A few weeks ago I had a slab leak in a bedroom. I decided that it would be a good idea to re-pipe my entire home to vastly reduce the possibility of another leak. I got a few estimates, all of which were in the same range. Having used Canyon Hills Plumbing for other needs, I gave them the job. Unlike other companies that bid, Canyon Hills was able to complete the entire re-pipe in under one day. Water off at 7:30am, back on by 4:00pm. Two days later, a drywall subcontractor came out to patch all of the holes required for the project. Both the pumbing and drywall work was top quality. The drywall guy and his crew are magicians. It's near impossible to locate the areas that were repaired. Once again, professional, courteous, expert services were provided at a fair price.

Our kitchen sink was backed up and main valve for water supply in our home was old, and as a result it could lead to a whole host of issues. Canyon Hills was very responsive as they not only got out to our property quickly they made sure to text a photo of the name of the technician with his link for checking times and changes. I cannot say enough good things about Canyon Hills Plumbing. Since purchasing our home a year ago, we have had them out on three separate occasions and each visit has been extremely quick and painless. They are very knowledgeable and honest, and we never feel as though we're being taken advantage of (which says a lot these days).
Special shout out to Burtoe. He is such a pleasant guy, knows his stuff, and we appreciate how he explains the issue in layman's terms, offers helpful tips, and makes sure to go over the repairs completed. He's definitely an asset to the company.

We have used this plumber twice when the plumber who we were recommended to could not get us in. The only reason we did not call them first is that we couldn't remember the name. On September 29th our household experienced a slab leak at our home. This was the first time ever that we had been exposed to a plumbing problem with such dire consequences. We did not have a plumber in mind but was referred to Canyon Hills Plumbing by our son who lives in Canyon Hills.
We made the call in late evening leaving a message on their voice mail. To my surprise shortly after my call a live person contacted me to address my concerns. She indicated that she would have a plumber out to our residence to attend to our plumbing needs. Then she suggested that we turn off the water main to reduce further damage. Good idea!
We were notified by text the next morning that Will Tomlinson, the plumber [also pictured on the text message] was on his way to our residence. Shortly thereafter Will arrived and began the process to determine where the leak was located. Once located he quickly addressed and fixed the leak by rerouting a hot water line from the hot water heater into the attic and to the kitchen sink thus fixing the leak. You might ask, Was it an expensive fix? In short, YES but slab leaks are expensive to rectify. He asked if I wanted to reroute all of my water lines into the attic. My response was not to incur the expense at this time.
Then I thought better of my decision not to go forward. I contacted Will once again and asked for a quote to do just the hot water lines in my home. He quoted what I thought to be a reasonable patch on the remainder of my hot water lines. Will returned the next week with his partner Jake and in two days redirected my hot water lines into the attic and giving me peace of mind that another slab leak will have been averted. The following day they had a dry wall crew who fixed all of the drywall fixes as well as replacing a 12x24 tile at our Roman Tub that was removed to gain access to the hot water line in the tub.
Impressed was I of the professionalism and work ethic of these two members of the Canyon Hills Plumbing team addressing my problem. Will and Jake were very considerate of our situation by providing explanations of what they were about to do and accomplished the tasks in an expeditious manner. We were never out of water as they did their work as they made sure that we had access when needed.
We now have a plumber when needed. A great job well done Will and Jake!
I had a leaky toilet and called Canyon Hills Plumbing. They were easy to schedule with and came out the very next day (today).
Our technician, Jerry Cabrera, was phenomenal! He was extremely professional, had excellent customer service, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The work he performed was high-quality, and it was easy to tell that he takes great pride in the work that he does. The issue was resolved in a very timely manner thanks to Jerry's expertise.
We are glad to have a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company so close to our home.
Want to say Manny and Oscar were great. They were actually early to the appointment and took care of us quickly. They were extremely professional, had excellent customer service, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions about replacing my risers.

Previous homeowner hadn't serviced the septic in almost a decade so I was scrambling to find a company that specializes in septics. I found Canyon Hills Plumbing and I am so thankful I did.
Jorge Nunez was the technician that came out and provided a breakdown of recommended services and each process. Jorge not only helped me find the septic but was able to dig the system up, inspect the lines in and out, and put some risers to provide easier access in the future.
Jorge was professional, courteous, knowledgeable enough to provide some recommendations. Overall 10/10.
I knew my 3 years old son put something down the toilet. Whenever we flushed it was a slow flush for a while and then, today I saw a wad of toilet paper in the toilet clogging it, so I decided to call the big guns. Jose came in like a knight in shining armor and saved the day! Here I thought it was baby wipes, a ball maybe or something and it was the magnetic toy! Jose was very professional came in with shoe covers, explained every scenario and price before starting. Will definitely be using them again, as I have 5 bathrooms and a mischievous 3 year old, who will give me some kind of headache in the future. Thank you Canyon Hills Plumbing for being so prompt and Jose for handling this situation like a boss! Also to the lovely lady on the phone whom I spoke with, where we had a good laugh regarding my 3 year old. Thank you for making me feel at ease with this stressful situation!

This is my second time giving 5 stars to Canyon Hills Plumbing. Found a leak in my home over the weekend. Called them first thing but was told (by an answering service I think) that they couldn't come till Tuesday. I scheduled with a different plumbing contractor who couldn't get here until late Monday so I was going to be without water until then. I decided to call CHP again Monday morning and they got someone out real quick. Daniel was the technician and was so kind, professional and did an amazing job. It was determined that the leak was from my water heater. They got me a new water heater installed and everything done by 3pm that day. Jake was the installer and was also professional did a great job with the installation. Quick service and a reasonable price. Will never use another plumbing contractor.

