My name is Rami Hinawi, president of Plumbing Service Solutions, Inc. I am a third generation plumber taught by my father and older brother. My experience in plumbing ranges from residential to commercial, with simple tasks like installing a new water heater to more complex tasks like building a plumbing system from the ground up. After an absolute cluster trying to deal with American Home Shield to repair toilets in our new home, I gave up and came to Yelp. Rami knew exactly what the issue was with our existing toilets when I spoke to him on the phone, and he recommended a quality replacement. Within a week I was able to get an appointment for him and one of his workers to come in and replace all 3 toilets in my house. They did a great job and we're really happy with the new toilets he chose. Do not hesitate to use this company for your plumbing needs, we are excited to have a local plumber we can trust in the future.

Finally I found a plumber that is reliable and reasonable. On time and very professional and gets the job done no matter what. I also loved that when he finished the job he made sure everything was clean and Perfect. Thank you Rami
First of all, I was given a window of 1 PM - 3 PM as to when to expect the plumber to arrive. The plumbers arrived at 1:15; I didn't expect that remarkable punctuality.
Secondly, the plumbers were totally professional in every way. Polite, quiet, liked my dog and they handled the unexpected (like a corroded shut-off valve) in a non-panic way.
Thirdly, they were tidy. There was no evidence of they're ever being here with the exception of a new working and not leaking faucet.
Lastly, I will soon be engaging their services for a new shower workings installation.
Rami and his crew are extremely professional, easy to work with, do a wonderful job and leave everything clean! Rami takes the time to walk you through all your questions and concerns and offers the best solution. He assisted us when we first purchased our home in 2017 when our main water line needed to be replaced. A year later when we needed a new clean out added. 2020 installed one of those gas shut off things If there's an earthquake. 2022 removed our old leaky water heater and installed a new tankless.
Needless to say he is always there for us! Thank you Rami!

I can't say enough good stuff about Rami and his team. My old copper pipes sprung a leak for the third time. So, it was clearly time to re-pipe the house. Rami and his team arrived on time and with everything they needed. They finished the entire job in two days, and they cleaned everything up before they left. Outstanding!
This company is as good as it gets. A professionalism, ethics and intelligence that I have not seen with the past plumbers that my home warranty usually dispatches. My service rep was forward thinking and resolved a recurring problem with a simple solution that took his team less than 30 minutes to implement in order to prevent future recurrence. Clearly other plumbers have not been as astute. Pricing was beyond fair as well. Highly recommend!!

Awesome and fast service. Rami and his team are total professionals. Fixed our sewer line from our house in less than two days. Something that would have been a total headache was no problem for them!
Finally, we've found a plumber that provides quality service and professionalism at a fair price! A few months ago, our water heater gave out. Rami provided a detailed quote to replace it and completed the job within a day. He also provided suggestions on proper maintenance and care to extend the life of the unit. Last week our shower valve gave out during the shelter at home order and our first call was to Rami. After a short facetime consultation, he assured us it was a quick fix that we could easily do ourselves. With his suggestions and encouraging words we successfully fixed it!! We were quite proud of our accomplishment when we turned the water back on and it didn't spray all over the place! Most importantly, this resolution was done while maintaining the social-distancing order. Thanks Rami! A true gem :)
Rami replaced a shut off valve that was basically built into concrete. A lot of other plumbers were hesitant to do that, but Rami was able to do it and fix the concrete after. He did a great job
We have used Plumbing Services Solutions twice now. I initially found Rami through Thumbtack. He responded to my message very quickly and was able to schedule me for an appointment to fix my shower and tub which weren't draining. He was able to fix it though another local company stated they weren't able to and for a better price than the other company quoted as well. We discussed a couple of other plumbing issues that needed to be worked on in the future and followed up to see if I still needed help. Today he fixed my sink and garbage disposal.
Each time Rami has been punctual and very polite. He works quickly and charges reasonable prices. I'm happy we finally found a plumber we feel we can trust!
Rami is a skilled plumber. He's been in the business a long time. He spent eight hours retrieving a broken piece of pipe from our sewer line that saved us from ripping up the slab foundation, saving us tens of thousands of dollars. He is professional, meticulous, and clean. He is a trustworthy and honest plumber that will always steer you in the right direction. He also hydro-jetted our kitchen line and removed 50 years of debris. He has all of the cool plumbing technology (camera, hydro-jet machine, etc.). I'd recommend him to anyone.

