Patriot Plumbing just installed a Halo 5 water system in my condo and a Home Master Water Filtration system under my kitchen sink, so I now have pure water throughout my home and pristine drinking water. I also had a Halo toilet installed. Thank you Dino, and James and Mike for doing such a professional efficient installation. I am very happy with my clean water and will definitely call Patriot Plumbing for my next plumbing job.

As I was driving out of my complex, I saw a Patriot Plumbing van at a neighbor's place. I pulled over and talked to the technician to see if he had time to take a look at my slow draining bathroom sink. He took down my information and passed it along to the office.

I received a phone call from Mike in an hour and he scheduled a technician to come by to my house later that afternoon. As soon as Mike found out there was a delay, he gave me a call to update me on the status of the technician.

Fred the plumber showed up, and was friendly with me and my dog. =) He noticed that my house is a no shoes house, and took his shoes off outside without me even asking! I really appreciated that! =)

Fred was quick to diagnose why the water drained so slowly in my bathroom sink, and was also quick to fix it. Speedy, friendly, trustworthy service!

We had James O out today to fix some slow drains. He went above and beyond the call of duty (than just snaking a drain). He cameraed in the line and found some roots and unleveled drain lines causing the back up. On top of it he crawled under the house to cross reference his findings, took pictures and reviewed everything with me. Upon fixing one bathroom he gave me a cost breakdown and what it would cost to bring everything up to smooth flowing standards. I would highly recommend James, his professionalism and thoroughness to anyone in need of plumbing coverage!

We recently installed new countertops and needed a plumbing service to reconnect our sink, disposal and dishwasher. I made an appointment with Patriot a week before installation day and not only did they show up early but Earl and his assistant worked quickly and coordinated with the countertop crew for a beautiful and smooth installation process. I called Patriot Plumbing after my garbage disposal started leaking a lot of water. They asked me to send pictures and even face-timed me to see the problem immediately. I had a pipe water leak under the concrete slab foundation. Fortunately there was no water damage to house, floors, walks etc yet. I could hear the faint sound of water running when no one was using the water. There are a couple of easy tests you can do to confirm leaks.  I went online & YouTube and researched. My house, the foundation, the walls, floors, etc could get damaged & cost $1000s to repair. It could be a nightmare to repair.
I called a couple plumbers, Patriot was the only one with a live person to talk to. I made appointment. They showed up, and did the water detection first. Very professional & courteous. They made diagnosis and discussed several options. Dino made it very clear to me what they were going to do, what size copper pipes they would use & how long it would take & the cost. I opted for rerouting the hot & cold pipes up to attic, and down to affected shower, toilet & sink.
 Their price was not low but reasonable. The lowest bidder is not often the best work, nor is a high bidder guaranteed to do a good job either. Reputation is everything to me. It should be for you too.I I don't like to gamble with my time, my house, my nerves  or my money. Patriot plumbing in Torrance is highly rated on Angie's list. I also had them replace the dry wall  that needed to be removed in order to re-pipe. I did the re-painting the walls myself. The underground hot & cold water pipes will no longer be used. I don't need to worry about pipes ever leaking under the slab again.
 I could've chose the easy & cheapest way: have them break thru the floor, the concrete slab, the fix the pipe then cover everything up. Then I'd need to replace our concrete, fix the flooring, etc. unless I wanted to pay them for doing it. And the problem can happen again!! And next time, there could be extensive water damage too. How much more would that cost?!?!
 They worked on schedule, and clean up after each day. My peace of mind is priceless.
 I would use them again & recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.

I recently had 2 pipes break involving my kitchen. One was a drain pipe that involved the sink and dishwasher, and the other was the pipe that brings hot water into the kitchen. I called Patriot Plumbing, and Dino was at my house within 45 minutes. It was Memorial day weekend, and Dino's staff worked Friday and Saturday to assure that I would be able to use my appliances over the weekend, and to make sure we could get hot water to the entire house.
Also, Dino explained both short and long term ramifications of various remedies for my problem, so when I decided on a plan of action, I felt  confident that I had made the right decision for the present and the future. Personally, I'd rather fix something just once, since in the long run, it saves on money and aggravation.  Dino only uses top rated components, and always works according to building codes. He may not be the cheapest plumber, but his work is done to last.
All things considered, I have found Dino and his crew to be very responsive to phone calls, very fast in coming to actually solve the problem, and very reasonably priced. I intend to hire him again next Spring to do a bathroom remodel.