I would highly recommend this company. We needed our septic cleaned out. Manny & Oscar arrived early, which was great. The company had called beforehand to let me know this. We had trouble finding the septic but once we did they were very, no, extremely professional and performed their servicing perfectly.
During and after, Manny answered all my questions and recommended a maintenance schedule for the future.
I would definitely use them again, not only for my septic but for other plumbing issues.
Arrived on time. Clean and efficient. Very professional. Price charged what was quoted. Left the place in better condition than when they got there. 5 stars ++

In an immediate need for an inspection for a home we plan to purchase, they were able to send someone over as soon as the same day I called. They service during the weekend and that's when we had Joshua perform a plumbing and sewer inspection for us. Since this was our first experience for something like this, he was courtesy and answered all our questions. Plus, he was a cool dude to talk to too. In its entirety, this was a great experience from booking the appointment to obtaining the inspection reports/estimates that we needed. Highly recommended.
I've used canyon hills plumbing a few times for services for my grandmother and they have been great every time. The are very prompt and show up in during the window of time they claim they will. They send a message with the picture of the plumber coming to the house so you know who to expect. They are very thorough and explain everything they are doing and why.
I consulted my neighborhood's Facebook group when I needed a plumber and found Canyon Hills Plumbing mentioned again and again. It was about 8pm on a Monday night but I decided to shoot them a DM anyway. Even though it was after-hours I got a response within about a minute and a few minutes from that, I was all set up and scheduled for their arrival the very next day, between 2pm and 4pm.
Throughout the day of their scheduled arrival, Canyon Hills Plumbing followed up through text message to keep me abreast of their anticipated arrival. I got a message when the plumber was in route along with the company's license number.
Jorge arrived shortly after the text, just as promised, and he was friendly, well spoken and knowledgeable. He assessed my issue, gave me a quote on the spot and was set up in minutes with my approval and a couple iPad signatures.
The entire process was so easy from scheduling to completion. No exaggeration, probably the best service of its kind I've ever had. Thank you Canyon Hills Plumbing!

I called them for an Estimate. outside drain problem that needed a hydro jet they gave me an option to have somebody come out and give me an estimate which I did we agreed on a price they said they can clean the drain out they've tried it 3 times and were unsuccessful then they told me they were gonna stick a camera down the drain and every time I ask for them to do that they never did and I still have the problem. I don't think a camera exists because every time I ask for one they would never bring it out to show me what's in the drain to be causing the problem. On top of bringing a Hydro jet out, they use my water to fill up their empty tanks. I only wanted this project to be a positive experience. Unfortunately It was a Total Letdown.
After 12 years our 75 gallon gas water heater expired. I called around looked for a reasonable deal and the right attitude. I got estimates from several businesses, but the best attitude and very competitive pricing won me over to Canyon Hills Plumbing.
There were plenty of local plumbers where I am (92880), but had to look elsewhere. I spoke to Jason, the business owner and he was very helpful and you just get the right feeling that the customer is important to his business. Like As I said before , the pricing was very competitive and although the price of a new gas water heater itself is already at a premium, Jason worked with me so the purchase did not greatly impact my finances.
Kudos to Nick and Alex, who arrived within the promised time window, got the work done in a precise and timely manner. I asked Nick questions so as to understand the new unit and he patiently answered them. They left the work area clean and in order.
I am impressed and would state that I highly recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing. Give this business a call for your plumbing requirements. You will not be disappointed. Jason will work with you to sort out your plumbing issues.

Jose Navarro arrived to fix our plumbing problem at the time I was told. He was friendly and professional and got the job done quickly. I was unable to get my regular plumber to come out to one of my rental properties on Christmas Eve with a clogged drain problem. Fortunately, Canyon Hilla Plumbing was able to come out in Christmas Eve first thing in the morning. The lady who answered the first phone call ( Allison ) was polite and helpful. The technician Jorge called me to explain short term and long term solutions since this house has had chronic drain problems with the washing machine and kitchen sink clogging up. Jorge explained all my options of service, snake, camera view, hydro wash, etc. He was very polite and professional. I highly recommend Jorge and Canyon Hills plumbing for honest, prompt and professional service. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs with my rental properties and my home.

Our outdoor faucet was not closing and water was leaking. I was unable to fix myself as it was welded on. Canyon hills was able to come out the same day and fix it within 30 mins. Will definitely recommend

We moved to our home a little over three years ago and we were told that our home had a septic tank... We had an idea of what it was and according to the previous owner it was placed in a certain place in our front yard. However, once we started having problem with our plumbing we were recommended to call Canyon Hills Pluming not only because they are reliable and helpful but also they are affordable! & when I mean helpful our technician Manny showed us where the lids for our septic tank were located in reality rather than trusting the previous homeowners directions which were wayyyy off!! Manny was very helpful and broke down what every lid we have and what it's for and how the septic tank works and also tips on how to not have our tank full up quickly!! Manny also informed us that we might have a bigger problem when it came to pluming because he was seeing that something was off with the water that was running in the pipes and that was also a great help because if it weren't for him we wouldn't have noticed and not many technicians would have pointed it out!!!

During a stressful time for my mother where other company were not cancelling on us, Canyon hills plumbing was able to come out immediately the next day on New years day to fix our water heater. Installer Jorge Nunez was excellent, professional and patient with my mom and explained everything thoroughly to her about the issue, resolved it and he was fast. The install looks beautiful than previously with another companies. Even provided the drain pan which other company dont do , all new hoose and a drain leak pipe if it ever leaks so that it wont ruin the walls. He even had great conversation with us as he was installing. We were impressed with his work. Thank you so much Jorge your a blessing and your hard work during the holidays especially.

We had somewhat of a freak incident and when I say freak I mean sewage coming up our tub freak. CHP was able to come out next day to find the problem and recommend a solution. Will was our service technician and he's a great guy! Explained everything and answered our millions of questions with patients. All in all took them 48 hrs to fix a problem that had many unexpected challenges. Rates are extremely reasonable/competitive. Great experience during a difficult time. Thank you Will!

We called Canyon Hills Plumbing after calling several plumbing companies in the area. They actually answer their phone! And they sent out a plumber to check out what we wanted done - install a water conditioning system and fix a malfunctioning bathroom shower. We called Canyon Hills plumbing today because we discovered that we had stuck valves in the laundry room. We got a same day appointment and the valves were replaced within 4 hours. We got visited today by Jose Navarro and he got to work right away on our clogged up downstairs shower. He explained what he was going to do before he started any work. They also worked around the timeline we had available vs what they could only do. It took him a bit to see what the issue was but once he found the problem he showed us pictures of it. He also checked the sink and the toilet plumbing to make sure there wasn't a problem there. He was very pleasant and was respectful of our home. He even put on shoe booties. I know it's not much but that was nice. Most people just plow in without regard to how you like your home. He also let us know if it's a problem within the next couple of weeks to give them a call back and they will look at it again for free. We will for sure keep their number on hand for any future plumbing issues!
Leak in an upstairs bathroom. Jorge came out and found and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. customer service and work was very good. i will definitely contact Canyon Hills again for any additional issues. i used them a prior time to figure out why my floors were getting warm. Our rental house had a clogged kitchen drain. We called Canyon Hills Plumbing on a Saturday and technician Jose Navarro arrived on site that afternoon. Jose told us that there was many years of grease buildup in the pipe and he used a mini jetter to clean out what he could. After his work, he offered us a 3 month warranty with 1 callback. A few days later, our tenants reported that the drainage slowed again. We called the office and Jose returned with a camera and a higher pressure jetter to clean out more of the grease. It's been a few weeks now and our tenants haven't complained since. We are happy with Jose's service, especially how he readily honors his warranty. He also took a few photos/videos to show what was being washed out of the pipe. I also liked how how explained what he planned to do and answered our questions. Thank you, Jose!

