Mitch and his team re-piped our home about 5 plus years ago. In the last year, we noticed a decrease in pressure in some of our faucets and toilets. Mitch had one of his plumbers come out and evaluate what the problem was. Most of it had to due with the hard water in our area. Glenn was extremely helpful, patient, and even gave us some great tips for our shower and faucets. I even got a quote from Glenn about adding a water softener to our home.

I can't say enough great things about Mitch. The only thing I miss is being able to interact with Mitch. He use to come out himself to solve some of our plumbing problems. I guess that is what happens to a business when an owner and his team are as great as they are with their customers. They get bigger and bigger, happy for Mitch, he deserves it!

This is the second time we've hired Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. As always, they were very responsive and professional from the very beginning. Our tech was Steven Cruz, who was on time and very friendly. He diagnosed the cause of the leak, which was a bit tricky to repair due to the tightness of the space. He initially thought we'd have to cut into an additional plywood to get full access to replace the pipe. This obviously would have caused us to repair not only the drywall, but also the plywood. On the day of the repair, Steven said he figured out a way to avoid cutting into the plywood to make the repair. He and his partner, Gabriel Salido, repaired the leak very quickly and tested it to make sure the leak was gone. They then cleaned up the area very neatly, which we appreciated. Steven could have just cut into the plywood to make the repair easy for himself, but the fact that he thought of a way to avoid that was a reflection of his work ethic. Rather than make things easy for himself, he made thing easier for us. Furthermore, he was very polite and explained everything from the beginning to the end. He was a very pleasant guy to deal with. We'd definitely recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, especially knowing the values he stand for. Last but not least, their price was very fair and reasonable. So call them for all your plumbing, drain and gas projects. You won't regret it.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Called these guys seeing that they had good reviews on yelp. Well I was extremely disappointed with the service I got. After explaining my issue on the phone to the guy, I got hung up on. If you were too busy or can't help me, say that! Extremely RUDE & unprofessional!! I'm actually thankful he hung up on me because I sure don't want these people at my house. And they don't deserve my business. Beware.

A bit disappointed, the repair quoted over the phone was substantially higher when arriving on site. The faucet we were asking them to replace, had already been installed, we needed them to repair the leak it had, however they charged us for the entire install, and then wanted to charge us higher for the other job we requested. We called them in a pinch, because our regular plumber and other back up company were unable to help. We understand - they were able to get out their quickly and work us into their schedule - but pricing is really outrageous!

So, Victor, of Mitch Clemmons Plumbing helped us out and he was amazing.

Our water heater broke down and started leaking -- why God whyyyyyyy? -- but Victor came out, assessed the damage, got us set up with a new heater, and got it installed all in one (long) afternoon. He was at it for quite a while: picking up parts, waiting for the old one to drain, installing the new one. It suuuuucked. But he was efficient, super nice, and just an awesome helpful dude.

So, kudos and thanks to Victor and Mitch Clemmons Plumbing.Stellar service, super reasonable pricing.

After a sleepless night due to a leaky shower faucet, I made the call to Mitch at 11 am whom in fact is #1 on yelp in my area. By 12:30 he had already dispatched his worker to come to my home and fix the issue. The gentlemen arrived and started working on it right away. Gave the estimate over the phone and the problem is no longer an issue. Quick and affordable; he just earned my future business for sure.

WOW! That is pretty much what I have to say here...let me start with my technician Robert was amazing! My husband and I had just moved into our house when we tried to do some laundry. Within a few minutes of starting the load, water was spewing all over our entire garage, we thought that a blockage must be in the line. OK, we need to snake, but...no amount of snaking was clearing the line. In the end we had to cut out drywall, cut out piping, replace the pipe and I was thinking $$$$$$$$$, well they felt so bad that we had such a big problem on our hands, they gave us a discount, so it only cost us $$$$, haha. Anyways, these guys were quick, affordable (relatively speaking) and customer oriented, which just doesn't exist anymore. I whole heartedly would refer this company to everyone I know. Use them, you wont regret it.

Steve was polite and professional, on time and did the repair quickly. I was happy with the repair of my faucet and that he had the part required. I had hoped a plumber could also fix my dishwasher issue but Steve explained that the issue was with the appliance not the plumbing coming to the appliance and I needed a different type of repairman. Very knowledgeable. The young man they sent out was surprisingly knowledgeable and was able to clarify for me what the last plumber had done incorrectly. Plus, the customer service was really good. When an employee thinks the world of the company owner, it's a good bet that the owner not only values employees but also values customers. I felt I was treated with respect.

One of the best experiences I have had with a Plumber... 5 Stars all around. Starting with the initial communications with Matt the office manager all the way to the work that was done by Justice and Brian. It is hard to find professional, courteous, clean and honest plumbers. These guys hit the mark on all elements. They fixed a clogged pipe that I had in my kitchen and made sure that everything was back in place and cleaned everything up. I already scheduled them for another job next week. Very impressed with the team and the company. They also had great things to say about the Mitch the owner and the whole company culture. They show genuine care about the work they do and you can tell that the whole company culture is about taking good care of the customer. I will definitely be referring them to friends and family.

I agreed to have this company to repair my leak issue. They diagnosed that one of the two main copper pipes inside the foundation was the source of the leak. So a technician and a minor apprentice came to perform the repair. The original pipe that leaked was behind a wall, very close the foundation, so they cut off the old copper pipe and capped it. They recommended to reroute the replacement PEX tube over my attic and did just that. Because of my concern with past rodent infestation, I emphasis the technician to drill as little and as few as possible. The apprentice was sent up to the attic to run the tube which practically the entire length from one end to the other end of the house. While he was up in the attic, I heard a really loud noise as if something had snapped. I asked after they were done if everything was alright and nothing was broken. This job wasn't cheap and they charged higher than other competitors in the vicinity (I did get a quote from several places); but I thought I'd give them a chance to prove their stellar review.

About week later I noticed that one of my furnace vent wasn't blowing air and I had to visit the attic. It only disappointed me to see how poorly the job was done. I found a broken frame which I'm positive it wasn't broken before since I do visit my attic in several times a year to inspect for rodents. The PEX pipe was poorly mounted (some part laying on one of my furnace soft pipes), and left a few unplugged wall from mis-drilling after I emphasized about the rodent issue.The lack of air in one of my vents was due to a kicked air duct that came off of the mount and left wide open. See pictures.

I mentioned these issues to the owner. Sure enough they denied it, and the minor apprentice also denied that he broke one of the attic frame. The owner said that it's a minor issue. Maybe it is, maybe it is not. But the fact that there was lack of transparency or honesty, during and after the job was done, really made them untrustworthy. They offered to fix it, but I declined and would prefer to have my contractor take care of it. What makes them think that I would trust them again. I was expecting some compensation to cover the repair costs, but they didn't offer a dime. I might've just been one of the many unfortunate customers, but at least I've shared my experience and I hope no one else falls victim to them.

I called in for water leak to get estimate they send this guy was very nice he give an estimate and then mitch came to fix it the 2nd day he install all pipe need it and supposed the problem fixed and then there were still leaking water I called back he came the next day he took a look and try to fix the leak and he said is fixed and said if you call me back you going have to pay for gas moeney, I said OK he left and we try the bathtub and still leaking water although he he said he guarantee he's work but if I call him back I have still pay for his gas or he might find another thing that he can generate money and it just not honest work when someone does this kind of things of course I will never call him back or recommend him to other's.

Called Mitch after reviewing him on Yelp and saw the five star reviews he received. He lived up to his reviews!!! Let's face it most of us don't call plumbers when we aren't in real need. I was in real need of help. Another company replaced my water heater two years ago with a AO Smith water heater that was guaranteed for six years but failed just after two years. After three times without hot water, service calls charges and taking time off from work with a four hour window to have it worked on I decided was enough and I called Mitch. He was understanding as I explained my problem and came that same evening at the exact time he said he would (no 4 hour window for him). He replaced my defective heater with a Bradford White and 45 minutes later we had hot water again! Did I mention he took the time while the old heater was draining to fix the drain line on my dishwasher that I mentioned was not draining correctly? He is a man of his word, a man of integrity and a great plumber!

What an awesome experience! First, was Anissa who answered the phone when I called. She was great and explained the process to me. She sent a tech to me within 20 minutes.

Steven showed up and was very personable and professional. He was replaced my sink disposal and was meticulous about making sure that my sink and disposal ran smoothly.

Edwin had to come as my 1st line of plumbers, sent by my Home Warranty program, failed over two days. I then come to find out that due to an exception to the coverage that is in very small print they weren't going to be able to do the job under the coverage of the home warranty service but even then when I just hired them they couldn't complete the job which involved snaking out a backed up sewage line where 2 lines merge to one. Think of the roundabout in Long Beach LOL So Edwin came to the rescue the following day and thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly!) cleaned out the sewer line spending a good chunk of on it. He's a very conscientious, good-natured chap with excellent hygiene. At one point that it sort of exploded like a fountain outside of my bedroom and although he cleaned up very good the window was open and there was a bit of cleaning that had to be done after he left. I'm sure he would've come back if I had called once discovered. I will need regular sewer line cleaning and I intend to hire him.

How often can a person say that having a contractor come to their house is actually a pleasure? I can honestly say that Mitch Clemmons has set the bar very high for any future contractors that I work with. He is the consummate professional: responsive, ethical, reasonably priced, on time, efficient, and a genuinely nice guy.

It only took one visit for Mitch to become the official plumber of my household- and I wasn't even home at the time. He spoke to my parents about my leaking water heater and provided his recommendation that it be replaced as soon as I got sick of the water in my garage (i.e. he didn't pressure me to change it immediately). My parents said he came across as very honest and knowledgeable, as he answered all their questions completely (and I'm sure with a good measure of patience).

Mitch came back to install a new water heater shortly after that- he could have come the next day, even though it was July 4th, but I let him know the 5th was fine. In addition to replacing the water heater, he did some extra work for me at no charge. I'm very glad to have found him- and even happier that he's located close to my house! And I hope that others have the pleasure of working with him as well.

We've had Mitch and/or members of his team to our house three times now. He's come through for us each time.

He's helped to unclog our main drain leading to the street as well as unclog a root-bound spot between the kitchen and bathrooms.

And when we remodeled our bathroom vanities, his assistant Nate installed our new faucets. Nate was super polite and fun to work with.

The cost to install new faucets seemed a little high, but his price to unclog drains is fantastic and worth it. Mitch also provided some advice on better maintaining our pipes since we are in an area with lots of mature trees.

My parents and aunt have all used Mitch in their houses as well. And I always recommend him to friends who live in the area. I'm so glad we found him and his crew.

UPDATE: Our issue has been solved. A little math (not magic) showed that our diverter in the shower faucet was leaking at a rate of 1.8 gallons a minute. Enough for the heater to not keep up when we ran the shower. It's now replaced and our hot water is functioning properly again. Thank you Alex from Scott Harrison Plumbing & heating Inc. for your help!

They couldn't solve our problem. Felix was here for two hours. Mitch himself came and was here for only 20 minutes. Mitch, your FREE (industry standard) inspection was a waste of my time. I had to contact your company several times to get a response back after Felix came to our property.

Your one star review is based on this and the fact you guaranteed you could diagnose our issue and your lack of inspection upon YOUR visit. If you had taken the time like Felix did to replicate the obvious issue that we're running out of hot water way to fast you wouldn't have received such a poor review.

How Can You say it's because of winter we're running out of hot water after only 15 minutes when you said yourself you have a family of 6 and rarely have had an issue with a 40 gallon? It's just me and my wife and we have a 50 gallon tank.

Ultimately we wanted answers and expected you to diagnose the problem being you're the OWNER and we thought we finally had the right guy. What more could you have done? Run the hot water for 15 minutes so you could see the issue for yourself! Trouble shoot with Bradford White! Stay till our faucet leaked again while running the dishwasher and then check for the high pressure that was previously found! If you had done these steps you would have checked his work but you DIDN'T. Sorry to say we're very disappointed.

Honestly, it's pretty crappy that you left us a 1 star review. We were very courteous and came out twice for free. I told my office to send me just to make sure Felix didn't miss anything... as a courtesy to you, my customer. Yet my courtesy to you turned into a 1 star review. Next time should I try less to take care of my customers? It seems in this case that if I had an I don't care about my customers attitude I would have never told my office to send me out and you would have never left that review. So it's my fault for trying to go the extra mile

Mitch the feeling is mutual! Your review is more important to you than our hot water issues. If you had spent as much energy on that as you are now this review would never have been 1 star. You were here for 20 minutes didn't do much of anything on the call and somehow you can draw conclusions about my personal life?