We had a new washer installed only to find out our valves were leaking. We called Patriot Plumbing and they came out within the hour! The technician was very nice and took care of everything fast and even helped hook up my washer drain and made sure everything worked before he left. Awesome service and will definitely call them again with any plumbing needs!

We hired Patriot Plumbing to install a gas line into our kitchen.  This was a very big job!  James was wonderful- so professional and did such a thorough and perfect job!  He was so patient and responsive to all of our questions and concerns.  He even responded to one of my texts in the middle of night.  James was here on time for all of our appointments and did a BETTER than expected job! You can't go wrong hiring Patriot Plumbing!

Had a problem with some outside drains, needed to get it cleared. Called other places and had a few come out. All tell me I need to hydrojet then will likely need to reline the pipes. Multiple quotes from $5-7k. Call Patriot and Mike tells me they can be out in a few days. Get a call back and message a short time later from Mike saying their truck is not going to be available and that he's very sorry but will have to reschedule. Call him back the next day and we decide on 10am-1pm the next monday. This actually happened with a few other companies but Mike was the most professional and courteous of all the offices I spoke with.
James came out today and in the beginning the story about what needs to be done is a lot different from everyone else so I get a little annoyed and start asking more questions. I think he could tell I was annoyed but answered all my questions courteously and respectfully. After talking to James for a few minutes it was apparent he knew what he was talking about. Also, during his inspection, he was the only plumber to actually put water thru the drain to see what was going on. I let James know what other plumbers had said about relining and he told me that they would not perform that but that there were better ways to fix the problem but that he would have to get started clearing out the drains before he could give me a better estimate (every other plumber was very quick to get me their $5-7k estimate). He then proceeded to spend the next 2 hours snaking the drains. After the 2 hours were up he showed me how much better the drains were flowing and that relining or repiping wasn't really necessary. I then asked him hydrojet a few pipes to get it a little clearer (wasn't pushed on me, I just wanted to be thorough). He finished up 2 hours later and our drain was flowing like it was just put in...lol I can't say enough good things about James and Patriot Plumbing. I will definitely recommend to anyone that asks!!! Don't know if you can, but ask for James, he really was great!

I used their service for the replacement of  main line from water meter to my house. James and Dominic had done a great job for this project. After they were done, James walked me through what they did and answered some of my questions. He also sent me the pictures of the intermittent process of the work they did. I am glad I chose them for this project. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Before I decided to use them, I was struggling among several plumber companies who gave me a quote. Dino, the owner of Patriot Plumbing, came to my house personally, addressed some of my concerns, explained again (James already did while he gave me the quote) what they will do and promised me his staff will perform the task nicely. I thought he was really sincere so I made my decision to hire them and singed the contract with Dino right away. Besides, I do prefer family owned business.

Their price was about the medium among all the quotes I got (I had 7 quotes). I think their price was reasonable. Of course you can find cheaper ones but you get what you pay for. One of the companies didn't even have time to explain what they would do. They just gave me a quote, told me to call them and took off. I didn't even get a chance to ask all questions I had. Some of them told me to get the permit and call dig alert by myself so that they don't need to spend time on that, which was probably why they were able to quote at lower price. James took care of everything for me and that really saved me a lot of troubles.

I had what I suspected was a slab leak.  Patriot told me that they would charge $300 for leak detection.  I agreed and they confirmed it was a slab leak.  What I did not realize is that they were not planning on fixing it.  They recommended a pipe re-route or epoxy lining.  Had they told me that they were not going to be able to fix it then I would not have hired them!

I had called other places which either gave me an answering machine or we'll call you back to set an appointment for an estimate type of response.  Once I called, they were quick to assist and was able to come by around 7pm to fix an issue with my kitchen sink.  They assessed the situation and gave me a fair deal and were quick.  No issues or complaints!

Contacted Patriot about a clogged kitchen sink.  Dino responded quickly and provided a 1 hr window for when they would show up.  They arrived on time and provided a clear explanation and estimate for the work needed.

I needed a pressure regulator for the house. Gary was super helpful, explained everything and gave us reccomendations for future upgrades. Prices were very reasonable compared to other plumbing services we got quotes from.