Wow I can't believe how amazing Canyon Hills Plumbing is.
I thought I was in for a very large repair bill for an under the slab in my garage. When Burtoe and Jose came the same day to inspect. They determined my water was a leak from my sprinkler valve. Did not charge a penny for the visit and their professional opinion. If you need a plumber do not hesitate to call Canyon Hills.
I called Canyon Hills Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor. I wanted to have my septic leach field located in preparation for a construction project. Well, as these things usually go, the job was not as straight forward as we thought. We uncovered some issues that made it very difficult to both locate and determine the condition of the leach field. Anthony and Jonathan were a pleasure to work with. They determined a plan of action and went above and beyond to accomplish it. Very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services.
Chris and Jose were incredibly professional and efficient. They were on time and very understanding and kind when I was late getting home so that they could start they're job. They explained the issue and my options moving forward and completed the job quickly! Would definitely recommend this service to anyone in the area!

I was desperate for a plumbing fix and my neighborhood plumber was up in Mammoth for who know how many days. Because of all the positive reviews, I called Canyon Hills Plumbing and was able to get someone here the very next day. Jose was fabulous! He not only completely knew his craft but went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
Communication was key as I got phone checks and messages alerting me to pending arrival as well as checking on my satisfaction with the complete job.

I had many plumbing issues - three non-working bathroom faucets, three toilets needing replacement and two nonworking shower heads and a clogged shower drain. Service manager Steve contacted me. Steve was very understanding about the confusion and my frustration. Even went so far as to tell me that he is working with his team and how they communicate what a free inspection constitutes. Agreed to make things right even though I had already contacted another plumber to take care of my problem. Really appreciate the company reaching out and resolving my issue. Was on my way home from work and my mother in law called and said all the toilets were overflowing and the kitchen sink was gurgling. I assumed it was a clog and I'm pretty handy but this is something I had no idea how to fix.
I remember seeing their banner next to Amber Air and decided to look them up and was really happy to see they had over 200 5-star reviews!
I sent a request through Yelp and got ahold of a very nice lady in the office. Within 10 minutes she had Jorge in route and headed my way! Less than 10 minutes later, Jorge was at my house! He was wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers. He is extremely polite and personable and a fellow Marine, Semper Fi! He cleared the clog and gave me some options to do a basic or long term fix. I also asked about flushing my tankless water heater and getting a Halo Water Purification System!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Suspected we had a hot water slab leak and called Canyon Hills Plumbing and they sent Jack Williams and his co-worker Jon out the next day (which was a Sunday). Jack took his time to explain what he would do to diagnose the problem and set about doing so. Not only did he correctly diagnose the slab leak but found a couple of other water line problems that needed attention. He gave me a very reasonable estimate which I approved and came back the next day to tackle was was a pretty extensive job.
During each step of the repair process Jack explained what he was doing and why. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. Jack and his co-worker were extremely polite, personable, and professional. Having lived in this house for 33 years, I have dealt with several plumbing companies, my experience with Canyon Hills Plumbing was by far the best. I will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

We purchased our home in Murrieta in March 2022 and had contacted Canyon Hills Plumbing to replace 18 angle stops, install garbage disposal, replace 2 shower heads, remove 4 old toilets and install 4 new toilets. I was given some discounts on the entire quote.
Jose was very professional and worked diligently to get all the work done.
Next project is replacing the water heater and I will contact Canyon Hills Plumbing and request for Jose to do the install.

I really appreciated Canyon Hills and the quality of their work. Richie and Alex came out and on quick inspection found the source of my septic problem and were able to act immediately to fix it.
Richie made sure to spell out multiple options, gave me important information and advice about best practices, discounted some services and set me up with financing. He also called his boss to our place to review his findings and advise on how to approach a long-term solution
The work was done in two days with almost no interruption of service, and you would barely even know that they had been there.
Richie and Alex from Canyon Hills Plumbing were great! They both have excellent customer service, a wealth of knowledge and really helped us with our repipe and plumbing needs.
Berto was great, was concerned trenching and replacing the pipes would take more than 1 day but him and his team knocked it out in 1 day.

Jorge was courteous and smiling all the time. He took pictures to show me what was wrong and explained how he was going to fix it and of course how much that was going to cost. Very professional.

Jason the owner was super helpful and a Swedes my questions and gave me options without immediately trying to upsell me. Late into the evening he took the time to coordinate and ensure I was setup. Then Jorge contacted me and was in the area and came out that night. After my DIY blunder he came through and ensured the family was able to wake up to hot showers instead of me waking up to laser piercing glares. We have had Canyon Hills plumbing fix issues for us before but today we had a major leak under our kitchen sink. Richie came out and on the same day was able to fix our air gap, replace the garbage disposal and put a new piping and now everything works perfectly! They even referred us to a restoration company to deal with the damage to the cabinets. Extremely happy with the service and work!
5 stars all the way! We had a bad clog and our whole downstairs was backed up with sewage! Of course this went down in the evening after hours. Called Canyon Hills and they came right out and got the clog! They are going to come back out and replace the pipe and fix our toilet too! Highly recommend them!

The water valve for the toilet was leaking from the wall. I called Canyon Hills to see If I could get it fixed ASAP. I talked to Allison who was very friendly. She was able to send somebody very quickly.
Two hours later Jorge and Johnathon arrived at my house. They were very professional and friendly. They replaced the valve as well as the one in the other 2 bathrooms. They did a very good job and I heartily recommend them.

We have used Canyon Hills Plumbing now three times. Each time they have provided excellent customer service. Even on Sunday when they are closed they returned our emergency plumbing call and the supervisor came out and took care of the problem for us. Highly recommend this plumbing company.

