They just completed our sewer-lateral overhaul for Alameda Co. compliance.  Service is professional, amicable, and transparent  ((quoted price for the work and final invoice were nearly identical))  Also, our sewer lateral was especially deep-down, but was apparently no problem for Will and his crew.   10/10 would recommend, and will certainly be calling them back for internal plumbing work in the coming months.

I was in desperate need of getting my garbage disposal repaired as it was starting to smell terrible. Kennedy Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend who had used Kennedy Plumbing before. They did a great job for a great price and I'm glad I used them. I can put food down my kitchen sick again!

My dad tried to fix a small leak at a shutoff valve under a bathroom sink.  It didn't work as planned and the water for the entire house had to be shut off.

Stan, who was recommended by another plumber, showed up within hours to save the situation.  I definitely recommend Stan and will be using his services in the future.

But wait, the fun was not over yet .... 1 month after supposedly cancelling an order which they forgot to place (and never shipped), they billed my credit card for it.  More work in getting the charge disputed.

Dan is extremely efficient, professional and responsive. I highly recommend his plumbing service. His price was very reasonable for the work performed. I am so happy I found a plumber I can trust to do the job right!

Luis did an amazing job installing a tricky IKEA sink vanity for us, as well as a toilet and faucet.  He was prompt, friendly, completed the work efficiently and his rates were very reasonable.  He was referred to me by a highly trusted contractor friend and I plan on using him in the future for any plumbing needs.  I have worked with several plumbers in the past for remodels and repairs and Luis is by far the best!!!!

Sure, they are very friendly and customer service is good.
However, price isn't exactly the best. Most of their stuff are 20% higher .

Ron with Maintech gave us a very fair quote for repairs to our gas heater, and was very responsive with all communications to schedule the work. I was impressed with his customer service, and his evident skill in the work itself. He earned our future business and we're very grateful!

We needed replacement of both our kitchen faucet (with soap dispenser) and bathroom faucet. Rick/Chen responded to my Yelp request very quickly and had the most competitive rate. Because he had great reviews, I decided to go with him. The reviews are accurate! He was willing to come by the same day within a couple hours! I didn't need him that quickly, so we scheduled for the next morning. He kept in contact via text. He replaced both faucets at record speed. Both faucets work perfectly and look beautiful. He also took away my old faucets and removed all boxes/trash. I also asked him to look at a third faucet whose handle no longer works. He tinkered around a bit and then told me that I'll have to replace it. He did not charge me for this. Anyway, when I finally do buy the new faucet, I will definitely be calling Rick again.  Excellent work, highly efficient and competitive pricing. It's a no brainer.

Rene and his crew performed a great job replacing our sewer lateral to receive the 20-year certificate for our home from East Bay MUD.  California Discount Rooter and plumbing were able to come out on Saturday to give us a quote and he also performed a quick check of the integrity of the pipe using a camera.  He gave us two options, one a pressure test for a 7-year certificate and a pipe replacement for the 20-year certificate.  Ultimately, we decided on replacing the pipe for our ease of mind for the next 20 years.  The California Discount Rooter was able to replace the pipe and have it inspected by EBMUD in half a day within the same week of getting the quote.

Vincent Lee saved my Saturday. I had to turn the water off in my house, as a hose broke to the toilet.  On short notice he was able to come and fix the hose so I could turn the water back on and host dinner for 13 friends. He was so friendly, knowledgable and got the job done.  thank you Vincent!

These guys arrived on time and very professional.  They came and fixed the problem.  I was really happy with their work and so was my mother-in-law.  That matters the most.  I like fixing things, but I am glad I deferred to these guys.  Knowing when to ask for help.  Cheuk and Tim many thanks...great job.  I do not see many father/son combo anymore.

We did our kitchen without a gc, getting a company each for plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, countertops... But there was just no way to put everything together without someone to handle everything else and Norman played that crucial role for us throughout the process. A short list of everything Norman did for us: demolition, patching, painting, minor electrical, even handling a very custom retrofit install of an over-range microwave and roof exhaust vent that didn't really fit into any of the other guys' jobs. Norman was responsive, careful, clean, fair and reasonably priced, and was a good sport when it came to all of the unexpected problems that always crop up along the way.

TLDR: A+ service from start to finish. Highly recommended - they are now my go-to plumbing service.

I messaged a ton of different plumbers who service the SF area for quotes because my garbage disposal stopped working late on Sunday. Everlast was one of the first businesses to respond despite the time, and ended up having the most competitive price among all of the businesses I messaged.

I was able to lock down a non-emergency appointment within 2 days, but it should be noted that they can be on-site within a few hours in case of an emergency.

Jeff was incredibly prompt, personable and extremely knowledgable. He showed up exactly on time for the appointment we agreed and was able to unclog my garbage disposal within half an hour.

The best part is that he was willing to share that knowledge with me so I won't run into issues like these in the future. He's probably the only tradesman in the entire Bay Area who would teach a client how to do the job he just performed. Needless to say, I now have a huge amount of respect for him and Everlast for maintaining that level of transparency throughout our whole interaction.

I'm incredibly happy with the service I received and Everlast is the first plumbing service I'm calling the next time I run into an issue like this.

Carlos came to snake our front yard drain. After he was through, water shot out of drain like a fountain. Carlos is my go to plumber from now on.

I've been a homeowner for over 11 years and never really found a plumber I could trust and enjoyed working with.  We had a good guy back in the day who was an artist and a character, but somehow I didn't get warm fuzzies about his plumbing skills.

Anyway, Tom Friel is my new plumbing go-to guy.  He was prompt in returning my call, came out in the morning on New Year's Eve and had a guy at our house by 11 AM doing our odds-and-ends jobs.  With all of that he added extra unanticipated value.  To wit:

1. We needed to move the pipe for our stove so that we could push it all the way back (long story).  He knew since we'd remodeled only a few years ago with permits, that we must have a gas shutoff for our range.  I had no idea where.  He found it behind a drawer and recommended that we label it.  Great idea!

2. We asked him to replace our water filter dispenser on our sink.  He poked around for a bit and recommended an upgrade to the tubing as well.  Now we get filtered water coming out in a freaking jet - it's awesome, and fills a pitcher in a minute flat.

We also asked him to replace a toilet.  Nothing much to say here, it was straightforward.  His rate is $85/hr, and his quote was very accurate.  The guy he sent out (can't remember his name) was pleasant and efficient.

One other thing -- he called me about 30 minutes after he left our house from doing the initial quote and told me that he'd forgotten to turn the water back on.  I like that he had that sense of courtesy to call and let me know, rather than waiting for me to call him and ask what was going on.