We found ourselves once again in need of an honest and responsive plumber. We discovered that the shower in our new home had a shower pan that was installed improperly. After considering our options, we decided to demo the shower and install a new one, done the right way. We knew Dino was the person to call. Dino recommended going with a tile floor, which we totally agreed with. He and his crew, especially James and Angel were terrific. They took great care to make sure that our floors were protected throughout the house, not only for their work, but also for the hot mop and tiling crews. They even protected the street outside with a tarp, which amazed our neighbors.
We love our new shower. It looks great and will last for decades.
Whether we have a large or small plumbing job, there is no other plumber we would use.

When you live in an older house, slab leaks are to be expected.  Had some people come in to give us estimates on re-piping however, since we were planning a kitchen remodel in a couple of years, we decided to try and fix the problem locally.  Scheduling someone to come out was convenient and they arrived on time.   James and Dino were diligent in finding the location of the leak (its' not an easy process as the previous owners of the house has a track record of doing weird home improvement projects) and cap off the offending pipe!  Can't begin to tell you how relived we are that the problem is found!  This is a huge savings to us as the re-piping project would have been a bigger hassle and been more inconvenient.  Can't say enough good things about this company.  The owners and crew are honest and provide service that is hard to find in this day and age.   I am so happy that I found them!  Will not hesitate to contact them anytime I have a plumbing issue.

I called in during the day time and I was told over the phone that no one could come by since they were booked till the following week. Little did I know how much they care for their customers. They promised they would send someone after work hours to my parents place and roughly around 7 o'clock Junior, one of the plumbers, was there promptly and ready to fix our kitchen sink. The garbage disposal and the entire kitchen sink was leaking for the past week or so. We've been having problems after remodeling the kitchen with leaky pipes and clogs for a lengthy amount of time. Within a few minutes or so he explained how he has to come back with the proper set up in order to fix the situation. I thought he was referring to the next day but half hour later he comes back with a new garbage disposal, a few pipes, and place matts.
CLEANILESS was something he, the company, took pride on. He placed out matts insuring us that he would minimalize any mess left behind. After an hour of tedious work on fixing the sink, he cleaned up the area of work and threw out the old garbage disposal. Even was happy to being supervised in order to make sure that the work was done right.
Next time we remodel the house or need any plumbing services we are definitely calling these guys again. They understand that the customer is stressed out and they do their best to fix the situation cleanly and swiftly.

We found Patriot through Angie's list. Dino came out and spend tons of time looking at our plumbing issues and formulating a plan. They replaced one toilet, reinstalled another, replaced several shut off valves, installed a new garbage disposal and air gap and a new main line shut off valve and pressure regulator! They were honest, professional and a pleasure to do business with! Even after we installed a new dishwasher, and those installers messed up his work, he came out and fixed it right away. Highly recommend this company.

Beware of the overcharge act! I contacted Patriot Plumbing to get a quote for a leaky valve. The initial process of quoting was simple: they requested that I text them a picture of the valve. They immediately texted back a quote that seemed high, but fair enough. I accepted and Fred showed up later in the afternoon. So far so good, five stars!

Let the show begin! He went on a tirade of distress and gripe about how it is 1-inch instead of 3/4 piping, how it is difficult to get to the valve (not difficult at all), and how the water pressure was wrong, and that the picture did not show everything, etc. He was being coached live on his mobile phone as he talked to me, exhibiting the trudge of the job he was going to deal with, to make things worse than they really were. And I almost saw it coming. He said: It is going to cost you $1,200 to replace this valve! Shaking his head in discontent.

Do not fall for such scare tactics, even if you don't know anything about plumbing.

Now, I have replaced valves in my days, I simply did not want to touch this one because it was the main water shutoff valve for my house. I simply asked him to leave.
I contacted a trusted friend who is a landlord and asked her if she could recommend a plumber who will not gouge my eyes and ask for a kidney. She did, I hired them, they completed the job in no time and charged me less than the initial quote that Patriot gave me. I was so happy with their work that I am willing to refer them to anyone in Orange County looking for a trustworthy plumber. Simply contact me through Yelp if interested.

We've had two pipe leaks in our house recently and called Patriot Restoration to manage the dry-out process. The rep that handled our latest leak was Angel. He is very hard-working, thorough and professional. It's really nice to see people who take pride in their work and do such an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. Their people know what they're doing and they do it well.

