The company responded to my request of fixing my heater immediately. They sent someone out within a few hours. They were very responsive with keeping me updated with the ETA of the technician and setting up the appointment for the parts that were ordered to be installed. The technician, Jacob, was very friendly, professional and reliable.

Bought a house in Winchester that had a broken AC. Our escrow was closing fast and we needed the AC fixed asap. Summer time in the valley without an AC?! Yaaaa NOPE! ProFlo came out and gave me a 3 week lead time and quoted a pricey amount, but they're the go to in the Temecula Valley for HVAC. Called Encore and spoke with Derek. Super helpful and timely in the response. They came out the next day. Their quote was for the same work as ProFlo but a $3000 cheaper.... And they scheduled the work a couple days after the quote plus got all the work done in 1 day. Super helpful, beyond timely, and the quality of work was amazing!! 10/10 allll day long.

I've had Derek and his Dad fix my A/C, Fix the floor and put a new piece on to remount the toilet and they then snaked the drains. I am very happy with their work and cost. They will be who I call the next time I need Plumbing and heating done.

Our AC unit was blowing warm air so  I messaged Encore after reading their fantastic reviews and expected a delay in response due to the extremely hot weather, but they actually messaged back within minutes and were out the same day. The repairman was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was quick and the charge extremely reasonable.
This is, hands down, the only place I will be using for any future AC or plumbing needs!!

We were provided great service. We had a leave in our bathtub and We requested an appointment via Yelp and they responded within 10 and were able to provide us with an appointment the next day between 8-9am. Our technician was Steve and he arrived at exactly 8am and provided us a quote. He was amazing enough to wait for my husband to go and purchase the faucet that needed to be replaced.

I love that they send you a text message confirming your appointment and then on the day of the appointment they text you providing you a picture of the technician who will be completing the service call. With all the uncertainty it's great that they provide you with such service so you know exactly who you are opening the door too.

This guys responded really fast. They came in a hr after I messaged them because I we had a gas leak. They couldn't fix it because it was a appliance gas leak but they did check everything around the house and the water pressure as a preventive mesure. We got charge $65 for the visit but I think it was worth it.

Our ac didn't turn on last night. I went on a full panic trying to find the right people to help. Thankfully for the reviews it helped me at ease. I gave them a shot and I'm so glad I did. These guys are great! I had a clogged kitchen sink and washing machine. My quote was good as long as they had reasonable access to the drain and the clog wasn't in the mainline. I meant both criteria. Derek came out with his dad, Craig, the next day. They were very friendly, timely, and professional (They also love dogs!). They worked on the job for an hour. Unfortunately, they were not able to remove the blockage. They recommended what needed to be done and a company that may do the job because, at the time, they didn't have the proper machine to remove the blockage. They didn't charge me anything and remained professional the entire time. I definitely will be contacting Derek again for my plumbing needs.

Requested quote for gas line work. Once I decided on the company Encore had same day availability and completed the work within the quoted range. Excellent work and excellent customer service!

Came out next day for a quote as arranged, gave me a reasonable quote and then scheduled me in the next day. Worked on rerouting plumbing in my shower wall and installed my shower base for a DIY Reno project I needed help with. Came as promised and although I think the job was a little more involved then he thought it would be, he kept to his quoted price. Job well done. Professional & courteous. Would use them again if needed in the future and recently recommended them to a family member.

We had a great experience with Encore recently. Customer service was helpful and answered my question very politely. Frank and Tre serviced our A/C unit and politely answered my many questions in great detail. They were very helpful and cleaned up after the service was completed.  We had a very good experience with Encore.

I've had multiple people/companies come to service my HVAC unit. Each one failed what seems to be such a minuscule issue that turned into a big issue. I called Encore in such distress. The lady who answered my call listened to me literally cry while I was trying to explain to her what was going on. I'm surprised she even understood as I could barely control my breath in between sobs. She was able to get Adrian out to me on the same day within an hour! That is A+++++++ customer service!

He has fixed my issue and I no longer have water leaking from my ceiling fixtures.

Decided to give Encore plumbing another try after speaking with the service manager.  Steve came out and replaced the Febco 825y with a Febco LF 860.  Working properly with no leaks.  Steve was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and replaced it quickly.

Were available the same day.  Adrian showed up and was very professional, got my problem fixed and made sure I understood what was being done.

