Outstanding!!! My disposal let go Thursday evening. I called Garrett's @7:30am on Friday morning and they said they could get to me in Old Towne by noon!!! They brought the Badger by Insinkerator, the exact disposal I currently had!! Mr. Garrett called and could actually come earlier and he arrive before 11am. Awesome. The install went smoothly and he was on his way in under an hour!!! Thank you so much to Garrett's Plumbing for a job well done!!! A++++++

Over the years, it's been hit or miss when finding a plumber that is honest, easy to communicate with, reasonable prices and does solid efficient work.  Jeff with Garrett's plumbing was all of these.  I would highly recommend contacting him. He helped out my parents do a pressure regulator swap for their house in Newport. They are elderly and don't speak english well but were impressed with how efficiently and professionally he was able to finish the job. They would most certainly call him again for any future plumbing needs.  I'd give my experience with Jeff a 10/10.

I contacted several plumbing companies to have someone come out and inspect my main sewer line of a house that I was going to purchase. I had contacted for companies and did not receive a single call back. A friend recommended Jeff at Garretts plumbing. I called him and immediately got an answer. Jeff took the time to explain the process to me and explained the cost based on the circumstances. He was well within reason of other Estimates. Jeff was able to make an appointment for the following morning for me. Jeff was there well ahead of time and greeted me promptly. He explained the process that he was going to do and explain the process to the home owner. He answered all of our questions and began his inspection. He provided us a video to watch as he was doing the process. He even included a video at the end of the program for my record. I am the first one to complain when someone does me wrong and I will be the first want to complain when someone does me right. Garretts plumbing is highly recommended by me I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs.

My family and I have lived in old town Orange going on for eight years and have been either burned or had bad experiences by other suggested companies in the area so I called Garrett's Plumbing based on suggestions from other neighbors on Nextdoor orange. Jeff answered on my first call and we set up an appointment for the following morning for a bath tub that was not draining and was bubbling up some disgusting smelly water in our one bathroom home.
He showed up on time even though I was late, getting back to my house, he assessed the problem, and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. He gave payed out for me the possible issues and the costs associated before he began work. First solution didn't work so he had to climb up onto the roof but was able to fix the problem in under two hours. To top it off he was very understanding and sweet to my four-year-old son who wanted to be next to him watching and understanding every little thing he did.  He even gave him an important job to do-  TL to him on the roof when he saw the water going down in the bathtub. Very pleased!

Jeff with Garrett's plumbing came to our small office in downtown Orange for service to repair the broken handle, lever and flapper and to reset and set new wax for the toilet. He responded right away on my Yelp request for quote and then followed up with a handwritten quote delivered to our office. His service was on time, professional and his follow up was great. On my way to bed, I found my kitchen sink full of water -- the adjacent dishwasher had just finished its cycle. When I tried to run the garbage disposer/use a plunger, the only thing I accomplished was making a huge mess. At this point, I knew it was time to call a plumber, and I could see the dollar signs racking up in my head. After a thorough Yelp/Google search -- I came across Garrett's Plumbing. Although I'd never used them before, I was optimistic due to the amount of positive five-star reviews this business had received. When Jeff from Garrett's Plumbing arrived, I wasn't disappointed.

Jeff -- who texted me when he was on his way -- arrived on-time and was extremely professional and honest the entire time. Within 40 minutes, Jeff was able to diagnose and repair my issue. Best of all, he was extremely fair and didn't charge me an outrageous price for his work or try and up-charge me along the way. Once Jeff wrapped up, he took the time to answer several of my questions about the long-term health of my house. Working with Jeff, I was able to map out some long-term maintenance goals, which include putting in a proper clean-out.  Thanks again Jeff, you've earned yet another life-long client.

Jeff, like all previous reviews, was fantastic. He was able to come the same day i called him and made quick work of my shower that would not drain even after i tried snakeing it myself. He even took a look at our other shower that was having some issues as well and did his best to clear out anything in there as well saving me a future trip. His was extremely fair in his pricing and considering how quick and friendly he was it was way worth the value and will use him anytime i run into a plumbing issue i cant tackle.

Jeff came out and did a great job with the plumbing fixes I needed while also giving me honest feedback for everything I asked about. He really cares about making sure the fix doesn't just work, but is what you wanted and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. He'll be the first call I make on any plumbing projects I have in the future!

We had a whistling toilet (lack of a better description) I called Garrett's due to the good reviews.  Not disappointed at all!! Jeff arrived as expected, found the issue and replaced the parts and as of yet no whistling.  Will definitely call him again when other parts of our plumbing become musical.  Thanks Jeff!