Can't give them enough stars. Had a real tough dishwasher install...as difficult as it gets. They did a phenomenal job. Looks and works great. Great communication. Super reliable. They made sure to clean up after the install. Highly recommend

Rami and his crew are true professionals. Very prompt on arrival time. Work was completed right in the middle of the estimated: 4-6 hours estimate, job took 5. And the work is very high quality. Plastic was put down and there was little evidence of any work being done after the fact due to how clean it was. They had all the tools to do the job correctly. 3 guys in total were present which made it go faster. You can tell he really knows what he's doing. And again, h's very efficient with his time. Finally, he even fixed my bathroom sink plumbing which was done in a shotty manner the first time by a handyman at a highly reasonable cost (very reasonable). Price was very reasonable as well but I wasn't really concerned with that, I knew I wanted quality work for this job.
I was in a time pinch and needed an earthquake seismic valve installed as soon as possible. So I looked on yelp and called PSS and left a VM. Rami, called in less than 5 min and told me could be at the house in 20 minutes. Everyone else said they needed to be there tomorrow between 12-4pm. I didn't have time and Rami accommodated. He inspected the valve and said he could do it the next day. Less than 24 hours later my problem was solved. One of the smoothest interactions I've had with a serviceperson ever. Rami is reliable, honest, and does good work. I highly recommend him.

Plumbing Service Solutions has provided service both at my home and office. They are true professionals. They fix the problems promptly and correctly every time. They are fair and honest, and give great advice. Plus, Rami the owner is just a great guy.

Today they fixed a leaking pipe under the house that was detected by National Leak Specialists (who were referred by Rami's team). The leak guys took pictures and video of the leak and sent ahead to Rami so Rami would know what he's dealing with. Rami came with all the necessary equipment and parts and got straight to work.

I highly recommend Rami for your plumbing needs. I received same day service and he was on time. Cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call him if I have plumbing problems in the future.
We needed repair of drain pipes under the house. It also required removing a toilet and cutting the wall to replace part of the vent. Rami came over, went under the house with me, explained what he needed to do, and gave me a price that was lower than another local plumber. When it came time to do the job, he showed up on time with a helper. They completed the job in a couple of hours. He also put me in touch with someone who patched the wall the same day. It couldn't have gone smoother. It's hard enough to find contractors who even show up when they're supposed to much less do good work. I'll definitely be contacting Rami again next time we need a plumber.
If I could pick 10 stars, I would. Rami and his team are extremely easy to work with and did a wonderful job with a few plumbing jobs around our house (hydro jetting, replacing pipes, etc.). What I love about Rami is that he finds the solution that works for you and your family. He looks at what needs to be fixed and provides an honest solution at a reasonable price vs. providing quotes that aren't customized. I feel like I can trust him - and that's really hard to find. I feel very lucky that we made this connection and can't recommend his services enough.
I am currently working with Rami at Plumbing Service Solutions in repairing a slab leak and rerouting the pipes. Not only is he a pleasure to speak with but he gives us options on what we can do to prevent further issues rather than just patching the job. I love the fact that he gives us progress updates and follows up. His quality of work is way above standard and he goes beyond just the job at hand.

Hi all. This is an update and a response to a woman named Heidi M who posted a one star review for Rami. I was present when the interaction occurred between rami and this woman named Heidi M who left the review. I'd like to note that this woman was unnecessarily aggressive and rude. She made hateful comments to Rami and most of them were derogatory and obscene. She felt it was appropriate to bring up his nationality and to call him racial slurs. He tried to be kind, as is his nature. But unfortunately, this woman was unreasonable. You cannot reason with people like this. She was going to hate him because of his Middle Eastern background no matter how kind he said or did to her. I'm embarrassed that people would even still speak aloud the racial slurs she called him. To top it off, this woman stated that he is rude to women. Completely untrue.
To all the women out there who have had work done by Rami, I ask you to rally behind him and show your support. Someone should not be able to post a bad review and damage a hard working man's reputation just because they see the work truck and suddenly have access to his yelp info. Yelp is supposed to be a legitimate tool not a means to retaliate against someone. Let's all show Rami the support he deserves.
I highly recommend this company. They are wonderful to work with and they do quality work. They are responsive, prompt and professional. I also appreciate they are competitive with their pricing. Thank you so much for your hard work.

I'm a 2 year old Aussie Shepherd and I adore Rami!! He's the hardest working human I've ever met. He's visited us several times and this last time he repiped our whole house and my humans are relieved to not have pinhole leaks or mold anymore. I like that when my humans call Rami he's easy to get ahold of and he comes over when he says he's going to (and he always scratches my ears!!!) My humans also love how clean he leaves our place. But what they like best is that Rami knows what he's doing and he can do what needs to be done. I like the belly rubs best, but that's just me.

