Ismael Valdez began his career in the HVAC industry at the age of 16 and now has over 15 years of experience working in the HVAC industry. Valdez has held every position from walkthroughs and estimates to managerial and executive operations. Supervisor Tim E, repairman Christian, installers Gabriel and Michael were Awesome! They were punctual, friendly, courteous and very efficient. They replaced my entire HVAC system. After completion, Tim did a walk through to make sure that everything was working properly.
My husband and I are extremely happy with the product and services that NexGen performed. Kudos to NexGen.
Absolutely loved the repair specialist Jonatan D. (Rancho Cucamonga) that help is with our HVAC repair. He was extremely commutative, on-time, respectful, great sense of humor and over all resource full of knowledge.
He helped us get through a minor repair at a reasonable cost. He was able to explain the repair in terms I could understand and allow me to ask questions for clarity.

Thanks to Zach responding to this review my plumbing job was finally completed a little over after a month and half from start. Daniel and his team were great, I'm grateful his team stayed until 11pm St. Patrick's day to get me running water before returning the next morning again at 8am. The quality of work is good and the people who come out are great except for one who I unfortunately have had 3 times now. Almost all the issues arose from the front office sending the wrong type of crew out for repairs or front office not responding when calling but saying they'll mark your call urgent and forward it. I recommend them for the quality and long warranty time of their work but as a newbie to home repairs I've learned from this experience:
1. Don't let them mark complete on the job until everything on contract is completed (dry wall repair took way too long for them to honor it)
2. Get a manager number because the front office will have you in needless circles for repairs or just never contact you regarding the problem. It sucks having to say that but I honestly would wait until the next week and never received a response.
My heater went out on 12/30 and I was able to get an appointment the next day. HVAC technician, Christian, was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, took pictures of the issue in my furnace, and he presented and explained possible solutions to the problem. He seemed incredibly knowledgable and was incredibly friendly. Christian was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my furnace within an hour. I'm very satisfied with Christian and Nextgen. I definitely recommend.

Asked for a quote through Yelp on how much a service call would be to check my system to see if needed refrigerant and how much the refrigerant would cost per pound if I needed any. They gave me the service call cost but would not give me the cost per pound of the refrigerant. I am aware some companies try to gouge customers on refrigerant for older systems which is why I wanted to know the cost per pound they would charge me before wasting my time or theirs. They told me they could not give me that number without having the tech come out. I said, can't you just call the tech and ask them what they would charge per pound? They said no. That is very sketchy to me, so I called Metz and they helped me with no problem. I wouldn't trust using a company that is not transparent in their pricing up front. Too many other 5-star companies out there to choose from.

Only a 5 star rating because I can't do 10. Nexgen is doing it right, from the second I called and spoke to their operator I instantly knew they were different. The gentleman on the phone was curtiouse, respectful and professional. He was upfront with their pricing and availability, said my tech would be at my door between 9am and 11am and gave me an honest resonable estimate for service on my Tankless water heater. Cut to the next day my technician Casey called at 8am to let me know he was on his way and sure enough was at my door at 9am. When Casey arrived he LISTENED to my concerns and immediately root caused my issue and got to work on my existing 5 year old heater. Casey was super friendly and professional the nicest plumber I've met (I've met a few this week trying to get my issues fixed) Based on his inspection and the information I gave him he recommended that have the system flushed. He gave me a price for the service from their price list a not one he made up on the spot. $250 Price was absolutely resonable ,he did the work in no time and instantly my heater was up and running better then ever. I now have consistent water temp in my shower and my heater sounds a million times better (can't even hear it now). Casey was awesome he made some solid recommendations for services I should look into to prevent this from happening again and provided me quotes on the spot again from a set price list. I will absolutely be using Nexgen again when I move forward with the recommendations Casey made. Nexgen was awesome I could not be happier with my experience with them.
The day before I had Roto Rotter out, the first guy they sent was an hour late to their 4hour service window. He had to call another guy because he didn't know how to work on tankless water heaters even though I had given their rude operator the make and model on my heater. The second guy came out 3 hours later smelled and looks high. LOOKED at the heater didn't touch it, run the water or listen to it operate and immediately recommend I replace it at a cost of over $3000, said it wasn't worth me spending money on the service. Said it would be $90 for him to diagnose the error code that was clearly identified in the owners manual, and $400 for the flushing plus parts. Was super insistent on me committing to his price and scheduling the service. I will never again call Roto Rooter
I have a service agreement with this company and I called them several times on Saturday when my home's AC unit stopped working. That day the outside temperature was 100+ and inside it was 86+. My calls have not been returned yet -- 3 days later! I had to get my AC serviced by another company.

Nexgen was fast and started their install the same day I accepted their bid. Marcus Van Valen and Christian were a pleasure to deal with. A new central air and furnace with new ducts were installed. In 2 days the job was completed . Every tech that came was knowlegable and courteous. Danny Salizar and Carlos finished the job . They were great. They also answered all questions and then taught me how to use the phone app to adjust the system. Their rating system went to 5. I would give them a 10. Thank you everybody at Nexgen.
I am so pleased with the service we received last week. I had an issue with my toilet and My husband called Nexgen. I didn't expect them to make it out the same day but a couple of hours later they were here. Casey was great and fixed our problem. I've used several other companies to do our annual service on our HVAC unit and they all did a decent job. I decided to try NexGen this time around and was impressed with their technician Carlos. Not only was he prompt, but took him time to explain everything he was doing and not trying to sell me additional things that I didn't need. He even showed me all the before and after pictures of the work that was done which gives me piece of mind. I highly recommend this company!

