Super pricey. They charge $500.00 per hour to hydro-jet (clean-out) a side drain. What!!! $500 an hour. I wanted my side drain cleared not brain surgery. If people have money to burn, they can go with these guys.

Ryan was extremely professional and one of the nicest handymen I've ever met! At 3 AM my parents' water heater broke and started flooding the garage, and he answered their early morning call and came on time the next day. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one, all for a reasonable price. I recommend Ryan and anyone from Drain Town Rooter if you are ever having plumbing problems!! Will definitely be using them again.

We had a kitchen sink clog and started getting quotes from Drain Town Rooter. The price was good at $75 for unclog. David came and used a 100 ft snake on the drain but unfortunately the clog did not clear. Then we escalate the service to a hydro jetting process which David gave us a discount on. Unfortunately, that did not work either as the pipes were too old and just wouldn't unclog. We end up replacing the whole pipe, which cost $1,995 (discounted from $2,500). David did not charge us for the 2 original services, and just charged us for the last one. I'm very happy with the service and understands that the pipe were old and stubborn, plus David said that the pipe was installed too straight and in too many sections, making it hard for the water to go down. He did a new installation with larger pipes and at proper angles. So I'm hopeful that we will get years of uninterrupted flow with the pipe before the next service is needed.

Ryan (the owner) and the tech Zack were amazing!  Ryan booked our appointment the night before when our house back up late Sunday.  Zack showed up on time, clean, polite and professional.  He took care of major problem and the price was very reasonable.  We HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again if we need a plumber again.  Thank you Drain Town Rooter!!

Called Drain Town Rooter today in a total panic due to a drain valve not shutting off and my garage was in standing water. April helped me over the phone and was so empathic and sweet. She was able to send someone out the very same day! That was three whole days faster than the next quote I was given. Alex showed up right on time and assessed the issue in minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained what happened so that I understood the problem. Alex was honest, patient and extremely courteous. I couldn't have been more thrilled to have had these two people help me out in a time of need. I cannot be more pleased with Drain Town Rooter! Thank you, Alex and April!

These guys are awesome!  I had some plumbing repairs (somewhat time-critical) to get done.  They came out quickly, gave a very fair price and completed the work in a timely manner.  What impressed me even further was the quality of the work.  When they were done, it was top notch.  The project required replumbing/rerouting a number of interconnected pipes and valves.  The finished product was a work of art, in copper.  Couldn't be happier.  Highly recommended!

The response time was the same day on a Saturday. Zack the technician came out and cleared 2 drains. He was professional and courteous, explained everything he was going to do. He stayed a long time and made sure everything was working satisfactory before he left and the price was reasonable compared to other companies. I will definitely use them again.

I waited a month to post this review which isn't fair given how quickly Jarod came out to inspect issues i was having. My neighbor beneath me spotted a leak in his ceiling, i panicked, Jarod was able to come out in less than 24 hours on a Saturday. Very courteous and professional, great attitude and communication. Fortunately the leak was minor and easily fixed. But if i ever have a serious plumbing issue im glad i know who to call now.

David and Randy were incredible and professional! They were tasked with replacing my kitchen sewage pipe in my condo and told me upfront that they'll have to remove some cabinet but they'd do their best to patch it up. I greatly appreciated that alone as other plumbers said they wouldn't put any sort of cabinet back. They also told me that there was a 5 year warranty on parts and labor, but with the quality of their work, I'm hoping I won't have to use it. They took their time, showed and explained to me everything they were doing, let me watch the camera line they put down, and did an awesome job. If I ever have a plumbing issue again (hopefully not tho) I'm definitely calling Drain Town and asking for David and Randy!

They were really awesome and getting out quickly and super organized but the technician that showed up was a whole different story. Didn't really understand the need and kept trying to sell us on his drain cleaning. It almost feels like the technician was on the hook to get commission.

