I sent out a handful of request to different plumbers thinking I might have a slab leak. Art responded on a Saturday night, and called me shortly after. He scheduled to come by after an appointment Sunday afternoon. Art called me as promised and came over. He walked me through my water meter and showed me there wasn't a leak. He could have charged me, but he told me to save my money. Art is a true professional plumber and person. Will call in the future if needed.

I have galvanized pipes in my 1937 house. I requested for a quote from Repipe Pro 2 years ago during the pandemic. Finally, I decided to call them again and ready to kickstart the project.

Art came to my house to check everything again, refreshed the quote and the project started 2 weeks later. On the repiping day, Adis, the foreman, lead a team of 5 and started the work at 8 am. Yes, there were hammering, drilling all morning. Amazingly they were done by 3:30-4 pm. They put tarps on the hardwood floor. They cleaned up nicely.

The day after the repipe work, Bors, the patcher came and did a wonderful and parched all the walls.

I had a leak the following day at a toilet but the team came back to fix it promptly.

This is no doubt a major home improvement project. I interviewed a few vendors. Art and his team proved utmost professionalism and work ethics. They are a trusted vendor for life.

I had experienced a kitchen sink leak (from the basket strainer not the piping) that lead to mold remediation work. One of those mold remediation companies I met with told me that the Patina on the pipes beneath my sink was corrosion and that they should also be replaced ASAP as they were compromised. Also, that company could conveniently do that work. I wish I was more educated at the time to ask them the right follow up questions but I wasn't, although I'm grateful at the end of the day that they were not the company we hired for the mold remediation work.

I reached out to Repipe Pro and spoke to Telma, a very sweet, helpful and friendly woman. Due to the timeline of my mold remediation work and the timing of the certification from the follow up testing it just wasn't possible for us to set an appointment before the weekend. Telma very generously offered an inspection on Saturday (today) which I gladly accepted.

Art arrived and I can honestly say that I have never met a more honest contractor in my life. He checked my under sink pipes and determined that they were strong copper pipes despite the patina on their surface. He then checked every sink and bathroom in the house as well as the water meter to houseline and determined that they were all strong copper pipes and replacing them at this point would be a waste of money.

I was so grateful, not only that it seemed I could avoid thousands of dollars of unnecessary costs but also that this awesome man named Art also came to me special on a Saturday and no work was going to come from it. I pulled out my wallet to offer a tip for his time and as soon as he saw my wallet he waved it away, and said oh no, don't give me any money. Just let me know if you have any future work and a review on yelp goes a long way.

Hence the reason for this essay :) Call Repipe Pro, they're the most honest, friendly and helpful people in the industry!

Art and his crew were the A-TEAM. Very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and respectful of the home and homeowner. They did a superb job RE piping using copper and they changed all the pipes in 3 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, 3 hoses and garage area in just 1day. Amazing!
Supervisor Adis figured out the best route to run the pipes to minimize wall patching and was very friendly and accommodating.
Also the wall patcher Jores was an expert in matching the texture of the walls and ceiling, it's hard to tell where the holes were. Both teams did an excellent job!
Would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again.

Repipe Pro provided excellent service throughout my repipe project! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality repipe with first class customer service throughout the process.

Art and his team were very helpful and informative during the estimating, repiping, and drywall repair process. Art provided me information up front on the process and then Edward completed both my quote and led the team who did the repipe. Both Art and Edward were very knowledgeable and honest throughout the project. Edward and his team do a great job on the repipe, and he also found several other issues with existing plumbing and corrected those during the project with no extra charge.

The repipe and drywall/stucco repair teams were meticulous in preparing and making sure to protect floors, walls, doors and did an excellent job in cleaning up after the work was completed.

I strongly recommend that if you need a repipe that you call Repipe Pro and Art!

These guys were great, Art was great giving us an estimate and answering questions and giving us his professional advice. The crew that came out was 8-10 guys, I think, the foreman walked around the house with us to see what all they were doing. Then he gathered his crew and before we knew it they scattered and started working. Each one had a job and did their work efficiently. When they were done they cleaned everything up. The inspector that came out from our city was very impressed by the work. He kept saying these guys are good, they do great work, I'm really impressed. Who did this? Needles to say the inspection passed with flying colors. The drywall and stucco patcher was phenomenal, he even matched all the textures on the walls. I am so glad we used Repipe Pro to completely re-pipe the hot and cold water piping in our house. The original copper piping had developed under-slab leaks, and our best option was to abandon the old piping and have new PEX-a piping installed. Repipe Pro had the expertise and experience to efficiently install all new PEX-a piping, new shower valves, pressure regulator, angle valves, and other fittings to provide a completely new water piping system throughout our house. They also expertly patched back and re-textured the drywall that they had to remove for the new piping installations. They were able to nicely match the existing drywall texture at each location. The new piping system has been working perfectly. I would recommend Repipe Pro to anyone who wants the work in their house to be professionally installed by a company that specializes in replacement of water piping systems. There were many potentially problematic areas within our house that Repipe Pro handled with ease. It was evident that they had the skill and expertise to handle most any water piping problem. Art, Telma, and all of the plumbing and patching crews at Repipe Pro provided excellent and courteous service.

Repipe Pro replaced galvanized pipes with copper pipes on my historic house. They worked very cleanly and efficiently, including patching up the walls. I had a great time working with Art and his crew. We repiped the whole house - no crawl space, some drop ceiling, I wanted to move the main valve, didn't want to break the concrete walkway. Recently, our home experienced a water leak in the slab. Needless, to
say, we were not happy because this was the second time that this had
occurred, and we were not looking forward to having the recently
installed travertine floors jackhammered up. Anyways, to make a
long story short, after interviewing a number of plumbers and
re-piping companies we decided to go with Art Hovsepian, the owner of
Repipe Pro. It happens to be one of the best decisions that we have
ever made relative to having a contractor do work on our home. Art was
incredible. Even before we decided to go with his company, he took the
time to thoroughly go through our home and assess our needs and
explain in detail what the re-piping process would entail. He was
knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to while taking the time
to answer our many questions. When the work was to commence, we had Ed
as the foreman and his crew assigned to our project. Again, we cannot
say enough good things about the quality of their work. They were
punctual, took great care of keeping everything well covered and
clean, and worked in a very professional fashion. The end project
turned out better than I can describe. The workmanship was of the
highest caliber, with clean cuts and joints, and the layout of the
plumbing was aligned perfectly with straight runs and piping fasten
securely to all the framing. The care of doing nothing but the best
quality journeyman work was evident throughout the entire job.

I would add, that even though I have been affiliated with construction
for many years, I seldom see the high level of workmanship that Art
and his team performed on my home. For those who need to re-pipe, turn

Art and his team are very professional and I am happy to have given Repipe Pro my business. I received a competitive bid and appreciated all the information Art provided - even before I could even ask for it. References were readily available, plumbing materials detailed out, and a property walk completed with ease. Art provided a detailed written quote for the work before leaving.

I had obtained several other bids for the project but decided to go with Repipe Pro due to an existing family reference (recent 2019 project) and was pleased by Art's experience, knowledge, and down to earth attitude about doing a honest, good job at a fair price. Art's bid was very competitive to other plumbers and I relied on his assurance the job would be done quickly and on time.

The Repipe Pro team came promptly each day and were quick to get the job done and clean up afterwards. This is the common theme you'll read from other happy customers. I was worried that it would take longer than quoted but they exceeded expectations. Water was off before 9am and we were back online before 4pm, same day! Drywall and stucco patchwork was promptly scheduled for next day and completed without issue. I was happy with the blending and texturing work performed.

As other's have stated, I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family who have plumbing needs.

Over the years, with the old copper pipes built in the 80s, I had spent over $3000 for repairs. So this time when another leak came, which would have costed me $600 to fix, I took my neighbor's advice and called Art on a Wednesday.
He is super nice and professional and explained everything to me. I liked the price which also includes the patch up job. Knowing the urgency, he came the next day out of his inconvenience for house inspection and contract signing and his crew was on site Friday morning. Since Re-pipe Pro has re-piped many other homes within the complex, they knew exactly what they are doing. I left my home and when I got back at 3pm, job was already completed and they cleaned up nicely also. They even fixed a couple of leaks without charging extra! My water has never run as happy as now. Not only I get hot water faster, but also the water pressure and volume is better!! The new shower head works great too! Then the patch crew came another day and finished the patch work.
If I knew the re-pipe work can be done so fast and stress free, I should have done it years ago and save from constant repairs and stress. Art promises lifetime warranty for his workmanship so I am really happy I won't need to worry about leaks for a VERY LONG TIME

Art and his team are incredible. They are extremely professional and very reasonably priced for the quality of service they provide.

If you are evaluating companies to repipe your home as I once was, I highly recommend calling Art. I had my 1200 sq foot condo repiped by his team in a single day and Art was invaluable dealing with the city inspector and getting the permits approved. He and his team showed up promptly and ready to and they made whole process as low stress as possible for my wife and I.

It's been a few months since the repiping job was completed and everything is working so much better.

Shortly before the stay at home order, we had a leak from our tubs upper drain (which was not part of the repiping), and we didn't hesitate to call Art. He sent someone out immediately to fix the leak and replace the drain for a very reasonable price and saved us from the headache of dealing with a leak during this pandemic.

Repipe Pros did a complete repipe on my Mom's home. They did an efficient job, finished in 1 day and we also had them move the water heater to an outside location. They took care and covered the areas they worked in. The original leak is all gone!!
Their Patching team did an amazing job patching all the holes inside and outside, leaving her home ready for paint. They left my Mom's home clean.