Tommy Millard was very helpful and efficient with flushing my tankless water heater. He educated me on some aspects of plumbing, which were very helpful. Ultimately, Tommy spoke to me about purchasing a water filtration system and Flow-Tech. I'm very appreciative of the time that he took to explain everything. Tommy and Ramon came back a couple of days later and installed the water filtration system and Flow-Tech. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. My mom is now interested in the service. My heater stop working in the past week. Noah came to my rescue! He really knew his stuff. He got me up and running and worked from the moment he stepped foot inside until he packed up his tools and left. I was very impressed by his work and his super friendly attitude.
Noah came to service my heating system. He was very friendly and informative.
Due to this pandemic, we take as much precaution as possible as my father in law is a heart transplant recipient and a cancer survivor. It was reassuring to see Noah with a mask and booties.
Noah took the time to answer all my questions and teach me about my system, then cleaned up after his work. I have recommended Nexgen to my family when they replaced my HVAC system and will continue to do so after a service call like Noah's, thank you

Our air conditioner has been broken for the last two weeks so I decided to call Nexgen and boy was that the best thing I could've done ! Not only was the problem resolved right away but the service was astonishing! Noah came out and was extremely helpful and kind and very friendly not only was he here to work but we had a lot of laughs throughout the entire service ! He gave multiple options to fix the problem and at an affordable price ! I will only be having Noah come out for any of my air conditioning needs from this point on and I do not plan on having any other air conditioning repair place on coming out ! If I could give this review a 10 star rating I would ! I recommend anyone who has any air conditioning, plumbing, or heat issues to go to Nexgen and if you are fortunate enough to get Noah then you will not be sorry!

I called because our air conditioner was out and they sent somebody out the same day within hours named Carlos who was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, polite, Covid cautious! Fixed all of our problems that we had no idea that we had! We definitely recommend them and will be using them from now on! Thank you Carlos for coming into our home and making our family more comfortable! I would highly recommend asking for him as your technician! Great job NexGen for hiring employees like him! We called out this vendor to come look at a vent that wasn't working on the first floor. Martin, our technican, did a diagnostic of our system and advised we had an issue with our boiler and evaporator coil. Due to the age of the boiler, it could be leaking carbon dioxide soon. He called his boss, Jeff, to get a second opinion. Jeff dropped what he was doing and rushed to our house. Long story short, we were able to replace these items including our AC unit (20 plus years) for a great deal plus get a Nest with financing. These technicians are very knowledgeable and provide amazing customer service. Highly recommend them! The heating in the house never felt so warm.
So my dog chewed up the AC wire cable . I called Next Gen and they send over Patrick H to come fix it. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was equipped with all the necessary tools and expertise. His friendly demeanor and willingness to address any concerns immediately put me at ease. Zach(ary) was on time and very professional. Provided me the detailed options for the repair and was very courteous. Service and people skills were top notch. I recommend him with the service calls.
We have used this company for HVAC and plumbing issues. Each have been extremely satisfied with the highly professional, courteous service. Our last interaction was to repair a water heater. The water heater and a few other components required replacement. The NexGen plumber, Lary Lewis Holland, explained the problem why the other other components also had to be replaced and did the job in a few hours. He also took the time to explain some other potential plumbing issues he encountered while replacing the water heater. Today Kyle K came to determine the cause of humming fro the water pipes. He quickly determined the cause, explained it in terms we understood, and repaired it. We were very pleased with both Lary and Kyle. They are exceptional representatives for NexGen and the reason we will continue using NexGen. I highly recommend NexGen, Lary and Kyle!

Our AC was not cooling and we called Brian from NEXGEN to come out. They respond super quickly and they are here on the same day afternoon. Brian was very nice and professional, quickly found the issue and got it fixed within 30 mins. Thanks to the manager Marcus gave us a great discount for the repair. I called Nexgen for a quote and my technician Jessie was extremely knowledgeable with the services and different products. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Excellent customer service. Came in with shoe bottles without even me offering a pair. I would 100% recommend Nexgen but more particularly Jessie. Will definitely use them for all my plumbing if needed.
They redid all of my plumbing and put in a tankless water heater and water purifier. Victor and Miguel and their crew did a Wonderful Job! They were Awesome! Jesus came to do the extra electrical. He did an Amazing Job also! I would highly recommend them! Thank you! We really appreciate all you did!
I was very well treated by NexGen HVAC. Adam came out to do a diagnostic check (at a very reasonable price) on my Toshiba Carrier Heating/Air Conditioning unit (split type) in a guest house. I had been told by a friend last winter that it probably just needed freon, but that apparently wasn't the case. By the time I called NexGen to take a look in May, the condenser fan (outside) wasn't even coming on when the inside unit was turned on. Adam did the troubleshooting and determined that repair/replacement of the corroded/non-working parts in the outside unit would be iffy and expensive. Apparently this particular type of unit is expected to last only about 10 years, especially without periodic maintenance, and this one is 11 years old.
Adam was very patient in explaining what the problems were, and showed me the corrosion and bad parts on the outside unit as he examined them. He didn't mind me observing. I was relieved that there was no pressure placed on me to actually have the unit repaired or replaced after the diagnosis. Replacement would be better than repairing due to the unit's advanced age, but either way I hesitate to spend thousands while the little house will be unoccupied for an indefinite period of time. Maybe later I will opt for replacement with a similar split type unit; or, alternately, I could opt to go a less expensive route and just have window AC for summer and space heaters for winter. It depends on how nice I want it to be.
I definitely recommend NexGen for HVAC based on my experience. Thanks to them I now know exactly what I need to do if I decide to do it, how much it will cost, and I would trust NexGen to do it right. Thanks Adam!

