Jacob is definitely god sent! I know nothing about plumbing whatsoever. Contacting someone to come look at my toilet was something I was dreading. After about 10 calls and overpriced quotes, I reached Jacob! His prices are more than fair! He did a whole walk through of my place and pointed out what I needed to get done and he explained everything throughly.

I contacted Avant Rooter around 3pm and they immediately gave me a fair quote and scheduled someone for early the next morning. Every other company I contacted had a much longer wait time and wouldn't give an estimate without an in person consult - I had a clogged kitchen drain. Miguel came right on time and efficiently fixed the issue as well as identifying and repairing a previously existing leak.

Greg and Kevin were super professional and walked me through the process as well as best options. They never tried to over sell like most companies but treated the situation like it was there home and worked with me to determine what is best. They even cleaned up the smallest amount of mess I told them was it fine and I would clean it up later but Greg was persistent as he wanted the place better than he found it. It is rare to find a company you trust and treat you like a friendly neighbor looking out for your home and pocketbook.  True to the good team and company they are, I was provided additional steps to take care of any drain issues in the future.

On Thursday, November 12, 2015, an inspector with the California Energy Upgrade program detected two gas leaks at our home: One in the furnace unit in the attic and another in the clothes dryer gas line inside our garage. I immediately called Ros Macias at Macias Plumbing & Rooter. Ros was busy, but he promised to arrive within the hour. Less than an hour later, Ros arrived and went straight to work, and he quickly repaired both gas lines. While he was at our house, Ros also repaired a shower fixture that had been leaking badly!

The next morning I smelled natural gas outside our garage. I called Ros at 7:00AM, and he responded to our home in less than half an hour. That is true emergency service! Ros confirmed that his prior work was not leaking, but he discovered that a buried gas pipe was badly corroded and leaking gas. Ros dug up the soil around the gas pipe and worked hard to locate a section of solid pipe to install a 90-degree elbow and a length of brand new pipe. Ros eventually called a second Macias plumber to assist him, but he was able to complete the repair despite the extremely poor condition of the existing gas pipe.

We are grateful to Ros Macias of Macias Plumbing & Rooter. Ros is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He will explain the problem and all available solutions and prices. He will not over-charge. Ros expertly repaired our leaking gas lines, and by doing that he improved the safety of our home. Had the leaks not been discovered and repaired, we would have been unknowingly living in a very dangerous environment. We now have peace of mind knowing that Ros Macias is our family plumber. Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

I called Armando's plumbing after calling a competitor last week and that competitor never returned my phone call. Today I called Armando's Plumbing and Michelle answered my call immediately! She had her husband at my house within an hour and a half to clear my slow draining shower. This is the kind of small business we all need to support. I will be giving all of my business to Armando's plumbing in the future and recommending him to all of my family. The price for the repair was very reasonable as well!

I had some faulty shut off valves I discovered midway into remodeling my kitchen. Jay was able to come same day, within a few hours of calling him! He was professional, quick and reasonabley priced. He got me back on schedule with no trouble. I would definitley recomend these guys to anyone who needs a plumber.

Adrian is not only a great plumber but a great guy you can trust. I have used Diaz plumbing about 5 times and each time it was amazing service. Cleanliness, honesty and timeliness has always been his priority and I love that. Plumbers are hard to come by so I recommend him to all.

It's hard to find reliable technicians in the area so I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I found Sean and Optimum Electrical. Sean and his dad came out to help me install a security cam/floodlight within one day of my calling. They're incredibly kind, quality people and gave me a fair price. Got a quotation,  4 times the cost of others.   Better just say you are not interested.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
