Amazing service! Marco has personally taken care of all my home repairs all at an affordable price. He works around my schedule which is a huge plus considering I have small children. He is very respectful and is easy to communicate with. Will definitely call again for future help.

The owner responded quickly when our pool pump went out. We called on a Tuesday and it was installed on Thursday (our street was being repaired so Wednesday wasn't good for us). This company was willing and able to do it the next day.
Overall, we feel this company has great service and great prices.

We've called out Camco twice since buying our home and could not be happier with the job Cezar did! First time was for a leak under the house, he replaced some pipe and fixed it right up. This time for a clogged shower. He was fast to respond each time. Did professional work and was clear and descriptive about what he was doing and what it was gonna cost. Camco will remain our go-to for any plumbing needs!

West Coast Plumbers is literally the best! I will call them for any plumbing issues and I get the best service, sometimes even same day! They explain everything they are going to do from start to finish. I never feel left in the dark and I'm always satisfied with the outcome.

I got their reference from Next Door, I called and within 3 hours (on Saturday) Sheldon was at my place ready to work. I had water leak at my residence for the past few days that only can be heard but not seen. Thus difficult to find it and repair it. Wow!  Sheldon found it by putting his ears in the crawl place and crawling towards it. Within 2 hours he cut the leaking pipe and replaced with another one and the problem solved. Amazing, efficient, friendly, up to the time service. This guys should be on top of your list when you need a plumber. Really they make really helped me ease my anxiety. They are also reasonably priced.

Great service, I had a urgent situation and needed my dishwasher to be installed ASAP. I called Bryan first thing in the morning, an hour later they were at my place. Very pleased with their great communication and quick service.

We had a gas leak and the gas company shut off our gas. We contacted Omar's Plumbing in the evening and explained what our situation was. They came over the next morning and inspected our home. They did a leak test and found the source of the leak and isolated it so that we were able to get the gas turned back on in the rest of the house. During the pressure test, they double checked all of our ON/OFF valves and determined that one was starting to fail so they replaced it right away. I was very happy that they did two 10 minute pressure tests to verify that our gas system was up to the gas company's standards. Omar and David were courteous, informative and very knowledgeable. We're super glad that we contacted Omar's Plumbing.

Without any type of exaggeration, if I could give a negative rating for Titan Plumbing I would. Working with this company has been the worst experience I've ever had with ANY business. This  business takes the cake on the most disrespectful customer service and dissatisfaction with work performed.  I can make this a lengthy review and go into detail on how they tried to up-sell us on services and charge us full price for something they didn't even do, but I'll do my best to keep it short and simple... STAY AWAY! The receptionist over the phone was upset that we were questioning the work that was done/not done and it was quite evident that they want their customers to be ignorant and not question them. She was so upset, she went ahead and charged my bank card (apparently saved on file from a previous invoice I had paid onlinw for) WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION FROM ME and hung up on us! We called the company back and I asked her about the authorization, she said it was authorized by me on-site meaning I authorized it in person at the property. I wasn't even in Bakersfield, I've been in LA this whole week. After telling her that she continued to lie saying I authorized it verbally over the phone which is NOT true. She didn't even tell me the amount she was going to charge me, I am disputing it now with my bank. If you're reading this, SAVE YOUR MONEY & SAVE YOUR TIME and go somewhere else! If the company tries to respond to my review to apologize and to build their own narrative they are just virtue signaling to you and to other potential new clients, don't buy it. They have my phone number and my email if they want to make it right.

I used Pacific Coast to do some electric work at my properties.  This is the first time I used them for my AC system.  Adrian came out to service the AC unit which has been giving us a lot of problems.  He arrived early (!) and it was quickly apparent to me that he is one of the most knowledgeable techs I have ever met (and I have used multiple AC company's so I have some experience).  Better yet, he is good at explaining what is going on and recommending options.  Did not try to rush through the explanations and let me ask a bunch of questions.  Our situation with this AC unit is a little complicated and there are many options.  After he left, he called later to say I was thinking about the AC at your place while driving to other calls and proceeded to provide another solution.  Awesome stuff by Adrian.

I found Gladiator on yelp and have had them back on a number of occasions. Each and every time, a person has answered the phone - and most importantly, had a professional plumber to my house and working on the problem within 2 hours. Pricing is always fair - and as I've come to experience most recently, stand behind the work they do 100%.

Just about a month ago, I had Gladiator out to clear an underground cleanout that was backing up.  A couple weeks later, same problem - they came out took care of it under warranty and all seemed well for a couple of weeks.  Last night, my wife and I arrived home to find sewage flowing out of the same cleanout. I called Gladiator at 7 PM - and was happy to see our friendly plumber before 8. After working on it for more than an hour - he told me that he was unable to clear it, and that he believed that he  had made the long run out to the main sewer line. He suggested that I call the city - see if they'll come out - but just in case, he'd plan to be out first thing in the morning with an extension. As it turned out - the city of Castro Valley amazed me as well - had someone out at the property before 10 - to find that the problem was indeed with the main.

Most amazingly, Gladiator Plumbing stayed at the house, advising the city what he had done - and stuck around to make sure that the problem got resolved. Amazing service at any time of day - let alone after 10 PM.

I called Better Rooter on a Saturday morning and to my surprise Alex the owner called me right back. We were having back up water issues in our shower and washing machine and I needed help sooner than later. Alex had a client booked but told me that he would stop by to check everything. As promised Alex came a couple hours later and was able to determine what needed to be done. Long story short it was a bigger problem than expected & needed to be handled with a crew, but everthing was delt with and fixed within 48 hours. Alex is a very professional, polite, & prompt. The three P's that make a great business.

I reached out when I noticed there is some leak in my shower tub so I requested a quote on a Saturday. Yaro replied instantly with honest estimation and came right on time on scheduled time. After checking the cartridge he also noticed my water heater is leaking and proposed to replace it for me - which saved a lot of trouble!

We were impressed immediately by their professionalism. This is a family business of father and son team. They seem to take great pride in their skill and are very upfront and honest. They re-piped most our downstairs with excellent results in our 83 year old home. They gave us a very fair price! Abel is very personable and I highly recommend their services.

Had Bigos come out to our place the other night for an after hours emergency call.  Problem was fixed quickly and cleanly.  I do similar work as an electrician (also owned my own small company) and know a good tradesman when I see one.  Matt (the owner) was just that, a true professional.  I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

It was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and I dropped my necklace in my new vanity's sink and it went down the drain! I tried to fish it out myself unsuccessfully and then called three other plumbers who weren't available. I called Genteel and not only were they available, but they came within an hour. Despite no guarantees, Joan and Daniel were able to get my necklace out safely. They were kind and careful in my newly remodeled bathroom, put my vanity drawers back on and even put the stuff back in the drawer for me! They also helped me figure out where my newly placed water valve shutoff valve is in the garage in their way out.