Pedro Ortega was amazing. Very friendly fromthe start. He was polite and on time. My air wasnt blowing cold and he refilled my a/c unit. He double checkes to make sure everything was running right before leaving. A/c blows cold now. He answered all my questions and was very efficient. I would recommend Pedro anytime. Ask for him. I failed to clean the drain myself, and the equipment I bought online didn't work. I called them, made a reservation, and Arron showed up. He has professional equipment, and communicated very well. he do it in 15 minutes or so, and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend their company.
NexGen heating and air conditioning is a great company. The technician came out with mask on, shoe protection so they don't get your carpet or floor dirty. The technician Art Ramos exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure when he left that everything was working correctly. I thought that I would have no cold air. Art made sure that my unit was working correctly and efficiently. If I can give them can give them 10 Stars I would I will refer them to all my friends and family. Thank you NexGen.

I was having low water issues in my kitchen faucet. I suspected it was my faucet head which was giving me the low water pressure but I wanted to get a professional opinion just in case it was something else. The repairman who came looked at the faucet head and said there was a build up of calcium which was making the pressure low. He didn't even attempt to clean it or remove the calcium. He said I needed a new faucet which was gonna be over $750! He asked where the water came into the house and I showed him. He unscrewed the hose and put a pressure meter on it and said my water pressure was low and that the pipes needed replacing and that would be over $1000!
I ended up going to Home Depot and getting some CLR and that fixed my problem.
Not only did he NOT fix the problem, he tried to upsell me on almost $2000 of work which I didn't need.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
Had Nexgen come to do my yearly maintenance. First appointment got canceled 30 mins before his show time, they rescheduled and came out cleaned my whole unit explained everything and left. My ac broke 3 days later on a Sunday evening. They weren't open on Sunday so I called them Monday for them to come out asap since I have a 7 month pregnant wife and it was the middle of a heat wave. They said they would call me back soon to schedule someone to come out... it is now Thursday and no call nothing...horrible customer service for a company this big . My a/c worked fine all summer and 3 days after they do maintenance it breaks down and they don't care
Benny came out to service our 1.5 year old unit, he was on time, knowledgeable and efficient.
As a US Navy Viet Nam veteran I was aware of the service that their organization provided to other veterans which produced a quality product and was responsive to my need for an up-to-date heating ventilation and air-conditioning system that was Energy efficient. Their company representative responded to my posting within 30 minutes. An appointment was set up with their project manager Christopher Nanney 48 hours after the initial request.
During his on-site visit; and, after assessing the project requirements, Chris immediately contacted Zach Negrete, East General Manager for the Riverside, CA NexGen Organization. Both gentlemen worked quickly to provide their customer, Me, with a proposed quality product which could be fully installed the following morning. After Chris explained the value of their Energy efficient product, I was satisfied that my Life's Philosophy has been met. You get what you pay for. Note: I will follow this posting with another one after the installation has been completed and is fully operational.
(24 hours later). Christopher Nanney and his Installers worked as a team and installed a quality product and were very pleasant to answer questions during the installation. Up-to date vent covers were also installed. The installation was completed on a 98 degree day where the installer's completed the job and vacuum before they left. I was especially pleased that a member of their support team followed up within 30 minutes to see if I had any questions or concerns! I would recommend this team to anyone one who needed an upgrade or service.
Great experience! Got an AC unit and furnace, and so happy with my choice. Ladies if you need help finding out what's wrong with your system, ask for Sal Salcedo and you will get an education for a lifetime! He will explain where you can understand and will help you decide you next step. A great company, the b st customer service!
Edwin came to our house today to service the air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and provided thorough service including changing the filter, did a tuneup including cleaning and maintenance of the a/c unit. He was very honest with what we needed instead of trying to upsell us on what we don't need. If you're looking for someone who does their job with integrity, Edwin is your guy. We would have him back!

As a home owner it's hard to find quality and reputable companies. Tim Eagleson and team were great during the upgrade and relocation of new HVAC unit. From Sales to installers, They are professional and customer centric. If you're in need of repair or a new unit, I recommend you give Nextgen a call.
After searching, and reading reviews, my husband and I decided to call NexGen AC . Our repair tech Robert Ramos was such a wonderful tech. He was on time, was very communicative , and very honest ( which I truly appreciate his feedback). What we loved the most is that he didn't talk to us as customers but more as if we were his friends. He told us the prices, and also suggested what was better for us in the long run. He was very professional and obviously knows his craft. We decided to go with a new unit, like Robert suggested. My husband and I are so happy and excited to enjoy our new AC system.