Second time using these guys. They are fast, clean and pros. City inspector came and took a quick look around and said I know you guys do good work and asked a few questions and came back to see the rpatch work and gave the final approval. No issues just like the first. Patch crew is great. After painting, impossible to see where drywall was opened up. It's been two years since they did my first house and no problems. It's peace of mind that I won't have leaks in the future. If you want to replace copper with Pex, these are your guys. They're the best.

We just re-piped our townhouse and are so, so thankful that our neighbors pointed us to Art. (We live in a complex where several of the units have needed to be re-piped, and most have been re-piped by Art and his crew!) We had a leak under the slab and these guys squeezed us in that very same week. And to get us the estimates we needed specific to insurance, Art was on the phone with us that very night -- facetiming at about 9 p.m. so he could prepare an estimate that we could submit to the adjuster. They made such an annoying experience so seamless -- they worked so efficiently and were super communicative throughout the process. And the drywall work they did is fantastic--they even textured the walls to match its current texture--making it super easy for our painter. We really cannot recommend these guys highly enough -- they are so terrific to work with every step of the way. Seriously--work with these guys if you need to re-pipe!!

Art and his crew were great. They were on top of the little things and a couple days after they finished, I'm noticing new sink stoppers and replaced GFCI outlets in bathrooms they did a lot of work in.

The drywall work is top notch and actually hard to find some of the patches before painting. Very high quality and they all clearly know how to do this clean and efficient.

Professional from start to finish. I needed to get my house repiped and I got quotes from 4 5star plumbing companies on yelp. All the quotes were around the same ball park, but Repipe Pro offered to fix a lot more for the same price. Not only that, Art was very thorough with his walk through of the house. He let me know what needed to be done, where they were going to have to break the walls, and answered all of my questions. The other companies just did a quick look and gave me a price. The crew was always on time, they cleaned up well, and overall just did a great job.

About 5-6 days after the work had been completed and I was already a happy customer, they called me to tell me that I had overpaid them. I had pex pipes installed but I accidentally paid for copper pipes which is more expensive. A refund check was in my mail 2 days later. I never would've caught the mistake on my own and I honestly think most other companies wouldn't have done anything If I didn't contact them first. So, great plumbers and even better people. You cant go wrong with Repipe Pro

This past Sunday night, I had a plumbing emergency. My Moen Tub & Shower Water Control unit was not shutting off the water supplied to the nozzle. I had to shut down the water main in the house to finally stop the flow of water. Out of faith and a bit of good luck & good fortune, I turned to my Yelp App for help. I called Repipe Pro on a Sunday night at 7:30 PM. Art, the owner of Repipe Pro, took the call. I was desperate to find a solution. Art encouraged me to explore the unit itself a little further. He advised me to send him a video from my phone showing the problem. I sent him the video I took. I called him back. He was fairly certain the cartridge unit in the control was bad. He asked me if I had certain tools for the job & encouraged me to pick up the proper replacement part at my local Home Depot on my own. I got the part, returned home, and Art stayed on the phone with me until I finally completed the job on my own around 10:00 PM with his excellent guidance and his supervision. The entire endeavor saved me between $200 to $300 for a service call alone from other plumbers who would only agree to do the work the following AM. Art and Repipe Pro are a one of a kind business. I am proud to call myself a extremely satisfied customer of Repipe Pro. I will call them again for Repiping jobs needed on my house. Thank you, Art!

Short version: Absolutely outstanding. I would suggest that you don't bother looking at other plumbers/repipe companies.

Long version: After four leaks in three years, we decided to repipe our house. We interviewed three plumbers and four repipe companies for our job and Art was BY FAR the most knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Art immediately spotted things about our unique situation that we had to explain to other salesmen/plumbers. He let me ask dozens of questions and patiently answered them all, taking time to give me peace of mind. The pricing was comparable to everyone else we interviewed but the materials were of MUCH higher quality- you don't want cheap angle stops or ball valves. Plus, he was super friendly and easy to talk to.

The crews were incredibly thorough. The plumbing crew did a great job at clean up even though there's only so much you can do with drywall dust. It was obvious that they tried to cut as few holes as possible. Other repipers we talked with were talking about basically needing to trench our living room walls (with vaulted ceilings) because of the location of the main line. Art's team opted to dig under our sidewalk to move the main entry point to a better location to avoid having to do that much damage to our living room.

The patching crew were really fast and were able to have the whole thing patched in ONE DAY. I'm sure that they aren't always able to finish that early, but it sure made a difference for us. The texture looks perfect. Also, they had noteworthy attention to detail. After other drywallers, I have had to spend a lot of time cleaning up after them, cleaning texture off the cabinets, etc. Not so with Repipe Pros. There was no overspray that I could see.

Thanks a million times over, Art, Telma, & all the amazing crew, for treating our home like it was your own. That makes all the difference. Well done!!

Art is the BFF you always needed! I live in the Inland Empire, Art is in LA. He drove allll the way to me for an estimate. Art has probably never met a stranger. He is your friend in the first 5 minutes. Art examined my house and stated that I didn't need him! He advised my husband and I what he would do regarding our tub and kitchen. I felt so bad he took time out for us that I wanted to give him cash and he refused it. Walked away and said NO. Keeping it short and simple. They redid our whole bathroom and it looks perfect. They came early every morning even on a Sunday. They all were hard workers and were always professional. They said good morning to my kids every morning and would wave good bye. That means alot to me. So now to the work. They did an awesome job re-piping our whole house using copper and pex. The water pressure never fluctuates or temperature drops. The job was done within a few days and both bathrooms were done within a week. AWESOME job. Adis was very cool and professional to work with. this company is the real deal. was in deperate need of a complete repipe at my residence. i turned to yelp for some reviews of local companies. repipe pro had a lot of positive reviews that i evenually chose. art is the owner. he came to my house for an estimate. art spent almost two hours with me explaining what he would do with the pipes at different areas of my house. this guy is: polite, thorough, patient, courteous, down to earth and fair with his pricing. i read him as a genuine individual early in my meeting with him. the work took two days to do a complete pex repipe.. his work crew came in and did a complete and tidy job of the work at hand. art is the father of plumbing.

It took three days of water seeping up through my kitchen tiles from a slab leak and my family adapting to me turning on the water for an hour a day before I even considered repiping as an option. Not sure how I ended up on Yelp researching reviews at 4:00 am on a Friday morning... but in doing so I found Repipe Pro and Art & Telma.

I called Art at 7:58 am that same Friday morning and he was able to add me onto his schedule. He contacted me at 4:50 pm Friday evening and sent me a video of where he was for his last estimate and to let me know when I should be expecting him. (I cannot even get my kids to do that...)

My wife and I found Art to be honest, to the point and very knowledgeable in how a house repiping project should be done. Art then called Telma and played the pity angle of us living on a hour of water a day... Next thing we knew... Ed and his team were at our door on Monday morning at 7:30 am.

There were five of them and they covered, sealed and repiped our house by 4:00 pm on the same day. Inclusive of cleaning up after themselves and one gentleman that would break into song every so often during the day. In my experience, there are not many teams that work efficiently together, sing and clean up everything within one day.

Another reason I chose Repipe Pro is that the reviews noted that they have a team of patchers that actually follow the first team to seal and texture the drywall and stucco that Ed's team had to remove. Ruben and his associate were just as efficient and patched all 49 holes in the ceilings, walls and stucco. If you get a chance to see Ruben work you will be amazed at how that big of a guy can wiggle under a sink or behind a toilet to do the level of patchwork and texturing that he did.

We hired Repipe Pro to do a whole house repipe. First, we were impressed by Art and he really knew how to talk. He quoted us $1200 to replace the main water line from the street to the house. He did the job and it was done on time.
We felt he was professional and trust worth.
Earlier this month, while we were out of town, one of our rentals had a leak in the water line. Art went out and told me nothing could be saved and charged me $1400 for the job, knowing I was out of town and was not in the position to get another quote. I felt he betrayed our trust.
After the job, his wife, Thelma, emailed us an invoice and we promptly scheduled a payment from our bank through online banking and texted him an imagine of the payment confirmation.
After we returned to the country, I got a text from Art that the check was not received. Upon checking, he told us the business had moved and the invoice was written on an old letter head with the old address.
On a Friday evening, Art called three times telling us how he had been burned in the past, knowing we had texted him the imagine of the payment from our bank.
After spending one hour on the phone with our bank tracking down the check and stopping payment, Art sent me a text that he had received the check.
Instead shredding the check, he waited three days to call me and harassed me about picking up another check and wanted a personal check.
I would not recommend this business. I have lost trust of the work they promised. Art has no integrity.

