Quick response , clean, efficient, reliable, owns this company and knows his stuff and reasonable.  We were without hot water for two days He saved the day !!!

I seriously cannot recommend Fitzgerald Plumbing enough. We recently moved into a house with a 30 year old water heater that was on its way out. We decided to bite the bullet and get a new water heater before the old one inevitably went out at the most inconvenient time.

We shopped around around and got a quote from one plumber who came out to the house, Home Depot who quoted over the phone, and Fitzgerald Plumbing. Fitzgerald Plumbing beat both and provided the exact same services and water heater (Bradford White 40 gallon gas).

Thomas was able to install the heater same day and we now have hot water! He gave us 5 different options with absolutely no pressure to choose anything we didn't want. He also replaced our water shutoff valve for a great price. Thomas arrived during the time window he gave, took his time to get the job done right, and is even coming back tomorrow to fix a small leak for no extra charge.

The lowest price is reason enough to go with Fitzgerald Plumbing, but the great service, honesty, and responsiveness make Fitzgerald Plumbing a no-brainer.

I had a Leak in my home and somebody recommended Fitzgerald Plumbing to me and let me tell you I couldn't be more happy that they did because Thomas the owner came out himself and explained the process and prices and they were way better pricing than I have gotten from other plumbing company's and you can tell Thomas CARES about his customers unlike other companies I have used before.

Overall Thomas did a fantastic job and I will for sure hold on to his number for whatever plumbing needs I may have and will recommend him to all my friends and family. Thank you thomas you the man

I had Thomas (the owner of Fitzgerald Plumbing) replace an old water heater at our house. There were some complications but none of them were problems for Thomas. He explained my options, gave me the cost and benefits of each option, And then did the install all in one afternoon. I really appreciated his honesty, expertise and professionalism. I will be calling Fitzgerald's for all of my plumbing needs!

Old water heater died and needed a new water installed...on Thanksgiving! Even though Fitzgerald Plumbing was closed Thurs/Fri, Thomas still came out on Friday to assess and provide 4 tiers of options for the installation of a new water heater, without pressure to choose the most expensive option. Thomas was nothing short of professional. Great communication throughout, showed up within time frame he provided, and even provided same day service for us! His pricing was comparable to other quotes I received, without the wait. Overall, very happy with this experience! Would not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you Thomas. I called to get an estimate to repair or replace the water heater at my parent's house. Help arrived within a few hours. Thomas provided an estimate that was 1,000.00 less than a company that advertised on TV and was extremely patient in explaining and re-explaining everything to my parents so that they were comfortable everything. Thomas came out to help me with an aging water heater.  Not only did he get it up and running quickly nor push me to replace it, he suggested some improvements that can extend the life and/or minimize damage when it does fail.  He was very professional and I would highly recommend.

Fitzgerald Plumbing was on site and fixed our leak without a couple hours of contacting them. Super fast response time. They also took pictures and uploaded them for us so we could see exactly what work was done. There was also a written description of the step by step process of all the work done. I was definitely impressed and relieved. It was so nice to move on with my day knowing the problem was fixed.

Thomas saved the day! After struggling with a washing machine that was continuously backing up and calling a plumber who cleared it multiple times, someone recommended Thomas. His response time was quick and his solution was to resize the pipe. I have not had an issue since! Thank you Thomas for a job well done!

Thomas was prompt and very thorough about checking out our situation. Calmed my worries about the water heater and then offered suggestions about keeping our home free of possible future problems.  We're calling him when we're ready to take his suggestions.

Fantastic service and quick service!!  The response time has always been immediate.  Thomas, the owner, was very knowledgeable and informative. We appreciated the time he takes to explain stuff.  Fair pricing makes his services less stressful.  We don't always take the time to do reviews, but after using his services for about the 4th time now, on our properties, I feel we can be very confident in giving a review! I highly recommended Thomas! He is our go to plumbing expert and is always available when we need him. We use him for our residence as well as maintenance issues for our rental. He has access to a network of other service experts in his industry, should a plumbing problem require additional work to be done.
