Had my 35 year old garbage disposal die and called Jacob to replace it.  He was able to come quickly and brought a high quality Moen garbage disposal.  It was not easy removing the old garbage disposal and he replaced some additional parts to fix things right.  He charged a fair price and I am very happy with his work.  He tested things multiple times to make sure there were no leaks.  Jacob is now my go to plumber.

I always use Avant for all my plumbing needs. They are responsive and reasonable. Very rare these days.

I woke up to water all over my kitchen floor yesterday. I called a few plumbing companies that said they were open but never answered. Finally found all service plumbing who was able to come out right away. Rick was my technician and found out we had a slab leak.

At that point I was freaking out because I thought my new floors were going to be ripped up and my kitchen torn apart. After some more diagnostics they found exactly where the leak was coming from and they were able to start right away.

The process of rerouting the pipe went very smooth. They put plastic over all of my furniture and appliances. They had a walkway in and out of the job area.  Very impressed.  The job was completed the same day! I only had to miss one day of work. All service plumbing is my new plumbing company . Thanks for everything.

Great work quality!! James replaced a bathroom vanity which also required a large amount of drywall repair,  re-plumbing, and some unexpected baseboard adjustments. He paid attention to detail and made sure that the job was done right, and even cleaned up before he left :)

We found a small gas leak in the line that runs to the pool heater.  This is an older pool and the gas line comes out of the ground in the middle of all the rest of the pool equipment making access difficult.  We called around and found most plumbers in the area didn't even do gas.  Many of the companies that did come out wanted to run a whole new line for thousands.   Many said there was nothing we could do with the old line.  Then Anthony and Daryl from Olson Superior Plumbing called and asked about the situation.  They did their best to stop by the same day to look even after-hours.  They looked over the whole situation and we discussed the options and pros/cons for each and they gave us a reasonable quote for the work.  They were back out to do the repair a few days later.  Anthony and Daryl were there on time and ready to do the job they quoted us.  They were professional the whole time and went out of their way to make things right.  As the day progressed and we ran into some 'old house' oddities they stayed professional and helped to get us up and running.  All in all it was a great experience, they had the tools needed and the know how to get things done right.  I will be calling them again if needed.  It's always good to know a plumber, but does your plumber do gas?

Ros was super helpful over the phone and walked me through all the steps and what I should get done on my new home inspection even though the scheduling didn't work with him. Will definitely reach out for any issues in the future!

We've used Hotline Plumbing several times over the past years.  Back on Monday afternoon, Geovanni (the owner) sent a team member to fix our garbage disposal and found a dime inside, and not surprisingly charged us minimally for their SOP site visit fee.  They are excellent technicians with extremely fair pricing.  Great work again!

As a new home owner, I've been dreading finding a reasonable and honest plumber. After finding them on Yelp, I was able to get an appointment for the next morning on a weekend after calling at 8pm the night before. Mick not only showed up on time, but early, quickly unclogged our garbage disposal, and provided excellent customer service, for a very reasonable price. He also went out of his way to help us with a faucet issue. I'm amazed that there's still businesses out there like this. Thank you!

My tenants contacted me last week regarding an emergency plumbing repair that was needed in the bathroom.  After calling a well-known plumbing company and given a ridiculous quote, I decided to search for a plumber on Yelp.  I called a few companies but Jay was the only person that made himself available the next day.  He went to my rental property and called me to explain what needed to be done. He gave me a very reasonable quote and I approved the repair over the phone.  Jay agreed to complete the work and bill me even though he didn't know me.  

All I can say is Jay is a life saver!  I'm so grateful he was able to respond so quickly.  I would definitely recommend Jay.

Great Service!!! had an issue at our shop with back up and clogging of the lines. These guys are great, they sent out their crew went to work and got it done in time for opening time. Great to have a working restroom and running water during business hours. They are prompt,honest, thorough, affordable and professional! ****Did I mention they do heating as well?? Also called them out for a heating issue at my residence. Again, prompt & thorough!! and I couldn't be more happier with their service. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Alex and Alex are a great team and did an incredible job installing recessed lighting in our home. They gave us great advice on what lights we should use, how many we would need to light the space, and what distance would be optimal for coverage. On the days of the installation, they worked carefully and efficiently and made minimal holes for an easier patch up. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are great!

This review is for the process of us getting a service quote from Optimum Electrical.  Please note that we haven't done the installation.
We live in a MUD/condo, and so installing an EV charger takes more planning.  Sean and his team showed up on time to do the site evaluation.  They were super professional and thorough.  We went to several different options and Sean was able to explain the pros and cons of each.   They took the time and explained the best solution to us patiently because we know nothing about electrical.  After the evaluation was done, Sean wrote up a very detailed work order so that we can talk to our HOA about the plan.  I feel very confident that Sean is detailed and thorough with his work and that he is trust worthy.  When I finally decide to install the charger, I will be sure to give my business to Sean.

Okay, so the most challenging thing is to find great people who care about their work and who value transparency in cost and craftsmanship.  I called and emailed with quite a few companies for a request to help us.  Like most of you reading this, you have had your experiences good and not so good with other electricians.  This company and specifically a gentleman named Roman is the best I have experienced.  He was super nice, super punctual and yes, super skilled.  I cannot say enough about how thoughtful he was.  Patient.  Really meticulous.  Focused.  And it feels as though it is someone you have known for years who grew up to be a top flight electrician.  

My only regret is that by giving such a stellar review, I wonder if the company will be so busy that they will make me wait next time.  In this time of coronavirus, the people you let into your home and work space must be the best.  Truly, Roman is the best.  I want to say that I am an experienced award winning filmmaker.  I have worked with some amazing people on sets over the past twenty five years.

Watching the level of care by Roman, it is clear that he is a very experienced and special professional.  Ask for him.  I get nothing out of this company working on your electrical needs except for the satisfaction that someone truly special and decent gets to help people in our community.

Zenith Electric did a great job for me.  I found them through yelp and they responded quickly - I was able to get an estimate from Artin after Facetiming with him the next day, and Vians and Mik came out the day after that to install two rooms of recessed lights, and install a garage outlet for me. They arrived on time, and were respectful and friendly throughout the process.  They explained things thoroughly, were pet and kid friendly and went above and beyond, working late when they encountered challenges with my old house.  I appreciate the thorough job they did, and will be using them again for future electrical work- I definitely recommend them!

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