After two pipe leaks last year, and more in previous years, I received a notice of nonrenewal from my homeowner's insurance company. I was given the option of having a complete repipe in order to obtain a policy renewal. I have a two story, 3 BA home. I knew the time had come to repipe the house (with PEX-A).
I received two quotes, which were actually surprisingly similar. I can tell from the estimating forms used by each company that things are fairly standardized, and companies likely know what ballpark their quotes need to be in so that they are competitive. I decided to choose Repipe Pro due to their solid reputation, and because they quoted the use of copper stubouts instead of PEX right to the angle valves. I figured a copper stubout would be easier for a DIY changeout of an angle stop valve in the future if needed.
I began the process with a call to Art, the owner of Repipe Pro. Art is an amicable guy who obviously loves to talk to people. He arranged for his lead plumber, Ed, to come to my house for an estimate. It was nice having the person that would perform the job provide the estimate, explaining how they would go about accessing all the necessary areas. Ed also thoroughly explained what I needed to clear, to give the crew access to their work areas.
On repipe day, Ed had a crew of 5 people, and each one obviously knew what they needed to do. They started at 7:45 a.m., and in just under an hour, all the drop cloths, dust barriers, etc had been placed and the cutting began. Amazingly, by 3:00 p.m., my home was fully replumbed! The plumbing crew was very respectful of minimizing the dust and debris that this type of construction work generates. They left the house in an acceptable broom clean condition, and I spent a minimal time after they left vacuuming and mopping. I was really happy with the work performed.
The city inspector performed the inspection of the rough plumbing, and gave the OK to re-patch the 60 holes. I was a bit surprised when Jores showed up alone to repair the areas, as I thought he would have a similar sized crew as the plumbers. However, he is an artist with patching and texturing, and was able to do all the work himself in two days. The work he did was terrific! He also was very respectful in keeping the house as clean as possible.
Telma is Art's wife, who makes sure everything is arranged and communicated in terms of crew arrivals, inspections, and so forth. She communicated very well throughout the process, responding to any questions I had quickly.
My overall experience with Repipe Pro was excellent. Reasonable pricing, great service, and terrific craftsmen. You won't regret choosing this company! And, knowing that I never have to worry about a slab leak again gives me great peace of mind.

I found Repipe Pro here in yelp as we never use a company or contractor without checking yelp reviews. Repipe Pro was rated 5 stars so after I spoke with Art, the Owner, we were very impressed with the information he gave us and told us that Ed would come out to provide an estimate. Ed provided us with so much information and answered all my husbands questions so we decided to go with them. Ed and crew arrived exactly on time, and each man went to their respective areas and began work. They finished right on time as promised. The City Inspector came out the next day as promised and signed off on the work. The next day Josef came to do the patching and boy, there were a lot of holes. This is the unbelievable part. After everything was dry, you literally can not tell where the walls and ceilings were cut. This man does AWESOME work. The whole Repipe job was done with the utmost precision and care. I don't usually write reviews but when I get this type of quality work from a company, I just had to write it. You can not go wrong with Repipe Pro.

I would highly recommend Art and his crew and I would definitely use them again. Repipe Pro repiped my duplex with copper piping this past summer. I recommend Repipe Pro to anyone looking to repipe their house. We had several problems with pipe leaks in the past, resulting in us rerouting our pipes. However, the problem continued, and each time resulted in us having to stay at an Airbnb while our pipes were being rerouted or during construction. Needless to say, this process has been extremely stressful and difficult for my family. Edward came over, checked out the house, and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was very professional, explained the entire process to us, and was very approachable and made us feel comfortable. Art explained the process over the phone and answered all the questions we had. They came a few days later and repiped the house! A few days after, all the patch work was done expertly! You cant even tell that there used to be holes in the wall.

These guys are the absolute best. They are thorough, professional, and know what they are talking about. Their quote was fair. Not the most expensive but not the cheapest. What made me go with them was there professionality and the fact that they have been in business for so long. Everyone I talked to either on the phone or in person was the same culture. They did all the work in one day and were done by 3 PM. They came back a couple days later to patch everything up good as new. I could not be more impressed. After seeing what the pipes looked like after 75 years, it's hard to believe that we were drinking water coming through them. It's a good chunk of change but I am so grateful we were able to get it done.

I have to say Repipe Pro's were fantastic. Absolutely a 5 star operation. Art the owner came in and spent over an hour on our home in Mission Viejo, looking over the damage and the work that needed to be done. We needed repiping after we had our 2nd slab leak. Art was so through and explained everything. Including some issues with our electrical ground wire. But he said not to worry he had a great electrician that would run a new house ground wire. After they came in and put in the new Pex lines in the ceiling we had a bunch of holes that they would be patching back up. The plasterer came out the next day and was here 12 hours making sure every hole was plastered back looking the way it looked before. They whole team was extremely professional and experienced. Each member of the team (6 of them) came in knew exactly where to go and what to do. It was amazing the teamwork and quality of work they performed. Art followed up with me a few times to make sure everything was ok. I have to say that many of the home contractors do not do a great job. But Repipe Pros are just that Professionals. I highly, highly recommend them. You won't be dissapointed.

I just had a 2400 sqft (3bd/2br) home in San Marino re-piped. I was booked w/ Repipe Pro through a marketing outfit (Repipe Specialists), but Repipe Pro did the actual work. I want to give them special commendation, since I think these guys did a truly fantastic job. These days, it's really hard to come by an honest contractor that does high quality work. This job was a 70 y/o house w/ all the original galvanized and cast iron pipes and drains. I had originally contracted just to have the water pipes replaced, but once the crew was under the house, they told me the drains were all shot too. No big surprise! Adis and his crew showed up on time on day one. We had a brief conversation about some special issues w/ this project and his guys set to work immediately. I was amazed to see a crew of about 5-6 guys disappear into, and under the house, and literally in a matter of 1-2 hours, most of the demolition work on the old pipes was done. A few hours later, all the new pipes were in and the finish work w/ the angle valves etc was last. Even though the drains were not part of the original estimate or plan, Art and Adis worked together to give me an estimate which was very fair. The same crew came back the next day and, like before, worked like demons all day, completing the entire drain system all the way to the main sewer connection at the foundation wall. A few days later, the wall patch up guys came and fixed all the drywall and stucco. I even crawled under the house to inspect the work, which was all done w/ nice, neat precision. Everything worked perfectly on the very first try, and I am delighted, not only with the quality of the work but with the professionalism of the crew. I would definitely recommend Repipe Pro for any future plumbing needs. As if that wasn't good enough, they guarantee their work for a lifetime, and so I won't hesitate to call them if any future issues with the plumbing in this house.(which isn't likely since it was all done right the first time!)

I came to Art and his crew through a terrible, long, hot water leak at my apartment building. There was SO MUCH damage, and they absolutely rescued me! It turned out the my recirculating loop had sprung a pin-hole leak that had been spraying the underside of the apartment building for probably weeks. They came in and fixed the problem and were VERY professional, responsive, competetive in their pricing, and above all, kind! Art and his wife, Thelma, who runs the office, never fail to be generous with their time and are always understanding of how stressful these types of situations can be. The crew is polite and top notch, I never feel at a loss when dealing with them. I am so grateful for them all.
I have since had the opportunity to deal with them on other, larger projects, that were done by choice. The timing at least!!! I have never regretted my association.

First off I'm a Union carpenter and not very fond of residential contractors. But after my 91 year old grandmother had major water leaks in her house I was tasked with the job to find a plumbing outfit that could handle the job. After interviewing 6 plumbing outfits from the area (one of those was Repipe Pro) several things stood out and they were all about one company. Art was able to walk the job with us and discuss all the issues we wanted to be fixed or added (including a total repipe water and drains plus fixtures and hose bibs) and after the walk was able to repeat almost verbatim what we had discussed. That was the first shocker. The price was very reasonable. And it was obvious he had much knowledge about his trade and a passion for his work. There was a direct connection with his foreman Ed and they worked as a team to complete the job. Being Union I am extremely detail oriented and took some pictures of small details, they where addressed immediately and the concern was always for a satisfied customer. Patch work is tomorrow and then we part ways, but I know now if an yone asks if I know a plumber, I'm willing to put my reputation on the line and recommend Repipe Pro. Local 661 Out!

I recommend Repipe Pro for plumbing projects and services.

From the start, booking the free estimate up to the patching of the house was very pleasant.

Telma is efficient and responsive. She worked with our schedule and accommodated us.

Estimates, Art was very attentive and observant in our house surroundings. Most estimates we had pushes us to use PEX pipe, the most convenient and cost effective to use, which we thought reasonable, however not comfortable. Although PEX pipes are easy to work with than copper pipes, Art suggested to use copper pipes based on our surroundings/yard. This shows that Art don't do short cuts. He made sure that the estimates will cater to what we need and most comfortable for us. Aside from the estimates being competitive, he's always available for any questions and he shows how important the project is, as how it's important to us.

Staffs and their work. His team were very efficient and courteous. They're clean and ensures we are informed on the process on daily.

Repipe Pro recently completed re-piping my residence in Mission Viejo. I first called the company to request a quote. Within a couple of hours, Art (the owner) came to my place. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional and spent quite a bit of time explaining the job and laying out a plan to minimize damage to my house. He also gave me a reasonable quote and I decided to hire his company. The office manager (Telma) was very helpful scheduling the project and providing support. A few day later, the piping crew were at my place and they completed the job in one day followed by the patching crew that also completed the work in one day. All crew members were skillful, friendly and clean. They all did an outstanding job. I definitely recommend this company to friends and family and anyone else.

