We recently purchased a fixer-upper home. It had carpeted stairs that were matted and filthy and in desperate need of replacement, which we preferred to redo as vinyl plank. Our stairs also included four winder-type stairs that require a specialty cut, something that was beyond the scope of what my wife and I were willing to tackle as a DIY project.

After a disappointing, expensive, and lengthy process (over 3 months) attempting to get Lowe's to help us, we opened a project up on yelp and were contacted by Arthur's Flooring. Ricardo from Arthur's quickly came out and measured our stairs, brought samples for us to choose from, and soon after emailed us a very reasonable estimate (better price than many other places including Lowe's and Home Depot home installation).

Not only that, but Lowe's wanted us to wait over two months before even beginning the job, and decided the day before work would begin to tack on another $1000 premium charge. Arthur's had the entire project planned, scheduled, and done in less than a week and a half, and were upfront and transparent with the summary of charges, offered easy payment options, and both Ricardo and Arthur's Flooring service manager followed up after the work was done to make sure we were satisfied.

To top it all off, the quality of work was excellent and fast. The installers Marlon and Marcos were pleasant and friendly, speedy and efficient, and did their best to be accommodating and unobtrusive. Overall, choosing Arthur's Flooring was a great decision, and my wife and I are thrilled with the quality of our new vinyl plank stairs.

Shout outs to salesman Ricardo, installers Marlon and Marcos, and the service manager, whose name unfortunately I forgot. Go with Arthur's Flooring for your home, you won't regret it!

I had a great experience with Arthur's. Gus was always responsive on the phone and helped me with the materials. Sergio and Esteban did a great job on my floors and stairs. I had 3 steps that needed to be custom remodeled. I had an initial plan of what I wanted but Sergio came up with an even better idea! They paid great attention to detail throughout the job and Sergio explained everything in advance. I need some more flooring done in my house and will reach out to Arthur's again. Hopefully I can work with Sergio and Esteban again!

This company does a great job. We needed old carpet removed and new laminate installed in a hurry as we are selling our condo. Oves came quickly to provide and estimate for flooring and installation. The price was very reasonable
and the work was done quickly and looks great.
The installers were very nice and cleaned up after working. I will be using them again and highly recommend this company

This is the 3rd time I've hired Arthur's flooring and they once again did a great job! Poly and his crew sanded, bleached and sealed nearly 2200 sq ft of old red oak flooring in my 36 year old tract house. Poly knew what finish I was trying to achieve and did a number of test samples for me to choose from. We found a perfect, light/natural look by applying bleach to take the pink out of the floor. It looks great and happy with Polys attention to detail, and hard work to finish on time!

I found Arthur's Flooring on Yelp and was initially impressed with their high reviews and that they were a licensed business. After reaching out for an estimate request early the week of April 11, I heard back immediately and was able to schedule an appointment for that Thursday, April 14. At the time, I was going to wait until the end of June to have my floors replaced, and mentioned that to Julio and Ricardo. They said that I could lock in the estimate by paying a 10% deposit and mentioned that if anything changed, they could fit me in well before that time and to give them a call. Last Wednesday, April 20, I called because I had changed my mind and decided I'd like the work done sooner. They were able to offer me an appointment this week on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 26 and 27, arriving each day between 8:30-9:30. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to have a crew out so soon and was very appreciative!! Oscar showed up yesterday on time and was very politely and professional. Him and his associate were able to complete my downstairs and staircase in the two days that was quoted, and ensured the job site was kept clean. I am extremely happy with the results and will be calling Arthur's Flooring back when I am ready to complete the second story. Thank you very much!

We contacted Arthur's flooring for a quote to install vinyl flooring in our home, and they were able to come and provide us with a quote that same day. The price they gave us was very competitive and pretty hard to beat, and I'm glad we decided to go with them. Bannin came out for the installation and was able to complete the job within 2 days. He did an awesome job and we are very happy with how our new floors turned out.

Saul and Julio did a good job Today.
They never arrive late, and always arrive in advance.
The price is good, even after check all the nearby flooring store , they are the lowest price as contractors with license.
I use my own flooring material, Arthur flooring provide all the others. So I don't need to worry about molding, T molding, quarter round,glue.
They will throw away the old floor and old carpet.
They will help to clean basically.
Everything looks good so far.

I recently purchased a home that had been partially remodeled by the previous owner, with about a third of the floor replaced with vinyl plank. I really liked the quality of the work and wanted to complete the whole house, so found out that Arthur's had done the initial install. I even asked for the same crew because the workmanship was so good. I was visited twice by the sales rep, Oves, who was very professional and helpful. The original flooring was no longer available, and he helped track down the replacement. He also worked with me on the estimate.

The installation team, Ezequiel, Luis, Celso and Pablo, were fantastic! They were on time each day, were very responsive to texts and calls, which was very helpful since I was working while they were at the house, were very polite and careful, and cleaned and even locked up the house each day.

I'm very impressed and would recommend this company highly.

Poli and his crew did removal of carpet and installation of hardwood floor in bedrooms and stairs. I am very happy with the new floor. Although it took longer than expected to finish all the work, they did meticulous job. So, no complaint. One thing I may wish would be to turn off the Spanish radio during their work.

Great quality and service. I needed to remove carpet and place wood flooring down for ease and use for my elderly mother who lost mobility from a stroke and was ready to come home sooner than anticipated from the rehab center. I was able to get a same day quote estimate and schedule the install 2 days later. The entire team was very responsive and the level of service was amazing. I've been renovating my 1000 sqft condo, and have used several contractors for different jobs. This company helped me with flooring and this is my first time writing yelp review for contractor company. I had specific floor model in mind, so I bought materials myself, but figured that I need professional help from flooring company. I found Arthur from CL and called him to quote floor installation cost. His price was very very reasonable and was nearly as half as HD's quote (Even though HD was running a deal, their hidden costs were too much!). Arthur (business owner) was honest and also very friendly and helpful. Arthur and his crew started laminate floor installation yesterday and finished the job today. Overall, I'm very happy with the result. I'm a picky customer in general, but their job was too superior to complain. Excellently neat job done for carpet removal, moisture block & laminate floor installation and also the baseboard installation. This company totally deserve full star rating. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone planning flooring!

I called Arthurs Flooring based on all the postive reviews on Yelp and I wasn't disappointed. Both Poly and Freddy did a great job from start to finish. They always arrived on time....always cleaned up when they were done for the day...and always communicated with me if they saw some trouble spots that needed to be fixed. I will definitely use these guys again when we decide to refinish the rest of our home. Vey reasonable pricing compared to the others I researched.

I needed the replace my carpet on my stairs and upstairs (hall, bedrooms) and tile in my bathrooms. I called several contractors and narrowed down to Arthur's Flooring. I chose Arthur's Flooring because, David, who had came out to the the estimate was upfront and honest about the project. He answered all my questions and assured me that this wasn't their first rodeo.

The appointment was set and on demo day, Freddie and team came in and knocked it out of the park. They were quick, efficient and professional. They cleaned and prepped all the subfloor for the luxury vinyl plank installation. The found that some of my subfloors were uneven and needed to poor concrete to even out the floors. Once they were done, they hauled away all the trash and cleaned the outside.

Installation of my vinyl flooring went smoothly. Once the flooring was done, they installed the baseboards. Again, Freddie and his team was quick and efficient. They then went on the do my stairs which I would say, is a bit challenging because of the curve. But Freddie took his time on the installation to make it right. Halfway through the installation, Freddie noticed that some of the colors of the stair nose was off and notified me immediate. This set us back two days cause I had to get the rest of the stair nosing replaced with the correct color. This by no means is Arthur's Flooring's fault because I had provided them with the vinyl floors and stair nose. Once I received the correct stair nose, Freddie knocked it out of the park again.

Arthur's Flooring has such great communication and a great team that knows what they're doing. Professional and knowledgeable at every aspect. Thank you again, David, Freddie and team.

After I met with Arthur's and scheduled the installation, there was a bit of a mixup with the flooring I chose not being available right before the start date. I had to go back to the store and choose another one, which delayed the installation one day. Other than that, the overall experience was great and my floors look amazing! Oves was really helpful with providing information about the different types of flooring available, and I chose a high-end laminate. I previously had a combination of original wood, laminate, and carpet, so they had to remove/demo quite a bit (including old baseboards) before getting started. Oscar and his crew were amazing - they work quickly and are very friendly and polite. Most importantly to me, they have incredible attention to detail. I am very picky and I have not found a single issue with the flooring or the new baseboards. They were able to complete the work (four bedrooms with closets, hallway, and living room) in less than three days. This flooring has completely changed the look of my home -- I just love it! Highly recommended.

I appreciated the fairly timely responses from Arthur's Flooring, but due to uncompetitive pricing, decided not to proceed with them. I had to knock two stars off here for the inconsistency in pricing and the fact that you have to book appointments for their showroom with quite limited availability.

For my particular project, I reached out to a small handful of companies with 5-star reviews on Yelp requesting bids to install about 800 square feet of flooring in my home. I saw that Arthur's seemed pretty competitively priced based on other reviews (their business card even says they have a price guarantee), but Arthur's ended up being the most expensive bid that I received, emailing me a quote for $7.50 per square foot for marble tile installation.

All of the bids I received, with exception of Arthur's, were between $4.50-$6.50 per square foot for porcelain, marble, or ceramic tile install. Arthur's bid was the anomaly for me at $7.50/sqft, so for that reason I had to pass and go with another licensed, insured and bonded contractor. It was particularly odd, because when we spoke via Yelp messaging, they did note a $4.50/sqft installation price. However, upon receiving the estimate, the installation price was $7.50/sqft. I did make a note to the gentleman who came to measure that we would likely do a 12x24 porcelain or marble tile. However, regardless of the material, the price I received was significantly more than the competing bids.

Perhaps this was a one-off mistake or maybe they've just recently increased their prices significantly. But either way, it just seemed odd to me that they were so much more expensive than actual reputable and licensed contractors around town.

A few weeks ago I purchased approximately 500sq. ft. of Republic Flooring from Ather Tyed(company owner) and hired two members of his installation crew to do a flooring install in my mobile home. Omar and Angel conducted themselves like complete gentleman throughout the entire project and did an absolutely fabulous job. Omar the project lead gave much attention to detail and would question me first regarding any preference or nuance as the project progressed. I would highly recommend Arthur's Flooring to anyone who desires a truly professional flooring installation. From beginning to end, the staff at Ather Tyeb Flooring (aka Arthur's Flooring) were accommodating and professional. Tim, Sr Estimator, is a customer service extraordinaire. He was patient with all my questions, various emails, texts, and contract changes. He even showed up after hours once because I changed my mind on the floor style at the last minute! I can't remember the last time I experienced such personalized customer service.

I asked for an odd start date of Sat 7/3, returning 7/5 and continuing until complete. Daniel was assigned as the lead installer and answered all my text questions leading up to Day 1. He and his crew had their work cut out for them, as there were many problems discovered with the unevenness of the concrete slab after the old floor had been demolished. (I suspected this, so it was no surprise to me.) Even with ALL the unexpected work, it only extended the installation period by one day. Daniel's crew did excellent work.

On Sunday, 4th of July holiday, I had an emergency. The painter I hired had canceled, and I spent my Independence Day working desperately to find a new painter. I found a new painter, but he could only come on a different day than I had previously scheduled with Daniel. I apologetically reached out to Tim. He got in touch with Daniel, who re-coordinated the installation schedule and solved my emergency during this Sunday holiday. Again, Tim, Daniel, and crew are amazing customer service experts!

I will be referring Ather Tyeb Flooring (aka Arthur's Flooring) to anyone interested in updating their floors. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your caring, your concern, your fair pricing, and for the ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service!!

Had a small-ish area (about 10'x10') to refinish in the hallway of a house we just moved into. We had to remove part of the old parquet floor but loved the pattern so we wanted to keep it in the hallway but it needed refinishing to bring it back to life.
After calling a few companies I got the feeling they weren't that interested in my small job. I got 2 quotes over the phone after I sent photos, but Haris made an appointment to come over and see the job in person. He was very diligent about the communication.
The quote was very competitive and I had confidence in the way Haris presented everything including license and insurance etc.
On the day of the job Poli arrive on time and it was done in one day, including patching a small damaged area.

As many reviews begin, I never write reviews. However, Arthur's Flooring is more than deserving. Their team, led by Luis, installed my floor back in December 2014. In addition to the amazing cost, they did a beautiful job and very quick. 2500 square feet with stairs and molding in 3 days. As you can see by all the reviews, the quality of the work is second to none, but it is the customer service which is often missed by most companies that this company excels at. Long story short, Ather (the owner) never questioned my concerns and responded happily to a few issues that popped up almost a year later. Luis even came over on his day off to take care of my concerns. Could not be happier and will continue to recommend this company for all flooring work.

Arthur's Flooring (owner: Ather Tyeb) provided a great experience for us, from the initial consultation on flooring choice (which became multiple conversations and meetings), through the demolition and ultimately to installation. We chose to paint and install cabinets between the demolition and installation, but the first phase took only two days and the second phase was only three days, including base boards--for our entire home. And Ather's crew had creative solutions to some quirky angles in our 50-year old home. I would highly recommend Arthur's Flooring.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WASTE OF MY TIME. I gave them a call to see about refinishing my entry way. They showed up, took measurements, and said they'd send the estimate via email. A few days went by, nothing. I sent a polite text to Gus, asking for the estimate thinking they might have forgotten, still nothing. It's been over a week and they still haven't sent me anything or returned my messages/call.

On top of that, Gus wasn't very helpful in answering most of my basic questions. Apparently their technician has all the answers. He only showed up to take measurements and pictures, which he somehow forgot to do.

All in all, POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, & UNRELIABLE.

Sorry guys but, you definitely dropped the ball on this one. Hope you treat other potential customers better.

Jorge was AWESOME!!! Not only was Jorge kind and professional, his installation work is superb! He arrived daily on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Jorge turned our ugly carpeted staircase into a modern beauty! Although the weather was blazing hot, Jorge never stopped until the job was done. No corners were cut, he is truly an asset. I plan to ask for him on our next big job!

We had a leak in our playroom and the entire floor was ripped out, including the subfloor. A separate restoration company came out and spent 2 weeks drying it out and just left everything open, not even putting the subfloor back as promised. We called Arthur's Flooring and there was someone out within 2 days to give us an extremely reasonable estimate. They were out within the next week and the guys they sent out were amazing!! Very professional and efficient. They put in the subfloor and the vinyl laminate in just 6 hours. We are extremely happy with the quality of work and will be using them to install the same floor throughout the rest of our home.

Arthur's Flooring did a fantastic job on a 300 Sq ft project of mine. We have desperately wanted to get our dining room carpet ripped out, but kept getting the runaround from other flooring installers. I left an email message on Arthur's website and received a call from him the next day (Saturday). He even agreed to come out and give a free in home quote on a Saturday night! I was surprised to learn that the price covered new baseboards, too. He was able to get his installers out very quickly, and they did a great job. They were very professional and courteous, and were right on time. The laminate looks amazing, and the price was good. Arthur came back an hour or so after the project was complete to make sure it was done well and that I was happy. I would definitely recommend.