My air conditioner stopped working late Friday afternoon. I called that day and they got someone out to me within 3 hours. Unfortunately I needed a whole new unit (mine was 14 years old). I had a few other companies come out the following day to get a few quotes, but Encore was hands down the best cost. And not just the cost, but the quality of their customer service played a huge part for me. The owner Derek who came out Friday night was really nice and surprisingly honest. He encouraged I shop around and get quotes before going with his company. I know nothing about air conditioning units so I appreciated his honesty and explaining the process to me. He had his crew come out within a few days of me calling him Sunday and leaving a v/m. They were all professional and nice. Again the owner even came by to check in and make sure things were good and oversee their work. Overall just a great company with a great work ethic and personal care for their customers!

Very impressed with this company and the service technician (Jake) dispatched to do maintenance on the A/C. Jake was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms so I could understand the process. Another company installed the furnace & A/C last May and failed to connect the condensation line and it was dripping under the house. After doing the inside maintenance, Jake crawled under the house (mobile home) and took pictures for me. He scheduled a return appointment to attach the condensation line. Very happy customer. We saw a very positive remark on a Facebook page when my wife was searching for a plumber for an emergency. Encore coached us through it. We then called them for a water heater install after Home Depot's sub-contractor quoted an outrageous price and was unfamiliar with the Hybrid Water Heater purchased from Home Depot. Encore provided a very reasonable installation quote, completed the job without issue, cleaned the space upon completion and the workmanship on the copper was top notch.

Encore responded promptly to my request and provides very good customer service. However, they are overcharging for their service. The HVAC unit at my rental property was not cooling consistently throughout the home. Encore recommended to refill with two pounds of R-22 refrigerant at $250 per pound. This is considerably higher than what I paid to refill at my residence in OC one week earlier ($150/lb). Very dissatisfied with the value of the service...

We had a ceiling leak/stain that appeared to be in the vicinity of the upstairs bathroom but no visible water.  Steve from Encore came out to inspect and repair and did a really good job.  He discussed the possibilities for inspection to determine where the leak was coming from, which could have involved opening ceiling drywall or carpet - he started with the least invasive approach and it turned out that's where the problem was!  I really appreciated his approach to problem-solving!  Thank you Steve!

My AC broke and needed to be repaired called multiple locations for quotes they were the most economical I also like that they have a payment plan with a 3rd party
In one day they competed the work And even fixed some of the duct work for better flow in my condo
We even ended up getting a osmosis filtration system for drinking water and we are loving it !

It was time to replace our dinosaur of an AC unit and I knew exactly which company I was going to go with. I've used Encore a few times in the past and I wanted to be prepared for this summer and not have to worry if my unit would break on us like it did before. I received a quote on a Friday and by the following Wednesday my new HVAC and furnace system was installed. I was also able to replace our old water heater. Derek and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you get the best service out there. Everyone was so kind and professional and that put me at ease to know I could trust them. I can't recommend Encore enough, if you have the smallest repair to get done or something major like I did, go with Encore. They do offer financing which was a big help with this project. Definitely happy with this investment. Now I don't have to worry about the upcoming hot summer days and cold winter nights. If your in the market to replace your system don't wait until it breaks. What can I say from the start from the initial phone call to the service. Customer service has been awesome.  I forgot the young lady that answer the phone she was awesome. The technician (Andrian)  that came out  to do preventative maintenance and routine check up on my ac was very informative and walk me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and informative on what needs to be done and not to be done. I give him 5 stars by itself. Family I highly recommend them for your ac service. I can't say enough good things about Encore Plumbing and Air! They have saved me quickly and completely when I've had major issues (like only having cold air blowing during New Year's weekend...and a fan that wouldn't shut off yesterday). I just wanted to take a minute and give Encore Plumbing a 5 star review! They came out to give me a quote on a gas line that I will be having done by them in the future. They were super friendly and professional. I also had mentioned a leaky water valve in my backyard and one if the guys went to his work van and got a wrench and fixed it for me. NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! The pilot light on my water heater wouldn't stay on and I wasn't sure why. I tried fixing it myself but nothing I learned from YouTube helped and after one night of showering with no hot water I called the guys at Encore plumbing and I am glad I picked them. The father and son team came to the rescue. They were really reasonable and I never got that feeling that they were trying to sell me on something that wasn't needed. I highly recommend these guys for any of your plumbing or AC needs.

