I really thought that i had written a review for Drigo. I am so happy that I found Drigo a number of years ago. I have of course used other plumbers, but although I was satisfied with them, Drigo is wonderful. The first time I called him it was a couple of days before a holiday and my usual plumber was booked. This couldn't wait. Drigo although he didn't know me squeezed me in and did a fantastic job. We have a 1942 house in SF and the handle on our shower broke...on the on position--hot water. I had to go and turn off the water...which meant all water was turned off. He saved the day. Since then, he has replaced the pipes under the sink after a leak, has snaked our tub, bathroom sink, light well and garage sink drains. He is very responsive, hardworking kind, competitive in price and he does not upsell. He has also been very gracious to wear a mask even today because I have a heart condition. He remembered! Anyway, I highly recommend Drigo.

After reviewing his ratings and comments I felt more at ease with Drigo then other plumbers listed in Daly City.

Drigo was amazing. My mother in-law water heater failed and I work and live an hour away. I had to put my trust in Drigo to visit her and install a new unit. Cost turned out to very fair and his work was exceptional.

Drigo visited her house this morning and I didn't pull the trigger until 4:30pm yet he pulled it off and by 7:30pm it was installed and running. My mother in-law was so so so happy.

These guys are great. I called them in desperate need as I had accidentally broke my shower handle. I had to shut the water off. Since when the handle broke, the tubing behind stared to spew water out.

Drigo came to fix a clog in our kitchen plumbing. I had already tried using drano and removed the P-trap , and also tried using a manual auger, but I failed to fix the leak. Drigo not only fixed the leak, he educated us in the process so we can avoid having to call him in the future. He wasn't bothered by me watching him do the work and he was explaining things to me as he went along (I had no idea what a clean out was until he explained it to me), and he then explained what I could do in the event it did get clogged again.

For me, the connection is more important. It is valuable for me to have found a plumber I can trust for future work. From talking to Drigo he seems like a very honest person. Whenever I need to replace a water heater, replace my sewer line, fix a clog that I cannot fix with his tips, or do other plumbing work that is more than what I can muster, I'll be giving Drigo a call.

Last Saturday, I discovered a leak coming through my light fan in the master bathroom downstairs. I went to the upstairs level and found that it was my kitchen faucet hose had a leak. I called Quality Plumbing and was able to get an appointment with time to shop for a new kitchen faucet. Drigo was courteous by calling before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was coming to my house. He was punctual, installed the kitchen faucet, explained how the new faucet worked, all in less than an hour. So happy the leak was caught in time, and was able to use my kitchen sink with new faucet continuing where I left off for the weekend.

Drigo is professional, friendly, and experienced. I've already used his services three times already. Because I poop a lot. Kidding, they were three separate plumbing issues (tree roots clogging up our main drain, pipe repair, and valve repair/replacement).

Drigo is the driving force behind Quality Plumbing and Drain Service. He gave excellent help with assessing the problems, offered an overview of the repair process and what it would cost. I asked for additional work while he was there, and it was obvious he was being more than fair with the price as he was already there and had all he needed in his truck to make the repairs. Same day service. Fixed the drains on the upstairs bathroom and sink; replaced a time worn U-pipe below the sink; fixed the loose chain of the toilet that kept coming off, and lastly, repaired the slow leak under one of the kitchen sinks. Did all of this within an hour or so. Very impressed with Drigo and will refer him to friends and family!

Drigo is great. He fixed our sewer connection. It was a huge job and involved demolishing concrete, digging down about 12 feet and replacing the pipe. He did it quickly, cleaned up each night so we didn't have to walk through the mess and tested everything thoroughly.

I needed a plumber to come in right away to replace a broken pipe located in the crawl space. Quality Plumbing was the last company I met with to provide me with an estimate. Drigo came in, reviewed the work needed and recommended replacing the sink line pipe with copper. He provided a great estimate and I hired him. He came two days later and finished the work within 4 hours. I thought it would take all day!