Jay was working with on administrative stuff (choosing materials and getting quotes). He is very professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. His communications are on-point. I changed my mind a couple times regarding materials but Jay was very accommodating and making sure I got what I wanted. Jay also made accurate quantity of orders so that I still have some excess of each kind. Again, two words: professional and reliable. The tile and wood installers that Arthur's Flooring sent have good skills. Tiles look nice very little lippage. Wood job is great they allowed room for expansion. The crew was respectful and nice! They cleaned after themselves and left a nice little area for all my excess materials. Overall, I really love my floors both the wood and tile. I am really glad I went with them.

Just finished a kitchen remodel and got quotes from three other local companies and decided to go with Arthurs. They are very very good at what they do. Polly and his crew are masters at this and cant wait til they can finish the rest of the house. They work clean and careful. What a great experience with this flooring company. We acquired a house and discovered that under the carpet was the original 1963 original oak floors! We also had parquet floors that needed refinishing, too. They were in great shape, but had scuffs, paint splatter, stains, etc. We called Ather Tyeb of Arthur's Flooring and he came over very quickly with his son and gave us a very reasonable quote to refinish the floors. We accepted, placed a deposit and set a date. His guys came over and got it all done in about 3 days. They did all repairs, replaced some termite-damaged pieces, etc. Sand/repair/stain. The floors aren't very good now because...THEY ARE AWESOME, instead!! They have been totally rehabilitated!

This is a real-deal professional flooring shop! Sylvestre did a phenomenal job on a tough kitchen/powder room tiling job--he was meticulous, clean, thorough, and professional. When there were design or detail questions, he asked our opinion before moving forward. The job took longer than expected, but he didn't stop on our job until it was finished. I selected Arthur's Flooring due to positive reviews, price and timing availability.

Initially, the team thought my floors could be sanded but it turned out that wasn't the case. I wasn't expecting to replace my floors completely, but Ather and his team provided a very high level of customer service on a tight timeline.

Five stars for customer service and the installation team. Minus one star due to the sanding vs replacing challenge.

Ezequiel led the installation team and communicated with me daily (updates, etc). Thanks to Ezequiel, Luis, Celso and Pablo for their hard work, care, cleanliness and attention to detail.

Thanks also to Ather for his special attention to this job.

I'm thrilled with the finished product. The floors are beautiful and transitions look fantastic.

I would have given Arthur Flooring and his team a 6-Star review.
These days, it is hard to get a home service contractors to answer your call.
Business is too good because of the housing market.
I have a small job that that needs to be done, I have called at least 6 different contractors and no one returns my call
Arthur Flooring answer my call on my first try! The quoted price was reasonable. The technicians came on time, and finish their job in one day. What else can I ask for more?

I generally do not post reviews, however after welcoming 5 different flooring contractors into our home, we choose Arthurs Flooring. We could write a book on Vinyl Plank Flooring after educating ourselves. When considering our final selection we kept coming back to their rating. Most Yelp ratings are 12-30 reviews VS Arthur's 183 reviews and still maintains a 5 star rating (extremely impressive). I did question Oves on a few of the negative reviews and asked for an explanation. He also brought out a box of the flooring so we could get a better feel of how it would look.

After receiving the quote, it wasn't the cheapest but we felt it to be the most thorough. FYI, so when a sales person tells you it's $ a sq. ft. and $ a linear ft. expect that there will be some additional costs especially if you have stairs etc...A positive sales quote is one thing but those of us that have worked with several contractors, the installers can make or break your flooring experience.

The installers were UNBELIEVEABLE!!!. They showed up EVERY DAY, they worked at a lightning speed pace and they CLEANED UP every evening so that we could have a sense of calm. Daniel the Lead Man was INCREDIBLE. We have a 2200 SQ. FT. two story condo and they would completely finish one room (including new baseboards) so that we could move our belongings back into that room. ALSO KUDOS to Frank and Marcos. They both were stand outs.

We are so satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them.

In April 2021, we underwent a flooring project to replace carpet with hardwood floor: about 500 square feet in three rooms (on concrete slab) plus a 15-step spiral stair case in La Mirada. Through Arthur's Flooring, we were lucky to land a flooring installation team of Freddy and Oscar Hernandez who were an absolute joy to work with. Don't let their appearance of relative youth fool you -- these are not kids riding their first rodeo. It did not take long for us to realize the team is highly skilled professionals who care deeply about the craft. For those who care to look, the level of craftsmanship was evident in the attention with which every single piece of wood that was laid on the floor.

Even though our installation was slowed down by a couple of changes (totally our fault), Freddy was patient, polite, and accommodating in the process. He gave thoughtful and nuanced feedback on the trade-offs of materials -- even managed to convince me to switch to a different material than the original selection (despite the change would introduce a delay in his schedule). In the end, we cannot be happier with the results and the revised material. The spiral staircase is the centerpiece of our house (as Freddy insightfully pointed out) and the finished project absolutely delivered the high-impact punch that exceeded our expectations.

If you want your next flooring job done right in order to maximize the long-term value of your flooring investment, hire a team that cares deeply about the craftsmanship, professionalism, careful attention to details, and customer satisfaction. I called Arthur's flooring to refinish our
Floating engineered hardwood floor.

The price was very competitive. I was able to schedule a free estimate right away.

Poly and his crew showed up early the first day and got to work right away. The crew finished the project in 4 days.

They wore masks the entire time. The crew was very professional and explained every step to us. Poly spent sometime with us showing us different stain colors to make sure we got the color we were looking for.

Soon after the project was done we accidentally scratched the floor. Poly returned again and buffed the scratch out.

Despite sanding all of our floors our home was left clean.

We were very happy with the service we received and would recommend this company, especially Poly's crew, to anyone looking for flooring.

Arthur's Flooring company has a great owner (Ather Tyeb), he is professional, knowledgeable and very patient. His crew are excellent and with the great altitude.

My home which has almost 4200 sqf, need to refinish the first floor, change the tile in all the bath rooms and install woods on the major area of the house which is include the stair. Within 7 days, everything were done with the highest quality from the tile, wood and refinished the floor, Abolio and his brother did a excellent job on the tile and the wood installer (Poly's and his crew) were work until 8:00 pm 3 days in a row to finish the floor on time since we have to move in. We found some minor issue after few days but Ather sent his people in the next day to correct the issue.

My neighbor and family are all agreed that Arthur Flooring delivery a great jobs after check out our new floor.

Ather is a trustworthy man, he delivered all the item that he mentioned on time and always give us his opinion/consultation when we need it, from begin to the end during the process his people always check with us to make sure we are feel comfortable with the way they layout for all the work that they are working on.

We took the chance with Arthur's Flooring Company thru the Yelp and we could not be happier that we made a right choice. We would not hesitate to refer his company to my friend and family. I would recommend his company to anyone that need work on tile or wood.

Osman and Julio did an amazing job! They came in and took meticulous care to ensure our tub tiling was exactly what we wanted. They were extremely courteous and kept the house clean during their work. They lined their workspace as well as the pathway upstairs to the bathroom. We would love to have them back for future projects.

Arthur's company as a whole was a delight to work with. One of the only companies that were quick to respond to our job request.

I recently hired Arthur's flooring to sand and re-stain our floors. And I had an amazing experience. From getting a quote up to the last process. Harris was the one who first came to give me an estimate. He wore mask and shoe covers before entering the house. He was very honest, thorough and organize. Harris was easy to deal with and responded promptly to my queries.

Poly and his crew did an amazing job on our floor. They are very hardworking, reliable and dedicated to their craft. They work wonders. Poly, the lead of the crew is very clear and precise explaining the process. I witnessed their work ethics and how they really care about their client's satisfaction. What I also love about them is they left our house clean. They also helped us remove and place back our furnitures. Above all, their pricing is competitive and reasonable. Highly recommended! I purchased a condo and had to begin renovating. I reached Arthur on a Saturday. He came over, showed me floor samples and padding. We agreed on a price. I had to be at work all week, so i left the key hiding on top of the porch light. His team arrived midday Tuesday and finished flooring the entire place by Wednesday. What used to look like a cheap neglected apartment is now looking like a warm and cozy home. In my absence where i could not provide consultation, the guys made small judgement calls that ultimately made the place look better. Plus, his workers are humble and hard working. Great service!

Where do we begin! Fantastic service from start to finish. They not only met but went beyond our expectations. First house closing was delayed and last minute we had to delay our laminate and tile work for the entire upstairs floor. Ather flooring accommodated the delay and did their best to squeeze in the job even though it is a busy time of the year just before the holidays when everyone has a deadline to complete their remodel. Ather flooring worked hard, worked late and with great quality and completed the job. Had time to clean up and move in just in time for Christmas. Compliment to Multi-Level Team at Arthur's Flooring.

I certainly feel moved to compliment Arthur's Flooring for an experience on 4/10/23 that exceeded my expectations. In particular I was impressed by the vertical teamwork that they demonstrated from upper management down to the service team. My situation involved removing and replacing the existing LVP flooring, underlayment, and moldings on my entire (concrete slab) first floor, which consisted of the kitchen, dining area, family room, living room, 2-large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hallway, and foyer. Their initial estimate was at least 4 days of work for a 3-person team, and to me that even sounded quite optimistic. The upstream logistics of materials, scheduling, etc. was thoroughly completed prior to the start of the work, which began right on schedule. The amazing part of my experience was that the entire job was actually completed in just two days, and that even included several special requests from me that entailed some extra work. Typically, speed has its consequences, but I saw no compromise in quality. I was onsite and observing the entire job, and being a very picky do-it-yourselfer I was very impressed. The team even hauled away 2 pick-ups full of debris, and you wouldn't know that they had even been here. I'm sure Arthur's Flooring has other very good teams within the company, but this one certainly impressed me. So, my sincerest compliments and thank you to the following individuals for exceeding my expectations: Job Lead-Freddy, Installers-Oscar & Santos, Project Mgr-Julio, and Senior Mgt-Haris. These individuals are benchmark and are keeping the bar raised high for Arthur's Flooring.

As an interior designer, I am very selective with the subcontractors I choose to work with. I have to say, my first time working with Arthur's Flooring exceeded even my expectations. Poly AC and his crew did an amazing job refinishing the existing white oak hardwood floors in a home I am remodeling. They were faded and scratched and had turned very yellow. Poly did a variety of sample colors for us to review and decide what looked best. He created a tint that was able to remove the yellow and make the floors look updated and brand new. He entire team could not have been more professional. From showing up on time at the requested start date, to finishing on time, leaving the floors looking beautiful and the house clean! A very positive experience from start to finish and the floors look gorgeous!

UPDATE: Julio from the company called me and I appreciate his willingness to get it back on track. So I am changing my review and will update further as needed.

So disappointed with this company. Reading all the positive reviews, I had such high hopes. Initially had a consult for the estimate with Harris and he brought no samples for me to look at. I looked at a few images on his laptop. Saw one that looked pretty nice and he said I didn't need to write it down as the name of it would be in the estimate. (It was not.) Communication back and forth with the company about the estimate was frustrating. I asked for a small closet to be added and sent a picture, however, it was never addressed. I finally called the company and another consult was arranged. Daniel came out and remeasured and brought a few samples. He also promised to get the name of the color I liked from Harris. When I got the 2nd estimate, again, the name of the color was not included. It also said the customer is responsible for rehanging closet doors. I texted him to get clarification on that. That was 10 days ago. No response. I honestly think that they are so busy and there are so many hands in the pot that my little two bedroom job was just not important enough to them or given any type of priority. That's foolish since everyone has neighbors and friends they could refer a good company to. Maybe the installers would be good but I can't even get to that point due to the poor communication. Overall, not a good experience and I cannot recommend.

Love my new wood floors! We bought about 400 sq ft vintage oak off of Craigslist and needed it installed. They came the next day to give an estimate and were willing to start installing them the next morning. Both workers were on time every day, worked very hard, and were very friendly. I chose Arthur's flooring because Julio and his team appeared very honest and sincere. They promised to move all furniture which was highly important to us. Poly and his team came out and did a fabulous job. After the floors were sanded and I saw the beauty of the natural wood, I wanted to stay natural and just apply final polyurethane coatings. Poly applied several different patches of stains, along with the natural. To give me a complete understanding of my desire, Poly applied several different samples of stains. He even came back out the next morning to show me the floor sample under different lighting. He listened to my several requests throughout the process and suggested improvements for the transition pieces. He and his team were very polite, hardworking, and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the final outcome. Sanding is always a mess, but we'll worth it!!! Thank you, Poly and your entire team.

Arthur's Flooring was a fantastic experience to get my Laminate floors done. I got a free Estimate by Julio. He was on time and very knowledgeable. Estimate took about 5 min. I even asked him to come back so my roommate could check the flooring I chose and he had no issue with coming back and allowing another look at the samples.

Day of floor installation Luis, Chony and Celso arrived on time and installation was a breeze. They pulled existing floor out and set up both rooms with a beautiful Laminate. They left the work space clean and tidy too! They did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with the results!

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed someone to install our laminate flooring. I was looking for someone to do the job within 2 days. I contacted Arthur's Flooring discussed what I needed done. I was given a quote, and he helped me verify that I had enough product to do the job. I was sent an invoice that evening on the price I was quoted. Two days later the workers showed up at the time I was given. The workers were very polite and communicated so that the job was done to our liking. My flooring looks FANTASTIC. Every detail was given in the corners etc. I found Arthur's on the internet and knowing that not everyone would give a 5 star review the reviews were promising to me. I received a follow-up call to verify I was pleased with my flooring and I am!

I had planned to install vinyl over my existing hardwood floors because they were very dirty and worn out but Home Depot sent the wrong product and the installer did not agree to install as it was not recommended for high traffic areas.
Searched for a hardwood floor finisher on Yelp, called them and explained my situation that though I was now stuck with my old, worn out hardwood floors I wanted them cleaned and polished without sanding as my mom has lung issues. Ather said buffing and polishing is the way to do it but doing it right meant sanding it first, which I declined.
I managed to convince Ather to send his guys over for some buffing and just one coat of polish, he sent his crew over the next day, they moved the furniture, buffed and vacuumed and patched the damaged areas and polished the floor. We were asked not to walk on it for the next few hours.
When we finally went it the result was amazing!!!
Highly recommend this business, their service was excellent and job done way better than expected.

We got our floors refinished with Arthur's. Poly and his crew did great work. There was some miscommunication at the beginning of the project, but Poly and the team were always available to answer our questions.

We were staying at a hotel during the project and unlucky us one day it started to rain. When told Poly about our hotel stay, he came back out after 6pm and continued to work to make sure the project was completed on time so we didn't have to pay extra for another night.

Overall we are very pleased with the service and would recommend Arthur's to anyone.

We needed flooring for the whole house, replacing old wood, carpet, and tile. Arthur's flooring provided great value, were considerate, straightforward and honest. They were great to work with. During the work and shortly after, we found a couple of issues related to house leveling which is not something they are responsible for, however, they wanted to make sure we were happy and did what was needed to better the situation. We wanted to get flooring installed on our 2nd floor, about 1,300 sq ft with engineered wood.
Haris came out on a Saturday and provided a competitive quote the very next day, great turn around, and he has been available for any questions throughout the project.
Poli's crew came out and did an amazing job with carpet removal, cleaning, furniture moving and of coarse the new floor install.
They covered all working areas to minimize any dust from cutting and went over their work to ensure all was completed properly.
Very professional and great all around experience and would highly recommend....we will be using them for our rental property floor replacement in the upcoming months!