My tub was leaking thru the first floor ceiling. AARON arrived the next day as scheduled. He is polite, he respects the safety and cleanliness of the job area. Explained the issue, provided me the opportunity to see it, and also showed how moisture was tested. He came back for the repairs as scheduled. He communicated when he was to take a lunch and return. Their salesperson promised to replace our shower tub enclosure. They demolished without having all parts ready plus they installed the wrong size so we have a gap between the tub and our flooring. Beware do not have them lure you to failed promises. We are without our second bathroom since the Tuesday after Memorial Day.
My ac compressor was dead. I had home warranty send 2 separate service calls because first one took a week to submit repairs. The I decided to have Nexgen give me quote. They sent someone next day. He have me quotes and I decided to just replace entire unit. They upgraded and installed next day. I was very pleased with their service and response time. We had a few things go wrong but they made it right. Very happy and recommend them. I will use them for my other house when we upgrade that system.

Benny was on time for our scheduled appointment and he was very thorough with our tune-up inspection for our AC unit . Our kitchen drain was backed up and I decided to give Nexgenair a try given the reviews.
I called in and they scheduled someone to come out to snake the line between 3:30-4:30, got a text that they could arrive much earlier (awesome). Aaron and Tommy came out and inspected the lines. Since we do a lot of keto cooking here, grease and fat get into the lines and they recommended an hydro flush of the lines.
Really nice and professional, would highly recommend.

I called for a quote for our furnace and later found out it has been recalled and unsafe to use anymore . Martin was the one who came to our home to look at it and told us . He was very caring and concerned for our safety . I realize it's his job to sell us but I really think he loves his job and cares for people . My husband and I made a appointment to meet with Jeff his boss the next day and he was the same kind of person just to friendly and kind and funny too . Well needless to say we will be getting a new furnace and air conditioner tomorrow. I will be honest it's not cheap but I just really feel they will do a good job . I will let you know after the work is done .
Five star super recommend! I called yesterday. Had someone come out the next day to install a split AC in my living room. They were very polite and professional . I'm so happy with the price. The first day I met Jay C. He was very professional, very straightforward which I appreciate which you don't find any more. He didn't waste my time within five minutes he explained everything. Helped us get refinanced with the lowest APR. The very next day (which is today) the crew came out Jose pangas was very professional . This is a horrible horrible company. DO NOT USE THEM. I've been dealing with issues with this terrible business for 12 months now. Look at me previous review. Even the owner Ismael left me a message. Still not completely fixed. Left a hole in my son's room and never repaired. Now with the heat it is roasting in his room. My electric bill is higher than it was with my old unit and it was supposed to be an energy efficient one. But because the cool air is escaping into our attic, it never cools down. I've called several times and every single time they tell me they'll take my info and escalate it and make sure someone calls me back ASAP. Spoiler Alert. NO ONE EVER DOES!!

Its like buying a car in the dealership. They will pressure you for their business. They will send someone to give you a quote that doesnt even know where tje ac is will just give you a ridiculous price and will say-im not a salesman very funny and sad.
NexGen was amazing, they were professional when setting up appointment. Technician Pedro was professional, knowledgeable and gave me multiple options to correct issue with my AC unit. He checked all possible issues before diagnosing the problem. I will definitely be using NexGen again in the future.
Do not recommend NexGen for HVAC maintenance. They installed my filter backwards when I had them out for their $88 service. Plus their prices are waaay too high when compared with competitors and industry pricing. They don't provide an itemized breakdown of their costs, just a flat figure, and it is usually double what you'd expect to pay with a mom and pop hvac company. Do your research and save your hard earned dollars.

Our dry wall on the ceiling gets flooded and Pablo helped us out! He cut the corroded copper tube and replaced with new/good quality tubes. Everything's done nice and clean, done perfectly and fast! Very impressive work! Very friendly people! Very smooth communication! Highly recommended company!!!

I had an issue with the final total for the Halo filtration system and have been working with Jesse Rodriguez manager of NexGen Plumbing and have to say he bent over backward to resolve my issues and provided excellent customer service. Had a great experience with Adrian at Nexgen. We had them out a few times, for a few different AC repairs all within the span of a couple weeks. He was professional, knowledgeable, and great with our dog and kids! Very sweet and extremely helpful! Big thanks to Adrian for keeping us cool as we enter into the summer heat!
My AC went out a couple days ago (thanks to a mouse catching my dogs attention). Jacob came out and took a look at our system and fixed the wires that came apart. He even let me ask questions and showed me the problem areas. Everything works great now.