Yesterday I contacted Encore plumbing at 15:33 hours and a technician, Adrian, was at my house by 16:08.  Derek's people are the best.  Our AC wasn't working, Adrian diligently and successfully, set out to find the problem.  Thank you so much Adrian.  Thank you, Derek, for being there and always being compassionate, helpful, professional and friendly. Encore rocks!

Easiest 5 star review . I discovered water leaking into my ceiling at 9pm. After verifying it was coming from my AC I reached out to a few different AC repair companies on Yelp. Derek got back to me in a few minutes and was at my house by 10pm. He and his father, Craig, are incredibly professional and more importantly seem very honest and straightforward. Repair was done by 11pm. AC working again, drain clog cleared, everything cleaned up. 100% would recommend and will use again for normal maintenance work.

The AC was only blowing cool air intermittently. Derek was able to come out the day after I contacted Encore to check out the unit. Fortunately the unit misbehaved while Derek was checking it out. There were a couple of fasteners (some kind of security screws) that he did not have to tool to remove so he had to leave and procure the proper bit to remove them.  He returned later in the afternoon with the bit and within just a few minutes was able to diagnose the problem and replace the part that needed to be replaced. Pricing was reasonable, straightforward and upfront. I only wish I had known about him a week sooner when I had a plumbing problem. Any issues I might have in the future I will certainly make the first call to Encore.

I really hate putting people or companies on blast, but Encore Plumbing needs to get their act together... I don't want to blame the techs themselves, but I do blame the company on their training procedures... They try to up sell you on making believe that you need to replace you AC unit and or compressor and coil packs when most of the time it's just a $20-$40 dollar part... for instance a capacitor... I was quoted 2 quotes, one for $6,500 and the second for $10,300 the larger of the two was for a full AC system replacement.

I had two trained and certified HVAC techs from Encore Plumbing come out yesterday to looks at my unit to tell me that I needed to replace the AC unit compressor and evaporator coil pack on the blower in my garage... they insisted that my compressor and condenser coil was bad and no longer functional... I politely declined the service off...

After the techs left, I called a friend who recommended that I check the capacitor that I replaced 2 years ago... My YouTube HVAC certified ass with no experience tested the capacitor (with a simple volt meter) that I changed out 2 years earlier and found that it was bad again...it died on the compressor side (or the Herm side of the capacitor) I bought a new one for under $40 bucks and replaced it... and what do you know... My AC is blowing cold ass air again...

What a scam! The sad thing is is that this same company just replaced my next door neighbors whole system out... I don't have the heart to tell him that is was probably a $20 part...

Always get a second opinion or if you're mechanically inclined, test it yourself... don't allow yourself to be the victim of a scam... especially the elderly that are getting taken advantage of. These techs more than likely work off commission of what they can up sell in the field.

They didn't even bother to test the capacitor... so I basically gave them $65 dollars service fee for a bunch of hot air to be blown up my ass... no pun intended....

My breaker has not once ever tripped on me before or after the fact... the only time it's ever tripped is when your techs were here and I personally didn't see it trip... also, please don't assume that my AC unit is 34 years old based on the year my house was built... I told Jake that I replace the unit in 2008... I wonder if that was in his notes because he did ask me?  I also replaced and upgraded my circuit breaker panel and rewired my house in 2009... I always put safety first...

Although I appreciate your feedback, but do more homework before making assumptions...

My point is that nobody bothered to test a simple capacitor that was bad and insisted that I replace a bunch of parts that I didn't need...

BTW... My AC is still running great after changing out the $40 dollar capacitor... and wouldn't you know, the breaker hasn't tripped once... go figure...

I have worked with Encore for a few months now. Every communication has been clear and informative. When problems arose, Encore has done everything they can to complete the work as needed. Jake has been great to work with on a warranty concern - when problems do come up, problems are solved quickly and efficiently . Appreciate the team making the extra effort and keeping exceptional service as a high priority.

They quoted me $217 per bathroom faucet for install, and I gave them details of the faucet design at the time of the quote. Service Tech came out, changed the quote on the 2 wide spread faucets to $294 each. He then quoted me $1,614 dollars to replace the 6 single piece water supply valves. He told me it would take about 2.5 hours to complete the work. That is $2,405 for 2.5 hrs of work for a single tech, with $60 worth of parts. If that sounds reasonable to you, then definitely call them!!

