ASL Electric did a fantastic job at fixing our issue. We had a garbage disposal that was not being activated by the wall switch after some unrelated maintenance work from another company.

Josh showed up on time, was able to diagnose the issue, and resolve our problem within an hour. It's working great and could not have been more pleased. We'll continue to call ASL for our future needs.

Based on reviews, we scheduled a site estimate for a whole house lighting project for our home early this week.  I left work early to meet with their rep, Johnny Bryant, but he was a no-show.  I called ASL and they told me that he had an emergency call and couldn't make it.  It would've been nice if they gave me a heads up or called to let me know he couldn't make it.  So we, reluctantly, rescheduled another site visit for this morning.  I asked for another rep, but they told me that Johnny Bryant was their only rep for this kind of project.  Again, he was a no-show and I stayed home from work for nothing!  No phone call, no reason, no nothing!  Very unprofessional!

Sorry, but this place isn't earning our business.

Sirous, our ASL electrician, was prompt, professional, and absolutely helpful with our lighting additions and repairs for our just-purchased Mission Viejo home. The recessed lights in our dining room were flickering and strobing for the last several months. After trying unsuccessfully to fix the issue ourselves, we called ASL Electric to come take a look. Jerry arrived on a Friday afternoon in the pouring rain and quickly diagnosed the problem as an issue with our dimmer switch. He replaced the switch and made sure our three-way system worked appropriately after the fix. He cleaned up the debris and finished in less than half an hour. Prompt, competent, and friendly service.

I had simple project of the Ring transformer and kitchen pendant light installation. Alway get second opinion but me? I contacted close to dozen electrician. I told them it is simple job, just replacing a part and hanging pendant light. The quote I received were just mind bogglingly high price. I know thanks to Fed Reserve we are living in high inflation time. But all the quotes are way too shocking!
Here came ASL Electric. Not asking phone number but simple reply with quote, call the office and got appointment and not trying to sell you anything.
Walter the electrician came on time. Very friendly gentleman who explained questions I had regarding wiring fundamental 101. He complete the job quicker than I expected and chaeged me for quote ASL promised.
I definitely going to recommand ASL to my church group as mostly seniors with electrical knowledge of the pet rock.
Thanks Walter for taking care of our job in lightening speed on hot day!

Had an issue pop up on Sunday, called first thing Monday morning and ASL had an appointment available between 12-1.  I was on a time crunch, and so had been calling around to see who had availability.  I told the team on the phone that I would be available all morning if the technician was available earlier.  I got a text 15 minutes later saying that the technician could be available around 10:30.  Great customer service.  Josh showed up on time, we walked through the issue and he solved it in short order.  He was polite, clean and efficient with his time.  2nd time using ASL, they've been great both times!

I like using ASL electric for their professionalism and high-caliber electricians. The only issue I had was with their charging/fees when multiple technicians are used on the same job. Otherwise, a reputable vendor to use for moderate/complex electrical work.

Chose ASL Electric to change out a switch for our ceiling fan/dimmable lights based on strong Yelp reviews. I called and was scheduled with Josh the very next day.

Josh showed up on time but told me that he needed to run to the store to pick up parts and that I would be charged for that time. This was confusing so I actually asked him to leave as I would rather go to the store and buy parts myself rather than pay $149/hour for him to run the errand. I called ASL to clarify and they stated Josh was new to the company and this was, in fact, NOT their policy. If he needed to go get parts, I would be charged for those parts only and not be on the clock. Okay great, they told Josh to come back and finish the job as he had left already.

So Josh comes back, gets clarification that I need a switch that can both operate my ceiling fan AND control the attached dimmable lights. He ends up needing to run to the store twice as the first trip he bought the wrong product. When he came back, he went directly to the room to do the installation. After he was finished, I caught him leaving. He handed me the empty box that contained the switch he installed and basically told me the switch works but doesn't have a light dimming function. Now I was really confused because this was specifically something I had wanted.. and if he needed to install a switch WITHOUT that function, why wouldn't he ask me if it was okay before doing the work??

Confused, I asked him what I could do to get the work done that I had actually wanted and requested. He said I could special order a switch but it would be a long and convoluted process and that's just the way it goes. And then he left!! Didn't apologize about not doing the job as I had requested. Didn't bother showing me anything about the switch he had just put in, how it worked, nothing. On top of that, I actually looked through the switch box and manual and it DOES have a dimmable function for the light. But when I tried to use it, it didn't work! Anyways this was Absolutely TERRIBLE service.

I then called ASL to complain. I unloaded on the receptionist, which I felt bad about doing, but she set me up with Walter to come back the following week.

Walter showed up on time, took a look at the switch and determined that it was likely faulty. He ran to Home Depot down the street (the same store Josh went to!) and picked up a different switch. Installed it, and voila it works perfectly. I can control the ceiling fan AND dim the lights. So why did Josh tell me that I would have to special order parts?? Because he LIED in order to be done with the job rather than going back and getting parts that worked and finishing up the job the right way.

So ASL gets 3 stars for Walter doing a good job and providing polite and honest service. 0 stars for Josh. My advice for anyone wanting to use ASL is to not get stuck with Josh. He does not care if the work he does for you meets your expectations and would rather lie just to be done with you rather than actually finish the work as he was hired to do.

Very happy with the service.  Cory was prompt, efficient and courteous.  We had a burnt outlet outside, which I hadn't even thought about checking since we rarely use it.  The pricing is fair and he checked another issue for me after he had closed the tab.

Just had Walter and Brennon come by to install a chandelier in my entryway. The ceiling is 20 feet high and other electricians kept 'hemming and hawing' about whether they could do the job or not. No worries!

I called ASL Electric, and their Can-Do attitude impressed me right away. Monique was polite & courteous while inquiring about the scope of my project and we were able to schedule the job to be done in no time at all. Now, my wife and I are admiring the sparkles reflecting off the chandelier crystals in this afternoon's sunlight.

We recently had two ceiling fans installed. Brennan from ASL did a very nice installation. Our house was not originally wired for an easy install, so Brennan thoroughly explained what he needed to do to the drywall ceiling and electrical connections. The actual installation did not take him long to complete and we now have two new ceiling fans. We would definitely call ASL again for our future electrical service.