You have a HUGE ego and continue to make your company look bad with your statements. You never checked the inside of my shower head and If having restrictors removed is illegal you never mentioned that while you were here. Instead you said It's okay, I do it to. Your review is well deserved and at this point I'd give you a ZERO.

Steven came to the rescue. The pipe which supplies water to our sprinklers in the front of the house was leaking in 3 different areas. Great that I contacted Mitch Clemmons plumbing. Steven and his partner Wesley fixed it. Steven fixed also our leaking faucet in the bathroom. They did a great job.

Very honest company.
I was misinformed by the gas company and thought I needed to fix my water heater.
Mitch came by and inspected the heater and told me I don't need to fix anything.

What a pleasure it was dealing with a professional company. From my initial call to the completion of the job. professionalism was displayed at all time. First time I've ever had to hire a plumber due to recently renting a house. I have to say the customer service really exceeded my expectations. I found it very professional that a courtesy text was sent to ensure that my tech was on his way, along with a brief employment history , picture and personal bio of the professional whom we were about to meet. Jesse Flores took care of us today and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and walked us through the issues which caused our emergency service. I'm positive the other techs employed are great as well, however jesse is the man. Very highly recommend his services to anybody who wants a charismatic professional.

I called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing on a Thursday to provide an estimate on major work on two bathrooms, mainly b/c of their many 5-star Yelp reviews. And everything was fine regarding initial contact, they came out the following day (Friday), they were friendly while here and they said they'll have the estimate no later than Monday. Today is the following Friday and still no estimate, no phone call, no email, no nothing. I explained the urgency of needing to get these two bathrooms functional for my family - but apparently that didn't matter to them, b/c here I am a full eight days after calling them and I'm still waiting for their estimate or for some type of contact. Poor follow up, no sense of urgency, bad communication, lacking professionalism (they did not have any business cards with them when they arrived). The only reason why I didn't give them one star is b/c I felt their field plumber who did the site visit was a pleasant person. I expected better.

I was having a few problems with the drain in my kitchen, especially after running the dishwasher starting a month after my garbage disposal stopped working. Mark and Robert came out and fixed my garbage disposal in a few minutes. While they gave me an estimate on the drainage from the dishwasher, we also noticed the sink was leaking.

They scheduled an appointment for my next day off, and they fixed everything with detail and care for their reasonable price. They also indicated that the business takes pride in their work, so if I notice an issue I may call them.

Before leaving they gave me a couple tips on keeping the kitchen plumbing in good condition, including my garbage disposal. I feel safer knowing I have a good plumber for any future problems that may arise.

What can I say. Some customers go on and on about how Plumbers pull no shows, or just take their time in getting to the job. Disappointed feeling that is not the case at all here. Used the Yelp message and quote feature.

Stellar response and direct texting had the job complete within an hour. Even when our tech was running a bit over, we were called and informed. Kudos to Mitch! Great job on training your employees and service.

Jessie was great and he even offered to come and check out to make sure all pipes were connected as a courtesy. Glad to report, all runs smoothly and we are grateful for the awesome service and communications.

Another 5 out of 5 stars for Mitch Clemmons Plumbing! This time we had a leaky water pressure regulator that was decades old. Glen and his assistant Fabian came out, gave an estimate, and had the time (and replacement part) to replace it. They were absolutely great...friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

MCP is very responsive and tuned into marketing in the digital age. We called them to unclog a drain in the kitchen.

When they arrived they were very polite, and asked a few questions, listened, and then proceeded to tell me I had a main line blockage due to the symptoms. I reminded them everything was fine until just a day earlier when we put an excessive amount of orange peels down the disposer. They told me since we only had a 2 kitchen clean out they would be unable to properly resolve it. After about a 10 minute discussion about the clean out they informed me they would try to unclog it, but would have to remove the blade. They proceeded to snake the line in about 40 ft with nothing but the snake (no blade or retriever etc.) After we ran the water and it was still plugged. They told me it would be about $1850 to add an inside wall clean out, and under the circumstances this was really our only option. We thanked them and told the representative we would let them know if we needed the work completed.

The next business day our normal plumber (who was busy on the Saturday we needed them) came over and also listened to the same story, asked questions etc. I told them what MCP plumbers had told me about needing an interior wall clean out. They said let's see what we can do.. they started out optimistic rather then pessimistic and put on the retriever. And ran the snake in about 80 ft. After we ran water and everything was fine.

So the moral of the story is.. be an optimist, and give it a try.. don't assume the worst and get a 2nd opinion (especially if it is a large ticket repair). For us it saved us about $1600, and the hassle of having our home ripped apart and having to cover the cost of inside repairs on top of the plumbing repairs.

I'm giving MCP a generous 3* just because they were prompt and pleasant.. I hope this review will help MCP to improve.. and remind homeowners don't rely on first impressions.

Thank you, yelpers for directing me to another good business. I came home from vacation and my pet sitter left me a note saying my toilet had a slight leak. Lucky for me, she was able to turn off the water valve.

On Monday morning I had called two other companies. One was busy and could not see me until Wednesday. The other company had a voicemail, and called me back two hours later.

I called this company at 9:55, someone answer the phone immediately. I made a 1:30 appt and Victor arrived at 12:45, assessed the problem, gave me a quote of $140 and was done and out by 1:53pm. My soap opera was not even finished yet!

I was told the worst case scenario was my toilet would have to be completely replaced at $380. It seemed that the guts needed to be replaced as it was over 10 years old. Was $140 reasonable? I really can't say, but my time is worth more and they were in and out as promised. To me, that's five stars right there.

Called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing on a Friday afternoon and they were able to send a technician out right away. Edwin came and cleared all our drains that were backing up. He did a great job, cleaned up and made sure everything was working properly again before he left.

I called this morning as soon as I realized we had sewage backing up from our pipe outside. I was quoted a time for a tech to come out, and was pleasantly surprised when I received a text that our tech was on his way earlier than expected. Felix came and assessed the problem, gave us a game plan of what he was going to do, quoted a price and began working immediately. He was very informative and explained what our problem was, and also, that we would be likely to have the problem again if we didn't correct a couple of major issues in the future. He was was patient with all our questions, and we will definitely be calling again for help from Felix when it is time to correct the major issues we have. Thankful to have found Mitch Clemmons plumbing and Felix who is very knowledgable and friendly!

This company is AWESOME!!!! I called a couple of different plumbers to fix my sink which was leaking and I'm still waiting on them! I called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing at 10am this morning and Tyler showed up at 11:15! Super quick to show up. Tyler was great. He came in, told me the issue,gave me a quote,and fixed my problem in less than an hour! I am still amazed how quick and easy dealing with this company was. These guys are my new go-to plumbers! I had heard about Mitch Clemmons Plumbing while listening to KWAVE Christian radio. I had a sink that was clogged in one of our bathrooms, which we believe to be caused by our prior contractor cleaning his tools in the sink. The tech was very professional and explained everything to my wife as well as gave her some tips going forward. My wife paid the bill and later on that evening we received a call, stating the tech was not aware of the promotional price we were supposed to have been billed and apologized for it as well as charged us the lower price. That spoke volumes to my wife and I of what a reputable company they are. Very few honest contractors are still around, and Mitch Clemmons Plumbing is one of them. I will definitely keep Mitch Clemmons on my speed dial for future plumbing jobs as well as give my family and friends their contact info.

I called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing to have a leak repaired in the bathroom that had leaked down to the ceiling in the kitchen. I figured it would require going through the bathroom wall and would be very expensive to repair. Glen came out, assessed the problem, and found it was the toilet gasket that needed to be replaced. It turned out to be a minor fix that he took care of right away, costing much less than I had thought it would be. Glen was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. This is the second time I've used MCP, and recommend them highly.

Mitch Clemmons and his team are the most reliable, courteous, proficient and prompt plumbers I have had the pleasure to work with on my home in Fullerton. They've earned my trust over the years and have repaired or replaced quite a few fixtures, pipes, drains and angle stops at my house. All their work has been top notch, they keep a clean work area and so far, never required a second call to fix due to any leaks, etc. I always felt their pricing was fair for the quality of work they do and their attention to detail. More recently I had a couple valves replaced behind a utility sink and Jesse Flores came by to replace my utility sink with a new one I had sitting in my garage. When he removed my old one, we saw that the wood flooring I thought it was sitting on was actually cut around the old sink. The new sink's footprint was smaller so it would have looked ugly. Jesse allowed me to whip out my compound miter saw and cut up a few custom sized pieces to lace in to the existing wood flooring around the new utility sink. Was able to get it all cut to size and installed within 10-15 minutes. Everything looks beautiful now and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!

MY WATER PRESSURE SAVIOR!

Saw the 5-star Yelp reviews and decided to have Mitch come out for a free estimate on service to fix my sucky shower pressure. I had an idea that it was the cartridge, and had a new one ready incase, but Mitch confirmed & got to work. Less than an hour later, he was done, my pressure is INCREDIBLE, and it only cost me $85!!!

Why I loved my experience:
1. Only a 1-hour window for service calls so I'm not chained to the house all day!
2. Free estimate, prices are agree upon before work is started.
3. Price was SO reasonable & beat other technicians I contacted by a long shot.
4. Fast service, no unexpected costs.

I had a leak in bathroom and it turned out to be a emergency and Kevin came out and fixed our issue which turned out a pipe above us was causing a leak into our bathroom.
So Kevin had to solder our pipes to stop the leaking he is very knowledgeable.
I know what I have to do now as insurance being contacted for drywall damage.
And Thank Kevin for coming on short notice
I highly recommend Kevin very customer service oriented.

I had a small leak in the walls of my garage, so I saw the great reviews here and scheduled an appointment.

I was told someone would be by between 3.30 and 4.30, and it couldn't have been later than 3.35 when Marcus showed up at my door ready to go. He found the leak source in about 15 minutes, and if it weren't for the fact that he had to make a run to the store to pick up piping, he probably would have been done in about an hour or so. He was a great guy, worked quick, and made sure to clean up everything before he left.

So why 3 stars and not 5? I'm pretty annoyed because I was charged an extra $85 because I was literally like, blocks away from their normal coverage area and so there was an extra fee. Marcus even told me that half of my city is covered but the other half is not, and I was in the 'not' half. It would have been nice of him to mention that before he started working. I mean, if I lived miles away from their coverage area, I wouldn't have minded, but this close? I understand it's their business and their rules, but it just rubbed me the wrong way.

Marcus did the job fine, and there's no complaints there, but I'm not going to contact Mitch Clemmons again.

I was wary of all the 5 star reviews but the ratings live up to the service that Mitch Clemmons Plumbing provides! I had a clogged garbage disposal that my hubby and FIL tried to take care of themselves, but the older galvanized plumbing made it difficult (the pipes on each side of the sink are connected to the wall separarely). Kevin, the service technician, was helpful, friendly, and efficient. We just moved into our new house and didn't have a hose to spray the gunk from the drain down the driveway. He retrieved a 5 lb. bucket from his truck and helped wash it down as he was worried our clean, white concrete driveway would be stained. EXCELLENT SERVICE! !!! I will def be using them again!!!!!

I've used them before and they were great but today I called for a clogged kitchen sink drain. Vanessa answered and was very nice but told me she had to put me on a brief hold. Then I was transferred to someone else who picked up the phone and gave the name of a different plumbing company. I explained the problem again and he told me to text him my address. I told him I don't have his number as I was transferred. Then I asked if this was mitch Clemmons plumbing and he said mitch Clemmons plumbing? No and sounded all confused. He then said hold on I'm getting another call hold please. I then hung up.

Vanessa called back and left a voicemail saying she accidentally transferred me to one of her technicians.

I called this company because I was relying on my past experience and the reviews on here. I didn't call this company to have them send out someone from another company who I have no knowledge or experience with. Maybe he would have been great, who knows. I just feel like it's misleading.

I had a leaking garbage disposal and called Mitch and he came and fixed it same day. He was awesome and did a great job. He also fixed one of our toilets and let us know our water pressure was too high which could lead to another pipe bursting. Great experience with him. Highly recommend. Super friendly too!

They showed up on time, wore booties over their shoes, and were honest, polite and professional. Price seemed to be reasonable and they did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

Got an initial assessment for service from this company which seemed promising. Since then, I have called twice to request a call back regarding an estimate for services (which was never given at the initial visit) and to try to schedule services, but never received any call back despite reassurances from their answering personnel. Will look for a more responsive and responsible plumber.