We searched for several plumbers and got quotes but none as thorough and reasonably priced as Repipe Pro. There work is high quality! ! They consistently showed up on time everyday. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing the work for ease,comfort,accessibility and per the codes in our city. They cleaned up the job site daily and we're quite neat. I was searching to get a quote to repipe our whole house after we discovered a leak with our existing copper piping in our 42-year-old home. In the process of searching on Yelp, I came across Repipe Pro and was amazed by the great reviews. I was initially hesitant to call because I live in San Bernardino County and I was not sure if they would come all the way out here to repipe our home. I decided to call them and it was the best decision I could have ever made. On my initial contact, Telma answered the phone and she was able to set me up with an appointment with Art for the following day. I was able to speak with Art during that initial call and he assured me that San Bernardino County was not far for him and that he's done work all throughout LA, Orange, Ventura, and San Bernardino counties. On the day of the estimate, it was raining really hard and Art called numerous times to update me on his time of arrival, which I appreciated. I felt bad that Art had to drive about 1.5 hours in the rain and traffic to get to my home but he never seemed bothered and assured me that he would be here. As promised, Art showed up and provided a thorough inspection of our home and the best option for repiping the house. I could definitely tell Art was a Master at this work. His price seemed extremely fair from the research I had done and I decided to proceed with the project then and there. He advised that we should pull a permit from the city for this work and I agreed. I, unfortunately, live in a city that makes it more difficult to pull permits as they require additional steps. Instead of backing out of the project, Art decided to go to the city hall that same day and assist with the additional steps needed to pull the permit. I am confident that no other plumber or business would have gone through all of the steps that Art went through for us. At that moment, I knew we had made the right decision in hiring Art and Repipe Pro. On the day of the repipe, the crew showed up on time, as scheduled, and quickly and professionally began their work. They covered all of the furniture and protected our floors. Within about 4 hours, they had repiped our 3 bedroom 2 bath single-story home. I could not believe how efficiently they were but again, they are masters at their work. I scheduled the city inspection for the following business day and the inspector was amazed at how professional the repipe was done. The inspector did not have any comments and signed off on the work without any issues. After the inspection, Telma scheduled the drywall repair crew to come out and repair the walls. Again, the crew showed up on time and patched our walls, and even added texture to match the rest of the walls. You cannot even tell there was work done with how professionally they patched the walls. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and look forward to recommending Art and Repipe Pro to our friends and family. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!! After being broadsided with a diagnoses of a leaking water pipe under the slab, my contractor and plumber friends encouraged us to repipe our 33 year old home. I was referred to this company and ever so skeptical of the reviews read here, I went ahead and interviewed 3 other plumbing (big outfits) contractors, got their bids, and then had John Oscarson come and give his presentation and bid. Extremely professional and handled my questions well, and reviewing the little film I realized I wasn't the only person to have these feelings of am I doing the right thing here?. Bottom line, the cost was in line with the others BUT the entire idea of having our 2600 sq ft home repiped in a matter of days, NOT WEEKS, helped . That, and a positive phone call to a random past customer who raved about them made our decision. Nuts and bolts: They showed up, 8 guys, and worked 7 hours straight and COMPLETELY REPIPED OUR HOME !! One day, that was it!! They were polite, professional, and friendly...cleaned up as they went and when they left, 7 hours later, all that was left that they were ever there were the holes in the walls, that were promptly patched by another crew of great guys, a few days later as the permit process was a bit delayed due to the holidays. When the city inspector came to our home, (a personal friend) he walked the entire job and said these guys did a great job!! This experience was positive beyond my expectations, from the start to the finish, and wanted to share this to anyone who is in the same position we were in 10 days ago.

ART's company, Repipe Pro, did the repipe for my 12-unit apartment complex in April of this year 2017. Art did the repipe for the home of a friend of mine. She was happy with the service and referred to me.
We only had to shut down water for one day. This is a big deal since it is a 12 unit apartment complex. Everything was patched up and done after about 10 days. Since painting is not part of their service, I had my own painter doing touch up of all those patched up walls once Art's team completed.
Although The price quote was not the lowest, there was no hidden fee attached. His contract was clear from the start so I like that. No hassle and extremely professional to deal with. I highly recommend Art and his company REPIPE PRO.

I realized that some pipes in my home were clogged resulting in pressure build up in some pipes hence breakage. I decided to reach out to a plumbing company. I must say I'm very impressed with Repipe Pro! The team was amazing, very knowledgeable, detailed and friendly. Repiping my home was the last thing I wanted to do but due to pin hole leak it was about that time unfortunately. I was definitely nervous and on edge because I was really uncomfortable having to tear up my house. But they assured me everything would be done right and in a timely manner. They repiped my house in just two days! I was amazed by the quality of work done. That really made me feel good knowing I made the right decision choosing them. I got 3 bids before choosing them and I will say they weren't the cheapest, but they were the most professional and knowledgeable. Art and his team are very responsive, reliable, and stand by their work!

We had our house repiped by Art's team last month. We had gotten a couple of bids, and not only was Art's bid very reasonable, he also showed a lot of expertise. He walked around our house and suggested to add a new hose bib in the backyard because it would be more convenient for us, so he's really looking at it from the user's perspective. He also took care of the permits for us.

On the day of repipe, his team worked quickly and finished a few minutes before the promised time.

A few days later, we noticed that the cold water valve under the kitchen was leaking a bit. We let Art know and sent him a picture. He determined that it was our water filter valve that was leaking. He looked for a custom part for us and sent a plumber out the very next day to fix it for free!

You may get lucky and get a plumber who does a good job, but to have a plumber who truly stand behind their work and provide excellent service after the initial project is very rare.

Go with Art and you won't regret it.

I cannot help it but write another 5 star review about Art, who is one of the most professional and kind people I have ever met.

Art and his team did an excellent repipe job about a year ago.

Last week, I turned to Art for a gas leak issue. Although Art could not accommodate gas line repair on an urgent basis, he talked with me for quite awhile and provided me with all the information about how gas leak occurs and ways to fix it.

With that information/knowledge from Art, I have become a much better informed consumer. I firmly said no to one company which gave me a discounted quote of $10,000. I ended up hiring another plumber who fixed the gas leaks with just a small fraction of the first quote.

It is a great honor and privilege that I got to know Art.

I can't imagine you would use another company. You should absolutely take the time to get a couple estimates but in the end I'm confident you will choose Repipe Pro. Their reviews speak for themselves. I started my research process by scheduling estimates for three different companies. I saved Repipe Pro for last as I was confident I was probably going to use them based on reviews. I even messaged one of their reviewers from Yelp to get some more information and she could not speak highly enough.

Art came by and did a very thorough inspection of every part of the house. He did lots of testing with turning the water on and off to figure out the scope of work and the approach. No other company did that. I discussed some of the trickier issues I thought we might have and he was very candid about what it would mean instead of just promising me the moon like the other guys. In the end, his quote was right in the middle and I was the most reassured by his candor and expertise.

We scheduled the job and every step of the way both Art and his wonderful team including Telma were communicative about who would be coming when, which is so rare these days. They were on time and respectful of our home.

They did the main repipe itself ahead of schedule and left the house very clean. Next came the tricky part which was fixing a problem that my old remodel contractor made (basically running new underground pipe for the kitchen island). They really went above and beyond to problem solve and tackle the issue in a way that would cause me the least headache. I really think other contractors would have just did the easiest thing and told me I have no choice, but not Repipe Pro. As Art says, you're now my customer for life and if anyone can do it, my team can. I was ecstatic they were able to bring this part home.

They came soon after and fixed the drywall quickly in a a couple days, also a nice job, and that was that.

I can't tell you how many conversations I had with Art and Edward and the crew and they were patient and listened to my concerns thoughtfully and explained things repeatedly. You can tell they not only care about their customers but they take pride in their work. One of my favorite vendors I've worked with and I'm grateful I found them through Yelp. They really made a stressful project much easier. 6 out of 5 stars!

I can't say enough good things about Repipe Pro. I experienced the dreaded slab leak in my home. After capping the effected pipe, my wife and I decided to repipe the entire house. We went on Yelp and found Repipe Pro. After reading all the positive reviews we called them for an estimate. Art, the owner, came out and gave us a detailed explanation of the work that would be done, room by room. His price was very competitive, and what gave me confidence to choose Repipe Pro was Art's knowledge, references, and passion for his work.

Art's wife, Telma, does the scheduling and she stays on top of everything. Her warm and friendly personality was refreshing and comforting. On the day of the job, a crew of eight guys showed up punctually and worked non-stop until the job was completed. They were skilled, efficient and polite. Afterward, they cleaned up thoroughly. After the inspection, the drywall/patching crew came and did a wonderful job.

We LOVE our new PEX pipes! Now we get hot water in SECONDS. At first, we were apprehensive about repiping our house but after our positive experience with Repipe Pro, we eagerly tell our family and friends to use them if they ever need to repipe their homes. THANK YOU Art, Telma and Crew!!!

We were very hesitant to do a repipe of our whole house because we've heard of horror stories and we expected that it was going to be a big headache. I've contacted a few different plumbers and after talking to Art, we knew that we're going to hire him for the job. He had a LOT of experience and really knows his craft. He was also very friendly and his price was reasonable. He made the whole process SO EASY! It was a very pleasant experience. It took less time than I thought, less headache, and everything works great even after 6+ months! (We hired him back in Oct 2020).

I've dealt with a few other vendors on various other projects and I don't think we'll ever find someone like Art. He was really easy to work with, he genuinely cares about your house and treats like it's his, and makes you feel like a truly valued customer. I only wish that other vendors can learn from his playbook.

We found RePipe Pro on Yelp and what a find. Art and his team, including Telma, his wife, who runs the office, did an amazing job with the repiping of our 3400 sq foot home and solved our persistent leaks below a shower and washing machine while also installing a gravity system recirculation line so that we now have hot water in just seconds out of ALL of our faucets, even the ones that are very far from the hot water heater. Now we do not have to waste so much water before showering and rinsing our dishes! Art is a master plumber who has an encyclopedic knowledge of his trade , while at the same time, must have a photographic memory, for he remembers everything he told us about all the rooms of our house and what needed to be done in each one. He came up with solutions that helped us not to have to repaper several bathrooms and moved one outdoor spigot to a much more convenient location. His team of plumbers and patchers were so helpful, friendly and careful. They cleaned up beautifully after the job and did a wonderfully artistic patching job. We hardly knew that they exposed pipes in nearly every room! Art and his team carefully prepared us so that we could be ready for the repiping and were always prompt and kept to the schedule that they promised. If you need your home repiped, be sure to get a quote from Art, a most honest and competent professional. We should have repiped years ago but did not realize how easy it would be with someone like Art and his crew.