Hiring any professional to do work on your home is always so daunting bc there's always things in the back of your mind of whether or not you're choosing the right people to carry out the work. But I can say 100% that we are so happy with our flooring and the people that we worked with!

We originally had dark stained red oak floors that we ended up changing to a lighter bleached stained color. After reading a dozen internet articles on bleaching and all the info behind it, I was nervous in how the end result would be. Needless to say, I worried for nothing bc they came out beautifully. From day one of the work starting, Poly was really great in communicating the process and the next steps in the timeline. He laid out different bleached colors and since I couldn't decide after the samples he showed, he told me he would contact me after certain steps were done in the process so I could take a look and decide from there on the next part of the flooring color. I am very meticulous with the people I look into hiring and I've never been happier with my decision to have Poly come and do our floors. Thanks for everything, Poly!

Floor installation made easy!!! We had spent days shopping around for someone who could make this experience fast, easy and affordable. No luck until we found Arthur's flooring! He doesn't have the largest selection of colors, but they are all GOOD! We LOVE how the floor looks in our new home. We have vinyl wood floor installed on our entire 1,400 sq foot home, plus baseboard and Arthur's team finished our entire home in 2 days! Our favorite part about their work was that they were able to compete the job without using any transition pieces and found creative solutions to avoid them, even it meant extra time or costs on their end. Would highly, highly recommend this vendor to anyone who wants a one stop shop, stress free, reliable and professional vendor who will manage their project.

I had a small flooring project after some water damage to my flooring that i chose to get some estimates on yelp. Arthur's flooring was one that i reached out to for an estimate. Julio Luna and Brett were the point of contacts throughout. They got me my estimate promptly and were really helpful through the process.

They provided the most affordable estimate and were very knowledgable about materials and were able to match my existing flooring! However, a family member ended up helping me install the flooring. After losing out on the job they STILL helped me by providing me with the flooring distributor! Should i ever need a project done like this again, Arthur's flooring is at the top of my list on where to start!

Sorry but this is long overdue. I want to thank Harris and his team for the great work they did at my house. I got 3 different quotes from different companies and Arthurs was the best. Harris ran the show and as soon as he stepped in, took a few measurements he had a quote for me. Didn't leave me hanging for a few days like other companies. He ALWAYS answered his phone whenever I had questions and knew exactly how to fix any issues (which weren't many). I appreciate how Harris worked and although I called him many times, he was never frustrated or lose his cool. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for future projects!

Have never seen a company with so much dignity and ethics. Excellent is small word for them.
Best price (I spent weeks researching insured low price flooring installers) , super fast and hassle free installation, clear communication, fixed prices (it's not like one person says one, other one gives inflated)

Story on why they are awesome. After installation, we had a final walk through and I confirmed that everything is great. Later I told them xyz is missing, it wasn't very clear if it was really part of quote. But they stil honored my request and sent a person free of cost to fix it.

Ask for Marlon and team. Talk to Harris for quotes. Great team.

Ather came to my rescue and helped me figure out how to replace the old tile in my kitchen/dining area, as well as my 2 bathrooms. He recommended luxury vinyl planks, which is softer on the feet, kid-friendly and moisture resistant. I love my new floors! Marcel, the installer, worked hard and neatly put back the base boards. The pricing was fair, the installation was great, and the customer service was phenomenal. I would ask for their help again the next time I need new floors.

Ather is absolutely fantastic. He and his crew are honest, professional, hardworking, and do an outstanding job.

I was a little reluctant to go with a contractor without a personal recommendation from someone I knew, but I decided to give him a shot given the number of yelp reviews and the fact that they are all 5 star. He came by for a an estimate and the first thing he did (without me asking) was produce his contractors license, insurance information, reviews, and other credentials for his business and crew. His pricing was great and we went with him on the spot.

Ather's crew - led by Louis - came by and demo'd our floor, only to find that one spot was a little moist since it had rained the night before. I learned that this may create a problem for the glue and wood to set. I would never had noticed it, and it didn't feel damp to the touch. Ather came by to take some readings of the humidity on the concrete. He said that it would probably be fine, but the fact it was a close call made it an easy decision for him: they would have to let it dry and come back the next day. I appreciated the fact that (1) Ather and his guys spotted an issue that I never would have noticed and (2) they decided to do it the right way (which took a lot more time for them) rather than cut corners and hope things worked out. Work ethic like that seems hard to find these days.

TL;DR: Flooring contractor that delivers quality results for a very competitive price.

Oves, Paulie and the entire Arthur's Flooring crew did a very good job replacing and refinishing 3000 sq ft of flooring in our home.

As many other reviewers have said, Oves provides competitive pricing out the gate. As we got closer to finalizing our contract and the details needed to be hammered out, Oves was willing to make very reasonable accommodations to scope changes. This was refreshing, and as a result we increased the scope of work in the hopes that Arthur's Flooring would provide a comprehensive flooring update solution.

Paulie is a very knowledgeable flooring installer, and worked with us back and forth to get the refinishing color and finish for the house's hardwood flooring where we wanted it to be. We had already picked out a LVP flooring and underlayment we wanted for the downstairs, and Arthur's flooring was able to come up with a nice complementary color for the upstairs hardwood refinish.

The work was done quickly, and the team worked 6 days a week to get the flooring done ASAP. After the final walkthrough where I pointed out requested improvements and finishing, the flooring team got those all done quickly and to specification.

I don't know that the finaling of our floor staining was the easiest process in the world; there was a bit of back and forth. And sometimes the team can be a little pushy on review requests. But these are generally minor gripes.

PROS:
- Oves provides great pricing and customer service when scoping the work.
- Timeline flexibility for start date; work completed in a timely manner
- Smart explanations without feeling talked down to.
- Responsive to feedback; trust-worthy.
- Final work quality was very good.

CONS:
- Struggled to initially hit the look we were going for on floor stain color.
- We basically knew exactly what we wanted going into the contract; unsure if Arthur's Flooring would have been the right company to help us decide on flooring if we were unsure. But that's just gut-feeling and personal preference.
- Oves' flexibility on scope of work was a little unnerving at first because it sounded too good to be true. But the reality is that Arthur's Flooring basically delivered on everything they said they would, so it all worked out in the end.

The work was recently completed so we will see how the installation holds up over time. If I have any major issues I'll consider updating this review. But for now I can say that immediately following the work completion, I am a very satisfied customer and am happy to recommend Arthur's Flooring here on Yelp.

We are so pleased with this company! We have a vintage 1930's cottage on Balboa Island. When it was time to replace carpeting we discovered wood floors. They needed some restoration and tender loving care which Arthur's provided. Not only did Arthur come out immediately to bid the job, they were able to start in two days. The floors are stunning and we could not be happier. The workers were quiet, polite and worked efficiently. The price was excellent (less than carpeting).

I had the three best men come to install my vinyl flooring (Jorge, Louis, Cesar) they were on time, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took great care in their work and it showed. They moved large pieces of furniture and put them back when they were finish. They we as far as helping my remove items under my stairs, that I didn't think needed to be done. Our rental property's shower tile started to fall off so we were scrambling to try and find someone to look at it and fix it right away. Everywhere else people seem so busy with long wait times so we were getting worried but that's when we found Arthur's Flooring! They were quick and saw the project a few days after I called them. They let me know that they had to retile the whole shower since it wasn't done properly so we got the estimate and we booked them right away. The job took around 3-4 days and the work they did was really great! They even found a gap behind the wall, which they fixed too! They said it probably added to the cause of the tiles falling off too. Haris was a great guy to work with and gave me updates when he could each day. It takes a while for them to get back to you, but they always give you a call even after hours! Thank you Julio and his team your work was really good and we are very happy overall! We were looking for something to replace our very old and disgusting carpet and tile. We contacted a few places but the prices were too high or the time to install was too long. We are so happy to have found Arthur's flooring to complete our backsplash project. After reviewing their posted pictures, we were impressed with their work so we called them. Their price was reasonable and they were available to start our project soon after we called them. Additionally, their tile setter, Aldo, was incredible! He was prompt, hard working and detail oriented. Though our tile might have been a more complicated pattern then usual, Aldo took his time and was highly effective in solving any problems that arose. Wow I am sooooooo impressed by the guys that came to our house. Julio gave us a quote and it wasn't crazy. He was fair and understanding of our rushed timeline and weird layouts. This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. I was able to schedule an estimate appointment quickly and easily and I was given a reasonable quote. We scheduled a time to install laminate flooring within a couple days and the installation was completed within 5-6 hours (about 450 sq ft).
The floor looks amazing. It actually looks better than I expected it to look. I would definitely recommend Ather and his team to anyone.

For the most part I had an excellent experience with Arthur's Flooring. I did request an explanation on a quote, and was told I would hear back within a day from the lady or girl answering the phone. I didn't hear back after one day and decided to call the company again. I was able to talk to the owner, Ather, and things were smooth from then on. Must have been a miscommunication or something with the receptionist. I was able to get a quick appointment the following week.

Freddy and Jovani were the guys who refinished my floors and they did an incredible job. I opted for the natural wood finish and it was stunning. They refinished my living room and a bedroom. I also had an area in the bedroom that was stained by dog pee and Freddy was able to fix that masterfully. Both Freddy and Jovani was punctual, easy going, well-mannered guys, which made working with them a pleasure. My floor looks transformed, brand new, and so different now that people can't believe I didn't installed new floors. Thank you Freddy and Jovani! If I need to refinish the other bedroom, I would definitely request Freddy and Jovani again.

Arthur is a follow thru individual and wishes you to be very happy with your floors. To begin, i had my own lvt floors to be installed. called several installers and they did not want to install them, i had to buy their product. when i called arthur's, he was more than happy to install them, he said no problem. If you want an honest business with amazing service, excellent prices and a friendly attitude, then look no further.

We needed to have a 220 square foot addition tiled due to a very poor job done by the previous owners/contractor. We called multiple contractors and tile installers before deciding to go with Arthur's Flooring and we could not be more pleased.

The price for the install was competitive and Arthur gave us options to save money (that is unheard of when someone is bidding on a job). The crew was fantastic! They showed up early each day, greeted us with a smile and allowed us to provide input during the process. They worked hard to install our new flooring and did so ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET.

When we encountered an issue where the door jam met the tile due to the work that had been previously done, they quickly provided options that did not impact the design or the door.

We have done plenty of work on our homes in the past and wish that every contractor was as reliable, competitively priced, friendly and timely as Arthur's Flooring.

I don't know why Arthur's flooring doesn't have a five star rating. his team showed up on time, they were very friendly and professional. One of my concerns was that I was installing my wood floor around some existing stone work. they custom cut the wood to match that stone exactly. It looks beautiful. all that and they also had the best price. What an incredible value. I would highly recommend Arthur's flooring.

It was a quick and efficient process. Ather gave a competitive estimate and fast response, and Gus came out punctually on-site for a more accurate estimate. They made the entire process smooth sailing. Ivan was the guy who installed the vinyl flooring and it turned out beautiful. They don't re-install toilets but Gus took care of it from beginning to the end by asking Rolando who cooperates with the company to come reinstall the toilet. The whole project was completed in one day thanks to this amazing team. Definitely made my headache go away.

Can I just say that I didn't know how easy it was going to be to replace the wall to wall carpeting in my new house with beautiful vinyl flooring until I met Arthur. We also decided to replace the old linoleum in the kitchen and bathrooms which made the house look larger and brighter.
I hadn't moved in yet, and I live over an hour away. But we discussed everything on the phone, Arthur met me at the new house on time, took all the measurements, and he explained everything that would be needed to do the job. He brought samples, and the first one my sister and I saw was the one we picked, and WOW, it looks fabulous and completely upgraded the ambience and size of the house. Just had my oak floors refinished. Oves came over on a Saturday to provide an estimate. A portion of the floor had water damage and another portion had deep scratches. The floor was 15 years old. They started and completed the work on time and left the place clean. Can't even tell where the damage was. Excellent work!

We called Ather last minute to have our 60 year old floors refinished that were covered over with carpet. The contractor we had found awhile back wasn't available during the timeframe we wanted so we found Ather on yelp. He came out the very next day with an estimate and started the work a few days after that.

The floors came out great. A section of the floor had to be replaced due to some water damage and after the new boards were installed and the existing floors were refinished you can't tell a difference between the old and the new.

We also had our floors stained and we weren't sure what color we wanted so the contractor brought over a few samples we had picked out from a list of colors and stained a few scrap boards for us. It was nice to see what the stain would look like on the scrap wood before having to select it so we could make sure it's exactly what we wanted.

Would recommend this company to anyone having old floors refinished.

Needed new flooring after water damaged our condo kitchen and living room flooring. Contacted Arthur after reading reviews and glad I choose them. Ather brought out samples for me to look at and match our existing wall and cabinets. Made quick measurements and provided an estimate which was lower than another flooring company and we scheduled the install. Their install crew (Luis, Chony, Pablo and Celso) were prompt and did an amazing job which only took 1/2 day. Arthur was the easiest flooring professionals to deal with. We got 5 different quotes and his was one of the lowest. There was another company that was just as low, but it would've taken them 3 weeks to start the job, versus Arthur's who started a few days after the quote. And when I say low, I mean a FEW thousand less than the 3rd cheapest quote out of the 5.

Arthur was the one to do the walk through, and was the ONLY company to give a quote on the spot. He was also the only company to show us his license info without us asking. We had to match the previous laminate so he brought the samples to us during the estimate (a lot of the companies we called told us to go to showroom first). He took his measurements, did a few calculations and threw out his very fair offer. Needless to say, when he threw in extra work for free, we hired him then and there. Put down a deposit and scheduled for a few days later.

His crew were pretty professional doing the work. They were able to replace some warped laminate (water damage), and install new laminate on the stairs and rooms. Everything turned out great quality wise.

The only complaint we have (which is why they got 4 out of 5), was that they didn't do the greatest job cleaning at the end. On the last day, they only had one worker, so when he finished he just did a quick sweep using our broom. This left us having to do a more thorough cleaning and mopping over a span of a few days in order to get the dust out.

Overall, the price and quality were really worth it and we would recommend Arthur's to our friends and family (which we already have).

P.S. 3 out of the 5 that were the most expensive are some of the highest and most reviewed laminate/flooring companies on Yelp (Orange County)

Ather and his team came to the rescue. It was hard for me to trust a contractor that I didn't work with before and I had to let go of a contractor who could not provide me paper work for his license and insurance. Ather showed up and provided me all of his documents. He was great to give me a good deal knowing that I have a tight budget. He went above and beyond to meet my needs. His team showed up everyday and clean up afterwards. The engineering floor came out looking great. I'm very picky and I can't tolerate imperfections, Arthur's Flooring really work on the details especially the baseboard finish and the stairs. I'm so happy with the floor installation at our condo! Jorge and his team arrived on time, took out the old carpet and bamboo flooring in half a day. Jorge recommended that we purchase new baseboards, letting me know that I would be much happier with the results if I did so. House looks amazing! Price was on point and work was accommodated into two weekends for me. It was a four day project to demo tile and carpet and they were able to split the project into two weekends so I could be there and work around other contractors working on walls and cabinets. The guys were friendly and respectful to my home, not like some other contractors I've run into. They were very careful with my walls and furniture which was an added plus! Would definitely recommend this company to friends.

