We started out as an authorized DirecTV / AT&T Local Dealer, serving the Greater San Diego County area since 2012. Rainer quickly discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and business management and set down roots following the American dream while on vacation in New York from Germany with a friend. With his education in Math and Economics from the University of Düsseldorf, he fed his entrepreneurial passion by operating several successful businesses in New York and Chicago and honed his business management skills over his 20-year career managing profitable high-end restaurants and nightclubs.
Less than a year before SHS got its start, and wanting to deliver a quality whole home audio/visual experience for himself and his family, Rainer found the TV and A/V options and service less than stellar. I used SHS a few years back to hang some TV'S and run some wiring. They did a great job so I called them to add some extra solar panels to my existing installation.
The reason was that my bill was slowly creeping up again and we recently traded our gas-powered car for a Tesla. Not only did they add a few panels at a reasonable cost, they suggested a battery backup which would allow me to reduce my power bill to almost zero. All I did was send shs power to my electric bill and they figured out it will take 4 years for me to recover my investment in full.
The best was when they had a shipping delay and it took a few extra weeks to get the batteries delivered, they apologized and threw in a car charger install for free.
If you are tired of power outages and ever increasing SDG&E bills look into battery back up.

We used SHS power to install and wire 4 post lights and 4 pier-mounted lights in our backyard. We had a great experience working with Dominic and Blake.

Blake, Dominic, and their team were amazing. Super responsive, professional, and were able to complete several projects in our old home that had all sorts of funky wiring that they had to sort through. Total project included can lighting in the office, fixing and wiring 3 broken outlets, and hanging new light fixtures. They even did us a solid by fixing two light fixtures for free!
We used SHS Power for a challenging job properly running power through the attic to a new A/C system. Absolutely top notch service and workmanship -- can't recommend them enough!

Thank goodness I found SHS Power (on Yelp). I'm a senior and live in an apartment. Well, I needed a ceiling fan replacement because what was there was a dinky little one and it really needed replacing. I wasn't sure if they handled that kind of electrical work, so I took a chance, messaged them and I'm so glad I did. Blake replied immediately and answered all my important questions. We then spoke on the phone which is always a plus as far as I'm concerned. Blake was professional, nice and made an appointment for me within 2 days which I wanted and the time I liked. On the date of my appointment Dominic called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and did an excellent job! Dominic is professional, polite, friendly and all the good things you can say about a person. He even picked up after himself, big plus. This really is a good business; I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done, and I will recommend them to friends. Professional-Knowledgeable-Efficient
Rainer's team did an incredible job assisting our office with a full install of DirecTV/Phones/Wireless. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and saved us quite a bit of money!
They are a wonderful team that provides excellent service and I'd recommend them to anyone!
Rainer and his team continue to remain at the top of their game. First used their services over three years ago when I initially relocated San Diego. They installed my DIRECTV. This was done very carefully and neatly. There is no difference in cost between using them versus DIRECTV own installers. ( really foolish not to use them). This is one of the best decisions I've made.
Since the original install, they regularly check in to make sure everything is working well and in order. They are easily reachable and quickly responsive. For the third year in a row I used their services to advocate getting my monthly bill lowered. They continue to be successful with this. This year they saved me over $1400. This is significant money that I would've just either had to cancel service and have the inconvenience of getting a new Provider or just deal with paying extra money.

Called them to take care of 2 satellite dishes. One was mounted on the inside of the chimney. Although they said it was going to be tricky, they were able to take it down no problem. No damage to chimney or roof. All holes were sealed. Looks like the satellites were never there. Job well done.