Called Rami from plumbing service solutions and he came same day. Rami was very professional and explained the entire process. I had a main sewer blockage and this wasn't the first time. I've had several company's out to unclog the main line and everyone told me I had a root issue and wanted to destroy my hard to repair the pipe. Rami ran his camera and showed me where all the issues are. Afterwards he explained to me a method called permaliner which I've never heard of. Rami educated me on the permaliner and sent me a few articles and videos. After a about a week I called Rami and his crew back to repair my sewer line with the permaliner. They dug one hole in my yard and they lined my old sewer line with a new line and had it done in one day. After they were done, they yard look like there were never there. Rami owner of Plumbing Service Solutions is very professional and honest. I will never use another plumber ever again.
Rami is responsive, kind, clean, reasonably priced and a great problem solver. We had an issue with outdoor drains backing up during each rain leading to flooding in our house. We had at least 5 plumbers out to diagnose and solve this problem. After spending thousands of dollars and getting absolutely nowhere, we were referred to Rami. After studying the drain system he proposed a solution which has worked like a charm. No more flooding in the house. He also figured out how to plumb and run a direct natural gas line to an outdoor fire pit we had which previously had been on propane tanks (which are a massive pain in the neck). Again, multiple plumbers who looked at it said it couldn't be done. Rami got it done in one shot. I have referred him to friends and family and everyone raves about his service. You can't do better than Rami and PSS
Rami and his assistant did a great job at my parents condo today by replacing the water hose for their washer before disaster happens. They showed up right on time and did exactly what we expected plus extra effort to move the heavy vertical washer/dryer more back and towards one side of a small space so my elderly parents would have access to reach the water shutoff values in the future in case of any leaking problems. It was a clean, fast and effective job well done. Much appreciated!

I'm so glad I found these plumbers! It's been hard for me to find good and dependable plumbers. They were reliable, friendly, and did the job right! It was easy to make an appointment with them and they totally cleaned up after they were done.

Called Plumbing Service Solutions for a estimate to install a dishwasher that I already purchased. The owner Rami had me text him a photo and was able to provide me a very reasonable price for install all through the phone. When he and his crew showed up, they were wearing masks and gloves and were in and out with the install finished within the hour. Thank you for your amazing service and following COVID guidelines.
Called plumbing service solutions because they came highly recommended from my brother in law. I sent a Yelp message and a few minutes later Rami called me. He was extremely professional, informative, and discussed my project over the phone. He knew exactly what was needed and gave me a very fair estimate. However, I couldn't go with them due to scheduling conflicts. They're fully booked up til after Christmas which makes sense because they're work seems good. But I really needed to get the job done before Christmas. It didn't work out this time but I definitely saved their contact for future projects and to refer to anyone I know. Good customer service goes a long way!

Best Plummer in town. He repiped my whole house!! He installed an extra sink and an outdoor shower. He installed our pot filler as well. He was always on time and very clean. Most of all Rami is a very honest man. He truly has the best prices. They arrived on time ready to work. I was able to leave my house while they worked!!! Major plus!!!! We are very thankful we have a great Plummer to referre.
Ever since these guys reacted promptly last March for an emergency problem with my hot water heater (and did a great job), they have been my go to plumber. I have never been disappointed with them. They respond quickly, nice guys, and fair prices.

Rami and his team exceeded all expectations!
When our toilet overflowed on Christmas day, I reached out to our local realtor and was referred to Plumbing Service Solutions. Griselda was my initial point of contact and provided great customer service throughout the entire process. She advised me that Rami would be dispatched to evaluate the issue. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. All of the steps needed to to remedy the situation were explained concisely, and in a manner I could understand. Instead of a costly pipe replacement, Rami suggested examining the main line with a camera every 6 months. a very doable solution. The PSS team was highly skilled, clean, punctual, knowledgeable, responsive, and all of this for a very reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better experience!
Plumbing Service Solutions is now my go to plumber and I have already shared the contact info. with 3 neighbors. Call them for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed with the high level of integrity and customer service provided!

They showed up on time to replace our water heater. Went above and beyond to strap it well for earth quake preparedness. Rami and his help were also very good to cleanup and take old water heater with them. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.
Rami did an awesome job replacing the shut off valve to our townhouse and the stems in both bathroom showers. He's punctual, quick and overall a really nice guy! He also looked at our toilet and when we still had an issue with it, he came back and fixed it, no questions asked. I would highly recommend him. It's hard to find a plumber you can trust but I think we found ours. Thanks Rami!
If you want a plumbing job done right you should hire PSS. We had an emergency after hours call for a plugged drain and they were there within the hour and had the drain cleared quickly. Trust worthy and very friendly.
Professional! Our water heater went out on Friday, so we called PSS. Rami installed a new energy efficient water heater for us and went above and beyond. He installed the water heater, inspected and replaced our old gas valve and hose, inspected the vent and installed earthquake straps on our unit. PSS / Rami is our go to plumber and I have already recommended him to several friends.
Rami inspected our home prior to purchase in 2016 and then fixed a broken shower pipe today. He problem solved a tough old corroded shower install from the 1990s. He installed the new pipe and made it look and work excellently. We will use him to install a water filtration system soon! So courteous and thorough! We highly recommend him.
I called and Rami answered. I told him we had an exposed pipe with a pinhole leak. He was also aware that we don't just allow any service people in our home because of the work my hubs does. He sent Gus who is a veteran like my hubs and he was not only trustworthy but quick . He showed up not long after I called. And didn't take him long to get it done either! Thank you Gus for your service and THANK you Rami for sending someone trustworthy and honest. I won't use anyone else for our plumbing needs. Usually my hubs can do these little things but this time he just couldn't so thank goodness for Rami Gus and PSS !