Been meaning to write a review here for Repipe Pro. A bit of history, 15-20 years ago my moms home had a hot water pipe leak which we heard. Since the home is on a concrete slab, all the pipes are part of the concrete slab!! Our plumber at the time had to break the concrete and dig a few holes in order to find the leak!! Fast forward to the week before thanksgiving, last year. Again started to hear a hot water leak again. Called a new plumber since the previous one had retired. They tried to pinpoint the pipe that was leaking but in doing so they were concerned that they'd break another pipe in trying to find and repair the leaking one. They said that they could try and find the leak but the cost to do so would probably be more then just paying for getting the entire home repiped!!

So proceeded to seek estimates for repiping from companies listed on Yelp. It seemed all had both positive and negative reviews. I called at least 6-8 to schedule them to come out for an estimate. All estimates were pretty close in price. Some just like some of the reviews never showed and like the reviews claimed they were in an accident / hospital!! We ended up deciding on using Repipe Pro to perform the work. In talking with Art, who did the estimate and owns the company, I felt like he knew what he was talking about versus some of the others which just send out a person to only provide the estimate. Art was also one of the only ones that pointed out that I would have to have a new electrical ground installed since the current ground was tied to the copper pipes in the house. He offered to do that work as well, but since I was having some other electrical work done, I had my electrician install the new ground. Prior to starting the work, Art also insisted for his own employees as well as our own wellbeing to test the walls of the house for asbestos since it was built during the time asbestos was readily used. During the estimate I explained to Art what and how I was hoping they could install some of the piping, he said that he could accommodate my requests where others said they couldn't install it like the way I wanted. Unfortunately our house tested positive for higher levels and we had to have a removal team cut all the holes in the walls where Repipe Pro needed to cut. So this delayed the work until January due to the holidays!
On the day the repipe was scheduled, Art and his team arrived as scheduled and proceeded to start the work. He didn't promise all of the work would be completed by the end of the day but at least the most important areas would have water. But at the end of the first day, all the work was completed!! His team was simultaneously working on all the areas at the same time, swore there were at least 20 guys, but I don't think it was that many. The drywall work started the next day once the city inspection was completed. The drywall actually took longer then the repiping since they had to let the areas dry in between, the drywall took two days to finish and it was ready to be repainted at that point!

Art and his team at repipe pro did an exceptional job and I would definitely recommend them! He also will work with you if you have specific thoughts on where or how you would like the pipes routed and installed. Thank you Art and Repipe Pro for giving us hot water that almost comes out instantly now from all the sinks versus having to wait a minute or two previously!!!

Art and his crew at Repipe Pro did a outstanding repiping job for my 2bd/2bath townhouse in La Habra and their service stood out for the following reasons:
1. Most Knowledgeable: Of all the different plumber companies I sought for an estimate, Art was the most knowledgeable, and in the first visit he was able to map out where the repiping would be done throughout the house. He gave advice with the owner's affordability in mind and he openly told me what should be done and what was not necessary; no 'upselling'.
2. Asbestos testing: He was the only company that reminded me about getting asbestos testing of the walls and ceiling for my home built in the 1970s. This was good ethical advice and it protected my family from possible asbestos exposure when the cuts are made into the walls/ceilings. Art referred me to licensed asbestos companies for testing. Only when the tests showed no asbestos, that I proceeded with repiping.
2. Efficient crew: His plumbing crew led by Ed arrived promptly (when they say arriving at 8am, they mean it, none of this 'allow for a window of 2 hours' from other plumbers). Repiping included new valves, bathtub handle and faucet, and a new main valve. Repiping with 'Pex A' pipes were essentially done in 1/2 a day. My neighbors commented that the crew were very respectful, quiet, and cleaned up after themselves.
3. Drywall patching and texturing included: no other companies offered this. And by shopping around I know this service is easily $1000-$2000 additional. I love when Art told me 'of course these are included, if you buy a car you should expect to get the steering wheel!' The wall patching/texturing were done after city inspections passed, and I handled the painting myself or you can hire your own painters.
4. Positive attitude/excellent customer service: Repipe Pro was the only company I would easily call/text the owner and he would answer promptly. He made me feel very welcome to reach out with questions. His office did the scheduling and the leg work for getting city inspection, and I just paid the permit fee later.
5. Affordability/flexible financing: On top of all these benefits, his quote was very affordable for my family with young kids. You can also speak to him about financing plans.

I would highly recommend Art at Repipe Pro to my family and friends!

Last year, I needed to repipe my house and had no idea who to call. So I went on yelp and something about Repipe Pro jumped out at me so I called them. I met Art, thought, He seems to know what he's doing and hired him to repipe my entire house. His team was fantastic. They got the work done very quickly and I haven't had a problem since. I had to repipe another home and once again, called Art. He was able to get a team out there ASAP to fix everything and they, once again, did a terrific job. Love Art and his team of expert plumbers! After a slab leak, The crew repiped our 2800 squ ft house in less than a day. Team of patchers was awesome too! Tried 'repipe specialists' first. Nothing special about them! They refused to admit they service Santa Clarita Valley. Called again, the guy I spoke with told me they service Scv and that he even lives here. Couldn't get a quote for 10 days from the 'specialists'. Happily repipe pro was able to quote same day I called and repiped within 10 days- repiped the very day 'specialists' were willing to give quote only.

Professional, clean, kind, honest, and fair, Art and his crew, were terrific. We discovered yet another leak in our old pipes (our 9th time dealing with these) and decided we would have to bite the bullet and have the house re-piped.
Our 4 bed/3 bath house was old (1967) and so were the pipes. Repipe Pro was able to repipe the whole house and even moved an outdoor faucet to a better location for me.
Art promised a lot and delivered everything. I knew it was going to be a messy and intrusive project, but Repipe Pro kept a neat workspace, finished on time, and cleaned up well.

I owed Art and his crew a very good review for their work. Art and his crew re-piped my entire house about 4 years ago. My wife and I were very happy with their super job. Recently I had a leak in my kitchen. I called a plumber to detect the source of the leak. He couldn't detect where the water leak coming from, but he still charged me $275 and ask for additional charge if I wanted him to find the source of the leak. I was so upset and frustrated. Honestly, I thought the leak from the copper pipe. I contacted Re-pipe Pro office and Art came out in just less 20 minutes. Art spent more than 30 minutes to help me locate the source of the leak. It was from a broken plastic drain pipe. The leak is not related at all to Art and his crew's fantastic work. Art didn't charge me anything for his time. Thank you so much, Art. Bottom Line: Go with Art and his team. They will take care of you and are fair and honest .

For something you hopefully only have to do once, repiping your home is a big deal. Art met with us and walked us through the process and explained options. I can't say enough good things about Art: Responsible, professional, and experienced. He explained all options clearly and we talked over changes several times.

It's a two day process, repiping day and patching day. Both crews were great but the patching team is amazing. After the first day I was so concerned with the holes created but after the patch team it's like it didn't happen.

I recently hired Number One State to repipe my 4 unit apartment building. During the initial presentation, every part of the job was explained to me. The estimate was extremely fair and I could tell that this was not a company that was going to cut corners in order to lower it's price. The owner Art is one of the most honest and professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was available at anytime to answer any question that I might have. Also, he did not ask for any money up front. He told me that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied with the work before I paid him. And after the job was completed, I paid exactly that amount and not a penny more.

As for the actual work, it was some of the best plumbing work I had ever seen. All of the soldering joints were wiped clean, the pipes were well secured, isolators used wherever the pipes passed through the studs, pipes in the attic were insulated, etc. Art sent a large enough crew so that the plumbing could be completed in two days time with minimum disruption to my tenants. The lead plumber, Ruben, was a great guy and kept the job moving along quickly. The patch crew did a great job repairing the walls and the water pressure is now excellent.

I would highly recommend Number One State to anyone in need of a repipe. With the quality of their work and the honesty of the owner, you won't go wrong.

I'm writing this Yelp review to let everyone know what an outstanding job Repipe Pro did in replacing both the galvanized water supply lines and drain pipes in our house. I became aware of Repipe Pro through other Yelp reviews, and we had them and several other repiping companies come out to give us an estimate for the job. What really impressed me about Repipe Pro was the owner, Art Hovsepian. When he came to estimate the job, he spent over 3 hours with me going over all of the details and easing many of the anxieties I had. Although the price quoted wasn't the cheapest, it was in the ballpark with other quotes we received. The work itself was excellent. The repiping was truly a work of art. It was almost a shame to cover the holes, which were expertly patched by Repipe Pro's patching crew. A couple of days after the installation, I noticed some dripping where the supply line to the toilet appeared to be leaking. Because I wasn't sure where the leak was coming from, I called Art. He took the time out of his busy schedule to personally come and fix the problem. As it turns out, the problem had nothing to do with the water line installation, but rather was due to the toilet's fill valve. I now feel confident that whatever future problems we may have with either the water lines or the drain pipes, Art and Repipe Pro will be there for us! I highly recommend them!!