Every homeowner should have a list of fix-it professionals.

This is my go-to guy for plumbing. One very simple reason why I like his service so much is because he's relatively punctual. I've dealt with a handful of plumbers over the years and it's very common for them to be an hour late or not show up at all and not even call to tell you.

Mitch has helped me out several times with my house and is very reasonable with his prices. He's helped me fix drain leaks, detect and clear blockages, and install 2 bathtubs. Mitch has always been straight forward with me, with the good news and the bad - he's honest and that trait alone gets him 3 stars. In addition he's professional, respectful, and courteous.

I am very angry and disappointed in the poor service I received here for a very basic toilet installation and haul away. It doesn't get any more straightforward than this and yet MCP failed to do an acceptable job.

The plumber failed to properly drain/cover the toilet when he was removing it. I know this because we use 2000 flushes which causes the water to be very blue and that water got on the walls and even a cabinet across from the toilet (all items were white). This has caused permanent stains (damage) as the blue toilet water has blended in with the white paint (disgusting). It gets better.

The plumber failed to haul away the old toilet. He decided it would be okay to place it next to the dumpster in the parking alley of my condo community!!!! This was the first thing I saw when I arrived home (my wife was home for the toilet installation - not me). I was beyond upset as this is very disrespectful to me as this is my home and you pretty much put my old toilet in my driveway for all to see as they walk by. The plumber didn't even have the decency to place the toilet in the dumpster!!! I could get fined for this but they wouldn't take responsibility. I had to call to insist that they come by to haul it away per our contract. It helped that I (correctly) mentioned that the plumber is caught on our community cameras doing the illegal dumping (the area around the dumpster is not a landfill).

Yelpers, here are pics that show the kind of work that I received. Remember, after this this owner told me to go somewhere else and that this doesn't ring a bell. Is this the kind of experience you would accept?

Update as Scott B continues to respond to my review with inaccurate information. He is attempting to spin information to make it seem that I am the one at fault here, and it's just unbelievable. I do not feel Scott is suited to be a business owner/manager as his customer service skills are severely lacking. I'm done dealing with him and am only writing this update to get my point across to fellow Yelpers. I doubt I'll ever convince Scott how to properly help customers because he is either in denial or is clueless, and I won't waste any more time on that. What I will do is give clear and specific information pertaining to what happened (using facts) and what I feel should have been a reasonable resolution. If Scott decides to call me out on that I'll post saved Yelp messages he has sent me, and you will immediately see who is being truthful.

Once again, the plumber failed to remove my toilet from the premises and instead placed it right next to the garage in front of the dumpster (see picture). I literally get home and see my old toilet sitting there waiting for me. This is a condo community and illegally dumping garbage in front of the dumpster will result in a fine. I immediately sent a message to Scott regarding this unprofessional and unacceptable service. He started off okay by apologizing and stating that the toilet will be removed the next day. When I mentioned the damage to my wall and cabinet (see pictures) along with the potential fine for the actions of his plumber he was silent. I questioned why his plumber did not remove the toilet as agreed to he stated that the truck didn't have enough space. Yelper, if you want to believe that the truck magically shrunk (he can bring a toilet but cannot take a same sized toilet back) that's up to you. What is far more likely is that the plumber wanted to cut corners as he knows his boss would apparently encourage such poor service. According to his response to my post, Scott states that he is puzzled by the 1 star review and that he addressed my concerns and corrected any issues. No, you did not.

This is what SHOULD have happened and I should NOT have to explain this to a professional. Scott should have responded with NO excuses stating that the plumber did not properly complete the work order, and he will be held accountable for dumping the toilet by my garage. If I am fined by my condo community that Mitch Clemmons Plumbing will take responsibility for their plumber's actions (why should I pay MCP to remove the toilet and the fine?). You made NO ATTEMPT to address the damage to my property. I needed to purchase a quart of white paint and a brush (costing me time and money) to cover up the damage to the wall and cabinet. Did you offer to compensate me by refunding a portion of the money I paid for this unacceptable service? You ONLY OFFERED to pick up the toilet the next day (which did happen). That's being a day late and multiple dollars short. This is why you are absolutely deserving a poor review and IF you are still puzzled then let me solve the puzzle for you...you're just clueless.

The serviceman who came out did a great job fixing the problem I was having with low hot water pressure. He explained everything to me as he went along and after some troubleshooting he was able to solve a problem he had never even seen before. Price was very reasonable ($225) and I love that they solved my problem the first time they came out. It is also so nice they could come out on a Saturday.

Edwin was a very thorough technician who was able to listen to my plumbing situation and diagnose it. He then went straight to work on my leaky garbage disposal, all while having an upbeat attitude. Also I asked if he could snake a drain last minute, and he said it would be no problem. Such great service. Lastly, he made sure that the garbage disposal was ok before departure and there was a small stubborn leak, indeed he fixed!
Will be recommending Edwin and his team to friends & fam in the future. Thanks MCP.

We're so lucky to have such a wonderful local plumbing company, Mitch Clemons. Felix came out to fix a toilet and diagnosed a MAJOR problem which was a broken pressure regulator on the city-side of the water meter. The pressure into our property was DOUBLE the normal amount. He configured new piping from the front of the house into the house with a pressure regulator we can control. AND I called the city of La Habra, who came right away. They determined the pressure from the meter up to the front of the house was still double normal and that their regulator was broken. (And our next-door neighbor's house was the same!) They had to subcontract with a private plumber to reconfigure both meters (ours and the neighbor's) and install a new pressure regulator on OUR side of the meter. They adjusted the pressure from 120 to 60 so the sprinkler system is now safe. And of course, we didn't have to pay for the part of the work the city did as it was their responsibility.

All this, because if Felix's accurate diagnosis of a problem that may have been going on for some time. The city plumbers think the old regulator was installed when the house was built in the 1950's

We can always count on Mitch Clemmons plumbing! AND their prices are reasonable! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Ruben came to our house about a week ago to just replace our bathroom faucet. We even bought a new faucet for him to put in. After about 5 minutes, he closed the bathroom door and started using an electric drill or something to take out or undo the pipes under the sink. After about another 5 minutes, he came out and said that our porcelain sink was cracked and chipped. It seemed like he couldn't get out of the house fast enough. No apologies. Originally, he was going to charge us $340. for changing out the faucet which we thought was ridiculous but we are seniors and we needed that bathroom to work. In previous years, this company used to be reliable--but this person should not have attacked the pipes so roughly. The pipes were twisted so badly and cut open, I don't know what tool he was using. He attacked it from the top, using a screwdriver or something too. It took them about 3 or 4 days to get back to us-and said that they couldn't find another sink. No apologies. No offer to replace sink, or anything. We have had to buy a new vanity, sink and countertop because of their inability to change out a simple faucet. This person should not be working as a plumber. We will definitely not ever be using this company again.

Very good quality work. First Glenn and Steven installed a gas water heater: very thorough job. So I invited them back. Today Glenn and Nathan installed a recirculating pump and fixed shower valve which really made a difference. They also replaced my deck spigot with threaded since the crazy builder welded it on 33 years ago.

I had another plumbing company come out and they told me they were going to have to cut into the drywall to fix the broken flange. Called Mitch Clemmons and they offered to come out to do a free estimate on the problem. Gonzalo came out and said they'd attempt to fix it without cutting into the downstairs ceiling. I was thankful for their honesty and effort to save me money and a headache. Danny was the technician that came out and fixed it. He was awesome! Fast, efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend them.

This was my second time using Mitch Clemmons Plumbing and they were just a great this time around. I needed my faucet replaced in my bathroom. Honestly it's a job I've done myself several times but I bought a faucet with different size hoses than my existing hookups (oops) so naturally I called MCP to help me install it. Great work! These guys came to my home at 9:20 am. My appointment was at 9:00 am-10 am. Felix was very polite and very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what he was going to do. He described it step by step for me. He also told me would do a leak detection process to ensure I don't have any other leaks. I did and the other plumber fixed it. Nathan was the other plumber. Nate Romero came out and provided me a quote to 1) Replace a Trap in our bathroom sink and 2) Repair shower valve. The total quote was $350.00. I hired another plumber (with 40 years of experience) who completed the work (in addition to fixing another sink) for $80. I'm sure Mitch Clemmons does good work (according to all the Yelp reviews), but the price difference was four times.

Wasn't very impressed. They were punctual and on time. Came to scope a house for me. It took all of maybe 20-40 minutes. Didn't receive a report. Their recording from the scoping machine was not working so I had to use my phone to record. They did not have the correct size scope to scope entire house and only did one portion of the house instead of the entire thing. Had to call another company to scope the house correctly and give me more accurate/thorough information

Today my person was Steven V and he was great. He was on time and masked up due to Covid. He got right to determining the problem with my garbage disposal. Steven had it fixed within minutes!! THEY DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS! This company truly cares about doing a great job and customer service. I called them after talking to a few other companies about a clogged kitchen sink. I needed a great price because I got laid off recently. The lady on the phone (I think her name is Ari) gave me 10% discount off their service! Wow! It was a relief to have professionals who understand times can be tough and still want your business. Mike D arrived the next day and cleared the clog and also gave me info about hydro jetting. He was informative and said when I was ready the company would honor a 10% discount for that jetting service as well. PLUS Mike cleaned up the dead cockroaches that came outta the pipes! The unexpected bonus was Mike D gave me a lead for a pt job. That shows this company is generous and kind hearted...I'm a customer for life! Honest, compassionate and knowledgeable! I agree with most of the poor reviews, when Mitch started he was good reliable , honest and stood behind his work, now as most recently as yesterday, he uses personnel that do not know how to or what to do in simple plumbing issues. They do not carry the proper tools and their damage is usually blames on the owner.
Mitch will not take calls, he hides behind his telephone personnel, Mitch will get what's coming to him when the economy turns down, he'll be out of the good customers.
I stand behind ALL of what is posted until he rights ALL his wrongs to these YELP customers. Including this YELP, Mitch is a rip off in all aspects, never on time, never can fix the issue on the first call and has unprofessional personnel answering the calls.

The work was fairly priced and completed expeditiously. The workers made sure we always had a working bathroom and were sensitive to our needs. Fantastic service. Mitch was kind enough to stop by after hours on a weekday to install our new water softener. Our old softener had started to leak because of a crack. Mitch Clemmons Plumbing has earned my trust over several years. The start of each experience is a very professional phone conversation to set the appointment, which is always timely. Glen, who's been my preferred plumber for many many years, always diagnoses and solves our issues, and has often tried repairs before replacements if it's a viable option. Glen and Gabriel recently replaced leaking pipes outdoors, changed leaky shower faucet handle washers, and replaced our water pressure regulator. Over the years, Glen has tackled leaky water heater pipes, clogged garbage disposers, water main leaks and lots of toilet mechanism replacements. Before the heavy rains this winter, Brad diagnosed, located and replaced very clogged patio drainage pipes--thankfully. I highly recommend these plumbers I have personally used and trust.

We needed a tankless water heater for our home. Mitch came out and gave us a quote for the job at no cost. They followed up but never felt pressured to approve the work. They were delightful to work with and everyone was very professional. The communication was outstanding! I received a text with the technician's name and picture, including his rating and ETA. The technician was transparent and kept me up to date with the long installation. In the end, he explained how to operate the unit and left the work area clean.

We used Mitch several times and had excellent service. Once you use him numerous times the true Mitch comes out and takes advantage of you.

We had our shower door replaced and it was replaced with an extremely ugly eye sore door. We were under the impression it would be replaced with a similar clear door, not with a frosted 1960 ish style. The replacement order was done over the phone because we had great service with Mitch in the past and trusted him. Boy we were wrong. He lied and said we receive a written quote that indicated we approved a frosted etched door. Why would we request an etched door we never seen before, we just wanted it replaced with the same type of clear door we had.

Mitch tried to make us a deal to pay him cost of the new clear door we originally thought we were getting. I told him absolute not, we are now paying for 2 doors one we didn't not order. Mitch finally said he will replace our shower door at his cost, then the ultimate insult and lack of professionalism by Mitch he said we were trying to rip him off!! How can we rip him off when we are just asking him to replace something we didn't agree upon. Mitch said my husband agreed to the etched door, but my husband said he does not recall that conversation. Mitch hung up on me and was not man enough to return my call when I tried calling him back.

Long story short, when dealing with Mitch always get a quote on writing. Don't feel you can trust him because you used him before. We thought he was a honest business man, we were absolutely wrong. Nice business man can turn greedy. They are replacing our shower door now on Mitch's dime, but never trust this man. His technicians are great , Mitch needs to learn about customer service from his employees.