After spending another hour on the phone with TW and not getting anything
accomplished I finally decided to switch to Satellite.
After reading some of the posts on this board I decided to look for a local dealer near me
on the Directv website.
I found a company in Poway, Synchronized Home Solutions and gave them a call.
They came to my home went over everything, gave me some options on where the
satellite could be mounted and I decided to go with them.
I was worried about the satellite being visible from the street or by backyard but the SHS
guys tucked it away in a corner behind some bushes where it cant be seen.
I did not pay anything up front got installed the next day and they even hung my new flat
screen for me. The owner gave me his personal cel phone number and told me to call him
before I call Directv's 800 number if I even has any questions or issues!
Could not be more happy with my choice, the genie dvr system is amazing and my son
who is away for college can watch my Directv on his computer!

Rainer and his team are true pros!
My tenants were upset that they weren't getting TV after I had problems with my cable TV set up in my Encinitas house. I called up Ranier and he showed up the next day and installed a satellite system and made everything work.
Problem solved... my tenants are happy and so am I. Thanks Rainer!
We originally signed up for DirecTV installed through Synchronized Home Solutions a San Diego local dealer years ago. They kept in touch and helped us over the phone a few time with and equipment issue and some billing questions. Our bill had gotten pretty high and when I called Rainer to see what he thought about cutting the cord altogether he told me not to worry he would work out a deal for us. Turns out he helped us lower the bill significantly, got us free NFL Sunday ticket and swapped our old DirecTV receivers for free new 4K models. We had Dominic do some in wall wiring in our new house. He did a phenomenal job. Talking to him, you'll see right away that he is not only exceptionally smart, but he is a geniuine good guy. He spent multiple days working on our house and made sure everything was perfect. I am pretty nitpicky and was really nervous to have someone start drilling holes in our brand new home. He treated our house as if it were his own. He never took shortcuts and really made a point to get everything how we wanted it. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.
He stayed late working on our house on multiple weekend days and was as pleasant and hard working at 8 PM and he was when he started at 8 AM. He clearly enjoys what he does and has a ton of experience in construction. He provided me with a lot of other ideas for the house. When someone takes pride in their work, it really shows. He is a craftsman and and loves what he does. Regardless of whether he is running a single cable for your satellite dish or setting your whole house entertainment system, I cannot recommend him enough.
Just spoke to the team to get our ATT internet setup. They advised we could do it for much less by going through ATT directly even though we have used them in the past, saving us $100 this time.
That sort of honestly and helpfulness is so rare these days they deserve the recognition. The first time they came out two years back it was a great experience. Use them!!
Ranier and his staff are incredible. They helped us update all of our equipment, took care of scheduling with ATT and Direct Tv, took care of all of the phone calls, waiting on hold, negotiating the best pricing. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs with Direct Tv or any AV issues.
After extremely high winds in Ramona, I was losing signal on several HD channels. Since I don't have the DirecTV Protection Plan, I did not want to deal with DirecTV tech support and have to go through many diagnostic steps before a service call was initiated for which I would have to pay $49.95. The problem was obviously that the dish got out of alignment.
I contacted my original installer who said that he is usually not in Ramona. I then called Synchronized Home Solutions on Monday 3/13/2017, but Rainer Zach (the owner) said that his minimum charge was $95 because of sending a tech all the way to Ramona. I then told him that it would only be $49.95 through DirecTV and we left it that if he had a service call in my area, he would only charge me $50; he would call me the next day with his service schedule. I thought I would never hear from him again as I knew this was not a money maker for Rainer. To my surprise Rainer called me a couple of days later after he said he would and right away apologized for not getting back to me sooner. Who apologizes for not getting back to a customer nowadays? I was floored. Rainer said that Pete would come over and re-align my dish on Saturday 3/18/2017 morning.
To my surprise it was Dominic, Rainer's business partner, who showed up. Dominic was extremely pleasant, friendly and made sure all my HD channels were working with a strong signal before he left. He even showed me the very strong signal numbers through the DirecTV on-screen diagnostics on my TV.
It was so much easier dealing with Rainer and Dominic than DirecTV. Dominic even said that if I had any future questions or issues to give him a call.
Thank you, Rainer and Dominic for doing such a wonderful job on a business transaction that I know did not make you a lot of money. Your Customer Service was incredible. I hope my yelp review helps your business.

