We purchased a washlet for our bathroom. The area where the toilet sits is tight (between a cabinet and a wall). We didn't realize that the water valve stuck out so far from the wall and the washlet wouldn't fit.  We called Starboy Plumbing, and Denver came out within half an hour. He is a friendly, polite, and conscientious person, e.g. he wiped the steps when he dripped water on them. In the past we'd been over charged for services by other places, so we were on guard about what it might cost for this job and being taken advantage of, however his fee was reasonable for the work done. Denver worked steadily, and cleaned up after himself well. We'll keep his number on file.

(As the reviewer below me had mentioned, Starboy Plumbing has numerous reviews that don't populate and are labeled as not recommended which is a complete head scratcher because all of his reviews are positive, and rightly so.)

Ferdie is the best! I have contacted a few plumbers for a project to add a clean out to our pipe, and Ferdie responded the fastest and offered the most reasonable price. He is very punctual, professional, got the job done and gave us tips on maintenance. If you have any plumbing issues, make sure you call Ferdie!

Had a water heater replaced by Arch. The staff on the phone were very helpful and timely. The technicians were super friendly and respectful of the property. Their price was also significantly lower than the two other quotes I got for the same job. The whole process only took 3 days from initial inquiry, to a site visit for a quote, and then installation.

Unfortunately, I have some experience with plumbers in the Berkeley area (see my other Yelp reviews on this topic). Mauro's was among my best experiences. They were able to come to my house the next day, gave me a ONE HOUR time window for arrival, arrived ON TIME, and was reasonably priced (yes, $150 is reasonable in the Bay Area)! They knew what they were doing, got it done, and went on their way. Best possible outcome.

Had a really great experience with Genteel. They were able to get someone out to us in short notice. They quickly helped us determine the issue with our sink and were prepared to fix it right away. Great service and very efficient.

Sean was referred to me by a trusted family friend. My sewer line was constantly getting clogged and after having it snaked several times within a month he said there was a problem with the trap and it would need to be replaced. I asked for and received a proper estimate including scope of work and a payment schedule. After approving it we set up a time for him to come out and start the work. He arrived when he said he would and started the work. My house is located on a hill so the ground was clay and the dig was difficult. When Sean got to the trap he did some extra digging and found the pipe was also broken thus causing the line to fill with mud. He replaced the broken pipe and put in a new trap and made sure it was securely packed in stone to prevent underground movement. During the entire job Sean arrived on time and was very conscientious about the quality of his work. I could not be more pleased with Sean Prior's work from start to finish. Using Bay Area Sewer Inspections was the right choice and having the A Team in Sean made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend them!

I'm speechless , because my new floor and chimney looks incredible .  Good job Dario and his team for the amazing job.  I will definitely come back for future projects .

Had an issue with my Noriz hot water heater. The tech, Joel, arrived on time, was very professional, and we discussed our options.

I will be calling them in the future.

Five stars isn't enough! R&L plumbing face timed me a saved my business! The toilet started to spray water at a alarming rate just like a cyclone or tornado. Tomorrow he will dispatch a plumber and get the toilet fixed. Unfortunately we needed to close for today but tomorrow is a new day and after it's all cleaned up we will open back up. From the bottom of my heart this business takes the cake for emergency calls! Totally recommended!  And I encourage you to call!

Called for a laundry line clean out that we'd put off for SIX MONTHS. Seriously, it took hours to do just one load. For months. Finally called, Santana was out within ONE HOUR (it was obviously not an emergency) and he did a great job, professionally and quickly. Now I'm going to laundry just for fun. I'll probably wash some clean clothes. Thanks, Z&Z!

Emo came to fix one of our shower handles and cartridges , and he was very competent and skillful, did a complete repair and replaced all the defective pieces. Efficient and fast process, one year warranty on labor and parts, How can you go wrong with that? I will definitely refer him and the company to all my friends and family for every plumbing works.Thanks Plumbing Care Inc.

I just had Nasir come out to fix my shower that suddenly lost pressure. He found the problem within a few minutes and fixed it. Told me exactly what was the problem. No BS. Called Ivan for a broken hot water heater and everything went so smoothly! The heater has been replaced and working great. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Also, he takes Venmo which was a plus since I never carry cash. If I have any other issues I'll be sure to give him a call!

He's the best.  Will be my plumber for life.  He helped me pick a sink.  Helped me install it.  Gave me advice on other parts of the sink.

Alec came the next day to fix a dishwasher that wasn't draining and a separate sink problem. Quickly solved the problems and charged a reasonable rate.

We're a condo complex.  Everett committed to doing a sewer lateral job for us.  They got part way through it and disappeared.  We have paid them for everything they've done, promptly.  Last we heard they were returning at the end of September to complete work and we never heard from them again. They won't answer calls or emails.  Tremendous disappointment, and as a result, I would not recommend Everett for anything.  They are undependable, incommunicative, and I can only sum it up by saying unprofessional.  If there is some hardship they are experiencing, we're all ears.  All you have to do is let us know you can't perform, and recommend another service that can complete the work they started.  But they did not do that.  No communication at all. November, 2018.

Emilio is awesome.  Incredibly efficient, reasonable and fair pricing and highly experienced.  I would highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services in the area.

Emilio worked on a clogged garbage disposal for me and then fixed a slow flowing drain in the bathroom and advised on a different issue as well.  Fantastic.

There was a leak in our master bathroom toilet/shower. Technician Nelson came and fixed the problems. Very nice person to talk to. And the young lady I spoke to make the appointment name Kenya is very nice and easy to talk too. I will recommend this company. I give this company a 10 stars.