I usually don't go writing reviews for services or the like but I have to say that this time I feel the need to tell everyone that if you have any plumbing or drain issues, just call Drigo and he will make sure that all your concerns are met with quality and the soonest.
I had plumbing/drain service before from other company but never thought of asking them again as I felt that a lot of things done are not really necessary. But with Drigo, he will take care of your needs and then the advice ( if needed )without any pressure. Highly recommended

Drigo is an excellent plumber and an honest, responsive and dependable person. My tenants' hot water heater broke yesterday. I called three plumbing companies, and all three came out to give me a quote. The first company was not very competent (recommended a hot water heater that was too big for the space and could have created a safety hazard). The second company price gouged me (quoted me 2 times what Drigo did) and was unable to do the repair same day.

Then I found this Yelp page and called Drigo. He answered, he made time to go within a few hours to the house, he offered me a competitive price, was honest and straightforward, and did excellent work. Every interaction I had with him today was relaxed, kind, competent, straightforward and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Drigo, the owner, for a water heater replacement in my home, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism that he provided. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free, thanks to his expertise and excellent communication skills.

Professional, fast, economical, trustworthy. Quality Plumbing is the best service that we've ever used. My mom is nearly 90-years-old. She lives on a limited income in an old mobile home. There was a slow leak from the hot water line under the kitchen sink which hadn't been repaired for over 5 months. Last year another local plumber (which shall remain nameless) came out to fix a leak. They charged over $300 & assembled the faucet & water lines backward. Luckily, I found Quality Plumbing. I called Drigo & he texted back in less than 15 minutes. We arranged to have Arthur come out the following morning. He was on time, professional & friendly. Arthur gave us a very reasonable estimate for a total re-piping under the sink. There was a major leak & standing water that had soaked through the particleboard shelves. He cut, soldered, reconfigured, tested, cleaned, vacuumed the water, etc for less than $500 including parts, labor, everything. He showed me the copper joints that were rusted, corroded & leaking. We could have had a major blowout at any time that would have destroyed our kitchen. Quality is the very best plumbing service that we have ever used. Finding a professional, trustworthy plumber can be a scary thing to contemplate. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. Do yourself a favor. Read the other reviews & give Drigo a call.

I initially had another plumber scheduled to move my kitchen angle stops and my gas line for the stove. After two weeks of him flaking on me I called Quality plumbing. Drigo came out, gave me a reasonable estimate and scheduled the job. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work as promised. The utility sink in our garage wasn't draining and it was preventing us from using the kitchen sink, the master bathroom shower and sinks as well as the washing machine. After an attempt at solving the problem ourselves we realized we needed to call a plumber.

We've had a few plumbers come over the years but none were as friendly, quick and responsive as Drigo. I called him at 8:40 on a Sunday night and he said he'd be here between 9:20 - 10:00. I texted him my address and at 9:30 he texted to tell me he was on his way. Once he arrived he called me to let me know he was here, which I really appreciated as we have a dog that barks when the doorbell rings, and since it was a relatively late hour it's possible someone in the house could've been sleeping.

Since our house is on the older side with older pipes it wasn't as easy of a job as it could have been. Instead of just opening the trap with a simple wrench, the pipes were so old it required Drigo to cut the pipe in order to snake it. Once everything was underway it went smoothly and quickly. Our clogged drain was clear and draining properly, all in about an hour and for a great price too!

Having had just ok experiences in the past made us hesitant to call a plumber but we're glad we did and we're so happy we found Drigo and Quality Plumbing. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs!

I cannot honestly recommend this company to anyone. Drigo is a nice guy. He gave me a quote and stuck to it even though he spent more time than originally anticipated. The problem is... the plumber made a monumental mistake and fed a snake into an opposing bathroom... he realized when I told him excuse me the other bathroom has broken toilet everywhere. He started shaking and after I calmed him down he resumed work. He did in fact get the toilet clear. But he dumped all the toilet water into the shower and clogged that in the process. After several hours he proclaimed I am done! I give up! And left. I currently have one shattered toilet that was working fine before he arrived. One shower full of fecal water. But at least he stayed true to his original price and cleared one toilet... I guess. I am a renter so my landlord showed up (English is not his primary language) and drigo swindled him and somehow got away with not paying for a new toilet. Instead I have to deal with all his mistakes. I will most likely be getting a lawyer for this situation and pursue legal action. But I figured you should know about my unfortunate run in with a company that is everything but quality!

