We had a GFI light flashing on an outlet in our kitchen with multiple outlets without power. They were out the same day, determined the outlet had failed, and immediately swapped it out. The were quick, reliable, and got us back up and running

I used them for putting Tesla charger in my garage. They did a great job in checking the main and ensuring we have room to add the charger. The work was seamless and nicely done.

Michael is a great and honest guy.  

He did quality work on my home installing a new electrical panel, front lights, and fixing some stuff out of code.  

Prices were fair and he even gave a time discount for me helping to snake wires through the walls.

I found a 5-star electrician on Yelp with 8-hour response time, so of course I called him first. After two days without any response, I called twice and no one ever picked up the phone. Victor answered his call immediately, was available, and came right on time as scheduled. I was most impressed with how he gave me alternatives to saving money and energy, and explained everything so clearly that I could follow as a layman. He and Benjamin finished more than six projects I gave them quickly and efficiently in just half a day. After my remodeler dragged on for 10 weeks and still did not finish, this is a breath of fresh air.

Wow these guys are great! I wish they did more than electrical. They are timely, professional, knowledgeable and have a truly unique warranty. It's actually in their name. I had an issue with my furnace turning on. Turns out the HVAC service person didn't check the main disconnect! Five or Free came out, caught the issue within 5 mins and didn't even charge me. Will only be using them going forward.

We needed someone immediately and owner Juan Marin was there to help!  We called several companies but couldn't get anyone to come asap. High Power Electric took care of us immediately!  When he left we received a detailed explanation what was going on. He called to confirm the appointment one day prior and he called again the morning of to give me a more accurate ETA! His technician, Rafael, was not only one time and professional. He was also very courteous and made sure all of the electrical related problems in our home were fixed before he left. Roger called again after the work was complete to make sure we were satisfied! Whether I have a leak in the roof, a faucet installation, or need someone to say please don't touch that live wire until we arrive, HH is there for me! Recently, Stephen found the source of an electrical issue that kept shorting out my breaker and was able to fix it quickly and efficiently! It was awesome!

Bill is the greatest guy around.  This morning, I had the power go out on the wall that controlled the fridge, microwave, and stove/oven.  Bill was over in no time, and when the problem was something easily resolved he didn't even charge me!  He took his time explaining what had happened, how I could avoid the problem in the future, and told me to keep my money and use it to take my kids for ice cream!  I cannot recommend his services more highly.  There isn't another electrician in town that I would ever use!

Mark was kind and such a professional. On top of that , he saved us a lot of money! Super cheap compared to all the other quotes we received from other companies.

We contacted EVCharger Expert to have them install a 240-volt outdoor charger at the top of our driveway, located approximately 45 feet from our electric circuit box. They responded to our request within 24 hours, Erin came to our house to inspect our location shortly thereafter, and he provided us with a detailed, written estimate within a day. Because this was an outdoor installation, they also recommended a contractor who could dig an 18 deep trench for the electric conduit (who we paid separately at a reasonable price).

The guys (Erin and Kirill) worked with the city of Berkeley to obtain a work permit and scheduled the installation work within a couple of weeks. Because we requested that the trench follow the contour of an existing pathway, it was not dug in a straight line from the circuit box to the charger site. So Erin (who performed the installation) had to be creative in his use of some bendable conduits within the trench. Not only was he a good problem-solver, but we found him to be responsive (patiently answering a lot questions), efficient, communicative, friendly, respectful, and hard-working (the project was completed in a day). While planning out the project, he considered aesthetics as well as convenience, and the end result was an attractive ChargePoint EV station. When we discovered a couple of days later that our dishwasher was not working, Erin returned to diagnose the problem and replace a breaker at no charge. Finally, the guys were able to schedule the final inspection within days of completing he job.

We would recommend working with Erin and Kirill to anyone who wants to install an EV charger at their house, for all the reasons described above. They are highly professional and easy to work with, and what more can you ask of skilled service providers?

Robert Ramirez is an excellent technician. He's friendly and efficient. He even helped me replace a dead lightbulb in a very hard to reach place. I'm very thankful for his professionalism and skill level!