Daniel and Chris came to our home for repairs the day we found a water leak! We were given an estimate for a possible slab leak but when it came time to find the problem we found out it wasn't a slab leak after all! They were very efficient in finding the problem and letting us know what it would take to fix it and in giving an estimate. I needed septic risers installed on my septic tank as well as pumping and canyon hills plumbing was extremely helpful and very reasonable with pricing. They installed the risers just how I wanted and went out of their way to insure everything was top notch.

Currently in the process of renovating my kitchen but also had a leaking issue at one of the valves from under the kitchen sink. And then RICHIE NAVARRO came out and saved the day. Not only he was polite and knowledgeable, but he also gave me updates about the resources needed and his whereabouts. He installed the faucet, disposal, and upgraded all 3 of my valves to quarter-turn valves for a decent price. They said that you'll never know the value until it's gone. It's true! I never realized how convenient to have hot water as you turn your faucet and hot water is quickly avail to use specially during cold weather. Well, that convenience suddenly stop Sunday night. The igniter on my water heater stop working.

My husband and I would really like to thank George and Richie for coming out to give us an estimate on a plumbing problem we've had for over 6 months. They fixed the problem the same night. They had to run out to the store a few times to get necessary parts and didn't stop working until the job was done. Now our pipes are as good as new. Awesome experience! These guys responded the day after we initially called for a consultation and gave us a reasonable estimate within 24 hrs. Had a leak issue/possible flooding and they made the repairs issue as seamlessly as possible. We did have a slight delay when the wrong part ordered showed up, but they explained and we made the necessary adjustment. They even helped prevent a flood with diagnosing another repair we needed in the same area and it proved to be helpful. I'd definitely call on them again. Compared to past plumbing repairs we had a few months ago through the home warranty claims, I prefer working with Canyon Hills Plumbing. Thanks so much for the prompt help.
Recently wanted to get a new kitchen sink installed and investigate an issue with sediment collecting when using hot water. Will Tomlinson and crew were very professional and made the process very easy. He was very good at explaining the issue and potential solutions for our water heater and we ended up going with a tankless to avoid similar complications in the future. Will and his colleague worked all day on a Saturday to get both the new sink and water heater installation done and it was a lot of work! Really appreciated how friendly and professional they both were, and how the emphasized on maintaining clean environments during and after the installation. Cutting into tile throws a lot of dust and debris into the air but they made sure their area was contained and after it was done you would never have been able to tell there was major work that just occurred there. I called Canyon Hills Plumbing out for a Clogged Main Drain Line, They sent out their Technician Jerry, He was very Polite, Knowledgeable. I explained that we had a clogged drain line, but I believed that it had cleared itself. Jerry inspected the drain line for flow, and had me run many taps to see if the line would back up again. It checked out okay, and Jerry said no charge for the Inspection. I tipped him, which I had to force him to take. It's Nice to know that there are still honest Companies, and Technicians out there.
My Mom has used them and they cared for her property with care as placing a new water heater.
I wanted to use them for a recent issue at my home. Unfortunately, the appointment was not available. Yet they were courteous and professional every step of the way.

I'm buying a new washing machine, and my old valve box is a mess! Needed to be replaced, so I sent out for some quotes, got a few estimates, and Canyon Hills Plumbing had a great price. Jorge came out on New Year's Day and he was very informative and helpful. He made sure our kitchen leak only had two sources and fixed the issue on the same day. We have used Canyon Hills Plumbing before. They are honest and affordable.

The team at Canyon Hills Plumbing are the best. I needed a plumber last minute to get a house ready to put on the market. They're exceptionally good at last minute scheduling (Please don't do like I did and wait til the last minute) but if you need to, they are incredibly accommodating. Suspecting a slab leak I called Canyon Hills Plumbing to inquire about leak detection and repair services. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day which is when I met Vincent and Gio. Vincent was able to quickly and accurately diagnose, locate, and offer multiple repair options for the slab leak, as well as recommend installation of a water pressure regulator to prevent future possible problems after discovering our pressure was too high.
After we decided upon an attic reroute, Vincent and Gio stopped the existing leak and were able to leave us with water in the remainder of the house while they obtained the necessary parts for our repair and were able to come back the next day which was a Saturday to complete the repair. Both Vincent and Gio were very friendly, professional and competent and I will be using Canyon Hills Plumbing again if we need another plumber.

I contacted Jason at Canyon Hills Plumbing to remove and replace 3 toilets. He is local and his quote was more than fair. He completed the job even though the installation was pretty complex. I decided to get those fancy toilets with smooth sides and no visible hardware. We did not realize how difficult those are to install compared to basic toilets with exposed screws and caps.
While Jason was at the house he also verified the installation of my kitchen faucet. It was installed by a non-licensed plumber who left it loose. Jason took care of it in about 2 minutes. I wasn't even home during the installation, I unlocked my front door remotely and Jason hooked me up. The install is flawless, Jason took the time to ensure the dual flush settings were correct. He's a real pro, I wouldn't hesitate recommending Canyon Hills Plumbing to family and friends.

I called Canyon Hills as they repaired my tankless water heater almost 2 years ago. I had a busted kitchen faucet hose setup that I couldn't find the parts for and needed our sink to work ASAP. Nick and Alex showed up same day, installed a new faucet for us within an hour and were done with a professional quickness. Love these guys, would highly recommend!

Our water heater went out after 12 years and of all nights, on a Friday night. I called Canyon Hills plumbing that night and they were able to get us in the next day with a brand new water heater because they keep the size we needed on hand and in stock! These stars don't go low enough. Burtoe Vazquez shows up an hour late without apology. Babbles incessant and tracks dirt in the house. I show him what's wrong. He says fill valve and adds on flapper (unneeded overcharge item). I ask him about the sinks. He states he can fix them if I give him the parts. His prices are very high. He makes a rude remark about how clean our faucets are (yes; we wipe them after usage as adults do). He looks for items to charge us for. I catch him at his BS. He makes a rude remark that I should fix the plumbing myself. I agree yet why should I when I called a plumber to do it? Rude, unprofessional, possibly high individual with very little actual knowledge. I get the written quotes from him $645 and with that, $420 with my parts provided he has to shut off the water to the home to switch out cartridges! He doesn't know how to turn off the supply lines at each sink! No $50 discount included. Pure incompetence and ripping off seniors. Stay clear!

Much appreciation and respect for Jason. I inboxed him in the early morning hours (pre-cup of coffee) a few weeks ago since our water heater had gone out during the night. He called me right away! I shared what was going on and the brand of the water heater. From our conversation, Jason shared that GE only authorizes certain companies to carry their replacement parts.
Although he knew this, he asked me for the information off the water heater. He took the time to call the GE 800 number and get a report started.
In less than thirty minutes he calls me back with plumbing companies that are authorized to work on our water heater.
What can I say, Jason is an honest businessman and saved our day. From what I have seen others post about his work quality and ethic it does not surprise me why he took the time to help me and my family.