*Knocking the one star due to them not screwing the door frame into one of my doorways. I'm assuming because once screwed in, the door wouldn't shut. They just left it unscrewed and didn't tell me about the problem. Luckily I'm a handy gal and figured out a way to make it work. Just make sure to check the work once completed.

Julio came in and did our walk through and gave our estimate to us later in the day. After getting a handful of estimates from other places, I realized that his was the fairest. We were able to start whenever we were ready.

The job took 3 days and each day they came ready to work on time. Luis, Pablo, Celso, Ezequiel, and Chony arrived each day and worked tirelessly on the house. They work hard and they got it done in a timely manner. It took 1 day to take out the old flooring and prep work. And took two days to lay down the new floor and new baseboards. The floors came out beautifully and we couldn't be happy with the results. They communicated with us whenever needed and it was just a smooth installation.

Called Arthurs based on yelp reviews and they lived up to the rating. We wanted new hardwood floors and they came out quickly to give a bid. They took the time to make all the cuts precise which was very important to me. I have seen quite a few floor with gaps and holes around the door jambs and corners but they cut all the casings and jambs so they could fit the floor underneath with no gaps or holes and looks great. They also installed new larger baseboards and did a very nice job with that. We have hired people off craigslist for other projects and regretted it big time. Glad we went with a professional company and found them on Yelp. We would definitely recommend them.

I will be up front and say that the job at our house started off a bit shakily and we weren't too impressed. Our contract included the demolition of the existing flooring, which they had apparently not budgeted for properly. The guys were rushing to get the demo done (it took 3 days), which caused the guys to make some mistakes, including damage to our house (walls and a door). Needless to say, by the 3rd day we were pretty upset. However, Ather, the owner, came over in person to review the damage and discuss the path forward with us. We negotiated an adjustment to the contract so that all of the wrongs could be put right. With the demo compete, the installation went smoothly enough. The finished product (which this review is most heavily based on) is fantastic. I believe that this was just one of those jobs for Arthur's Flooring where everything that could go wrong, went wrong. But Ather and his guys made it right, and after all, this was the week right before Christmas (minds possibly wandering...). The journey started off rough, but we are extremely happy with the flooring...almost 6 months later and we have nothing but good things to say about the job!

We are thrilled with our flooring installation by Arthur's Flooring. The quote was reasonable, and all the items were spelled out for us - no hidden charges. What we were quoted is what we paid, which was refreshing!
They were flexible when we needed to postpone our installation the night before, because we found a large crack in our foundation when we ripped up the carpet. We got the crack evaluated and then rescheduled the install for the following week. Julio, who came out for our free home estimate and who helped us with scheduling, was very understanding. He was helpful throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions - since this was our first time installing laminate flooring.
On the day of installation, Poly, Max, and a few others actually came early! And they called ahead to warn us, which was very courteous. It was nice to get an early start on the work.
The whole day they were very respectful of our house, and did a great job. When they finished, they vacuumed everything and left the rooms very clean. We are very happy with our floors!

Arthur's Just completed the floor and baseboard installation in my condo and it came out fantastic. Daniel showed up on time to measure the condo and provided the estimate promptly. This company is fantastic! Very responsive to questions and the estimate was reasonable and clear. The used them as our contractor through LL Flooring, and they called multiple times to explain the process and then followed through as needed with changes to the order (we needed some leveling done and their first crew wasn't able to get it completed.) They immediately called us and rescheduled one day later with a larger crew and still completed the job a day ahead of schedule!! I'm so impressed by their whole company and the level of professionalism!

These guys are fast clean and very hardworking people. The guy who came over to my house and quote me for my floor was really nice he had sample on hand and his prices were really reasonable. We sign on the spot and in less then a week they were ready to install the new floor, it could have been less time but we needed to schedule some time of work. ( only because I wanted to be available incase any issues arise. The guys came and they went straight to work and in less than 6 hours they finished everything. I definitely recommend these guys.

I got my engineered hardwood floors refinished by Poly and his team. I could not recommend them enough! Poly is truly a master and knowledgeable w hardwood floors. He was also very patient and explained the process and expectations thoroughly. He was also very patient when picking our color stains and sheen, as he wanted to make sure I was happy. He even repaired some damage on a few planks that were fixed by another floor guy, and now it looks so much better. He would reply promptly when I would text/call him. I went from dark espresso color to natural oak color, which has transformed my house. So many people said it wasn't possible to refinish my engineered hardwood, but Poly was able to, and did an amazing job! I would have Poly do my floors again in a heartbeat. A few things to expect when getting floors redone: (1) all of the bottom baseboards will get scuffed and will need to be repainted/touched up (2) your house, walls, etc will get very dusty when done, even though they do their best to cover/clean it all up. (3) you will need to move out for a few days if there is hardwood throughout the house. Going directly to Poly was great for any questions, as he is the one that is knowledgeable. Communicating w the Arthur rep was disappointing, since he only knew what the quote would be, and not much else about the refinishing process. Lol. But at least he was always friendly.

We had Arthur's Flooring install engineered wood throughout the entire 1st story of our home - almost 1500 sq ft. When we talked with Ather we let him know we had a budget and a time frame in which we would like to get the floors completed. He gave us a very fair quote within our budget which included a discount (he gives a discount to Teachers and Police Officers) and completed the project within our time frame.

His crew arrived as scheduled everyday and worked diligently. They had to demo the old flooring before they installed the new wood. They ran into some unexpected issues with the old floors that required additional work and materials which normally would involve an extra cost. However, Ather was very accommodating and knew we were on a budget so he did not charge us for this. His crew did a excellent job installing the flooring and baseboards. They had to move around a lot of furniture - six rooms - and they put it all back when they were done.

We are very pleased with the quality of work and Ather's accommodation of our unique needs.

We felt lucky finding Arther on Yelp. Arther's quick response, Julio's free estimate in 5 minutes with fair price, and Luis's team perfect work. They finished the vinyl floor installation for the whole house in three days, working nonstop from 9 am to 7 pm. I was worried the stairs and the wall was just finished painting. EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK, FAIR PRICE, COURTEOUS & POLITE WORKERS. You could not ask for anything more when you use Arthur's Flooring of Costa Mesa. Arther came over to measure my flooring needs in my condo. Showed me lots of samples and also all his credentials (license & BBB report). Very professional & honest. Upon giving him to do the job, I asked him when can they start & finish the job. He said they can start by tomorrow & finish it in two days. I told him most of the other places I called said they will take them 4 to five days to finish the job. Arther's workers not only arrived on time as promised but also finished the job on time. His young lead man (Oscar) for this job of mine is very courteous & basically knows his trade. Did a very marvellous & excellent job. I would definitely use them again in all my flooring & tiles needs in the future. I would be very confident to recommend his company to all my family and friends. I urgently needed to remove the carpet and install laminate wood floor for two bedrooms. Having shopped around and asked for three different quotes, Odes from Arthur's Flooring offered the best bang for the buck.

I called Arthur's on Sunday afternoon and received a call back within 30 minutes. I was asked to drop by the store, met with Odes, picked the material and we went back to the house so I could get a personalized estimate.

Two days later, Oves' crew arrived to my place to do the job. The outcome was better than expected and they offer a one year warranty on the labor. I highly recommend Arthur flooring for your renovation needs. Thank you!

I had installation through lumber liquidators. I am very pleased with Diego's customer service. He really followed my case many times and always gave me the best alternative for installation. It is a pleasure to talk to him because he always does what he tells you. Of course the floor is fabulous. Abilio arrived exactly on time, demoed the old tile, cleaned the floor and installed the new tile exactly as I wanted it. He handled his tools like the skilled tile layer you expect. Kudos to Arthur's flooring for a job well done. After contacting them for an assessment and quote, Ather immediately reached out and came to our house the next day. His review and price quote was fair and honest, and their availability was perfect for us given our tight move-in schedule. Poly and his crew did a thorough job sanding, patching, repairing, staining and sealing our original late-1920's hardwood floors. There were material discrepancies from our dining room to the transition into our kitchen, and Poly's crew made sure to give us a head's up - and assurance - that the flooring stain we had chosen would turn out well despite the difference in hardwood materials. I will confess, we were pretty nervous that the floors might not be completely dried and cured when our next contractors showed up the following morning, but everything turned out great. Poly even came by for a follow-up with a complementary floor cleaning product that he personally recommended for optimal care. And we'll see him again soon for extra stain material in case we need any touch ups. Would recommend Ather, Poly & company to anyone looking to refinish their floors.

I recently purchased a home in Irvine, the house is about 7 years old and was a model floorplan when it was built. After trying a couple of other companies and one with a no response I decided to call Arthur's. I let them know that I wanted to refinish the floor and also let them know that I wanted remove the top flooring carpet and match the stairs and the second floor with the same product as the bottom. I was contacted by Jay the sales rep who from the start did an incredible job at being thorough and concise.
I let him know that I was very particular and maybe somewhat picky as this would be what I perceived a high-end and costly job. He addressed all of my concerns and spelled out what I was to expect. Though the wood for the second floor would be hard to locate he was able to due so. Their timing was always on point and delivered as promised.
I'd like to also mention that Freddy who was the head installer was also very knowledgeable, respectable and took good attention to detail on his work. In all the whole team were great to work with and I would definitely work with them again!

We've needed our carpet replaced for the last several years now and we got to it finally and pulled the trigger on hiring someone to get it done for us. Arthur's flooring was able to have someone come out on a Wednesday for a quote and we were able to get someone out on Friday and complete about 600 sq ft. of vinyl plank flooring done in ONE DAY. My wife and I just got our carpets removed and laminate flooring installed today. In short, these guys are the real deal. We were expecting the entire project to take at least a day to a day and a half. Then our expectations dropped when we saw that only one installer arrived as opposed to two. Fortunately, we underestimated the efficiency of this guy. He knocked out both rooms within 4hrs, and we're talking carpet removal and a clean install. We set a time and date with Oves and the installer arrived 30 minutes early and got to work right away.

Had floors installed by this company in December 2017 which started off very good for the 1st and 2nd day. The workers were very nice and both were efficient with great workmanship until the 3rd day in which the project fell apart. It appears the communication of the owner, contractor, and workers need improvement. With only caulking to complete, I initially allowed the workers to come later than the normal 8 am start time only to obtain a text 20 minutes before they were to arrive at 1 pm indicating that they would arrive at 4pm to complete the job,.
Totally unsatisfied with 8 hours of lost production time, I contacted the owner who indicated that the workers had completed the job. And, thereafter moved on to start another job (without completing my project first). They finally sent someone over after 4pm to carry out a rush job of caulking the entire house (1300 square feet) by himself.

Another issue is that I ordered an excessive amount of quarter round to be installed in which the workers did not install. I deducted the amount of labor fee captured to install the quarter round and there was a discrepancies about what fee they charged me. The contract clearly stipulated one amount and the contractor tried to verbally inform me that he charged me a different amount. Needless to say, I deducted the amount that was listed in writing.

I will add that the owner was very apologetic and stated the he would send a gift through the mail. However, I have yet to receive any such item. I would say book cautiously at your own risk. Ensure that you contract stipulate the prices and start and end time, therefore holding this company accountable for any delineation from the contract.

3 stars because my floors pretty much came out ok with exception of some squeaking by the bathtub area.

I had a pretty complicated flooring job. I bought a condo that had old stale carpet that needed to come up but I needed the new flooring to match the hardwood that was in the rest of the condo. While I had a lot of issues with the process with Arthur's Flooring, once the flooring was installed I was beyond pleased.
Every time I look at my new steps I am amazed at how beautiful they are. The steps were installed by Freddie, who did really impressive, masterful work. I will also say Jay, who was our point person, really went above and beyond for us and, despite a few missteps, did a great job.

Arthur made a fantastic first impression with me that lasted throughout the entire process. He showed up on time, was prepared, and was very professional and courteous. The fact that his pricing for a simple hardwood installation and a very complex refinishing job was hundreds below our other quote was just icing on the cake. Then he made it even better by handling baseboard and carpet runner removal and disposal at no extra cost, an additional $300 (and hassle) savings. Alex and his team did a great job on all aspects, including the cleanup. The floors look amazing, and the quality of the refinish has already been proven! There were a couple touch up spots (not a reflection of their work, but a function of the drying time and dust in the area (we are in a shaded lot in the woods) that Alex has agreed to come out and make better once we are settled in the home. I would recommend Arthur and Alex to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience with Arthur's flooring. Every part of the process was an easy and enjoyable experience. Our salesman was fantastic. He came to my house with lots of samples during our first appointment. He told me everything they would do and gave me a quote later that day. It is an all inclusive job with Arthur's and that was the best part. I knew that everything would be taken care of and with a huge decision like putting laminate in the entire house, it is very stressful and this was piece of mind. My salesman continued to work with me, bringing me different samples so I could see them in my home. It was also very easy to go to their office and pick out more samples. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
When the day came for installation, the installers were very friendly and professional. Also very conscientious, and hard working. My entire house was done in a week. They paid very close attention to all details and I couldn't be more pleased with the way everything turned out. I could tell from their work ethic that this company takes care of their employees.
My salesman checked in on the job site every day to make sure things went well. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Arthur's flooring, I highly suggest them.

I hired Arthur's flooring to pull carpet from 4 bedrooms and install laminate that I provided to match the rest of the house. I love the job he did. One concern I have is that communication was not great. Apparently my emails went into spam or something, because they weren't getting them for several weeks. My husband and I'm happy with the flooring job and am so excited to have it complete and know I will enjoy it.
We had bought floors years ago and had difficulty installing it in our bedroom. We wanted to hire someone to put the rest in our living room and nursery (675sqft) and had hideous damaged linoleum in the kitchen (120sqft) and wanted it fresh and new vinyl flooring. I am really happy with the whole process of acquiring a quote and having carpets in my two bed rooms replaced with vinyl spc floor within a week of contacting the company.

I was in a rush to get two bed rooms of carpets replaced before I had to move in in less than a week. I was really worried about finding a floor installer that can work with my schedule, because some have been so busy such that one didi not even return my calls. Harris came to give me a quote quickly and told me they had 50 teams working with them. They can quickly schedule a team to work on my project. The quote is very reasonable such that iI did not even bother to get a second quote to compare.

Ezequiel and Joshua came to work on my project. They are young , hard working, very skilled professionals and business partners. They were organized and made steady progress on job at hand. They communicated well with me of a problem encountered and choices I had to solve the problem. They worked with Harris closely and quickly came up with a solution. They kept my place and surroundings clean after work.

I am very happy with my new floor so far. It looks fabulous. My neighbor praised the new floor and mentioned that it integrated with the pre-existing vynl floor so well.

