I've needed (too) many plumbers over 30 years of home ownership. Next Level is the best.

My house is on the market now. At an open house last weekend, a buyer told my realtor they smelled gas in the laundry room. I've noticed and ignored that until now. Decided to call PG&E to trace the leak. Big mistake. They shut of my gas the night before a scheduled showing.

Based on the reviews, I called Orlando at 5pm. He zoomed over with his crew. It was a tight work area and complicated setup. They just finished at 11pm. Tomorrow morning I'll call PG&E to turn the gas back on.

Better yet, it was less $ than I expected. Had I called a big 24/7 plumber it would be 3x the cost. This company is honest, experienced and affordable. A rare mix in this industry.

We needed to get our new fridge hooked up to the main water supply line and Orlando with his tech (didnt get his name) were very reliable and came when they said they would.

Orlando was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Will definitely hire them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Orlando and his team were great! We had a pretty unique and complicated plumbing issue in an apartment building that impacted other units. He was able to understand the problem based on photos alone, talk me through some options, and provide an estimate quickly. We'd expected the work to take ~2 days, but he and his team finished it in 1 and with a lot of care. Would definitely recommend Next Level Plumbing Services to others!

Next Level Plumbing Services did an excellent job! I had a water main breakage between the water meter and the main faucet to the house. My house had copper pipes already. The tree root and probably the earthquake day before caused the main breakage. Orlando gave a very very reasonable estimate for a Spot Repair and communicate effectively throughout the process. The job was done very quickly by Edmond and the team followed by an excellent cleanup. I would definitely recommend them.

I found our ceiling was soaked and water leaked everywhere in the garage on a Friday night. I messaged Orlando and he showed up 8am Saturday. He opened our ceiling and patched it back after everything was OK.
Orlando also helped us installed a brand new tankless water heater. I contacted other installers previously, they said my gas pipe near the heater wasn't wide enough, so it would be an additional $2k to have that upgraded. Orlando was resourceful when routing the gas pipes, so we didn't pay a penny for the gas pipe issue. He installed the heater securely and fast. I highly recommend him!

Orlando came and replaced our sump pump in April. It did not rain till December and that's is when the sump pump went on.

There were some issues with sump pump as it was cycling very frequently. I called Orlando and he immediately responded and addressed the issue and even went beyond what was expected by doing some minor trenching work. All of this was covered in warranty and he did not ask for anything. Amazing service , prompt response and great professionalism.

After confirming with Orlando on Saturday, if he will be ok with the appointment on Monday which a holiday Memorial Day. He or someone from the office canceled my appointment @8:49am on Monday morning without notifying me. I'm pretty sure he's great at his workmanship if he shows up. I will never again look for service through Yelp again, if this is what I get.

Orlando responded quick to my request, estimates were pretty good compared to other offerings.

No issues with the work as well. We had issues with kitchen and bathroom sinks. He arrived at exactly the time we discussed and he has done a pretty neat job.

When one of our sprinkler system's pipe broke, these guys came very quickly, and very reasonably priced.

Work was done efficiently and the problem was fixed. Would hire them again.

Our kitchen pipe clogged and I found this service company on yelp, the reviews are excellent and Orlando responded pretty quickly, and was able to come to my house the next day. However, after trying a few times to de-clog with his tool, he declared he can not fix it with his snake and we had to replace the pipes. It sounded a bit too far and beyond than what I expected. So I decided to call another plumber to get a second opinion, and the new plumber was able to nail the job and we don't need to replace pipes at all! So I do not like Orlando's service and would not recommend him to anyone.

Great communication, showed up on time and done the job. We needed our roman bath faucet replacing but then also had to replace the valve which meant cutting pipes etc. It also involved removing bath panel to get to the pipes and then sticking it back as well. They took a bit extra time as I thought it would do, but they didn't complain or ask for more money or anything. They stuck to the quote given and were very professional. Would recommend their services.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink that we were unable to resolve ourselves after a couple of days (we tried opening the pipe ourselves, using a plunger, and using an enzyme dissolvant and none of these worked). The plumber was able to fix the issue with his specialized tool in a few minutes. Super easy to book via Yelp and a no-fuss experience -- exactly what we wanted!

This is the 3rd time I've used this service. They are amazing, I called them Friday morning, they showed up a couple hours later. What should have been a $170 quick clogged drain fix turned into a $300 fix. After a half day of work they uncovered a need for a more expensive fix but didn't charge me the $300 because they couldn't fix my system. They came back the next day with a more expensive estimate and worked hard to make sure we had a functional drain system. They didn't charge me more than the new estimate even though the crew ran into a lot of obstacles.

My parents had a few problem areas including a leaking faucet that needed replacement, connection tubings for a new washing machine and a leaking main water valve that needed excavation and placement of new pipes. Orlando responded immediately each time with a reasonable estimate. He was reliable and provided an update and photos of the completed work. I need help to replace a bathroom sink faucet. I requested a quote via Yelp at 1pm Sunday. Orlando responded within 15 mins and offered to come and conduct the work at 4pm the same day!

We woke up on a Saturday to find our hot water heater had cracked and was leaking water all over the place! I called a few companies and ultimately went with Orlando and Next Level...so glad I did. He showed up on time, prepared, and was clean and efficient. He did a great job on the install and even replaced a valve that I forgot to mention when I called him, but he noticed it and swapped it out. His price was very reasonable and he was super easy to work with. Gonna make him my go-to guy! Highly recommend!

We hired Orlando to replace a toilet in a rental property. He arrived at the scheduled time, removed the old toilet and quickly installed the new one. After checking that everything was working properly, he removed all debris and left the bathroom clean. An added plus.......His price was lower than the other bids!! We will hire him again!

I never make reviews but I would give Next Level Plumbing more stars if I could. Orlando and his team did a great job in an emergency situation. I had a gas leak and PG&E shut off my gas right before the weekend so we had no heat or hot water. Next Level gave me an accurate assessment of the job, including dangers of doing short cuts. I compared with several other companies and the quote I got was the best value for the price I paid. The assessment also included factoring in that the piping repair would cost more in the long run if we didn't fix it properly now.
