I had a clogged system in the main drain my auger couldn't reach so I called Tommy's plumbing service and they sent a team out  super quick! Unfortunately I was not home because I thought they were gonna show up later and when I arrived they had cleared it from the outside drain and just said To go in and try it and it worked! Nothing negative to say about these guys, I appreciate the help. Thank you!

We had a leaky sink that our builder refused to resolve. Marcus came out and immediately knew the solution. He promptly fixed the issue, tested to ensure it would hold and cleaned up any and all mess made in the process. To top it off their prices were fair. I will be using them for my water heater maintenance and other plumbing needs.

We wanted to replace our old water heater.  We called Tommy's and they sent someone out the next day. The two gentlemen where friendly and professional and answered all my questions. It took them about an hour and they where done!  I will definitely use them again.

Had a leak from the faucet that the hose to the refrigerator for ice making.  I took a chance and called Tommy to see if he was available to come check out the problem.  He initially told me between 1 and 3 and I was willing to wait, but  I received a called within 30 minutes saying one of his technicians was finishing up a job and could come when he was done.  His technician, Rick arrived assessed the problem and got the job done quickly.  I was so impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of the technician.  I was even more impressed with the reasonable cost it was to fix the problem.  I would definitely use Tommy's plumbing again.

I had a pipe leak on the front of my house and Dan came out the same day I called and reassure me work can be done the next day. Pipe was  fixed very efficiently , he was very nice, professional, explain to me everything in simple terms I can understand.  Prices are very affordable and the customer services on the phone is outstanding! I definitely recommend them and will be conducting business in the future with them!

Had a clogged toilet that wouldn't flush and received the number for Tommy's Plumbing. They had someone out the next day (he even came out early!) and were able to get the problem fixed quickly and affordably.

arrived.  work 20 min, supposedly they repaired the obstruction of the pipe he spoke by phone 40 min and left ... at 10 min it was all the same .. I called them 4 times no one answered.  My wife called and they told her that they would return the call ... I had to call another plumber to repair what they could not and if they charged me ... they said they would return 50% of the money and to date nothing ... I recommend they are not proseion

Had these guys come out and attempt to unclog the drain but inadvertently filled up the bathtub with shit and when I called  and told them about it, he couldn't come back out, said he had his kids with him, couldn't help me. I had to call another company to take care of the issue.

My 8 year old water heater went out on a Friday evening in March. The thought of boiling water so my wife could bathe was option number two. I called Tommy and within 30 minutes they called me back, asked for some information on my water heater. I was told they had one in stock and they came out the next morning (Saturday) and installed the new water heater, brought the strapping up to code and took the old water heater with them. Polite, professional and reasonably priced.

This company came out and installed a brand new water heater in a little over an hour, when all other companies said it would take 3-4 hours. Even though we didn't pay for it, I thought their price was competitive versus all the others. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! They installed new waste lines and got the job done quickly and cleanly. They performed a video inspection and even though they had to remove the toilet they didn't charge us any extra. Very responsive, informative, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in the future.