I don't like to beat down other plumbers and businesses. I'd rather pump up the good ones, and boy has it been an adventure until I found Drain Town.

Not the cheapest, but and it's a but you all need to pay attention to. They do it correctly and they put in the extra time to do it right. I've been dealing with about 10 other plumbers, getting quotes and bids for other projects. I'm also familiar with the CSLB and construction law. These guys are legit. As an attorney, I'm usually careful, but I trusted a friend and got screwed. Now I know Drain Town is the go-to. The work they did to clear the drains in the exterior drain system was perfect. David was especially working hard to make the house drain right. Kudos to David.

Here are issues I've had with other plumbers: one left toilet paper in the wall after doing some work, one tried to give me a bid without stepping in the house, one tried to sell me a new water heater I didn't need...oh boy there's more. Be careful out there folks.

These guys are the best they helped my wife and I replace our whole main sewer system. They had fair pricing and most importantly they provided us with 5 star service like nobody else ever had. We will be referring them to all of our family and friends.

David asked the questions to resolve where issue may be clogged. We had tried ourselves several times but could not unclog the dang thing. David snaked a few times but dratted thing was horribly clog. So w.o. further ado he called Randy to come use the camera to see just why on earth it just wont unclog. Randy who was here fast as can be; so we didn't sit around waiting which was great. I tell you those 2 worked their tushes off to clear it so we wouldn't have to get a jack hammer out. Talk about hard loyal labour and getting it done! The problem was from pieces from our pool getting drained and deposits that got stuck for a new pool flooring. Some roots as well, but they worked and blasted with their awesome equipment.  All through out was in the knowledge of what they were doing and could see what the issue was. Good communication is a plus. With all our home improvements going on  it was great this little (huge) incident was resolved with a BIG THANK YOU RELIEF!! So All these guys are great and recommended them Top notch!!

Kitchen sink clog.  Called Drain Town Rooter.  They came on Sunday and fixed the situation.  Very professional.  Pricing was clear and reasonable.  I would use them again.

They were able to unclog my drain fairly quick.  There was originally a misunderstanding over the price of service.  I was charged more than advertised.  I received a phone call from the owner who provided an explanation of the issue and offered to refund the overcharge.  This is obviously an owner who cares about his company and his customers, and I recommend their service.

Had another Great encounter with Drain Town Rooter originally only to install new shut-off valve for dishwasher hot water connection, but since Jarod and his partner we're all ready here, I asked them to install diverter tub spouts as well,  and  new cartridges for really hard to open/close  shower opening valves, ( no wonder they been there since 1994).
Professional Great Clean job, no rushing or cutting corners, thinking about repiping whole house next year with those guys !

Our kitchen sink started backing up on a Sunday. I reached out to Drain Town and surprisingly they do work on the weekends and they don't charge additional to come out!! For only $75 they came out and snaked my clogged drain and fixed the issue. They were also super responsive, phone call and text message, confirming our appointment and phone and text message from the plumber notifying me that he was 30 minutes out. Really great service.

I inadvertently called the wrong plumbing company but I really got lucky.  When the repairman came to the house and I looked at his shirt I told him that I never called his company.  He assured me that I did.  He fixed my leaky toilet and gave me an estimate for another repair which I decided to put off for now since it was not urgent.  Jared was the plumber that explained everything to me, repaired the toilet problem and when it was time to leave, saw my trash cans at the curb and said if you open the gate I will take them in for you.  What a gentleman.  Thank you for your service.  Will use them again.

From Jared taking my call after hours, to Desiree confirming my appointment, updating me, and answering any questions and finally to David Z, my actual plumber who did the job, this was one of the best plumbing experiences I've had! David explained what he did and how to prevent the issue in the future. Before he arrived, I got a text with a bio and a photo of him so I'd know who to expect! Super nice, polite, quick and took care of the situation with my shower drain! It's tough to find quality people who take pride in their work, but David exceeded all expectations!

