Daniel Arvizu came out promptly, to install several new faucets and clear a drain for me.  This company was so easy to get a quote, make an appointment and get updates;  through texts messages.  Daniel was so polite and respectful ... he even said thank you for my son's military service... how kind is that!  His work was literally perfect and I will always call him for any plumbing needs I have!

This company states they're a 24/7 hour company, however I called them at 9:20pm and the dispatcher said they had no one available. It's very unfortunate to know that in an emergency a 24/7 company does not have a tech available.

Had our annual service and couldn't be more happy with the service or tech that came out- Michael Gonzales. Honest, polite and professional. Was honest on items that were not of immediate concern and gave me timelines on recommendations but did not try to sell me on items I didn't need. Was also clean by using shoe booties and drop cloths where service was performed. Highly recommend and will use as my regular AC service and repair. Highly recommend Michael Gonzalez. Great employee and trustworthy company.

Bill came to my rescue! Our shower began leaking water into the hall way. Bill responded to my call quickly and booked an appointment soon too. He fixed problem and had great customer service. Very reasonable and trustworthy!  Very fair price, too.   will definitely call Bill again if I have a plumbing issue.

Sharky's Plumbing is professional and fast!! The owner even met me at Home Depot so I purchase items on my Home Depot credit card and he hauled the items to my house.  The service was so fast and he even gave me a discount on the pricing which was way lower than my Warranty Insurance.

My sewer line got collapsed by a tree root ryan was nice enough to come out Christmas Eve to look at it and he actually broke a snake but came back in a day and replace the line the next day at a reasonable price thank you ryan your a life saver

My wife and I just moved into a new place and wanted our heating vents cleaned before moving in (I highly recommend this).  Ron the owner and his grandson was a great team and did an awesome job!  I watched their work first hand.  Ron also provided advice and consultation on what to look for with our heating and plumbing at no extra charge.  I ended up hiring them again to install a new garage deposal (we didn't have one before, so it required some extra work), and they went above and beyond to get it installed that day (including getting a new switch for us, when mine wasn't working).  Fast, Reliable, Honest, and Quality Service at a Great Value!  I highly recommend them for your heating and plumbing needs!

Called them out on a Saturday and  thought this was a great company since they were working normal hours on  Saturday. The technician had trouble clearing the drain and said that he would be back on Monday with a  camera to examine the line. Monday came and no contact so I called they refused to come out and use a  camera. I guess they only want  easy  jobs not jobs that actually take skill and expertise  in the  work. Also not LGBT friendly do not recommend avoid at all cost.

We can't say enough about how extremely pleased we were to work with Eddie! He is a great plumber and honest. He was very prompt to respond to my yelp inquiry about how much it would cost to fix a kitchen sink overflowing problem. He contacted us and gave us a reasonable quote with no hidden fees. Eddie quickly scheduled us for a next day appointment.  He did have to reschedule our original appointment due to having had an unforeseen complication with the previous job/appointment with another client.  He said that a pipe had broken, and he had to wait for Cal-Water to turn off the water. We appreciated him contacting us and rescheduling our appointment for the next day. He even gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

Eddie showed up the next day just like he said he would. He was polite and very professional when he showed up wearing his mask because of the COVID19 circumstance.  He quickly diagnosed our plumbing issue as a grease plug. He was able to get our kitchen sink and the draining pipe for laundry washer cleared out and in good working order.

We then asked, him since he was already at our house, how much it would cost to get the kitchen faucet replaced. He gave us a reasonable quote so we also hired him to replace our kitchen faucet. He was unable to do it the same day since he had other jobs, but he scheduled an appointment to do this three days later.

On the second appointment, once again he showed up when he said he would, and he replaced our faucet that is now working great!! Our old faucet had little water pressure. One of the shut off valves needed to be replaced due to it being old and rusty and it nearly broke. He showed us the problem and asked if we would like it to be replaced for a small additional fee. We appreciate him showing us the problem and asking if we wanted it replaced, instead of just doing it and then charging us what we would have assumed was a hidden fee. We appreciate that he is very honest and up front with fees. We hate when people say they will charge you a set amount only to give you a different price later on.

Eddie was very honest and reasonable in his fees for services.  So much so that we asked him to give us a quote for re-piping our entire house. We appreciate that he didn't just give a price off the top of his head when we asked him. He looked around the house to see what would need to be replaced, and he later gave us an informed and reasonable quote. As mentioned before, we were very pleased to work with Eddie, and we would recommend him to others.

The Best!!! I'm so thankful I went with American Leak Detection. I had a cracked pipe underneath our outdoor entry. I was so nervous about the repair but Ricardo is the most skilled, most focused specialist. His calm confident demeanor but me at ease.
