Jacob will be my go-to plumber going forward! I sell real estate and come across clients in need of an honest, reliable, and punctual plumber. I had him out to look at some drain issues in my shower which didn't need repair, so he did a full assessment for free! Great guy and looking forward to using him going forward.

Great customer service, excellent response and communication, very professional.  We had a series of issues that started while we were cleaning and renovating our guest house for new renters.  The shutoff valves for the main house and the guest house were old and frozen.  The valves for the kitchen sink couldn't be replaced unit the shut off valves were replaced.   Avant contacted me immediately on a Sunday, and sent Miguel out.
Miguel and his supervisor arrived on time diagnosed the problem quickly and scheduled the repairs for the next day.
All repairs were explained and the quote was fair.  
Miguel showed up on time and started work immediately.  A few other issues came up during the job and were handled quickly, easily.  
I will definitely use Avant again.

The reviews are true y'all, James is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He's up front about what work is required and has fair prices. Any type of work being done in your home is stressful so it's really nice to have someone who is professional and an all around nice guy being the one do it. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. I am deciding to write a long feedback. I don't write often and when I choose to read it's because I am needing to make a decision that has an impact.
This is for those who really want to understand why I will still choose to go with this company. So if you choose to read on.. hopefully you can see my experience and help you understand what you can expect

This is the second time I reached out to Eric Olson for service due to the first time, Eric helped me with my water heater and I had a good experience. This time my rental home experienced an unknown leak that's showing water mark on the ceiling down stairs . I was very worried because I have heard horrible stories about leaking can affect to the point that causes replacement in thousands of $$$.
It was reported on Friday around 5:30pm. I spoke with the dispatcher and made an appointment for Sat ( 12-2pm). The dispatcher was helpful but on sat as I did not get any call around 1:30pm then I found out after contacting that my appointment is not showing scheduled.  I must admit that I felt a bit disappointing but since Eric immediately Responded and got an technician out there within 40mins. Regained my trust.
The technician first found the water puddle by using their infrared detection tool. yes everyone will tell you it's a free visual inspection as I talked with 2 other plumbing company to do a comparison, but Eric Olson's team was more transparent about they need to use the tool, otherwise how can you visually see through the ceiling? So yes of course there is a charge of $279 on the leak inspection that is a standard charge.

But further work was needed to track down the leak so after cutting three holes and about ~4 hours later. It seemed the erosion process by Irvine's harsh water did the damage to the copper pipes so replacement is needed for two areas. One good thing is they will send you the quote and also explain over the phone on the findings so you can approve next step along the way. I felt like I was in really good hands.

The technician did NOT want to replace the part with what was sold at Home Depot because the quality was not good. So scheduled another appointment on Sunday to complete the work.
Sunday , another technician came out and his name is Anthony. Also very professional and polite.

I appreciated that Anthony approached the issue a bit differently by trying to replicate the leak to make sure if what was being fixed is in deed the issue. Because he found a different issue was with the drain under the sink missing the gasket. And suggested the next step is to wait and monitor for a week. If the issue does not appear again then we can close out.
He said if there are additional issues, they will send out the master plumber continue to troubleshoot and I should not have to pay again.

At this point I am very grateful of their service and every technician being extremely honest with their diagnostics. I will wait for a week and close out with my final feedback.

So very pleased with Macias plumbing! Ros battled a stubborn main line clog and won. His price beat the other four plumbers I called. He was prompt, super professional, and an overall super cool guy. My parents had a clogged kitchen sink. These guys were great and respectful. My parents loved them. I couldn't be there, they gave me a call before they arrived, took a look, told me what was going on and fixed it. Great guys. Thank you!

Mick and team was helpful and responsive. Very transparent on pricing -- which I appreciated. Fernando able to come out for free estimate I requested within an hour from me providing Mick with all information. Also Mick got back to my initial reply within an hour.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

I'm so grateful for Harry! He is AMAZING!! My sewer was backed up and flowing out onto my driveway. Originally I called a different plumber who basically had an entire scheme of gradually up-charging me for different services, until they told me I need to fix a crack in pipe (underground) and gave me an astronomical quote, to which they would not even credit me for all that I had already paid them for (which I later disputed the charge and won). So I did my research and called SewerMan! And Thank Goodness I did! Harry responded immediately. He came to my home asap and gave me a good quote. But more than that- he worked with me, given my particular circumstance. I felt so relieved at a time when I was incredibly overwhelmed, dealing with other things in my life. It was so helpful to have Harry be a reliable source, alleviating the stress of having yet one more issue to deal with. Harry made sure to call me during the job and then showed me everything that was going on. He is extremely respectful, knowing that just because I'm a woman, doesn't mean that I don't have a brain and can't understand anything. Harry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, does a fantastic job, and I couldn't have asked for anything more! Harry is my go-to plumber- hands down!!

Contacted Armando and he arrived first thing the next morning. Checked out the job to replace the pipe, water pressure regulator, and hose spout. He promised he'd be back later in the day after getting the necessary parts and completing his other appointments. He returned later in the day, did the work, did it quickly, and completed it with a reasonable price. Nowadays it's hard to find individuals who can do the job in that manner so I'd go with Armando with my plumbing needs in the future.

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

Superb service! Quick, polite and affordable. Jay installed a reverse osmosis water filter for me and he made sure everything was perfect before he left.  Highly recommended.

Adrian's Plumbing is the best.  My deceased Dad was a plumber for many years so I learned a few things about the business. On Sunday night I was the typical person who desperately needed a plumber. I left a message around mid-night. Adrian text me a few hours later. His team, Marcos and Luis, arrived before 9 am. The issue was assessed, repaired and they were gone in about an HOUR. I could not believe it. My wife called and thought I was lying. These guys are good. They are also very ethical. And this is key. I hope you read this Adrian. Upon receiving the invoice I wanted to leave a tip as it was more than justly earned. I was never so happy to leave a tip. I asked if they wanted me to write the tip on a separate draft. They advised to included it and they inform Adrian. Most employees would have acted differently. They were the consummate professionals. They had a task to do and they did it. They were friendly, patient and knowledgeable about their craft. I cannot say enough about their service. As they were leaving, I felt a sense of pride, trust and respect. I saw my Dad. I needed more outlets installed in my house and a couple other electrical issues to fix so I gave them a call. I was very happy with the work Sean did. He was very professional and the pricing was fair. Would definitely recommend.

I needed someone to fix the socket on a very expensive modern chandelier that hangs in a double height 20 foot ceiling. Roman was amazing from my initial call. He requested some photos so he could give me a proper quote. His reply was within 15 minutes and the quote was very reasonable. He arrived as scheduled and knew exactly what he was doing. He is quick but very professional and thorough. My chandelier is now good as new and I have an electrician I can now call on for future jobs.

Don't believe the positive reviews! Zenith Electric completely wasted my time by 1) being extremely slow to provide a quote, 2) not following through on providing a license # and proof of insurance (I had to ask multiple times for it to be sent), 3) not working with my HOA after agreeing to do so.

Art and his staff were rude and difficult to work with. Honestly, they start out nice, and then when it comes down to getting things done, they just don't deliver. Zenith Electric had poor customer service and were totally unprofessional. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and do not do business with them.

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