We had our house re-piped by Drain Town Rooter. 50's era ranch home on a raised foundation, and Derek and Dakota replaced all of the old galvanized supply lines with modern PEX and copper. They were friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions along the way. While they were here, I also had them move a gas line for me under the house. First time using Drain Town and was very pleased. Already have more projects lined up that I will be calling them for.

Over the years we have dealt with a lot of plumbers and other contractors. Drain Town Rooter is at the top of the list for professionalism. We had them install a whole house water treatment system which we had purchased. They provided an estimate on Friday and did the install on Monday. The work was done cleanly and timely. In the course of the install the plumber asked if he could upgrade the parts that came with the system (pipes, connectors, etc.) that the estimate was based upon to make the install more durable, and as it turned out had a cleaner look despite.. With our permission he did so and yet held to the original estimate.

Drain Town Rooter is a great company!! I am not only a realtor but also work for a property management company, and I have called Drain Town multiple times for our properties, but what makes this company stand out is we have called them On Christmas Eve. They went and fixed the plumbing issues without hesitation. We've called them at midnight and even at six in the morning, and they answer our calls and get someone out to the home with no problem.

I am so impressed. We were in a dire situation with one bathroom in the house - - at night. This company had someone to our house and the toilet fixed within the hour. Personable, professional, economical...good to know there are still companies like this in the world!

We found Drain Town Rooter on Yelp and called them because of their great ratings.  David, the tech that came to my home identified the problem quickly.
He snaked the blocked drain twice just to make sure that the blockage was clear. Then ran the water to make sure he had cleared the blockage.
Since our home is 40 years old, he suggested that we get our pipes water blasted if this problem reoccurs. David was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
We will use them again should a problem arise.

This is my very first review in Yelp.  I just couldn't pass on it.  Last night, our kitchen sink got clogged.  I got the fee estimates from several plumbing companies and chose Drain Town Rooters because the estimate was the most reasonable.  I usually go with the company with the a lot of reviews but I gave a shot since fixing clogging is fairly easy.  
The owner Ryan responded very quickly and told me to contact his office to schedule an appointment.  The office people were very polite and the scheduling was smooth.   The technician, Zack was honest, approachable and communicated with me in a very professional manner.   I asked him so many questions and he explained everything thoroughly.  
We thought it would be an easy fix but had some challenges.  It took more than we expected and I felt bad keeping him after their business hours  but he tried everything to fix the clog.   And finally we got it fixed!!  

Zack had a great attitude and very knowledgeable.  The pricing was very very reasonable.  I would definitely use Drain Town Rooter for any plumbing works in the future.   Thank you so much!