Drigo helped me out of a very difficult situation. Both of my 30 year old toilets broke beyond repair in the same week with both requiring immediate replacement. Three plumbers came and went, promising to do the job and then flaking out at the last minute. Drigo was willing to help this old lady through the process of ordering the toilets and organizing the repairs. Once the toilets arrived, he showed up as promised and installed them solo. It was a two person job but the helper was sick at the last minute so Drigo had to work alone. It was a huge job with two flights of stairs. Honestly, Drigo's performance was beyond heroic on this backbreaking assignment He did a perfect, beautiful replacement. I am so pleased and grateful to have met a professional like Drigo and Quality Plumbing. Highly recommend without any hesitation.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Do not waste your time calling elsewhere. Drigo is the BEST. Responded on a Saturday & came out as promised within the 1 hour timeframe & even early! Appreciated his calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. Every few years our shower drain clogs up due to excessive hair. Drigo didn't even shame me except to say You sure have a lot of hair. I asked a friend for a plumber recommendation and she very enthusiastically passed along Drigo's information. I called and he was able to come out the next day! I had a great experience with him - he was very communicative, offered a two hour estimate of availability, gave me about a twenty minute heads up before arriving, and arrived nearly right on the dot.

Drigo was able to fix 1) my garbage disposal, quick fix, 2) clear the clog on my bathtub, and 3) change out my kitchen sink faucet, all in less than 90 minutes

Throughout the time, he was incredibly respectful, thorough and happy to answer any questions. He kept my living area as clean as he possibly could and seemed to give an honest and thoughtful perspective. He primarily serves the Daly City area but was able to fit me in along his route today (I live in San Mateo) and I'm so relieved he was able to. My Rheem 40 Gallon Shorty water heater finally sprung a leak and was flooding my garage. After googling Daly City Plumbers, boy am I glad Drigo came up at the top of my list. Our water heater broke late at night. Knowing that it's difficult to book a plumber on the day of, I scrambled to look for one. My friend highly recommended Quality Plumbing but I was still skeptical. Drigo took my call even though it was outside of his normal service window. He requested photos and got on the phone with me a few times before booking an appointment for the following day.

He called me the following morning to talk about the various water heater options. Instead of selling me the most expensive option, he gave me his honest opinion. We ended up picking the one that suited our family needs. He came during the scheduled window and took time to assess the situation before starting the work. Although the work was more complex than he anticipated, Drigo and his team completed the work as promised. It was clear that he was detail oriented and cared about quality. The work was done in a timely manner and, and the work area was cleaned up without asking.

A couple years ago, Drigo successfully unclogged our shower drain and after finding a lot of hair, recommended a hair catcher which really helped since then . His prices were also reasonable .

Fast forward to today where our bathroom sink was clogged and I figured to call Drigo again. He unclogged our sink very fast with his motorized snake equipment as well as recommended a better sink guard . He was just as reliable, fast, and efficient as last time. Thanks Drigo !

I called needing to correct some plumbing under my kitchen sink, so my new dishwasher would work. I have a crazy schedule and Drigo was able to accommodate me, no problem. Upon inspection, he saw some further issues contributing to the poor draining and said that he could do that, too. He was able to advise me that breaking it into two jobs would make it more expensive, and if they were done together, I could get a nice price cut on the smaller job. He wasn't there more than 2 or 3 hours, cleaned everything up and all is running smoothly! I will definitely use him and his company again! I was awaken last night with the loud hissing of my toilet stop valve being stuck open, wasting gallons of water in the process.

Drigo saved us with his same day emergency plumbing services! Our toilet got clogged, which we made worse when we got a plumbing snake stuck in the pipes. Drigo provided excellent service. Responded quickly to my email for a quote our clogged kitchen sink. He's professional and was able to fix the clog problem. Drigo noticed that our garbage disposal was turned off. I told him another plumber suggested we not use it because there's metal inside that may come out. So we stopped using the garbage disposal. He was able unclog pipes with bones and yucky stuff. Now we can use the garbage disposal. Whoo...hoo!

