our house failed.  We could not turn the water off and it was coming through the leaky valve in a small but steady stream, necessitating emptying a 5-gal bucket every hour.  We called Woodbridge Plumbing at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning, they were here by 10:00 AM, and the repair was finished by 11:00 AM.  The plumber and his assistant were extremely professional; the repair looks great; and they cleaned up any mess they made.  We cannot recommend them enough.

Whew... this turned into a long review! But I'm very, very happy with Woodbridge Plumbing and they've earned this review!

I've used Woodbridge Plumbing since I moved back to the DC metro area in 2005, first in my home in Fairfax Station and currently in my condo in Alexandria. I've always had very good service from them at very reasonable prices. I'm finally writing this review because of my most recent experience with them.

Lately I've been doing more and more DIY projects around the house. I won't go into details, but after my last major DIY project in the master bathroom I had a minor problem that was *very* annoying. It had been a while since I've called a plumber so instead of going back to the tried and true (Woodbridge Plumbing), I decided to see what Yelp had to say about local plumbers.

There were a number of good businesses out there but one stood out in terms of its exceptional reviews (I won't go into names here). Their only ding was their price. I gave them a call figuring I don't mind paying for good service. Unfortunately, long story short, we had a couple of miscommunications/bad communication incidents while playing phone tag trying to set up an appointment. Between that and their flat rate price of $250 (+ parts) for the service I needed done, I gave up on trying someone new.

I'm glad I did.

I didn't have time to play phone tag and, like a reliable old friend, when I called Woodbridge, they were able to make an appointment with no fuss: +1 to Woodbridge Plumbing. They quoted their rates and estimated my work would cost between $135-$200: +2 to Woodbridge Plumbing.

The day of the appointment arrived and the technician showed up relatively early in the quoted timeframe: +3 to Woodbridge Plumbing. I won't use his full name here but since he deserves recognition for an excellent job, his partial name is Scott E.

Scott set to work, diagnosing the issue pretty much instantly. He fixed the problem in a very competent and experienced manner. His work really showed the difference between an experienced professional and a Harry Homeowner type like myself. Watching him work and listening to his explanation as to why he was doing what he was doing made me feel comfortable for every dollar I was spending for Woodbridge Plumbings/Scott's services.

For as dirty a job as Scott was doing, he left my bathroom in much better shape and even cleaner than when he got there. And his final touches (caulking around edges, cutting down bolts that were too long) left my bathroom with a more finished appearance than before.

When it was all said and done the bill came to ONLY $138.50! Over $100 LESS than the *other* business I had flirted with (and that was before parts cost).

THE MORAL OF STORY HERE IS: YOU CAN GET TOP QUALITY PLUMBING WORK & SERVICE FOR EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE PRICES AT WOODBRIDGE PLUMBING.

I'm not sure why, now, I ever considered looking elsewhere for a plumbing contractor. If I wasn't a Woodbridge customer for life before, I AM NOW :-). Thanks Woodbridge, and thanks Scott for doing a good job right the first time!

I had to call the fire department last night because I smelled gas when I entered my condo.  The fire department turned off my gas furnace thinking it was the one causing the issue.  I smelled new gas throughout the night so I called Washington Gas in the morning and the gentleman determined the gas was coming from the vacant unit below me.  Luckily he was able to get into that unit and turn off the gas stove that was still on and also turn off the gas shutoff valve behind the stove.  I also called Woodbridge Plumbing this morning and Scott came out to turn my furnace back and tested it for gas leaks...and put my mind at ease!! So glad all is good again!!  I have heat! Yay!!  I'll have to save Woodbridge Plumbing's phone number in my cell for future needs!!  After a restless night, I plan to sleep today!

I am absolutely pleased with Woodbridge Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.  Honest, quality work that was well worth the price (a price that was so reasonable I didn't think twice about doing a price comparison)!

Willie, the man who answered the phone at 7:30 a.m. had someone out to my house by lunchtime.  Both Willie and the man who came out were polite, professional and an overall pleasure to deal with.  Not only that, but for a short-fused service call (I had a nasty leak from the pipe connected to and directly above my water heater), the entire cost, after having two of the brass connectors on two different pipes replaced, was only $125.  

Great work, great response time and more affordable than a very popular competitor (without saying names, the company vehicles have a painted picture on the back of the vehicles and quite a few commercials on the radio and t.v.).  

I will definitely stick with Woodbridge Plumbing as long as I need a plumber in Prince William County!

I am a first time homeowner and have never had to deal with major issues until this week. I came home to find severe water damage that had apparently been brewing for sometime. After the holiday weekend, I was able to call and book an appointment within 24 hours. I believe Crystal helped me schedule a tech to come out and she was awesome! The next day, Dave the tech came out, found the issue, and fixed it in less than 2 hours (which included him having to go back for a part).
Superb service, follow through, and professionalism! I was also very surprised by how low the bill was - great cost! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing help!

Great service helping with piece of valve gasket stuck to outside hose. It took time but my plumber got it off. He was diligent and patient sawing it off. He saved me from an extensive repair bill. I could have faced installing a new faucet and cutting into the wall to reach it. Thank you Woodbridge Plumbing. You are the best.