I had a plugged drain pipe connected to my washing machine... or so I thought. i found a few plumbers nearby but decided to call the Drain Town Rooter team and I am glad I did! They are extremely knowledgeable and very professional! i told them my problem and they ask me if I needed them to come to my hous le right away, but it was kind of late, for me anyway. I asked them to come to my house the next day, they asked what time would be good for me. I asked them to come early in the morning and they agreed. We agreed on 11 am. When the next day came, I was just so excited to get my drain unplugged and move on with my life. Early in the morning I got a call to confirm my appointment, which is always appreciated! I got another call and a message letting me know who to expect and that he was on his way. I was lucky enough to get David as my service technician. He was young, but VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL. Long story even longer... He saw the problem, asked a few questions and I showed him what I thought was the problem. He saw and knew right away, that my problem was not as clear cut as I thought. He didn't worry me, he just picked up the phone and called GarrId, one of his supervisor. Garrid got to my house really quick. He too was so friendly and knew his trade extremely well. He saw the situation and told me straight out what the problem REALLY was. Man was I wrong! I found out that there where  many things missing and therefore, this clogging situation would continue to happen as long as I didn't have it fixed right. I agreed and totally understood the situation that faced me. I was freaking out, but they quickly put my mind at ease. I asked for an estimate, Garrid told me NOT to worry and that they would work with me. When I got the estimate, I was so pleasantly surprise, they truly gave me a great deal and they gave me an offer I couldn't refuse! Lol! Anyways, I really needed to get this problem fixed and fixed RIGHT. I agreed to the estimate and was happy to get it done so quickly and done RIGHT! Early the Next day  (Sunday) David came to my house and like a man with a plan started to do ALL that work and just kept going and before knew it he was doing so much, but was set on accomplishing his goals, as he was almost done, I was visited by another one  of his supervisors, Randy. Again I was so happy to meet another friendly and very knowledgeable person. I was so glad to meet yet another GREAT guy. Anyway, he observed David and agreed on the procedure taking place and used his cameras to inspect the pipes, after that he and I had a great conversation, we talked about his extensive experience and how AMAZING his team really is. I enjoyed our conversation and he had to leave on another service call. We said our goodbyes and before he left, I asked him for some business cards to pass on to my friends and family. I extended my friendship and I told him I would definitely be calling him for ANYTHING else concerning my plumbing needs. When before I knew it, David was done!! Review of a September 2022 estimate and inspection process. We didn't end up needing the repair, however I did have a good experience working with this company, Clayton, the office, and the owner. I had several in-depth questions and specification requests for a potential mainline replacement. The owner of the company took the time to contact me directly to answer my questions. Both Clayton and the company owner were professional, kind and respectful. The pricing for the bid and all supporting contracts were impressive and a great rate was offered. We had a leak from a drain from our Kitchen sink to the outside pipe.  We called Drain Town Rooter and they were out first thing the next morning. (It was not an emergency)  Clayton was dispatched to our house and right away we knew we got the BEST!  So nice and friendly....my husband and I felt like we met a new friend!  He did such a great job and so very neat.   Clayton from Drain Town is amazing and I am recommending Drain Town and Clayton to my neighbors.    If we have any more plumbing problems, we will go straight to Drain Town Rooter

We had a clog in our sewer line and had dirty water leaking out from underneath our toilet. I saw a special offer from Drain Town Rooter and they were the only company that gave us pricing over the phone. Every other company required a site visit before they would tell us anything, even a range. In the end we had almost 5 quotes and Drain Town Rooter charged less than half of what the other companies wanted us to pay. They were very professional, honest, and helpful and didn't play games like the other plumbers. Randy was especially great. I would recommend them to anyone and they will be my first phone call if I need a plumber again.

My wife called while I was out of town and said she hurt running water but didn't know where it was coming from. It was a Friday evening about 8pm. I found Drain Town on Google. I called and spoke to a very nice man who said he would have someone out within the hour. Come to find out we had an old pipe give. We are in a raised foundation and the plumbing was under the house. My wife said Randy was really nice. He was under our home at 9:30pm at night. He came back the next day with a team. By end of day we had new plumbing and were good to go. My wife said she felt comfortable the whole time and in speaking to them over the phone I felt we were in good hands. Very grateful for that team!

Our bathrooms were having trouble with flushing completely. So we looked around for a plumbing company that could come out without any extra costs. Drain Town Rooter gave me a price for unclogging my drain. He also told me that he would waive the price of the snake and he would put the camera down to see what the real problem is that is causing this to happen every three months or so if I wanted him to do so. I agreed to have him to do the camera and he found a break under the sidewalk edge of my walkway leaking into the the ground building up. He told me that he could get started on it that evening and have it finished up and fixed within a couple days with a reasonable price and fixed with a 10yr warranty. David was very clean, very respectful and did a great job repairing our plumbing. We will definitely recommend and use Drain Town Rooter again if needed!