Water heater gave out over the July 4th holiday. Drigo picked up the phone over the weekend and gave me a fair quote and expert opinion. Just bought a home and had a few plumbing issues and some uncertainty. Did 3 bids around the bay area, and Drigo's consultation was the most professional, fastest, and the most honest. He was very straight forward of things we didn't actually have to upgrade at this time, while he was patient to ask my additional questions of alternative solutions, or weighing if we wanted to invest more now, or just replace a 20 year part. Drigo then spent a lot of time to answer additional questions over the phone with my husband, and it felt like I can lean on Drigo to provide the best recommendations for our home here in the long term. My faucet in my bathtub was leaking on Friday. I called my plumber that I used before but they were busy until Thursday. I called Quality Plumbing next. I got a voicemail but didn't leave a message. He called me right back and left a message advising me that I could still call him back if I still need his services. I stopped the leak myself, but on Sunday it started to leak again. I started to call 8 other plumbers and they were booked up. I remembered Drigo from Quality Pluming left me a message. I called Drigo and advised him about my leaking faucet. He advised me to send pictures so he can give me a quote. Drigo's next available was the coming Monday. Drigo communicated with me well. He was actually early. He put on shoe protection so he won't get dirt in my house. Drigo was very efficient with the work. He showed me what he changed. He advised me to try it out myself. Which I did a couple of times. When he was done, I asked him to look at my hot water in my bathroom sink. He fixed it and showed me what's wrong. Then I showed him my kitchen sink faucet. Drigo advised me what type of faucet to get and a quote. Signed some paperwork and paid with a check. Drigo advised me that's it's a 30 day warranty with the cartridge he replaced. He left but I forgot I wanted Drigo to check my toilet to make sure I didn't have a leak. I called him back and he came back with in seconds. Came in to check the toilet. Advised me I had no leak. He also recommended me to buy a Tubshroom to help catch hair for my bathroom sink. Drigo was very honest, reliable, efficient and a trust worthy person. I highly recommend his plumbing company. Drigo attempted to snake a standpipe in my garage so that my washing machine can drain water properly again. He was unable to clear the line so he didn't charge me, but offered to schedule a return visit to remove sheetrock and investigate which parts needed replacing (most likely due to corrosion and can take 3-4 hrs). I took a different route this time, but highly recommend Drigo as he is committed to his work and clients. He was punctual, helpful, and took time to understand the issue before tackling on the job. A few months ago, Drigo and his team helped me repair a leak in the main gas line. This was an emergency, as PG&E had to shut off gas service to the house until the leak was fixed. Water heater went out and ended up taking a very cold shower in the morning! Called Drigo off a recommendation from a friend (and happy customer) and he almost immediately came out to check the status of the old water heater. I pretty much knew it was done, but he confirmed everything I knew. Didn't try to upsell me on anything even though I asked if there was something better. Said he had a full day booked but would get it done somehow today. True to his word, he called and checked in, at the times he said he would, to give updates. We've had some issues with mysterious blockages in the past.
Especially down stairs which is upstream in the pipe from all pipes that come down from the upstairs.

Finally had the ultimate blockage. First called Mr. Rooter which came out in 20 minutes. Took a look and told us what we needed done, gave me a quote that was shocking. I was about to say yes because... well i figured how far off could they be from the rest?. Luckily i had a moment of clear thinking. Decided to call around. All other quotes were about 1/3 of Mr. Rooters.

I landed on QPDS and spoke to DRigo. He was able to diagnose on the phone what i told him. Came out an hour later. With the equipment and ... did the dirty job (oh so dirty) . Flushed the main line twice, then ran a camera through to show me problem areas and state of the main pipe. Then flushed the sewage line outside twice.

