I can not recommend this company highly enough.  Five stars is too few.

Last week water started pouring out of the base of our toilet every time it was flushed.  Needless to say, we were pretty concerned.  We got in touch with our landlord who referred us to the plumber they typically use.  I won't name names, but this guy was... Not good.  He was supposed to come on Friday.  Bailed.  Came six hours late the next day and then didn't fix the problem.  The next day came nine hours late and said we needed a new toilet.  Installed the new toilet and within 8 hours it's backing up again.  Was supposed to come again the next day and bailed.  Then came 7 hours late the following day only to tell us that he couldn't determine the problem because he didn't have the proper equipment.  At this point we had been without a toilet for 6 days, which, if it's ever happened to you, you know is the absolute worst.  Thankfully, the one thing this guy did right was to call Jet Drain to come out and do a free camera inspection and diagnostic.

The guys came out promptly, sent down the camera, and within about twenty minutes determined the problem.  Warning: if you hate gross things, skip this next part.  It's heinous.  You've been warned.  Our sewage main had broken and cracked in several places, and, attracted by the scent, had been swarmed by hundreds of cockroaches.  The drain was clogged by hundreds of giant cockroaches.  It was insane.  I wanted to die.

They needed to do a complete overhaul of the plumbing under the house which was estimated to take about 3 days.  They left to get in contact with our landlord and after getting permission they were going to try to come back out that night to get started.  Unfortunately there next job took longer than they anticipated so they promptly got in touch to let us know.  The owner of the company Abi offered to put us up in a hotel for the night because they were unable to get started.  I was blown away by how friendly, professional, and accommodating both Abi as well as his employees Larry and Ray were.  

They came right on time the next morning and worked all day.  That evening as they were finishing up for the day they asked me to go inside and turn on all the faucets and continuously flush the toilet.  It turns out that although the job would take three days to complete they had worked all day in order to take care of the problems that directly affected us and had everything in perfect working order by the end of the first day.  It was such a huge, huge relief and I really couldn't believe it.

This whole situation was a total nightmare until these guys came along and they turned things around in less than 24 hours.  As I said previously, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.  Seriously, they are exceptional.  If you're looking for a plumber, stop looking and call Jet Drain.

 Instead of coaxing me to buy an all new water heater they fixed an issue with it and saved me over a thousand dollars with the cost of labor and a new unit.  I would easily recommend them for another job.   Too many people out there visit a house and try to sell you on more stuff than you need but they don't and it's appreciated.

This review was for the work done around 4/1.  I've been using these guys for several jobs and they've been great! Today James had an opportunity to do a job versus the right thing on a dishwasher install where the flooring was bad and needed to be replaced and he performed with outstanding integrity and recommended we fix the flooring before the install.  Integrity in an individual is as good as gold.  My wife will be a little upset but she's thankful as well.

Very fast and efficient. My bathroom sink wasn't draining, and they fixed the problem. Also, they work clean and cleaned up any mess that was made from their work.

Abi fixed my bathtub faucet leak after 2 sets of plumbers did a not so great job. Whereas the other plumbers seemed to blindly guess at issues and randomly replace parts, Abi spent a lot of time and care diagnosing the issue with my faucet and explaining to me each step of the way his hypotheses and how he would attempt to solve the problem. In addition to swapping out the parts needed to immediately get the leak to stop, Abi replaced the pieces that were causing the other parts to wear out faster. I highly recommend working with Abi for a fair, transparent, and thorough experience!

I needed some help with a gas line for my bbq. JetDrain were on time for the estimate, and quoted me a fair price. They came out on Saturday and completed the job in a quick professional manner. Aramis did the work for me, and he was always very friendly, and conscious of keeping my home clean as he worked.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced and the guys from Jet Drain did a great job to replace it. There was some corrosion with my old faucet (why I couldn't do it myself), but they were able to cut out the old faucet and install the new one.