We had to move our gas line down the wall to accommodate our new kitchen remodel. The new stove would need to be lower than previous. Encore fit me in the next morning. Came out did the work and sent photos without me even in the home. Clean and responsible crew, highly recommend!

I called encore because my water heater was making a weird noise. The technician came, heard the noise said he didn't know what was going on with it. Recorded it and send it to someone else i think he's supervisor. I could have done that and posted it on Facebook for recommendation. There solution was they didn't know and to get a new water heater. The company who Lowe's sent out for them to install the water heater heard the noise before taking it off and said the screen near the burner was toned that since it was near the pilot it made that noise. When he brought it down to put in the new one, he pulled out the screen and sure enough it was ripped. I was charged $165 by encore just to be told to get a new water heater and not even have it throughly look at.  I've attached a picture of the part that encore couldn't figure out what was wrong it looks wet because when they pulled the water heater water got on it.  I hope this doesn't happen to another customer since they promote to be knowledge of water heater repairs.

Derick completed my job very well.  His personality was fantastic.  The hose connection is great.  Prices very reasonable.  I would use them again.

Encore plumbing are professionals who do great work. I have used them to fix a leaking pipe on my water heater and move a gas pipe due to getting a new stove. Honest and fair I would recommend them and I always go back to them if needed. No issues with either since the repairs. Great customer service and they always respond as well. Highly recommended.

I don't typically rate businesses at 5 stars. The exception is having worked with Frank, a veteran, and an exceptionally patient person. Even with all the questions I threw at him to clarify and understand a situation I have little knowledge about. He took the time to answer each of them.

If you're looking for HVAC services, specifically to Air Conditioning units for home, and you're military (active/retired/discharged). This is your company to choose from. More than likely you are, if you're living in Murrieta, Temecula or Menifee. Give them a try you won't regret it. Thanks again Frank and Encore team.

Our AC went out and Derek was so quick to answer my call, see us the same day, and fix all the issues. He was extremely helpful and we will definitely be using their services again! We are so thankful to have found such a reliable company!

Jake and another lady came to check our old AC as its not cooling. Found out it needs refrigerant and it has a leak thus sealant was applied. Jake and partner where on time, courteous, professional and upfront with what can be done or not. I really appreciate them wearing a mask and even has shoes covering when they entered our home. Hope the the fix will buy us sometime before we are ready to have it replaced.

Wanted a soldered backyard hose bibb since it's not a threaded pipe.
Guy soldered a THREADED hose bibb onto the pipe. (Didn't have the right part?)
Have had 2 instances with the under sink piping blowing off while doing dishes because guy didn't use washers with the nuts.

Derek and his father, located a slab leak in our house with some very sophisticated equipment. They ran new pex tubing to bypass the leak and all is good now. They are extremely professional and clean, I would recommend Encore Plumbing to anyone in the IE.

Jake (not from State Farm, but from Encore plumbing heating and air) is the one of the best  service personnel I've ever had come and help with my air conditioner. He took the time and explained everything. Waited to make sure the problem was fixed, and followed up to make sure me and my family were taken care of. Monday morning my 15 year plus water heater gave out water everywhere in my garage. I had to travel to Las Vegas that morning and needed some to take care of this as quick as possible. The owner came with thin an hours had it installed,  great job .

My 2-1/2 year old upstairs A/C went out the other day. I called the company I've used for over twenty years now to schedule an appointment. It's mid July and the earliest they could schedule me for was August, so I went online to find a company which was able to come out a lot sooner. Jake and Frank showed up from Encore and I couldn't be any happier. However, not only did they fix my A/C, they explained to me in very clear terms what had happened. SOLD! I've decided to switch to Encore for all my future refrigeration needs. I'll probably try their plumbing services to.

Encore quoted us a fair flat rate for a clogged sink and came out a snaked the problem.  They offered to come out the same day to fix the sink, although that did not work for us, it was a nice offer. They were pleasant to deal with and I recommend this company for their reliability and quality work. Jake is a hard worker and a good plumber. Thank you Encore for fixing our sink quickly.

We had Derek Eastham and his dad Craig Eastham come to our home to do a clean out of the kitchen sink, because it was clogged terribly.  Not only did they give me a VA discount, which we were very happy with ; but they presented the bill with a happy and humble attitude.

They responded quickly and gave me a quote. They seemed knowledgeable and good.
I needed a gas line for my barbecue, but the price was prohibitive and I could get by just by changing where I wanted the grill so I didn't pursue the project.  Still, if I had pursued it, I likely would have chosen Encore.