Jeff was great to work with. He is great with communication and very reliable. He was quick to answer questions and always on time. We thought we needed a lot of work done, however Jeff was honest about the work we actually needed, which was much appreciated!

Some time ago, Garrett's plumbing decided to specialize in clearing drains, and Jeff is REALLY good at it. My drain was plugged so badly that the first plumber that we called out simply gave up. Garret's plumbing was called in, and they had the specialized equipment and know-how to get the job done. Highly recommended.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!  Jeff showed up right when he said he would accommodating my request.  Very professional and a nice guy to top it off.  Fixed my issue  and left the area cleaner than it was when he showed up.  As soon as he saw my dog he said hold on, went to his truck and came back with a doggy treat and became my dogs best friend.  Class act I cannot say enough.

I had a sticky situation with my plumbing lines not being installed properly and boy did Jeff go above and beyond to clear our backed up sink through many obstacles!  Top notch service and attitude!

Five stars+ for Jeff at Garrett's Plumbing.  We were having an issue with shower controls for a bathroom upgrade and couldn't get the unit to work properly.  Initial contractor diagnosis was a possible issue with valve installation or defective cartridge's.  We thought we might have to tear out fresh beautiful tile work (desperation)!  Jeff spent about an hour methodically testing everything and determined that the NEW valve we had installed was defective.  He also resolved an issue with water flow at the newly installed faucet. All of this within 1-2 hrs. analyzing and testing the existing lines.  I love a craftsman that uses his experience and knowledge to diagnose and correct problems.  Jeff was very courteous, professional and respectful of our home when working.  I have absolutely no reservations in recommending him for plumbing related problems.  Big Mahalo Jeff!!

Had a main line stoppage, and a leaking shower nozzle. Jeff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Garrett's Plumbing has earned the title of my plumber for any future issues. Local guy lived in orange all of his life. Quality of work is excellent, and options given with best and worst case scenarios provided. At no time did I not know what was going on, or what the work entailed. I would and will recommend Garrett's plumbing to any and all experiencing plumbing issues.

Garrett's Plumbing (Jeff) responded quickly to my initial telephone call and scheduled an appointment a few days later. He arrived in the appointment time window. He installed a new faucet in our bathroom remodel - and had to do some extra work to ensure the new pipe was centered correctly in the new sink. He double checked all of his work and made sure I was happy with the end result.  Highly recommend.

Recently had to use this company for a leak under my kitchen sink.  I chose based on the great reviews.  Yelp did not let me down!  Plumber came on time, fixed problem, and reasonably priced.   I highly recommend.

Jeff is extremely skilled in his field and armed with the proper equipment to identify and swiftly repair the problem. He also shared preventative measures we as homeowners could take to avoid serious issues from tree root intrusion.  (A chronic problem that comes with these beautiful Mature trees here in Anaheim Hills.) Jeff is a one man operation so you may need to be a little patient for an appointment but his expertise is worth waiting for.

Jeff was great. Our water heater stop working on a Saturday night. Sunday I started to make calls to see who could come out on Monday.First place I called was busy and didn't have time till Tuesday which turned out to be a good thing because my second call was to Garrett's Plumbing and Jeff was so nice.  I explained what the problem was and what my husband thought the issue might be. Jeff asked that I take a picture of my water heater and text it to him so he could see the type of heater I had. He called be back within 15 minutes of my text and explained what would need to be done. He was able to come out Monday morning at 9 am. By 9:45 am my water heater was working and its been great to date ( 2 weeks).  Jeff took the time to explain everything and answered my questions.  I will definitely use Garrett's Plumbing in the future.

Jeff was great!!  Needed some help quickly to fix a toilet valve.  Toilet was off and needed someone quick to help me out.  Jeff was quick to respond and fix my issue.  Will definitely keep him on speed dial.

I have a toilet that periodically runs. About a year go I already replaced the flapper. I just don't want to have to do it again in a year. So, I contacted Jeff for advice. He answered my request right away and recommended the proper flapper to use. I so appreciate Jeff taking time out of his busy day to handle my request. Jeff is the best!

Excellent service. Jeff was always in touch, showed up on time and did good work. His price was reasonable and he explained everything. I didn't feel like he was trying to oversell his services. In fact, he said I didn't really need to changes the valves in the kichen or bathroom at all and just told me to wait on it! That is INTEGRITY!

