Clean, respectable and actually showed me exactly what was wrong, fixed the problem well below estimate, and left the area clean as it was found. Jacob is clean, trustworthy, and thorough.

Noticed a water stain developing in my livingroom ceiling (directly underneath our 2nd floor bathroom) that required plumber attention. Chris was the Advent technician that came for free inspection. Following a thorough inspection, Chris shared his diagnosis, while advising best to open up ceiling to fully address all potential leak(s). There was no hard-sell. He left me with an estimate to think through in coming days, for both plumbing resolution as well as rough contractor (in-house) cost for opening/ patching up ceiling.

From the first visit to the confirmed appt, Avant was easy to get a hold of, and responsive. Chris showed up on time to our appt, opened up the ceiling, identified the source of the leak, then shared a revised estimate. Upon my acceptance of the new estimate, Chris and Raul showed up on time the following day, and worked diligently to rectify the issues. Their supervisor Jesse was also onsite to oversee the work to completion the same day.  All three remained professional, informative as I asked questions, and mindful of COVID safety precautions (masks, maintained distance). Chris, in particular, was always proactive in ensuring he kept our home and his workspace clean (always put on disposable booties over his shoes when walking around our house). Highly appreciated.

The contractor arrived the following day to complete the ceiling patch job.  Jesse remained in touch in the coming days to ensure we were satisfied with the result, and reminded us of their warranty should problems arise.

All in all, a positive first experience with Avant. No surprise, hidden cost, responsive and approachable staff, and work done well and timely. Hoping we don't need to call them again any time soon.  But I will happily recommend Avant to others with plumbing need.

I'm not big on reviews but Dan was really amazing.  He was very professional, great with communication and excellent at the work.  He kept us posted on timing and got the job done quickly. We were very pleased.  Pleased enough to write a review!  I highly recommend them!!!

James is awesome! On time and set about getting our place fixed up with a list of jobs we had built up. Very friendly ave knowledgeable. We'll definitely be utilizing James' services again.

First: Had leak in kitchen under sink. Olson's plumber, Luis, showed up late (1  1/2 hours after the2 hour window!). Diagnosed leaky faucet and faulty grout. He patched part of grout but said he would do the rest when he came back to install new faucet. Charged $179 because he said it was minimum for a call. Estimate to install a new faucet and fix remainder of grout $179.

Second: Texted him several photos that day of faucet I planned to buy to make sure it would be OK for install. No reply. Emailed and called. Finally reached someone next day and made appt for three days out. They called the morning of appt to cancel. Had to reschedule.

Third: Different guys came three days later to install faucet and fix grout. Faucet installed. Grout not fixed because there were no notes about it in the file even though I had emailed to confirm that it would be done. These new guys diagnosed that pipes under sink are also leaking and estimated $245 to fix.

Conclusion: I was exhausted with delays and misses, but mostly upset that the leak in the pipes was not diagnosed on the first visit! I am a reasonable person but not happy with this experience.

Ross from Macias Plumbing and Rooter came on time and fixed my problem that two plumbers couldn't  solve. Macias Plumbing saved me a couple thousand dollars in unnecessary work. Family owned and operated business that you can count on. They were honest and straightforward with a reasonable price for the work done. Made my day.

I've used these guys for 2 separate emergency jobs over the last few months.

Very trustworthy, polite, reasonably priced and worked hard and quickly to diagnose and fix the problem. They did not do any shady switch and bait like some other plumbing companies have done to me.

Even though they've been crazy busy, we found the right time for them to come out and take a look at our clogged/backed up plumbing. One was a quick solve, the but other required a new toiler. As soon as I had it delivered, Victor was out to get it installed.

I honestly haven't dealt with a plumbing company that is so forthright and looking out for my best interests. They quickly earned my business and will continue to do so for years to come.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

Yesterday we had a pilot light go out in our water heater which was only installed a few months ago. While I am well capable of doing myself, I was too busy with my work to deal with it. So send a message to several local plumbing companies.

Out of all of them, Harry stood out right away. While the other companies sounded as though they hoped upsell me on other services to make this job worth the time, Harry just named his price. After some discussion via text, we both agreed on the terms.

A few hours later, Harry showed up at our front door. He took care of our water heater and I paid him.

This was a small job. But by being straightforward, fair and understanding and not trying to upsell us like the others, Harry now has our business whenever we have something major happening.

Great price to install my new kitchen faucet!  Armando was very nice and professional. When he couldn't make the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen backlog, he gave me a 10% discount on an already great price. I'll definitely call him for future plumbing needs. I would've given him 5 stars except he didn't tell me he couldn't make the scheduled appointment time until I called him 30 minutes after the appointment time. Good thing I didn't have to take time off work for that. It all worked out.

We had two bathroom faucets  and a shower head replaced. Our plumbing is older and it wasn't easy to remove the old faucets, but he didn't complain, just did it.  He cleaned up the work space and left the bathroom better than when he arrived.

We were very pleased with his work and his desire to help us.

My apartment needs plumbing issues and scheduled an appointment with Jay to look it up. He came with his father Vladimir and started working on the issues right away. He is very professional and straight to the point. He double checks the repair to make sure it will last for a very long time. I highly recommend Jay to anyone who has plumbing issues.

I called for the first time today. They responded quickly and the serviceperson, Thomas, was courteous, professional and very helpful. It turned out my problem was a small one, very easily fixed, and he didn't even charge me. Thomas was great! I will definitely use Diaz Plumbing again. Super nice and they do good work.

I had an electric water heater installed but the installers left without there being any power to the unit. I contacted 25 of the top rated electricians on Yelp. THIS service contacted me IMMEDIATELY, gave me a reasonable price, and was there within MINUTES. Immediately identified and fixed the problem and even redid the plumbers' bad electrical job. He's prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgable, and really fun to talk to. Never met anyone like him. Don't waste your time with anyone else. There's a reason he has 5 stars!

These guys did an amazing job installing two chandeliers. Very responsive in giving a quote and setting up an appointment for installation. They came within a few days, sent pictures of the finished job and were a pleasure to work with. They also gave a really affordable price. Definitely recommend these guys.

Azad and Vano just finished installing recessed lights in our living room and hallway. They came on time and are very professional and polite. They did an excellent job! Before they start, they covered our furnitures and floors. My husband and I love our new recessed lights. Beautifully done for a very reasonable price and they cleaned up very well. We are very pleased and satisfied customers. I highly recommend them. We would use Zenith Electric again in a heartbeat.