Mitch will probably respond to this review blaming us and try to cover up what happened . We are mostly upset with Mitch's lack of professionalism and pure rudeness. We never raised our voices with him, but he felt it was necessary to hung up on me and say we are dishonest people. He indicated we can't use his services again, which is fine with us.; We caught him taking advantage of us, called him out on it. We never work with dishonest people so Mitch will never hear from us again.

Please please get a written quote if you are considering using him. When it's verbal he can/will change his story. We trusted this man, what a let down for us.

I suspected a leak coming from the wall in between my kitchen and bathroom, so I figured it was time to find a plumber. Mitch Clemmons was the first one to pick up after calling a couple of other plumbers off the most highly rated on Yelp. They scheduled an appointment for 2 days later between 1-2pm, but the automated text/email confirmation I got said 5-6pm, so that was a bit confusing. I called back the next day to confirm that it was actually 1-2pm.

On the day of, they called to see if I could do earlier, since they had to rework their schedule for the day, and I said sure thing! I didn't get the text that they were only their way until 2:51pm, 51 minutes AFTER the appointment window! Alex and Felix showed up and were great at explaining what was wrong. Turns out there was a leaking hot water pipe leading to the bath tub. They asked if I wanted a quote, but I wanted it fixed ASAP so I think I was charged more. Part of the drywall had to be cut open to reach the pipe, which was an additional $95 on top of the $400 to fix the leaking pipe. As a first time homeowner, this feels pretty expensive for the 2 hours of work that was required. Next time, I'll be sure to shop around and get estimates from other businesses. The drywall also needs to be repaired now and there's just a giant hole in my wall. At least the hot water pipe isn't leaking anymore causing the water heater to run 24/7.

Mitch's guys, Ivan & his brother who's name I did not catch, were on time and did a great job. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. On top of this, they stayed to replace two worn hose faucets in my yard which they were not scheduled to do. The only down-side is that their prices are not cheap, particularly for the kitchen faucet replacement. Regardless, these guys are very professional people here. Highly recommended if you don't mind paying a bit more for the work to be done and done correctly without any issues cropping up. Part of what you are paying for is that high level of professionalism. Top-notch all the way.

Contacted Mitch Clemmons Plumbing via Yelp...Matt called me the same day. We scheduled the work, a faucet leak and new ADA toilet. Matt called and indicated that Kevin was available to come out earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was great, he gave me a fair quote for the work and agreed to proceed. Kevin did a solid job on the installation, making sure all fixtures were in working order, protecting flooring around job and leaving job area very clean. I called Mitch Clemmons to help me replace the thermometer copper line and the control valve on my water heater. The technician was very experienced and did an excellent job, but was late for 45 minutes. They charged me $195 for labor and the copper line (I had the new control valve), but it came with a 1 year warranty of labor and the copper line. Overall, I think it was worth it. So, I still give them 5 stars.

They sent out a nice guy who replaced it and fixed other feeder pipes that were corroded. 2) We experienced a slab leak which flooded our back bathroom and bedroom. I spoke with Mitch for a kitchen drain clean. They were on time as promised and got the problem right away. The drain clean did not clear in the first 2 tries and finally got thru. Robert (young gentleman) who had patients and knowledge of what he was doing. Even though it took longer than it suppose to but they kept the commitment of charges. 4/27/2020 Our water main blew last night, flooded under our house...it was terrible! We turned off the water to the house and this morning called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, and went to the dispatch, who called Mitch and Steven and they came out right away!

Again, they were so efficient, prices so fair---especially in an emergency. We added several problems to their list...a broken shower requiring welding, a toilet needing reseating, and a shower drain problem ---they had to make a couple trips to get parts, but handled everything with professionalism, thoroughness, and walked me through what they fixed and the process.

These guys are amazing!

I don't know if my prior reviews show up, but I called them 7/27/2017 and once prior to that and they really take care of things on a 70 year old house! So happy, can't wait for that nice hot shower. I thought I found a plumber I could count on for all my plumbing needs. That's not the case. Water was pouring downstairs from my upstairs shower. I called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing to fix the problem. A part inside my faucet (hot and cold knob) was replaced. I was told the leak was fixed. The leak was not fixed. The tech came back out a few times. The 3rd time, I was informed if another plumber confirmed the part didn't need to replaced, they would refund my money. As luck would have it, I needed to have my shower pan replaced and of course, they didn't refund my money.

After putting multiple quotes through Yelp for a plumber. Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was the one I chose for fixing the leak of our upstairs bathroom. The company was close by and had the lowest estimate. I pretty much knew what the problem was. It was a pleasure speaking with Neil who handles the customer service and John who came out to do the repairs.

John, was right on time and even put on booty covers over his shoes. We went upstairs to inspect to see what was causing the problem. Turned out to be a bad wax ring on the toilet and proceeded to repairing it. John even took the time to see if a stationary tub could be installed in a small laundry room in which he said could be done.

The nice thing about this company is, that you can pay by credit card. When my next project is ready. I'll be calling on Mitch Clemmons Plumbing.

I had a drain that was backing up in my house and it was a bit of an emergency to clear but the team here took care of me. Service Requested: Extremely wet in an area about 3 square feet right above water main.

Called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing regarding suspected leak in water main. Glenn Webster and Mason Vallejo Arrived at my house in about 20 minutes. They found the cause of the leak, showed me and explained to me what caused the leak. They were very professional, knowledgeable, well equipped and supplied.
They used quality materials and the appropriate tools and repaired the water main.

Mitch replaced the copper water service from the meter to my house on May 2, 2012. I was very impressed with his quick response to my immediate plumbing problem. I called him while I was at work and described the problem to him over the telephone. He drove by my house that same day, while I was at work, and took a look at the plumbing. He came back that weekend, so that he could describe and discuss the plumbing problem with me in more detail. He gave me what seemed like a reasonable estimate. The work that needed to be performed was in the thousands of dolalrs and so I needed to reassure myself that I was getting a good deal and that the plumbing problem had been properly diagnosed. I did my research and I also called 8 different plumbers for estimates. Two plumbers quoted me $100 less than Mitch's quote. Six plumbers quoted me just a little but higher than Mitch. I chose Mitch to do the work for me even though he was not the most competitive quote that I received. I chose Mitch to perform the plumbingwork because he came highly recommended to me from a trusted source and because he was so incredibly helpful, prompt, and professional. I have now found a new plumber if anything else were to go wrong with my plumbing. It's been 4 months since Mitch completed the plumbing work and I have not had any further trouble. I live in La Habra and have used this company to clear up my kitchen drainage and partial repiping services twice myself. I have also referred them to a good friend of mine living in Brea fo a quartz countertop drilling and draining clear up service. Both my friend and myself were very satisfied by their professional working manner and their job result.

John was the professional staff that came to my house for my kitchen draining problems twice. He was very honest and patient with a I-will-do-anything-to-get-my-job-done attitude. He was willing to go extra miles to solve a problem and literally spent hours to go under our kitchen floor to see how the pipe were structured in order to clear up our drainage for a $70-$80 service.

I was very impressed with his working manner and result. He also provided good suggestions for us to consider for the future maintenance. Hands down the best service I've ever experienced! They were able to come to my home within 15 min after I called. They were originally going to come for a free estimate a bit later ( I think maybe 2 hours after I called. Completely fair and reasonable time for such a short notice. I asked if they have any cancellations, if they wouldn't mind coming earlier. (Have to mention my water was shut off due to a leaking main water pipe from the previous night) a few min after I hung up, the lady called me back saying they can make it to my house in 10 min. YES!!! I've never ever, ever experienced that. It was one of those light shining down from the sky moments .... seriously, awesome! Their 2 technicians came, fixed the problem. Super nice... didn't make a mess, very courteous and was able to do it cheaper than originally estimated. I would def use this company for any plumbing issues if any ever rises. Best service ever.

First time using Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, and I was very impressed with their service. My kitchen sink backed up with water and food debris. As I was in the midst of baking (mid-afternoon), I was getting nervous about not being able to clean up and wash all the dishes especially not knowing if I could get anyone to fix the problem so late in the day. Within an hour after calling Mitch's, service tech Edwin arrived. He was very courteous, explained the various options offered to rectify the problem and explained what he was doing as I stood there watching him. Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was great! My house had a problem with the plumbing downstairs and they were very helpful in getting this resolved. The plumber, Richard, was extremely nice and helpful. He showed us the problem and was very transparent and honest with his estimate. Our family had used Mitch Clemmons Plumbing a few years ago so we had a good experience with them. Richard did an excellent job for our plumbing for our toilet. He showed us what parts were replaced and what new piping would be put in. Richard was very responsive whenever we had questions. Nathan and Brad were also helpful. Overall, Richard was one of the nicest plumbers that I had worked with. I dreaded the day that I would ever need to call a plumber, but that's just what I had to do recently... My ceiling was leaking and I figured the leak was coming from my upstairs bathroom. I contacted Mitch Clemmons plumbing since they were closeby and had numerous 5 star Yelp reviews. My interaction with Mitch Clemmons plumbing was extremely pleasant throughout the entire process. I spoke with Neil to schedule someone to come out ASAP. They were able to come out right away to diagnose the problem.

The young man who came out to check the leak was Ivan. Ivan was very personable, knowledgable, and kind. He found the source of the leak and temporarily fixed it with some epoxy until he was able to come out again since the repair required 2 people and he was working by himself that day. I had to wait a couple of more days for Ivan to come back. The best part is that I was not charged for the temporary fix or for the diagnosis. Once Ivan was able to return to permanently fix the leak, he and his helper did an excellent job testing out the repair multiple times by filling my tub with water and then draining it; all the while making sure my tub drain did not leak.

The entire transaction went smoothly. The price for the repair was also very affordable. I am very grateful for the above average service that Mitch Clemmons plumbing provided. Thanks again!

I rarely want to leave less than 1 stars, but I guess 1 star will do. I had a clogged drain and it was in the kitchen sink so I figured it might be worth it to get someone professional to look at it. I had installed my own garbage disposal and other things around the house, but figured if it was cheap and honest I'd let a pro do it. I found a referral from facebook so that I could help out a local. I regret that. I was charged 45 dollars for an estimate. When the technician started talking I knew I was in trouble, he started telling me I needed this and that done to fix my issue and was taking pictures of this and that. I said what do you think it'll cost, and he made a joke of 5k. He said he needed to go to the car to put together an estimate, I knew it wasn't going to be pretty because it took so long. When he finally got back to me, the estimate was over $500...most of it I wouldn't need. I told him, sounds to me you just need to do .... and change ... at most, how much is that? He said it would cost over $300. I said I figured it was at most ... for the best parts available on the market and ... in labor? he said that was correct. I told him it doesn't seem like it should be that much in labor for 15mins of work. He disagreed. I paid the estimate cost using a check, because they said a credit card would incur additional fees. I was not informed of this prior to the visit, so I paid him in a check for the BS estimate. I went back to my kitchen, and ..., less that 10 minutes later I was done and the sink was fine. Everything was resolved. I don't recommend them at all and they are not trustworthy. But if you want to do that, Good luck. I don't want to give off the impression that I don't trust any plumbers. I have had fantastic experiences paying my hard earned money for their hard earned work. That was not the case with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing!!!!!

It's never easy finding a reputable company and I wish I didn't have to call a plumber but since I live in an older home its inevitable. I have called on Mitch Clemmons Plumbing 4 times in the last year for various problems in both bathrooms (once for the toilet and once for the sink) and our kitchen. Before deciding to complete a whole repipe of a house, I did as much research as possible and got as many quotes as feasible. After much deliberation, I went with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. Because I'm a woman, there's always certain dangers in dealing with home matters. All that said, I feel like Mitch Clemmons is a very honest business to deal with. Shockingly so. I am amazed and thankful. The repipe was done quickly and efficiently. There was a contract signed with a warranty. This company has stuck with its word. With any issues that arose, the company owner has always made honorable decisions in his dealings with me. Additionally, I feel safe with the technicians that come to my house. They set appointments and keep them. The person who takes the appointments sends texts and emails corroborating the time and date. The morning of the appointment, a text is sent with a map provided to track the tech so as to be ready for when they arrive. In terms of pricing, they have a system to where it is set. They send quotes and receipts via email. I find this incredibly convenient. I plan on continuing to use their services for years to come because I have found that it is difficult to find reliable and trustworthy assistance. I am happy with all the end result of their services. I'd definitely recommend them due to their professionalism, transparency and the quality of their work.

