I just had an incredible experience with a contractor which is a rarity in the Bay Area. I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and their installation crew said it was too complicated to install because of an adjunct washer/dryer unit as well as limited electrical service. Mario was able to show up the same day and complete the installation. Mario was efficient, easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. And yes, I am so happy about the whole experience that I am writing a review something I haven't done in years! If you need a contractor with many skill sets, you should call Mario, you will not be disappointed.

I called Shedrick the Plumber on a Saturday early evening.  He was able to come out the same night to fix my clogged tub.  He was very personable and pleasant.  I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.  I highly recommend him!

Woke up to a cold shower and leaking water heater.  A quick search on Yelp showed Water Heaters Only's high rating and they didn't disappoint.  I called at 7:30 AM, they gave me a repair window of 1-5 PM and showed up at 3.  Loni, the installer, was courteous and professional.  I had hot water flowing  from my nicely installed new replacement heater at a reasonable price by dinnertime.

Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

I am extremely disappointed in United Drain & Plumbing.  I have used them now for several years to meet my plumbing needs but on 10/22 I requested an estimate for plumbing work I needed on my new home, they came to look at the issues, took a copy of an inspection report and after repeated messages I've left to get the estimate, I have heard nothing and not gotten an estimate and not even a return phone call from anyone.

I was looking for a plumber to fix my mom's chimney leak when I came across Prodigy Flow Plumbing. I sent a message through Yelp and Kevin replied with his phone number. I sent him a text and provided him our info. Within the hour he showed up at my mom's to check her leak and ended up fixing it on the spot. He did a great job and my parents are happy enjoying the fire during this cold weather. Thank you Kevin!

My hot water lost pressure.  I thought I had to replace the water heater.  Nick Haas came by and figured out that the pipes connected to the heater were clogged.  He replaced it and it was good as new.  Mr. Haas was very friendly and professional.  He got the job done within an hour. Thank you so much, Mr. Hass!!

Had two plumbing issues for different reasons. One a burst pipe and the other was water backup.

Both visits were thoroughly explained and dealt with the first time thru.

The burst pipe issue was resolved by Dominic abs Ozman.

The water backup was handled by Shawn.

It's inevitable when there is a house full of guests something with the plumbing will go wrong. Thomas showed up late last night and saved the night as our kitchen sink was overflowing. Excellent, quick, clean and courteous. Highly recommend Sal's!

We had Precision come out at the end of last year when the roots of the (city-owned) tree out front blocked things and the drains backed up in the garage. They did a great job after a previous plumber gave up. Last week we had to have them come out again, and Mario discovered that the sidewalk vent cover was missing and there was junk -- including a Monster drink can!!! -- down in there blocking things. He not only cleared it, but helped me get a new cover on there to keep it from happening again. Precision has been absolutely perfectly responsive and helpful both times we've needed them, I can't recommend them enough.

Big Blue Plumbing provided the most professional, quality and timely service to my 80 year old mother on 5/31/19-6/5/19 whose main sewer line backed up and her home was getting flooded due to grey back water. I live in Southern California (400 miles away) and after one attempt to reach another local Alameda plumber (end of day on a Friday), I was graciously helped by Brittany who assured me that the company will send someone as soon as they could at 8:00 a.m. the next day. My mom was in good hands. Josh and Carlos were extremely engaging and patient with my mom and very communicative with me during the whole project. Attentive and willing to answer my questions as I managed from far away. My mom was comfortable and trusted them. We also appreciated the sms messages that notified us when the plumber was heading to the job and the app also asked to rate the worker on a daily basis.