We ordered a bundled service from Angies List - It was basically a flush of the water heater and a check up on the fixtures for a set price.

However I wanted something slightly different. So, when I spoke to the scheduler who called very promptly after I ordered on Angies list.
I explained to him what I was looking for and asked him if what I wanted them to do was possible instead of the service that I had prepaid for or would I need to do a different service for this.
He stated they could do it no problem. He then proceeded in asking me to gather all the pedigree information for my water heater systems. At that point I was hopeful when he wanted me to go out and get the types of water heaters and the model numbers and so forth. We spoke about the problem I was having, the fact that I was occasionally running out of hot water with no pattern or regularity and really only a few times in the past 3 years.
That should never happen with my system. I have a traditional water heater with a large tank and a re-circulation pump (for instant hot water) as well as an inline on demand water heater so if the tank ever empties or fails the on demand picks up the task and keeps hot water flowing continuously.  
Well I was having this rare issue and really only need him to trouble shoot it for me.
To this request he said no problem, I told him that I would be out the day his tech was going to be there. I then stated I don not want that to be an issue regarding communication and we can reschedule so i will be there to instruct the tech.  He informed me that he completely understood the problem I was explaining he did not know why of course, he would be able to communicate this to all effectively to the tech prior to his arrival. The tech would have to trouble shoot it and may not be able to find the issue but in any case he would have to review on site.

So the tech cam out and had no idea about any of this and he told my wife we have too much hot water and it was waste. then the Tech proceed to do the original service was not prepared for the in line on demand heater. it was very clear to my wife that the tech had no idea what I needed and he basically just performed the service and then reset all the settings on the water heaters to lower the temp to what he thought it should be. He unplugged or circulation pump   Never asked he just powered it all down to make the water warm not hot!
I returned to town and I was quite upset about the bait and switch.

First I could have waited for the service so I would be there and the tech would not have had opportunity to screw it up. second I had to get into the cabinets and learn how to reset the heater to the acceptable level. It took me some time to figure out the circulation pump was unplugged

Did he perform the flush and basic service yes but that was a total waste of my money as we have a whole house filter system and this was put in before we re pipped the whole house. So the clean out service is for other houses and we made that clear on the initial scheduling call. I have pipes and fixtures that are like new and zero calcium and hard water build up.

Basically they did not do what they said they would and in fact they changed things without asking.

I called and asked them to get back to me and told them what happened but they never replied back????

I understand having scheduling issues and perhaps the wrong tech came out but I don't know they never called me back or replied to emails

I don't understand a tech making choices for my lifestyle without asking  (changing the water heater settings and unplugging things)

In addition my whole home water heater is not working since the service so now I have had to call out other techs and pay them to basically get the system back to how it was before the tech came and just adjusted everything

So this company did the service I paid for but failed to do what we agreed was to be done in place of the deal they had set  and changed many things without asking

then they went dark and would not respond
they at a minimum owe me the service fee back
I made this service request crystal clear to the scheduler prior to the service visit...
Like many Bad businesses they only give phone and no actual follow through

This was a clear case of we already got your money clearly a lost leader and they have no intention of doing what they agreed to

AS A RULE OF THUMB STAY AWAY FROM COMPANIES WHO SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER  - IT IS LIKE POLITICIANS JUST TELLING YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR

I highly recommend Patriot Plumbing for major residential plumbing repair. They were quick to respond to my request for assistance with a slab leak and very professional. James, my technician, clearly explained our repair options and offered cost effective alternatives. He completed the work in a timely fashion and was considerate of my family. The pricing was reasonable.

I have used Patriot plumbing before and this would be the third time. I had my hot water heater replaced, lines  and valve, bathroom faucet replaced, and a long term refrigerator water filter replaced.  I would highly recommend this company.  Dino came out and gave me an estimate of the work, took his time and explained in great detail. Dino and Mike came on time, did a great job and were clean and neat. If you want quality work, and people that will give it to you strait, then this is your company. Further, Dino inspected  all the work himself-did a quality check in my opinion.They worked hard and as a team.The work was completed in no time.It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Sad to say that even when I wanted to use plumbers in Irvine, I was quoted a ridiculous repair quote of $298.00 to replace a toilet valve and flapper, breakdown $150 for labor & $148 for parts. You can buy the parts for under $50 or less. I called another family owned Plumber in Costa Mesa & they came in & did the repair plus a 2nd toilet flapper for $202.50.
Some people are just foolish & does not think about repeat business and just think that all customers are dumb.