We had them come in and replace the thermostat on our water heater.  They did excellent work, and the workers were very courteous both on and off the phone.  They showed up on time and the cost we paid was a little under what we were quoted.

The only complaint was that they do bill per half hour on the labor, and the work completed only took a half hour, but we were billed for a full hour of labor anyway.

Thank you, thank you for the wonderful service! The heating pump pressure regulator had a leak. I submitted a quote through Yelp and they contacted me within hours. From the customer service reps to the assigned technician (AJ), they were professional, explained the processes, and gave me piece of mind.

work quality was good, parts quality was good. labor is a rip off 175hr for first hr then $156 an hr after i was not quoted a price before repair and received an outrageous bill in the mail 2 weeks later. requested a small discount to no avail. will never do business with this business again period

I had plumbing work needed and contacted Woodbridge Plumbing.  They did an outstand job and the customer service was excellent.  Hope I do not have any other plumbing problems but I will contact them first.

These guys do excellent work! I was in desperate need of some plumbing repairs. I called them at 7:30 a.m.. They made it out by 1 o'clock p.m., and fixed my work within one hour. I was amazed. The plumber was professional and quite knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. They will be my first call, whenever I need some plumbing work done.

Poor customer service! The Owner Willie verbally told me not to call them again after a misunderstand on there part ( plumbing language). They charged me for a faucet that was not broken and wanted to bill me a 2nd time after coming out again to repair what was initially requested.

This people are con artists!!! They repaired a broken pipe and charged me almost $600. They charge $60 for every 15 minutes!!!! The plumber even charged me for the time he was talking to me on the phone!!! THIS IS UNHEARD OF!!! I used another company for the same problem the year before and got charged for half of this price.  Shop around before calling them. There are fair and decent plumbers out there.

While making breakfast my kitchen decided to rain a bit. Called Woodbridge Plumbing on a recommendation from a friend and they scheduled me same day. Got a call ahead and the two guys came out, tried of few things, helped me better understand what possible issues were and then fixed it. Super friendly, taught me something, fixed everything in an hour and great pricing!!! I've struggled to find competent trades in the area before but I know who to call any time I have a plumbing issue from now on.

I called Woodbridge Plumbing and was greeted by Willie, after speaking with him I felt very confident with Woodbridge plumbing to do the job. The following day their plumbing specialist Jim Fisher and crew came out and replaced the casing to the well, the pump and electrical wires.  They completed the job in a proficiently and  timely manner and at a fair market price.  We highly recommend. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

We needed 3 faucets worked on.  Roscoe arrived.  He was our hero.  He fixed the kitchen faucet.  It needed a $0.39 part.  Then he replaced 2 sink faucets in the master bath.  He wore booties and gloves.  He wore the gloves so he didn't get any fingerprints on our new Delta faucets.  He took all the trash when he left.  Roscoe was amazing and impressive.  It took him 1.5 hours to deal with everything.
We will definitely call Woodbridge Plumbing again for anything we need.  Thank you Woodbridge Plumbing.

Can't say enough good things about this company from Debbie to Scott (and the other Scott). They couldn't give us the good news we all want, but they set the right expectations from start to finish. I appreciated their honesty and professionalism and would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I chose this because of all the great reviews, but felt that communication could have been a lot better. They did arrive later in the afternoon to my rental property up the street for an estimate on a sewer back up in basement and to call me.
I didn't get any call back on what the issue was and had to call at the end of the day for info. Clogged sewer line (napkins) 2-1/2hrs time with a bill of close to $500.  Seems really high after looking up average cost for this. Could of just bought the equipment. Active duty military discount apparently wasn't accepted for rental properties (even though I own it and paying the bill??).
Also took a few extra phone calls to receive a bill a week later.
Would call around first next time.

1 star is too many for this company!!  We needed an emergency  plumber so we called at 1:00AM with a promise to be recalled in 30 minutes.  At  2:15 we called back and were told they were trying to find the technician.  As of 9:00 we have still not been called.  Emergency dispatch then hung up on me when I called to inquire about why we were not formed.

Woodbridge Plumbing is great! The office staff is polite and helpful and the plumbers who come out to the house are clean honest and great at answering questions.

Our main water supply line sprung a leak 3 months back and the repair involves digging up the yard, replaying a new pipe from the meter to the house, running it through the wall in the basement and adding a new shut off valve. Woodbridge Plumbing came highly recommended to us by a number of long time residences of Prince William County.  I called them and to do my do diligence I called two others to get estimates.

The estimators from the other companies seemed to be trying to find ways to make the job more expensive. Each time they would speak, they had a different plan of how to fix it and each one was more complicated than the previous. Of course these things all made the price go up. The estimator from Woodbridge  Plumbing was clear about what they would do and how they would do it and the price given was competitive and fair (one of the companies quotes was neither of those things).

The guys who came to do the work were very friendly, answered all my questions and when I had to leave before they were done, took the time to show my wife everything, even the stuff I had already covered with them.

