Doing business with 5 star plumbing has been one of the best experiences we've had with any plumber or contractor for that matter. We do a lot of business with different contractors with our small business and rental property but 5 star plumbing stands out. Most of my communication was with Denise the mom of Justin our plumber. She was friendly and professional always there to answer our questions. Wish we could give more than 5 stars.

I called and left a voicemail for someone to contact me. I just moved to the area and wanted have someone come out to give me an estimate on installing central air. No one called back. A few days later, I called again and was told that the reason he didn't call was because he doesn't have availability to meet with me since he is so busy. As a fellow business owner, the right thing to do would be to call the prospect back and let them know you appreciate their call but would not be able to assist at this time but hope you can help them in the future. This company lost any current and future business and referrals from me. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Hope they don't come to a time where they need new clients.

We had a plumbing problem yesterday and called TL Premier Plumbing.     Ivan came out explained our options and replaced the section of copper pipe that was the issue very quickly.          My wife and I where extremely pleased with this company and will call again when we have the next issue

My contractor didn't do the plumbing properly.  It's squirrley.

I called this morning around 8 and got a call back from Daniel within minutes. I needed help rerouting a gas line in our garage and he agreed to meet me at the house at 9 (within an hour!). We haven't moved in yet so I couldn't be there waiting or he could have come earlier. He was already there when I pulled up.

It was a surprisingly quick and easy fix. I had all the materials and he said he would just do it since he was already there. The actual job only took about 20 minutes and I had nothing more to worry about. He was nice, accommodating and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing jobs.

Both thumbs up to Eastlake plumbing.  We had emergency flood during weekend, and was looked for help.  The good reviews that Eastlake received is why we contact them.  The owner is very responsive for all our concerns/questions since the first moment.  His team is awesome, too.  Thanks for Ken and Louis help,  they solve our flood issue with minimum opening to the wall. Our living room is saved without a touch.  Thanks a lot !!

Needed to use them again for a leak in our toilet and from the moment we contacted them to the moment they arrived a few hours later was nothing but a great experience. We have used them now 3 times and every time they are efficient and honest about their work. Highly recommended

I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn't drain.  I disassembled and checked the pipes underneath the sink, I even plunged vigorously, and used 2 different types of commercial clog remover.  Nothing worked.  I was thinking of purchasing a water bladder or a drum auger to clear the clog, but decided to call the plumber instead.  I did some research on Yelp, looking up dozens of plumbers around San Diego, checking prices, expertise, punctuality, and a warranty on repairs.  Read lots of reviews and complaints, and seemed like an honest reliable plumber was hard to find these days.  I decided on Plumbing Tree because their prices were upfront and clear, they had lots of experience, were reliable, and had a great warranty on repairs.

Jerry arrived early within a 30 minute window I requested.  I described the problem to him, and he got set up.  He used a 1/2 inch snake on a motorized spindle to clear the clog.  It took about 15 minutes and approximately 6 feet of cable to clear the clog.

I had asked in advance if the repair didn't take too long, if they can fix some other plumbing issues, so Jerry was gracious enough to center the strainer and housing on one of the sinks.  After the pipes were reassembled, he tested the drain by running the water.  To our disappointment, it filled up again after a couple minutes.  Jerry drained the water out, disassembled the pipes, and once again ran the snake.  This time it took about 30 minutes and approximately 50 feet of cable.  He also sporadically ran water into the drain to check for backflow.  After he was convinced the clog was cleared, he reassembled the pipes, and tested it again by running the water in the sink.  This time it was fixed for good.

After the inspection, Jerry billed me for the time.  We had gone over an hour because I had him realign the strainer and housing.  I'm sure he would have fixed it under an hour if I hadn't asked him for the other repair.  They charge in 15 minute increments if they go over an hour, instead of charging you for another full hour.  Jerry was very accurate and fair in his accounting.

I will definitely be using these guys again if I have another plumbing issue.

I had a toilet suddenly stop flushing this morning. Thinking it was a common clog, we spent hours unsuccessfully trying to unclog it ourselves with a plunger & auger, before deciding that we needed a professional.

Team Rooter was able to get a technician (Aaron) sent to us in less than an hour, which was awesome on a Sunday. Aaron went above and beyond to rule out possible causes for our toilet's flushing issue. At every step of the way, Aaron clearly explained what he was doing & what the results meant. Ultimately, we were able to narrow our issue down to the toilet itself, which needed to be replaced.

Overall, I felt Team Rooter was always upfront & honest with us, while providing fast service at a more-than-fair price. I'd absolutely use them again for my next plumbing repair.

I needed a drain added immediately,  RDZ came to the rescue.  They worked into the night to get the job done in a day. I was super impressed with the dedication and quality of the work.  It was a big job, and I wasn't able to be there while the worked,  so they took pictures of the job while it was being done and shared them with me when I got home.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with their work.  RDZ plumbing and drains are super professional.

We had a major leak in our water heater and True Plumbing was able to send out someone a day earlier than our scheduled appointment. Saul did an amazing job on the repair, all the while being pleasant and cheerful even though the repair took a bit longer.  Thank you for great service!