These guys worked magic!
My master shower wasn't draining upstairs and when it was in use, water could be found on the first floor. And when I flushed the toilet, water would come up through the shower drain. My home warranty company (American Home Shield) sent a plumber from Lake Plumbing (and cost me $75) who said he couldn't fix my stoppage without taking out the toilet which the warranty wouldn't cover because the warranty would only cover going through the shower drain.
In comes Canyon Lake Plumbing to save the shower! They answered my yelp inquiry in about 10 minutes saying to call them to set up a free estimate. So I did and they picked up right away and scheduled me for the next day. They showed up on time, were super professional, knowledgeable, and polite and gave me 2 prices: one to clear the stoppage through the shower and one to go through the toilet. If they couldn't fix it through the shower, it'd be twice as expensive to go through the toilet but the price they quoted me to go through the toilet was still $50 cheaper than a third plumber quoted me so I said Lets give it a whirl! They were able to clear my stoppage through the shower. They could've lied and told me they couldn't get it and had to go through the toilet and charged me more but they didn't. They were honest. Then they inspected my downstairs leak with a hydrostick to determine if there was wetness behind the wall (which there was). Lake plumbing didn't check for that and couldn't clear my stoppage. So Canyon hills plumbing for the win!! I highly recommend and they will be my go-to guys from now on.
My only critique is that I wish they wore shoe covers in the house. Their shoes looked, um, very worked-in we'll just say and I have carpet and a little one who crawls on the floor so shoe covers would've been nice. My Home alarm installer offered to wear shoe covers before entering my home and so did the DirecTV installer so I just think it'd be nice. But nonetheless, they did a stellar job.
We had a pipe burst in our laundry room in the middle of the night. I was out of town and my wife was home alone. I made a call to them and they were out fixing things in a few hours. I've used another company for years and made the switch to canyon hills plumbing as they are around half the price what the other guys were charging me. I specifically want to mention Jorge Nunez and Ricardo Navarro for staying late and fixing everything. I 100% recommend these guys and this company. Thank you.
We had exceptional service from Jorge today! We had a leak coming from the master bathroom that was dripping into our kitchen downstairs and needed immediate service. Jorge was sent out in less than 24 hours and quickly found the root cause of the leak. He was very thorough and concise in his assessment, and he kept the house very clean while he worked (cutting a hole in the ceiling!). We are 100% pleased with Canyon Hills Plumbing and will be requesting Jorge for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Outrageous prices!! They came over to give us an estimate to install two pre-purchased bathroom faucets and quoted us $700!! We were previously going to use a contractor that specialized in bathrooms but he got too busy. He was only going to charge us $65. What a rip off!

2 days before thanksgiving and the master toilet is leaking into the downstairs bedroom, also causing a short in the wiring in that room. I must have called 10 plumbers, all without availability for a full week. R&R plumbing recommended canyon hills, I checked their reviews and made the call. Initially they said that they wouldn't be out until the end of the day, but then she found a technician that was in the area and re-arranged the schedule and had Richie at our house in under an hour!!! Wow!!! I showed Richie the issue with the leak and the different plumbing fixtures upstairs that were possible culprits. He identified almost immediately that the wax ring failed and was causing our problem. He replaced the wax ring in under an hour! I'm so incredibly grateful for Richie and for the team at canyon hills plumbing for helping me with this emergency on a holiday week! Richie was so kind, attentive, and thorough. Very happy with the service. Burtoe was the technician that came out and gave an estimate for a pressure valve replacement. He answered all my questions. I didn't feel the price was outrageous due to this being a second opinion. I'm pleased with the company.
THEY WORE BOOTIES IN MY HOUSE. I just about fell over when they pulled booties out before they walked in my house. I HATE shoes in my house so that little gesture made a huge difference. They fixed my clogged sink so quick and were in and out. They texted me AND called me to tell me they were on their way. I woke up this morning to a clogged kitchen sink. I left messages with several plumbers. Canyon Hills called back immediately and had someone there in a couple of hours. Jorge was great! He went above and beyond to even show me what was inside my water heater and educate me on what the issues were, which I had no idea what the problem to begin with. Burtoe was very professional, friendly and helpful. He replaced our kitchen sink and installed and RO unit for drinking water. It is amazing!! He even cleaned up when he was done. I will use them again for sure.
If your looking for a plumber you have found the right one. I called around locally here in Lake Elsinore and our surrounding area to find someone to unclog a sink drain for my dads house. (He doesn't listen to me and pours grease and crop down the sink) anyways I spoke with Jason who was busy working in the area but answered my call. He stopped by within 2 hrs of me talking to him took care of the clogged drain for my elderly parents. Same day service and wirh a smile all i can say is ill be keeping his info close by if I need any plumbing help in the future.
My hot water went out Saturday morning I shot them a message through yelp he responded with in 10 minutes , he asked me how old my heater is when I told him it was 15 plus years old , he recommended to replacement as even if he could fix it , it could be a waste of time on money
I agreed , I texted him pictures of my tank and surroundings , he gave me a fair quote
He showed up at 12 as he said and the replacement was exactly as quoted.
Super friendly and I always want to support the small local businesses

These guys really saved my family and I when we were in a bind. We were having cabinets installed in our garage when one of the installers unfortunately drilled into our water main. We had to shutoff the water and called at least three companies before coming across canyon hills. They were able to squeeze us in and make due with what was available as far as parts were concerned. Water was back on in less than an hour and it wouldn't have happened without them. They even invoiced me naming the cabinet Installation as being at fault so I was able to recoup the cost from said company. All in all they were very accommodating.

They came and put a new wax sealant on the toilet to seal to the tile. Jack did a great job and was very professional. He did the job quick and cleaned up. He also wore a mask and put on fresh gloves and shoe coverings at the front door. Would recommend this company.