Mitch Clemmons Plumbing is such a great company to do business with. I've had them many times and wouldn't use anyone else. I recently had a major stoppage in my kitchen sink. It was filled with gross dirty water. Of course, it was a Friday, and I was reluctant to leave it like that over the weekend, but knew it would be difficult to get someone before Monday.

I called the office and the young lady there was super nice and trying so hard to be helpful, as she always does. I called around 11:00 a.m. and I was so sure it was too late in the day, especially just before a weekend.

She explained to me that the plumbers were all out in the field, but she said to let her check things out and see what she could come up with. She called me back and said that the plumber could possibly come that day, but it would be very late. I immediately accepted the appointment.

Five minutes later I got a text confirming the appointment. They always do this and it is so helpful.

Low and behold, much earlier than I had expected, I got a text that Jimmy was on his way. He then called me and told me when to expect him.

When Jimmy arrived, he was a very pleasant guy, and obviously a very talented plumber with years of experience. I showed him the problem and he went to work. It turned out to be a bigger problem than expected, and it had to be done from under the sink inside the house.

He was amazing. He put drop cloths down, and was so careful not to mess anything up. He worked for a long time, and finally got everything working. Then, he cleaned up everything perfectly, retrieved his tools, and I would never had known he had been there if I hadn't seen it myself. I was totally satisfied with the work he had done, and will continue to make them my go to plumbers.

I would also like to add that the technology of this company is so helpful. Once you make the appointment, they are in constant contact by texting and email. You get an email confirmation of your appointment when you make it and a reminder the day before. On the service day, you are constantly kept informed by text, and when the plumber is on his way, you get a text reminder with a picture of the plumber who will be on the job, his ETOA, a map showing where he is located on his route, right down to how many minutes it will be until he will arrive. They keep the customer informed!!!

If you are looking for an honest, professional and knowledgeable company, Mitch's shop is the place to go. I have never had anything but outstanding service, not only from the plumbers themselves, but from everyone in the office. He employs incredible people all around. You won't be disappointed.

Very impressed with Brad, Mitch's technician. They were referred by our super plumber Kevin from KP Plumbing, who was on holidays.
Brad has called to let me know he was coming slightly earlier, took his shoes off, had a mask on, etc.
It was quite a difficult job to fix that leak, which was very difficult to access. I would have given up and just broke the wall, but Brad took the ceiling fan off and reached the problem area with minimal damage to the walls.
He has done an excellent and completed job and also gave us a few useful plumbing advices.
I also learned that Mitch, the business owner, helps people in need, old or disabled, with some free services. Very respectful.

When your bathroom sink drains slow and then suddenly stops draining completely 2 days before your Fathers Day celebration with 14 people due to arrive... you kind of panic!
Never had to use a plumber before so went on the Next Door web site and there were several recommendations. Called one and the phone rang and rang and there never was an answer. Called another and was told to leave a message... On NO! Called Mitch Clemmons number and a young lady answered immediately and I was first told they couldn't get out until Monday. I told her that wouldn't due so she said I will check around and get right back to you A few minutes later she called me back and said they could have someone out on Sat. I asked if it would be a higher charge because it was the weekend.. she said no, so I booked the appointment.
Steven the technician showed up on time. We showed him the sink and he went right to work. My hubby who is usually my handyman asked if he could watch and Steven said sure.
Once he realized the problem he went to his truck and brought in a very clean quiet machine that he used to snake out our clog. What amazing progress has been made in the drain snake industry over the years! Wonderful! After a time he had gotten past where the problem was and we were overjoyed. He was cleaning up when I asked if they offered a senior discount. They do, so that was another nice surprise for us. Steven is a very personable guy and a good family man. I live in a condo where if one unit has plumbing problems, the water gets shut off for the whole building. My neighbor was having some work done that required the water to be off, so I decided to take advantage and have my guest shower fixed. I needed a plumber that would come on virtually no notice, as I had little notice that the water would be off. I called Mitch Clemmons Plumbing, and they were able to send someone out within an hour of my call. Not only was the problem fixed in a timely manner, but he was also able to switch things so that hot and cold are no longer reversed in my shower! Awesome service! I will be calling again if any more plumbing problems arise!

Mitch was very responsive to messages. He was able to come out quickly once I determined I wanted to use him. He was friendly and took his shoes off when he came in. I didn't care if he wore his shoes but I thought it was very considerate for those who might care. The problem was much simpler than anticipated. I really appreciated Mitch's honesty. I had a hot water heater go out on the weekend. Called Monday to have someone come out and give me an estimate. I spoke to Neal and was told that they were booked for the day but he would see what he could do. Neal said he would call me around noon to let me know if he could find someone to come over. Guess what Neal call me back within half an hour of talking to him and scheduled someone to come by. the Tech that come to my house was named Daryl, he was very friendly and professional. He explained all my options to me and never tired to up sell me or pressure me into anything I was uncomfortable with.

He ended up replacing the Thermocoupler in the water heater for a cost of $200 and is working great. Other Plumbers who came out recommending replacing the water heater at a cost of over $1000. I would definitely call Mitch Clemmons Plumbing again.

Used Mitch's service and would not recommend it. About three weeks ago, we had a leak in the wall, and used Mitch's service to fix it. Last week, we had another leak in the same room, and we thought it may be caused by their previous work. Since it is under 90 days warranty, I called them. A plumber came in the morning, but said it is something he cannot pinpoint. So, he told us he would ask someone else to find where the leak is, and fix it right away. So, in the afternoon, another plumber came. But he said the checking fee is $370, and his only job is to find where the leak is.

At that time, we thought it is kind of unreasonable to charge us to make sure the leak is not caused by their previous work. Anyway, when we were discussing it by ourselves, unexpected, the plumber just gathered all his stuff and left without saying a word! At that time, we already decided we can pay to fix the problem ASAP, but he just left and was sooo arrogant. We even went out of the house, trying to call him, but he just left...

Quite upset, I called their office and their manger Shelly talked to me. She said she asked the plumbers and there was nothing wrong on their side. Also, the checking fee is actually $270, so the plumber was trying to charge more from us. From the conversation, I didn't feel that they were trying to fix our problem and help their client. Instead, they just tried to get more money from us.

At that point, I was quite disappointed at them. Even they called me back later, I didn't want to use them again as they lost my trust. So I called another plumber on yelp, and he did a great job.

I felt like Mitch was just a platform, not a company. Their plumbers work separately and can just charge whatever they want. Also, their price is more expensive than other plumbing companies.

The only thing I like about them is when the plumber is heading to your house, they sent a GPS link that you can track the location of the plumber. Very convenient .

Robert, my technician was fantastic!! He was honest and very knowledgeable. If I asked him a question, he explained thoroughly what he was doing. It has only been three days since I met Mitch, but what a great businessman! I was having issues with the portion of my shower valves that are in the wall - the actual brass base of the faucets. One of them had broken apart so that the seat would no longer screw in. I was attempting to fix it on a Saturday when I discovered that they were irreparably broken, and I would be unable to turn my water back on. My wife called Mitch. He normally does not work on Saturdays, but happened to pick up the phone. He came over an hour later. He determined what work needed to be done and gave a temporary fix until the right parts could be obtained. His crew just left after replacing two faucets with a single mixing faucet, re-piping the height of the shower head (I am 6'4''), and stabilizing a toilet. We are going to get the right trim pieces to match with our sink faucet, and he will come out and put those on when we get them. All for a very reasonable price.

On February 3rd, a technician came to my commercial property to install a pedestal sink. An AC pipe was left unconnected. I didn't know what the AC pipe was for until recently I turned on the AC and it started leaking water. Mitch is quick in responding to Yelp, I called the office and schedule for an appointment. Another technician came today to fix the problem and charged the service fee, which I consider as reasonable because of the time and parts they have to contribute. The service fee is a bit too high I think, and they seem to charge it for every job. I gotta give them credit for showing up on time for both times, and they all seem very nice. Hopefully this time it fixed the problem.

Great service, very professional, timely and most importantly- HONEST!

Realized in the afternoon that our water heater stopped working and immediately started searching online for local plumbers. Mitch Clemmons happened to be the first one I called and the gentleman that answered the phone (Neil I believe?) was very courteous and said he would call his tech that was out in the field to see how quickly he could get over. A few minutes later he called saying that he would be at my house within 15-30 mins. Mitch (the owner) himself showed up within that time frame and was quickly able to see that our outdoor water heater had simply filled up with rain water from the So Cal storm. He removed the water and stayed a while to ensure it would stay lit. He was very honest in letting me know that the only other problem we might have would be to replace a part but that he didn't want to do it and have me pay for it if it was unnecessary. He also offered to come back again to actually replace the part if it went out again, with no service fee.

Service call cost was incredibly reasonable and I would highly recommend them to anyone! And please note, I have had experiences with other appliance repair companies that request that you write a Yelp review in their presence for a discount. This is not the case- just want to give credit where credit is due as it is hard to find honest companies nowadays!

Steven came out a couple of weeks ago to repair the hose to my kitchen faucet and re-secure my upstairs toilet. He was very professional and honest. He successfully re-secured the toilet, however he needed to find the correct part for the hose and agreed to send another tech out asap. I had a leaky sink and I came to trustee yelp for help. And I found MC plumbing and I was surprised on how fast I was able to get an appointment to get an estimate. They sent Gonzalo (who btw is amazing and extremely nice). He came and right away was able to detect the problem. He told me what needed to be done and didn't push me to make the service with them. But I did Bc the price was reasonable and he was able to work around my crazy schedule.

Gonzalo came a couple days later and was able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes, while being watched and bugged by my 3 year old son. He was so patient with him and answered all my questions. After he was done, he explained the issues and what he had fixed and reassured that If there was any problems we could contact them again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Mitch is hands-down the best plumber I've ever hired, and I've hired a few in my 30+ years as a homeowner. He has now helped us out with two projects: unclogging a bathroom drain and installing a new kitchen sink and faucet, and I'll hire him again in a New York minute whenever our next plumbing issue comes up.

I first contacted him through his website--which is actually literate and informative--and he responded the same day. His quote of $85 to clear the bathroom drain seemed reasonable, so I scheduled an appointment. We also arranged that when he was here for the bathroom, he would look at my kitchen and give me an estimate for replacing the sink and faucet.

The day of the appointment, he left a message that he was running ahead of schedule, but that I shouldn't worry; if I wasn't home when he arrived, he would WAIT for me--words I never expected to hear from a service person. The bathroom clog proved to be more challenging than average; it probably took twice as long to clear as Mitch had expected. I wouldn't have been surprised if he had revised his quoted price upward, but no--it was still $85. (BTW, he works very neatly. Even though he had to dismantle to pipe under the sink to deal with the clog, he left my bathroom cleaner than he had found it.)

Mitch then checked out the kitchen plumbing. I showed him pictures online of the sinks I'd been considering, and he helped me think through what I actually wanted/needed, preventing me from buying something that wouldn't actually have met my needs. He also told me that he thought our old garbage disposal was still fine and didn't need to be replaced, an unexpected boon to the budget. He wrote up an estimate on the spot, and it was very reasonable, so we agreed to schedule the job within the next couple of weeks, after the new sink was delivered. I did the scheduling by text, with Mitch again responding promptly.

The day of the installation, Mitch arrived on time, worked efficiently and neatly, and again saved me money by telling me that the shutoff valves he initially thought should be replaced were actually fine. Before leaving, he advised me to keep an eye out for water under the sink for the next couple of days. Despite every precaution, he said, sometimes leaks happen after installations, and if one did, I should call him and he would come by immediately to fix it. Sure enough, one did--and he did, the very next day, within less than an hour of my calling him. (As it turned out, the leak was from the dishwasher shutoff valve, something he hadn't worked on.)

I've never written a review this long, but really, I can't say enough good things about Mitch and how lucky we feel to have found him (here on Yelp--thanks, fellow reviewers!). He's pleasant, smart, honest, excellent at what he does, neat, and reasonable to boot! What more could anyone ask for in a plumber?

The experience we had with Mitch Clemmons was great. Our water heater gave out and we couldn't get anyone to come out on a Friday night or the weekend. It was the Saturday prior to Mother's Day, MCP told us they could send someone over in the afternoon and they kept us posted as to what time and who was coming. These guys were great! We needed someone to look at some leaking pipes found in a recent remodel and these guys came out the same day. They didn't find any leaks and showed us where the issue might be.

We ended up having them fix a leaky bathroom shower where the diverter was not functioning correctly.

Justice and Brian were honest, professional and made me feel comfortable because they explained everything they were doing and showed me as well. Don't think they are the cheapest but seem fairly priced for good work and peace of mind.

