I have used the same plumbing company for over 20 years and have been happy with them. This week I needed a plumber to repair a leak in the shower and a problem with my dish washer. A friend who lives in Shelter Creek (San Bruno) had a very good experience with Salet Plumbing and so I thought I would try them.

I am now a total Salet convert.  Juan did a great job repairing the leak in the shower and the problem with my dish washer.  The shower was a particularly  difficult job because various part were damaged and/or poorly installed and screws were frozen etc.

Salet's plumbers have over 4,000 spare parts in their vans which is a great time saver as no one has to interrupt the work to go to a hardware for a replacement part.

Juan is a good communicator and explained the different options for fixing the repair and costs involved. I never felt like I was being pressured into a particular option based on cost.

More importantly, it was immediately clear that Juan loves his work as a plumber and thrives on problem solving odd and difficult plumbing problems.

As we all know, anyone who loves their work and who they work for tends to be a great professional.  This is also true of Juan!

Finally,  Juan looked for any possible way to reduce the overall cost of the job and applied a number of discounts I was eligible for.

Cesar was great! He was able to come out the day after we called over a clogged drain in our garage. I needed this fixed quick, as I have relatives coming over and the backed up water left a terrible smell in my garage. When Cesar arrived, I immediately recommended we go with a more heavy duty option like the jetter, but Cesar advised that had to be scheduled. He indicated his snake may be able to fix this, and for nearly half the price of the jetter. Cesar was able to unclog it after snaking the drain from different areas. Not only was Cesar able to fix the issue the day after we reached out, but did so for nearly half the cost of what we were expecting. I can't recommend Cesar enough and will definitely look to work with him in the future.

The thought of repiping our house was a daunting one but everyone at Ameri-Cal was so helpful and thorough. Toby and Paul from the office set up everything and kept tabs on the progress. Alex (foreman), Ishmael, George, Chris, Ricardo, Alex, Francisco and others conquered the job in a day with no headaches or at least not for me. We couldn't be happier with the job this company completed. Thank you!

I am so glad I went with Pistol Pete's Plumbing. He gave me a quote that couldn't be beat. He messaged me as he was on his way to my house. Was right on time. Very nice very polite person. And he did the job quick. And stood by the amount he quoted me the day before. I would highly recommend him. And if I have any other problems he will be the first one I call.

Marco went above and beyond in helping finish my daughters nursery. He installed the curtain rods on both windows and hung the curtains. I was contacted by Nexgen's owner and he corrected every thing and was very polite. Next year I will explain my system better so they can fix every thing correctly.

Recently had Mike come out to replace our faulty Bosch tankless water heater.  We replaced it with a Noritz unit, he also repaired low pressure in bathroom shower.  Mike was professional from the beginning.  They arrived on time and their workmanship is amazing.  Mike is very knowledgeable and has a good working crew, very polite and skilled.  I found their pricing to be very competitive.  I will be calling Complete Plumbing for all future plumbing repairs.  Good and honest plumbers are hard to come by and these guys are great.

I was request for a vanity replacement. Rick has clear response with great pricing! Moreover, quick on set up schedule and clean up everything after all. All in all, he did a wonderful job! Thank you so much!! :)

True to their mission, they do provide mind-blowing customer service. During the holidays my water heater broke and I called Jazz and few others to get someone quick to look at the problem. Only Jazz showed the willing ness to come and look at the problem during the holidays, without any upfront fee.

Aaron Cowell was my technician. He is fantastic. Due to a part issue (no fault of his), he had to come few times to fix the problem. He did it without any fuss and took care of the problem. Great guy.

Plumbing care always meets our need. We have been using them for a few years and they are on time, considerable and reliable. They always deliver us good quality. Agee years ago, I invited them to repair plumbing leaking, later on they changed our heating system, recently they changed our toilet. Good attitude, good service!

Steve was quick to respond, on time, and quick to get the job done. He left the area clean and was professional and polite. Would gladly have him over again, should the need arise.

Jason is a savior! I called him late afternoon one day and though he was booked up, he was able to get here firs thing next morning. He was able to fix the problem right away, super courteous as well.  He left area clean, wore booties, and charged a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

I hired Matthew twice for my rental property's plumbing issues. He was always on time and providing excellent service. He was able to fix an issue that my other plumber didn't discover. And he explained all details and charges before he started the job. I am very pleased to work with him and will hire him again for future projects.

We had to have some extensive drain repair after several other plumbers were not able to address the issue.  Brandon Lopez, from Roto Rooter was the lead tech who first responded.  While this was a team effort on multiple days, including his supervisor, Sergio, Brandon hung with the project into the weekend and again, with Sergio, also stopped in on Sunday to make sure the repairs were solid.  We really appreciate his service and dedication to making sure everything was good.

We can definitely recommend Brandon and the team backing him up.