Only negative is on the day and time they were supposed to come, no one showed up or called. When I called the main number they said they had an emergency job so would have to come later in the day. However, I wish they at least called me and told me (they are running late and would be at my house at this time)instead of me having to wonder where they are. If not for this, I would give 5 stars.

I've used these guys at my home in Redondo Beach and my restaurants in various locations in LA. They do amazing work and always have the best prices. I can't recommend them enough. They are responsive professionals and will not stop until the job is done right. Highly recommended for the restaurant business homes!

Abi came and was able to provide a lot of solutions to the roadblocks we encountered from both building conditions (multi-unit which makes new plumbing work harder), and from the City. He also is extremely detailed and meticulous in his work, and we passed our City inspections the first time round without any hiccups. Abi also offered to provide some extra work that wasn't included in his contracted scope. All with a smile. Can't say that you see that work ethic and attitude often these days.

All in all, I'd highly recommend Jet Drain for all your plumbing needs.

Had these folks come out and do an estimate (Los Angeles area) on an exceedingly simple project. Move a gas line 15 feet. This is under the house work, parts would run under 100$ (I know because I had somebody else do the work) Turn off gas, cut the line, add an elbow, add a flex line, drill a hole from under the house (All push fitting, didn't even need to solder anything) and run the pipe into the kitchen, and re-connect the stove, and put a plug in the old kitchen fitting.
These folks came out, looked at the work and quoted a price of $1200 to $1600, I asked why so much, and they responded two men, all day. He went on to explain that they were licensed and bonded so that is why they cost more
Total, my guess estimate was that this was about 4 hours of work, and should come in under $500 or so at the top of the range.
I couldn't get rid of these people fast enough; they must have thought I looked stupid.
In any case, with a little more research (using the Nextdoor neighborhood app) I found a local, Licensed, and bonded, plumber to do the same work at $500, and was happy to pay him for his honesty. Took about 4 hours, and he was done.
In short, this company treats customers as if they are stupid, although they are VERY nice and professional, from the moment they meet you, no excuse for this kind of estimate, a complete and total rip-off, you will pay double or triple what you should. Shame on these people, scamming you with a smile.

Highly recommend! Great company, great people. Very honest, quick and decently priced. We will definitely use Jet Drain again and recommend them to all for their plumbing needs!

Abi and his guys replaced our entire broken old cast iron sewer line under the house within 3 days and a very reasonable price. He sent pictures and answered all our questions regarding the sewer issues.

Amazing response and service! I  had a terrible hot water pressure issue and I was  unable to fix it. I reached out to Jet Drain yesterday and Aramis {Handsome young man} was able to come over next day of making my initial call.  Well, Aramis came over and just like magic it was repaired. Typically, I try do my own simple DIY plumbing, but elected not to this time with a stubborn kitchen drain back up.  Abi was honest during initial call stating that he wouldn't be available for that day or next, which I respected and ultimate why he received my business in the end.  Two other plumbers that were available immediately failed with trying to fix the clog or failed to come at multiple appointments times they provided me.
Jet Drain was worth the wait, from Abi's upfront honesty to his experience and diligence, he was able to fix the stubborn clog.  He made multiple attempts while convey updates and potential next steps if needed.  A professional that is friendly and respectful which gets the job done who warrants a recommendation and save of contact information for the future!

We reached out to Jet Drain to inquire about hydro jetting the mainline at our condo. They were very responsive and came out the same day. Pricing was reasonable and very similar to what was quoted. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing hydro jetting.

We've used Abi twice now, once to unclog a bathtub and then our main. He's professional and courteous plus he was respectful of his work boots and coming through the house. He assessed the problems quickly and solved them just as fast. He offered us different solutions as he worked and it never felt like he was trying to get more out money out of us. He explains how to prevent the problem from happening again (if possible) and all around is a friendly service. He worked in the dark during our second issue and it didn't slow him down!

