Excellent service!! Fernando came out and fixed my leaking copper pipe under slab. Very professional. checked for water pressure drop none was found thank goodness. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes actually saved $800.00!! Check the web site for coupons for saving!!! And be sure to mention it before service!!! Anyway we waited a few days before filling the slab back with cement. Fernando bought another worker with him for the job and he too was very nice friendly and professional. This was a very pleasant  experience even though it cost$$$$ I did not feel like I was taken advantage of. My water bill is usually $39 a month but with that leak it was $133!! So I guess the repair will save me in the long run and not waste precious water!!  I highly recommend this company!

I was out of hot water for 2 weeks due to a shady home warranty company,  American Home Shield and other qually shady or unreliable plumbing companies.  5 Star Plumbing came out and Gabriel Jr. fixed the problem within an hour.  Very professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them and you'd be lucky if you got Gabriel Jr.

Had trouble with bathtub drain. Called early morning for appointment and said they could be there in afternoon 1-3pm.
Tech called and said he could be there a little before that. showed up looked at trouble and quoted price and I agreed. Did work, I was happy with work.
Tech informed me trouble wasn't that bad and only charged me for service call.
I plan to use this company for my future repairs and projects.

I had an accidental phone toilet flushing incident. My parents had referred 5 Star to me after they had completed some work at their house. They came out the next day and completed the service in about an hour. Highly recommended, for professionalism and quick response.

Clogged bathroom sink. Called a couple places, said they would show up but didn't. Called 5 star plumbing around 4pm, they said they would be there in 30 minutes and they were. Took apart the bottom drain under sink, snaked it and put it back together. Quick reliable service, everywhere is expensive but prices are reasonable. Worth the fast service !

Called the dispatcher with an emergency leak who right away sent out Christian within 30 minutes as promised. I feel bad because I gave him the run around trying to get quotes from other plumbers and friends. His price was very fair and he was extremely professional. They did not charge a fee to for an estimate or even for a weekend service. I am very content with the service I was provided today and I will definitely use this company for my future plumbing needs.

Great guys that came out to unclog the outside drain. They came after 5pm and were great helping my pop in law out. Will call them again.

5 Star Plumbing is very responsive and honest.  We had a toilet that would not flush and our current plumber told us it could not be fixed and we needed a new toilet.  We have Koehler toilets and only 7 years old so I searched for a new plumber.  5 Star was the first plumber to call me back and Mike was great.  He asked me to take a picture of the mechanics inside the tank and serial number.  After he saw the pictures he knew the toilet could be fixed and set an appointment for the next day.  The tech came out and saw it was a bad gasket and replaced it. The toilet is working great and it even cost me less than the price quoted as they did not need t replace all the mechanics.  Very honest and professional.  We will all 5 star for all our plumbing needs in the future.

Had an emergency toilet clog issue and found these guys on YELP. They were available within a few hours and resolved the issue same day! Christian is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you Chris !!

Had a faucet shower leak and a faucet leak in the sink. I believe the person who showed up was Fernando. For the shower he stated he had never heard of the parts on my shower faucet and would have to call their parts place. While he was there, I found the parts on the Home Depot website.  He installed a new faucet that I had on the sink and stated he would be calling me back on Monday ( this was a Saturday) regarding the parts for the shower.  Well, lo and behold, the guy never bothered to call back. I guess they don't want my business.

Fernando responded quickly to my inquiry. The technician Ramón came out and was on time and very professional. After a few issues with our old pipes and tub knobs, he had a solution and had to order the special knobs. Since our house is a little older I appreciated someone with knowledge about old pipes. If you are looking for a reliable plumber in Redlands I highly recommend these guys!

This company is horrible. They have an amazing ability to simply ignore and leave client's in the dark. We were assigned them by our home warranty company for an EMERGENCY plumbing issue and they showed up a day later and showed up incredibly late to the scheduled appointment. Then we were told we would receive a call early in the morning to continue work but as it turns out the technician failed to submit his report until after the end of the workday. We had to call twice throughout the day only to be told by Letti, the tech hasn't submitted it yet we'll call him again. Finally by the following day it was confirmed by the warranty company who told us the report was sent after regular business hours. All the tech had to do was make a call!  Then when speaking with this company they insisted the tech would call us and to no surprise he never did. This company clearly does not care about clients, the quality of their staff, or keeping the the safety of their client at their core. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking. We thought it needed to be replaced. So, we bought a new faucet and called 5 Star Plumbing. They responded promptly and sent a plumber the next day. When Fernando arrived he was able to assess the situation and gave us a better option for our 1954 year old home. To our relief he was able to fix our existing faucet and clear out the hot water line (something we didn't even know that we needed). He was awesome and we're very happy with the service. If you're looking for a great plumbing company, please use 5 Star Plumbing!  We'll definitely use this company for all our plumbing needs!

Called 5 Star Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon (rainy Superbowl Sunday no less) & a plumber arrived within an hour as promised.  Ramon was super nice & helpful, fixing the clogged toilet in no time!  Thanks guys!  I will call them from now on &  definitely recommend.

This is the perfect name for this company. Fernando jr. came out to look at our 1950's leaking bathtub faucet. We had lost hope because 2 others informed (guessed) that the faulty  part was no longer made (the stem)...no one took it out to look at it, which we knew involved turning off our water and physically taking it out. He did that, and found that the seat was cracked (a small little part), and no problem with the stem. He got the part and repaired it. He identified the stem's brand, in case we needed it to search for it,  in the future. We are so happy..the other two wanted to install all new fixtures for quite a bit of money without ever going over the basics of a leak. He will be our go to plumber from now on..Reasonable price for excellent help...

I have used 5 Star a few times now and am completely satisfied with there service. They  are honest and up front with there prices and service. If you are in need of a good plumber Fernando is your guy.