Will be my first choice for future plumbing jobs!

This review should have been done in 2015. Sorry entire Yelp community. However I did use this company again on 9/16/2019 since I had a DIY gone terribly wrong. Mitch personally came to my home and gave me quotes on work I needed completed back in July of 2015. Then my elderly Mother with Altzheimers was living with me and I needed to make sure she had acess to working bathrooms while work was being completed. Mitch explained that would be done and yes indeed that was done by his crew. (by the way his crew treated my mom like she was royalty) I will forever be gratefull for all he did for myself and Mother during this difficult time in our lives. I had three sinks taken out and two put in bathroom and laundry.

Fast forward to yesterday DIY gone wrong. I hesitated to call since he now has three locations and I see he has vans with his logo fearing he was out of my price range now, I am glad I got over that because he had me on file and sent me a wonderful technician Steven that came on on Monday after I got home from work. He fixed all my plumbing issues. (failed removal of a dishwasher) He was nice to talk to and prompt and kind and funny. The cost was no where near what I thought $95 to cut the water line and pull out the dishwasher and fix the leak on the garbage disposal. Mitch is great! He came out for an inspection and to give a free estimate for a bathroom odor that just won't go away. As you'd expect I was dreading this as I thought it was going to be very costly since I've tried all DYI solutions I can think of and read about.

It turned out to be an easy fix that took him less than 5 minutes with little use of material. Not only did he do it on the spot, he didn't even charge us anything for it. I couldn't believe that people like him still exist and run a business. No wonder why I see so many great 5-Star reviews on here.

Furthermore, Mitch gave me free lessons on how to get rid of hard water stains on different surfaces and what to look for in the future should we detect any odors. He definitely earned my trust and my future business. Should we have a need for a plumber again, I will not spend anytime searching the internet, I will just call Mitch.

Amazing! I've used Mitch Clemmons about 4 times ranging from easy jobs such as replacing a tub spout to them fixing a leak in my living room under our concrete slab and each time I'm reminded by I haven't called another business. They're incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and they won't charge you an arm and a leg for their services. Last night, my kitchen sink clogged and it backed up and wouldn't drain. We called first thing this morning and was told they would do their best to have someone out soon. Within about 15 minutes after calling them, I received a text indicating Gonzalo was on his way (with a picture of him) and I was able to track him on my phone to know exactly when he would arrive. Had a slow and steady leak on my water service line in a 40 year old home. Kevin came out and recommended a new water line from the meter to my shutoff valve rather than busting the concrete walkway to patch up the old pipe. He gave me a quote comparable to another plumber but said he would reduce it if I did some trenching for the new line in advance. It would be an all day job and I wanted him to stay fresh doing the plumbing, and not get overly tired with the prep work so I went ahead and dug a trench for the new line. He and Josh came out at 10 am, got to work, including hydrojetting under 2 walkways to avoid breaking the concrete. About 100 feet of new Type L 1 inch copper pipe was installed. They worked pretty much nonstop for 5 hours straight. Pressure testing resulted in one leak which was remedied easily with additional solder. These guys were skillful and efficient. It wasn't a cheap job, but I'm happy with their work. They guarantee their work for one year.

I contacted Mitch Clemmons Plumbing this morning via the Yelp price quote feature, which was super easy to use. I live in North Orange County and wanted to find a local business that had great reviews and Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was the first one I reached out to. I received a response back much faster than anticipated (literally within a few minutes) and was told they could send someone out within the same day to provide a free estimate! I took them up on it since I was off work for the holiday and wanted to get it taken care of. I received efficient communications via call and text to inform me of the scheduled window of arrival. Jesse and Stevie showed up at my door earlier than expected and were so friendly and helpful. We have been having issues with our bathroom sink leaking, 2 toilets not flushing properly and the main issue: our kitchen garbage sink disposal working but making loud rattling/grinding noises.

A huge thing that's not common but so very much appreciated is honesty- Jesse explained the issue with each problem thoroughly as well as what can be done and what needed to be done. This even meant sharing with me what would be an fairly easy DIY project with a quick trip to Home Depot to save a substantial amount of money on labor fees as well as providing a detailed estimate so we could decide which route to take. Seriously... who does that these days? Jesse and Stevie divided and conquered in investigating the toilet issues and told me what needed to be fixed as well as the very reasonable price to do so. I ended up having them fix one of the toilets, which they were able and equipped to quickly fix right on the spot. Jesse ended up charging me even less than originally quoted because he saw that he didn't need to replace a part he thought was originally needed. Who does that?

I decided I'm going to take a trip to Home Depot to try to replace the garbage disposal myself to save some money but only because Jesse empowered me to do so and took the time to explain and show me how. If I fail, I now have two amazing guys in Jesse and Stevie to call as Mitch Clemmons Plumbing is now easily my go-to plumbing company. Honest, efficient, friendly and prompt service. What more could you ask for!

What a terrible experience!

Recently this company sent out a technician to clear the drain in the bathroom, when he arrived, he took a look at the job and then left. Which was kind of bizarre and then he comes back. 30 minutes later with a bucket and some small equipment.

He then proceeded to figet with a screw in the bathtub and couldn't get it off. So the technician was going to leave and not conduct the work. The tenant had to help him remove the screw. After which the technician tried to snake the drain but couldn't. He then left the bathtub opened up and left without telling anyone anything and half did the job and did not finish.

We received complaints from the tenants. Totally terrible service from this company!

My kitchen and laundry drains backed up and we had the stinkiest black sludgy mess and no matter what we did couldn't get it clear. We didn't know who to call but trusted all the great reviews and took a chance with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing and boy are we happy we did! I spoke to Mitch and he scheduled me for the same day early afternoon. We were very pleased when we met Robert who was so professional and clean cut. He did a very thorough cleaning with the snake and he explained everything he did. We thought the price was very fair. Honesty and Integrity are very important and this is what we found with Robert. He removed his shoes when entering our home and also he hosed off the front cement area just to make sure he left it the way it was.. We found our plumber!! I highly recommend. You won't be sorry!

I called MCP regarding a problem with our kitchen sink. Mitch came over and fixed the sink fairly quickly. It turned out to be a minor problem and didn't require major work. As a result, he didn't charge me anything but only to remember him the next time we needed a job done. Since that time we've had him come down to do various things around the house. Mitch is honest, trustworthy, and extremely reliable. If you need a plumber then contact MCP.

Our water heater stopped working today and I was desperate for a plumber who had time to find the part we needed and to come install it the same day. Mitch took my call, he was so pleasant, friendly and efficient. He got back to me in less than an hour with a confirmation and a time that one of his technicians would be showing up. We bought our current house about two years ago. I had an upstairs toilet that had clogged several times during the week and the accompanying sink was draining slowly. Additionally, our downstairs toilet was loose and would slide around when you sat on it. It felt like it was not even bolted down. Daniel responded. He was very punctual, friendly and professional. He came in and out of our house numerous times and always put disposable covers over his shoes, even though I told him it wasn't necessary. He certainly treated my house as if it were his own. Their prices were very reasonable and Daniel did not push to up sell me. He gave me some tips to save money in the future for small plumbing problems. (The owner appears to do a good job screening their employees or trains them well. Daniel was very good. I've had a couple times with other companies where the plumber had a poor work ethic or gave a vibe like they just got out of county jail.) Not the case here. This was a great experience all the way around. I will definitely use this company again!

I had a great experience with Kevin yesterday who was able to fish out a tube that holds the toilet paper roll. He had to remove the toilet to do that but was very efficient about doing so and cleaned up after himself. He was able to replace a leaky valve and then was kind enough to help with a shower head issue.

Rate request comparison through Yelp revealed that Mitch's rates were the best (reasonable, not outrageous!), and he responded very quickly also. Scheduled an appointment for the afternoon the next day and Kevin arrived as promised during the time window I was provided.

I was never solicited to leave a Yelp review (frankly, that is a turn-off when asked to do so), but we were talking about it, and that's when I found out that the Fullerton location is the correct location in Yelp since they moved from La Habra.

Thank you--it's always great to know a reliable, honest plumber that can be counted on when necessary. If I could only say the same for a mechanic. Sigh.

I called for a quote to fix a mainline pipe leak. He came at the time he said he would to give a quote. A few days later, I called the city to shut off the water at his request so that he can do the repair. Then he came 'on time' to fix the pipe. Got it fixed and no mess. Not like some people who either don't show up at all or make all kinds of excuses being late.

We had a bit of an emergency today as we drilled through a gas pipe in our garage. We called Mitch Clemons plumbing based off of all their good reviews and were promptly able to be seen the same day and within the hour! (Also FYI to have someone come out during the week to give an estimate is free per the nice person who answered the phone.)
They text you lot confirm your appt, let you know who is going to come to your house along with a photo of the technician, AND you can track where that technician is with regards to coming to your house!!!
Our technician, Patrick, was on time to within the hour window provided, friendly and knowledgeable giving us a quote and timing on the work needed shortly after his arrival.
We decided to use their services given all the positive interaction thus far and their pricing seemed reasonable. Patrick finished the work within the timing provided AND in the end we were also given an additional $100 off since we were first time customers.
I cannot express how grateful we were to get this issue resolved in a timely manner and how wonderful the experience with Mitch Clemons plumbing services was from the phone call to the completion of work and their desire to seek feedback on the technician once the work was done.
We will be using Mitch Clemons plumbing services from now on.

I have used Mitch Clemmons Plumbing twice for my plumbing issues. Both encounters were excellent to say the least.

About a month ago, I called MCP to have them come down for a kitchen sink backup. Mitch himself came down, and quickly went to work. He diagnosed the issue, rectified it and gave me options for the long term. He gave me a discounted price since it was the first time using his services. His cleaned up the work site and left. Pretty great first impression.

Fast forward to last week, my laundry sink started to back up. I called MCP again, and they sent one of their plumbers, Victor within 30 mins. Victor went to work, and it appeared that I had a severe root issue. His snake got stuck, and Mitch came down to help him out. Mitch discussed the issue with me, and gave option on how to resolve it. After approximately 2 hours at my house, he never charged me with anything. He suggested to either hydrojet (which he does not do but referred me to another plumber that does) or permanently replace my fittings and pipes. He never pressured me to use his services in the future.

MCP is an asset to the people of La Habra with his honest and reliable service.

Cannot say enough great things about this business! I originally was quoted over 1400$ from Mike Diamond for a shower valve replacement. Well, I followed the advice of all you Yelpers and called Mitch Clemmons to come and fix the plumbing at my new home (built in 1975). I explained what I needed done and Mitch gave me a quote for each item. The house had Lots of challenges and as can be expected some individual projects begot other projects. But Mitch attacked every challenge with professionalism and he held true to his estimate even though I could see that some of the projects took more effort than he anticipated.

I now have a plumber and will not hesitate to call Mitch out again (I hope I don't have to).

Called MCP on Saturday morning to check on my water heater. They arrived shortly thereafter. Prior to their arrival, I was texted by the company with a picture of our service personnel and his name (Felix) as well as his background and experience. After talking with Felix and looking at the options, we decided to go ahead and replace the unit. Felix explained everything prior to beginning and what would be done as well as time and cost. These guys had the best price and service in the area. A couple plumbers quoted around 2000 to repair a leak and these guys quoted way less, around 600. I highly recommend them, but if you have plumbing issues, you should get quotes from multiple sources and choose accordingly.

Very happy with Mitch Clemmons plumbing. He has serviced my plumbing multiple times. This time was to repair my main water connection coming into the house. I noticed a leak and decided to request a quote via the app. He responded in a timely manner with a fair price.

This review is long overdue. We had been wanting to install sprinklers on our backyard slope for some time but we needed a water line to run all the way to the back of the house. We called Mitch and he came over right away to assess our needs. His estimate was very reasonable and based on his Yelp reviews, we were confident the work would be done right.

Sure enough his guys were very professional and the work was done right. I especially liked their cleanliness. It was like they were never there. My husband was very pleased with the work as well. He came home to inspect how and where they ran the line and he was very impressed on how nothing else was disturbed and how clean they left everything. Awesome customer service! Contacted the office this morning, and got an appointment for 12pm. Robert called around 10am saying his job finished earlier than expected and asked if it was ok if he came at 10:30 (yes! No objections from me :)). Robert and Alex were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Water heater had to be replaced - they explained and showed me why (I sort of had a feeling because it was about 9 years old and the pilot light would not light). When they were done, they cleaned up and in fact they left the area cleaner than when they started :). Definitely using them again and referring them to friends and family.

