Christian (Chris) was incredibly helpful, honest, and a really good guy. The pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking and he helped me figure out the company that supplied my reverse osmosis water filter had probably failed to replace the air gap when they uninstalled the device. Sure enough, that's what happened. Thank you, Chris!

We had problem with our drainage in the bathroom which caused a leak in our closet downstairs. He came to check it out and advised what needed to be done. He was able to fix it and replace any outdated parts. Thanks Ben.

We needed a leaking copper pipe and water pressure regulator replaced  Ferdie came out even earlier than the appointment time  and provided me with an estimate later that day. His prices are very reasonable for what we needed done.   Made our appointment for today to do the job.  He and Oscar knocked it out in no time.  Very nice to deal with and definitely would use him again.

We have never written a review before, but the service we got from Arch Plumbing has been exceptional.  Our rental property developed a clogged sewage drain.  The guys at Arch Plumbing were able to clear it out quickly on the first visit.  The repairs were extensive and took some time to complete.  Arch Plumbing kept us informed every step of the way.  They are very easy to communicate with.  They provided a detailed scope of work.  They did the work right the first time, to avoid future problems.  They are great because they investigate the problem to find the root cause and fix what needs to be fixed.  We would highly recommend Arch Plumbing for their professional service.

I highly recommend Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing. Everything they do, from communications to solving your plumbing problems and billing, is highly professional, meticulous, and very pleasant to work with. We had a water leak issue where water from an upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen. Andrew sent out his project manager who opened up the kitchen ceiling to look at the pipes and then ran a number of different water tests to determine where in the shower surround the water was coming from. A few days later, after we stopped using that shower, we noticed more water coming into the kitchen. This time, Andrew sent out two of his guys who opened up the ceiling in the kitchen quite a bit more and then tested both bathrooms upstairs. It turns out that both were leaking into the kitchen as a result of aging grout/caulking. They were at my house for nearly three hours the second time around and I didn't get charged for it because Andrew said he just wanted to make sure that I was happy with his services.

Scheduled an appointment for these guys to provide an estimate to install a sink, and they were a no-show.  They called the next day to apologize, claiming they had an emergency so we tried again with another time.  This time Seif showed up early, did a thorough walk-through, then emailed me an estimate the following day.  I wrote back saying I wanted to proceed..and nothing from their end for weeks.

Based on other Yelp reviews these guys seem great, so long as you can actually get them to show up to do the work.

They send somebody over to replace the head shower and the faucet pretty much left with setting up the valves in the wrong direction and still leaks.  when we call them to come back he said he will be there in two days to months pass still not show.

So thankful that I found an HONEST plumber! It's really hard to find reliable people to give you honest information about what actually needs to be fixed in your house. We had a broken pipe in our crawl space and Nasir and his uncle came out promptly to give an estimate. Nasir referred us to an excellent water restoration company to clean up the mess and then he was able to install a new pipe. Nasir wasn't feeling well the day he came out to change the pipe, but he came out and did it anyways because he knew we were struggling without our kitchen sink. If you don't want someone to rip you off and exaggerate the amount of work that needs to be done, hire pacific drain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We live in a condo complex and one of the tenants had a shower faucet that would not turn off. It is an older building and the only shutoff resulted in no water for ALL tenants. Thus, this became an emergency.

We called Rojas Plumbing at 1pm, they were there by 2:30pm. Unbelievable response. They quoted a price, it was reasonable, they were UNDER their estimate. Work was professional. A+++ I would STRONGLY recommend these guys. Really wonderful to work with and reasonably priced (up front).

Adolfo and his partner rescued my mom today when she found flooding in her bathroom and garage. He arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem as well as another with the main shutoff valve, explained why the leak occurred and showed us the corroded pipe he replaced, and cleaned up after. There was clear communication throughout regarding price estimates. Highest recommendation!