Had an issue with my NEMA 14-50. Car said charge rate reduced, wall plug temperature high, wall outlet and wiring inspection recommended. ASL did not install the outlet, but I asked them to help fix the issue. The electrician (not Walter) that came out said that the breaker should be downgraded from a 2 pole 50A breaker to a 2 pole 30A breaker. That doesn't make any sense... I have a NEMA 14-50 for which Tesla recommends a 50A breaker. Furthermore, downgrading to a 30A breaker would charge my car slower, so why would I choose to do that? When I told him that, his response was that it's not much slower and that he's been an electrician since 1984 as if that would convince me of his credibility. He also never inspected the actual outlet.  

Needless to say I didn't let him change it. Had another company come out to fix the issue (the outlet). That other company also confirmed that switching to a 30A breaker would not be helpful and would only trip the breaker as the outlet would try to pull 32A.

Again, to be clear, it wasn't Walter. I had Walter come out several months ago to fix some GFCI outlets. He was great.

We had a sudden issue with no power to a couple rooms. Walter came out to fix the issue and had to do some troubleshooting as it was not a straightforward solution. Highly recommend!

I was so happy with my service with ASL, I recommended them to all my neighbors. I had a constant light flickering issue in one of my rooms that was driving me bonkers. My lights and outlets would randomly lose power. I called ASL and they were able to find me an appointment within the week.

I won't namedrop (looks like everyone else on Yelp did, though), but he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, he worked fast (they charge hourly), and most importantly to me, he was vaccinated. He was also cool with putting on a mask. I asked him tons of questions and he was nice enough to show me what the issue was, how he's fixing it, and why the issue was happening. For example, he showed me some wires that were placed next to each other without being twisted, and he said, That's not the ASL way and explained why the ASL way was better. I feel like I got a crash course into being an electrician. By the time he was done, the issue had completely gone away. He finished a little early and double checked some small things with the extra time we had with him. It's a few days later and I'm confident this issue is completely resolved. From my experience, ASL sent over someone who provided friendly service and I'm definitely coming back.

The pricing structure they quoted me was around $150 for the first hour and $100 for every hour afterwards.

DO NOT USE... The Staff absolutely does not care about your time or day. I scheduled an appointment between 2-3pm first off. Got a text at 1 pm saying Josh will be there in 15-45 min so I had to make sure he would meet me at the actual scheduled time. Now I get there at 2, no one is there. Call them at 2:15 and I said I would get a call back getting an ETA, still no call. I call back AGAIN at 2:35 and then I was told he wasn't coming due to car troubles. I understand that things happen but the lack of communication is a complete disregard for my time, I took time off work and out of my day to get this taken care of and this company can care less. I will never use them again and I strongly advise that you don't either. There are plenty of other options out there!!!

The job.  Remove decades-old light fixtures in our kitchen and replace them with modern in-ceiling mounted lights, and replace old light switches with new light faders.  I've hired ASL before and their electricians continue to exceed our expectations.  Very thorough, and highly communicative throughout the process.  I officially consider us a repeat customer of ASL Electric.

Got same day installation for my Tesla wall connector  - as others have said, Walter is a freakin rockstar. Not only did he show up early (not like other contractors who give you a 4 hour window and then show up 30 min late anyways), he also completed the work flawlessly with time to spare based on the estimate he gave. I made a mistake and thought the house was prewired when it wasn't, so Walter came, checked out the situation, proactively went to Home Depot and got all the needed supplies. Totally reliable and completes the work with a smile on his face. Will definitely recommend ASL to everybody and if you're lucky to work with Walter, you can trust you'll get the service you're looking for.

We had a few ceiling fans that needed to be installed. ASL was fairly priced and able to send someone out within days of our initial request. The technician was polite, listened to my concerns, and very clean. One of the fans he installed is above my bed, and hput a tarp down so as to not leave shoe prints on my bedspread, then he picked up all the remains of the box, and left the little plate that covered the wires hole up. When I mentioned that the fan seemed to tilt when at full speed, he took a second look, made adjustments and made sure I was happy before leaving. I'd absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

Walter and The ASL team are great!
Got a text, when on the way and was on time.

My place will be a multi appointment project as we have several things to get upgraded and I knew that going in.
But our first appointment today was excellent, we are extremely happy with Walters work,  he made a few item suggestions for my shopping list for future appointments and gave great advice especially in kitchen for high priority safety item that need to be upgraded.
He checked to see if everything was grounded, replaced our master bath lights and ballast, also some switches and outlets that were in poor shape.
I can't wait to order all the electrical parts my house needs to upgrade the rest of it.
All in all above excellent service, we will be seeing them again soon and referring them to everyone we know.

I had a ceiling fan installed, a power outlet installed and and outdoor outlet repaired. Josh was very helpful in answering my questions and providing information on the projects.   He was also very helpful in taking a picture of the kitchen lights and sending it in to get a quote on converting them to recessed lights.  Great service.

Decided to hire ASL based on all the positive reviews for Walter. When I booked the appointment I specifically requested Walter and was told this would not be an issue.

A week later, a different gentleman came to my residence and when I explained what I wanted done (nest camera with flood light installed in an area where there wasn't a prior light) he appeared confused. I asked if Walter was joining him since I was told he would be performing my job.  He asked dispatch to call me. I received a call from the office letting me know that Walter was called away for a different job. I wish they could have communicated with me as soon as they knew instead of sending a different person.

I had to take time off work in order to fit within the open slots of your company, so this is extremely frustrating.

After having a new washer and dryer installed yesterday, we discovered that we had to replace the dryer 240v, 3 prong outlet with a specific 4 prong one. I   called ASL and they scheduled an appointment for today. Dan Casillas came out, determined the outlet required was a special type, went a got the correct one and installed it within about an hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I will recommend him and ASL to my friends.

The wall control panel for my garage door opener wasn't getting power consistently. I found ASL on Yelp after my usual electrician (Armes) was going straight to voicemail. I called, and the scheduler (Rebecca?) got me setup with a same-day appointment since they had a cancellation. Booking was super smooth and they send email and text notifications for everything - confirmation, arrival, invoice, etc.

Brennan was the electrician, and he was amazing. Not only did he discover and fix the issue (some taped together wires in my garage ceiling which should have had wire nuts holding them together), he also fixed my botched attempt to install a drywall anchor for the control panel and lengthened the wires going into the door opener itself since the opener's original installer left a bunch of wires hanging out, preventing the plastic door from closing.

Brennan got everything done within an hour, was really fun to talk to, and the price was extremely affordable. Highly recommend ASL and plan to use them as my go-to electrician from now on!

Sirous was great!  We've had electrical shortage issues in our kitchen for 2 years and many couldn't figure it out.  Situs identified that it was one of the many wires our door that was causing the short!

