Jacob Saved the day. Underground gas line bursted.  Needed someone to do it right the first time.  Jacob did not disappoint.  Everything was done to code and passed all city inspections.  Highly recommended.

Ridiculously bad service from these guys. Called them about an emergency leak in my kitchen. Explained that I need to fly out in two days and it must be done urgently. Signed up for service for the next day from noon to 2 pm. At 1:30 - called them to inquire about the plumber coming. Was assured that he should be there soon. Called back at 2 pm - they apologized for the delay and said that was an emergency leak somewhere and the plumber was held up. Said they would find a different plumber. After a while called me back and said that they found someone from 4 pm to 6 pm. I said fine, just make sure it's done tonight. At 5 pm started calling them again - was assured yet again that the plumber was on his way. At 6 pm after calling them for the 10th time that day, they finally admitted that they wouldn't be able to send anyone today - but perhaps I would like to wait until tomorrow? Sure, let me cancel my flight just for you! Had to scramble to find a night plumber for twice the price - and I was lucky I could find someone.

Thank you to Oscar and Ramon. They saved our life, we were out of kitchen sink and dishwasher for a week die to drain issues and two other plumbing companies couldn't fix it. All service plumbing saved us, they were super professional and I cannot be happier.

We had James repair some dry wall patches, replace a broken door, and match paint at our business. He responded quickly, got us on his schedule and completed the job in a timely manner!  Really happy with his work and will definitely use him again for all our handyman needs.

They are unreliable, made multiple promises and did not keep one of them,  and were never on time. This on top of having to call them out three separate times to actually fix the problem. When they told me it was corrected after each of the first two visits. Would give them negative stars, if yelp allowed.

Ros is everything the former Yelp reviews stated!  Punctual, professional and MOST important, HONEST!  Called him the evening before in a situation (frustrated) with our Rheem water heater (boo, for cold water on these cold nights).  Said he'd be there next morning before 10am.  Texted me next morning at 8am to confirm.  Pulled up at 9:45am!  Fixed my issue, discussed preventatives, solutions, and most importantly, confidence with the whole situation!  Human kindness goes a very long way...and although fee's can be involved, it's the way a business person handles the transaction.  He is top notch!

Rarely have I ever met with a service provider that refuses to submit WRITTEN quotes. I was told that IF they do write one, it's going to cost $. My immediate reaction wasn't to get angry. Rather, I just told them matter-of-factly, NO WRITTEN BID - NO JOB!

I asked why they weren't taking any pictures? Their response was I keep it all in my head.

These guys aren't even going to have the opportunity to bid my multi-thousand dollar project. I characterize NOT using this company as
DODGING A BULLET!

Follow-up: I received a call from these folks about 5-min's after posting this comment. Geovanni re-iterated all the I only give verbal quotes just like their tech's said.

I wasn't having any part of that. He wouldn't listen to anything I had to say, constantly talking over me about how great having the opportunity for a free quote was. Really?  So I said, Hey, if you don't want to listen to me, then I'm going to hang up...and a couple of seconds later, I did. This outfit is NOT run professionally. I can only imagine their BBB record...I never got that far. Like I said earlier: I think I dodged a bullet!

I can't thank Right Price Rooter and Plumbing enough for coming to our rescue. I manage a 4-unit apartment building in the Silverlake area and it was our year for the city of Los Angeles to do their rental housing inspection. Six months or so ago we had a plumbing issue and just had our handyman take care of it, but were told by the inspector that we now needed a correction that only a licensed plumber could do. Company after company told us they wouldn't help us because they didn't do the original work, until I contacted Price Right and  Mick agreed to help us out of our bind. He took care of it efficiently and for an extremely fair cost to us. It is obvious that this family owned company is devoted to providing excellent, caring customer service.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

We got a kitchen sink clog so Harry came to my house to unclog the kitchen sink. He was done the job excellent. At first, he took out all water stuck in the sink, and ran a small machine, and then he ran another large machine to get it clear w/o extra charge. After that, he put everything back together. We are very happy with his work. Very Professional. Highly recommended.

Two thumbs up!  I couldn't be more grateful for Armando's Plumbing Services.  Our church kitchen sink was clogged up and needed help quick.  One phone call was all it took.  Armando was actually on another work site, but took the time to talk to me.  Armando responded back to me within less than 10 minutes top to confirm they will be on the way.  They were polite, professional, courteous and assured me things will be taken care of.  They didn't leave a mess, area was clean and cleared once they were done. They took their time to share with me the problem and had enough time to look at another problem that I didn't even call about.  That, right there, is when I knew, its about helping their clients feel we can trust them.

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

Really happy I found Jay. Other people came by and looked at it making me worry that the work I needed would cost more.

Good thing I got a second opinion. Jay was able to find out something the other plumbers missed and didn't try which essentially ended up saving me money. Either Jay is smarter or more honest or both, cause the bill was cut in half and I didn't need to tear up any walls.

Adrian just left, and I am so grateful he came on a Friday evening!  I had a leaky bathroom sink that wouldn't turn off today, and I couldn't turn the valves underneath the sink because the angle stops were stripped away.  Adrian got to my place in 10 min and stopped my sink so my landlord can take a look tomorrow!!!  He is really nice, professional, and courteous.  He took the time to show me the problem as well as what needed fixing, and why.  Thank you Adrian!!

Alex & Alex run a very professional and efficient team. They did a good job replacing my subpanel. Will definitely use them again!

We scheduled an appointment.  He calls 5 minutes after we're supposed to meet and tells me he can't make it for 3 hours.  This was a rental unit that I drove to 40 minutes from my house.

I can't speak highly enough about Roman and his counterpart who came to our apartment and mounted two TVs on the wall and installed two ceiling fans. They were extremely professional, very skilled, and super nice guys. We would have them back for absolutely anything we need again.

This is the fourth time I have hired a contractor based on Yelp reviews. I am grateful for this forum as I have had nothing but amazing service.

I booked Zenith Electric to help out with some exterior lights at our home.  They were extremely responsive and professional when setting our appointment, and got the job in 1 day when it was normally a 2 day job.  Teddy (the electrician) and his brother were fantastic.  So personable, respectful of our space and hard working.  We even had an issue two weeks later and they showed up same day to fix it free of charge.  I'd highly recommend Zenith Electric for any of your electrical needs!

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