Wow whee this company is the definition of customer service! We had the city water company come to tell us a neighbor reported a major leak coming out of our front yard. I called Canyon Hills Plumbing. I had a return call from the plumber almost immediately. Vincent said he was close by on another job and could quickly come over . After inspection and testing of our water system Vincent was able to narrow it down to a couple of things. After some initial investigation we had a huge problem with a slab leak. Canyon Hills Plumbing was responsive in coming up with a plan that was quick and fit our budget! We had our house Re-Pipped and it was completed in one day and all the drywall patched the next day, WAY faster then I expected and was told by other friends. The entire crews who worked in the house were professional, respectful of our home and took extraordinary care to cover things, clean up afterwards. The professional work that was led by Vincent I can not speak any higher about him. His plumbing skill set is apparent from the start. He advised on every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going to happen. I was very confident in the work that was being done. It's also nice to see a company that is doing training for its young professionals. I was impressed by the 2 apprentices Gio and Alex that were on the job site learning and being helpful. Props to Ruban and his crew who did the drywall it was a big job and their expertise was awesome. I am not sure if things would have gone this smoothly if not for Vincent was not heading up this unexpected project. I would definitely recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing. The young lady that I spoke to on the phone was very polite and said she would have someone at my house that day. Fir me that was great because my water heater was leaking badly. Within an hour of my call a young man named Jack Williams came to my home on a Sunday, mind you, was very polite, very informative, knowledgeable and very very kind in answering my questions. He gave me a price and also told me that he would have it done in about two and a half hours. I was truly impressed with him and his work. He took all the old stuff away and the area were he was work in was very clean upon his completion. There is no doubt in my mind, that I got the best company and worker to do the job. I want to say Nick did an awesome job for me today!!! I have a manufactured home for the past 14 years and always had an issue with the drainage from the back of the house. Over the years I have had a half a dozen different plumbers over to fix my problem. I would usually get some relief but it never lasted.
Friday Nick came to my home for the same old problem and had the same issues when trying to snake the line. Then Nick did something no one else had ever done, he went under my house! He had to crawl about 45-50 feet back and low and behold Nick found my real problem, a joint or valve had been installed backwards!! So instead of restricting back flow FROM THE SEWER it was restricting the drain line under my house FROM DRAINING. Nick cut out the problem valve and reworked it and now my whole house is draining!!! Turns out our two way piping was bad (it's an older house not surprised) new piping is in and they cleaned up the concrete and dirt! I anticipated having to clean up on my own! I called on Monday to schedule a Saturday appointment. I was given a two hour time frame for a technician to arrive on Saturday. Saturday arrived and my given two hour time frame came and went, with no contact from Canyon Hills Plumbing. I then called the office, leaving a voice message and asked them to call me back. I never received a return call back...I waited all day Saturday...I'll be reaching out to another business on Monday.

The service we received from the bargaining was great. Having a leak at home coming from ceiling on a 3 story is scary. Called them and they scheduled me quickly. Burtoe was the our plumber, he was friendly heard the issue and quickly worked in finding it. He explained what he was doing as he worked to diagnose the problem. He had to make cuts in drywall but do it so it would be easy to repair. Once the problem was found he gave us the cost of repairs which I believe was a great price. He made the repairs and cleaned up after himself. Burtoe explained how to handle the wetness left by leak. I would quickly recommend Canyon Hills Plumbing to anyone needed it. If Burteo is your plumber I know you will get a great plumber and friendly service.
I had a slight issue with one out of the three installed toilets. Vincent came back out to fix the issue. Had some water stains on the ceiling , found the Canyon Hills Plumbing in Yelp. Gave them a call Monday and Jason the owner came the following day, did some leak inspection and found the problem was the tub fixture leaking through the ceiling . Came back today to replace it. Great service , fast and friendly. Plus, was able to refer us to a restoration company who came the same day to assess the situation.
Berto and Jack came to fix one problem and ended up fixing 4 other things I needed done on the spot. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Jason was able to very quickly diagnose a builder defect upon the new construction of our house which I will be able to get reimbursed for by our home builder. He was honest about the issue and not looking to make money off my misfortune. Rather he took very thorough video and write up assessments of the issue for me to present to the builder of my house so I can get my money back.
He was very honest, professional, punctual and easy to get ahold of. I will definitely be using Canyon Hills Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

Our water heater was only producing lukewarm water. I called Canyon Hills Plumbing at about 4 PM and they were at my house within an hour to troubleshoot the problem. They were very helpful in giving me the pros and cons between thankless and tank heaters. I would use them again for any of my plumbing needs!
They came out and we're so nice. I had them out to troubleshoot excessive water use. Wouldn't you know the meter didn't move whole they were there but they helped me to understand how to isolate different areas to keep and eye on and replaced a tap that had a slow drip leak. Very professional and I am very happy to find them.

I had a pressurized pipe begin to leak on a Sunday. Our garage was drenched because the leaking, or rather a spewing pipe, was on the second floor. My husband turned off the water and I began calling for emergency plum services. I called 9 plumbers and canyon hills was the only one who answered and who gave an estimated time for response. The other plumber companies said, I'll have a dispatch call you in 30min. I'd wait, then receive a phone call from dispatch and they'd offer to respond to my house 3 days later. Canyon hills plumbing advised they were tied up but could be to my house the next morning. The next day they arrived on time and fixed the problem. They will now be our go to, should another problem arise.

I had moved into a house and was strictly told by previous tenants to not use 'that' toilet. For years, fear overcame me. I followed these orders and neglected what eventually became a dark, dank, dungeon of doom. When my friend recently moved in, I decided it was time to fix the toilet so we could each poop in peace. I lifted the toilet (never had even touched the toilet in about 3 years of living there) to confront what damage had been done. She fought back. I ran out of the room, tail tucked between my legs. We had issues with our outside area drains by the pool and both sides of the house. I contacted Jason Carroll the owner if someone can come down and give us an estimate. Jason ended up coming down to our home himself. He gave us an awesome price that I had him fix it right then and now before the rain came. I had the opportunity to be services by Canyon Plumbing who I located through Thumbtack. I had an upstairs under sink leak from a pipe and shut off valve. Appointment was scheduled for July 1 between 8:00 am-10:00 am. I received an email 45 minutes before arrival time as well as follow up call by Jorge. Promptly at approximately 8:00 my doorbell rang and there was a smiling face of a young man named Jorge. He was friendly, professional and just a joy to work with. He provide 3 options of which there was not any pressure in making my decision. I was amazed to find out that he had only been employees with this company for one week. The day after the completion of the job, Jorge called to follow up to see if there were any concerns of which there were none. I used Canyon Hills Plumbing for a hyrdojetting service I needed. They had the best prices but I also didn't feel like I was being sold to, instead they explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each. I'll definitely use them again.
This past week, we found we had a possible gas leak, so needed a plumber when the gas company confirmed it. We called Canyon Hills Plumbing and they sent Vincent and Dion out. Along with repairing/replacing the gas line, we also had them replace our water pressure regulator and our kitchen drain pipe. I want to let you know they were very professional, knowledgeable in both repairing gas and water pipes and patient with me as I had many questions. I won't hesitate to call them again when I need a plumber, that's for sure!