As a new homeowner in San Francisco, where everything costs an arm and a leg and I literally don't know anything about plumbing, I am nervous about letting someone in and doing work that I don't completely understand on very sensitive parts of my new home. So, when I was referred to Alec from a good friend, I reached out and he was clear, prompt, organized and explained what he could do and asked great questions about what I was requesting. He kept his time, arrived on time and did some great work that met everything I expected. In fact, I also asked some questions about work that I wasn't sure if it was right for a plumber or some other expert, but he could do it and told me exactly what he would do. I said OK and he is coming back in two weeks. Highly recommend him and I hope to use him for all my plumbing needs going forward... which, well, I hope are minimal. :)

This service was referred by American Home shield. The tech, I don't believe spoke English or he couldn't compose a full sentence. I spoke an individual who called while the technician was present. I was told that Home Shield would cover the water heater and labor but an additional $465.00 would be needed for paperwork. I asked the individual to send an itemized/line account of the $465.00 supposedly to be owed. We confirmed the correct email for the itemization and ended the call. The technician just stood in the garage looking baffled. There was not one full sentence used:
'need a new one and It's broke. We have not received the itemized list but an order for the water heater was submitted by this company. Well, this all started on 12/22/2022, on 12/26/2022, we were still waiting on a water heater. AHS stated that they had sent the vendor an email confirming heater is ready to be picked up. 12/26/2022 thru 12/30/2022, vendor did not answer phone nor return messages. AHS contacted and I was put on hold while they called vendor 12/28/2022. AHS rep. returns to phone and states vendor has been having trouble with phone (this after, I called 15 minutes before calling AHS) and had not transportation to pick up item. 12/30/2022, AHS is called again due to no response from vendor after 5 days. Once again, AHS calls vendor, and they answer (surprise!). This time vendor relays message to AHS that they will be out on Monday to complete the job. Well, Monday comes, and AHS calls at 7:36AM. AHS states that there is no work order confirmed for 1/2/2023 (if there was no work order then why you are calling), i was put on hold and AHS calls vendor (again, Surprise they answer). AHS returns to phone and states vendor will be at my mother's house on 1/3/2023. I hang up and call T and C plumbing and Alex answers. He states that the warehouse is closed, and they will be picking up water heater and at house on 1/3/2023 between 8AM and 10AM.
HERE WE GO.......
On 1/3/2023, The technician comes at 8:20AM-it has been reiterated several times in the past days, verbally with ASH and vendor- TECHNICAIN NEEDS TO HAVE IDENTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPEAK ENGLISH. WELL! WELL! The technician came with a jacket that had a Nelson name tag adhered to the jacket and no other Identification, (No Driver's license?) He just pointed to the name tag. He showed me picture on his phone of work order, when asked about license. He then goes out to the truck and sit for about 15 minutes (i know he's calling the office). In the interim of this, Alex calls(8:25AM) and states the technician doesn't have any identification, is it ok to complete the job. Of course, since my 80+ year old mother hasn't had water since 12/22/2022 and I've had to pay someone $25 a day (8 in total) to heat water which is necessary for her medical/hygiene and them not picking up the water heater which has been sitting since 12/26/2022.
THIS IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY INTERESTING.....
The technician gets out the truck with invoice in hand, extending the paperwork towards me and ask, if were paying cash or by credit card (first full sentence out of his mouth). I tell him we're paying by credit card. He then goes and I believe shares this with his superiors (I hear him talking on the phone). I ask to see the license again, and he shows me the same information on his phone (I take a picture of it). I then ask him his last name and he just looks at me. I ask him Do you know your last name?), he reaches for his phone (really!). I was away from him, as I hear the house phone ringing; it's T and C plumbing. I ask what the person's name is because it sounds like the same women's voice, I just heard on the technician's phone (it was. She wasn't forthcoming wit her name (she asked why I wanted it). I shared with her the reason to be; because you're asking for a credit card number, and this is business in which she needed to identify herself.  After some words back and forth she stated her name was Kenya Lovo. I asked for (I guess) Nelson's last name since he didn't know it and once again, she wanted to know why. It was like pulling teeth. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? Finally, she said his last name was Gonzales. I asked what her position in the company was and she wouldn't and didn't give it to me.
MOVING FORWARD.....
My mother gives the information needed; the technician is still at this putting in the water heater while I'm writing this review/complaint and here we are on 1/3/2023@ 11:00AM.

I had a plumbing issue and called this company to come and fix what I thought would be simple snake job. They came and spent two hours telling me incorrect information about my pipes and the clean out valve and quoting me as much at $8,500+ to possibly resolve the issue but most likely ALL my pipes should be replaced. Using fear and pressuring an usable for a simple line clear out is unprofessional. Booked an appointment for the next day as they would not resolve anything immediately. Later canceled the appointment when my local Plummer came in the morning and unclogged the line in 30 min. The company had already charged my card for work not done and it took several days for them to rectify that. Would not recommend.