ASL Electric provides valuable and necessary information before starting a job to ensure you understand the process before they start their job. They are responsive, quick, and efficient. I have used them for multiple jobs already and will continue to use them as they do great work at a good price. They may not always be the cheapest but they do not cut corners and do the job right. The last work I had them out for was to rewire the garage and install an outlet for the garage door we were putting in. They done with in a couple of hours and kept the same price they quoted originally even though the job was a little more then they thought prior to coming. These guys are great and would give them a shot if you need electrical work done.

We hired ASL twice for electrical issues for a place we just moved into. The first time we had Cory as the electrician. My husband was home for that and Cory fixed things in a prompt manner and seemed very nice from what my husband says!

For the second time, I stayed home this time and met Walter for a ceiling fan issue. Walter is excellent at his job, even when the wiring at my place threw him some curveballs! He troubleshooted and resolved the issue promptly. In addition to having great expertise, he's also extremely nice! We have more minor electrical things to fix and we'll definitely be calling ASL Electric in the future!

Super professional! I called several electricians before ASL and they were the best. They had a dedicated person answering the call who fielded all my questions and promptly scheduled an appointment, unlike other places where it seemed like the electrician answered the calls directly or someone never picked up the call. They were also the best priced of all the places I called at $149 for the first hour. Another electrician I called wanted $250 for the first hour!

Walter was my electrician and he was fantastic. Incredibly nice and accommodating and explained to me what the issue was. He had everything working in half an hour. I had two separate people look at my issue and neither could figure out what was wrong. Walter knows his stuff!

Technician Walter demonstrated not only domain expertise but also willingness to help by reviewing different options of ceiling lighting with me - even though his primary task was just to help me install my Ring camera.

Wonderful experience--as always--with ASL Electric.  We'd used them in the past for a circuit issue so emailed when we had a new light installation.  Rebecca was fantastic to work with over email before setting up the work to ensure that we had all the parts and were ready to go.  Walter did the actual installation and was punctual, professional, and kind.  He was both quick (everything finished in a single hour) and thorough, taking the time to attach all the tiny crystals on the chandelier.  Highly recommend.  Was happy to learn that they also do plumbing.

I found ASL Electric through yelp. I called on a Wednesday with three items to take care of at my home; (2) Halogens 4 cans change out to LED cans, secure a very loose GFI receptacle in a bathroom and add a receptacle in the back yard. My appointment confirmed two days later for Friday. Morning of the appointment ASL text me lettings me know the technician was on his way. He arrived on time and we reviewed the scope of work. Walter, my tech, walked me through each of the repairs. He completed each task in a timely manner and very knowledgeable. Before leaving, he asked if there were anything else. Being time sensitive to his schedule, I asked if he had the time to change out a switch. He looked at it and said, yes.  

This company if very polite, professional, knowledgeable and diligent. I have their business card and will spread the word to my neighbors and friends. I will be using them again for sure!

Some of the GFCI outlets in the bathrooms and kitchen were not functioning in our newly bought home. In order to solve the problem so we can use a hair dryer I sent messages to a few businesses on Yelp. These guys were the fastest to respond (within 5 mins) and our electrician Walter came the very next day.
Walter was extremely friendly and fast, he quickly found the problems and got them fixed. He went one step ahead and explained how these problems happened and how to avoid them in the future. The entire process was transparent and pleasant.
I can't recommend these guys more, they are a big company with dedicated customer service and payment portal. The pricing was also very good, I was quoted higher by other businesses who replied me hours later.

I had this company go to three of the homes I own in the area to do some minor repairs. Two of the properties are rentals and one is my personal home. When the technician came to my home I met him there and showed him the work I needed. He was asked to install a motion light under the stairs and one at the end of the garage. I also asked him to check on another motion light that was not working. Today I can say I'm all set, they did a great job and I will use them in the future. The owner is right there to make sure you are happy with the final results.

I've used ASL in the past for electrical and plumbing work.  My last plumbing experience (leaky bathroom faucet) was incredibly dismal.  First, the plumber was unapologetically late.  When he did come, he didn't have the parts and put the onus on me to determine the specific parts (i.e. call Delta).  He said that he doesn't repair faucets, given that he doesn't have the specific parts.  All that he does, apparently, is replace faucet units in total.   My house is only 6 years old and I keep the faucets in new appearance, as they all match throughout the house.  Why would I replace an entire, relatively new faucet because only a part inside has gone bad (like an o-ring)?  What a terrible plumbing practice!   If a tire on your relatively new car gets worn, do you replace the car?  The plumber left..no apologies from him OR the company.  I'm done with ASL.

UPDATE: In response to the message posted on this review. I truly appreciate that you stand behind your reputation but I can not accept your offer. This review was not meant to bully, but to share my experience. I have changed my star rating because I can see that you care about your customers and their satisfaction. I do think this could have been entirely avoided if customers were notified before scheduling that they should hire someone else to finish the job. I hope that my technician has not gotten backlash from this as he is a good electrician and a kind person who just tried to help. It is not his fault. Thank you.

Our technician showed up on time to install a new plug over the fireplace. The first thing he asked me after arrival is if I was aware that he would have to cut multiple large holes in our wall but that he would not do any drywall repairs. So we would be left with having to patch and repair our own drywall or hire another contractor to fix it. NO, actually I did not know this. The technician could see I was extremely stressed about being blindsided by this and offered to patch the drywall which we were extremely grateful for. HOWEVER, we were left with the existing plug being crooked and with holes all around it that I am unable to fix. If we were to plug anything into this plug it would fall into the wall.

I called the company to complain and they offered to send someone to fix it. When I got the appointment confirmation they were going to send the same technician again and we were not comfortable with this - why send the same person to fix the original mistake? We opted out as I no long trust this company with my home.

Wow!!! What a find... my husband had been looking for someone to install recess lighting with out breaking the bank! We had a few companies, homie D workers and referrals. So in a nutshell- some showed up, some didn't. Then if they did- the were charging to install lights for a mansion and that we do not have, just a 1400 sq fit condo and only doing the downstairs.
Well we reached out to get a quote through Yelp and was quick to response, very detailed on what we needed and came back with a reasonable quote.
Scheduled a few days later- we had a technician by the name of Walter that came out. Note: you will receive a text to give you a heads up when they will be arriving. Walter was out within the 15 min of the text, arrived professional, took about 15 min of placement of the recess lighting, size of the other cans and other details. Walter gave his estimated time of finish. Laid the plastic to protect the floor and furniture, then got to work! Since we added a fan installation our job was extended out an extra day to complete the work. Walter explained the process and his knowledge and experienced showed, he took extra time to reset on the remote control code- since the fan I purchased from Lowes didn't have it in the box and I had to go back to get one. Definitely recommend this company and if you are lucky to have Walter as your technician/ installer!!