This company has performed quite a few repairs on a rental property of mine. They are reasonably priced, always answer the phone, send invoices electronically and are very pleasant. Most importantly, they stand behind their work. One of the plumbers (Jack) installed a garbage disposal due to a leak under the sink. When I noticed that it was still leaking he came back ASAP, for no charge to observe where the leak might be coming from. He ended up fixing everything free of charge and doing this service after hours. It's hard to find friendly, honest and professional workers these days. This is a company I feel I can count on. Very happy with these guys. First time out here for an estimate for low water pressure they could find nothing wrong other than our California low flow fixtures. They charged me nothing!! Well now calling second time for broken valve handle and valve under sink, They also tightened up a faucet and reversed the water lines, going above and beyond that I had installed by another plumber (MBP) - Not directly naming names. These guys are thorough do a good job, are on time. Canyon Hills Plumbing are going to be my go to guys for ALL plumbing needs from now on.
We had a plumbing disaster today and didn't know who to call so I checked our neighborhood Facebook page. Everyone raved about Canyon Hills Plumbing so I gave them a quick call - boy am I glad I listened to our neighbors! I hardly ever leave yelp reviews, but today felt very much inclined to do so after my experience with Canyon Hills Plumbing. A little over a month ago I began noticing an intermittent leak coming from my garage. I had no idea where it could be coming from, as there was no noticeable plumbing running to the leaking area. So I called my home warranty company and they sent out a plumber that's local to my area (Lake Elsinore). The local plumbing company that came out couldn't tell me where the leak was coming from, but offered several suggestions that might be causing the problem. I essentially I was back to square one. My wife hit up a Facebook community group about the issue and many people recommended we give Canyon Hills Plumbing a call, so I did. I explained the situation to Jason over the phone, and we schedule a time for him to come out for review/estimate. On the day of the appointment, Jason arrived with his colleague, and together they examined the leak area. They both took their time, and through the process of elimination, Jason's expertise, and little common sense - was able to narrow the problem down to about a 95% certainty. As it turns out, the leak is likely due to the AC condensation line, and therefore not a plumbing issue.
Canyon Hills Plumbing offers free estimates, but I feel like their visit went beyond that. Jason and his colleague spent significantly longer trying to diagnose the origin of the leak than the other plumber did (that I paid a $100 service fee for through my home warranty company). They used a digital moisture detector to be certain where the moisture was coming from, inside of the walls. Took their time to analyze my AC units, water heater - and then some. I honestly felt as though they cared and was honest with me and didn't try to get over. I know they offer free estimates, but I feel as though I should have paid for the time and service they provided me, which is why I'm writing this review as it's the least I can do (since they wouldn't take my money).
I'm glad I called CHP - they are professional and Jason knows his stuff. I would call them again without hesitation and you should too. If you're looking for a legit plumber, this is the one!

I am so grateful for Jason and his team. I called him with a bit of an emergency this morning during a bad rain storm. I had a drain clogged full of mud and debris which caused A LOT of water to pool along the outside of my house. Despite being extremely busy, he was able to fit me into his schedule and hydro jet my drains. He went above and beyond my expectations from the moment I talked to him. He was courteous, professional and took the time to look at my pictures, explain the procedure and give me an estimate over the phone. I like to know how things work so I asked some questions about the heater and it was good information to have. The most important thing is that the water heater is installed per code and therefore safe. I called and talked to Jason, the owner, on Friday late afternoon and had the water heater installed on Monday. I was in a bind because I needed to repair my tub drains and had scheduled another plumber, who never showed up. I sold my condo and needed to get the repairs done within 2 days (based on the agreement in the inspection). I posted to the community forum and got a recommendation for Canyon Hills Plumbing and reached out to the owner, Jason, late at night to see what we could do. He quickly responded and reassured me he could take care of it. The next morning, his team reached out, set clear timeframes and made special notes for the technician to call me ahead of time since I was going to be moving all my stuff out. My car ended up breaking down, so I couldn't be at home, but the technician Nick was SUPER flexible and willing to work with me to ensure the work got done. I made arrangements for him to go in and do my repairs and he kept me informed of costs and got my approval prior to doing any work. Upon completion, he sent me and invoice and despite having a crazy twist of events, the plumbing was one thing that was easy and exceeded my expectations! Will absolutely be using them in the future!

Burtoe was a true professional in every matter and even helped us make sure we picked the right sink and had the best guidance for me and my fiancée.... unfortunately one of the pipes became undone but burtoe came in the next morning and fixed it!!!! Jason has done a couple of jobs for us upon moving into our new home and he has been professional and responsive to the urgency of the job. We appreciate his work ethic and wanting the job to be done right.
I just wanted to say how wonderful Jason the owner is. I called him from a google review. He came out, cleared my blockage in the sewer and told me honestly what my problems were. A year ago I called a Rooter person and they quoted me $16000 to do repairs. Jason did it all for less than half that amount. He told me he'd be there the next day to complete the job and he was there early and completed on time. He even raked the dirt so it looked nice. I have nothing but praise for this man. Wow 10 stars for Jason for helping out my husband and I! Jason solved the mystery to our cold showers!!! lol To begin with, I hired a handyman to install a new gas valve so that my new Lg dryer could be installed and when the handyman was done he never re ignited my water heater. I kindly messaged the handyman and he said that if the stove and everything else iss working then there is something else wrong with my water heater. He only had a couple review, but he was the only one that was available asap and i was impatient so I hired him for for the small task. Definitely a lesson learned! Yelp is based on reviews and i should've followed my instincts. After i searched for someone who specializes in water heaters on yelp that could help me, I came across Jason's company and he was so quick in response. I called him on a Saturday and thought I would pay alot because it's the weekend and It was just the opposite. I can't believe how quick he unclogged my drain and fixed my disposal. I called early evening on a Friday night, Jason could of been there in an hour but I needed to pick up my daughter and he said he could be there first thing Saturday morning. He was there first thing and had my drain unclogged in about 30 minutes. He saved my daughters birthday from being a disaster. Several months ago we had contacted several other plumbers for some issues in our house. We could not get several companies to return phone calls, another company came out and said the boss will have to call you back and they never did. After a recommendation we called these guys and they sent Jack out the next day! He fixed our issues, was very knowledgeable, honest and fair. He did a great job, and we just had to call them back for a burst pipe. They came out the same day to fix the pipe. Very happy with the work done and will definitely use them in the future.