Recently went to Costco to buy a new 4k TV and started chatting with the Directv guy
there about the service.
He informed me that Directv was the only cable provider currently that offered 4k channels
and after doing the math he gave me a quote for tv and Internet that saved me about $100 over
my current cox bundle.
The first tech that showed up had literally no clue, he seemed he just got out of high school and after about an hour another tech showed up.
I did not want the mount o the side of our house so the only place they said it could be mounted was the chimney.
I reluctantly agreed and went inside for conference call that took about 90 minutes.
When I went back out to check on the install they had place the dish on the outside of my chimney at the most visible place hanging over my patio.
Not only did it looked like they tried another spot first and changed their minds but left the base for that mount stuck in the side of my chimney, see before picture.
At this point I was so frustrated they had been here for almost 5 hours now that I gave up.
They said that they were not able to hide the dish on the back of my chimney and could not run the lines on the inside of my attic but had to run them on the outside of my house.
White lines wrapped around my house horrible dish installation maximum visibility.
I called customer service but they said they would not come out and fix it.So I went online and found Synchronized home solutions on here with great reviews.
They came out switched me to wireless receivers so no wires needed moved the dish from the front of the chimney out of sight to the back and removed the extra foot the Directv installers had left.
Rainer, the owner, gave me his personal cell phone number in case I had any issues or questions in the future.
If I had only known that there is a local Directv dealer like this I would have gotten my service through them and avoided the stress and the extra money I paid them to fix what Directv had messed up originally.
They don't charge for installation, Directv pays them! I love supporting good local small business and have already referred
a friend and my parents to get a bundle through Synchronized.
I needed a DTV dish and associated cables removed from my 2nd story roof. A Google search gave me three options in San Diego. One was a disconnected number, one gave me a bid of almost $300. I went with Rainer for less than half of that. The job was finished the next day. Rainer kept me updated, did a great job, hauled away the old dish, cleaned up and made payment easy. Best of all, I don't have to look at any satellite junk cluttering up my roof.
Direct tv apparently doesn't pick up their dishes after you cancel the service, so I found this highly rayed local direct tv dealer Rainer Zach Synchronized Home Solutions on yelp who took down the dish , deposed of it, eliminated all cables in and out and closed the hole that was drilled to get the cable i side. Very reasonable and he even offers this for free to people who sign up for new service with him.

As we prepared for our recent move, I was extremely concerned about moving our television. Our new place didn't allow for rolling over our current television service and we would have to install another local provider or DirecTV. I had heard many concerns about the local provider and was a DirecTV customer years ago.
Well, I made one of our best decisions during this moving process and contacted Synchronized Home Solutions. Rainer was so helpful, accommodating and patient with all my questions in regard in regard to installation and service. He came to our new town home to examine and also provide helpful information to our HOA for installation.
I was so impressed when Rainer explained that if there were any issue with installation or reception problems, he was the person who we would contact for ongoing service needs. No more hours awaiting for AT&T to handle issues.
Ramon was the technician who was dispatched to install the dish and connect to our TVs. He spent time after installing and setup to walk us through use of the remote. Ramon was one of the most polite, helpful and knowledgeable installers I've ever been associated with.

Yesterday morning, I noticed that a satellite dish was hanging off of our second story roof. I found Synchronized Home Solutions through Yelp, and Rainer responded very quickly. He was able to come out the very next day (on a weekend) to remove the damaged satellite dish as well as two others that the previous owners had left on the roof. He was efficient, professional, and took care of the equipment after removal. He also took pictures of my roof, just so I could see what it looks like. I highly recommend this business!