I've used ASL Electric 2x now for home projects. Both Brennon and Jason were courteous, on time, skilled, and very professional.

We had four can lights and a chandelier added to our front room along with rewiring multiple outlets plus an EV car charger. Prices and customer service were both as quality as the work!

Today we had multiple service items tackled from an old light control box that is no longer in service to security cameras to troubleshooting a ground fault in our office. Jason did a top notch job! Would highly recommend for a job well done.

Today Cory Mann came by to repair and adjust a number of electrical issues on the outside of house. He came at the time promised (actually a little early), listened carefully to my description of the problems, figured out quickly what the likely causes where and got down to fixing the issues. He helped me with a little education on wiring and circuit breaker layouts in my house. He did the repair work, efficiently and cleaned out the affected areas after it was done. All the issues were resolved to my satisfaction and he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the work. I am glad he came out today and will use Cory and ASL Electric again. Recommended!

Allow me to share our experience with CORY. We had purchased a house and had a handy person paint and replaced/ installed new outlets and fans. Upon completion,  several outlets and lights did not work. So we reached out to ASL electric. CORY showed up on time and on his game. CORY is friendly and educated me on the root cause of our problems. It seems our house told him what needed correction. CORY had them all fixed in 1.5 hours. Ask him to share his surfing story.
We have found our new go to electrical company ASL as long as CORY is there.

Excellent Service. Appointment was scheduled right away. Corey came out on time and was ready to get to work the second he arrived. Super friendly and knowledgeable.  We replaced a couple light fixtures & 3 outdoor gfi's with weather covers in the backyard. Also installed a new wired Ring Pro doorbell to replace the old battery operate unit. He was finished with everything in a couple hours and pricing was exactly as quoted when scheduling. Their technician, Walter, arrived on-time and did an outstanding job. He changed out the electrical outlets in my kitchen and installed LED lights under my cabinets. The job was pristine when Walter finished! But I have to include another service that he performed: during the job, while I ran to Home Depot to purchase different LED lights, Walter took the time to re-box the previous LED lights and organize all of the unused items that I had to return to Home Depot, along with the receipts. He went above and beyond to do this while he waited for me to return.

Very happy all around and I would definitely use ASL Electric again.

Had a power outage in the neighborhood. When power restored, one room didn't come back on. Checked breaker, and the switch seemed broken, because I could wiggle it around back and forth with no resistance -- it wouldn't snap into place at either end, on or off.  Called around several places, but these guys had an opening on the spot, and they asked for a photo of the breaker so they could even pickup a replacement en route, to speed things up.  Came and fixed it in no time at all, and even checked all the other breakers to make sure they all looked good as well.  Great experience!  Walter was the technician, and he was very personable.  (Didn't even mind when my Labrador was jumping around him excitedly!)  Oh, and Walter gave me a tip that, if there is ever a power outage like that in the neighborhood, go switch all the breakers off, and wait until power is restored before switching them back on -- and even then, flip them back on me at a time.  :)

Honestly one of the WORST experiences I've had with a trade company. I got quotes from about a half dozen electricians, and after a pleasant phone consult I was convinced that this may be the company to go with. We discussed some rough pricing on the phone. Which included putting in some new lighting and rearranging the existing. We scheduled a date to perform the work but no actual quote was attached thereafter.

The day came and two electricians showed up. They started working and I told the gentlemen to send the full price over so that there was no confusion. To no surprise, the quote came in well over ANY quote I got previously. $2,400... 100% bait and switch vibe. I told the guys that this was a problem, and I shortly got in touch with a manager. I told him that I received a quote for $1,100 from another company, but they were busy and timing wise I needed it done sooner. We knocked off some work that wasn't super necessary, and he said he could do it $1,600 but not much less because otherwise he'd be doing it at cost.

Ok sure, romex, boxes, switches, housing, are like anywhere from a $5-20 bucks and if two guys are working at $100 an hour. A little egregious, but ill give it to you.

No communication from the manager to the workers ensued because the things that were taken off to lower the price were completed, but things that were supposed to get done were not. One electrician left soon after, so now it's one guy getting paid over $200 an hour at this point. But I imagine the manager wants to get paid $100 an hour just to do scheduling or something, I don't know.

Long story short is that they left the existing lighting. So now I have about 12 lights in a bathroom that's about 100 square ft with switches on 3 different walls. What kind of foresight is this? Who would ask for a job like this? The room looks like the Urban Lights art installation at LACMA. They refused to come back without charging more money. They cut every corner imaginable. The recessed lighting came with just the housing, didn't even bother putting a bulb in or asking about it. Paid almost $2,000 and at the end of the day not a single light to turn on. They left exposed wires on some existing lighting.

And it created tons of extra work for the next guys that were to complete this bath remodel project. My tile guy had to punch a hole through the wall to get the old lighting out of the way. In turn created more work for the drywall guy. Had to get a different company out to fix this mess.

*Oh and here's another bonus, after agreeing to 1,600, the actual invoice came via email which was like $1,635. I wrote a check for $1,600 and a different manager calls me and says that I have a remaining balance. Well I told him that the first manager agreed to $1,600 and the job wasn't even finished. He insisted it was and that rearranging wasn't apart of the job. Which is funny because that was the whole point of the work, the bathroom had lighting, rearranging was the reason I called in the first place. I told him I'm going to write about this on yelp. He said are you threating me?. I scoffed. Only thing I liked about this job is the kids that actually performed the work, because they had nothing to do with the problems. Management is horrifically bad.

I needed an electrical outlet installed in my office and I called around to a few places. I landed on ASL because they were the most friendly and professional out of the group I called.

They sent me text alerts letting me know when my tech would be arriving. Cory was at my office ready to work a few minutes BEFORE the quoted time! I was already impressed with them right then and there....(how many times are you  quoted a 4 hour time frame for when the tech is supposed to show up sitting, all the while you're just sitting around waiting for a tech to show up and do work and they show up AFTER their quoted time and give you some BS reasons as to why they're late). Not these guys! They were early and ready to work.

The work was awesome, Cory was super friendly and knew what he was doing. He even went out of his way to be helpful and respectful of my office in that he cleaned up after himself and checked with me to make sure everything looked perfect. (Which it did!) The outlet looks great and works perfectly.