Jason came out to my house because I had a clogged AC drain line that I couldn't get unclogged. He came out on a early Saturday morning and was able to clear out my drain. Well priced and I was able to get my garage to stop flooding from the over spill from the drain. He also assessed my drywall and water damage from the leak, and was able to refer a great company to come out and further investigate. Thank you for great service!!

Our kitchen sink needed some unclogging and we tried everything we could with little success. Jason came over and simply got the job done. Even gave a couple freebies including a pen and notepad! Would definitely give them a call again if ever we're in need of plumbing.
Finally a plumber willing to TRULY take care of an issue we have had for quite some time! We had 2 other plumbers Band-Aid the problem, but Jason actually fixed it! He also noticed another item that we thought had been handled, but had not & took care of that, too. And his prices are VERY reasonable!
Jason was awesome! Gave me a great deal, was quick, efficient, offered services for other issues in the house. Definitely the best expierence we have had with a plumber. He gave me a price and when he had to do a little more than we thought he still let us pay the original estimate and I really appreciated it!! Again, thankyou so much man.

Came to my rescue when my shower wouldn't shut off! Had to turn my whole house water off just to get it shut off. I so appreciate them squeezing me in between appointments at last minutes notice. Jason was very professional explaining the issue and how he'd go about repairing it. They will continue to get our business in the future!
I had a leak in my main line outside the house by the curb. They were the only company able to come out in a reasonable time and the price was right considering the circumstances. The technical went above and beyond my expectations. I will gladly use them in the future if I ever have another plumbing issue that I can't take care of myself.

I just had my house PRV replaced. Canyon Hills Plumbing was excellent. Their communication before the appointment was good, they showed up on time, and did a great job. Burtoe the plumber was extremely professional and did outstanding work! Would definitely recommend!

Not enough words to express my gratitude to Jason for his help today. My kitchen faucet exploded on me, the shutoff valves were rusted, so had to turn off at the main. I called and he was there within the hour changed out faucet and also changed my waste disposer, long overdue. It was a difficult job and time consuming but Jason and Nick worked cheerfully on it almost till sundown. I am beyond impressed that Jason cared enough to help get my water back on during an obviously busy day for him. I will always call him for future plumbing needs. His 5 star reviews are so deserved.

Great Company. Great Communication and excellent customer service. I contacted Jason this morning because I discovered my water heater had begun to leak. Jason went over options with me and shot over an estimate. I accepted the estimate and he was able to have the water heater installed the same day in the afternoon. The crew arrived and had the old water heater out and the new one installed in an hour. The work was clean, up to code and works great. Thank you Jason and your crew (Nick and Burtoe) for the excellent service. Definitely will use Canyon Hills Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
Efficiently took my call and said their plumber would stop by my place on his way home since I was in a different city...Chino. Nic did .... and gave me an est. I couldn't believe! He even took on the job of reattaching the FIREPLACE GAS LINE IN THE WALL. No other plumber said they could do it! 3 had looked at it before Nic and one gave me an OUTRAGEOUS est. Very glad for Nic. Thank you to everyone at your company. They are now my personal plumbers. PS: Don't tell Nic's boss, but he threw in two hoses to replace 2 on the water heater, on his way out if my garage. You need to call this company.

Amazing!!! After contacting Jason this morning, the Labor Day holiday no less, he was up here with his mitigation team to fix a toilet overflow problem which wouldn't stop. They were here within the hour and have been handling everything both professionally and with great care. I feel very fortunate to have found Jason and his team come out to take care of what initially felt like an overwhelming disaster to me. Our pilot light for the water heater went out and after multiple attempts to fix it ourselves, we had to call for help. Found Canyon Hills Plumbing on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Nick came out promptly and was able to relight it in no time. He showed us what to do if it happens again. To top it off, he didn't charge us for the service. Very pleased with the great customer service we received. We appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

Canyon Hills Plumbing came to my rescue - again!! The first time I called Canyon Hills Plumbing, I saw a lot of water coming from what looked like the slab on the side of the house. I was on my way to work 50 miles away and my husband was hospitalized in intensive care. Needless to say, I was not in a good place and had no idea who to call. I left messages to at least 3 companies. Nick from Canyon Hills Plumbing called me back, went to my house and diagnosed a leak in a pipe below the concrete which was spraying onto the side of the house. He took pictures and sent them to me, explained exactly what was required to fix it, including jack hammering the concrete to repair the pipe and adding a sleeve to the pipe where the pipe exited the concrete. I was charged a very reasonable price. I never met Nick. I paid them over the phone. The job was perfect. Today, Vincent and Jerrod came to clear some sinks that were not draining. VERY professional men. I will never use any other company!!
So far quick to reply and offered free estimate for a total replacement.

Requested an online quote and got a response very quickly. Set up an appointment to install a laundry sink cabinet and Jason was on time, texting me beforehand that he was on his way. My sink cabinet was missing some hardware that Jason fortunately had so he was ready to go. He did a great job installing the sink and curving the drain pipe to make it work efficiently. Professional, reliable, and courteous with reasonable rates, Jason is the plumber you want.
I had the pleasure of meeting Jason today. This is one conscientious, hard working man of integrity and honesty! His work ethic is outstanding and he pays attention to all of the details of his job. I have sometimes with others in my home, felt uncomfortable and not very confident of their abilities and/or skill level, as unfortunately there are a lot of people out there who will take advantage of someone who is vulnerable like seniors or widows who don't know any better.... Had a great experience with Canyon Hills Plumbing!! Approximately 1 month ago they came out to clear a sink blockage and did a super job. Unfortunately the type of drain stopper we have collects hair, soap , etc. quite rapidly so the problem came back. My wife called them and they responded quickly and cheerfully fixed the problem. Highly recommend them!!

I had known this company as Carroll Plumbing - now is Canyon Hills plumbing. Jason came out on a leaky water heater call out on a Saturday, and took care of the replacement by the next day (he stayed on the job until it was in and working, including updating and adding items that should have been in place but weren't). He also connected me with a water damage restoration company who worked in tandem with him. His work and pricing were excellent. This will continue to be my plumbing company of choice!