Due to a cracked main drain pipe under our foundation, we had to replace all our flooring. We contacted Arthur's Flooring and was connected to Jacob W. for a quote. From the start, Jay was easy to work with. He arrived on time and took thorough measurements, listened to what we wanted and provided samples. Jay was our main contact throughout the process, he answered or returned calls promptly and made the process run smoothly.

On the scheduled start date, Sergio and his team showed up on time and began working immediately. Sergio's team removed tile and carpet on day 1 and began installing the vinyl planks. The entire process was finished in 3 days. Furniture was moved and replaced and our home was left tidy and in order. The flooring is beautiful and thoughtfully installed.

Ather and his team did a great job on our floors. We got a lot of quotes and Ather was able to beat everyone else. The whole project took only 3-4 days (less than the 5 days he estimated) which made us very happy. It's not easy living with your kitchen, etc. Also, he was very patient with us during the selection process and let us borrow samples etc.

Very good experience with this flooring company. They put in beautiful laminate flooring throughout the first floor of our house and did it within our budget and earlier than scheduled. Oves came in and took measurements. He was professional and easy to work with it. He told me that it would take about 6 days to complete demo and installation - they did it in 3! I was so happy about that. And despite the fast turnaround, it was quality work. The lead installer was professional and his crew moved furniture as they worked from room to room. The only negative was......the dust. There was a lot of dust generated from removing all of our tiles. Although they tried to cover areas with plastic there was still alot of dust everywhere. Had it not been so dusty, I definitely would've given them 5 stars. But all and all, I am very pleased with my new floors. Thanks!

Arthur's flooring

We recently purchased a new home and before moving in wanted to get the walnut floors refinished as they had discolored over the years. Pretty large job (1500 sq ft of flooring) and priced out a few options. Arthur's flooring was the best price by about 20%.
Poly and his crew did a great job. Poly answered all my questions and worked with me to pick out the stain and adjust a few things on the fly to make sure we were very happy with the end result. I moved out to Orange County from Dallas with my wife, and we bought a new house in Tustin. One problem was that the lime stone tiles were extremely dirty and they needed to be cleaned up. The total project is about 500-600 SQFT. So we needed to have the stones polished. After looking around for companies that can help, I came across Arthur's flooring on Yelp and decided to have them out and give a quote. When Manuel and his crew came out, they recommended that we also have the grout lines cleaned so we took their recommendation. We chose Arthur's Flooring based on the Yelp Reviews... and let me tell you, if I could give 6 stars I would. From the initial in-home visit to the installation, Ather and his staff were very professional and personal. We were on a very tight time schedule of installation to move-in and literally Ather jumped through hoops to make it work. They even came back after we moved in and made sure everything was perfect. Great salesperson, great installers! Recently remodeled a rental property, Julio came out and did all the measurements, was thorough in his explanation of options and pricing. We had a vision in mind and Arthur's helped us make the best call for our project and budget. Got a second quote from different company, ended up going with Arthurs. If you have flooring needs, start here. The installers came out and were friendly, they knew what they were doing and worked fast! Mess from work was cleaned up and overall everything went well. 10/10 would recommend.

I am very happy with the service my husband and I got from Arthur's Flooring. Our estimator, Harris, was personable and quoted us a great deal. Julio Luna came out to measure my house for hardwood flooring. He was professional, on time, fast at measuring, had a good sense of humor, and answered all of my questions. The floor under the carpet doesn't look uniform to me, but Julio assured me that his company could work with it and that I would be satisfied with the job. I also have odd electrical outlets that could get in the way of molding. Julio suggested molding that would fit.

I will update when Arthur's Flooring does the installation. I am confident that they will do a good job. Julio gave a great first impression.

I'm a customer from lumber liquidators in torrance. I had installation with arthurs flooring. Im very happy with the whole process I had here. Junior did a very good job showing me the samples of vinyl flooring that I wanted according to the budget I had. After paying labor Diego from Arthur's flooring called me to schedule installation date. I told him than on Saturday it would be perfect to me for my job and he answered me than on Saturday they were booked up already but for me he was going to make an exception and send 2 installers to my house to start the installation. Unfortunately, I had an unexpected emergency on Friday that stopped me to start the installation on that Saturday. I called Diego directly explaining him the circumstances and he told me that he understands my situation and no problem we could reschedule and we agreed to move the installation for Tuesday of the following week. On Monday my daughter woke up very sick so we had to take her to the hospital. embarrassing I called Diego telling him that other emergency just happened and I could not be on home on Tuesday to start the installation. He kindly told me don't worry we understand that sometimes unexpected things happen. I was shocked by the good attitude of this boy. We rescheduled for Thursday. He told me he would send me his best crew to my house to do the installation. I had no doubt that installation was going to be amazing l and so it happened. Erwin came to my house and made a perfect installation! All my friends love my new flooring. What a wonderful team I recommend Arthurs flooring to everyone

Excellent work and very reasonable price! They sanded/refinished our 18 year old cherry floors and they look better than when they were new! We originally weren't planning on having the floors refinished and had the interior of the house painted before the flooring refinish. Some of the paint on baseboards got scuffed up during sanding and Arthur graciously agreed to deduct the cost of having our handyman do touch up painting from our final invoice. Very professional! Highly recommend!!!

Ather gave a very fair quote compared to the quotes offered by other companies to refinish my wood stairs. Poly and crew came out to do the job and pretty much I left them to do their work while I was doing my own work at home, during this COVID stay-at-home time period. They did a few small samples of staining color on one of the steps so that I could pick which color I liked best. Overall, the project took 2 days and they came back on a 3rd day to make sure it was drying correctly. Great job, guys!

These guys are awesome! I wanted LVP flooring throughout my house and went to them for information and an estimate. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and came to my house twice to measure. I picked the flooring I liked and they ordered a whole box for me so I could make sure I liked it. We set a date and I paid the deposit. Then, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to cancel everything. They were so nice and understanding and refunded my deposit without hesitation. When things change for me, I will definitely hire them! Great people!

We called Arther to schedule an in home quote and we're happy with his pricing. An install date was scheduled within our requested timeline and a crew came out as planned. The workers were fast and efficient. Their workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up their work area each day before leaving.

On the day our project was complete I came home to inspect the floor. It looks great - both floor and baseboard. The awesome crew of 3 guys even moved in and hooked up our washer and dryer. We would highly recommend Arther's Flooring.

This is an AWESOME flooring Co.
I called last minute to ARTHURS FLOORING in December when I got in over my head trying to install my own wood floors. Arthur called me back immediately.
After I told him I was in a real pickle, he rearranged some things on his schedule and was kind enough to send a crew over the VERY NEXT DAY TO INSTALL MY FLOORS. They said they would be here at 8:00am. They arrived clean, professional and ready to start at 7:45am.
They did a BEAUTIFUL JOB.
ITS NOW HITTING JUNE 1, six months later and I've never been happier with the quality of their work. Arthur works hard to accommodate your requests and is prompt to respond. I had laminate floor installed by Jesus and I love my new floor! He did such a great job I'm so glad I found this place. They are licensed and insured which is required by my HOA. Everything was very nicely detailed and jesus was extremely polite and considerate when installing my floor. He knew exactly how to cut everything so I had minimal waste and used a lot less material than I had estimated. I was told to order 10% more just in case but I'm certain he uses way less than that. He also covered my furniture with plastic and cleaned every bit of dust created from cutting when he was finished. I would highly recommend this place!

I cannot say enough about this company!!!!!! Absolutely hands down the best flooring company in Orange County.... Probably the entire state of California. I had new floors installed by a contractor that had no clue what he was doing. After noticing tons of gaps in my floor and padding that was installed upside down I went straight to Yelp to find a company that could fix it! Boy and I LUCKY that I found Arthur flooring. They were out the next day to fix all of the mistakes that were made by my previous contractor. They were extremely nice and quick and did such an amazing job. Alas I cannot say enough wonderful things about Oves and his crew at Arthur's flooring;
truly a professional outfit with a passion for their work. Oves delivers the best customer service with a personal touch. He came on short notice to the house to give an amazing estimate.

We used Arthur's Flooring when we bought our new house based off of the 5 star reviews and it was worth it. The bedroom had an area that was added on and he was able to put down reclaimed wood that matched the rest of the house. He was done in the estimated time frame and everything turned out perfect. Arthur was a pleasure to deal with , he arrived on time, gave a reasonable quote for the job done and returned all my calls and emails. his crew went beyond the scope of their work to get the job perfect. Our install was particularly difficult and several contractors turned the job down, Arthur and his crew said No Problem and when they were finished our home looked like a model home. I recently used Arthur's Flooring of Costa Mesa for the laminate flooring installation at our new home in Mission Viejo. They did a great job and the quality of their work was excellent. I had to change my installation date 3 times on them due to an extended escrow, and they were very accommodating and understanding each time I had to push the installations date back. Sergio and his crew installed my new floors in my master and office room and did a wonderful job. They were very professional even wearing masks throughout the installation. They moved all the heavy furniture without any damages and worked through from 8-4 without any breaks. I wish I could've bought them some lunch instead of giving them just water. Also, each morning at least one worker decided he needed to drop a deuce in our toilet. Literally, everyday day. Easy quote, then lots of hand offs, making the scheduling, the invoicing and installation administratively cumbersome. I almost moved on to another flooring installer but they finally got someone to handle my scheduling who was competent.
Installation was perfect, and I say that as someone who contracts for millions of dollars a year annually as a developer.
Work is impeccable. Installers friendly and reliable. Administration of the work is mediocre at best. If you have the patience to navigate their office and scheduling, they are worth it.

First, let me just say...Oves will give you the best pricing HANDS DOWN. I was pricing flooring installation at my house (I already purchased the flooring) and Arthur's beat the least expensive quote by half. HALF!!

Oves came to the house, was very professional, and super nice too! I decided to go with him on our install and gave him a deposit.

Then we had a slab leak. I called to tell him we would have to put the install on hold. I did realize that we forgot to price out removal of carpet and install of flooring in all of our closets. Oves said, don't worry, we will do that at no extra cost...you've had a hard enough day. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT?? I was shocked at how generous that was!!!

Fast forward 2+ months. I'm still in a hotel because of the slab leak, and the insurance company is using their people to put the flooring in. I was sad to call Oves to let him know that we have to cancel, and without me even asking, he just said that he understands these things happen, and to text my address to him so he can send the deposit back. Again, totally shocked.

Oves is fantastic. I'm sorry I didn't get to use them this time, but the next time I need flooring I will absolutely be giving Arthur's a call!!

I was looking for someone who can help me complete a kitchen tiling project asap. I have a handyman who does a decent job with tiling but not so good with cleaning up grout and the edges. So I was willing to pay more to find a company who can do a really good tiling job. I called a few companies on Yelp. Arthur flooring not only had the best quote; they also could come to my house in two days. They told me it was a 2 to 3 day job. The installer Timo installed the tiles in one day. He did arrive a little late because of some car issue and sent us go buy 1/16 spacers because he didn't have enough. But Timo also is a very nice guy; he helped me with my floors while waiting for the spacers. Timo is great at designing the tiles. Without me telling him what to do, he automatically measured all the spaces and found the center where he wanted to start. So the design came out perfect. Timo also does a wonderful job with grouting. He cleaned the tiles very well. I did encounter an issue with the chipped tile that the installer accidentally installed and some other issues. Julio, who might be the owner, was also very nice. Julio was able to find a resolution that both he and I were comfortable with. Julio was respectful. It's nice to deal with a company and owner who are professional and reasonable. I recommend Arthur flooring for your tile job.

Excellent customer service, excellent work and friendly employees! We had about 400 square feet of wood flooring to install in the back of the house plus demo of old laminate and carpet. We called Arthur and Oves came out the same day, gave us a quote within 10 minutes and scheduled our job for the next day. Oves was VERY personable, knowledgeable and professional. Luis and his lovely wife showed up the next day -on time- and worked all day without a break to get our job done. They truly went above and beyond for us! I could not be more grateful. The floors and new baseboards were beautifully installed and Luis even fixed our closet doors and repaired our door frame. We got the A team. I was shocked that the pricing was so reasonable as well- I had expected to pay twice as much. Fantastic experience!!!! After obtaining multiple quotes I text Arthur with some questions regarding installing some hardwood floors that I had purchased. They're fast and do an ok job but the communication is horrible. I met with the owner and picked out a sample and gave a 50% deposit and we picked a date 2-3 weeks later for the job, he said they needed time to order. I had to call on Saturday to make sure they're coming Monday and what time?? Then from then on out your with a worker that speaks very little English. When they finished the job I wasn't even home, no communication on are you happy lets walk through. My stairs do not look great. I'm paying someone now to finish the side so I can add a border and then repaint the risers because there's nail holes and other spots. Everyone that sees it says they should have finished this and/or gave me some options.

I'm really surprised at all the glowing reviews here. I don't get it at all. I have another property to do this next year and I wont be using Arthur's.

Luis and Celso did the refinishing on our 94 year old floors. There was a bit of staining from some careless tenants, both beverages and cat urine. They were able to sand the floors, stain them, and leave them looking brand new. Not to mention they helped me move a refrigerator, and finished a day early. Getting the right contractor has to be right up there with getting your wisdom teeth pulled - painful but necessary. I must have gone through at least 10 different vendors before finally deciding on Arthur's company. And gotta tell you - not one regret. His honest and sincere approach to how our stairs would need to be done, right down to giving us an extremely fair price. That sealed the deal for me.

Add icing to the cake, he estimated 3 days for the stairs to be done. His crew came in on Friday and finished the same day. No need for me to give up my weekend! A definite plus. And his crew were all so nice and fun to be around. Is that even possible with other contractors? And how did my stairs turn out? High quality/craftsmanship, exceeded our expectations.

I'll definitely keep Arthur on my speed dial for future work. Great people. Enough said.

We had an incredible experience working with Arthur's Flooring! A team came out immediately after calling for a quote, brought all different types of wood flooring laminate options, and were VERY easy to work with. When they came to install they were quick and clean and made our home look SO much better! The quality of the product, the easy of having it all done through them, and the install and look afterwards were incredible! We highly recommend them to anyone looking! We had a lot of quotes and options and choosing them was the best decision we made! We are VERY happy with our floors!

Contacted Arthur's flooring to get an estimate on laminate flooring. Someone showed up to measure and never heard back from them. Text to ask for the estimate, they said they were waiting on pricing and two days went by and still no estimate. It's been over a week and not one call or message about my estimate. Not very reliable or responsive.

We had Arthur's Flooring came out for the second time to do our flooring for a new addition to the house. They did such a great job the first time around that we had to call them back. Arthur's price quote was the best out of the three estimates we originally received. Their employee, Ezekiel came out on the day of installation and completed the 250 sq. ft. room in about 4 hours by himself! He did such a great job and made sure he communicated with us throughout the process to ensure our satisfaction. Upon completion, he made sure we did a walk through and is fully happy. The best part besides the beautiful flooring was that Ezekiel cleaned up his work areas and not leaving us with a mess! Very happy with this company and surely recommend them for your flooring needs!