Our 20 year old tank water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. We were looking for a plumber and remembered that our daughter called Drain Town Rooter to snake our lines while she was housesitting for us in the summer. We found the Drain Town business card and were connected with Ryan. Ryan came to our home the same day and provided us with a proposal for a tankless water heater installation. We had already completed our own research and knew enough about tankless water heaters to know if Ryan was providing accurate information. Ryan was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and kind. The proposal was a little higher than we anticipated but after speaking to some friends who had the same service, we learned that Ryan's quote was reasonably priced. We decided to go with Ryan and Drain Town because they were helpful with our daughter, professional and we were very happy to be working with a local small business. Ryan and his partner came out to our home a day later and in 3 hours they removed the old water heater and installed the new tankless system.  We could not be happier with Drain Town Rooter and now have a plumbing company for life!!!

Called and they were out here within a few hours to deal with several plumbing issues we were having. Really explained every step we needed and got us on the schedule immediately!  Both Randy and Ryan were really helpful. Fixed both indoor and outdoor shower along with a bathroom sink in just a few hours!

We selected Drain Town Rooter to hydro jet our yard drains to clear a blockage caused by the heavy December 2021 rains.  We selected them over the other two companies we interviewed because estimator did an excellent job answering our numerouos questions about concerns.  They and the workers did an excellent and professional job in cleaning our drains.  The price we paid was lower than the quotes from the other contractors we interviewed.

The garbage disposal button for the kitchen sink was broken so I called Drain Town. They're very professional, responsive and followed up with the appointment time of arrival. They came exactly when they said they would. It turned out to be a very simple fix so they DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING! Not even for the service call! Amazing!! In this day and age to receive this kind of service is incredible.

Edit: I am changing my review to 5* because it is my fault, luckily they had recording of the service call and it was me that did not hear the part where she mentioned I'd have to remove trap it would be $199.
Normally I only give up to 4* unless service is impeccable, but they would come clear out drain on a Sunday, gave them extra star.
Guys if you have older houses, expect to pay $199. Most houses won't have clean out unless they were built recently.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink, and they sent someone out within a couple hours of our call. We are new homeowners of the house and unsure how the previous owners treated the home. David was super professional, knew exactly how to access the drain from outside our home and gave us the option to snake the drain to clear it and/or to hydro jet the drain after he snaked it. We decided we also wanted to have our main pipes inspected for any grease or potential future clogs (which we were told all was clear and we should be fine). We are so pleased with their service. I had a disaster happen to our home weeks before Christmas Day 2022.  I call Drain Town Rooter of Orange County and they sent a tech named David.  David was wonderful,l he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly.  Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than expected and Randy Brewer got involved, Randy and his team did a Wonderful fix to the plunging issues at my home.  They were straight forward no B.S., very professional, and did an excellent job!  Thank you, Randy, for all your help!

Everything perfect from the individual that made the appt, and called me back with an earlier slot. Cannon was amazing. Quick, up front about  price and did not confuse me with tech talk and other services. Will be a repeat customer.

I called these guys at 10PM after another rooter company bailed on me. Ryan responded within minutes and offered to come right out - no extra night charge. I asked them to come the next morning instead - and they started right at 7AM. Turns out our problem was a completely destroyed sewer line - with no option but to replace a section. They got to work right away - and by the end of the day left no trace of the repair. As a new business, they are striving hard to earn the trust of customers - and I will definitely call them back for any future drain problems.

Had the MOST INCREDIBLE experience with Jarod when he came over to our home.  We had a tree die in backyard. We removed tree and found water pooling 3-4 feet below ground level. Water kept filling into hole. We had the sewer checked by another company. No issues reported. We performed a hydro static test on the water system. No leaks found. We believe the water
is coming from the city storm water drain system in street. Jarod came and checked our home to ensure it was not coming from inside the home. David was an excellent communicator, letting me know his ETA frequently before his visit, as well as explaining what needed to be done in order to fix my valve and drain issues. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable, and worked speedily upon getting approval for the work that needed to be done. Cannon came out on a Sunday during 4th of july weekend and helped us with a pipe burst fix. Now we have water in our house again. Prompt and quick service. He also checked the water pressure of our house to ensure its the right amount.