These guys are top notch professionals and I will hire them again should I need any other electrical work done.

If you're look for a great electrician you should 100% use ASL Electric. They're awesome!

I ended up not needing their service today, but the folks I talked to were very helpful and I appreciated the honest feedback on the range outlet issue I was having. I'll be calling these guys for future electrical projects.

The first guy they sent to us was good so we asked for him back... apparently he's only assigned to big project... whatever that means, thus he's not available. Instead they sent this guy whose name was mentioned in a few reviews here.  He seemed like he didn't want to be here. He hardly said anything let alone explained anything.
We thought there's a wiring problem with our porch light because we couldn't turn it on after the painters removed it.  Turned out that we only needed to push the circuit breaker button harder. We (including the painters) were worried that we might have broken the switch. Maybe this guy thought we were stupid. Then we asked him to move our sprinkler's panel.  It's like talking to a robot. He did not give any suggestion and just drilled a hole in our dining room wall.  At first I thought he was gonna place the panel inside the house. What a horrible idea! It took him less than 5 minutes and cost $149 for the 1st hour. Now the cable outside is still hanging everywhere and we have a hole in our dining room.

Had some electrical issues. Brennon Lee from ASL electric company came to my house came through my warranty service provider and they did excellent job. They explained the actual issue and revolved the electrical issue permanently. I always hire them for my own house  electrical problem and they are awesome!!!!

I needed to add a ceiling light to my nursery and even with my being on the ground floor without overhead access they installed it in a single morning without any additional holes than the one the light is wired through. Walter, Thank you for how incredibly responsive and thorough you were to get our issue resolved. Our A/C was out because of a burnt out socket out and ASL was able to get someone at our house within a few hours too fix the issue. Walter showed up early which was great! He was professional with shoe covers and mask, and kept the mask on the whole time even with the inside temp of our house being 85+ degrees (thanks for keeping us safe). He finished quickly, within the 2 hour estimated time. Also did some additional clean-up of damaged wires and added a socket cover where the builder did not put one in. Really appreciate all you did and will definitely be calling ASL for future projects/ electrical issues.

So I sent out messages and I was getting bids... (I used to be married to an electrician, so this was killing me!)  All I wanted was to fix a light switch to a ceiling fan.  I had about 8 responses off of Yelp. ASL came back with a general intro amount which started me off with an idea of what I was working with.  Some others just said to call, which always frustrates me. Start with your hourly or so and give me a disclaimer of if its a funky job it will be more, I can work with that, but if I am comparing online, there is a reason for that.  I had actually contacted another company that had responded and he was supposed to come, I had asked him to come the following week, and I never heard back! So I went with ASL based on their reviews and their license status.  They were awesome from the get-go!  Communicative and professional.  They called when they said they were going to.  They confirmed online and via text. They sent a picture of the technician that was showing up so I knew who would be arriving at my door.  This morning, before he showed up, I received a text letting me know he would be to me in the next 10-45 minutes.  Sirous did a great job and wait for it.... He cleaned up after himself. WHAAAT?   I am telling you don't look any further go with ASL!

I hired ASL, and Cory was assigned to troubleshoot and repair a series is minor but annoying electrical glitches that we've been living with in our house did years. (Circuits shorting out, switches not working, etc.)
The solutions weren't obvious. So I was pleased that Cory had the persistence and creativity to keep working till he found the sources of the problems.
In the past I've dealt with contractors who had no patience and became unpleasant when the work got challenging, and gave up without really fixing the problem.
Not Cory. He seemed to enjoy the challenge of the detective work, and got the job done. Almost 6 months later everything is still working fine.

This morning I was greeted with almost all my power, internet, HVAC,  and kitchen appliances not working.  I called Johnny Bryant the owner and he got in touch with his first class crew of Luke and Travis just completing another project in Anaheim and rushed them over to my house for same day consultation and problem resolution.  They were prompt, professional, dedicated and really good guys that know how to talk to customers and take pride in doing it efficiently without wasting time or making excuses.  I got my master switch replaced to tide me over for the short term and will be getting a quote for a electrical panel replacement. I like camping outdoors but not camping indoors which is what I would be facing on a cold night.  Their  fast response brought light and heat to my home and family. I am giving ASL two thumbs way up!! Thanks guys.

So happy I called them!!  The electrical outlets in all 3 bathrooms were out and I looked at several different companies for service.  ASL was the best value and were available immediately.  Cyrus was on time and very efficient.  He quickly discovered a bad GFI outlet in an obscure place in my garage and replaced it.  All under an hour!  I would highly recommend this company and will refer them to all my neighbors!

It is shocking that a company could send a technician out that is unqualified and down right dangerous.  As a fellow contractor  we referred this company to several of our trusted customers. Unfortunately, after this incident,  we will never do so again.!
They sent one of their people  Corey  to our customers property to install an electrical outlet for a water filter to be installed by us. Their employee cut into the wire that serves the hardwired fire alarm ( AGAINST CODE) .  He also cut half the power off to the home the day before a 4 day holiday weekend. They were unresponsive to calls and emails. They were incapable getting a tech out to restore power an reverse the damages they caused.  As a result, the contractors bond will be used to pay for damages and legal action will be placed against the company for failing to adhere to CA  state home improvement laws. Stay away from this company they are unethical and dangerous!

I contacted 3 electricians and ASL was the quickest and only one to respond the same day. Walter arrived exactly at the beginning of the short one hour window (vs 3-4 hour windows from most other companies) and their automated system sent me a text when he was on his way from the previous job. I had a Ring door bell that was installed promptly and the end result looked clean on my entry way.  The bell required complete rewiring from the transformer, through the garage cabinets and adjacent wall to the entry way.  Luke came out, quickly assessed the job and fixed it very fast, linked to our network and provided some basic training on the App.  Courteous, friendly and a good communicator.   Would hire these guys for any electrical need in the future.

My first experience with ASL was a big project that included re-wiring every wall outlet and switch in my house to install copper pigtails and correct the problems I was having with the original aluminum wiring. They also inspected my main breaker box and replaced everything with the correct parts.

Fast forward about a month and I'm having them back to install multiple ceiling fans. Best price I could find anywhere, they run on time and do great work.

Had an issue with a ceiling fan and ASL came to me via my home warranty.  

Carlos determined that the fan was faulty and got approval to replace it.

He was concerned that he got a fan, which my wife would like.  Talk about customer service!

