Jacob came out to our home to unclog our kitchen sink piping which was backing up. Jacob was very personable and honest. He did not upsell anything and did not try to sell us additional services that we did not need.  He focused on the problem at hand and remedied it efficiently.  It was clear in his examination and diagnosis of the problem that he is very knowledgeable in his field. His pricing was very reasonable.  Finding an honest and affordable plumber is a rarity. We will happily use Jacob for all future plumbing jobs.

I called Avant Rooter when I was having issues with my water heater. I was nervous about having people in my home during covid, but they eased my worries. They showed up on time and took safety percautions  by wearing gloves and masks. They ended up needing to replace the water heater, but the price was fair and what they had quoted. I am really happy with their service. Would call again in the future.

James is amazing! I was looking for a handyman because my closet railing was falling apart and also my floating sink vanity was sinking a bit. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come take a look at it the next day. He fixed both issues quickly and I asked him to take a look at a few more things, which he happily looked at and was able to fix for me.

One of those things was a stubborn sliding door that was not sliding correctly. He even went out to buy materials and came back to re-install the mount. It was still not sliding correctly, so he came back the next morning to shave down the bottom of the door and re-mount it again. In the end, it was fixed and I am a happy customer!

When your shower gets plugged up look no further than Macias Plumbing and Rooter. He came in, on time, and handled the situation that was plugging up our shower. In no time we had running water down the drain with ease.  No more puddling dirty shower water during shower time!!

Just to further underscore how helpful he was, he went through the additional effort to come back and handle our need, so we could have a great shower over the weekend.

Finally, he came in with a mask, worn totally properly (we all know how important that is!!), and booties.

Mick called me once I submitted an inquiry. He was super helpful and accommodating. Victor was dispatched to our home and took care of our issues. He was so very helpful as well. It is hard to find reliable people and I am so grateful for both of them. Definitely will be repeat customers.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Went with Harry one time to come and stop a dripping shower head and replace a dripping metal water bib coming from the side of the house; Harry did good work.

Called him again for another item, said he'd come 12-3pm in two days. At 2:56pm no call, no show, I texted him asking if he's still coming and he said he was stuck on another job. What a let down.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We had an emergency with one of our water pipelines.   We had to shut our water off with 3 kids, that is not good. I went on yelp looked for an affordable, and fast repair man. Got to say Armando responded to me quickly, got to my home, reviewed the problem, and advice. He gave me the quickest and most affordable method. He got fix!!! We had some issues with our faucet and he checked it out and fixed it. Thank you

Teddy came by and helped me hang a large mirror and installed curtain rods. He was very quick and efficient. He also came right on time and was flexible with changing the time day of due to an emergency. He also helped me with a faucet and another minor furnishing in the bathroom.

Jay and his dad are amazing. Have an old apt and pipes are very old and fragile.  Was very sensitive to the old pipes to ensure preserving as much of the pipes as possible.  Jay is very detail oriented and meticulous in his work and keeping you informed through the entire job.  Will work with Jay in the future.  Competitive prices for an excellent job.  He is definitely client service minded and a world-class professional.

I called Diaz Plumbing with a very last minute request--I suspected we had a leak somewhere and wanted to try to pinpoint what was going on right away. They came over within an hour and were so helpful. They figured out where the leak was (approximately) and turned off the water to the area so I could decide what to do next. They gave me very realistic idea of what different repairs might cost, and didn't pressure me into making a decision right away. I will definitely call them again when we decide what to do next!

I tried to install a new brace and box to support a fan.  During the process I messed up the wiring and killed power in the room and half my garage.  Vlad and one other guy came and had it fixed in an hour.  They brought some issues up to code from the legacy wiring job and did the job that I could not.  They were responsive via phone and text, arrived when they said they would, fixed my issue and cleaned up after themselves.  Pricing was reasonable. Neither high nor low based on others I talked to.  I believe it was reasonable and would use them again.

Optimum did a great job replacing our ceiling fans. They were professional and courteous. We'll definitely use them again for electrical needs!

I had Igor fix some wiring issues with my very old heater. He came the day I called to ask for an apt. He didn't have the parts to fix it immediately so he got them and came back the next day to finish up. Gave me the price in advance and was timely and the heater works. I had already called an electrician and another heater repair guy before this to take a look and neither fixed the issue so it is good to have someone who knew how to repair it.

They charge $180 minimum/ per hour just to diagnose the electrical problem.  This is way too expensive!  Red flags!!!

I called another electrician and they only charged $75 for the entire job.. Do the math.

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
