I highly recommend this company!! My mom and I called them today in a panic due to a situation that was happening with a different plumbing company that came to our house.  At the time they were already booked full with appointments but Tami was so sweet to stay in the phone with my mom and ask questions about what we were experiencing with the other plumbing company. She reassured us that everything was going fine from the way we were describing it, and said that it was normal to have water take a while to drain from the pipes.  She decided to help my mom even though we weren't even customers yet, which says a lot about these people. They are angels willing to help others even if they aren't currently even their customers. You can bet from now on I will be calling this company instead for all of our plumbing needs because they care about people  !  Thank you so much Tami, you are an angel on earth !!

New home owner, landed a whole plethora of problems that I though we're related, but were very much not. Phil, Steven, and the on-site plumber Andrew were extremely thoughtful, responsive, and efficient. Extremely caring about their craft, and their company, when other problems popped up - they were there the next day. All of them! It was white glove level service and execution.

Henry is the best. He's reliable and always does great  work. His prices are honest and fair. We always add tip bc we feel it should be more! He's helped up out with so many emergencies! And just a good guy!

A pipe broke under my house on a weekend. The shut off valve at the street was rusted closed and the crawl space was flooding fast! V.J. Plumbing was the ONLY plumbing service that listed an emergency number. (!) Thank God. (Everyone else said Leave a message, we'll call you back on Monday.) By Monday we would have floated out to sea!

Thankfully VJ's son, Kash, answered our desperate call, arrived with a helper and did a very good job pumping the crawl space out; then fixed the section of broken pipe (while lying on a piece of cardboard amid the mud!) They returned later to replace the worn drainage system. Did a solid job on that too.

They know their stuff, explain options and are are very responsive: A great plumbing family!

Not good. Did not fix the plumbing issue I had. Rude and patronizing when they were there. Had a bad attitude the whole time.

Wow what a great team, Pablo and David came and unplugged my house. I wish I would have known about them  on Saturday.

My old toilet began leaking between the tank and bowl so I called SJ since they're local.  After finding out that the parts were special order since the toilet was discontinued, I decided to purchase a new toilet and have SJ install it.  John kept me posted with the schedule and Daniel was polite and efficient.  The best part is that he hauled away the old toilet and the box the new one came in.

Teo is the person to call for general handyman work. He's responsive, reasonable and prompt and makes sure the job gets done .  Excellent service!

The first job was for a completely clogged shower drain. he was able to come out the same day within an hour of going on Angieslist.com and he cleared the drain completely. He even went under the house and checked the pipe for corrosion or any other issues that could cause the pipe to clog again. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer and for a reasonable rate too!

The second job was the removal and replacement of two long time leaking stems for the faucets in the shower. I thought it was an issue with one that the screw had broken off of, but after Michael investigated, he called me in to let me know both stems on the hot and cold handles were corroded from years of leaking. He said he could salvage the hot water stem, but I elected to just replace it instead to make sure I don't have to worry about corrosion for a long while. He replaced both quickly and efficiently. He also replaced all of the clear plastic handles with beautiful chrome handle that actually look like they were the original handles in the shower, simply beautiful.

Michael is simply an honest and hard working plumber who does not price gouge, or come up with needless work to do for you. He is incredibly responsive, customer focused, and professional. I will call Michael at AAA Preferred Plumbing Inc. again and again for all my plumbing needs.

I worked with Alex from Active Rooter and Plumber at the recommendation of a friend and I could not have been happier with the service. Alex was able to address all of my plumbing needs on my fixer-upper condo including repairing a leaky pipe, updating sink fixtures, and installing new toilets. Alex was clear, reliable, knowledgeable and hard-working. I will definitely reach out to him again if/when I have future plumbing needs.

Warren is the best! Our rental property was experiencing countless issues with our sewer drain lines from years of buildup and neglect. He was able to clear out the gunk from each our lines and even convince our stingy landlord to replace a drain line in desperate need of replacement.

With each visit Warren walked us through exactly what was going on. I didnt know anything about plumbing before and now I feel like a pro from just shadowing Warren as he fixed our rental. An amazing and kind professional, you can't go wrong with Warren and My Plumbing Doctor.

These guys are great. I called them about a main line stoppage in the morning. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimated time of arrival of 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. At 10:20 AM Juan called me and informed me that they were about 10 minutes away. They arrived at 10:30 AM --Early!!  Juan and his helper,  Qzzie, came in and sized up the problem quickly. They checked for clean outs in the main line, but since we didn't have any, he explained that he would have to go up on the roof and snake the line from the roof vent, and provided me the price. I agreed and they went to work. They had the line cleared quickly, and informed me that the blockage was due to roots in the line. He advised me that the problem would occur again, and suggested installing a clean-out at the front of the house, and he gave me an estimate to install it. Once installed, all future cleanings would cost less, since they would not have to go onto the roof. We plan on doing this in the near future, and we appreciate his advice..

Juan is a very nice person, and he doesn't use any hard sell techniques. Both Juan and Ozzie were clean, polite, and efficient. They didn't leave any mess after the job was finished, as some plumbers unfortunately do. They stand by the price quoted, and there are no surprises. They get an A+ in my book, and I will definitely call them again.

Absolutely outstanding service from Scott and his entire team.  They came out when they said they would, assessed the pipes under the house, detected a leak, snaked the drain from the roof and will be back to re-pipe the VERY old Lakewood house pipes in the near future.  An awesome company.  Trustworthy, honest prices, very professional and knowledgeable.  If you need any type of plumbing services...call these guys and rest at ease.  If I could give them 10 stars I would.  Thank you Scott and Bradley!

Kevin and Paul came out to do a Cold Water reroute for us after springing a slab leak. They were super professional and fast! Prices are fair and work is top notch. Would definitely call them for future needs.

Called LR services Saturday evening in a water leak emergency that included water flowing down the street etc. Owen was at our place within an hour and got to the bottom of the problem rapidly. Leak stopped and he even drained the water out of the city main. Owen was pleasant, positive, courteous and very professional; the kind of person who leaves you feeling good about life. I high recommend LR Services!