We just wrapped up a kitchen and bath remodel where ASL Electric handled our very extensive electrical project for the remodel  The project included new pendant lighting, recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, sconce lighting, additional outlets, dimmer switches, new appliance wiring, exhaust fans, etc. It was a complete overhaul and Johnny and the team were fantastic! We have called upon ASL multiple times when we needed an electrician. We had never before used them for plumbing needs. In fact we have used the same  plumber (different outfit) for many years. We called that plumber to repair some damaged valves and pipes in our master bathroom.  After about 20 minutes that plumber said...and you can't make this up...You need to call ASL.  The ASL plumber (Oscar) showed up on time (we even received a text informing us he was in route) and completed the nasty ugly problem the other plumber refused.

ASL Electric was dispatched to our home through our warranty company when several outlets in our home stopped working.  You never know who you will get, but this was the best experience we have had using our home warranty.  We received a text alerts reminding us of our appointment and a text alert when the electrician was within 30 minutes from our home.  Cory was our electrician.  He identified the issue right away and corrected the issue.  He was pleasant and communicated with me the entire time.  In addition, he left our home in better condition than when he arrived (changing out outdated outlets and an outside outlet cover).  I would definitely use ASL Electric again.  We will request Cory for sure.

After we had 4 outlets mysteriously go out, I asked ASL Electric for a quote. I received a prompt, detailed reply and it was in line with what I was expecting, including a two-hour estimate to complete the job. I requested a service call for that afternoon, and the technician showed up right on time.

He went to work to figure out our issue. I also showed him two other problems -- a bathroom light that occasionally went off and on, and a closet light that hadn't worked in two years. The technician fixed the four outlets, ran to Home Depot for additional parts, fixed the bathroom and closet lights, all within two hours. He didn't rush, and did good work. The final price (hourly rates, plus the cost of materials) was within the estimate, and I am very pleased with the work. When we need to upgrade our other outlets and electrical, I know who I'm going to call!

I had the best experience with ASL electric. We were having issues with our smoke alarms beeping for over 24 hrs - when I called, I was met with empathy and understanding. The founder, John Cipres came over within 45 minutes and worked to find the issue. He was nothing but helpful, pleasant and a true member of the RSM community. In fact, he didn't even charge a service fee, as the work needed to be done was so minimal. I would recommend ASL for all services to anyone who needed assistance.

ASL Electric was great to work with - easy scheduling, clear quote and line-item pricing.  There were some hiccups that were beyond the electricians' control, but ASL Electric definitely took care of me.

The first technician was delayed, but the office provided me with updates.  The second technician was prompt and on time, even on a Saturday for an emergency request!  Both technicians were friendly and wore masks.

I would definitely use ASL Electric again in the future!

I was referred to ASL through my home warranty company and I'm so glad I was (because experiences with their contracted service providers can be hit or miss).  ASL was prompt and efficient and resolved our electrical issues quickly. To me, ASL Electric stands for Amazing Service for Lights. After researching electricians for weeks, I stumbled upon ASL through Home Depot's referral service for a ceiling light I purchased. From my first phone call, the front office was helpful and responsive. ASL assigned Walter to be our electrician for the day because of the number of electrical items on our to do list-among other things, check and label our electrical panel, check/replace dozens of outlets, install a ceiling fan, replace/repair fixtures, and install a ceiling light. Walter was efficient, professional, respectful, diligent, personable, and trustworthy. We were so pleased that we requested him again a few weeks later to install floodlights and a chandelier. The cost to do all the work was very reasonable, and I feel our house is safer now that our electricals have been checked and updated. We appreciate Walter and ASL and highly recommend them for any electrical work. Also, we appreciated how well they kept us informed by texting arrival times, completion of work, and charges. Couldn't have a better electrician! We've been using them for about 10 years & always ecstatic with their work.
Brian came today to install a charging outlet for our new Tesla, along with replacing a bathroom ceiling fan, replacing a small recessed can in our kitchen & changing out 4 fluorescent tube lights in our master closet & storage rooms with recessed cans. I had a bad main circuit breaker. I called at least 6 places, and the only one who actually was able to respond promptly was ASL. Courtney (the receptionist/ scheduler/office manager) was really good about keeping me updated about a scheduled service time.

Stephan, the owner, came to check on the problem, confirmed that it was a bad main circuit breaker, sourced a replacement within 40 minutes, and got my power up and running.  

He also had to work on live wire, which is pretty dangerous. I recommend giving electricians space to work during those situations.

He also fixed a bunch of small issues in the house, rewiring bad sockets and switches. The price was reasonable. Stephan was super quick and professional. Definitely would hire again for any electrical needs.

I would highly recommend ASL and would personally call again myself for any electrical issues/work needed.  Our heater has been out for sometime and one of the first words out of Jerry's mouth was that we'll get it done today so your kids can be warm.  He had to call in Daniel, but both stayed until 9pm to get everything fixed and tested every outlet in the house to make sure everything was done properly.  This issue itself was caused by a horrible contractor we've been dealing with that not only did bad work, but almost put our family in danger with what they did.  Just when we were beginning to think all contractors were filthy liars, ASL went above and beyond to restore our faith in people.  Thank you Jerry and Daniel for being so great and saving our holidays!

I originally chose this company to do a full house lighting project in January 2020 and was pleased with their work and professionalism. I thought I had found a go to electrician for future issues and projects but was disappointed to find out that wasn't the case. When I called them on 6/4/21 to get a quote for charging options for my new Tesla and to troubleshoot several of their recessed lights that were supposed to last 30,000 hours but have already burned out in just over a year I was met with a curt and unfriendly voice on the other line. I was asked to send an email with photos, did so same day and never heard back. Thankfully I have since found a new electrician who is cheaper, took care of my needs (including the unfortunate news that echoes Amazon reviews in that the lights ASL installed are junk)  and will be my go to in the future. Just a cautionary tale for all in search of electrical work!

Oh, my gosh, I cannot say enough good things about this company; specifically, Carlos!  During these times of uncertainty and in needing an electrician, I was not sure we would find one who would be willing to come to our home, but we needed to try.  We called ASL who was recommended by a friend.  An appointment was made for 8 am the next day and Carlos came to our rescue.  We had three ceiling fans not working.  Carlos easily fixed two in five minutes and the last one had to be replaced.  He had no problems whatsoever!  He was kind, nice, intelligent, clean, and clearly explained everything.  Hooray!  And thanks again!  Laura Mapes.