Once again I needed the services of a really great plumber and Drain Town Rooter fit the bill.  Randy Brewer came out to replace our whole house water system as well a a connection needed for our hot water recycling system.  He always is professional, takes the next step and cleans up so it looks like he was never even here.  I know I can trust Randy to help us decide what products are best for us and our use and not up sell us to something we do not need.  I highly suggest Drain Town Rooter for any plumbing needs.

Late Friday night I found my kitchen sink backing up...of course, at the start of a weekend.  I did some research here, and found great reviews (plus a $75 drain cleaning rate that didn't vanish on the weekend as some others did).  The cost wound up being a tad higher because I didn't have an exterior clean-out (they let me know up front) but was a still very reasonable given the circumstances, and lower than other quotes.
David was scheduled in short order and came right on time.  He was very cordial and helpful, explained what was going on - he snaked through grease/gunk, not roots - and even checked the water pressure on his way out!  I couldn't have been more pleased with the ease and speed of dealing with this bothersome blockage - especially as it was on a weekend.  David couldn't have been nicer, or more conscientious.  Drain Town Rooter made my day.

I called Drain Town Rooter early this afternoon with a plumbing issue.  We had a clogged sewer drain that needed to be cleared right away.  The lady dispatcher who answered the office phone was professional and nice.  I received a text immediately after I hung up with a confirmation of my appointment, the company phone number and license number.  I was able to get a plumber out the same afternoon, his name was David Zamorano.  He sent a text with his information and picture right before showing up as well as his top priority to always provide 5 star service and was an excellent problem solver.  He arrived on time, was friendly, nice and was an awesome plumber!  He had the problem solved and fixed in no time.  A+ awesome experience, I will definately use them again for my plumbing needs!  Excellent customer service!  Prices are very reasonable to boot!

Responsive and extremely knowledgeable! Spoke with Ryan over the phone, he easily proved himself to be a subject matter expert and was able to explain possible issues, their possible resolutions, and what would be an estimated cost. They were able to schedule me for a same-day appointment.

I was notified ahead of time by Desiray, that a technician will be available to stop by earlier than our appointed time. David arrived with mask and booties and quickly diagnosed the issue. David was friendly and was helpful in answering all my plumbing questions so that I knew what symptoms to look out for in the future!

Ultimately, David did not need to perform a service, and the consultation was free.

I highly recommend Ryan, David, Desiray and the whole team for this experience. Although I hope to never have to give them a call again, they are my first choice!

10 stars if I could. Called about a landscape drain and then added a bathroom remodel to the mix. We've been without a working master shower for a bit and had been resolved to having to do a major reno. Dakota walked us through the options we had - none required major demo! We booked a follow up on the spot and the work started two days later. He installed new fixtures on our master tub and a new rain shower. We really wanted the shower head to come from the top. None of this was beyond Dakota's skill set. He rocked it. We couldn't be happier with the work (and clean up after). Highly recommend.

This was our first time calling Drain Town Rooter and it was an emergency Saturday morning call - of course.  We had a pretty nasty sink clog and back-up that could have been disastrous.  I was in a panic and was so relieved to have finally found a plumbing company that answered their phone with a real live person.  Desiree calmly was able to dispatch Ryan to our home within 90 minutes to assess and fix the problem.   Ryan was professional, nice and very knowledgeable.  We are so please to find Drain Town Rooter because you just never know when these things are going to happen.

Our drain clogged in our laundry room. Drain Town opened up drywall and found cast iron stack to be broken and clogged.
They were out the house for two days, provided excellent honest service and was able to resolve the problem. They did an excellent job, were clean and cleaned up after the job was finished.
I now have hired Drain Town Rooter to do another larger job at my house replacing the piping underneath. Totally trust this company and the employees are polite and respond immediately when you call.

