Alameda Rooter

We needed to have our sewer lateral replaced in order to get our EBMUD compliance certificate, and we had the pleasure of working with Jose and his crew. They gave us a good price, and did excellent work, including arranging for inspection. They also did the restoration work for our backyard including replacing the pavers and restoring the lawn. They were also highly flexible with scheduling due to the recent bad weather. Will definitely seek their service in the future.

Fast response and was at my house within 2 hours. Clogged drain all fixed and would highly recommend Oakland Rooter again!

My water heater conked out on me and I wasn't sure what to do. I Messaged Alameda Rooter that  evening and they had Jose come out inspect my water heater the next morning. Turns out I needed a new water heater. I was quoted a more then fair price, and boy I have never been more impressed with the workmanship and efficiency that Jose provided us. My new water heater was in that evening in less then 24hrs! Highly highly recommend Alameda Rooter.

Kitchen sink was clogged. Daniel came out fix it in no time, efficient and resourceful; would definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I was quite proud of myself for reinstalling the garage sink. I even built a sink stand for it! So after finally hooking everything up, I was pretty disappointed to find a leak in the cold water shutoff valve. I decided against tackling it myself, since the last thing I wanted was a surprise fountain, and grimly started calling plumbers.

I hate making phone calls, and I hate leaving voicemails even more. So when I called Alameda Rooter and got no answer, I hung up without even leaving a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a phone call back 10 seconds later! Ygnacio arrived less than 15 minutes after our conversation and did an exceptional job repairing the leak in our garage sink's cold water shutoff valve, even giving us some plumbing tips for future DIY projects. I'll definitely be calling again if I ever have another leak. Heck, I might even bother leaving a voicemail. They're that good.

Had a small clog this morning with our toilet and called a bunch of places and did quote requests on Yelp.

Chatted with Ygnacio on the phone about the issue and he identified that his Alameda Rooter employees were already busy, so he quickly dispatched his Oakland Rooter employees.

I sincerely appreciate the quick action to reroute and have our clog fixed quickly.

We called Alameda Rooter to fix some plumbing issues in our kitchen, Ygnacio the owner was super friendly, respectful and honest with the issue. He fixed correctly and at a good price. We look for several other plumbing companies but no one like them. I highly recommend them.

We called Alameda Rooter on a Friday with our toilet leaking from the base. Andrè (the plumber) came out, fixed the problem in about 45 minutes, and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