Came to my home in Newport Coast and James did an excellent job fixing the clogged kitchen drain by replacing the broken garbage disposal, which fixed the drain. I've hired patriot plumbing on previous jobs and they know what they're doing and are quick and efficient.

It was great service, they showed up when they said they would, the guys was very helpful and did a great job! The price was very reasonable. Paid ones service twice, they got me an free service after first time not working out due to gas company inspection. They replaced a hard finding part and waited after second inspection passes. If I have a plumbing problem again they will be the first person I call.!!!!!

Dino was thorough and extremely helpful with our Slab leak.  He was able to find and cap the leaky line and left us with running water at the end.  Took the time to answer all of our questions.

It didn't take a day but we kept throwing extra plumbing issues their way. Angel did a great job!

After over 12 years, my water heater went out.  Dino from Patriot Plumbing came out and did a thorough and complete job replacing it.  He removed the old one, and installed a brand new one.  He was very friendly, answered questions well and was a pleasure to do business with.  If I need a plumber again, Ill be calling Patriot Plumbing.

I am really glad I had the pleasure of working with these guys at Patriot.  They are professional, friendly, and really know what they are talking about.  I had a leak in my upstairs bathtub, which led to secondary damages to my laundry ceiling and adjoining walls.  Dino and Mike put me at ease when I called explaining my problem.  Daniel and Angel, with the Restoration Division, came out to assess the problem and do what they do best (e.g. check for extent of water damages, mold, cut out drywall, set up fans and dehumidifier to dry out the moisture level, etc).  They did a fantastic job, answered all my questions and walked me through the claim filing process with my home insurance.  Daniel and Patriot returned all my phone calls within a reasonable time frame the same day.  This is the exact type of customer service that we all need when it comes down to emergency services like my situation. These guys are the best. James is the best. I can't express enough how appreciative I am, time and again. Responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, professional, and just courteous and nice each and every time. All reasons why they've won our loyalty.

They arrived on time per their appointment.  This was very nice as it was a Sunday and this was an emergency situation.  They explained everything that they were doing and why it was necessary.  They fixed the issue within an hour and cleaned up as if there was never an issue.

Great company.  We worked with Angel.  He was very professional, explained what had to be done and why, was friendly, showed up on time, etc.  He even worked closely with our home insurance company to give them all the details they needed.  Highly recommend.

I found Patriot thru Angies List and have used them for repipes on my residence and also plumbing issues on a rental house. Their latest work to clear a main line and install cleanouts involved scoping out the line with a fiberoptic camera, locating the clog, and installing a new cleanout in the 60 year old rental to avoid problems in the future. As always, James, who has worked on all my projects arrived when promised with his fellow plumber Mike and proceeded to dig up the front lawn to expose the pipe. It was one of the hottest days of the year, but these two guys did the job, showed and explained to me what they were doing, and completed the work while accommodating my tenants. The did a first rate job and did it at a very fair price. They are always the first plumber I refer to my neighbors.

Eran Collins was extremely helpful and very professional. He arrived and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it in under an hour. Anytime you need plumbing work done I'd request Eran.

I was very impressed with JAmes at Patriot plumbing. We purchased a new home that had several  plumbing issues. Our first plumber looked at the  problem serially, and fixed the first part that was broken. This did not fix the issues. I called Patriot and JAMES arrived to understand the problems.He asked a basic question: why did the part break? He spend the time to test all the faucets and hot water , not only for temperature, but Volume. His query led us to the root cause of the issue- the plumbing was designed in reverse of standard practices!  This solved several issues for us. Taking the time to diagnosis the problem made all the difference before opening their tool box.

Our family is a fan of Patriot Plumbing!  Our first experience with them involved our kitchen remodel 5 years ago.  They moved and upgraded our sink plumbing for a very fair price.  The employees are timely, courteous and definitely know their trade.  As the owner of a middle-aged condo plumbing failures happen and we have used them for almost every incident.  The latest involved a water heater that they had installed 6 years previous.  Upon a free quote Dino informed me that we were still under warranty and the part would be free with only the labor needing to be paid.  I didn't even think to ask about a warranty since it had been 6 years.  Now it's like we have a brand new water heater for only $295...super thrilled!