These young ladies tried to get anybody who could help contact me ASAP. Its in vein. Thet never return the call after 5 years of fighting Nexgen to repair my lawn. Their own metal turbines ruined by melting portions of my artifical turf on day it was 113 degrees . I paid $17k to contractor for lawn. $6,000 for artifical turf and $1000 for labor. I asked $7k for reimbursement. They said its too much!
I paid Nexgen $27k for system after seeing ad for $5400 which David, project manager S aid it wouldn't match or something. Upsold me $27k and guy told me I couldn't keep final payment of almost $6k as they are aware of it. 5 year of phone call and emails barely returned.
Past three weeks I paid Nexgen $1850, $985 and $295 for roofing,plumbing and electrical. Yes? Call for service return asap!! No discount, no mention of my lawn. I'm 64 year old widow with disabled 43 year old son
I have multiple medical problems that result in numerous doctor visits and multiple hospital stays. I was told today, Regional Manager Bill would contact me today. I'll update if he contacts me a d provide status of phone call. I eve email the owner. Naturally, no response. It's unbelievable as they admit their negligence, they say $7k which is exactly what I paid is too much!
Marcus (service manager) reached out and was very apologetic. This was much appreciated. Looking forward to having necessary changes made and updating my review to five stars the next time I need my A/C serviced.
Michael was polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Couldn't ask for a quicker solution to our problem.
My A/C unit gave out in the 1st day of summer and it was miserable. Called Nexgen and Randi came out the next day and was able to get me the system I need in practically no time. The consultation and application took less than 1hour and the unit was installed Saturday while I went to my kids baseball game. The technicians, Travis and Cody, were amazing. I'm not even sure they took a break and installed the condenser and furnace in one day. I'd recommend Nexgen to anyone with Heating and cooling needs! Thanks for everything!

Even though I had my air conditioner serviced in the spring, come July it wasn't working. NexGen came out quickly and found the wiring issue in my breaker box that caused the problem. AC was back on by that evening and got the information needed to get the electrician out to solve the problem.

Technician Daniel Zaragoza actually called me letting me know he could meet earlier but I was still working. He arrived on time and took a look at my stubborn clogged shower. He took care of the drain issue within minutes and stuck around to make sure it stayed clear. I appreciated his honesty and friendliness. Reasonable price, professional, and friendly. He even gave a tip on a tool I had that wasn't sure how to use! Great service!

Updating my review based on the customer team contacting me and apologizing for the experience. They also refunded the money I was charged for the service call. Overall my review is neutral now. Customer service wise they are very good, if it were not for my first experience with the sales tactic I would have given them 4/5 stars.
Our shower was clogged for a few days now but David D. unclogged our shower and did it quick and nice. Would recommend! This company has always helped !
We had no heating for months I called around got quotes. Come out but not show any interest just price's. Call NEXGEN MADE APPOINTMENT come next day Martin came went in adit took pix. Went over everything next his supervisor comes out. And explain everything and showed what all needed to be done. We had the AC replaced about two months ago. The AC went down twice due to a hard-to-find leak.
The system was brought back up within one day both times.
Response time was excellent. The service was fast and professional.
I had a great time working with Christian and Marc out of the Riverside location. They made sure to thoroughly explain every detail about the services they will be doing. I had a whole new HVAC system installed with no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend them and NexGen.
I had great service from NexGen in the past when dealing with plumbing. The plumbers are friendly, straightforward, and really understand how to interact with customers.
I'm calling as specalist because I'm not a plumber of an HVAC specialist. I don't know what im doing and I require lamens terms to understand what needs to be done.
Their HVAC tech was far less friendly and seemed to only know how to speak in technically terms. It honestly felt like he was trying to hype us up with fear to make us spend a bunch of money. My heater wasn't working. The unit is less than 3 years old but I couldn't find the install information for the life of me so I called NexGen because I'd had good service with plumbing and they'd done basic maintenance on the AC unit before.
The tech was supposed to come out on a Thursday at 4. At 2 dispatch called me and said that I couldn't have a tech come out that day because my unit is on the roof and they came be on the door in the dark. So I rescheduled for noon the next day. My husband called off work to take care of this. They were scheduled 11a-1p. They called me at 1130, even though I'd specified my husband was the point of contact and they had his number, to tell me the tech was running late and he'd be there by 3pm. The tech finally showed up at 345 and then sat in his truck for 15 minutes. So my husband took the day off just for him to show up at the time we'd scheduled the day before, which is after we both are home from work....
The tech used scare tactics to try and make us pay over 1k. I was able to find the install info and get everything taken care of under warranty, but this made me never want to work with NexGen for any service, including plumbing.

Our A/C thermostat broke on a holiday weekend and I called several places that couldn't help. I called NexGen and they got a technician out to me within 2 hours!
Paul showed up and was genuinely concerned about about our problem and heard out all of our concerns. He found the problem within minutes. Paul had the parts in his work van to complete the repair immediately. He was very upfront with costs. I would certainly recommend this company and most of all, recommend Paul. 5 stars!!
I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Great service provided, very timely (performed service same day I called with no surcharge or emergency fee) and Kevin would be 10 stars plus if that was an option. If you are not calling them first you are missing out.
I am very picky when I send out quote requests on yelp. NexGen was super responsive and came asap. Marc Van Valen did a throughly walk around, explained everything in detail and was super mellow even when my kids were running around and screaming. He went above and beyond what I expected. Our house has some major issues so I can sleep good tonight knowing they will start fixing it all tomorrow!
The install went so smooth and we are in love with our new system!!!!