We called Mitch Clemmons to have a water heater looked at because the pilot would not stay lit. They sent out a technician to access the problem. He did not seem to know much about the problem and advised me that he had to call one of the other technicians to see if they could help him to try and fix it. He said it would cost around $800.00 to try and repair it or we could purchase a new one ourselves and they could install it for around $600.00 or $1420.00 for them to do the complete job. I called his office and spoke with Charlene to discuss the replacement of the water heater. I told her that the technician said he would send the quotation to the office. As I spoke with her I told her that we would like to get a new one only if we had a different technician to do the installation because I felt that the guy that came out didn't seem to know what he was doing. She then told me that he works on the sewers. So that makes sense why he didn't seem to know how to repair it. I questioned why they sent a sewer technician to repair a water heater, they thought he would be able to do the repair. We agreed to have the work done the next day with a different technician. The new technician called me when he got to the condo and informed me that after removing my old water heater, I needed another part that was required by law and that it would be another $420.00. I told him that we shouldn't have to pay since we were quoted a firm price already. I called the office and spoke with Charlene and explained that we should not have to pay. It was there technician mistake so they should honor their quote. Maybe next time they will not send out a sewer technician to repair a water heater. Mitch then got on the phone and said he would lose money if he had to pay for it. He then said I was rude because I kept asking him to stop interrupting me and to let me finish speaking. He then told me that he was going to have his tech put my old water heater back on and that we could get someone else to do the work. So I agreed and he hung up. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service and does not stand behind his quotes or his employees mistakes.

The safety element already existed and was visible on my water heater. Had you sent the correct technician in the first place he would have seen it at the time he quoted me. I had gotten another quote from another plumber who saw the safety element on my existing water heater and quoted me accordingly. When I called him back to do the job he stated that your tactic for changing your quoted price seemed like a Bait and Switch!! Lesson learned, don't send a sewer technician to work on a water heater!

Called after hearing the ad and setup an appointment. Steven came out and replaced my bathroom faucet with one I bought at H D. He was in the house start to finish an hour and 15 minutes max. He did a great job. I expected a bill for $200-$300. The bill was over $500. So much for a fair price. Never again.

Incredible service! They were quick in response, and worked around our schedule to tackle our issue promptly and professionally. We ended up needing more work then anticipated, they were honest and fair in what they told us and made sure to come back within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Around 6:30 p.m. I discovered water leaking steadily out of our water heater cabinet. The cause was a problem seal on a flex pipe. It had obviously been leaking for quite a while. I called my favorite plumber, Mitch Clemmons, but knew that this was my problem until he could call me tomorrow. Greg turned the water off and I began damage control. My attitude was pretty poor...had to do a readjustment and thank God for my great home and all the comforts and troubles of having one. Around 7 or so there was a knock at my door. I went to the door with jeans wet to the knees from emptying a closet that was soaked. Mitch had listened to my call when he finished his workout at the gym and came right over. A good plumber would have called me first thing in the morning. A terrific plumber JUST SHOWS UP and kindly fixes the problem. I just can't say enough kind things about this man and his business. Many people would say that he works for himself. But I know who he really works for.

This is my first experience with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. I needed to have my bathroom drain cleared. I got quotes from 5 different companies and their quote was fair. The guys that came were friendly and got the job done, but I'm giving a 3 star rating because they changed their quote on me by more than 50%. They came late Friday afternoon and I wouldn't be able to get someone in until the next day so I accepted the increased charge.

I was able to obtain an email quote and a few weeks later i called to confirm an appointment. These guys were great. I had an issue with our brand new washer and dryer that was installed. The install guys gave us some bad information and the washer was giving us an error code that it wasn't getting water so they told us to call a plumber. We contacted Mitch Clemmons plumbing on a late Saturday afternoon at they had a tech at our house within an hour Saturday night. It ended up being an easy fix with the washer and they left us with it working and didn't charge us $1. I called here to check on prices to replace a dish washer shut off valve under my sink. Their initial estimate was pretty much on par with everywhere else I called. But I had Mitch come out and take a look at it which he did at no charge. He was diligent about calling and confirming the appointment before hand, and came right on time. When he came up to look at it, as soon as he looked he offered to knock a little off the price because my valve was more of a simple fix. He explained things to me throughout, and even glanced at my water heater to make sure there were no issues at my request. Great guy, honest, knowledgeable, and fair. I'll definitely be using their services for my plumbing needs in the future.

The service is very poor. They were late to the appointment by almost 2 hours. After that, they said they would have to reschedule for the install. I specially asked for an appointment to install a faucet. Not to wait 2 hrs 1/2 later for a future installation. This was not only done through yelp messaging but over the telephone.

After two failed calls with two other plumbing companies to get help with a toilet that wasn't flushing but was overflowing, I remembered having noted a recent recommendation by a friend about Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. It turned out Daniel was just about ready to clock out for the day but when asked about servicing my need he said, Sure.
He arrived in less than 20-minutes. Daniel is courteous, really knows his stuff and solved the problems with the toilet and slow draining tub within minutes. I highly recommend Mitch Clemmons Plumbing! I'm so glad I made a note of my friend's recommendation. Understand that this problem was rather mortifying yet Daniel was perfectly professional in negating any reason for me to feel embarrassed. Definitely 5-Stars.

Excellent service from Jesse. If only more people had this guy's personality, humility, and servant heart.

We have a leak of unknown source. And in the midst of this crazy heat wave we've been having, he inspected our front yard and confirmed a sprinkler head leak which he dug around, cleaned and replaced, thus stopping the leak, one of them at least, as the meter continued to indicate a smaller leak elsewhere. He did not charge anything for this preliminary fix and referred us to another member of his team to investigate further.

Plus unlike others who don't care, Jesse respected our need to keep our indoor floors clean for our little ones by putting on shoe covers before coming into the house. And this he did without needing to be asked, unlike other experiences I've had with other companies.

After getting the run around from Alvarez Plumbing through my home warranty program we decided to check on yelp to see what they offered as the tech came out was very rude, walked on my floors with his dirty boots and used his auger. He was not able to fix the issue and recommended a service that would cost over $1000.

Contacted Mitch Clemmons and they messaged me back and actually sent someone within an hour. Robert was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue with his auger when the other tech could not.

So I called around and got some quotes to replace a broken water heater for a rental property of mine. My tenant found someone that was hooking them up for $1,700. That seemed slightly high to me. So went to Yelp and found Mitch. Neal was very friendly and welcoming per our phone conversation & was able to send someone out the day of. In fact the owner Mitch himself came out and did it himself and at a rate significantly lower then previous quotes. Work was completed within one hour, and he even showed up exactly on time. Both Mitch and Neal were more then accommodating to my situation. I wasn't able to meet up for the work to be done, and let me pay by phone, which I planned on doing but new debit card was working. So Mitch let me come in the next day to pay. If I ever need a plumber again, I'm calling these guys! Don't hesitate, you will not be disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about Mitch Clemmon's Plumbing. My ceramic measuring spoons accidentally found their way to the garbage disposal. I didn't realize it until the spoons and chain (that connected them) were thoroughly grinded and caught in the disposal. Mitch had the best price and the best service - he was able to come right away and was definitely the most affordable! Half the price of the company that warranted our disposal. I was able to make an appointment that same day.
On another occasion, we thought that there was something wrong with the water pressure regulator. It turned out that we were turning the screw the wrong way. Mitch called me back the same day (on his day off, no less) and walked us through checking the water pressure. If it weren't for his expert advice, we would have spent almost $300 on a new regulator. But, we were able to figure out the water pressure meter with Mitch's help. I will always call Mitch for all our plumbing needs!

be aware that they do charge for estimate which is not mentioned anywhere on their web site, or on any of the communication emails.

so we want change out the cast iron drain pipe of my mother in law's house. they came out and the first thing they mentioned was the estimate fee which was a surprise but we agreed after the hassle of finding someone to wait for them. After looking around they said we must fix the leak first because of contamination. Why would we fix something that will be replaced? Regardless, they sent us an estimate later and the details were confusing, something about accessing to the tub and they are not responsible to patch it back. It seemed they are focusing on liability.

We went with another company which had a higher estimate but the guy crawled under the house and checked things out first. His estimate was clear and straight forward. There was no tub's access involved or any thing like that.

Reason why I do the review is because later I found out that we'd called the same company to find a slow leak on our 1/2 acre property about 2 yrs ago. we were shock to see a young kid came out with no equipments. He just walked up and down our yards to visually look for it, something I'd done myself before calling a pro.

Too bad they have good ratings but I never had a chance to judge their actual works.

This company was such an ease to work with. Everything from their timely response to my initial inquiry, to scheduling Gonzalo to come out and estimate the work and cost. I appreciated all forms of communication, especially the text on who to expect will come to the door, complete with picture and short bio. I will definitely be keeping them on file for when I need a plumber. It's rare to find a plumbing company who services condos, and even rarer to find one who is such a pleasure to work with.

My 86 year old mother has lived in the same house since 1960 and it was time to replace the old primary house pipes. After reading the Yelp reviews we called several numbers to get estimates and get afeel for the contractor. Mitch was easy to communicate with and sent his re-pipe team (Ivan and Pablo) over to evaluate what the job entailed and work up an estimate. My husband who is a stickler for workmanship was sold by Ivan and Pablo who are Mitch's re-pipe team (and who even crawled under the house to confirm the layout) so we set up the install date. My husband & I flew out from Georgia to help watch over the project. Ivan was amazing at orchestrating the job and communicating the plan. Ivan, Pablo and Chris did beautiful work and were very pleasant to have around: they installed the re-piping, replaced risers, added a new water heater, patched walls that were cut into for plumbing access, etc, and kept us updated as to the progress plus left everything clean. If you need re-piping I'd definitely recommend them.

You couldn't ask for anything more than the service and integrity you get from Mitch Clemmons. Mitch has done quite a bit of work at my home and I've referred him to friends, family and acquaintances. I have yet to hear from someone who wasn't completely satisfied. Mitch was at my home today because I had a small leak in my reverse osmosis system. I tried to determine the cause of the leak without success. I knew I didn't want to turn a small leak into a big one. I called Mitch's office and spoke to Neal. He was courteous and listened to my situation. He told me he would have Mitch take a look. Mitch came out at the time Neal said he would. He looked at the system and located the problem within minutes. As always he was thorough and cleaned up when he was done. He was at my house about 20 minutes and I spent a few days trying to figure out what was wrong. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mitch to anyone. One of the things I like best is that he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need. 5 stars to Mitch Clemmons plumbing.

Contacted Mitch Clemmons plumbing in the late evening regarding issues with toilets, tub and shower water backing up issues. Was contacted back early morning and they got someone out to our home by around 10:30am.

When we were told by other companies with 5-star Yelp reviews that they could not come out until Tuesday. Not sure you can go with out toilets or use of restrooms from Friday evening to Tuesday. Either way appreciative of this company's quick response and professional plumbing staff.

Very thorough, it was clogged mainline and advised us of possible next steps in looking into what could've caused it.

Will definitely look into contacting this company in the future.

Justin and Brian arrived within the time window they said they would arrive. I had a handful of tasks for them to do on the house I just bought: Install a earthquake auto shutoff valve on the Gas line, install a replacement kitchen faucet, install a water line for a new refrigerator and check the vent pipe on my water heater, and check the outdoor water hose connectors and washing machine valves to make sure they where all okay.

All told they where on site for over 4 hours and they completed all the tasks professionally and did a good job cleaning up after they where done. The only hiccup was when they where trying to remove a old supply line connector on one of the washing machine valves, the whole valve came off, luckily, since they are in the garage, they spray of water wasn't a problem, and I had them replace both valves with new ones, it didn't take them long to accomplish this added task.

I have no reservations contacting Mitch Clemmons Plumbing again the next time I need to call a plumber.

Our problem was new to Brad, our service tech, as he entered our house. Something was making a loud whistling noise whenever we had water running. Within minutes he troubleshot the problem and determined the noise was caused by calcium buildup in the toilet fill valve. Patrick arrived right on schedule and looked my problem over, told me what he thought it was and said he would call the owner to look this over. He was talking about reflushing my whole system out including water heater and it would have been a whole day job. Glen arrived and checked everything very carefully and evaluated the job. It only needed 2 new laundry flex hoses (optional) $179.00 Replaced aerator kitchen faucet $70.00 FLushed system of resin beads from broken water softener $130.00. I couldn't tell it was broken so that is something else to replace. It was more like an hours worth of work. I would recommend them as they fixed everything quickly.