Did not have a good quality installation.
The transitions were not glued in properly and are coming undone after less than a year. I was promised they would put self leveling concrete before laying the LVP flooring, but that was never done and now the floor is uneven and has dead spaces.
The salesperson and communication was fine, but the installation quality we experienced was poor.

After refinishing my downstairs wood floors so beautifully last year, I now had Arthur install new hardwood floors in my large master bedroom. Arthur found the perfect wood to match my existing wood on the stairs and landing. The installers were professional and very helpful moving my furniture and area rugs around. The results are just beautiful. I would highly recommend Arthurs Flooring.

After three other quotes Arthur's came in the most reasonable because they price match and they specify in solid oak refurbishing, which is what we needed. Ather and his son Harris came out and measured very competently and their measurements matched the other two companies, so I felt confident they were in the ballpark. The reviews they have for their lead foreman Poly are off the charts***** This is what helped me pull the trigger. He is so experienced, meticulous, and caring. he listens well and aims to please. We have red oak that merely had a seal on it which made it orange and red for our taste. he put a beautiful duraseal brown on it that made it more cool and enjoyable to our taste. the sanding and buffing process was very time-consuming and intricate which is exactly what the floor needed after 15 years. Very little dust was left behind, and stain at baseboards was harmless. Crew was respectful and friendly;we miss them when they left. Don't feel hesitant to hire Arthur's flooring; they have knowledgeable crews, and the owner has a good heart*

I selected Arthur's Flooring based on the Yelp reviews, Oves' ontime arrival and courteous, informed and friendly customer service during the quotation appointment, price and stated control over the installation process. We selected a laminate from a broad selection of choices - equivalent to two other large national vendors. My expectations of service were exceeded with installation completed ahead of schedule, with very high quality of work - Daniel and his team completed the job in one day (compared to estimate of 2 - 3 days). I highly recommend Arthur's Flooring - a very high value experience.

Call Arthur, and if you want tiles done, ask for EMILIO! Dude is a MACHINE! Emilio and his crew did 1200 sq.ft in about day and half! I was lucky to catch him on a break because this guy is always booked! Why? Well because he is efficient, fast and extremely hard working!

Arthur is honest and a great guy, he will come out to you and give you a reasonable quote for a job that will be done magnificently.

During my crisis, these guys helped me out! If I ever need flooring done, I know who to call now.

It was the right decision to hire Arthur's flooring to do our laminate floor in 3 bedrooms and install tile on the major area of the house. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and very patient. Ather delivered everything that he promised on time, always answered our phone calls. His price is good for the great quality of work. He helped us out during our crisis. Ather's teams are professional, friendly and showed up on time.

Awesome job! These guys were amazing from quoting to the installation very last transition strip. They overcame quite a few challenges like an uneven floor that needed a quick leveling job and loss of power for a full day but they stayed positive and kept plowing thru it. End result are beautiful floors and baseboards completed on time. I highly recommend you at least call them for a free quote and see for yourself! Wanted to do some tile in our laundry & pantry room in our garage. Time came out and gave us a quote. They were very competitive in their pricing and decided to move forward with them. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars was because of the time it took in receiving the reducer that we ordered.

Other than that the install went smooth and the tile looks great after they were done.

Will definitely use these guys for future projects.

Arthur and his installers are true pros. They took the time and effort to sand and prep our old concrete floors that had many layers of prior glue and plaster drips. Our floors look amazing (solid bamboo throughout) and the finish into closets and doorways that meet carpet is perfectly within the 1/2 of doorframe. Baseboards look great too. I recommend Arthur because in my current world of contractors, it's hard to find attention to detail and standing behind your work and pricing.

I had my floors done by this company in February. The owner, Ather, is honest and efficient. I met with him for an estimate and he knows alot about the work he does. Hes also pretty easy to get a hold of if you have any questions or concerns. They are licensed and bonded. Ather doesnt work with his guys but they do a great job. they finished my two story house in two days, and my new floors look lovely!

I'll begin by saying I never give any business a review. I felt compelled to give Arthur's Flooring a review because of such a fantastic job they did installing my laminate floor. I began by getting several estimates from different flooring companies and every company prices were much more expensive.

I had bamboo flooring that were buckling all around the house because of improper installation by some other company. Arthur came to my house and gave me an estimate that I thought was fair. He did not even charge me to demo the old bamboo floor, or to move the furniture. Other companies said the would charge to move the furniture. I told them I wanted to save the bamboo flooring bcuz I wanted to use them in another house and they stacked them in the garage for me. The installers were very professional and work fast. They installed about 1000 sq. Feet of flooring in 2 days.

They have given my house a more modern look that I'm in love with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking about installing new hardwood or laminate.

I really wanted to give Arthur's Flooring my business but I was not satisfied with the way they communicate or that they hire a sub-contractor to handle the flooring installation. I contacted Arthur and told him about my flooring project, he sent someone over to measure the space and provided me with a rough estimate. I followed up with them a few days later to get a detailed estimate so that I can budget what monies I needed for this project. To make a long story short, I never received an estimate after requesting this from them on multiple occasions. I don't understand why they never followed up but I decided that I wasn't going to do business with someone who couldn't communicate or follow through on what they said they were going to do. I regretted my decision at first, until I found out that the company didn't do flooring installation. They gave me the impression that they provided materials and labor; knowing this it leads me to believe that this company is only a middle man, where they make their money by sub-contracting out the work to the lowest bidder. My issue with this practice is when a problem arises with the subcontractors work, the general contractor (Arthur's Flooring) will usually shift all the blame to the subcontractor and will have the customer resolve the issue on their own. When the customer attempts to resolve the defects with the subcontractor, the subcontractor will tell them to contact the person who contracted them, and in the end the customer is the one who ultimately pays. I feel relieved that I didn't hire this company for my flooring project because they are not cheap, they do not communicate and do not install flooring they only provide materials.

Arthur just completed installing laminate flooring in all 4 bedrooms of our Huntington Beach house (600 sq ft). We received several bids.Not only did they have the best price, but also excellent quality flooring and very professional. The job was completed in just couple days. We now have high quality laminate including base boards all installed within our budget. His crew arrived each day as scheduled and also cleaned up work areas the end of each day. They hauled away our old carpet after floor install was completed. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Arthur Flooring.

We found Arthur's Flooring on the Internet and after reading all the great reviews, we chose them for our downstairs bedrooms, hall and office. This was an excellent decision on our part. From the start, meeting Julio and getting samples and quotes was painless. At first, we did not find our color to match our living room, but Julio went out of his way to locate a match that worked very well for us. We scheduled the job and his crew was also excellent. We had Poly , Oscar and Eriban to start the job and they moved very quickly and efficiently. They checked with us along the way with questions; not making the decisions themselves which was great. After both the first day and at the end of the job, their clean up was fabulous. Very thorough, thoughtful and pleasant. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Pricing out shined all others.

After a so-called contractor ruined not one but two backsplashes I called Arthurs's for help. They were amazing as usual. Came in and fixed the backsplash and some other minor floor issues we had. Juan and Daniel were quick, professional, and really cared about doing a great job. After the mess, the initial contractor left it is truly a miracle how good the backsplash turned out. I usually do not like to leave bad reviews, and always give a business the benefit of the doubt. I actually do not have anything bad to see about the gentleman who did the tile work in my bathrooms. HE was thorough, kind and worked quickly but efficiently. After the floors were done, the toilets were to be reinstalled by the company. Whoever they sent to do the job was 1.5 hours late, no phone call, nothing. I had to call around to find out what the hold up was. After this person finally showed up, he did a shoddy job and didn't tighten everything appropriately. Our toilets were leaking for over 10 hours in both bathrooms. The freshly installed baseboards had water damage and the caulking did not set . Thank goodness I had bath mats down, which soaked up a lot of the water and prevented it from leaking out Into the hallway carpet. I let the contractor know what was happening. The contractor gave me some info on how they would fix the problem. He also gave me word that someone would come out to my home to make sure there was no water damage in the bathroom walls. Well that person never called and never showed either. So yet again, my husband and I have to call this company back to find out what the problem was this time. We ha e reached out again to the contractor, but never got any response this time. This is beyond unprofessional. You fuck up, you fix it. You say ypu will be somewhere within a certain time frame, be there. Customers also have lives and can't just wait around for no one to show up when they are supposed to. Flooring isn't cheap and customers deserve to have projects done fully and completely, as promised. Needless to say, I'm still waiting to have my project completed and the issue to be resolved and it's been well over another week. What a shame.

UPDATE: Although my interaction with the company was a little rocky for a moment, I will say that Julio made sure himself that everything was fixed and fixed quickly! He worked with my schedule and ensured everyone who was scheduled to check for water damage and replace the baseboards came on time! He was very apologetic and did everything in his power to rectify the situations. I am more than appreciative. The gentleman who actually did the tile work in my bathrooms, Sylvester I think his name was, really did do a GREAT job and was a pleasure to work with. I'd be more than happy to work with him again if I had more floor work in the future.

Ather was recommended to me by a friend who was very pleased with his work. Ather responded promptly to my phone call and arrived on time for our appointment. I was pleased with his reasonable prices, also. He called me when there was. a delay beginning my project and assured me the project would still finish on time.
His crew arrived promptly and finished the job ahead of schedule. They were polite and efficient. They even helped us when our dog ran out the house (no fault of theirs).

But, wait!!
I have oversized closet doors that CONSTANTLY fall off track. I have to fight to get them back on track and dread moving them. Arthur's flooring crew fixed them! I have had professional closet installers come and can't figure out how to fix them. I had new doors installed and the problem persisted. Arthur's guys put flooring in the closet and the doors slide like their brand new! Love my floors, learning to like my closet doors. Thanks Arthur's flooring!!

This is a sample of a good contractor named Arthur's Flooring and a good staff named Julio Luna, who are very committed to make their customer happy. I have some issue with their previous installers, who installed my flooring very wrong. I contacted Julio and he quickly responded by inspecting the job site and he was convinced that it is their installer's mistake. He suggested to replace the entire tiles flooring completely with no cost to me. I was shock. I could not believed it. But after I have agreed, in a couple of days everything looks marvelous. You can really feel the honesty and sincerity of this man and their company. After the project was replaced I would say they deserved more than 5 star. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with Arthur's flooring.

I needed 800 square feet of tile installed and hardwood floors installed in a bedroom. I had called several flooring companies over a 6 month period, but for some reason or another, I did not hire anyone until i spoke to Ather, the owner of Arthur's Flooring.

Ather came out to my house the same morning I had called him and he gave me a quote on the spot. His pricing for tile installation and hardwood flooring was very reasonable. I hired him right away.

His crew started the very next day. Emilio and his younger brother Glayder did an excellent job on the tile installation! They are both very pleasant to work with, always very courteous and kept the place very clean. Their attention to detail was incredible. After having installed the tile, Emilio went over everything and notice a bump on one of the tiles. I had not noticed, but he said he would come back out the next day to replace it with a another tile!. they came back out, took out the tile with the minor defect and replaced it. That is workmanship!

The hardwood flooring crew was very good as well. Policardo and his crew were very pleasant to work with also. They did an excellent job,especially with the mouldings. They kept all the work spaces very next and clean.

When the job was near completion, Ather took a look at all the work, and told his crew to put in transition pieces for where the new tile met the old flooring. He added that at no extra cost. I was so pleased.

I highly recommend Arthur;s Flooring, you will not be disappointed.

Great experience working with Arthur's Flooring. They not only got back to me (many from Yelp did not), they also gave me an amazing quote and had immediate availability. We had our kitchen tile floor and backsplash replaced - and the work came out great. It took a little longer than expected - but we gladly sacrificed the time needed for the quality of work. I saw on their website they have amazing reviews for wood-floor refinishing - so we'll definitely be calling for that service in the future with Arthur's.

I'm not sure why this place is getting 5 stars because they are not reliable. We met with Julio on Saturday 7/11/2020 for an appointment and picked out our material for hardwood flooring. We were on time, respectful and returned the sample immediately within 1 hour.
Then Julio scheduled an appointment for in-property consultation and measurements for the following Wednesday. I was expecting him to show up at 12:30 pm and then after 30 minutes, no one showed up. No one contacted me about the no show, and no one at Arthur's or the mgmt knew what was going on either with Julio. I didn't even know who was suppose to show up for the appointment! I contacted Julio by phone and he wouldn't pick up the line, but texted back saying he wouldn't arrive until after 1 pm.

I just feel very disappointed and frustrated that they would be wasting a customer's time for over 30 minutes, as they were running late from a previous appointment. I mean who does that? It shows disrespect and unreliability and lack of responsibility. I really don't feel like this is a place I can trust. I would not recommend based on my poor experience here. WHERE IS YOUR PROFESSIONALISM??!

Oves was great to work with as we went through several different samples and colors that would please all the women in the office. Price was in the middle of 3 bids. Crew showed up exactly when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Workmanship was great. Will use them again in a couple of months for our next phase.

Arthur was extremely responsive from the very first phone call and all the subsequent ones. He, by far, gave the most reasonable quote and was able to get the job done ASAP, and even able to accommodate when we wanted to change the dates last minute. His workers were both professional and efficient. We had an area of the floor that was uneven, but the workers went out of the way to shave down the floor and add extra glue to make sure to floor would work with the door entrance.
We did have a bit of a problem where some nearby vinyl started to roll up in the weeks after, but after some conversation, he sent out someone to get it straightened out.
We could not be happier with the end result of our laminate flooring installation and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Last year Arthur's Flooring removed carpet and installed vinyl planks and baseboards on my downstairs floor, and now just had them come out again to do my upstairs floor.
Both times they did an awesome job, they finished in just one day, cleaned up afterwards and hauled everything away.
Great customer service from Brett and great installation work from Freddie and his partners. Will definitely be using Arthur's Flooring again for any future projects that I have.

First I want to say that this company gets a lot of 5 star reviews by guilting the customers into it. At the end of every job they tell you that if you will give them a 5 star review, they will feed a hungry child for a month. I'm sure many of their reviews are as a result of this backwards bribe!
I should have said goodbye to these guys the first time I met the salesman. He told me that if I signed up that month they would give me a Persian rug worth $1300,00. I said I didn't want it, that it didn't fit my décor but he insisted that I take it and now I have to try to sell it. It looks like it's worth about $75.00. But the worst thing is that the sales guy didn't really know his business and I ended up with the wrong color and wrong type of installation because of his lack of knowledge. Beware these guys. The installers are good, but without the help up front on options you could easily end up hating your very expensive floor.

If you're looking for a true flooring expert and professional, then you need Sergio. We needed to remodel our home in just 2 weeks, Sergio showed up and installed our flooring with so much expertise, efficiency, mastery, attention to detail, professionalism, and made recommendations that were very helpful for us. Sergio left our floors looking amazing. He has a good eye for design, and had great communication with us (homeowners). Sergio was transparent with us from the beginning. He showed us how uneven our floors were (had carpet before), and helped us level them to perfection (even in the closet!). Some people have excellent work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, accountability, experience, professionalism, and mastery in their craft - Sergio is one of those people. (Several other workers from this company assisted Sergio in completing the project, but none compared to the caliber of worker Sergio is, or the high quality work he produces. The other workers would stop showing up, they'd come super late - like 5 hours past the agreed upon time, came angry and with an attitude - stair team, and left the work that was assigned to them undone - stairs, then didn't understand why I had called the company asking for my stairs to be completed, after the stair team just quit on me. So who did the company resend to pick up the mess/slack from the lazy stair team -that's right, Sergio! Boy were we thrilled to see Sergio back! We knew Sergio would complete the project in a manner that would exceed our expectations. And he did). Overall, we are very happy with our flooring experience, and recommend Sergio to all our friends and family needing flooring work done.