Here is an example of bad service before service was given. Went to another HVAC place that actually responds.
Stopped responding after I asked for prices. I'm trying to avoid on-site up sells as they love doing. Very dishonest
Our AC would stopped working intermittently. We did not know what was going on. My wife found Nexgen on Google. The person we talked to on the phone was able to quickly scheduled a technician to come service our AC the very next day. The technician Carlos came on time, was very courteous and customer friendly. He was knowledgeable, quickly found the problem to our issue and fixed it. He also made some very good recommendation which we will implement soon. He even helped clean out the dirt of the outdoor AC unit so it may run better. Keep up the good works!
It's been about 7 months since I got my system installed and I had such a great experience with David Moreno and Jonathan Demas that this review is past due. I had an old system that kept giving me trouble every year I knew I would need a new system soon. Jonathan came educated me and honestly I didn't feel pressure to buy one but I leaned alot. David came gave me a quote on different options. After comparing different companies I decided that Nextgen would be the best for me. Both gentleman very kind and professional. When Jonathan and nextgen came the first time and to install the system they were very productive and professional. Used shoe cover before entering and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Nextgen.
We are dissatisied with NexGen Plumbing because their prices are excessively high. Rigo, the plumber, over charged us by thousands of dollars. He didn't even pull a permit. Rigo installed a new water heater and reconnected a sink for us because the plumber before him incorrectly installed a water heater that leaked and severely damaged our home. We tried to recoup the cost of the correct installation by Rigo at NexGen, but the adjuster for the bond company of the inept plumber said that the amount of money that NexGen charged us was ridiculously high and that they would only reinburse us for a fraction of NexGen's fee. We reached out to NexGen for help in justifying the excessively high fee. They did not help.
Filing a complaint with plumbing department for failing to complete job at my home since 5/9/22 permits not approved. Have a hazard at the end of my driveway since july 2022 with an open hole and a warped plywood covering it. If any damage is caused to any pedestrians or vehicles I will send the information to NEXGEN as the liable party. No contact has been made to have a resolution and have had multiple representatives supposedly elevate the issue. Spoke with Thomas on 7/9/22 for a resolution on the plumbing job and to date going on 7 months without one.
Run and look for a more reputable company because they will complete the job take yout money and ignore you!

Ac has not been working as well as it had been and freezes over if left on for a while, assumed there was some sort of leak. Charged $1,300 for isolation leak test and all I was told was there is a leak but we don't know where. Duh I already knew there was a leak. It was then recommended to just replace the entire system because they couldn't figure out where the leak is!!! Such an expensive test to not figure out anything! Very disappointed in nexgen. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for ac repairs and maintenance. So $1300 later and nothing was fixed no problem areas detected just wasted time and money!
Update: spoke with manager and they were very receptive and sent out another technician to check on problem. Will update once completed

Had installed new ducts in the attic the manager came out and sat down with me and explained everything in detail and didn't pressure me which I liked.Next day 5 guys came out early and installed new ducts showed me everything they were doing,cleaned up very neatly.The office girl called to inform me they were enroute in the am and called at the end to make sure I was satisfied,Nice staff TY.
They are responsive to the question however the quote is extremely much higher than others such as home depot just to replace a new water heater.

Waited 9 weeks to finally get NexGen to get off their lazy rears and replace my furnace. They were quick to take my money but that's about it. Left me without heat for months. No calls, scheduling was a nightmare. Had appoints but tech would call and change it, horrible experience all the way around. Do you yourself a favor and use anyone else to save yourself hassle and condescending behavior from their employees. The funny guy Bill Kean is the reason your Instagram just got hit again. Think I'll start commenting about my experience on every single Nexgen Ad andclick on the link a few hundred times. Maybe that will teach your employees some respect. Thank you Nexgen for getting the job done after dealing with this heat for 2 months and being ghosted from my previous contractor. Just want to say a big Thank you to Pedro and Marcus who have been great from the start. Pedro was very thorough in inspection and didn't beat around the bush on what needed to be done unlike my previous contractor who just played guessing games while charging me and making things worse. Marcus did everything to help us with getting everything done from choosing a new system and insulation to fixing the big hole in my ceiling . I couldn't believe how fast the workers were able to get everything done. Marcus was always available when I had questions or concerns and didn't make me feel as if I was a burden. Sandra at customer service was also very helpful every time I called. Sandra also answered my questions or returned my call in a short time. Again just want to say THANK YOU Nexgen for your service.
NexGen came out to the house the same day and checked everything in our heater. They first tried to repair before recommending replacement. They even gave repair options but we opted to replace and they came back the very next day to install the new heater! They were all very helpful, polite, respectful, and explained everything they were doing and why. The communication from them is excellent!!! We are extremely happy with our new heating and air conditioning! I recommend them to everybody!!!

I had a very old air conditioning system. I met with Randi and he set me up to get new system. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what I needed Price is a little steep but what isn't these days. I got professionalism from all techs concerned. They were friendly and took pride in their work. I had a few issues after. but I called and they sent some one out within a few days and they were always punctual and extra helpful. Hopefully the permit will be pulled soon so we can get an inspection. If you want a job done quickly and efficiently. They are the ones to call.
My husband and I had been talking about changing our HVAC and finally got around to it this month.
Marc Van Valen from Nexgen stopped by and told us all about the different options we had and what he recommends based on our square footage. He's very professional and we felt comfortable going ahead with the contract. He answered all our questions so we really felt good about our purchase.
The installers came the next day and they spent almost the whole day installing. (I thought they were only going to be there for a few hours.) They went above and beyond, cleaning out the furnace area and making sure everything is tight and locked down. We can tell they really knew what they're doing after inspecting their work.
We definitely recommend Nexgen (and Marc) to anyone looking to change their HVAC units.
My air conditioner condenser pipe was leaking from the roof of my house onto my roof. I had it previously inspected and it was incorrectly diagnosed. Edwin immediately identified the issue and repaired my pipes up to current standards at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.