So here we go again...same issue.  Bathrooms both flooded on Monday, President's day.  Called Jet Drain and they were able to send someone to snake the clean out late in the day.  Very pleased.

Fast forward to Thursday, and we get flooded again!  Same nice young man comes out to snake the clean out, and suggests we do a camera inspection.  Great!  Problem is a our clean out comes to a T and would not allow the camera to go through.  A clean out replacement was suggested, that will include a camera inspection and a credit for the service call on Monday.  We scheduled the clean out replacement for Saturday, and Jet Drain sends Gilbert and Raymond, who went above and beyond, and did an excellent job despite all the unforeseen challenges - they got the job done.  Again, I would highly recommend Jet Drain.

I called Jet Drain to fix our main water shut off  valve and to install 2 shower heads with (handheld attachments). Abi came and gave me a free estimate and then completed the job a couple days later.   He not only finished the job in a timely, professional manner, but also gave me advice and patiently answered all my questions.  His price is very reasonable too.  I would definitely go to Jet Drain again for my future plumbing needs.

When my parents were getting the run around from other plumbers, I took on the responsibility of finding a reliable plumber for them. I sent and a message to thru their instagram page after checking out various sources on how these guys worked. Abi got back to me with in an hour or 2 and Aramis, his brother was at my parents property assessing the issue. He was very attentive to my dads theories on what the issue could be. And fixed the problem. My parents and I are happy to know that there are still professionals out there that do not take advantage of people when in need. Thanks guys!

Was having frequent back ups. Snaked the pipes, hydrojet. Finally dug out the drain and placed a two way. They used a camera and found the culprit. A long thin metal pipe was bent in the line. This was catching everything and backing it up  they run the camera a few times and snaked it and got the pieces right out.

Responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable! Jet Drain is the best! They've fixed various problems in my home from simple to complex, and have done so quickly and skillfully. Highly recommend!

I've used Jet Drain twice now, once for a bathtub that wouldn't drain and once for a pinhole leak I had inside of my kitchen wall. Each time their team came out and they were timely, friendly, and really informative in letting me know what the issue was in my house, what they were going to do to solve it, and what the overall cost would be. The moment they got a customer for life was with my stopped up bathtub. I had a plumber come and take a look and he quoted me several thousand dollars as he said he would need to break up the concrete in my bathroom in order to get to the pipe. The team at Jet Drain was able to cut a small access hole in my kitchen behind my fridge, access the pipe and fix the issue for a fraction of the price, and to top it off they were able to utilize that same access panel when they were resolving the pinhole leak inside my kitchen wall. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Christmas Miracle! Abi was very responsive when I inquired if he can fix the hot water shower issue in the condo! He said that it is his busy season and gave me a tentative day. Cool beans though, he finished a job early and was able to fit me in today! He was very responsive and talked about the steps he was taking to fix the problem! A++++!  He even asked for hot temperature preference. He solved the hot water issue! Yay! Small world,

Jet Drain was great. Honest from the start, didn't try to give me an estimate without seeing what needed to be done first. He took his time, figured out the issue and fixed it. Now we have no more water hammer issue. Very professional and respectful of you and your home.

Called them out again last week because the shutoff valve in my other bathroom was leaking.   They came out and  screwed it in a little..said it was loose.  That fixed it.  Most embarrassing.  So I said while they were out there, they might as well go as well go ahead and change the O ring as I couldn't remember when it had last been replaced.  They opened it up,  looked at it, said it looked fine.  Charged me NOTHING for the visit.  And not a drop has come out of the valve since their visit.  Hard to beat that!

Very happy with this experience. I called them for 2 issues:  bath tub drain stopper issue and shower valve replacement. They came out the next day and fixed the issues in a few hours. They were very professional and really went above and beyond to repair the issues.