I found out the hard way (an attempted shower) that our water heater bit the dust. We turned off the gas and water to it, then started looking for someone to replace it. We came across Quality Plumbing's listing here on Yelp and verified through Google that their work was good, and they were one of the few still accepting calls at ~6pm. Their quote was reasonable, so we set up an appointment.

They came the next day and replaced our water heater. They were polite, professional, and quick. Before they left, they showed me how the water heater worked, so that I could show my husband when he got home that evening.

My only complaint (and it's minor, because we got our hot water back less than 24 hours after the previous one died) is that I wish we could have had the opportunity to purchase a tankless heater and had them install it. I understand that it's likely a very different situation and setup might be much more involved, so I don't hold that against them.

No matter what, they helped us quickly and professionally. Overjoyed to have hot water again.

This is the second time Drigo has helped me with shower issues. First time was for clogging and recently was due to the water not coming out despite the shower knob turning. He knew instantly what to do and has been exceptionally responsive every step of the way.

I live in a condo complex where I had to coordinate things with HOA to shut our building's water off. Liked the work Drigo and his colleague did to replace a copper pipe in my backyard which was leaking + asked them to install a shutdown valve, so I don't have to turnoff the main supply in the future (if that pipe leaks again).

Trustworthy plumbers! That's hard to find based on my previous experience when I almost got conned into doing major repair that would have cost me $8-10K plus the hassle.

Drigo used the snake first to unclog my pipe. He came back later to do hydro jet flush and camera.

The flush unclogged my pipe and camera found a hole that's probably been there a while. I have to now decide when to get this repair done. Drigo was factual and didn't push to get this done right away, but recommended I do sooner than later.

I will definitely recommend using them. I already did to my neighbor across the street!

Our shower started draining slowly. A friend recommended Quality Plumbing and Drain Service, so I called. Drigo answered the call and was able to book an appointment for the next day. Arthur showed up during the 2-hour appointment, and handled the issue perfectly. He asked several questions, and he tested the other water fixtures in the home to diagnose the issue. He then gave me an estimate to fix the issue, which I thought was a reasonable amount. He asked if I should continue, and I agreed. He used a drum auger to remove about 12 inches of solid hair and soap. He had to push the cable 20 feet through the drain in order to unblock it, and then he pushed another 10 feet just to be sure the drain was fully cleared. He then wrote a detailed description of what he did on the invoice, and I paid him. He said he would warranty the cleared drain for 30 days. The entire visit was around 45 minutes. I will certainly call Quality Plumbing and Drain Service again if I have other plumbing issues.

I contacted Quality Plumbing & Drain Service for a quote to replace a leaking water heater. Drigo was able to come that same day and provided a very competitive quote. During the consultation he thoroughly addressed my questions and concerns, clearly explained the scope of work needed, and made suggestions to correct a piping issue that was previously ignored when my old water heater was installed. He didn't try to up-sell me or use sales-pitchy language - I did a lot of research on my own prior to receiving any quotes - so I was confident he was competent, and most importantly, straightforward and honest. Although a different company would've been able to replace my water heater that same day, I decided to move forward with Drigo despite having to wait a couple more days due to the holiday weekend. In the meantime, he provided excellent communication (via text) regarding the parts ordered and when he'd arrive for the job.

On the day of installation, Drigo arrived on time and got right to work. When he was finished, he showed me how to turn on the pilot and gave me an overview about the heat settings. Throughout the process he was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even followed up with me later that evening to ensure everything was working properly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work done and will be contacting him for all my future plumbing needs. Wonderful customer service. Answered right away, asked for pictures of my water heater that stopped working, via text and tried to trouble shoot over phone, as it was late on a Sunday night. Came out for service call 1st thing in morning, with prices and availability of repair parts for my specific heater. Decided to do full replacement of water heater, it was fully installed by the end of the morning, with new hot water within an hour of install. Seamless and painless, and very pleasant experience. My bathroom drains suddenly decided to clog up and needed major TLC ASAP. Called in on Monday evening and got immediate on Wednesday morning service. i am writing a negative review for this newbie business.
late - for scheduled appointment.
came into see what was wrong w my powder room faucet making a terrible noise upon turning on the hot water faucet.
looked under vanity . turned the knob.
took him about 3 minutes & charged me 140.00$. i was shocked at the excessive chg for nothing.
no senior rate.
then the nerve to tell me he wanted a check so he didn't get billed 4% service charge.
oh really .
i wanted my points at that point.
i was very disappointed that he charged me anything for three minutes time.
like 50$ would have been sufficient.
i always pay but this was unfair- not a way to have respected customer.