I'm so pleased with Mitch's plumbing! They are absolutely amazing! I called and spoke with someone on the phone regarding a leak that I wanted checked out. The man who answered was incredibly polite and friendly and arranged to have someone come out the next day for a free inspection.

Ivan came out the next day and was very friendly and on time. We live in a mobile home and he went under the house and inspected everything. He was very thorough and turned on all of the facets and tubs to make sure there wasn't any leak that got worse after water flow. He showed me pictures of under the house and explained everything to me. It turns out we didn't have a leak so since he didn't fix anything, there was no charge for the visit.

I highly recommend Mitch and his team. They are honest, trustworthy and very thorough. They definitely have my future Buisness.

I had a subpar experience with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. I had low water pressure for one of my bathroom faucets and low water pressure for hot water throughout the house so I needed some plumbing remedies. Robert come on site for my initial estimate and he was kind, professional, and knowledgeable about my circumstance. He suggested a tankless water heater flush for my immediate problems and a water softener installation for a long term solution.

He did the water flush and unfortunately somehow it ended up causing 3 other faucets to have weak water pressure. What was supposed to be a one hour job turned into a 5 hour job as he labored through fixing the other faucets. He fixed the kitchen faucet and it worked great, but 2 other fixtures were still broken as well as the dishwasher which I later discovered. Mitch even came on site and stated that in his 20 years of experience he never encountered this situation. To my dismay I ended up having to pay for the extra hours of labor, which I wasn't please with but perfectly willing to do so because Robert was such a pleasure to work with. He suggested an air compressor will solve the problem and so we had a future pending appointment for more work. I ordered a water softener and cartridge replacements to save my water fixtures.

Before my next service, I emailed at length with Matthew and Robert. I spoke at length with Scott requesting a discount for my $625 service because I paid $300 for yielding a negative result. From 1 broken water fixture to 3 weak water fixtures and a non working dishwasher. Quite a price to pay for broken equipment. Scott wanted to help me out and asked what might make me happy so I requested a 40% discount because I lost 2/5 additional water fixtures. I didn't see this as haggling, but a logical discount of fixtures that broke seemingly as a result of the service I received. I could have paid anyone to break 2 more water fixtures. I didn't want to do the water softener installation yet because I have been unhappy about my results and because it's expensive so I requested to the air compressor first and if it is actually done successfully then I might consider doing the water softener installation with them. Scott called back and told me he could offer me a 25% discount for $500 and so I was content.

So 2 weeks later, a new plumber, John, comes in. I'm surprised because I was hoping Robert could tackle this issue again because he's familiar with the situation and he provided the solution. However John came to install the water softener. So I had to recount the series of events for John and then called the office to make sure they're honoring my discount. I spoke with Charlene Clemmons and she has no records of this and says John came on site to do both jobs. I recount the series of events to Charlene and tell them about the concerns I've had and says that whoever offered me a discount had no authority to do so. She reminds me that I can go somewhere else as if I didn't know I had the option to go a plumber of my choosing. Meanwhile someone in the background is yelling tell him to go somewhere else. I had great customer service when I was a prospective client with an expensive water softener installation. And so because of a $125 difference John leaves and I have called the office back, but they don't want to help me unless I do both expensive jobs. So I wanted to unwrap how unprofessional Mitch Clemmons gets when the job gets challenging. I think these plumbing circumstances could have happened to any plumber to anyone, but I would have expected more empathy from a company that harps on their excellent customer service.

TL;DR Robert and Scott were patient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Mitch and Charlene did a great job at training their staff, but they had no trouble speaking rudely and dismissing me.

Saw Mitch from yelp and he had amazing reviews so I decided to call him up!

I needed to get my toilet fixed and I've had other plumbers come check it out but they were pretty pricey. So I emailed him and he said he does free estimates so I scheduled him for the next day.

Mitch came on time and there was no time slot like from 12-3 like other people do. He looked at my toilet and let me know the problem and I told him he could fix it. It took him about 15 mins to fix!

Best of all it was inexpensive and he was very friendly! Thanks Mitch! I will be calling you in the future!

It pains me to write this review because Mitch will only get busier but I must give 5 star reviews when 10 stars is due. We manage over 300 properties and Mitch is our guy for plumbing issues. It can be a Sunday night at 6am and Mitch will come to the rescue with a slab leak call. His prices are fair, his demeanor downright exuberant and his quality of work outstanding.

Here is the thing: Mitch loves what he does and it shows in his work. In a world filled with listless people who oft times offer mediocrity with a side of indifference, Mitch is the happiest plumber in Orange County.

Absolutely wonderful. I am SO pleased with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing. We had our showers back up on Saturday afternoon. Mitch and another employee come over to help us. They had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes. They we both very professional and extremely nice. I absolutely will use them again. Great price and great service! He was definitely our super hero that day!

Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was easy to schedule (available same day), showed up when they said they would, and got the job done. On top of it all, Jesse was great! He called me when he arrived and was understanding when I told him I was a few minutes away from home. He assessed my situation and gave me my options. Lucky for me, the cheapest option worked and he even took the time to give me some pointers.
It's great when companies don't try to upsell or force products/services on you. Jesse is a stand up guy and Mitch Clemmons will definitely be my go to for future needs.

I contacted a number of plumbers on Yelp late last night when I discovered a leak behind my washer machine. Although a couple of people got back to me, Mitch personally responded to me and told me he had availability today. I didn't ask for an appointment today on a holiday, but definitely appreciated that he was available. As a business owner myself I know the importance of working on my customer's time. Mitch came out within an hour of messaging me and repaired the leak at a very fair price. Price was not my deciding factor here in choosing Mitch - it was the service quality, wanting the business, and ultimately providing a solid repair. Would highly recommend if you have any plumbing issues, small or large.

I did not end up hiring Mitch Clemons Plumbing. I got another estimate for 75% of what they wanted to charge me. The estimator was on time and courteous otherwise but I found the amount they wanted to charge was too much for what ended up being two hours of work and not much in the way of materials.

I had a leaking ToTo toilet (the valve was bad). I was messaging them through yelp throughout the Father's Day weekend and their response was prompt and polite. I called the following Monday and got an app for the next day. Jesse arrived early (which I'm glad he did) and he was polite and nice to talk to. After he had replaced the valve and cleaned it up, I had to call him back half an hour after he left because another problem had occurred with the same toilet and he came back quickly. He fixed the 2nd problem (leaking washer) without charging me extra (it actually took longer to fix this problem).

The next day I noticed the toilet was still leaking and the water level was dropping so I called Jesse again. They send Ivan out to take a look shortly after. Ivan replaced the valve with another new one and switched out the old flapper and it seems to resolve the issue.

Overall I am very happy with their service and responsiveness. I would definitely use this company again. I highly recommend them!

Tried calling another plumbing company based in Fullerton to see what their cost would be for someone to take a look at our water pressure and make an assessment. They were charging $35 just to come out on a visual inspection and if they would need to use tools, they charged $85. None of these fees would go to the cost to fix the problem. Decided to call Mitch Clemons which was next on the list and had high ratings. They said there was no charge to come out and assess our plumbing situation. I was able to get appointment on the next day (Saturday) and got Kevin to help us. He was very knowledgeable and walked through the whole house testing out all our showers and sinks. He taught us how to clean out our shower heads and made an adjustment to main value in the garage. He waited patiently as we testing out all the sinks and showers until it worked and didn't even charge us for the service. We need more companies like Mitch Clemons and people like Kevin that extend customer service like this. They were even approached by one of our neighbors because they were having plumbing issues as well. I highly recommend using this company and hope you end up getting Kevin to help you out! Thank you for the excellent service!!!

I felt taken care of! I recently bought a new home and did not know about the lurking plumbing issues. He came out and cleared the problems and then gave me a great analysis of my homes plumbing in general. He didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. I have a major issue with the drain pipe right near the city street. He recommended me to a rooter specialist and didn't charge me a dime for the hour and half it took for him to diagnose the problem (he could have charged me $400+). Fantastic service. I needed to have a toilet installed to replace one that had cracked and broke loose from the bolts that secured it to the floor. I got home earlier than expected and called them to let them know the technician can come earlier if able. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text message that the technician Daniel was on his way....over an hour earlier than originally scheduled.

Very pleased with the work and cleanliness. Highly recommend and they will be my first call next time I need any plumbing work done.

I had kitchen sink plumbing issue last week so I was looking for someone to come in right away with reasonable prices. I requested a quote via Yelp and Mitchell responded my message right away and also helped me set up an appointment. They were able to send someone in the following couple days and the technician showed up on time and did an excellent job, I was very satisfied with the work being done and he was very honest about the prices and told me upfront if there might be additional charges. We had a different plumbing company out to the house last night until 1:30 in the morning. I should have known that they weren't going to do a good job when I called at 6:30 PM and he didn't show up until 9:30 PM; three hours late!!
So I went on yelp and found Mitch Clemens plumbing company. I called at 7:30, he said they'd be there by 9 o'clock and young man arrived at 8:55 AM!! It turned out to be our main line that was clogged with lots of trees roots. He worked on it for a while and got stuck called the owner and Mitch arrived within minutes. Within minutes he was done cleaned up and all that an excellent price!! We will definitely that call them again if we have anymore trouble. And I will recommend them to anybody who has plumbing difficulties!!

Yesterday I called Mitch Clemens plumbing to have them come out and fix my water heater and that's where it went downhill. They sent a guy named Tyler come out to fix it. As Tyler was there working on my water heater I would drop in and out to watch what he was doing. When I walked out there I saw the new part that they were going to use on my water heater sitting on my washer. I then asked them if they had replaced the part and they said yes. I asked to see the part and they looked through there Toolchest and handed me an old part that had been cut in half. It did not look like my old part. I had an uneasy feeling that they were using my old part instead of putting a new one in the water heater. I had to leave my house and after about an hour and they couldn't fix it I received a phone call from Tyler. Tyler gave me a few options of what to do one was replace the thermostat on the water heater to call Whirlpool since there was a lawsuit against them for bad parts or buy another water heater. I asked him how much the thermostat would cost and he told me the part alone would cost $500 plus installation. I didn't think that was right so I looked online for the part at Lowe's hardware and saw that the part was only $59.98. I then called Mitch Clemens plumbing and spoke to Niel who told me that Tyler may have been looking at the wrong sheet that it could've been the one they charge construction companies. I then expressed my concerns to Neil regarding the price of the work that Tyler had quoted me and he cannot explain to me how he came up with a price to fix my water heater. Neil said that he was going to contact Mitch the owner to find out how much it would cost to replace the thermostat if I bought the part.I still have not heard from Neil Mitch or Tyler regarding the cost of the installation of that part. Mind you my family has been out of hot water for the last two days. I eventually called a friend and we were able to put the pardon for $80.The reason I called Mitch Clemens to come and fix my water heater was because of all the positive reviews I saw on yelp. Well he is not going to get a star from me. Well I guess I have to give him a star since it won't let me proceed without giving him one.

We had a pretty simple job for them to quote but there quote came in over double what other 3 plumbers quoted. Ended up getting the job done for 1/5th of what Mitch Clemons quoted. Not sure why it was so high I called to ask and they never responded again with a reason.

We have used Mitch Clemmons Plumbing twice and each time it has been great.

The first time we installed a water softener. Mitch provided great service. He was up front with me in that one of their guys had to be pulled away from the job but he would be personally helping a couple of other guys to install. They came on the scheduled day, encountered some issues but stayed well past the evening to ensure everything was installed properly and working.

The second time and most recent, Jan 2019, we had to install a new cleanout in our main line. Felix came out gave an estimate and provided amazing service. We ended up also needing a full line replacement due to roots and cracks. The entire Felix made sure I was aware of everything going on and ensured I was able to see the work via the camera scope. We ended up having a permit pulled for the job and the inspector wanted some changes. The team approved and did the changes as part of the entire job.

They are definitely a company that prides themselves on the customer service and quality.

Jesse is amazing! We explained to him our situation and he did everything he could do to keep my cost down.
He's a nice guy even though my mom was down his throat and me telling him another dime is coming out of his pocket. He would smile and kind of chuckle.
He came within a 1/2 of my moms neighbor calling him and fixed whatever needed to be fixed without any issues. The best part is he's been here about 2-2 1/2 hours and he only received 1 phone call. He wasn't interrupted a million times. He was very courteous and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jesse for making our experience great. Jesse is the first man in my parents house that we needed to pay for Anything! Usually, my dad did it all but unfortunately last Saturday he passed away. Thank you again Jesse, for being a nice guy and compassionate about your job.