This is another review as I have used this company twice in a month for different services. First, I contacted them for a quote to replace a water heater. When the plumber arrived, he looked at the water heater and noticed that it was rather new and didn't think it needed replacing. Instead he cleaned it out, got the pilot lit and it worked fine! He advised me to make sure to keep weeds and other grasses away as it was collecting inside the water heater storage container restricting airflow. He didn't even charge me for a service fee.

As a result I called them again when my kitchen sink clogged and garbage disposal stopped working. They came on time and within a few minutes had the sink unclogged and replaced the garbage disposal. They advised me that the wiring was bad and I should have it checked. They advised me against connecting the wires until I could get it looked at. Good thing too. I had an electrician take a look and he advised that we should replace the wires and the covering was deteriorating. It could have resulted in a fire or at the least the garbage disposal not working and us not knowing why.

Responsible, reliable and honest!!! So great to have such a great plumbing service locally.

I chose Jet Drain for rooter service based on their excellent Yelp reviews, and the service was excellent!  Aramis arrived within their 1-hr window, and was very friendly.  Even though he ended up having to snake 2 drains instead of just one, he still only charged me his original estimate.  He even replaced a couple of fasteners for the bathroom drain that were getting old.

I will definitely be calling Jet Drain for my next plumbing service.

Readily available and excellent service. They have affordable pricing as well. My wife and I had a clogged toilet and it was instantly fixed within the hour.

I needed some work done and brought in another plumber to diagnose. He quoted me $2500 to get to the sewer line 5-6 ft deep and replace the transition. I called in Ari and was able to properly inspect the sewer line and found no such issue, saving me huge amounts of money. Ari will do whatever it takes to get the job done and treats you like family.

Good communication from front office regarding timing. Aramis assessed the plumbing blockage issue and tried the low cost method. This worked so problem resolved in short time. Very professional, polite and maintained social  distancing. Would definitely use again.

Two years ago at the worst possible time of the year, Christmas time, our kitchen sink, and our shower were both backing up.  We were having company from out of state.  We just couldn't prolong it any longer. We needed a plumber. I was dreading the cost of this job.  I got on Yelp and picked a plumbing company.  I picked Jet Drain Plumbing.  I was so surprised and so happy.  It was another great Christmas, all  because of Jet Drain Plumbing.  They came out and did the job, and did a wonderful job.  The quote we received was better than any other. They left the work site cleaner then they found it.  They explained everything as they went along.  Their honesty, and pricing, helped me enjoy my company, during these busy expensive times.  I now refuse to use any other plumbing company.  I have also posted this Jet Drain Plumbing on my facebook page in the past.  We have used Jet Drain and so has our daughter. I have recommend them to all my family and friends.

Terrible. The guy that showed up last week appeared high, walking slowly up to the property with his airpods in (which I discovered as I watched him go to the wrong house next door as I was trying to motion and speak loudly he was at the wrong house). For a company to send out an employee on an estimate for a potential customer with a substantial amount of work, they really ought to reconsider who they choose to use. This guy so dry and uninterested. He said they would get back to me with a quote, but it's been several days and I haven't heard a word via phone or email. Even if the quote was good, I doubt I would have considered them considering who they send out as a representative of the company. I went with Mattucci Plumbing instead and their rep, Tyler was the polar opposite of this guy from Jet Drain.

Washer Machine drain was backed up. I called Abi at Jet Drain and he was able to send over Aramis and his partner that same day! They showed up with masks and gloves on (Covid Safe) they arrived Earlier than promised and were able to take care of our issue within an hour. Completed a great job!  We now have a tub drain clear of a very stubborn clog.  Thanks to Abi at Jet Drain.  We originally called another company and they could not clear it.  Then they quoted me an insane price to drill through cement...I quickly dismissed them and will not call them again.  I looked on YELP and saw Jet Drain and thanks to all the reviewers, I called.  Abi answered the phone even though I called before the office was opened.  He sent two very courteous guys out within 1 hour.  They worked on it and realized the clog was mightier and they needed reinforcement, so they called Abi.  Abi came right over and successfully cleared the clog within 15 minutes..He is amazing and professional and very courteous. WOO-HOO!.  Jet Drain is definitely a keeper and their phone  number will be displayed on my refrigerator for quick reference for future plumbing issues.