I needed old pipes (connecting the kitchen to the laundry room) to be replaced under the house. Drigo came by and assessed the damage, was very informative on what needed to be done and how to install pipes (explained what type and why) and how to best position the pipes so there is less chance of still water (which leads to water damage/rust/etc). He had a very fair price and was able to schedule a very quick turn around for when he could do the job. Part of the pipes was even underground and so he was able to get a second guy to come out, dig up the pipe, replace it all, and clean up all in half a day. For efficiency, knowledge, quality, and price I would definitely trust him for future jobs.

Drigo is an honest, patient, friendly, and respectful man. Definitely recommended.

We had a clogged sink and (what I though was) a slow-draining bathtub. I contacted Drigo and a couple of other plumbers. He answered promptly (unlike some others), listened carefully to the problem, suggested a solution, gave me a good estimate, and set up an appointment within the next 3 hours.

He showed up on time, and he is even friendlier than he sounds on the phone! He quickly unclogged our sink (which I hadn't managed to unclog by snaking myself), then checked our tub and figured that it was operating normally. He could have charged us extra, but he did not. That's hard to find nowadays.

He also checked our pipes in the garage when he arrived, and pointed me to the root cause of the problem (bad pipe angle). He did no push me or even mention to fix that, and when I asked him how much it'd cost to fix the pipe, he said do it only if necessary, and he gave me a reasonably good estimate. Hopefully it won't come to fixing the pipe, but if it does, we'll definitely call Drigo.

I have hired probably 3 other plumbing companies over the last 12 years before hiring Quality Plumbing and drain service. Out of the 3 other plumbing businesses I have hired, none of them left an outstanding impression.

However, I was VERY impressed with the excellent manners, cleanliness, professionalism, ethics, and kind demeanor of Quality Plumbing and Drain service.

Not only will I be using this business again, but I will be referring this business to others. Drigo is the type of person I look forward to doing business with again.

I had a clogged kitchen sink and he basically could tell me over the phone what the problem was (he was right) and could give me a rough estimate of what I was looking at $ wise. He came out the next day, and repaired the problem quickly and did not leave a mess for me to clean up afterwards.

There is no need to call anyone else for your plumbing needs - Drigo is clean, efficient, kind and ethical. He easily gets 5 stars.

Drigo was fantastic! He was the only one who ventured an estimate (was spot on) and after two processes was able to unclog our pipes. Same day service on a weekend, and came exactly the time he scheduled.

And as an aside, I didn't even have to ask him to take his shoes off in our no shoe home. Amazing!

Like a nightmare, sewage started to back up in my downstairs shower and toilet. It started off gentle with soap bubbles not going down the shower and sink drain. Then funny smells every now and then. And later, when the toilet flushed, things came out of the shower drain. Bad things! We tried plunging, pouring hot water, using vinegar & baking soda, nothing helped. A terrible thing to wake up to and I had been especially 100% successful in avoiding having any visitors in my home since the COVID-19 pandemic started. But it was necessary in this case. Fortunately, I already had a previous experience with Quality Plumbing and knew who to call.

I contacted Drigo that morning. He called me back within the hour and was able to come by two hours later within the estimated time. Drigo arrived wearing gloves and a mask, yay! He assessed the situation and told me he would try snaking the shower drain first and if that didn't work, the toilet would have to come off to snake the drain under it. He gave estimates for the job(s) before he started. Luckily, he ended up not needing to snake the toilet because that required more work and would also double the cost. He snaked my shower drain twice to clear the clog and ran tests to ensure everything was working again before leaving. I paid via check and received a receipt for the work done. He was in and out in half an hour. So far, everything seems to be working! I'm glad I do not have to shop around in a plumbing emergency because I trust Drigo will be there quick to get the job done at a fair price. Thank you!