Had Arthur's Flooring install 1000 sqft of bamboo flooring. They did a great job and got it done in two days. They did the work over a weekend, which worked out great for us.

They worked with me to assure I was ordering the right materials from the manufacturer and their installers were courteous and even helped move some furniture. I'd recommend them for all your hardwood flooring needs.

I am very happy with Arthur 's flooring company. I had 4 bedrooms, hallway, livingroom, and kitchen done with laminate flooring (roughly 1500sq feet) Originally, I was told that this project will take 2-3 days. We also had to reschedule because we needed some of the rooms cleared out and Arthur was happy to reschedule. The awesome thing is yesterday we were scheduled for all this work to begin and they actually finished all of my house with baseboards redone in one day! We checked for quality of work and mistakes and I have to say I am very impressed with their attention to detail. I highly recommend them and I will defenitley refer them to my friends and family for future jobs.

Just completing a home reno and I have to say many contractors I have used have been ok to terrible. I am ready to write a post about how horrible my kitchen and bath guys are....but there is light to this home reno project. That is Arthur's Flooring.

If you are looking for flooring needs Arthur's reviews speak for themselves. Arthur's flooring is great quality and at reasonable prices and his service is outstanding. He showed up to my home to provide estimates on time not like many companies. He took his time and was priced below many of my competitors. Since it was lower in price I was concerned about quality. Well I have to say my floors are all done and the only compliment I get from my friends and family is about the floors. Everyone comments how awful my kitchen is but how great the floors are!

Arthur is very honest and fair as I even had some damage done from some minor flooding on my brand new floors and he came out right away and provided me with a very fair offer to fix them. He wasn't looking to take advantage of the situation but rather he really wanted to help us. He even called me to encourage me that things will be fine. What a guy Arthur is!

Also to mention his crew of Marlin, Luis, Pablo, and Auntie are very professional and make sure they dont leave a mess like my other contractors. I wish they did lights, bath, kitchen, pool, gardening, etc... I would use his company for every project!

After reviewing different flooring contractors, I contacted Arthur's flooring and Ober came right away to measure and showed me different options. He also suggested that I come to show room which i did and found a vinyl flooring I like. They then ordered and within 3 days they came to remove my old carpets and put in new floor in 5 rooms. It took 3 days to finish the job and they finished the job clean and as expected. Their price was reasonable and they gave me a discount also. I would recommend and recommend you talk to Ober for his help.

This review is for the negligence on Arthur's Flooring part when they had done a vinyl floor install in a house we purchased just recently in March of this year. Arthur's Flooring had done the install in December 2019 on the 1st floor. The seller has been in contact with Arthur's Flooring, which they have repeatedly denied any liability / responsibility, which has costed us over $5K in damages.

Within the first month of moving into our new house (March 2020), we initially started noticing very small amounts of water coming out from underneath the toilet of our downstairs bathroom that was installed by Arthur's flooring along with the vinyl flooring in that bathroom. There was also some mold forming on and above the baseboard (see the attached picture with the mold by the baseboard).

We initially had a plumber come out to take a look, and when he removed the toilet, he confirmed that the toilet flange and wax ring weren't properly installed due to the 2 layers of flooring (as the 2nd layer of vinyl flooring prevented the wax ring and flange from sitting up high enough to prevent water leakage). Essentially an extended flange should have been installed so that both the flange and wax ring would be on an equal level as the vinyl flooring.

We contacted several mold remediation companies to assess the issue, and they all detected water underneath the vinyl flooring going all the way out into the hallway and partially into the living room. Due to the issue of mold, we wanted to move quickly as possible, and we had 1 of the mold remediation companies start work. You'll see in the next 4 pictures, the extent of the damage and mold that was underneath.

I had a great experience with Arthur's Flooring recently. Ather was very accommodating and his price was far below other companies in the nearby area; considering the excellent quality of work.
I changed my mind a few times from refinishing the existing hardwood, to replacing the old wood to new, the start date and had a small time frame for the project to be completed. Despite that, Ather was able to meet my needs promptly.

Poli and his crew did an excellent job removing and installing engineered hard wood floors in our home. Poli was able to cut the most difficult shapes to fit the oddest spaces around the house; i was impressed! Poli and his crew were humble, respectful of my home and worked incredulously hard. Poli stayed past 8 pm on the last day to inspect every square foot of flooring installed for imperfections to make sure the whole flooring is 100% flawless. On top of that, the crew was able to complete the project 1 day less than promised. The crew worked 9-10 hours a day, with minimal breaks. One neighbor commented, if your painters worked as hard as your flooring guys, you would have been able to move in on time.

Recently, we had a pipe leak and needed to repair some wood floors. Ather responded quickly to help me even though it was a small job. Ather made time for me and it was extremely easy to work with him and make arrangements. And he didn't charge me extra for the small work or request for the immediate start.

I will continue to recommend Ather to my friends and family because I want them to have the same experiences I had.

They deserve 10 stars!

We were in desperate need of some good, fast, and honest floor specialist. Thanks to yelp we found out about Arthur's flooring.
My husband called Ather(the owner) in the morning and he was able come out to the site the same day for estimate. Because we were in hurry we wanted him to start ASAP and price was very reasonable. Arthur had his best tile specialist Emilio available the next day.
The next morning, all contractors came on time and got right into it. They finished 1000 sq.ft space in 2 days!!! First day they put all the tiles and the second day they filled the grout. They cleaned everything, and they covered the floor with brown paper which we provided.

Very satisfied, happy customer that will recommend his service to everyone!

Ather had his guy Danny do my install and they were great! Danny was on time professional, communicative, and clean! I just bought a place and was renovating, I came by the day he started in the evening and all the tools were cleaned up the place was clean and orderly and he still had to come back the next day. They really took care of the floors and my house.

The options were great, lots to choose from as far as types styles and prices. They also did the base boards and the whole job turned out fantastic. I would absolutely hire them again. Thanks Ather and Danny!

Fast and excellent quality. I had Arthur's Flooring do my second floor with engineered hardwood (nail down). A crew of two tore up the carpet, moved the furniture around, and nailed down the new floors, and did baseboards in less than too days. One of my molding pieces had a manufacturer defect and they went the extra mile to cover up the defect to get the project done quickly. So impressed with the problem solving and artistry. The crew came on time and worked until 7pm on the first night. I admired their work ethic. The original consultation was also a pleasant experience. Ather (the owner), was honest and I hired him on the spot. We scheduled the install 2 weeks out, but then my wood came in early and Ather was gracious enough to bump up my install to the very next day (1 week before scheduled). That was awesome. Very happy customer.

Ezequiel and Pablo did a great demo and installation. I can't believe how quick they were! They demo and installed flooring and baseboards throughout my entire condo in 2 & 1/2 days!! They all worked with me as I have an ailing senior dog that does not do well with disruption. They moved and put back furniture and cleaned up well. Arthur's Flooring is the best! I called Arthur on Wednesday and he came the next day for an estimate. His price was very good, better than others, and included moulding installation. I purchased laminate from Floor & Decor on Sunday, they started on Monday, and by Tuesday night it was finished! The installers did a wonderful job, very attentive to the details and cleaned everything up when they left. I have used other contractors for flooring before and have seen the bad, this one is definitely good!

Here's why 5 stars: It was amazing to have a flawless installation by an obvious PERFECTIONIST, who was also incredibly FAST. Juan also was professional and even while working that hard, he always had a genuine smile on his face. Pleasing us was his #1 priority, and it showed. Arthur's is blessed to have him, and if their other employees are even halfway as good, you'll be doing cartwheels! They ( 2 guys total) had a tough job preparing, because the old floor had imperfections, was uneven and some old material, (almost 1,000 square feet) and there were a lot of challenging cuts in the install, but from start to finish they were in and out in 2 days total. I was very impressed and recommend very highly.

We hired Arthur's flooring to redo our main staircase in hardwood and to replace a carpeted bedroom with vinyl plank (faux wood) flooring. We were on a tight schedule and they were able to finish both before we moved in. They worked hard each day and put the final seal on the stairs at 9pm (!) two days before the move!

The bedroom was a breeze. When they removed the carpet from the stairs they realized the plywood under was cracked and warped and breaking. They ended up rebuilding the entire staircase in solid 3/4 plywood then out oak hardwood overtop. The stain was exactly what we wanted as far as color (a unique tone)

We would highly recommend and use them again in the future!

Arthur's Flooring stripped and refinished my walnut floors and did an incredible job. Poly and his team worked for 4 days and were prompt, clean and detailed in their work. They showed up on time and delivered a craftsman product. They took the time to show us what type of stains would look like by sampling on our own floors. This helped immensely when trying to figure out what stain would look best. They take pride in their work and it shows.

I was referred by 2 friends so I called and decided on arthur's, I needed hardwood install and trim for finish. I loved how the flooring turned out it looks so rich and inviting. The trim that was installed gives my place a modern and clean look. Took 3 days, on account of my place is small and the guys took a bit to move stuff from one side of the room to the other, not too much waste. Kept a box for just in case and was able to return 4 boxes which was nice cuz I got the flooring on my own. Saved a bundle :-)

When we saw the stars on yelp, we decided to drive by and take a look to renovate our home.
When we got there, you have to go in a back of a store and nobody is there to help you ?
One of the gentleman at the front of the store told us to call the number to get help, we did and no one answered ! no voicemail ! I really do not know what people are thinking giving those people 5 stars !
We went on harbor and found another location and already bought our flooring.
You can go to this place if you like to waste your time, that would be the only reason.

I called Arthur after my general contractor botched the installation of my laminate flooring. It was awful! Spongy and squeaky and clearly installed incorrectly without the necessary expansion gap or necessary leveling of the concrete subfloor. I was so upset! Add to the situation that it was one week before Christmas. But Arthur was completely unfazed. He responded right away, coming to my home within 24 hours of my call. He was polite and professional, clearly dismayed by the work that he saw, but never saying a bad word about the other contractor's work. He provided a quote verbally and then followed up with an email by the following morning. I was able to schedule the work for the day after Christmas, and I am now sitting on my beautiful laminate floor! Arthur's team arrived promptly at 8:30 AM. They pulled up the flooring that had been incorrectly installed without damaging it, treated the subfloor and reinstalled the flooring correctly including the quarter rounds and moldings. They were attentive to details, and cleaned up when they were finished. They were clearly professional and well skilled in the installation of laminate flooring. I highly recommend Arthur's flooring. Job exceedingly well done!! Thank you Arthur and team!

My husband found Arthur's Flooring on yelp and after reading the reviews we decided to give them a call for a quote. Originally we were trying to save a few dollars and just re-varnish the original wood floor, but unfortunately there were too many parts of the flooring underneath the carpet that was missing that we didn't realize so we ended up going with laminate. The work was done SUPER fast and when I realized the crawl space was sealed and there was phone jack that wasn't supposed to be left at the base of the baseboard, I called Oves who was the project manager and he got the crew to go back within 48 hours to fix those minor details. The details of trims, corners, etc were just done beautifully. I ended up even asking for a quote in an area that I wasn't planning on getting done right away!

I recently contracted with Arthur's flooring to install about 1000 square feet of laminate flooring in our home. To accomplish this they first had to remove about 300 square feet of tile in the kitchen and hallway. This was quite a job in itself. I must say they did a fantastic job! And they did it all in three days. Arthur is very knowledgeable about the products he uses and was very helpful when we were making our selection. I was very impressed with the crew that did the job. They were all hard workers and very skilled at what they do. They work very well together, which is why the job went so smoothly. They also did an excellent job installing baseboard in all the rooms with the new flooring. I am very satisfied and plan to use Arthur's Flooring again in the near future. I highly recommend them.

Here are my reasons for the well-deserved 5 star rating I am giving Arthur's Flooring:

1) Arthur doesn't waste your time. I had scheduled to meet with three contractors (all who had 5 star ratings on yelp) to get an estimate on replacing some carpeting in my rental home with hard flooring. Arthur was the only one who showed up on time and on the right date. Believe it or not, one of the contractors I contacted showed up a day early and at the same time as my meeting with Arthur...talk about embarrassing. And then that contractor flaked on the scheduled meeting.

2) Arthur's prices are reasonable and he came prepared to show his credentials and insurance.

3) I met with Arthur on a Tuesday, and his crew was able to come in on the Friday of the same week to do the work. He had told me that he would need two days to finish the work but his crew was actually able to finish in one day!

4) Arthur's crew did not have any problems with moving and working around furniture. Other contractors winced when I said that my property was still occupied and that they would charge extra for moving furniture.

5) He is A+ rated by the BBB

I LOVE my flooring. They made it so easy. I met Hami at the Fountain Valley Floor and Decor and made my appointment for an estimate. Harris came out and was a pleasure to work with. He was available by phone and in person. There was no worries we knew we were in good hands. The price was fair and we hired them. The Ezells's, father and son were a fantastic team everyday I could see the experience that it took to lay my floor. It was not easy they floated laminate over slate and at an angle. Need I say more about quality of work they are the best!! They were such a great asset in our experience. They were always on time and so nice. My husband and I highly recommend them.

Called and they at least answered the phoone. I needed to have 350 square feet of laminate installed. I installed lamintate before but that was 13 years ago and I was younger. The quote I got was for 700.00 for labor for less than 400 square feet! He said that was the going rate. For him maybe but I only paid 400.00 for the laminate, underlayment and transitions! They are very pricey.

After my first review, the staff member helping me promptly addressed my concerns and made a quick follow up. He apologized for the poor follow up. He informed me he sent the email same day. I told him I checked junk mailbox and nothing ever came. He noticed there was a typo that he made therefore, it didn't go to the right address. Email corrected and a new estimate with more detailed information provided per request.

I hadn't made up my mind about the floor material so he showed me more samples via text and offered to make more in home visits if I wanted to see them in person. He really put in the effort after the concerns were addressed and I was appreciative. I ultimately ended up going with another vendor for my flooring project.

Got an in-home estimate from Gus and the estimate was much lower than I expected. Not thinking much of it until after I got a few other estimates from flooring companies, and realized that Gus' total sq ft estimate came out to be exactly one bedroom less (a little over 100 sq ft). I called Gus to report my findings and asked for a 2nd review so that I can get a more accurate estimate. That was 3-4 weeks ago and I have not heard back. Btw, just to get the first estimate emailed to me, I had to call him to remind to send to me. Not the type of service I expected from all these high reviews on Yelp.

After checking Yelp, and other references, we decided to use Arthur's Flooring. We got roughly 600 sq feet of 12mm laminate for about $2700. Here is my review:

What I liked:
They did an AMAZING job. Banged it out in about 9 hours, I was very impressed. The crew was very professional, friendly, and was very respectful of my place. I appreciated that. I also liked the ease of transaction; there were no hidden charges at all. I also appreciated their flexibility, I had to re-schedule my install due to an emergency, and they were VERY flexible with me.

