I needed someone qualified to look at the pipes in the back room of my apartment and tell me for sure if I had both the water and drainage pipes ready to install a washing machine.  The guy from O'Grady came on time, looked at the pipes for like two seconds, and said: yup.

It was almost embarrassing how easy it was.  He didn't even charge me anything.  Thanks, O'Grady!

We initially ran into some issues, the guys figured it out, then ran into other issues with the exhaust of the hvac for my house which was right next to the heater...taz and the guys figured it out. These guys really do guarantee their work! Atlas did some work in our bathroom about 25 days ago.  When the bathtub started acting up again, they came out the same day and fixed it for no charge. Mark offered me some of his professional opinions and told me not to hesitate to call if I have any problems with it in the future.  (Although I will be happy if this is the last time I HAVE to call them!) Great customer service!

Sean was great! I called him regarding a leak between my retail store and the apartment unit upstairs. He came, fixed the problem correctly and was very helpful. We had a different plumber out earlier in the week who apparently didn't do a single thing! He honest plumber who shows up on time and fixes the problem. We will be calling him from now on for problems in the store without a doubt.

Monday I had a sewer backup. I yelped to find a plumber, I went with these guys because it is their business & THEY do the work. I immediately felt comfortable explaining my problem. Ben advised Sol would be available in the afternoon. I was called with an approx time, then called again 30mins before arriving. I really appreciated that thoughtfulness. Unfortunately the problem was more significant than just a blocked drain. A broken sewer pipe with roots clogging it up. These guys were FANTASTIC. They gave me  my choices,  & prices for each option. (Which were very reasonable). Came back next day & did a great job. Awesome cleanup of concrete debris. Any plumbing need I have they will be the first I call.

We called Alameda Rooter to fix some plumbing issues in our kitchen, Ygnacio the owner was super friendly, respectful and honest with the issue. He fixed correctly and at a good price. We look for several other plumbing companies but no one like them. I highly recommend them.

Garbage disposal was stuck and wouldn't move. Keshab gave me a time and was there within 30 min of it. Pleasant fellow. Issue was pretty straightforward but we were missing all the tools. Fortunately, he had everything so figured out the stuck blade, told me what to do in future and that was it. Terrific fellow.

I just finished another electrical project with Divine Electric.  The project scheduling was a bit bumpier than normal but Paul and Jeffrey saved the day for Divine.  We wanted the circuits changed on the transfer panel supporting our generator.  Confirming the circuits, keeping track of what was what and where it went wasn't trivial.  Paul and Jeffrey were patient, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that the job was done right.  In the last year, I have completed many projects with Divine Electric and they always do a fantastic job.  If you want it done right with a positive customer experience then use Divine Electric.  As an aside, I have spoken with many of their employees and all of them have told me that Divine is a great company to work for.  They are treated very well, provided with excellent training and given the opportunity to advance.  It is nice to support a company that respects their employees.

Ray was courteous, efficient, honored discount, and most importantly, fixed my problems without charging an arm and an leg. Rooted my sewer and the other problem he fixed just by turning a knob to maximum open. He worked at roto rooter so he seen thousands of sewer problems. Really nice. I'm a repeat customer!

The job was quickly done and reasonably priced. And I want to thank Yelp and the previous posts about JC Green as I chose them because I liked what the other clients had to say. My water heater broke and Bayshore was there the next day with a new electric heat pump and got everything set up quickly. Joe at Bayshore is / was amazing with his communication, getting the heat pump installed, and then regularly checking that everything was working. I had a minor issue after install, but Joe was already on top of it by checking in with me and came back to fix it within 10 min.

I 100% recommend Bayshore with their quality of work, great communication, and follow-ups to ensure it's all working. (I will absolutely use them for any other plumbing issues I have).

Also, ask for Joe - he's genuinely a great dude, is very thoughtful and mindful,  does great work explaining how all of it worked to me, and he cares about his craft and you!

Had a couple of minor plumbing replacements and repairs to do in our bathroom, including removal of some corroded fixtures from a pedestal sink. Shedrick arrived within the hour and did a nice job replacing the T-stops and cleaning out the P-trap in the bathroom. On top of that, he put in a bunch of extra elbow grease in getting the old fixtures removed from the sink so I could replace them. Also, he's a nice guy. :) Thanks Shedrick.

Orlando responded quickly on yelp and gave me an estimate. Came the very next day to install a tankless water heater. He missed a minor step but I contacted him and he responded the very next day to repair. Overall, he did a quality job at a reasonable price

Brown water syndrome. Scanned the Diamond Certified directory and Yelp for a good plumber. Chose Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating for help with our problem. Mike from Nahmanns examined our 14 year old water heater and recommended replacement. Mike recommended a 50gal WH and gave us a written estimate. I did some internet searches on WH's and felt that the estimate was fair and they were highly recommended. Were they ever. I called on Monday to award the job. They said they would be here early Friday morning. Alan and Mario arrived as planned and by early afternoon we had clear hot, hot water. Alan and Mario would not leave until the hot water was freely flowing and all the houses fawcett airators were cleaned and the WH installation site was immaculate. Now I know where I can go for any future heating and plumbing problems. Thanks Mike, Alan and Mario.