Love these guys! I had the team @ Encore Plumbing come out to my girlfriend's house to remove and install a new fiberglass tub/shower combo. I wasn't expecting much but, these guys are professional neat & the job looks awesome! Thanks to Encore the result is perfect!

Encore responded to our request  very fast. Derek thoroughly explained everything to us and answered all of our questions concerning our air conditioner. Encore will be our go to company in the future for all of our plumbing, heating and air issues.

Just had a great experience with their lead technician, Adrian. He was on time and thoroughly assessed the AC leak. It was a relief to know it was an easy fix and he was done within an hour of assessing it. He put on the shoe covers to protect my carpet and removed it when he had to step outside as to not drag crap into my house. We don't wear shoes in the house...so much appreciated! He gave his honest and authentic opinion on maintenance. Couldn't have had a more seamless experience. Military discount of 10% to boot! So grateful to find a company that can handle AC and plumbing issues...because honestly I didn't know if I should call a plumber or AC tech to fix my issue. Was afraid I'd waste money on two different service calls. One stop shop...and done. Hopefully, I don't need you again in the near future...but if I do, I know who to call.

to his discovery it's was a failing tank. he drained it and gave me alot of insight that I wouldn't have had otherwise.

Two year old AC not cold, Frank came and able to find and fix the problem. Frank was courteous and professional, put on shoe sock when coming inside the house. I Would use their service again.

Was in need of a plumber to help me set up plumbing in the bathroom. These guys were great. Very flexible and accomodating with my schedule. Pricing was really competitive with other quotes received. After this I had an issue the next day with two toilets and again were quick to respond. Will defenitely call again if needed.

I found this business on Yelp by requesting a quote. A few businesses were suggested based on the information provided in the quote request form. I researched the suggested companies by reading other clients reviews and decided to give Encore Pluming a go. My pick was the right choice!

Our air conditioning unit which is only 4 years old stopped working. Encore Plumbing & Air was able to fit us in even with a full work schedule. Jake and Steve came to work on our air conditioning unit, diagnose the problem, and replace the part that wasn't working. They both were courteous, answered all of our questions and concerns. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

Just wanted to thank Encore for their timely response concerning the completion of a recent kitchen remodel. I contacted Derrick about reconnecting the plumbing and gas line to our new stove top range. The day after the kitchen work was completed Chris arrived early and performed the necessary work. Encore has been are go to the last few years for service. In that time they responded to emergencies that we had, one being a gas leak, quickly, performing the repairs that were needed. It gives us peace of mind knowing that we have a company that we can depend on.

We had Jake come out to install/check and installation of a thermostat. He arrived in a timely manner and was very professional. I would definitely recommend Encore plumbing and electric.

I had Encore replaced a pipe (which was above the ground) to stop my sprinklers from leaking and a toilet float to stop water from running on its own every now and then after flushing. They charged me $410 with nothing fixed as requested and my toilet got worse because now water runs very often and seems unstoppable, so I called them to come over again to see what's wrong.

On their second time here, they discovered more problems and broken things that need to be replaced. I asked them what were that pipe and float replacement for, they gave me something like: you agreed to fix the pipe but not sprinklers/ this pipe broke and now this pipe broke too/ you might need a new toilet which is around $350...I thought they're taking advantage of me since I was clueless, so I requested for a partial refund, was told they'd mail me a check of $110.

I wasted time and money trusting they would have things fixed because I was very worried about getting fined due to water restriction along with high water bill...But they made things worse.

Our water heater went out and flooded the garage. The first plumbing company that came out tried to price gouge us (and insisted we needed more work than we did) and would take days to get a new one installed. I started looking at other options and messaged Encore late that night. Derek replied almost immediately and gave me a quote and answered my many questions I sent that night right away. A few other plumbers also quoted, but were much higher. Derek took all of my info and his team showed up the next day with the water heater and temp set it as requested. They just came back to do the permanent install and again were on time and extremely professional. They also took care of a valve I needed replaced for a cooktop. Steve, the tech, was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company and everyone I dealt with there!

Steve came out right on time on a heavy raining day that says a lot! And he was professional and knowledgeable, he got the job done in half hour very fast so I could go to work on time that day. Very good service and best price I would definitely use Encore again for future projects thanks