Sewer line was backing up. Originally called them to snake it. Turns out tree roots had penetrated and line was sinking. Gave me a reasonable quote to repair. Subsequently after diggingg through found some additional concerns to be addressed but honored the original bid after further discussion. Reliable and ethical Company based on my interactions with them to date. Dealt with multiple team members and they were all friendly, professional, timely and cleaned up work site to high standards after the job was completed. Travis was the site supervisor, Johnny on the spot attitude and overall thumb up. Believe one of the crew members was named Jerry. Hoping Nexgen will pull up the invoice and give kudos to the rest of the crew. invoice no. 95341493. I would absolutely recommmend and use them again.

I want to thank Noah for the outstanding and professional service he provided. He explained everything in detail and even displayed the air quality in our home. The air quality was reaching unbreathable limits due to the buildup of mold in the attic unit. He thoroughly cleaned the AC unit, blower, and evaporator coil. To top it off, Noah installed the iWave-R air purifier. The purifier kills mold, some viruses, and removes odors. Our house is now smelling like a brand new house and the air quality dropped to safe limits. I suggest you include the yearly membership, which has many benefits included. I called early in the morning for a quote or an estimate to have a wall heater furnace that is shut off tagged by So California gas company obsolete on the interior one way remove it they said they could frame it in dry wall it haul away it's about 18 x 56 inches. After reviewing and speaking with a supervisor next GEN sent a representative the following day to complete this job very satisfied with their work integrity and ethic I would highly recommend
Called NexGen out because our Hvac system was not working. Tim and Carlos took the time to go through our unit and found some problems that potentially could be dangerous to our health. They were knowledgeable, friendly and the price they quoted was in line with other companies.
The next day we had our new unit installed and we couldn't be happier. The four man crew of Sergio, Isaias, Jorge and Andreas were amazing to work with. They were professional, courteous, helpful, clean and the install only took five hours! We totally recommend NexGen to anyone needing a new a/c or heating unit.

Was a former Specialized Air customer and recently learned that they were bought out by NexGen. Still had one service left on my membership and figured to just have it used before it expired. Wasn't sure what to expect from NexGen. Service guy, George Guido, came on time and was super professional. Shared with me the status of my system and even hooked me up with the iWave air purification system, which will keep my family safe for years to come. Thanks George for everything today!

On Wednesday (8/24/22) I was finally fed up with our AC not cooling our 2000 sq ft. house below 83-85. With the impending heat wave I wanted to have it looked at. I called Next Gen and made an appointment for Friday (8/26/22). Christian Valdez showed up promptly at the time he was expected. He took a look at the unit and immediately shared that my unit was old and it used a discontinued type of freon if that's what it ended up needing....great! He tested my system and confirmed that it was low on freon and that it would need about 6lbs which would take a bit to get due to it being discontinued. He suggested thinking about a new system in the future as it was old. He then said he wanted to check out our duct system for leaks so we wouldn't be wasting our money if it was just going to go to the attic. 20 min later he came down with the bad news....
Quick backstory:
So the previous owner of my house liked to DIY everything. Not sure how our home inspector missed this BUT he did. The last 3 years have been constant fixing and making right what was done incorrectly and cheaply (bathrooms, flooring, electrical, etc.). Fun stuff. Didn't think he had the audacity to tackle a HVAC system....but clearly he did.
Anyway, after seeing the photos and realizing we'd need to spend money sooner rather than later, we agreed to having Christian's manager come and discuss options for a new system with no pressure. Marc Van Valen showed up and immediately started brainstorming what needed to be done and was all about getting me the best deal for what I needed, not what he wanted to upsell me, which I truly appreciated!!! We all sat down and discussed what I wanted to get out a new system, realistic usage, and what I was willing to shell out financially and we landed on, what I think, was a great bundle of a completely new HVAC system and ducting. After my butt cheeks unclenched from committing to such a huge financial investment, I started to get excited about actually being cool again and scratching another thing on the list of home improvements.
Next day (8/27/22), Michael Hernandez and crew showed up and started removing the old system and prepped for installation. On Monday (8/29/22), they returned to complete the job and install. It took them about 8-ish hours from start to finish with 5 guys, but it was well worth it and they were all very professional and most importantly, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. They installed a new return vent in my bedroom to cool it down, since that is the hottest room in the house typically. They replaced all the old vent covers. They adjusted the dampers to direct more flow to certain rooms per request. They instructed me how to use the new Nest thermostat system, which being a technology nerd I was happy to have something to explore and learn.
All in all, I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Next Gen and will be using them again when I do a new electrical panel hopefully within the next calendar year.