Jet Drain is the go to for plumbing issues for the properties that I manage in the South Bay and surrounding area. One thing I always find myself saying to them is that they never say, 'NO.' They really go above and beyond. I was surprised by a call yesterday, on a Sunday by them only to find out they accommodated one of my tenants despite it being Sunday of all days! Abi the owner gave me an honest update and is always good about communicating. From small every day jobs to larger jobs that take some more time and extra effort, Abi and his team really are the best. Before anything they are honest, even when they know they are going to get an earful sometimes. Another good thing is they have become more familiar with CA tenant law and know how serious some situations can get. Jet drain is simply the best plumbing service you could possibly get.  I had issues with my sink overflowing and not draining properly in Los Angeles. I did the whole typical get 3 estimates and Abi and his team were the only ones who identified the problem and gave real solutions. Ones that didn't require trying to cheat me of my money with false problems.

In fact Abi and has team were so professional and honest I ended up having them do plumbing work for my office and now I refer everyone who is having plumbing issues to contact Jet drain. James did a great job with the plumbing work that needed to be done in my apartment. He was great at scheduling and keeping the appointment and was very efficient and informative throughout the whole process!

Called Jet Drain for a blocked sink drain. The person who answered the phone was pleasant, courteous and agreed to despatch a plumber within an  hour. Aramis came within half an hour, diagnosed the problem and gave a quote to open and clean up the block from the drain plumbing below the sink. He found that that just by sucking out the water with his vacuum the block was cleared and charged only half the quoted rate. I whole heartedly recommend this small family owned local company based on the courteous and prompt response as well as the honesty, reasonableness and pleasant demeanor of Aramis.

Really nice guys who are happy to explain all of your questions and concerns.  Did their job well, cared about keeping the house as clean as possible while they worked, and will recommend them to others in the future.

I have used Jet Drain several times now and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Most recently my kitchen sink stopped flowing water from the spout. My roommate didn't think it was fixable and would be a major issue. I hit up Jet Drain and he said that he could come out between 2-3pm. At 2:01pm I get a message that he's at my place and waiting. I was about 5 minutes away so he was actually waiting on me! He assessed the problem and within an hour was able to fix the issue and my sink is running better than before. Def the man to call when you have a plumbing issue. Also he accepted my roommate's challenge of fixing the issue and won.

Small family run business who do honest work. We had a pretty big job completed where tree roots crushed the area drain pipe and about 15 ft had to be replaced. Took a full week and costs kept climbing as more was uncovered. They applied the cost of the diagnosis and initial treatments to the final job which helped. If you have to go through a major plumbing issue, go with Jet Drain.

Jet Drain is the best plumbing company out there.

Our company is remodeling our other location and we need to check the condition of the sewer pipe. Abi came with his crew and check the condition of the pipe using a camera. He gave us honest options on whether to replace the pipe or not compared to the other companies we asked. He gave us the best offer to replace the pipe and the best method. The crew that worked on job is very professional and did a very good job.