Repipe Pro surpassed any and all expectations I had. From the moment Art came to do the quote, I was completely impressed! He spent about an hour and a half clearly explaining everything that is entailed with a repipe. Then suggested a few upgrades which I had never even considered.
The plumbers came in and we're able to repipe the whole house within two days. The first day, they made sure we had a working bathroom before they left. They were always on time, friendly and professional. Also very careful about trying to keep the dust down and made sure all my belongings were covered in plastic before proceeding.
The drywall guys came in and also were able to patch and repair all the damage within two days. I am truly impressed by the fact that you can't tell where any of the damage was done. This crew was also very friendly and professional.
For anyone looking to do a repipe... please do yourself a favor and call Art from Repipe Pros! You will not be disappointed :)

Art came to give us an estimate to repipe our house. He was polite and very knowledgeable. As we walked around the house, he was able to provide insight as to what it would look like and the process to get there. I appreciated his honesty in making recommendations. as I am a new homeowner. Once we were done walking through the house, I mentioned to him some minor issues that we were having, and he was able to address them immediately! After speaking for a while, he recommended that now might not be the ideal time to repipe everything, if I have plans to remodel the house. He didn't gain a customer this very moment, but when I do decide to need anything done, I'll be sure to go to him!

Art with Repipe Pro was my first repipe contact, and he likes to talk. What I found out later is that Art backs up his talk. He gave a good price and left literature for me to peruse. He called the following week to see if I had made a decision, then didn't bother me until I did make a decision a few weeks later. His estimate was the lowest for repiping the entire house as well as the mainline from the street to the house.

There was a little mix-up at the beginning as we had another crew working, but it sorted itself out. When they got to work, they got to work. However, due to city inspections, there were delays, and his crew had to return a few times.

Then, a pipe broke when I wasn't there. It leaked into the house, and I had to sweep and drain the water through the house to the back. Fortunately we were renovating, so no furniture was damaged. I called Art and he sent his crew back to help. I sent Art pictures of the leak, and he immediately came out the next day to ask what he could do. My wife put him through quite a bit, cutting the damaged areas to see if there was water damage in the wood, drywalling many square feet of cutout drywall, replacing a damaged boxspring, etc. It was an accident and accidents happen, but Art and Repipe Pro took full responsibility to make it right. He never complained, never argued, never hem and haw. He gave us countless suggestions to prevent this from happening again, as well as remodeling tips. It is a family business and his wife Telma was supportive and a delight to work with.

After the final plumbing inspection passed, we completed our final payment and I thanked him and Telma for being so honorable in his business dealings with us. His price was the same as the first estimate, even though we had modifications and were expecting additional charges. Most contractors I have worked with usually cover up their mistakes or deny it was their responsibility. Not so with Art and Repipe Pro. While I first found Art to be a little glib, I have discovered that he and his company have the utmost integrity and professionalism, as well as excellent work.

I have done business with many ppl due to home renovations. Be it my Own or ppl I know. I am pretty handy so when family and friends ask me I'm there to help project manage. But everything comes down to the vendors. If you don't have someone who can explain and teach you. Show you and guide you simple thing can turn into a big issue. I have never met a crew as efficient, clean, well mannered crew in my whole life. They came in and just really impressed me. Art did what he does best: Magic. We recently had a water leak in our kitchen.. which by itself was a nightmare. After weeks of negotiating with the insurance company and settling, we were stuck because we did not have a plumber or knew of anyone who had direct contacts with one. My wife and I went on Yelp and found Art. After reading his reviews we wanted to give him a shot. Art, along with a few other plumbers, came by to our home to give us estimates. I want to take the time to thank Art, Telma, Ed, Rubick, and the entire team for just finishing up a complete Re-Pipe job both incoming and outgoing drains for my home. My first impression of Art when we first met was honesty, professionalism, and knowledge. Art truly is a master of his craft. I can tell because the moment he walked onto my property we walked around the home and he inspected every fixture that had piping connected to it, and he knew exactly what the scope of work was going to be. He even was up front and said we did not need to do anything immediately, and I could wait a few more years or more before doing the job.

What amazed me however was his confidence in his work, he remembered everything off the top of his head from the time he walked around my home, he never wrote anything down on paper he just knew. How I knew he was a master, was because when he sent me the proposal he was on spot on about everything he told me, every little detail was on the proposal he did not miss anything, and it was pretty impressive.

It wasn't just a basic re-piping job either, he tailored the home to be functional for me and my family by adding lot of the little things I did not even think about. Also Art will explain to you as well what the scope of work is and how the price justifies it, he just doesn't tell you it's a fair price he will tell you why, and once you hear him tell you, you are truly convinced. Art is not a sales guy he is a master of his craft so when he tells you something it is because he knows what it is, inside out. No gimmicks with Art just straight facts, and knowledge from his experience.

My family and I now have peace of mind knowing we never have to worry about our plumbing system for a very long time. My 10 year old Daughter took her first shower and said it was the softest shower she has ever had, that was impressive in it's self that she described it as being soft lol.

I made an appointment with Art for a Friday afternoon, and I called to confirm the appointment. He did not seem enthusiastic about driving to my residence in Los Angeles to give me a quote, and suggested that we have a FaceTime call so that I could show him what I needed to have replaced (Main water service line). I wasn't confident that he was interested in my business though, because his tone changed from unenthusiastic to practically discouraging me from continuing with the process. But Swayed by all of the positive reviews, I agreed to the FaceTime call. We successfully completed the Face Time review and he said he would come out to look in person that weekend, and that I didn't need to be present for him to survey the area.

Well, 2 weeks later and no word from Art. I've had my share of flaky contractors, etc who make appointments and don't show, so that wasn't too surprising in and of itself. Rather, he kept telling me how much pride he had in his work, how honest and reasonable he was, and how different he was from other plumbers who price gouge, upsell, etc.

Sadly, Art is another terrible example of a person who couldn't just decline to give me a quote in an honest way. If I had any doubt that he just honestly forgot about coming by, then I would not have written this negative review. I would have given him the benefit of the doubt because everyone can make a mistake.

The lesson I learned here was 1) trust your gut instinct because there are always more service professionals who can provide the service you need, and 2) yelp reviews are only a general guideline, and a ton of positive reviews is no guarantee that a service provider will live up to the expectations that are set.

Art certainly failed my expectations, and I am happy to take my business elsewhere. Luckily there are plenty of plumbers who provide top notch work for reasonable prices.

Having been a building inspector for twenty-five years I have plenty of experience with contractors. Art and his wife Telma are a team that you can trust.
We had a four full bathroom house repipe in one day. Some of the crew has been with Art for as long as eighteen years ... that kind of experience makes a huge difference and it also speaks to the kind of company this is. Obviously they treat the employees well so you can expect the same for you.

The patch work was done in the next two days and is superb. There was no mess when they left.

As I said, I spent years inspecting construction and have seen hundreds of repipes. I have witnessed unscrupulous contractors overcharging and just sloppy work....that will not happen with Repipe Pro. I will recommend Art to any and all.

Art and Telma and the whole team at Repipe Pro are amazing. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Of all the plumbers who came by to provide an estimate to repipe our house, Art was the most helpful, direct, and informative, and also had the best sense of humor--by far. His price was the best too. He was patient with questions, and took extra time to explain the process, code requirements, etc., even FaceTiming from his house one evening to make sure we were on the same page. Scheduling was super fast, and when it came time for the job, Ed and the other plumbers, along with Art, took extra care to make sure we were happy with everything, and their work was of the highest quality. Big thanks also to Rubik, the patcher, who came out on a holiday and left our house looking better than it did before the repipe. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with Art and Repipe Pro again, or to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing.

I had a slab leak the night before Thanksgiving. My garage was flooding and I contacted an emergency response crew to find the leak and they responded that night, capped the pipes and stopped the flooding. They offered to come back to re-route the pipes another day, and initially I agreed since I was pretty desperate. The quote for the re-pipe they gave me was pretty high, but at that moment I was thankful they were able to fix it before we hosted 20+ people for Thanksgiving. Also the quote did not include repatching the walls.

I started looking at other companies for the re-pipe. I called Art. He told me over the phone he thought the initial quote was too high. He gave me a quote which included the repatch and was over a $1000 under the other quote.

His guys came the following Tues. They repiped it and we're extremely professional and efficient. The following day his repatch guys came and repatched 10 good size holes in my walls. And it came out great.
Art stuck with the quote and I can't say enough how great my experience was with his company. He was absolutely professional when speaking to me and I felt like I was talking to someone I've known and trusted all my life.
I highly recommend Art and his company for any plumbing and repiping needs. No need to look anywhere else. Thank you Art.

I had to repipe an older multi-unit property that presented several challenges: no crawlspace, no attic, water supply lines too narrow for current needs, and tenants who needed access to water every day.

I talked to 5 different piping companies, all highly reviewed on Yelp. While all seemed capable in standard pex-repipe type scenarios, most did not have a good idea of how to repipe our property in a practically reasonable way.

Art from Repipe Pro helped come up with a number of creative ways to go about the project, which not only helped keep the cost to a reasonable level, but also minimized the disturbance to the tenants as well as the number of holes being drilled into the wall. Some highlights include:
- Accessed 4 separate bathroom units via a single wall opening, which created more work for the repipe team but minimized wall damage and disturbance to tenants
- Tunnelled under our existing front yard pavers to secure a wider-diameter water supply line, which saved the hassle and cost of having pavers removed, concrete cut, and put back again
- Added extra water supply lines for fridge water even though I didn't specifically ask for it
- Was able to preserve our exposed wood beam ceilings whereas the other piping companies wanted to put the pipes there and cover it up

The team was highly professional and great about keeping their work areas clean, minimizing noise and water-shut-off disturbances for tenants, and easy to work with.