Needed some plumbing work and called our home insurance. They sent out these guys and come to find insurance didn't cover the repair. Of course we were nervous of how much it bus would cost us out of pocket. 5 star plumbing rep broke the cost down, even advised us to get other quotes and call them back if we still wanted them to do the job. Their quote was very competitive and they came next day next. did a clean fix. Super friendly and informative  with tips on future repair we could do ourselves. Definitely will keep them in our repair contacts for the future. Oh and you can zelle payment too!

Five stars is more than just their name. It's their service quality. My house is old enough it collect social security, so naturally there's something wrong with the plumbing. I just finished using my garbage disposal to destroy all the sweet potato peels that I had spent all dinner prep peeling. And that's when it happened the sink started to back up, the water was orange,  and the smell was horrific. So, naturally as a strong independent woman, I took the plunger to the sink and prayed that would work. It did not. Then I call on my strong and handsome husband who begins to take the ubend apart and doesn't see the problem. And that's when we knew we had to call a plumber. after a referral from a friend we reached out to five star. They were able to come out the same day. He instantly saw what the problem was. Again our old house amazed us by having a ridiculously shaped drain pipe and the clean out valve was on the inside I stead of the outside of the house. Fernando was able to make suggestions and fix it. He relocated the clean out valve to the outside of the house and now everything looks great. He did a great job and even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend them for all plumbing needs.

So I just found out that I needed to service my tankless water heater. I called 5 star to see if they could do the service and they were able to come out within a day. Fernando showed up on time and even called prior to arrival as a courtesy. He and his son were very professional and informative. He asked if there were any other plumbing concerns that I had and I didn't, but just asking goes a long way in my book. Definitely someone that cares about his business. I will be calling them in the future if needed!

So this is the 2nd time that Ive tried using 5 star plumbing. The first time was when my water heater busted 8 months ago and I needed a quote to replace. 5 star quoted me about $700 dollars more than the other plumbers who gave me quotes. Needless to say, I went with somebody else and just figured they were a bit higher (no worries, water under the bridge).
The 2nd time was today when my sprinkler water pressure regulator went bad. My usual plumber doesn't work weekends, so I figured id give 5 star another shot. Fernando showed up on time, accessed the situation and quoted me $750 to replace. My initial reaction was WOW!! Now, Im not an expert so I just assumed thats what the price would be. 5 minutes after they left, my regular plumber gives me a call and tells me that hes in the area and is going to stop by and check the regulator (GOD IS GOOD). He stops by, looks at the problem and quotes me $210 to replace and perform the same work. $540 LESS!!!!
I immediately called 5 star and ask them to cancel the job. Definitely a little upset, but just relieved my original plumber called. Fernando calls me back a few minutes later and ask what the issue was, and if it was the price. He states that he would work with me on the price if that was the issue....?!?!?!?!?!?!?! (I thought to myself, why didnt you just give me the best price upfront). I politely let him know that I found someone who will do it cheaper and is of high quality work. I let him know that the $750 was too high, and shared with him the prior experience about my water heater. We wished each other the best of luck, and ended the conversation. 5 star customer service is great! Its everything else that I am not pleased with. One of the worse feelings in the world, is when someone tries to take advantage of your kindness.

DISCLAIMER: I am only leaving 5 stars out of respect for the company and its current standing (rating). I hope that they do the right thing going forward. However, if I see that others are having the same issues as myself, I will change it to the appropriate rating.

Amazing service, we needed some plumbing work done in a commercial building on a Saturday and these guys came to the rescue at a more than fair price with great communication, they made the process painless for myself and my client. I will definitely use again.

Cristian came in on time, very knowledgeable of what was going on and explained the whole process to me. Not only took care of what needed to be fixed but also did more and beyond then what was expected. I am very satisfied with the outcome and service. Definitely don't feel like one more number, he took the time to understand our needs and was 100% professional. If you need a plumber who is honest and will do the job correct at great price then use 5 Star Plumbing. Our house flooded because of a soft clog. The main line needed a new T. Concert needed to be removed and three feet of dirt before they could get to the problem. The job was not too big and their crew easily handled it very professional.. they have a customer for life!

First time I have ever used/needed a plumber. I called to set up an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. Not only did he come but he unclogged the drain that very same day. The issue was grease build up in the pipes hopefully it stays clean and unclogged. Service was  Fast  reliable and friendly. We  will be using them again if We ever encounter another plumbing issue.

Called 5 Star for a leaking shower and had someone come out the same day which was super appreciated. Our hero was Christian who was masked, cordial, explained possible outcomes and prices up front which was greatly welcomed. Christian took the time to explain the work and how it was going to be done and encouraged to watch his work - super knowledgable. After further inspection of our water pressure, turned out our pressure was over the recommended range and both agreed we change out the 29 year pressure regulator. What I really liked was that time was taken to explain what the issue was, what work will be done so there's no surprises and even show home owners how to take care of their home to prevent further issues into the future. Do what ever you can to keep Christian, he's an asset. Definitely will call 5 Star for future plumbing issues.

I have one of those retractable faucet heads and did the mistake of taking off the faucet head without holding onto the retractable part and it got lodged into the faucet. After my boyfriend couldn't get it unstuck, he got in touch with 5 Star Plumbing. They came the same day and within 30 minutes of arriving, Christian was able to dislodge the retractable part and screw back the faucet head. He described to me what options I had and what prices they would be before doing anything which I very much appreciate. Very friendly and was able to explain what I could do next time so it wouldn't happen again. He also didn't mind my curious cats

Every time Christian says he'll show up, he doesn't. Will have to search for another company to help us.

Great company!! We've used them for various issues (clogged toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink) technicians are always polite, on time and honest. They can always schedule your service fast. Will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.