Jeff is my new best friend/hero/addition to the Christmas card list. This guy is as stubborn as the Rootzilla in our Main. He's incredible! My husband and I just purchased our first home, and have had nothing but problems with the plumbing since moving in. We found Jeff at Garrett's through our Home Warranty. Turns out a contractor dropped a piece of shower pipe down the exposed toilet pipe, and when it hit the tree roots also in our pipes, Armageddon ensued. Jeff has worked diligently to free our pipes, going in 4 hours now. I cannot speak more highly of any of the contractors we have used during the remodeling process. Jeff has earned my trust and a place on the speed dial. You should immediately add him to yours, too! If there was such a thing as a pantheon of plumbers, Jeff would be at the top. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

Jeff is amazing!  He is one of the good guys. Someone that I endorse whole-heartedly. If you need a plumber, please give him a call. He always  looks for the best (and most economical) solution. He won't rip you off like some of the other plumbing groups I've come in contact with in recent years (and sent away).  He is great all the way around.

Noticed a leak in a line coming from our water heater and I went online to find a plumber. The one we had used for years had recently retired so I had to rely on reviews. I wanted someone local and Garrett's Plumbing showed up with excellent reviews all across the board. Called and set up an appointment with Jeff. He came out right on time (a bit early even but that was great), diagnosed the problem, and walked me through the repairs that were needed. He went to get some parts and I left him to do the work. He quickly installed a new line and valve and made sure everything was good to go. For the work he did and the time he spent, the price was reasonable and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He is kind, knowledgeable, and he does excellent work. Jeff will be our new plumber from here on out. Thanks for the great work Jeff!

I called on Thursday afternoon and Jeff said he could be out the next day between 9-12. He said I was the 2nd customer and it would probably be closer to the 9. He texted me at 9:15 saying he was on his way. I had 3 plumbing problems, 2 in a bathroom (shower and sink) and 1 in the kitchen. He was able to complete the work for all 3 in under 1.5 hours. He also had to leave to get a part and return and still under 1.5 hours. His communication was great and price was fair/reasonable. I was highly recommend to friends and family. I know I will use him again if I have any more plumbing needs.

All I can say is Jeff came through when nobody would. Jeff did a great job with fixing my shower and he is a super nice guy to work with. I will be using Garrett's Plumbing for many years to come!

Jeff from Garrett's plumbing came out as a result of a call to my home warranty company due to a stoppage that two previous plumbers were not able to resolve.  

My experience is as follows:
Jeff is very personable, polite as well as knowledgeable.  He took the time to explain things to me.  The previous plumber spent most of the time texting on his phone while completing the snake routine.
Spent the time to get the job done. Felt like I was getting quality service compared to the previous plumbers.
Got my plumbing back to the point where it can handle the water flow that it needs too.
Was at my residence exactly when he indicated that he would be and earlier.

Would I recommend this company? Based on my experience - I definitely would recommend this company.

Had Jeff from Garretts out this morning for a home warranty call. He was on time and only one hour into my four hour window. He quickly assessed the issue and explained it to me. He did a great job and worked neatly. I have a large dog so having someone who loves dogs is a plus!  He even went above and beyond by telling me how I could add a pump to my rain barrels and where I could get one. I would recommend this company and especially Jeff to anyone.

We wanted a water line added to the fridge and a dishwasher connected to the sink drain.

I knew I wouldn't be home at the time, and my fiancé would be, so my main goal was to find someone polite. According to my fiancé, Jeff from Garrett's Plumbing arrived early in his time window, described different options to my fiancé and gave prices for each option.

When we chose one, he talked out loud through all the steps and answered all my fiance's questions. He was very friendly! Now our fridge lets out clean water and ice cubes; and our dishwasher drains properly.

Professional, friendly, reasonable & upfront pricing. I was able to send photos, get a quote and schedule over text message. Jeff fit us in to his schedule next day, identified the source of our leak (tankless water heater supply line) and made the repair in a timely manner. Jeff from Garrett's plumbing is a solid bet when it comes to your plumbing needs! I had 2 idiots prior that just band aid the leak. He is the 3rd plumber I called to fix the same problem.   Needless to say..I've spent crap amount on the previous 2's incompetence. Can you tell I'm still irritated. :) I was offsite and Jeff created a video that clearly explains what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Charged me reasonably for it as well! I will definitely use him again and refer him business wherever I can. Btw, he was really quick at responding and went out of his way to check out the issue within an hour of my call!! Another key note! The reason I chose him was because he responded honestly from my initial question. :)