Recently moved to CA and didn't have any contacts so trial and error as far as finding good companies that are trustworthy. Cory did a great job.  My only annoyance was that it took him a full hour ($149) to figure out that a battery and instructions on how to code the receiver from the wall switch to the ceiling fan receiver were needed. As a result he came back and I was charged an additional $99 for approx. 30 min another day.  The job should have been one hour and $149 charge.  It is done and now working well.  Cory is a great guy. I would hire the firm again but be clearer on payment to the office.

Definitely deserved more than 5 stars!!

I needed an electrician to take a look at a 4.5 year old home with 3 outlets, a fan, and one of three dimming light switch that was not working.  The builder referred me to ASL Electric and it was a great referral!  Courtney is a pleasure to work with and scheduled Stephane (the business owner!!) to come out the next day.

Stephane texted me to let me know that he is on his way.  He is very knowledgeable and troubleshooted and corrected ALL of the issues in less than 40 minutes!  He explained the issues to me so I understood (someone had rewired the lighting upstairs and downstairs) what needed to be fixed.  I was also impressed with the painless payment process and the fancy scheduling apps he is using.

ASL's level of customer service is outstanding and the pricing was straight forward and I thought it was a great value.  I would definitely recommend ASL to anyone. I will definitely give them a call when I need an electric car charger installed and if I need any other work done.

I had to replace two ceiling fans, several light fixtures and a thermostat.  ASL came with a strong recommendation.  They certainly lived up to even better than the reputation they already had.  The first electrician, Cory did an excellent job in installing everything; however something went wrong with the thermostat and I couldn't get the heater going.   I called the company early next morning. Although it was Saturday, they immediately sent out another electrician, Jerry.  I found out that it was his birthday!   He was most gracious about sacrificing his special day and responded to the emergency call, and worked so hard to diagnose the problem, then coordinated with heating and air conditioning company as well as the owner of ASL Electric.  Jerry demonstrated absolutely the highest and most impressive professionalism, empathy and kindness in handling otherwise complicated situation and ultimately had the specialist from a heating and air conditioning company come out and helped resolve the problem.  The owner of the ASL company took the responsibility for the issues and paid for the heating specialist come out immediately and address the problem.  I must say that I am extremely impressed with the company's highest standards in conducting their business in such a  responsible and fair manner that I have never seen with any other companies!!!  I would recommend this company to anyone with confidence. And Jerry, you are truly the top electrician in every meaning one can think of, and you will always be my go to electrician, thank you so much!!!

I highly recommend ASL.  The electrician Carlos from ASL was excellent in debugging and fixing our circuit breakers problem.  Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.  He quickly identified the issue and fixed the problem.  He also cleaned up and put everything back to their original condition after he finished the job.  Their communication mechanism was excellent too - phone calls, text messages, emails.  I want to thank owner/manager Johnny and Carlos for helping us out with this emergency yesterday.  Will definitely use ASL again in the future for all our electrical needs.

As a fellow electrician, there are many times that I am unable to service my clients in the timeframe they need. Rather than disappointing them or putting them on the schedule three weeks later, I refer them to Stephane and his crew. Stephane always takes excellent care of my clients, as well as keeps me informed of his interaction, as well as his completion of the project. tl;dr: Need a competent team for your electrical projects? Call Stephane now.

Stephane and his team are one of the best vendors I've worked with. I manage both residential and commercial properties and we've used him for several jobs, and he's definitely one of our preferred vendors.

Our most recent project was switching out close to 300 bulbs to LED, and I am really happy with the results. From the start, Stephane has been a great joy to work with. He is responsive, gives fair prices, really efficient and helpful. (Not to mention he's really funny too!)

He took care of all the bulb selections and delivery. There were a few occasions when we changed our minds purely for aesthetic reasons, and another when his supplier accidentally delivered the wrong bulbs. He did not think twice about replacing the ~100 bulbs for us (we just paid the difference for the bulbs. He did not manage to return the bulbs to his suppliers and got a cut from the profit because of this mix up. :() Despite all of these incidents, he was still really friendly and helpful all the way till the end. Even when there were jobs that were not in our proposal, he helped us out readily.

I had the great pleasure of working with Cory and Thomas on this job. They are both equally as amazing. They were the ones mostly on site, and I have met my fair share of vendors to say that they are really meticulous and thorough in doing their job. They are super polite, and always on time for our appointments.
When I pointed out issues, (flickering bulbs, missing bulbs etc), they attended to them immediately.
Whenever they're changing bulbs, they have blankets ready to prevent the floors from being scratched, they have a system to trash old bulbs and to prevent tools from being left around - something really important in that household since there are kids around. There was one particular room where they were trying to find the transformer for the light bulbs and Cory did not hesitate climbing up into the attic to look for it. (... The house doesn't have a proper attic. There was just a hole leading up to the space above and he'd probably had to crawl a ways to find the transformer. Fortunately he eventually did not have to do that.)

Thank you ASL Electric!! You made a crazy job so much more bearable :)

Fast response time and fixed the problem  I was having.  He was very considerate of my home by putting booties (protective covering) over his shoes  so as not to damage my floors. Very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended and would call again if I need help.

My tech was Daniel who came after hours and was right on time at 5:00 for my appointment. He gave a quick inexpensive solution to the lighting issue I was having. The owner was very accommodating and was able to set up my appointment for the same day. Thanks guys I will use you again with any electrical issues I have in my home.

THESE GUYS ARE HEROES!!!  Prompt and honest!   Stephane assisted me with an electrical emergency.  I received a prompt telephone call back late at night.  He followed up with an early morning visit to fix my electrical short in my condo to restore my power.  He took extra time to explain the cause of the short and showed me what to do if it happened again.  He is really a hero!   ASL electricians are all great!  I've used them in the past to install ceiling fans - they are fast, efficient, and clean.  And they are affordable!

I gave ASL Electric to to some work in the attic and office.  I've had bad luck when contacting a company to work on my house, this time I was very pleased I received a call letting me know the tech was on his way.  I walked him through the issues that need attention and he went right to work.  He let me know what needed to be done to fix the issues and did a great job with the repair. The bill was very fair (compared to other bids I received..... Travel time etc.) I would use this company hands down for your electrical needs.

This is my first review with Yelp but the company is well deserved of a positive one!!