The only time another company has been employed in my house was due to the home warranty company contracting to a low bidder, let's call them Fly-By-Night-Plumbing (FBNP).  The work was incomplete and the issue resurfaced 1 month later.  FBNP then installed a sub-par, off-brand replacement garbage disposal.  It is loud and vibrates a heck of a lot more than my old top quality one...I wish we had called Patriot instead.  

We have always received excellent work and fair pricing for the quality of work they provide.  They are our family's plumber of choice from here on out!

They are punctual and seem to know what they are doing, but they are *extremely* expensive. I actually believe that I was overcharged, but being a new, young homeowner, I didn't know any better. (And I think they may have taken advantage of this fact.)

Before my 10% discount, they charged me about $960 to clear/video a main line blockage and reseat a toilet. Other companies charge $50-$100 to clear a line. (Not sure about toilets).

They won't be getting my business again. I'd stay away.

Just not sure about these folks.  Many phone calls and strong pressure to do other work that we really didn't need.Prices are high but probably no higher than other plumbers. However, they did solve the problem. Just a trust factor with me.

We have used Patriot Rooter a few times, and every time we've had excellent service. It is evident that they are experts in the field with many years of experience and keep up-to-date with the latest technology in the industry. We have used them for clogged pipes, garburator and bathroom issues, but if we ever experience a more complicated issue, I would definitely call Patriot first. Just one word, dishonest.

Dino came out and unclogged my sink in less than an hour.  He also gave me some good tips in keeping the sink drains clean.  He was very nice and professional! My experience with Patriot Plumbing exceeded my expectations.

Our external drains were clogged and were causing a pressure buildup and reverse flooding. We had no idea about the extent of the problem. It was pretty serious. Luckily, we detected the core issue in the nick of time and have Patriot Plumbing to thank. They not only rushed early morning to our home (another provider had promised the previous evening  but never showed up), but also took care of the core problem. Their technician clearly explained everything that was wrong, showed us where the clogs were occurring, and gave us a few alternative solutions to consider. We opted for the high pressure clean aka Hydro Jetting that removes all clogs and clears any roots. We also got to learn and see how this advanced system works. After the Hydro Jetting, their tech cleaned the place completely from the outside also. We are quite happy that they did a thorough job, and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

This was our second time using Patriot Plumbing, and again, we were extremely pleased with the service. Our hot water heater was making strange noises, so we called Patriot Plumbing. We were able to schedule an appointment for someone to come to our home within the next few days.

Angel G. came to our home to assess and fix the issue. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival, and arrived on time. Angel was friendly and very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining the issue with our hot water heater, and then explained what was needed to fix the problem. We needed a new unit, so Angel was very good about outlining all of the costs involved. He completed the work the same day, and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. Angel also made sure that he answered any questions that we had.

We will continue to use Patriot Plumbing for any other plumbing needs that we have in the future.

Solved a difficult yard drain problem - something not every plumber will do. Professional and efficient. Mapped the system first and after finding the blockages, had the tools and expertise to get it fixed. Worked hard and fast, and the price was reasonable.

Called at 9am and they said they would be out at 10.  I got a quick call before they showed up and they were perfectly on time.

The problem was bigger than I initially thought, requiring a full snake of the sewer line. James kept me informed of what was going on and even took the time to explain what he was looking at the whole time. When the problem kept getting bigger, Dino showed up and helped figure it out.  Both guys were just great. They even made a copy of the snake camera for us, so that we can talk to our builder about it. They gave us step by step instructions of what to do after they left.  

Overall amazing experience. Will totally use again in the future! Thank you!!

Highly recommend Patriot Plumbing! Previously James installed a kitchen faucet with accessories, and did a super neat and beautiful installation. I think he is even more picky than I am! So rare to find in a plumber and Plumbing company! On a more recent job, Dino was very responsive in evaluating a Roman Tub faucet and valve replacement. His recommendations prepared us for James to do another outstanding installation! Due to the nature of the work, it was very involved and James did a fantastic job of making everything work. Professional, very friendly, and detailed, clean workmanship. Very pleased!

Called about a slow leak in the main water line. Fred and Mike came out at the appointed time and quickly discovered the source of the leak. After locating the problem pipe ( a repair done by a gardner, done with PVC ) they trimmed the PVC and replaced it with copper. All in the span of a few hours. Very happy with their service.