in Our Upstairs sinks were plugged up in both the master bathroom and the share bathroom.  Both bathrooms share a common wall.  none of the toilets or showers were backing up, only the sinks.  We tried to fix with a hand held snake bought at home depot but it didn't work.  after a week we called several plumbers  and after describing the problem they gave us quotes in $200 to $250 range including Mike Diamond and Rotorooter, Mr. Rooter and others. Now when you call these companies remember your talking to an office person and not the actual plumber who will be doing the work so we knew from experience that quotes are usually the starting point and final costs will either be the quoted price or will go up from there, they never go down. Anyway, we chose Jet because they gave us the lowest quote at $125.00 (they actually said if we removed the trap ourselves the cost would only be $85.00 but more on that later).  At first they said no plumber was available until later or possibly not until the next day,  however Jet then called back a few minutes later and said they could get someone out to us within an hour.  So almost exactly an hour later the Jet Plumber came in, took a look under the sink, said the charge would be $125.00; to which i agreed, then went out and got his gloves and the Snake, came in and ran the snake down the pipe and  cleared the drain in about 15 minutes.  its been over a week and the sinks are still unclogged and draining perfectly.  
Now,  about my note above regarding the quote for $85.00.  I did remove the trap before the plumber arrived but he never brought up this lower price or give any indication he was aware of it.  So giving him the benefit of my doubt I am going to believe that his office failed to fully inform him about the pricing they had given me.   I am willing to do this because the plumber they sent, Abi, was clean, friendly and very personable and those qualities go a long way in my book

Quickly fixed our stubbornly-clogged kitchen sink. Matter of hours from initial call to job completion. Will be using them again, hopefully no time soon.

Aramis came and snaked my clogged main kitchen line (after my own unsuccessful attempts with a small 25' manual snake); showed up on time and on short notice. Very polite, friendly and answered all of my dumb questions. Highly recommended!

Abi is a very nice bloke, the politest plumber I've ever met in a long lifetime of calling plumbers. Well-spoken, good to my girlfriend and children, masked; he solved the problems swiftly and efficiently. I will call him again if I have any problems whatsoever. Excellent fellow.

Called Jet drain for a very slow kitchen sink. Roberto came out the next day and was fantastic. Excellent customer service. I was a little concerned about the quality since the pipes were leaking the day after but that has seemed to subside. I would definitely recommend for any roto rooting needs

Called Jet Drain because I thought we had a clogged drain, after attempting to snake the drain they couldn't clear the drain, there was a blockage at the main sewer line in front of the house.

They are very good at explaining the procedure of the work being done. We called to clear a drain, next they were jackhammering the main sewer line and by the end of the day we're we're up and flowing.

I'm really annoyed with Jet Drain now. Not only Raphael's toilet fix didn't work - still leaks, Aramis' new knob install FELL OFF. $200 for NOTHING! Abi offered to come out and make good on the Raphael's repair but no way now. 5star?!! I support family business, but I would NOT recommend Jet Drain!

These guys are the best, very reliable, very honest and very personable. I can't say that about a lot plumbers I've worked with. We had a complete home water filtration system installed. They gave a price that was very competitive. The install went very smoothly. There was a change they informed me. We discussed and agreed to it.

Again, Abi and his brother are super nice guys. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Jet Drain is my go to for all plumbing needs go forward. I highly recommend them, A++++!

After seeing all the high ratings for Jet Drain on Yelp, I found out that they're there for a reason...or, after my awesome experience, more than just one.  I called them for preventive maintenance after getting a huge bird-of-paradise plant removed from my yard and wanted to know if I should get the pipes inspected and cleared.  

James came out right away and instead of just doing the job and charging me for it, he actually took the time to open the lid to the clean out, had me run water in the house, showed me that it was flowing freely and told me that he'd do the job if I wanted, but that since the pipes were obviously still open that I could get by without having it done.

I was very impressed by his honesty and integrity and Jet Drain will the only company I call for any future plumbing needs!

I had a clogged bathroom sink and broken fixture and these guys were so great. I called and asked for a time and they came exactly at the time I said. Abi was super friendly and they did a very quick estimate which was reasonable and fixed the issue (which required him to go buy a part) within an hour and a half. They answered all my questions. This was such a painless experience unlike other similar companies I've dealt with. And they emailed me the invoice, which was great for my records. I highly recommend Jet Drain!