Art was always available at literally all times of the day and weekends to discuss various options and questions I had. Once the project was done, one of the units had a leak on the kitchen faucet. It turned out it was an issue with the tenants faucet unit and not the repipe job, but Art came out and fixed it for us anyways.

Art is awesome and his team is awesome. I would highly recommend Repipe Pro and will be using them again in the future.

A few days after my father-in-law died last year,I heard that dreaded sound of a water leak when I checked his home in Mission Viejo. He regretted not repiping after the first leak, as everyone in the entire subdivision has repeated leaks. Since we were selling the house, I didn't want to repair and let the new owners have another leak, I got 4 quotes for complete repipe. Found Repipe Pro on Yelp. Art gave the most reasonable estimate, but what impressed me was how thorough and detailed his estimate was. He specified every detail of work to be done in each room in writing. He also made sure every part from the shutoff valve was replaced even if it was working. He even emptied the water heater and put in a pan eventhough it was not required by the city, just because it is the right thing to do. In short, he covered every area that could potentially be a problem years down the road. He was still less than anyone else.

When his crew started the job, I went over all the details on the estimate as I didn't want the crew actually doing the work to skip anything. The foreman knew what was supposed to be done. I was there while they worked (I'm not trusting enough to not watch, I want to know they did it right!). I did not have to make them correct anything, they knew what they were supposed to do and they did it. I have never had that happen with any contractor I have hired before, I usually have to remind them to correct something. Not this time.

The foreman discussed the routing of the pipes, did I want fewer holes in the ceiling, or faster hot water in the master bath. He gave me the choice, which I really appreciate. I had read how messy repiping is, this was way better than I expected. They covered everything and cleaned up each day. The patching was so good that you could hardly tell that it wasn't painted yet. I was planning to repaint anyway to sell, but it wasn't even noticeable. I would hire Repipe Pro again without hesitation, I hope I don't have a leak at my house! I waited 7 months to write this review and everything is still working perfectly, I wanted to be sure no problems arose. I have not received any payment or discount for writing this review. Justed listed the house for sale last weekend.

I just had my house repiped and I'm extremely happy with the entire experience. I met with several companies for an estimate and Art was knowledgeable, helpful and very honest. Although his quote wasn't the lowest, I appreciated all the extra issues he identified (no one else did) and included in his estimate. They also did extra work that my home needed and I was glad they did. The entire experience was very easy and his work crew knew exactly what do to and didn't hesitate to get to work.
The permit was pulled a few days before the work started, they called when they said they would and showed up and finished when they said they would.
Everything from beginning to end was dealt with knowledge and professionalism.

I just had my whole home re-piped with Uponer Pex and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. First off I contacted Repipe pros through messaging on Yelp and was promptly replied to and estimate set up within a day or so. Art came to do the estimate and he basically won over my husband and I from the start. He was honest and down to earth and was not trying to sell me something, it was more like he went through the home and made suggestions as to what he would do for his own home. He recommended PEX, which with my research I was wanting anyways, and out of the three estimates I got, he was the only one that looked at my water heater and was almost a little concerned with all the things he found wrong with it and said it was basically done in a manner to just pass inspection and not for actual safety. He basically offered to fix all of its short comings at no extra cost. He also mentioned that I was old as well and if we wanted to buy a new water heater he would install it as part of the re-pipe. He also recommended I add another hose bib on one side of the house that I didn't have one on because he was opening up that wall anyways. He added that to the estimate as well which didn't add any cost either. He was a normal guy just talking about his craft and it was refreshing. The other estimates we got were all in the same price range and they were more like robots selling their company service. Art was different and cared. Also he was so helpful through the entire process and I felt bad because I did text him a couple times trying to figure out what kind of shower valve I'm suppose to get and he took the time to look at what I was sending him and gave his opinion without hesitation. I even decided to get a whole home water softener and filter and Art was more than happy to help accommodate installation, fittings, and patching with the water company (also highly recommend Diamond Pure Water Filtration). Which leg to a flawless patching for my water softener. Needless to say after we got all our estimates it was a no brained to go with Repipe Pro.

The installation process was easy, the workers were prompt and ready to do work. They finished repiping the whole house in about 6 or 7 hours. Kept everything clean also. All of the work performed passed inspection without any doubts and the inspector was very pleased. Patching everything took two days. And both days they were right on time. All the workers were easy to talk to.

Everything went so smoothly and I really love that the company in its entirety was very easy to communicate, and Art and Telma were such a pleasure to work with. Thank you to everyone at Repipe Pros!

I have been very pleased with the work that Repipe Pro has done with our whole house repiping. The work crew arrived on time, made sure everything not being worked on was covered, and cleaned up upon completion. The repiping job was completed in two days and once the inspector approved of the installation, the dry wall crew arrived early the next day and did an excellent job with patching the numerous holes in the walls that were required to complete the repiping. We are loving the higher pressure that the repiping has given us. We appreciated the open communication that Art and Thelma had with us to keep us informed of the progress. We did not feel pressured to accept anything and felt we were given a very fair price for what needed to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Art and his crew.

This company did a fantastic job repiping my home with Pex. We had multiple quotes and Repipe Pro had the best price AND the best representative, Art. He explained everything in detail and walked us through the project in detail room by room. Very professional and honest company. I called them for a second quote and opinion for a plumbing job, and was told the work I needed required a plumbing and not repiping work. Since they specialized in repiping, Art (the person I spoke with) refered me to a plumber and told me exactly what I needed done over the phone so I could ask the plumber to look into and do. I had a re-pipe done on April 2022. I contacted and obtained estimates from a few other plumbing companies. Repipe Pro's estimate was not the lowest nor was it the highest. What helped me make the decision to go with Repipe Pro were all the positive reviews and my impression of the man himself, Art. I will start by saying that the positive reviews you see in Yelp, and perhaps elsewhere, are not an exaggeration nor made up. These reviews are accurate. Let me start with Art, the owner of Repipe Pro.

Art took the time to meet with me, not once, but twice. My wife and I asked many questions. He was very thorough and patient. He covered the details, including what to expect during the re-piping. He is a very knowledgeable, pleasant and very genuine. He's the kind of guy you would like as a friend. And he is very customer oriented. You get the impression from talking to him that he will do a good job. His wife is also great, she's the one working in the background ensuring the scheduling goes well. In all my interactions with her she was always pleasant and also very prompt in returning my calls. His crew was also excellent.

His crew were prompt, polite, and very professional. They arrived each morning right on time and promptly got to work. From the moment they arrived they were non-stop. We tried not to be in their way but on occasions we did ask questions which they were willing to engage and answer. We were also very pleased on how well they protected our furniture and did not leave behind any messes at the end of their work day. These guys are really good at what they do. And they appeared to care about their work. In regards to their work...

The re-piping was done professionally, flawlessly, and timely. Repipe Pro did an excellent job! The drywall work was done very nicely also. We are very pleased with all the work that was done by Repipe Pro. Not once did we feel any discomfort about anything.

The service we received from Art/Repipe Pro was one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor. We had our entire two-story house repiped with pex pipes about three weeks ago after experiencing a slab leak underneath our restroom (second leak in the house within four months). After speaking with several other contractors, I immediately felt we were in the right hands after speaking with Art. We were looking for someone who had genuine expertise in repipe; not only does Art's experience dominate in this field, he was so personable, professional, and respectful that we knew there was no point in continuing our search. He assessed our home as if it were his own home, and his recommendations were all reasonable and well thought out. Telma, who took care of the scheduling and all the logistics of the project, was just as professional, prompt and courteous. Despite his busy schedule, Art went out of his way to have our house repiped as quickly as possible, knowing we were on limited water supply because of our active leak. The drywall patching service we received from Jores was hands down one of the best patch work we've ever seen; even the paint contractors who came by afterwards couldn't really tell where he had patched in a number of places because his texturing was so well blended with the original. I am hoping that my review will convince people who are faced with the stressful decision to repipe to give the job to Repipe Pro because Art will deliver on exceptional high quality service you just can't find very easily these days.

A few months ago my water meter was running continuously which was a sign of water leak. I reached out to four providers for advice on repair or re-piping. All the providers were not able to tell where the leaks were since the water pipes were all buried under cement. They all suggested re-piping as the solution, which I agreed. Art the owner of Repipe Pro was the last one to call me to give a quote. He asked me NOT to make decision without seeing him. So I waited for him to come the second day although I already met 3 providers in the first day and was very close to making decision.

I am glad that I did not rush to make the decision based on the quotes from the previous three providers. Art is a victory over the others. I would like to list some, if not all, factors that led me to decide to hire Repipe Pro:

1. Art is very experienced and personable. He explained everything on this repiping project very clearly to me. Above all, I felt like talking to a personal friend rather than a salesman although it was only the first time we met.
2. He brought with him a company presentation kit containing everything I need to know such as the pipe specifications & warranty, new shower information, list of projects completed by Repipe Pro in Diamond Bar and nearby cities, his contractor license and a written quote. The other providers, although also five-star rated Yelp providers, were not close to what Art was able to show me.
3. He noticed something was missing from my water heater which the other three providers did not notice. He fixed them by redoing the TPR line, adding a new settlement trap and a new gas & expansion tank. He did all these modifications without any extra charges.
4. He guarantees his repipe work for life.
5. His quote was reasonably priced compared with the other providers. He gave me the best, but his quote was not the most expensive.

I highly recommend that you call Art for a quote before making any decision to repipe your house. I am sure he won't disappoint you!

