Waterworks

This place has an amazing selection of beautiful things. Great for window shopping (I guess more if you have the funds :) ), and the staff is very friendly and approachable. I've never seen so much unique tile in one place.

What a disappointment. This used to be the premier stone showroom in DC. Sadly, the Georgetown Waterworks staff is burned out, error prone and utterly indifferent to quality or customer service.

In attitude and execution Waterworks management says every day: we really, really do not need your $ business.

i purchased heavy white stone a bathroom fixture here and haven't been disappointed. it has aged beautifully and no wear and tear. well worth the price.