My kitchen sink was backed up. I have had this same problem before and the last guy told me that he had to maneuver the snake down a branch of a T that goes down to the sewer drain.  He had to try a bunch of times but got it done in an hour and charged me $100. This time we called Jet Drain. Abi said that he wanted to open up the wall and replace the T for $500 not including repair of the drywall. I said no way, just snake the pipe. Well he did just snake the pipe and charged me $275. He said that his guy spent a lot of time out there. I believe that. They just don't know how to do tricky pipes. Inexperience, maybe, just trying to rip me off, maybe. Either way I will not be using Jet Drain again. Beware and get an estimate up front and make sure they stick to it.

Great customer service! Trying to find a plumber for urgent last minute blockage. They were one of the very few that actually answered the phone.
They were super friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they were not able to accommodate my last minute call but they went out of their way to call other plumbers to see if they can come out. Got a call back shortly but my landlord finally pulled through. It's rare to come across great customer service. Thanks, Jet Drain!!! I really appreciate the effort!

I cannot sing enough good praises about Ray and Jet Drain. My sink was leaking last night and by this morning Ray was out here and had it fixed in a jiffy. He was incredibly honest with me about what could be done to fix it. He said that some plumbers might suggest one solution for $300 to disassemble  and reassemble everything, but he thought that he could first replace the washer and then snake it. He ended up saving me $150. This is the first honest plumber I have found in LA. Do yourself a favor and use them.

We needed a plumber to clear out our preschool's outdoor playground sinks that get clogged up with sand. When Abi came he also took a look at a couple of other things and it was no problem for him to add that on his to do list.

My washer and shower drain acted up again.  This time, I know who to call.  Jet Drain Plumbing came and Ari went right through it.  Drain was stubborn but he never gave up.  Another excellent job from the Pros.

I have been calling Abe the plumber for over ten years . He's always been able to repair the plumbing at my home and businesses. I can say that he is honest, reliable and always gets the dirty jobs done. HIs personality kind of reminds me of Joey Fatone.

I requested this company to install a steam shower unit and controller in my shower. No build out was required because the shower was already setup with piping and wiring. This was only to install the replacement unit which involved connecting a few wires to the controller, placing the unit (2ft by2ft unit) in the attic, connecting to a few wires and plug in. No parts needed to be ordered and the labor time is about an hour. I know this because I had a plumber to do it a few years ago when the previous unit broke. This company quoted me $1650.00 for labor cost for an hour worth of work! Last time I paid to have this done it was $187.00. This company is a joke and has no idea what they are doing. When the guy came out to evaluate the work he said that he has never done it before so wasn't sure how much it would cost. They should have just told me they cannot do the work since they don't know how, instead of quoting me an absurd amount of money. Do not waste your time.

I will like to take the time to write about my great experience with Jet Drain. After getting about 6 estimates on my sewage system Jet Drain was way more affordable then all the other estimates. I had to go about getting just about all of my pipes replaced under a damp house due to sewage damage. Larry and Anthony are the two plumbers who completed this hectic task with no problems and also did some extra work that they did not have to. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. This will be the only plumber I will be using from now on. Very satisfied with the honesty, affordable price, and great staff. You go Jet Drain.

We were attracted to Jet Drain initially because of the great 5 star reviews. Many of the reviews referred to their tenacity in following through even if the problem is not totally straightforward.  Well, add ours to the other 5 star reviews! Abi and Aramis came to fix what we all thought was just a garden variety clogged kitchen sink drain.  After several attempts to snake through the clog and after much thought and investigation, Abi found the real problem--75 feet away-- a badly broken main drain line  requiring endoscopic exploration and heavy duty excavation all handled neatly and expertly. All's well that ends well.  Great job and we now have smooth flowing plumbing.  We recommend Jet Drain wholeheartedly for any drainage issues.

Abi is great! He fixed my clog, and also provided an elegant solution seal the main drain out. He also provided some common sense but seasoned advice on a faucet problem, and a bad odor coming from the children's bathroom. He is polite, professional, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Now I now where to turn to when I have plumbing problems especially in a house built in the 60's!!!
