We've had several plumbers out in the last year for drain issues and none of them have been able to give us a clear answer or resolution to our issue. I called all service plumbing and Mike came out to our home. He was able to clear the line and he ran a camera to see what the issue was. He found several locations where the pipe was not intact. In fact I'm wondering how we were able to flush the toilet at all. We went with his recommendation of a trenchless pipe installation and everything is running smooth. Don't mess with anyone but the pros at all service plumbing.

Very happy with the work he did in a property we rent out.  He installed a new water heater and replaced a valve in our fireplace almost as soon as we called him.  Quick and easy.  It was very easy to communicate with him in spite of the distance, through phone, text and e-mail. Fast and easy. We will definitely call him again if something else comes up.

No joke: this company is legit. I messaged them on Yelp and they promptly responded, and said they could have someone out to us same day.

They have an $89 consult fee but it goes toward the services (if needed). They sent Lyle to my house and he showed up on time, sharp uniform, super professional.

Shower backed up and flooded our downstairs. I knew it had to be the mainline to the street. Called several places but Ros responded right back and he came over right after the job he was currently working. He got the job with no drama and in good time. I was back to living life with a working shower. This is a man who knows his craft and does it with aplomb.

I'm extremely Happy with the service rendered by Mauricio and William. Mauricio explained everything in detail and gave me options for repairs. Gave me all parts replaced and receipts for the parts he needed to go and buy. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was performed promptly and professionally! I had an issue with my toilet and ended up turning the water valve off. After turning it back on, the valve had a small leak so it had to be replaced. I got so many quotes from different places and they were all trying to rip me off. So glad I found Harry on yelp! He had the best and most reasonable price! Finally a honest plumbing company you can depend on. He responds very quickly on yelp and was able to show up the next day. He was so respectful and even took his shoes off before entering without being asked (Asian household). Highly recommend his services!!

I called Adrian with an issue with my garbage disposal but he was booked pretty full for a few days. We ended up making an appointment for Monday afternoon. He came over found a piece of bone stuck in the garbage disposal. He removed it, worked a little magic and fixed it.   He didn't even charge me for it!  We have a few other things we need to fix but I need wait on getting the funds first.  I would definitely recommend them!

This review is not based on actual work performed by Alex & Alex Electrical Services but merely for the awesome experience I had reaching out to them for possible electrical work that we needed to have performed on our residence for an electrical main house panel upgrade and EV charging station options. Alex has been always prompt on communicating most of the times, I'm sure that they are super busy so please if you do not get a response, be sure to reach out again to make sure they did not miss or forgot to do it not because they intentionally wanted to but just because it happens to the best of us. So glad to find them! I gave them a call and they were able to came out in the same day in Brentwood. I needed an outlet for my new tesla, Andrew explain me all the small detail with my electrical panel. Next day they install it. I no longer need to drive out to a charging station. Highly recommended.

Tedi and Art did a great job installing my outdoor camera. They were very professional and friendly, gave me a few options for the installation, went to the a few stores to get some missing pieces. During the process they constantly checked in with me to make sure that everything is being set up how i wanted. Definitely going to use them again.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