This is the second time we've used Patriot Plumbing, and I've been impressed both times. I started by scheduling an appointment with MJ on the phone. I explained my situation, and she asked me to send some pictures so they could better understand the issue. After having one of her plumbers review the photos, she scheduled service for the following day. I was impressed by this approach.

The following day, right on schedule, Fred and Angel showed up. They were professional and easy to talk with and understand. They worked for several hours to resolve my issue, being careful not to make a mess. When they were done they showed me and explained to me what they had done.

Both times I've used Patriot they were ease to work with and above all honest.I will definitely use Patriot again if I have any plumbing issues.

This was a second time we called a plumber.    This time we called the right plumber.   Patriot plumbing!!  Not only did Dino fix our faulty shower for fair price but he even fixed an issue we had from a previous plumber who didn't properly install our kitchen  faucet. Regardless of the 5 star reviews, I'd give Patriot Plumbing and Restoration a ZERO if I could. I had a ceiling leak coming from the unit above mine. His insurance Co. told me to find my own contractors for quotes. Wouldn't you think Traveler's would have claims adjustors for that, but no they don't. I called Patriot for a quote. A rep. came out and said he needed to do a water mapping to find the areas with damage which would cost $150. They also said because I might have asbestos, they would need a specialist, at my expense, to test my unit before any work could be get started. I'm a woman and senior citizen on a fixed income. I've never dealt with a flood claim before. FYI-Asbestos was outlawed in CA in 1977. My units were build in 1986. My HOA said many of our units had the same flooding problem and were repaired w/o asbestos issues. After paying $150 for the water mapping, I got quotes from 911 Restoration, and American Emergency Restoration. They both used the same meter for their own water mapping and charged me ZERO. They were stunned when I said Patriot charged me $150. Both said that's part of the quote. Can't quote the cost of repair w/o one. In addition, neither even mentioned asbestos. I hired 911 Restoration and highly recommend them for their honesty, quick response, and quality of work. When they opened up all the damaged ceiling areas, there was no asbestos, not even any insulation. Nothing up there but wet pipes and wood. I called Patriot and they refused to return the $150 for something that the industry standard seems to be free and part of a quote. MJ in the office told me no refund, but to ask the insurance co. to pay for it.  I feel Patriot took advantage of me, so women and senior citizens beware. Don't pay for a quote.

I had a major leak under the front patio that another plumber couldn't fix. Patriot Plumbing solved my problem in less than a day and was at a very reasonable price. Also guaranteed! Thank you!

had a water heater leakage.  Plumber came in on a Sunday to replace the heater.  It was a bit on the expensive side, but it was a weekend, worked hard.  Had to use the restoration service afterwards.  Daniel and his crew where professional and responsive.  Over all happy with the experience.

I was referred to Dependable Graham and called them out to check out my A/C units. Bill came out spent about 40 minutes, replaced two small parts and charged me $405. I then asked him how much it would cost to move the two A/C units over 14 inches. He first said $500 and then moved it up to $600. I then called Randy, the owner at Patriot Heating, Air & Plumbing (714) 422-8625.
Randy at Patriot  said over the phone it would not be over $500. I called Dependable Graham back and asked them if they would match that price and they told me NO. Randy came out a couple of hours that same day, moved them over 14 inches, re-taped the padding on the lines and only charged me $140. Randy at Patriot has my business for life. Marie

I've used them before to install toilets, a water heater, etc. and they were great.  This crew is FIRST RATE and they back all their work and great reputation.  If you want to get the job done right call them.  We had an emergency leak behind our shower that was dripping down into the neighbor's condo below us.  They came in promptly to address the issue, identified it, and went to work right away.  They called in a restoration technician, Daniel, to access the water leak damage and he was very professional.  He showed us pictures and went over everything in detail.  He diagnosed it and fixed it at a discount price giving us AND the neighbors total peace of mind.  James had an extensive repair to make on the old shower piping behind the wall in addition to replacing all the shower fixtures due to their age and wear.  He explained it all and answered any questions or concerns.  Prices were very competitive and they gave us plenty of options to choose from for our old bathroom depending on your budget.  This crew has a lot of experience and has seen it all.  They can even do extensive remodeling and high-end DESIGN work that I will certainly call them back for in the future.  Dino, Mike, Daniel, and James were great!