Rainer was great, keeping in good communications while planning and scheduling our project. We had an old satellite TV dish antenna removed high up on the eaves of our 2-story house. He was very professional, safe, and completed the job with no trouble.
I was a long time cable consumer and I just didn't know what I was missing. I finally had it with my cable company after a recent incident which led me to do some research on DTV. I chose DTV over Dish because of sports.
I had the option of calling DTV toll free or going to a big box retailer and talking to their reps but in doing so I wouldn't have a say on who my installer would be. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CALL THESE GUYS WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR DTV!@!@
You get the same offer you would through the toll free but more importantly you get a PROFESSIONAL CREW who knows how to install it the right way. If you VALUE a CLEAN INSTALLATION call these guys.
The reality is putting a dish up on a roof is about as unsightly as it can get AND yet the installation solution that was presented and accomplished was very impressive.
I live in an HOA and all my neighbors have dishes with wires exposed; quite frankly I don't know how they got theirs approved. I admire their honesty and passion; it's quite apparent to me that the crew enjoys what they do and are respectful of people's property.

Been with Time Warner for about 4 years but finally fed up of old clunky malfunctioning
equipment.
My neighbor suggested Directv so I did my research and found this local dealer Synchronized Home Solutions in North County. The fact that I talked to the owner when I called ,the great reviews for them here on yelp and
that they where a local company where huge pluses.
The fact that they do free in home consultations blew me away! When Zach came to my house he looked at the wiring, gave me 3 options where the dish could be mounted and went over Directvs capabilities and gave me the pricing for year on and 2.
I travel a lot for work so the fact that I can watch Ditectv and even my recorded shows from the DVR on the road when I am sitting at an airport terminal is the icing on the cake. He did not charge me a penny and said that Directv was paying him , how neat.
I was a bit worried about how the dish would look on my roof, mu neighbors directv sticks out a few fee and is pretty visible.
The way the SHS tech installed it the dish is as low to the roof as possible and not visible at all from the front of my house. They also accommodated my request that no cable would be visible and ran the wire through a vent into my attic.
I feel bad for all the folks on the directv corporate yelp page who seem to got the raw end of the stick and glad I went through a local dealer.

Rainer Zeck and his team are top-notch professionals. Rainer is responsive and always has excellent suggestions for our IT configuration and ways to shave dollars off our bundled bill. He is well connected with other top-notch contractors and he follows up on installations and service calls to ensure excellent service and product.

Dominic was fantastic. They were responsive to my initial request, made recommendations of what to do with my internet provider before they came out and charged me for service (to prevent me from being charged twice) and successfully installed a mesh internet network in our house so we no longer have dead zones. Highly recommend.
Although I didn't go with DirecTV because our landlord will not allow the satellite dish. This guy provided great service analyzed each of the service is out there from dish to Spectrum to DirecTV and really went out of his way to make sure that I was happy although he won't benefit from the service clearly if I could have had DirecTV I would have picked him.

I moved into a new house that had no existing wiring for TV. Rainer quickly responded and came out to see what was needed. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to setup and install my TV and internet very quickly. A+++ I'm already recommending him to others.
I had a satellite dish I needed to take down (stupid HOA) and I realized there aren't too many places in the area that readily offer that service. These guys were quick to respond with a quote and we were able to set something up. Unfortunately the technician showed up and didn't have a long enough ladder. No worries, perfectly understandable. We just had to reschedule. There was some miscommunication with the reschedule due to the owner being out of town, but again, people are busy and it was no problem. The job got done quickly and it got done well.

I deal with many vendors and companies all the time, and sadly i see many incompetency and horrible customer service!... so after i had the pleasure to hire Synchronized Home Solutions i had to take a minute to write about my positive experience!
they completely troubleshoot our existing direct TV service and upgraded/install the latest equipment in every room and the theater.
Rainer and Dom are the best, they are very knowledgeable audio/video experts, and up to date with all the many options available out there for all your home needs.
Also, very accommodating and punctual... and (rare this days) they always answer the phone!

