Best Plumbing Services in California

Our hot water heater stopped working again after they replaced the gas control value 5 months ago. Upon calling them, they wouldn't stand by their work at all. No warranty unless I installed something which is leaking was my favorite quote. That makes me feel better. I wont' be using their service again as they clearly don't stand by their work.

I'm a local property manager and I'm always on the look out for a quality  contractor. I had the good fortune of having Monarch Plumbing referred to me by one of my clients. Working with Monarch for the past year I have nothing but good words to say about the professional, prompt, and efficient service Jose and his crew have provided. On more than one occasion they have rescued me from major plumbing disasters.
They give me an estimate for the work and stick to what they quote.
They also have no problem taking the smaller jobs with the same great service and pricing. Overall I've found their pricing to be more than reasonable based on other plumbers I have worked with in the area. They will definitely be a vendor I continue to work with and recommend.

I call they come no matter what. Most things can wait 24 hours and they're always here within that time frame. Office staff is the best!

We had a major leak in a wall in the kitchen.

I called them around 8:30pm.
Walked me through how to shut off the water for the night so I didn't have to pay extra for an Emergency night visit.

Next morning they showed up to do the work, talked my wife through everything that needed to be done, explained the different options to fix it.

My wife said their was absolutely no pressure, no gimmicks.

Christian thoroughly cleaned up after himself, then double checked our water pressure just to make sure the pipe popping wasn't related to too much pressure in the pipes.

Loved the honesty and professionalism!

Great experience. Got a price range quote here on yelp. Gave me a one hour appointment window. Showed up on time. The actual price ended up at the lower range. Will use again

Called Golden Coast Plumbing to repair a copper pipe in my bathroom. Met with Joel. Showed him the issue and he went to work. He was quick and the repair looked good. He was responsive, the reconstruction was done on time, certification with EBMUD was very smooth. We recommend their services.

I'm glad that I went with PVD plumbing to fix my water heater.  After reading several reviews on Yelp, I contacted several companies for a quote.  Most quotes that I received were wide ranges up to $1200.  Some companies charge a fee to come and give an estimate. However, Phillip was straight forward and gave me a price that I thought was reasonable.  Also, I have been taking cold showers for a week so I needed it fix quickly.  Setting up an appointment was easy.  Phillip contacted me via text when he was falling behind on another project.  It worked out well because I was running late that day also.  When the technician came to my house, he was courtesy and allowed me to watch him.  As he was repairing the water heater, he went over with me what he was doing.  The job was done quickly.  Later that day, Phillip called me to follow up to see if I was getting any hot water.  From previous experience (which were mainly bad experiences), I have never had a plumbing call to follow up.  Wow!! I was very impressed.  I would definitely use PVD plumbing again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Edwin had to come as my 1st line of plumbers, sent by my Home Warranty program, failed over two days. I then come to find out that due to an exception to the coverage that is in very small print they weren't going to be able to do the job under the coverage of the home warranty service but even then when I just hired them they couldn't complete the job which involved snaking out a backed up sewage line where 2 lines merge to one. Think of the roundabout in Long Beach LOL So Edwin came to the rescue the following day and thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly!) cleaned out the sewer line spending a good chunk of on it. He's a very conscientious, good-natured chap with excellent hygiene. At one point that it sort of exploded like a fountain outside of my bedroom and although he cleaned up very good the window was open and there was a bit of cleaning that had to be done after he left. I'm sure he would've come back if I had called once discovered. I will need regular sewer line cleaning and I intend to hire him.

Called Mike for bathroom drain service.  He was at my home in less than 30 minutes and quickly resolved the issues was having.  Mike is personable, professional and his prices are very fair.  Highly recommended!

Called these guys on a Sunday afternoon or evening, and made an appointment for the next afternoon. The repairman came within the appointment time window and got our heater fixed up in a jiffy. Thank you for the pleasant experience, Bruce! :)

We called Alameda Rooter on a Friday with our toilet leaking from the base. Andrè (the plumber) came out, fixed the problem in about 45 minutes, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

We live in one of those neighborhoods where there is a lot of repiping going on.  After numerous pin hole leaks we decided it was time.  We got several bids as well as recommendations from neighbors and we decided to go with Simpex.  We were impressed with Brian's knowledge and the fact that this wasn't just some franchise business.  His crews had worked together for years and came together again to work for Brian, who they had also worked with.  
It is a messy proposition but they worked hard to mitigate the disruption.
They communicated well and paid attention to details.  Even the city inspector commented on their work.

We had clogged and broken drain pipes in our back yard. Edwin did a terrific and speedy job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. He was great to work with and very helpful. And after he finished that job, he hung around and fixed another small plumbing problem with the toilet for us. All around a great plumber - would gladly recommend!

His team came and went straight to covering all that I moved away from the walls and they laid down canvas and plasic and went to work like a well oil clock the team properly addressed my water heater and the water spigot's and made CLEAN SOLDERED welds on the brass pipes im impressed!!!! Art and I even went the local home depot to instruct me on which quality shower heads to buy and I did WOW!! who does that!? I tell you a person that CARES!!! He's that GOOD!! I don't understand these reviews. They were on time. Addressed all concerns. Clean and neat. Friendly and polite. I'll call them every time. I can only imagine the people who were pleased didn't post.