After installing a new washing machine, our old overflow pipe was too small.   We called Drain Town Rooter and they came out promptly.   A larger pipe was installed and they also put a hydro jet down the drain.  David was great to work with, polite and very competent.  He answered all our questions.  He did a good job cleaning up after the job.  We are very happy with their work and would not hesitate to recommend David and Drain Town Rooter.

So there we were...
at the end of a move. We'd sold our washing machine and the folks that turned off the water valve to the house seemed to have broken it. The transfer was happening the next day and I was exhausted and stressed. (I had shattered glass in the pool, and had just spent about an our trying to fish out the shattered glass!)

I called a couple local plumbers that we knew but none were available in short notice. Ryan from Drain Town Rooter responded, and he said he'd be able to find me a technician by the end of the day.

Chris showed up at the end of the shift, and quickly diagnosed that the fly-lever was just stuck and just needed a bit of chutzpah to turn it back on. He was able to do so quickly.

No charge! he said. I was over-the-moon relieved...for a moment.

Then I went inside to make sure all the faucets were off, and stepped into the garage one last time to check things out, and noticed that the hose that had been in the washer was spraying water. Nooooo! Was this would be a nightmare day that does not end, the sun now descending behind the houses to the west?

Happily Chris had not left, and came into the garage and offered a couple of solutions. He had a small hose that could seal off the pipe, and was willing to charge me less than the cost of the hose ($10). I had a twenty-dollar bill that I was happy to part with without change. I locked up the house and drove to our new place with the first peace of mind I'd had in days.

Plumbers can be heroes, friends. And Ryan and Chris were just that for me. 11/10 would recommend.

TL;DR Version:  I wish I found Drain Town Rooter sooner.  They're awesome, so you should work with them for all your plumbing needs.

Also after reading some negative reviews on them here, those comments did not resonate with me nor reflected my experience.  Additionally, I find their pricing to be more than fair.

Long version:

After having dealt with sub-par plumbing companies and contractors within the past few months (thank you American Home Shield), it was refreshing to deal with a company that KNOWS what they are doing.

Since our first dialogue to talk about my problems to having Ryan visit to evaluate our leak issue, I was impressed with how they conduct themselves:  communicative, professional, polite and knowledgeable.  It's a rarity to deal with a plumbing company that not only instills 100% confidence that they are experts in their craft, but they will treat you with the utmost respect.

I really can't say enough good things about them.  Ryan is phenomenal and his vast knowledge of his craft is clearly evident when you engage with him.  He and Drain Town gave recommendations that would even potentially lose them business if it's in the best interest of the client.  This is rarity and I am blessed to find a company that is highly ethical in this industry.  They really look out for you.

I know I will use them again.  My brief encounter with them have left such a great impression that I know I want to do business with them for years to come.  I trust them and I highly, highly recommend you work with them.  They deserve it - these are the types of business you want to see thriving.  You also owe it to yourself to work with a company that will treat you like a partner, rather than another customer.

Dakota did an awesome job fixing my drain leak, main leak, and repiping job at my house. Everything went according to plan. Dakota is very personable and experienced in his profession. His pricing was fair and competitive. He returned all of my phone calls and text messages. Most importantly, he was on time every day he was suppose to be here. I would definitely use this company again if I had a plumbing problem.

We had a gas leak and Ryan at Drain Town Rooter was amazing. He was very upfront and honest, let us know the best options so we wouldn't overspend and waste time. Some other companies were saying we had to Repipe the entire house for $15k then we had to pay him $80 for a visit.

Drain Town Rooter came at no charge for inspection and explained our best options. They fixed the issues quickly and we are very satisfied. Highly recommend them.

We ran into an issue with our kitchen sink clogging and after having a different plumber take a look, we felt it was best to get a second opinion. We contacted Drain Town Rooter and they came by within two hours on a Sunday to try and fix our problem. It turned out to be a much bigger and more complicated ordeal than we anticipated and Randy kindly waived the $99 cable and camera fee since the sink couldn't be unclogged during our initial appointment. He and his team came back out the very next day to repipe and conduct a hydro-jet clean out. The level of knowledge and professionalism was really impressive, not to mention how patient they were trying to figure out the best way to access the pipes since we have a complicated kitchen layout. Called them and they came out same-day on a Saturday. Sent out Hugo who did a great job. He explained everything and the options I could choose from.   Will use them again for my plumbing needs.