When I recently moved I called Direct TV to have them take the satellite down.
They said they did not do that so I went online to find someone who could climb on my roof and take it down.
I found Synchronized Home Solutions , here on yelp with great reviews.
I called them and the came the next day took down the dish, the mount, any exterior wiring and then
sealed the hole that had been drilled to get the cable inside the hose.
They sent me before and after pictures for my HOA and made this as pain-free and easy as possible.
Very bad customer service!!!! I ordered my $200.00 rewads card in May and it still has not arrived even though it was promised in 4 to 7 weeks I have called 3 different times and still no card.
The supervisors NEVER called back. Shame on you!

Rainer and his team have consistently provided solutions for DirecTV and ATT at many of the homes we manage. They are professional, thorough, and pleasant to work with. We initially called upon them when DirecTV corporate was unable to handle a slightly more than basic install. Since dealing with Rainer we have used them exclusively and avoided going through corporate. Since the switch, all installs have been no problem!
We have worked with Rainer and Dominic quite a bit over the last few years, and always found them reliable, helpful, and friendly. We prefer to go through them rather than DirecTV corporate, as SHS is more personal and does better work. When we've gone through corporate we've just gotten the impression they don't care; they never fix their mistakes, making an appointment is difficult at best, and we're never more than a number. Synchronized Home Solution has gotten to our appointments the day after we've called them, have always done quality work and followed up on the system, and coordinates with other contractors to ensure everything works together smoothly- we couldn't ask for better.
We highly recommend Rainer and Dominic to everyone we know, and have always heard great things back. Definitely go with them!

I cannot say enough about Rainer and his team at Synchronized Home Solutions. As we were relocating to San Diego, I was dreading the interactions with service providers (internet, tv, etc) as they are typically pushy with their sales tactics and they usually have long wait periods for installation. Rainer was able to step in, arrange for my requested service needs and install my internet and DirecTV services within a very short timeframe. He made the process less complicated and less stressful. Excellent customer service with an incredibly rapid response time. Simply the Best and highly recommended.
I would recommend Synchronized Home Solutions to anyone! It was a lot different dealing with someone more direct versus being over the phone. The installation was quick and easy and the owner was very professional and friendly. We're new to the area so he was able to give us great tips on things to do! Thanks a lot for all your help!

These guys are good! I called to ask about their service, and Dominic explained everything really clearly. I made an appointment, and Rainer showed up on time and explained the best options for my house. It was installed in a couple of hours and works really well.
I've had a couple of questions since then, and Rainer always gets back to me quickly.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to anyone interested in DIRECTV.
My experience with Rainer was very good. He did exactly what he said he would do. He also referred me to HD Hookups who did a great job
of programing my Harmony remote. A+++ all the way!
A work associate had referred us to Synchronized Home Solutions a few years ago. Since then, we've used them on various projects and had countless phone calls to them for advice.

I work for a high end dental practice in La Jolla and we have a lot of technical devices in our ops. We had problems with one of our t.v's and the master juggler came in and saved the day! As a practice who offers great Customer service it is nice to be on the receiving end of great service!!!
Great experience. I had no trouble setting up my account and getting it installed with no hassle or excuses. Rainer is very knowledgeable and willing to help with any questions that I had. He even takes calls 24hrs a day. I couldn't ask for better service.
These guys did an awesome job with my new restaurant Satellite TV system! Rainer, the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. He described all the options and walked me through the selection process. He then arranged the installation and supervised every aspect of the job through completion. Ok, if you are looking to add satillite dish to your home, don't call DirectTV or DishNetwork, call these guys at Synchronized Home Solutions. They are reliable, fast and know their stuff. And you will get the best deal out there..they are honest too! On top of that they are genuinely nice (and funny) guys who actually mean it when they say call us if you have any problems and we will get back to you within an hour. Our dog stepped on the dvd remote tonite and messed up our settings..I couldn't get anything to work. I called their number and Rainier called back within an hour. These guys are successful because they know their craft and keep their word..two traits you rarely find in businesses today. Call them..you will be glad you did.
NOTE: Although they are located in Poway, they service other areas in San Diego too. We live in Lakeside (East County) and they installed ours no problem.