Thomas and Brian were simply outstanding. My girlfriend and I just bought a townhome in Aliso Viejo and were referred to ASL by our realtor. I could not be more pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work the two-man crew provided. We had 15-20 outlets replaced as well as a waterproof outside outlet installed. They preformed that work quickly with no issues. They also took an extra 10 minutes to install a dimmer switch in our kitchen and plugged in the retro-fit can lights in our kitchen (we provided the switch and cans) at no charge! Brian realized it would have taken me an hour or two to replace the 6 cans, so he did it in 5-10 minutes.

Owning my own company in home improvement, I know just how rare and valuable quality workers can be. Bottom line, I will always call ASL for my electrical needs in the future and would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Stephane and his team are all very nice, very punctual, and technically good at what they do.  We had our kitchen remodeled which included adding built in appliances, under cabinet lighting, and new GFI outlets to bring everything to code.  We also wanted to add some extra exterior outlets on the exterior.  We are so pleased with the work ASL Electric did!  The work itself is great - everything is straight, looks great and very functional.  The City Permit Inspector passed the electrical with no issues at all.  I am especially concerned with the electrical because if it's not done properly, a fire can result.  I fully trust ASL Electric to do my electrical.  We have had them back a couple other times for other electrical work.  They always show up when they say they will and the work is always the best!  I highly recommend this company!

This review is wayyyyy overdue! Stephane is absolutely amazing and more importantly a very honest person. I've used Stephane's services many times over the last 10 years and he's always done an excellent job. The first time we used ASL Electric was 10 years back when we moved to our condo in Irvine. He put a new internet cable throughout our condo, put bathroom fixtures in, hung up the dining room lights and redid a bunch of other electric lines and outlets to make them to code.
A couple of years later I was having an overload situation in one line that would trip when the hair drier and iron would be on at the same time. I called him on a weekend and he happily came over to fix the issue.
Recently we had a breaker issue that was overloading the microwave, toaster and refrigerator line and I called him. Once again, he was right on time and did an amazing job. He even replaced a few outlets and switches when he stopped by.
Excellent job as always and his prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend Stephane and ASL Electric.

This is the first yelp review I've done and I felt complied to do it, asl Electric worked without schedule, were incredibly knew what they n Ed to to fix but always kept me in the loop, from the simple to a remodel you will never find a more pleasant group of people to work with!! Stephane was entirely profession and no Co even came back 3 times to make sure I was happy to see the follow through enjoy yourself, but everyone was beyond chill and professional, they left my house cleaner than when she showed up!!!

If you're looking for an electrician look no further. ASL is fantastic. Stephane, the owner, is extremely professional. I left a message and he returned my call within 10 minutes. Scheduled an appointment right then and there. After hanging up I immediately received a text message confirming the appointment that we set. His technician Cory texted us when he was on his way. He showed up on time and did an unbelievable job. Extremely neat, clean and conscious of our belongings. Very friendly and personable as well. When Cory left we received another text message saying our service had been completed. I will use ASL for all my electrical needs.

I recommend this company 300%! Stephane is SO professional, and I really have to say that he has been the highlight of my home improvement process. His crew are clean, professional, UPBEAT, positive, reliable, and talented. Nothing is a problem for Stephane, who took great care not to exceed my budget, while happily helping wherever he could with little projects (expected and unexpected) as I needed them. As a woman, I felt very comfortable with this team, which was a really refreshing contrast to other contractors who I've felt pressure me for more money, time, etc.
Stephane was like a breath of fresh air-- polite, courteous, and accomplished. He has changed our chandeliers, put in canned lights, and changed some of our outdoor light configurations/structures. Don't hesitate to call ASL Electric!

We are always so impressed when we call ASL Electric!  This morning , Owner Stephane Chevrier, sent Corey to hook up our whole house fan and install a weatherproof box and interior switch for some deck lighting.  Corey was on time and professional.  What a delight!  He did a superior job and cleaned everything up when he was finished.  My only reservation posting this stellar review was that we may need to wait longer the next time we need them, once even more people find out how great they are!

My family had an excellent experience with ASL Electric.  Stephane and his crew are extremely professional and do quality work.  We had LED recessed lighting, Lutron Caseta Wireless Dimmers, whole-house Cat6 networking/wiring and other miscellaneous electrical work done.  All work was completed on time and done with excellence.  Thank you Stephane for a job well-done!  I would definitely recommend Stephane to anyone looking for a quality electrician.

I am renovating our whole house and hired an electrician to start my job. I had a gut feeling I made a mistake with my choice when he started in my master bathroom. The next day, I saw Stephane's truck at Home Depot.  As I walked towards the store, I noticed a man walking out the door wearing an ASL shirt. I stopped him and asked if he would be able to come by and look at my job and give me a bid for the work. He came by later that day and had a fully detailed bid for all the work I needed-  divided into three phases in my e mail the next morning! His price was very close to the other guy, but when he showed up with his crew at my house to do the work- he was was a world apart! They worked like true professionals. Stephane had solutions for my project that were simple and elegant compared to what the previous electrician suggested. Stephane is a bright, hardworking, upbeat bundle of energy. There was no doubt that I made the right decision and I know my renovation and city inspections will go much more smoothly with ASL and Stephane on my job.

Had ASL move audiovisual cables (cable TV, speaker connections, other electronics) from one wall to another and wall mount a large TV in new home.  What a job!!  Up the wall, through the ceiling, down another wall.  Cory and Thomas did just a wonderful job, were friendly and pleasant throughout and cleaned up completely.  Thanks to them and Stephane for a job expertly done!

We have had Stephane of ASL Electric do work for us on two different homes over a period of about 15 years.  He is easy to get in touch with, is prompt in arrival and very efficient and effective.  He really knows what he is doing, is reasonably priced and works quickly.  We can't say enough about how happy we are with his service.  Besides that, he is a nice guy!

These guys are all around exceptional. True professionals; on time, on schedule, best price and best execution. We have been using them for a few years now, since we moved to OC in 2006, and we have always been extremely satisfied. My wife is an interior designer and got to know Stephan through her association (American Society of Interior Designers) , and she has been using him for all her clients and obviously for our own home ever since. I don't even bother looking for another electrician because I trust ASL 100%. BTW, this is a real client, writing a real review for ASL. I am sure ASL can use me as a reference if needed.

if you are looking for quality electrical work in your home from people you can trust, this is your man.  Stephane is just fantastic to deal with.  As part of our home remodel he was in our home numerous times and every time he did exactly what he said he was going to do. He even helped answer some of my electrical questions about issues that were not even pertinent to the home remodel.  Really went the extra mile.  Our whole family said they were sorry that the work was done and Stephane wouldn't be coming back any time soon.  We need to find some more electrical work!!