What I didn't like:
On three different occasions I had to follow up due to my call not being returned or due to not receiving a call when I was told I would be called. I also was told after the work someone would reach out to me to schedule a walk through, and to confirm everything looked good--I am still awaiting that phone call.

At the end of the day the work is amazing, and their company got references from when my friends/neighbors saw the work. I recommend Arthur's flooring, just be prepared to drive them to get the information/follow-up you need. Thanks!

This is long overdue but Arthur and crew did a great job on our floors a few months back. I won't bore you with all the details but I will tell you that he was reasonably priced and did about 1000 sq ft of laminate in 3 days. I have been looking to replace my old tile flooring. I wanted to replace the tile but the cost was out of my budget. Several friends told me about Arthur's so I decided to give them a visit. I set up an appointment. Oves came out and gave me a quote for the new product, the removal of the old tile, and the installation of the new flooring and the base boards. I agreed with the quote and set up a date for the installation. Daniel and his team showed up as planned and completed the job quicker than expected. These guys are great. I used them in early 2014 to lay engineered hardwood in my master bedroom. They were the cheapest bid I received, and yet their work was done flawlessly. Two years later, I am still 100% thrilled with their work.

More recently, I bought a fourplex that needs a lot of help. For the flooring, I immediately called Arthur's. Arthur (really, Ather) came out promptly, walked through the areas with me, and helped me choose a very nice wood-look vinyl. We talked about laminate versus vinyl, and he strongly recommended the vinyl in my rentals, because the floors aren't susceptible to water spills, so they're likely to last much longer. I had the same thought, but I was happy to have his expertise backing me up.

The install was scheduled to start the following week. On the day of install, it turned out that the stair nose wasn't available for the flooring we selected. Arthur contacted me by text and said he had another option that should work. I asked if he could send me a photo of the new floor choice next to the one I had selected, and he did. It was fine, maybe even better, so I okayed the install. They got the job done very quickly, and it came out BEAUTIFULLY. My general contractor was skeptical when he heard we were talking about vinyl floors, but he was totally impressed when he saw how they looked installed.

So long as these guys keep their prices reasonable, I can't see myself ever looking for another flooring contractor. You won't get better quality on the floor installation, and I think you'd be very hard-pressed to find a better price.

After my doctor suggested that I remove my carpets because of some horrible allergic reactions, I began calling around to get quotes for laminate flooring. In my searching, I luckily came across Arthur's Flooring. They came to my place to measure, show me samples and give me an official quote. My impression was that he and his company were very trustworthy and I decided to hire them to install my new floor. (and the quote was more than fair) I felt more confident going with a licensed contractor than some fly by night company. (during our meeting he showed me his license and his BBB report).

They did a wonderful job. His workers were polite and thoughtful and did an excellent job. The floor looks amazing and I can already tell a huge difference with my allergies. I would definitely recommend Ather and his company to anyone looking to re-do their floors.

I had distressed hardwood installed on my floor, but the idiots that did it, walk on it when the adhesive was not set, and after so many times of trying to clean it, it had ugly scuff marks. Arthur's flooring sanded and refinished my floors and it turned out so much better than the original wood. These guys are amazing, their work if clean, they make sure you are happy and they stick to the timeline they promise you. I am very happy with the and will always used them for any of my flooring needs.

Arthur and his installers are the BEST. They are knowledgeable, professional and do the job right. This is not an easy task, it seems, for many contractors. In a large scale remodel, I've already had to hire people to correct the work of my contractor. Arthur's is one job that was done right the first time and my 1,000 plus square feet of hand scraped bamboo flooring looks amazing! The baseboards and all finish work is impeccable. They even added a lip over the step to the garage for a more polished look. Thank you team! If you want your job done right, and left clean, hire the guy who stands by his quote and his work.

Arthur truly lives up to his amazing reputation! Not only is his pricing competitive for his field, but the quality of his work and dedication to his customer was beyond exceptional!
Arthur provided an estimate for me in under 30 minutes after giving him with the measurements over the phone. He was able to get me on his schedule the very next week. He even picked up my flooring from the distributor for a very reasonable cost. He returns calls very promptly and took time to answer all my questions. He completed the job in 2 days and delivered a wonderful installation! There was one small issue and he did not hesitate to get his lead installer out the very next morning! With Arthur you can tell he stands behind his work and goes to great lengths to make sure every customer is 100% happy. He does not rush and even had his guys re-do a small area from a mistake that was completely my fault. I can't recommend him highly enough! All my friends and family can't stop raving about how great the floors look!

Its hard to find a contractor who is reliable and will go the extra mile to make things right...I decided to get my downstairs floor and upstairs bathroom floor done in Luxury Vinyl Plank, it made perfect sense since I have to large breed dogs, other flooring was not an option. After researching many flooring companies I went with Arthur's flooring. Oves was great and I was able to find the 2 color options I wanted. Best pricing around. So were all set to install, well there was kinda a glitch with the first crew, more of a communication issue on what needed to be completed. So install was delayed by me until I could get the details I needed to ensure the flooring would be competed as expected. I sent an email over to Arthur listing my concerns he immediately called me back and apologize for the issues and delay. Arthur immediately made an appointment with me and sent a new crew as well. I went through everything with the Luis new crew and felt very comfortable moving forward with the install, Arthur was present as well and went through everything with me and the crew to make sure we were all on the same page. So install began the next day. What a fabulous crew so professional and polite!! The install took 1 day, the flooring came out awesome!! Even though there was a slight glitch in the beginning Arthur's flooring gets 5 stars from me for keeping their word!! I am so happy with the end results!! Thank you Arthur!!

It's been a little over a month since we had our floors installed. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and customer service received. Arthur was very patient and answered all of our questions from the beginning until the end. I am very diligent when it comes to research and I ask a lot of questions! I'm always happy to find honest people which is very rare nowadays. Arthur didn't mind coming to our house as many times as needed until we made our final decision. He has a great sense of humor, too! Oscar headed up the installation and did a great job and he was very professional. We were able to not only get beautiful floors and baseboards installed at a great price but Ather also helped us out fixing some crown molding in our kitchen. We will definitely be using Arthur's Flooring for any future jobs. Everyone who has visited our house comments on the floors and we've happily given his information out. Highly recommended!

Oves at Arthur's Flooring and the installers have been amazing. We've used them two times and have just scheduled them for the third time. They offer good products, great prices, and speedy service. Oves has especially been very helpful and friendly. The installation is very quick and they go beyond what I had expected them to do, even pulling out my refrigerator and installing underneath it, and installing into a hall closet! Both times I haven't been disappointed and I don't expect to be this third time. They are our flooring choice for any and all flooring needs. Would give more than five stars if I could.

Arthur and his crew were great. In our case, we wanted to refinish the original floors in our newly acquired 1950's fixer-upper. Some rooms were in decent shape, but some had decades of glue, dirt, scratches, carpet tack, etc. We also had one area that was so badly damaged that the entire section had to be replaced. Arthur's crew matched new wood and replaced the badly damaged section. If you weren't looking for the difference, you would never be able to tell. And then they refinished about 1000 additional square feet including 3 bedrooms, a dining room, and a hallway. I also had them install new base boards throughout the whole house. All in all, they did an amazing job. Our fixer-upper still has a long ways to go, but the floors are truly the centerpiece of the remodel and everyone that visits our home comments on them. If you have original floors, make sure you refinish them. We were tempted to cover them with something else because we were scared of the cost and/or a potential bad outcome. If you're like us, you have very limited resources when it comes to your home improvement projects. Find the money in your budget to do the hardwood and rest assured that you won't find a better price than Arthur's. If you do, they are cutting a corner somewhere.

They are amazing. I have a 1902 historic home and the floors were in desperate need of refinishing. I wanted to keep them as in tact and original as possible. Poly and his crew took incredible care in making sure that the color was perfect (this included mixing 12 different custom samples for us to pick from). The crew was very careful with wrapping all of my cabinets, appliances, doorways, fireplace, AND light fixtures so that the house would be dust free after they were finished. They quoted me 5 days, but Poly and his team finished in 4 days. I honestly couldn't be happier.

Long overdue review which I promised to give this business.... Sorry Oves/Ather for taking so long, its moving time... Long story short, we have contacted many other contractors with little success both from availability, price point, and their overall confidence in the job we described. I reached out to Ather on the very last day of the year, and he called back within an hour or so, agreed to send someone to meet us within the same morning, and that someone came punctually. His name is Oves who is great salesman and good man over all. We discussed the scope of the work on the spot, they gave the quotes, the estimated timeline, which is right after the New Year, and done we signed the contract for the work immediately. I honestly had some doubts at that point from both the scheduling and material preparations perspectives. But they left me no doubt when on said start date, they came and started work with ALL necessary materials (our requested laminate, baseboards, moldings, you name it) readily delivered to our address. The crew - from my understanding, led by Ezequiel, who is another true young professional, was polite, professional, and skillful. They finished all jobs with a slight modifications of the scope of the stairs (which we originally wanted) one day before promised date, and all with great craftsmanship. The owner, Ather, followed up with me when I thanked them. The salesman Oves is wonderfully polite and honest, and punctual every time we needed to meet or speak. The crew also did amazing job and were listening to what we said and advised us very professionally and also cleaned up nicely afterwards.

I have done quite a few home upgrades and worked with many different contractors so I know what to expect, but these guys beat all expectations. Highly recommended if you need any laminate flooring installation and stairs jobs. Again thank for the great work - you are the best!

We recently used Arthur's Flooring people to rejuvenate a home we just purchased. We are 100% satisfied with what they did. Workers were polite, on time, and were very accommadating to our needs. The quality of workmanship is top notch at a very reasonable price. They ripped up old carpet and laminate flooring, sanded, stained and refinished the original hardwood floors so they look better than the day they were put in some 50 years ago! We needed some repair work and Poli was able to perfectly match the existing floors. Arthur's flooring gave me a competitive price for installing luxury vinyl plank flooring I purchased from Cali-bamboo. I always get a little nervous about using two different contractors for a job due to potential complications when something does not go per plan. In this case, everything was perfect. Product and deliveries from Cali were right on time and Arthur's flooring guys arrived early on the day we had previously agreed to. Ivan and his brother were the installers and were great! True craftsman with attention to detail. They did such a great job with their cutting and edging that I did not have to use the reducer thresholds at the interface with carpets, doors, etc. I had about 250 sq ft of flooring installed over two long days - the guys worked tirelessly to finish the job and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressive work and worthy of their 5 star rating.

What a breath of fresh air! We bought a new house and did lots of work. We dealt with SO many contractors ( I believe 14 ) to get our home move in ready. He was by far the best to work with. His guys have the skills to get the job done right. We had flooring and baseboard done by his team through out most of the house and you can certainly tell where his team did the baseboards and another contractor did the rest of the home baseboard. Their job is close if not perfect

Simple process from start to finish. Called and got an estimate on a Thursday and had installers here the following Tuesday. Total professional all the way. Recommended classy mounding at a very reasonable cost. The installers Poly and his helper were fast and knew exactly how to get the job done. Cleaned up at the end of the day and took care to protect our property. Fantastic company. No hidden costs and no extra charges what was I the contract was what we paid. Would definitely use again!

Arthur's flooring DID accept the job and took two payments came out twice and did the pre patch of the flooring and never returned my calls to finish the job after I had my cabinets were installed. I already had the materials prior to ever meeting with them. Extremely unprofessional never return calls. I thought all was fine until they never returned my calls. Take the money and run I guess.

My wife got it in her head that maybe we should start thinking about changing the floors in our house. Something about the chipped and scratched 1980s parquet wasn't appealing to her anymore. Well a week later we were getting bids from companies and fortunately Arthur's was one of them. The rep came through with a lot of samples of different laminates and helped us figure out what would be a good choice for us. Their bid was really low too so we couldn't pass them up. They were able to start the project the following week and all of the work was done in four days. The floors look great! There were a few areas under our kitchen cabinets that we thought were going to be an issue but the workers had no problem with them. The work was extremely well done and quite fast. These guys aren't the cheapest that you'll find out there but for the quality of the work that they do you really can't beat them.

We had non-professionals install flooring and we were very unhappy with the results...so after calling around we went with Arthur's Flooring. Harris was very informative as he answered all my questions (haha sorry for all the calls)...but it was bc of Harris' patience that ultimately help me choose this company! Daniel was very friendly when he came to do the estimate, which we believed to be very fair. Thank you Marlon, Marcos, & Santos for being soooooooo fast & professional with the install! Top notch all the way around! We bought a house with wide pine floors on the lower level and a mix of other flooring on the second level. We decided when we bought the house that we wanted to match the upstairs to the downstairs and set out to find flooring services that installed real wood flooring and these were our guys! From the very beginning, Julio was available to answer any/all questions and help us in coordinating the team who would be installing our floors. We were lucky enough to work with Poly and his crew! These guys showed up on time, with masks, which these days is a must and made us feel well taken care of and safe as they were working on our house. Poly spent time explaining the process along the way to make sure we understood what was happening and that we were happy with the choices we were making. The estimated timeframe we were given was met too! Poly was here every day to make sure that we were happy and that everything was moving along as it should! We had Arthur's flooring put in about 1300' of engineered european oak floors in our house in Seal Beach. These guys are great. Oves came out measured our floors and gave us a price. They were very easy to work with and very fair on pricing and adjustments. Luis and the installation crew were friendly and helpful. They showed up early and worked late every day. Got job done in 4 days and did a great job on installation,. These guys kept the job site clean, We can't say enough about them. This is one of the best companies that We have ever worked with. Arthur is very knowledgable about his products and we were very happy with his advice and guidance for what to do in our home. He was able to give us the dates we needed and was able to accommodate new dates when we had to reschedule at the last minute. His crews are incredibly hard working and did a wonderful job on our floors. They discovered an issue with our floor (it was not level) and put in a great deal of extra effort to get our home in shape as quickly as possible. The floor looks amazing, every detail was done right. The price was very reasonable too. Arthur does not have a fancy showroom but he passes on that savings to his customers.

Arther and his team did an excellent job from start to finish! I was planning to purchase laminate planks for the second level of my townhome from a wherehouse and needed an installer for the 800 sq. ft. kitchen/living area. I found Arthur's Flooring on Yelp and decided to call after reading all the rave reviews. Arther brought a good selection of flooring when he came out to measure the space and the quality was even better, so I decided to have him take care of the entire project since his pricing was competitive. The installers were on time and knocked the project out in a day and a half. They put all the furniture back exactly and did a nice job cleaning up. I'm planning on re-doing the bedroom level in the future and I'll definitely be calling Arther again. He and his guys definitely more than exceeded my expectations! Arthur's Flooring completed refinishing our 60 year old wood floors quickly and professionally. The sales Rep Ovis was honest and visited our home during the job. Working with Poly was very good. He assisted us with any slight problems that arose during the job and corrected any questions and imperfections we had noticed. They also made some repairs which turned out better than expected. I highly recommend this company and will call them if and when we decide to replace our tile floor in the family room.