The installer seemed like he was right out of tech school and seemed like he wasn't comfortable doing the install because we had the older type wiring and I wanted the Dish put on the back of the house instead of right by the front door.
He flat out declined to do the job and recommended to look for a local retailer.
We found one close by in Poway, Synchronized Home Solutions and talk about accommodating! They came out for a consultation, we discussed the wiring and they said it was not an issue and they would run new lines free of charge. We also agreed on a inconspicuous placed in the back of the garage for the dish to be placed which is not visible from the street or our backyard.
Their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced and they came out free of charge after the installation to bring us a new remote after our dog got a hold it and chewed it up.
As for DirecTV itself, it's the best TV service I've experienced. The guide is user-friendly, it has all my channels, and the quality is amazing. On top of that I am saving $40 a month over TWC.
They also recommended us to stay with TWC for the internet and phone and said any issues we have would be resolved after the TV was removed and would free up bandwidth. They even coached us on how to get the best rate from TWC for the remaining services once we disconnected the TWC TV portion.

My HOA has been hassling me over removing a second story satellite dish that has not been in service for several years, so I finally looked into renting a tall ladder to do it myself or hiring someone else. I stumbled upon this company and got a quote that I was happy with right away. Everything was clearly explained, and the removal was to include any sealing of holes. The work was done completely and professionally, and best of all, fit my busy schedule. I was able to communicate via text and also did not have to be home for this outside work. This was extremely convenient for me. Also, the company notified me right away when they needed to reschedule the original date and gave me alternative options. I am satisfied that I got what I paid for and for the price I was first quoted. I would highly recommend the dish removal service from this company for those stuck in similar situations as I was.

Still cant believe all the bad experiences folks are having with getting Directv.
Do your research! Do it on this site and find a better way to get Directv.
Read your peers reviews that got directv from a local retailer.
They have overwhelmingly good things to say about Directv/ATT.

Rainer is the best! He took care of all of our wifi/TV needs without us having to do anything. He is experienced, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend Rianer to take the hassle out of setting up/working with the cable and internet companies.

These guys are top notch. Dominic and his crew did a hell of a job with the installation. They were also really cool dudes and fun to talk to. I had a bill dispute with DTV and Rainer stepped up and took care of the problem. Call them if you are thinking of DTV.
If there were 10 stars I'd rate them higher. They are on top of every facet if their business - quick to respond, easy to schedule installation, great follow up. You can't do better. Don't keep getting gouged by local cable companies. Call Synchronized Home Solutions and get the best possible DirecTV price, installation and customer support.
These guys were great. Excellent communication, professionalism, and got the installation done quickly. They really go above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. Highly recommended.