Drigo is a wonderful professional who takes pride in his job. I needed an emergency pipe repair (due to the pipes being so old and not being maintained very well). I originally found him based on yelp reviews and he got back to me with a fair quote in under an hour after I reached out to him. He arrived 24 hours after I contacted him and discovered the distraction was worse then originally expected. He not only repaired the issues but he even went above and beyond to explain why things happened and what I needed to do to maintain things.

Our old water heater finally gave up on us and after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to see if the hype was real with Quality Plumbing. After speaking with Drigo on the phone Sunday night, I felt confident this was the guy I wanted to work with. Drigo is a miracle worker! I had an old original shower faucet that was leaking and had another plumber come in and look at it. That guy said he was going to have to tear open the tiled walls to repair it and so I would need to go and find tiles to match the old tiles before he would begin. Needless to say I couldn't find tiles to match the originals. I started looking around again for a new plumber to get another opinion and came across Drigo. He came by and looked at the situation and advised a fix where I wouldn't have to obtain replacement tiles. He is a life saver! And he did an excellent job. I was so happy with his work that I also have had him install a new kitchen faucet and remove an old wall hanging sink in the bathroom and replace it with a new cabinet, sink and faucet. And again, he did impeccable work, everything looks and works great. Besides his terrific work, Drigo is also an incredibly nice guy. He was always happy, polite and smiling even though he had to deal with some troubling, messy issues dealing with the shower and getting the old, original wall hanging sink off of the wall. In the past we have contacted a family friend for our plumbing issues, who was not available to look at our recent issues. I would give ten stars if I could. Drigo saved our Thanksgiving. Our kitchen sink decided to back up the day before the holiday. After four bids with a huge range of estimates, we went with Quality Plumbing. This was for an exterior leaking iron drainage pipe that was causing settling in our flowerbed. A handyman plumber dug it up and area and exposed the leak and a cracked clay pipe the iron pipe was connecting to. In the estimate process everything was clearly explained by Quality Plumbing, including potential problems that we might run into. Initially they projected they would not be able to do the job for three days, but when I called the next day Quality came out and completed the job. Explained other issues to watch out for in the future with our system. The solution Quality came up with saved over a thousand dollars compared to other bids.

Drigo has done a spectacular job with helping with our leakage and toilette clog (two separate issues occurred in a month's span.) BIG shout out to Andrew Franco at Quality Service Plumbing! I've been in my old house for about 12 years now, living with variations of rumbling plumbing (And I had my whole house re-plumbed after I purchased it. Wat? Yep.) Years later, when I did the landscaping, the sprinkler system would wake me every morning with a bump and if I didn't have the toilet faucet opened just right the pipes would rattle. I called Quality Service about another issue- removing gas lines, and while we were talking I learned that these old houses do not typically have regulators, that we are at the mercy of the city water system to regulate the water pressure. With all the plumbing work I've had done in the past why did no one tell me this? Thanks for the education Andrew and for my pretty new copper outdoor faucet and water pressure regulator!!! WOW! You rock (not like my pipes did.) And if they rattle again, Quality Service will send someone out to make an adjustment. Also, I MUST comment on how happy (and grateful) I am with Andrew's professionalism, expertise and for treating me with respect and genuine kindness. (No flirting, or belittling here, ladies!) This is the second time that Drigo came to help unclog a drain. It just so happens that something goes wrong with the house when we're hosting guests! This time it was the kitchen sink. I had boiled a pot of water with some detergent and the clog wouldn't budge. All I did was warm up the house during the heatwave haha. Definitely will find Drigo again if I need any help next time. Last night I noticed there was a water leakage from my warm water heater with abnormal gas sound. We can even gas. We can only stop the water input and gas input in the middle of the night as a temporary solution. Called Drigo at 7am on the next day to ask for same day service. It is so nice that he provided me a estimated quote after sending him some pictures of our warm water heater in 30 mins. I've had two great experiences with Drigo Morales from Quality Plumbing and Drain Service. Drigo earned my trust with his first visit a couple of years ago, when I called him to replace leaking pipes in two locations in my house. Drigo could have charged me hundreds of dollars to fix them but instead quickly determined that the leaks were minor and explained how I could seal them myself.

