Hector's Plumbing

I am not the landlord of my home and it seems this is why this company gets away with this, they are late about 50% of the time.  They say they've been trying to contact you the whole day when in fact it was just one missed call.  Talk about taking you for a fool so they can feel better.  That's not the way it's supposed to work.  Their work is good, but if you want to be taken seriously I recommend someone more reliable for your renters.  Customer service even for your renters does make a difference in the length of their stay.

I would definitely recommend, Hector's Plumbing! Every one of his plumbers are very nice and knowledgeable. Hector came to my home to do estimate and did follow up to make so everything was going well with installation. I got a whole home plumbing, my old plumbing was galvanized. Price was very reasonable his installer also clean up any mess everyday before they left. Office manager Megan very nice. If I ever need a plumber again I will call Hector's plumbing.

After supposedly completing the job and taking the check they were given we have had continuous problems. As they were called to come out .. Not only was the receptionist extremely rude but then the owner was called and he to was so so rude.

I have never written a review of any business in my life, but felt the horrible service and shoddy work that this company supplied warranted a review. We used this business for a renovation on our dream house, and my wife and I extremely regret it. They were extremely unprofessional , rude, didn't do what was agreed upon,  and  even asked for full payment BEFORE starting the job. Most contractors ask for a third, or half, of the total project estimate. But NEVER full payment!   They  never did a final walkthrough with us when their Office Manager was rudely hounding us for payment on the last day of the job.  We are now finding out that they did not even finish the job that was agreed upon.  In our opinion,  this plumbing business IS NOT A BUSINESS I would ever use again or recommend!  We feel cheated by Hectors Plumbing.

Our bathtub faucet had a leak. They asked for pictures up front and were able to diagnose the problem over the phone. A technician came out the same day and fixed it ! I'd definitely use them again.

Have to give 5 stars again for Hector's plumbing for being on time and always so helpful

I used them to do a remodel of my master bedroom. had all the galvanized line updated and new fixtures installed.  friendly and very helpful The guy that came out was hector jr real nice guy, friendly and explained everything along the way. he personally did a walk through after the job to make sure I was satisfied. great price great service would use them again and recommend the to all my friends and family.

I call they come no matter what. Most things can wait 24 hours and they're always here within that time frame. Office staff is the best!

Amazing! I called them because my gas fireplace wasn't working. The customer service was phenomenal! Megan and her team in the office scheduled my appointment for the following day because they had a last minute opening and  they came the next day, on time, and fixed it so fast!  The  gentleman they sent we're very kind and so so smart. I would recommend Hectors plumbing to family and friends! Thank you so much

We were referred to Hector's by a friend for a gas line issue!  They did a great job!  Super professional, good work at a reasonable price!

i wouldn't recommend anything other than hectors. a great business and a great friend. these guys work hard but their office secretary assistant could use some work