Rainer and Domonic were great. My DIRECTV works great and both men came to my home and gave me great service. I've had zero problems with my television, my bill dropped 2/3, and I have more channels. Why would anyone stay with cable?? Call and ask for Rainer directly and tell them Rose sent you. Just showing you some love and ask for details about how you can save big. These guys are Amazing! After moving to a new apartment with south east facing patio we waited a week for DirectTV to come out and tell us they couldn't establish service (boo!). Well, we had met Dominic previously at another complex where he was completing an installation evaluation so we called Synchonized Home Solutions to see if they could help. They came out the same day, called us from our apartment complex (we were out), and said not only could they do the install, they would be there the next day.
On the day of, they arrived, were super professional, and set up the dish, did all the wiring, and established our account for us. It took about an hour. Additionally, they have called to follow up to ensure our satisfaction, and came back out to complete the installation once our internet was connected.
We have refered them already and our friend was overjoyed with the quality of their professionalism and service too!
Definiately give these guys a call you won't be disappointed!
We recently completed a DirectTV installation with Synchronized Home Solutions and the results were A+. This was an install that was declined by Direct TV due to some old wiring in our home. We had almost given up when we were referred to Rainer Zach at SHS. Rainer is a professional and assured us he could do the job and bring in the deal at the same budget as Direct TV and lo and behold that is exactly what he did.
The installers, who work directly for this company, did an awesome job. Not only were they thorough, neat and knowledgable, they were extremely
courteous and put my elderly parents totally at ease. I don't think this was the simplest installation but Michael went through everything methodically, got all the wiring
done, NEATLY, covered the clothes in my closet when he drilled a small hole, hid the wire under the carpet and all in all made us very comfortable while he was in my
parents home. He even moved the router to a better location and my mom now has more room on her desk and can turn the desk light off and on.
This is a small personal company that knows what they are doing and stands behind their product. They were up for the challenge of older wiring and we now have 3 working HD TVs, all able to record and watch recording and all premium channels for 90 days for a ridiculously low price.
In addition to this Rainer was extremely courteous. If you are even remotely interested in Direct TV you should contact this company. In Rainer's words, You Won't Be Sorry

I originally ordered directv a few years back and had SHS do the install. I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. Very trustworthy and explained in detail how the system works.
Well, a few years went by and I recently moved to another house. Directv sent a couple different crews(Parolees) by to do the install but they wouldn't listen to how I wanted it installed. I wasn't getting anywhere and it seemed as if they wanted to take the easy way out. I have a subfloor and they felt like it was a better idea to run wires down my stucco and drill holes in through the side of the house. REALLY!! Just seemed like they were lazy and didn't want to get dirty..
So before canceling direct TV, I figured I would try to do some research and see if I could locate SHS. I just happened to keep their info in my files. GOOD THING!! I immediately called them and they came out when I requested. They had no problem getting dirty and completed the job without any issues. They are very professional and do really clean work. Can't stress enough about how pleased I am. I already referred a couple friends to them who were also impressed.
I just had my Direct tv installed. All I can say these guys are wonderful. They will answer all your questions. Im so glad I dumped cable. I would refer them to anyone who wants to make the switch

We recently moved to the Rancho Bernardo area where att was not available.
Were no fans of Time Warner so we decided to give Directv a shot.
We tried to sign up calling their heavily advertised 800 number and got totally turned off.
They where not forthcoming with the pricing after the initial introductory offer expires,
didn't seem to know much about wiring requirements and we were put on hold a bunch of times to get the information we needed.
I heard horror stories about the customer service aspect of Directv and trying to sign up just confirmed that.
Eventually we decided to give a local dealer a call who was highly recommended to us by a neighbor. What a difference! We felt well taken care of from start to finish,they came to our home went over mounting options where the antenna could be placed so it would be the least visible, went over pricing for year one , two and three.
They even took a look at our wiring and said they would rewire some of the line for free since it was not up to date. They did not pressure us at all just said to call if we decided to go with them.
We signed up right then and there and got installed the next day. We couldn't be happier with our tv and the customer service from Synchronized Home Solutions.
We have the owners and the lead technicians cell number and they always pick up the phone or get right back to us.
Once we messed something up with our input and their tech was there a few hours later to take care of the issue at no cost.
We highly recommend those guys.
Great work! Great service! Highly satisfied. They worked around my schedule. I had a dish installed, 60 TV mounted, upstairs cable added, and in-ceiling speakers installed. Dom offered expert professional advice and suggestions. He is clean, neat, proficient in technical matters. Highly recommended for home entertainment work. Saved a ton of money with these pros!
I called DirecTV to order service recently. The installer came to my home and told me that he could not install my dish. My A/V guy recommended that I give Rainer and Dominic a call and I'm glad I did. Both of them are great guys, professional and efficient. They came to my home the next day and had me up and running in no time. They do quality work and provide terrific service. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to get DirecTV.