Last week I had to call Drigo a second time, to replumb the piping under our kitchen sink. It had been installed before I bought my house and could best be described as creative, with extraneous loops more closely resembling a roller coaster than a professional piping installation. Drigo did an excellent job simplifying the piping and replacing cheap and leaky pieces with quality materials. I would absolutely trust Drigo with future plumbing work and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else in the area.

Drigo to the rescue again! I got a faulty/worn down toilet gasket that's causing water to leak on each flush. Noticed the leak via water marks in my garage's ceiling. I trust no one else but Drigo's Quality Plumbing and Drain Service, so I gave him a call and he responded right away. From the call alone, he already knew what's causing the problem. He dropped by as soon as possible and got the necessary repairs done in under an hour. As before, he's very diligent and honest, and works fast and clean. When it comes to plumbing, Drigo is my go-to person.

Our water heater tank recently developed a leak at 2:30 am. I waited for sunrise to call Drigo for assistance.

Drigo responded promptly and was onsite by 8:30 am to assess the damage. He returned that afternoon with a new water heater tank and quickly went to work. We have hot water again by 3 pm.

Drigo did a superb job. He was polite, prompt, and efficient.

I highly recommend Drigo for any plumbing needs.

We had a leaking water pressure regulator valve, and Drigo did a great job replacing it. He was very courteous, responsive, honest, and reliable. On top of that, pricing was also fair. The pipe to the water main finally gave out and burst after 90 years since it's original installation. You can imagine the challenge that this would produce. And, of course, this was discovered late on a Thursday night. I reached the owner (Drigo) of the company through this site and he responded immediately. The outstanding service began with Drigo talking me through what I needed to do until he was able to get the permit to do the work. He was in communication with me late into the night.

The next morning, he was at the house giving a prompt, honest, and fair assessment of the work that needed to be done, and one day later the work was completed. Drigo and his crew were fast, thorough, polite, and left the completed project neat and clean as though there was no problem in the first place.

This team is a refreshing change in a time where many contractors are too busy to respond in the first place or do subpar work.

In the case of this company, the work was outstanding. Water pressure is better than before. Copper pipes were laid to replace old galvanized steel. And they gave me good guidance about protecting the plants that were growing above the pipe and how to preserve them before they began their work.

Now, as a result, I have found a plumbing company we can count on for projects- large and small.

Drigo responded to my request on yelp in less than 10 mins. Came over & fixed our toilet leak in less than an hour. He did an excellent job doing what he needed to do & was super thoughtful. Outstanding customer service and quality work! I messaged Drigo through Yelp and he came out to give me an estimate right away. I could not be happier with the experience for the following reasons:

1) His pricing is very fair and transparent, which I appreciated. He also doesn't try to oversell you things you don't need. He is very willing to explain different options and how/why they would impact cost.

2) He did a great job communicating with the tilesetter to make sure that my shower remodel went smoothly. He was responsive whenever any issues or questions arose and came right away to address them.

3) He's super friendly and laid-back. Construction is stressful enough. Having someone who is easy to get along with goes a long way!

I am definitely going to hire him for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Drigo came out on time and did the work I request plus more. He helped me move my wedge wood stove closer to the wall by cutting metal piping and customizing some of the fittings so things looked flush. We soap tested the changes and worked looked good. My wife was very happy and he was affordable. I'd use him again anytime!

My sink was clogged and we tried to use a manual snake to fix it but it wasn't working. We went on Yelp and saw the five star review for Quality Plumbing and decided to give them a try. We left a message on Yelp and Drigo reached out quickly and made an appointment for the same day. He gave me a flat rate that I agreed to prior to him looking at the issue. He came in, took maybe half an hour and fixed the sink problem. He ran some tests. Everything was perfect. He cleaned up, billed us and he was on his way. Thank you Quality Plumbing!!