In the last three months since, we have had a hose bib freeze and our hot water heaters TP valve fail (when it rains it pours!) and we used Woodbridge for both of those.  The labor for both of those repairs were billed by the 1/2 hour since they were smaller jobs. Both times I felt like the plumber did everything he could to do the projects in the shortest amount of time possible. There was no time wasted.

In the end, as long as I live in this area, I will be using Woodbridge Plumbing for all my Plumbing needs.

Yesterday I arrived home to find one of my bathroom toilets overflowing with water! Toiw3t water never food only nasty!!!
So I YELPED and thankfully  found Woodbridge Plumbing. They were able to send Rex within an hour. After investigating the situation he was able to stop the flood and at the same time quash my hysteria!! He was fantaatic as was the bill. I would recommend this company to any and all who want or need  professional, competent and personable plumbing assistance esp during times of crazy maddness!!

I am so happy i went with this company! From start to finish - GREAT WORK! I contacted them through yelp, they responded in timely manner, and provided all the rates and terms upfront. I first was hesitant , because they charge for first 30 min , and then for each 15 min. Not the set price for the project. So i just had to count on their professionalism and honesty. And i am glad i did.
They arrived within given time frame, called me prior to arrival as i asked. Two gentleman came on company van with the logo, uniformed, and smiling. They  We needed waste dispenser to be replaced. They finished it in 20 minutes. Tested it , checked everything , made sure that everything worked the way it should be. My bill was in accordance they told me before. I ended up paying 2 times less than the other companies quoted me. Plus their work comes with 1 year labor warranty. They were in and out in 30 minutes. AMAZING work! Nw i see why they have such a great rating here on Yelp. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend them to others!

Fantastic job!!!  The plumber adjusted 4 shower heads to make the water hotter and fixed my kitchen faucet that had low water pressure.  He did all this in under 30 minutes and charged me $87 including the $10 off new client discount.

I was quoted $425 by another well known company in the area.

We were referred to Woodbridge Plumbing and are so thankful.  Woodbridge Plumbing is fantastic! They came earlier than expected (and called ahead of time to ask if this was ok), wore shoe covers to not track dirt into the house, and quickly figured out the problem.  They had excellent customer service and were extremely affordable.  I cannot highly recommend them enough.  We've used several other plumbing companies (Around the Clock, HMS, etc...) and no one compares to Woodbridge Plumbing!

I had an emergency at the end of the business day and Woodbridge Plumbing was available after hours to meet my needs.  The after hours overtime was reasonable, about the same rate that I paid for a normal business hour repair by another plumber 9 months ago.  Leroy, the plumber who fixed my issue, called me 30 mins ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, was then promptly on time (even with slick streets from the days earlier snow storm), was clean and courteous.  I even got a discount for being in the military which saved be a few dollars.  I plan on using this company again in the future as they exceeded my expectations!  Thanks again Leroy, fantastic job!

Plumbers provided exceptional service, advice, and repair at a very reasonable cost. Leak was above basement ceiling so they had to cut into the ceiling and perform the repair in a very tight space which they accomplished very professionally in less than 2 hours. They were prompt, neat, cleaned up everything, and were very courteous. I have used this company before to fix a slow drain in my kitchen sink which they performed excellently at very reasonable cost. I will definitely use this company as my go-to plumber.

I had a leaking pipe. I couldn't locate the precise location. I called woodbridge plumbing. This was early afternoon.i was told that I could get appointment the next day (8-10am). But if possible  they would send a tech this afternoon  (within hours ). Roscoe came by within 2 hours. After solving the leak location he promptly repaired the leak!  Maybe a little pricey but quality of service was excellent.

Got to me same day, by far the cheapest quote - no bs, no hassle, and the guy finished in less than 30 minutes which saves me money. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service from office staff and worker.   Explained their fees and saved me money from the very beginning by talking me out of expensive diagnostics and repairs that would have wasted time and been more expensive than a quick replacement.  Total price was 20% less than quoted on the phone.   Worker was on time, super polite, and quick.   ZERO complaints!

One terrific company. I cannot say enough about this great company. They came over on a Saturday and quickly found and repaired my leak. The service was fast, friendly and best of all inexpensive; considering it was a weekend emergency. If you have a plumbing emergency I highly recommend that you call them first. called another plumber for a leaking washer hook up.  That place charged me $30, said he wouldn't worry about the leaking washer hook up since it'll stop when the washer gets installed, but went on and on about how I need new toilets.  REALLY??!!???  the washer hook up leak had the floor and wood SOAKED.

Called these guys.  They came out the next day.  Fixed the leaking washer hook up really fast.  Once the water got turned back on, he checked the faucets in my place and the toilets. Said all were fine. he offered to add some new fancy appliance/ pipe saver, so I did it. Jamie was very pleasant and suggested I use a fan to help dry up the wet floor and even left some supplies to patch up the hole he had to make.  His price was very reasonable- only $8 more than the other guy quoted to fix the same issue- except Jamie didn't try to sell toilets.  He also gave me lots of tips and suggestions for when I do need toilets.  I'm really glad I went with these guys.  I'm adding them to my list of contractors to use.  Highly recommend!