Also, his wife Telma is very nice and easy to work with. She will be scheduling your project, working with you on project payments and making appointments with city inspectors for you.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but these guys are great! Art, the owner isn't a plumber, he is a doctor of plumbing! He really know his stuff, and his crews do a first rate job, using quality materials. Art took plenty of time to look at my house and plumbing, and explain everything to me. I have always been a fix it kind of guy, and I like to know how and why. He took his time to answer all of my questions, and even took me to a house nearby where his company was doing a job, so I could see how it all worked. They only do re pipes, so they are very efficient at getting out the old stuff, and putting in the new stuff. We had old, cast iron drains, which are very difficult to work with, but they got it done! The price for the job was also very reasonable. I should ad that the price he gives you includes patching the holes they made. After the plumbers finish, they pick up their stuff, clean up their mess and leave. They haul away all of the old pipes, toilets, etc which they removed. Later, other people come and patch up the holes. I have not gotten to that part yet, but I assume it will be good too..

Art from Repipe Pro - worked on my rental house in Northridge, back in Oct 2020. Since i live over 400 miles away, he did an amazing job at explaining to me the process for a whole house repipe using PEX, explained to me the design flaws inherent in the existing design which he fixed and worked with the tenants to accommodate their schedules and the current situation with COVID. During the 4-5 day work onsite, there was some last minute additions his team was able to also address.. He has extensive knowledge in his area, and his team's professionalism, is something that was worth every dollar. The tenants was quite satisfied, and the job couldn't have gone much smoother without me being onsite to monitor and assess the work quality.

Art repipe pro repiped our entire 6,000 square foot house 3 years ago. They did a fantastic job then, carefully installing pex piping and a whole house water filtration system. When we saw leaking from the ceiling this week, Art immediately responded at night and walked us through what to do. They arrived first thing in the morning. Turned out we had left a bathtub faucet slightly on which caused the dripping. No charge for visit! Like Art said 3 years ago, they will be our plumbers for life. After we patched the 2nd slab leak and had our 3rd slab leak, we decided to search for a company to re-pipe our home. We received 5 estimates, and Art's estimate was in the middle range. However, Art did the most thorough inspection of our house before he prepared his estimate . His estimate was not only reasonable, but also, his experience, knowledge, and expertise far surpassed all other bidders. So we hired Art to do the job. His team did an excellent job re-piping the house and patching the holes in the walls. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up after they finished work. Sorry for the long overdue review! (I try and balance my reviews, if I have to leave a bad one, be sure to remember to do a good one too!)

Having found Art, as we sold our last house (he was there for the inspection), we wanted to re-pipe our entire new house before any other undergoing any other renovations. I called several of the known re-pipers, along with Art. I know Art's quote came in more than competitive, but he was the only one that wanted to really examine the house during his quote. He almost seemed TOO thorough. He took his time and made several suggestions during the quote. Having a good feeling about him, we booked his team to do the job. While he said it might take 4 or 5 days at most, they had almost everything back up and running in one day. Then next morning, then finished off the rest, the inspector came, signed off and everything was finished and patched by mid 3rd day. Monday - Wednesday and everything was done. He team was great and didn't do anything unusual or take any shortcuts.

While there are lots of repipers out there, I HIGHLY recommend Art and Repipe Pro. Excellent Excellent Job.

One of the pipes in our upstairs shower leaked, this picture is of that area after new pipe placed.

Our home was built sometime prior to 1928, and has all kinds of nooks and crannies making what would be a simple job of pipe replacement a nightmare.

Art, Thelma, John, Simon and several others, were a part of the worlds, worlds, yes I mean worlds,greatest repipe professionals. In one week they had opened up the walls, replaced the hot and cold water lines, closed up and brought to a ready to paint finish all areas opened, inside and outside the house. Additionally, while working on the second day we discovered the sewer pipes had some serious cracks and had the whole sewer system replaced/updated.

We were so impressed by the care taken to minimize the inconveniences to us, one day when they finally broke for lunch, late in the day, we served them a little treat to go with their lunch. We also felt compelled to give an additional financial tip to some specific workers.

Simon the man who closed up all the openings which included, drywall, stucco, lath and plaster, and popcorn ceilings did his work with the art of a craftsman and diligence as if it was his own home. We hope we made his christmas a little happier.

I would definitely recommend Repipe Pro to anyone who is looking to repipe their homes. Art is a very kind and friendly man who explains the repipe process in full detail.

My house still had its original galvanized steel pipes and needed to be repiped. I had called a few different plumbers to give me estimates for my whole house repipe and not only did Art give me a very fair and honest price, he also gave me a much better timeline than other plumbers. His crew was very punctual, friendly, and organized. They were able to repipe the entire house in one day.

You should definitely give Repipe Pro a call if you're looking to repipe your home.

Art and his team repiped our house during renovation. They did a great job, passed all inspections and were responsive in following up on any issues after. We have recommended Art to our friends and would hire him again in future.

Five stars for Repipe Pro. I used Yelp to get quotes from multiple vendors for a plumbing/sewer project. Repipe Pro was very cooperative and responsive. Art came by and gave me a competitive quote and shared a lot of information and wisdom about the project. Ultimately I decided to go ahead with another vendor based on some unique aspects of the project, but I would not hesitate to use Repipe Pro in the future, and I encourage anyone who needs this sort of work to give them a call. My mom was very skeptical of plumbers but Art was able to win her over with his extensive presentation and knowledge. He is very kind, personable, and explains in detail what to expect and what products he uses and their expectancy. The staff were very efficient at their jobs and finished at the scheduled time. Scheduling was quick and easy and they are very easy to communicate with. I had previous plumbing companies rip me off with extra charges or try to sell me services; however, Art doesn't do that and instead he is very transparent with what he does. I trust this company and they have a lifetime workmanship guarantee!

Art and his crew were fantastic to work with! He was very responsive and spent a very generous amount of time with us during his quote, walking through options, looking at pictures from a remodel trying to ensure we were picking the best solution. This resulted in significantly less damage to our home regarding repairs. He's knowledgeable and honest and we actually cancelled all future quoting appointments after meeting with him. His services were timely for the repipe and dry wall repair as well. His quote may be a little higher but in the long run we felt it was so thorough that it likely saved us money in the long run as there were no surprises once the work started. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family!

We are VERY happy with the repiping done by Repipe Pros. Art really is the Father of Plumbing! He responded to our request for an estimate right away. It didn't take us long to realize how knowledgeable he is about plumbing. The many 5 star Yelp reviews is a testament to his professionalism, knowledge and his reputation.

Adis the foreman, and his crew were polite and respectful and did their job.
They wore masks and adhered to all the COVID safety rules. They helped us move items away from our walls and laid down sheets of plastic when they started drilling into our walls. When they were done they cleaned up the dust and rubble.

When the City Inspector arrived, Art was there to help with the inspection which we of course, passed.

Finally, Ruben is an AMAZING plasterer and did a fantastic job. Our contract says, plaster but no paint. Our walls are white or cream and Ruben matched the plaster so that you cannot tell there was once a hole in the wall. He even matched the stucco on the outside of the house. We don't need to paint because the job he did was so good.

I highly recommend Repipe Pros to anyone needing to repipe their house. A bonus - Art's estimate was way below the other estimates we received.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This company deserves 10 Stars!
The owner Art came out exactly when he promised and gave me an amazing estimate.
He was my 5th estimate. I wondered why none of the other companies made the suggestions that Art did. I was waiting for a huge price. I was amazed that he was offing twice as much product for less than the others. I though; what's the catch? There was no catch. He sent a GREAT CREW. It was obvious they were very skilled and courteous. I could go on but I want the Yelp readers to take in everything I experienced. I found Repipe Pros on Yelp. It's obvious why they had great reviews.
In my opinion there is no other choice. Repipe Pro is the only choice!

We just finished the repipe process with Art and Repipe Pro and we couldn't be happier! We had received estimates from at least 4 other companies before we found out about Repipe Pro. When I called, Art told me to set aside at least an hour for our appointment. I was a little confused because the previous estimate appointments only took about 10 minutes. Art was very detailed in explaining what was going to take place, showed me the types of parts they would use and did a thorough inspection of the home. After he left, I told my wife that I had made up my mind and we were going with Art. Our other neighbors had repipes done by other companies and it took about 3-4 days for the repipe alone. My wife was panicking because we have 3 young kids and didn't want our house torn apart for over a week (including drywall/patching). Art was nice enough to come out again and show us where the holes would be made so we only moved what was necessary and assured us he would be done in one day! Around 12:30 on the day of the repipe I asked the guys what time they would be done. I was floored when they said 2! At 1:45 the guy came and got me to do a walk through. Imagine that, a plumber who does what he says he is going to do. The drywall guys came and did an amazing job and once we paint, you wont be able to tell that our home had holes throughout. I also have to thank Telma for being patient with all of my questions and emails. I am sure there are other companies that may offer a lower price or faster service. But I don't think anyone will take a personal interest in your job like Art and Telma. As a small business owner, I really appreciate the fact that when you call, you speak with Art or Telma, not a call center or rep. Do yourself a favor and call Art for your repipe, you won't be disappointed.

Of the 4 people I reached out to, Art and co. were the most knowledgeable, reliable and timely. I called and he came out asap. He explained everything to me step by step and began my repipe the next day. Where everyone else struggled to find the time, he made it work. He is quick, kind, courteous and always available to answer any questions. His experience in the field is obvious and makes you feel comfortable to commit to his services. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone without hesitation. Thank you Art for a great experience!