My heater was blowing cold air. Christian came out and looked at the furnace and diagnosed the problem right away ; a very minor fix. It needed no parts , a valve had condensation in it . It was fixed by blowing into it. I expected to pay but he said no charge because it was nothing
To me it was.

Called to have a leaking pipe fixed in the front yard. Dispatched someone out the same day. The tech Kevin Richardson was great, explained everything and was quick & thorough. I have used this company before for my heating and have nothing but praise for their workmanship & professionalism.

Edward P. gave me a detailed analysis and took a bunch of photos so I could understand what's going on. I appreciate his friendliness and ability. I will be a loyal customer because of him.

You were professional, very well presented, on time and you explained everything in very clear and concise detail (with tons of pics that you took which helped also) and you did an excellent job on the unit, it runs and sounds great. I also appreciated the professionalism from the office, i put a request in on-line and received a call immediately on a Monday morning. Then after the service today, you sent me all of the pics and a summary of everything which i also really appreciated. Keep up the good work. I'm ready for summer, thank you again Pedro. Abraham was courteous, on time and professional when he came to repair my faucet. His service was top-notch; he's advised me about what the planned repair was, followed through on that plan, and recommended ways to keep the faucet in great working order. Excellent service!
Fast service, professional and friendly. They came on a weekend and after hours and got my issue resolved. Will definitely refer and use this company again.
Supervisor Dave T, repairman George G., installers Phil, Felipe, and crew came out to install our new HVAC system. They were courteous, helpful, friendly, and very efficient. They replaced everything right down to a new digital thermostat in about 5 hours.
Felipe took us through everything and made sure it was all working properly and showed us all components and how to take care of them.
They also observed all Covid restrictions and safety protocols.
My wife and I are very satisfied with both the product and services provided by Nexgen. Highly recommended.
I hired them to fix gas leaks in a condo in Ontario. They did detect the leak and did the fix. However, they charged $1,800 which is too high. I should have hired a general plumber/handyman and saved some $$$.
Had a great experience. Our technician, Tony ,was great and provided us with a lot of information. He was able to fix our AC the same day! Highly recommend this company, they had next day availability during the summer.
Our hot water heater started leaking on a Thursday night. We called NexGen first thing Friday morning and they promptly set up an appointment the same day between 1:00/2:00. Casey called us at 12:30 and asked if we were available he'd be able to come out early. He did a great job with figuring out what the issue was and ordering all the parts. It took awhile for the water heater to be delivered from the freight truck to the desert so he wasn't able to get the heater to our house until about 7 PM.
He did do a great job installing it and stayed until everything was complete. Thank you Casey for all your help and we appreciate the fact that we now have water flowing back in the house.
The service technicians were on time, friendly, professional, and even wore their masks due to COVID-19. They did an awesome job installing the unit, along with top-notch quality work and their cleaning-up was a plus. A few days prior to the install we discussed the price, therefore, we would like to give a big shout-out to the manager for working with us. Even the ladies at the office were sweet, helpful, and caring! We have already been recommending NexGen Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing to all our family and friends! Look no further, NEXGEN is the only way to go!

Had to install new system. Felipe and Uriel (installers)were Very friendly customer service oriented explained any questions we had. Awesome technician, Sal was wonderful to go the extra mile to show us pictures and explain everything to us even came back to make sure our install was on point. We are satisfied with everything we highly recommended Great team of guys :)

This is an Update to my last review! We did hear back from the Manager Zac and he helped expedite the last steps in the process of getting the certificate! While I do greatly appreciate his help in making sure we got the city's approval and certificate I really wish I didnt have to have the Manager go thru all this trouble if his team followed up in a timely manner! That is why I didnt give 5 stars!
But THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT RIGHT & getting it done!
Inspection/ceritification went smoothly!
I submitted an inquiry, after spending 7 mins on the phone going over what I need. She says, there's a $188 fee to come take a look. Should've said it from the start, complete waste of my time. I have other companies coming to give me a bid without any fee.

The toilet was backed up, I personally snaked the toilet and my toilet water was draining down slowly. Called NexGen to come out to my house for to help drain or snake the slow draining toilet.
The customer service representative did not corecoordinate with the driver to agree with the time frame and i was a little upset, not going to lie.
Unfortunately, I had to reschedule twice,perfectly, and both times were not met and I can hear the plumbers annoyance. Everything worked out on the 3rd try.
The plumber assessed the situation and flushed the toilet. As I was there watching, it was clearly a joke from God. The toilet flushed perfectly,declined, and nothing was wrong with it.
The plumber asked to provide extra care and asked if I would like a video or to change out the lining of the toilet for $400. I declined, of course. I rather just rip the toilet out and install a new one for myself.
The plumber offered to not charge me for the inspection due to seeing my frustrations, but I declined. He was nice enough to give me a proper assessment and suggestions. I truly wish there was other cheaper alternatives, but I guess work is work and everyone needs to make money.
Nex gen: are heater went out in late November 2021, at first they seemed great but then they over charged us and did not give the true finding of what had happened to are Insurance co, so we have no recall for any reabutment.
Edwin was awesome. He came quick when scheduled and explained everything along the way. We are in a new house so just needed to do some PM and cleaning, but really helped us understand how to eliminate big bills for repairs. We are a Nexgen customer for life.
