I recommend this company for leak detection! Shane and Khalid came out and honestly it took about 20 mins for them to detect where our leak was coming from. Also, they were very friendly and patient with explaining everything twice to me, because it takes me a few explanations to actually understand everything. Lol Thank you,  USA Leak Detectors!

I accidentally lost a very special necklace that went down the drain and called Concord Rooter and Plumbing and received a very fast response. I was able to make a same day appointment. Marco was very informative about the process of getting my necklace out of the drain. My necklace was recovered very quickly in pristine condition. I highly recommend Concord Rooter and Plumbing for any of your rooter and plumbing needs.

Lev is a great plumber. He fixed 4 Japanese toilets for us that some plumbers would not work on and replaced two kitchen sink faucets. He also replaced a worn out hot water recirculating pump. There was no job we asked him to do he couldn't handle, and it's all working. He was on time and easy to work with. He also worked with Sears Home Warranty for us, which many quality plumbers do not do. Finally, when we had a problem with one of the toilets leaking again, Lev returned to work on it again, and to negotiate again with Sears (and they are tough, and somewhat annoying for the plumbers to work with, it seemed). Overall we were fully satisfied and would definitely recommend Lev to others.

Very grateful to have been offered the chance to save a lot of money. One of the switches in my circuit breaker flipped and wouldn't turn back on.

When I called this company, I was advised first to unplug all equipment from the affected area. Then try the switch again. It worked!

I slowly plugged each device back in. It turns out a lamp with shoddy wiring was at fault. The moment I plugged it in, it sparked and the switch flipped again. Needless to say, I'll be throwing that lamp out.

I salute the owner(s) of this company for their generosity and expert advice. They never even came over and were still able to solve the issue.

Came to fix leaky sprinkler mess left by paver company and stayed past dark to get it right. Super nice guy and hard worker. I love seeing younger people going into skilled trades. It's something we will always need, unlike HTML programmers. Remember them? Yea, that was the last tech boom. Every kid was told to learn HTML. Oops. Now it software engineering. Soon there will be a glut of them as the latest tech boom goes bust, but there won't be anyone to fix your toilet.

My Noritz tank less water heater was not producing hot water. Unfortunately my regular plumber had a bad back so I called a company that Noritz recommends, Lutz Plumbing. Nice people but they charged $637 and all they had to do was change the igniter assembly. About $20 on Amazon. Of course they had to send two workers out twice, spend a and hour trouble shooting and then come back a few days later to install the part. Of course they charge for drive time from their store $210/hour. Don't waste your money and call someone else. My regular plumber would have charged under $200.

My water heater went out and would not relight. Asked for opinions and quotes on yelp. Boris from Bay Area plumbing was not only fast to respond but also explained the root cause of the issue to me so I could understand what had gone wrong with the water heater and what exactly needed to be done and and gave me the best quote to do it. Boris is awesome. He is very professional, patient, and kind. He gave tips and professional advice. He has the interest of customer in mind. He helped me save money by checking the warranty of my water heater and guiding me on what part I could order from the manufacturer covered by the warranty. He gave me the lowest price, the best advice, and did a professional job to get my water heater fixed. I am very happy to have found Boris from Bay Area Plumbing. I will refer to them and Boris again for my future plumbing projects.

Dave is terrific.....Had him do a bunch of fix it stuff around my house from doors, to lightening fixture to kitchen faucet...he even texted me when he knew he would be a few minutes late....He is polite, efficient and professional...I will use him again and recommend him highly....

Showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the worn down plumbing and cracked pipes that caused bathwater to drip down into the crawlspace beneath our house. I was shown photos of the problem areas and the plumbing for the bathroom was fixed promptly and beautifully. Thank you!

Daniel and his his team is the only plumber I rely on, and I've been working with him for the good part of a decade. Tried others, but nobody is a thorough as he is and will never gouge you. Gas, water, troubleshooting, or extensions/construction, he is a complete pro for all of those situations. He is worth the wait if you don't have an emergency but will always prioritize you if you have one. Easy 5 star rating.

They arrived on time. They were honest and upfront about options and pricing. Very clean and very polite. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone in the Bay Area.

Water heater was leaking badly, needed replacement promptly.  Alex B. from Water Heaters Only (WHO) came out soonest.  Removed the old water heater; replaced  water valve, flex tubing, and water heater in a couple of hours.  Excellent quality of work, pleasant disposition.  He even took additional time to help me adjust the door on the water heater closet.  Would definitely call them for my next job.

Rick from Tavor Plumbing, what a super nice guy. Especially during covid times, I am especially spooked with being forced to have people come over for doing work to our home, but Rick observes having a face covering on and even recognizes that we are a no-shoe household by taking his boots off before entering our house. I did not expect that but the gesture is very well appreciated. Honest, dependable, and respectful, I am very happy with Rick's visits to our home. I do love that he uses a text messaging reminder system for scheduling visits and related info, really helps keep things organized. Did quick work with the leaks that needed fixing with this old house, and I appreciate his recommendation of a third party if it's something outside of his expertise. I am very glad to report that I now have a go-to plumber if I need work done, and the icing on the cake is he turns out to be my realtor's plumber as well! What a small world, and also a good indicator that Rick is trustworthy. Keep up the good work Rick and thank you!

I am the current owner of Allied HERS Testing.  The first time we tested one of Joey's installs he overheard us talking about the current record holder for the Duct Leakage Diagnostic tests we perform.  Under the current 2016 California State Energy Code Title 24 Section 6 a newly installed heating and ductwork project must be tested to verify it is only leaking equal to or less than 5%.  While the majority of the systems we test pass just under the 5% mark Joey's system passed easily that day (Please note that the United States has some of the strictest code guidelines for HVAC system installations worldwide and California has the strictest guidelines within the U.S.).  A couple of months passed and we received another request to test one of his installs. Upon arriving Joey had a big smile on his face and seemed eager to see the results.  His furnace and all new ductwork installation tested at 1.34% leakage!  It is our longest running record!  This goes to show the quality of work and pride Joey has...

Chen knows the ins and outs of sprinkler requirements, was timely and on budget. Couldn't have been a better experience.