We had both toilets clog and bubble Friday night.  By Saturday morning, one toilet had overflowed and the shower became a pooling cesspool.  We contacted this company and immediately were transferred to their office where an appointment was scheduled for early afternoon.  We were lucky to have a technician become available within a hour so we took the time slot.  Clayton was professional in his interactions, personable (Hawaii forever), and listened to my concerns.  He and his supervisor were able to unclog our pipes but also discovered our pipes were starting to show their age and act like clogged arteries (typical for a 60 year old home).  In order to stop future clogging, we received a recommendation to descale the pipes and insert a sleeve that will help maintain the pipes' integrity plus build another water trap in the front yard.  Who knew our newly purchased home (2020) would become a money pit, but we are so grateful that this issue is solvable.  At all times, I felt I was in good hands with this company and would not hesitate to use them should any future issues arise.  Great work and stellar customer service

Excellent experience.  Reached out for quote, replied in minutes.  Sent a technician out in about 2 hours and job was completed at time of consultation. Price was almost $200 less than alternate quote. I couldn't be happier.

Draintown Rooter was great. They responded to my need after another plumber failed to unclogged my upstairs kitchen sink. They came when they said they would, fixed the problem, and provided great service at a great rate. Another known plumber, Roto Rooter quoted me 7 times the rate that Draintown did it for, and when I questioned the rate, they left quickly without an explanation. Roto Rooter has nothing on Draintown, so don't bother calling Roto Rooter. Just call Draintonw and Desiree will help coordinate the great service for you. Randy and his crew were great. Super swift response and service. I had a backed up kitchen sink drain and I needed someone to clear it out, and they were able to send someone down the same day. Cannon was very friendly and informative, and handled the job perfectly.

Where do I start?, especially when you have a tub filled with mud and sludge left over from the first company you called. I mistakenly called a company whom I thought had been out before and I had a coupon for to clear a drain, they wanted to charge me a fortune and ended up leaving a mess and still clogged mainline sewer. Then I remembered who I had used before and it was Drain Town Rooter to the rescue. They had been out a month earlier and cleared my drain, but gave me fair warning it was a bandage for a bigger problem. I crossed my fingers for this 55 year old house but no joy the fix lasted about 6 weeks. So when I get them back on the job they gave me an honest assessment of the damage to my cast iron pipes and proposed several possible solutions. We decided to go with de-scaling and lining the original pipes and couldn't be more happy with the process and result. Our lead technician/plumber David was courteous, professional and communicative. He showed us the progress at every step and took the time to explain everything that was happening. Big bosses Randy and Ryan both visited the site to check on the job talk me off the ledge and pitch in to get done as quickly as possible. They didn't leave a mess, put my yard back together and even gave us a new rock garden. Thanks Ryan! Called on a Friday night for a running toilet. Ryan was super helpful and patient with me and he diagnosed the issue over the phone. I sent photos for him to review of the toilet parts. He dispatched a technician when he said he would and Dakota arrived within the hour. Appreciate Dakota's professionalism and friendly demeanor. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it. In the past six months, I've had three different plumbing companies out to try and resolve my kitchen sink not draining. I found Drain Town Rooter on yelp, with outstanding reviews, and decided to give them a try. They sent Alex out to help me resolve the challenge. Unfortunately, that didn't go well. I'll spare you the details, but suffice it to say I signed, not satisfied and emailed the company a letter, since it was after hours, to let them know why I was so unhappy. The following  morning I received a call from one of the owners, Adam, regarding my email. He was professional, listened to my explanation, and scheduled his partner Ryan out the very same day to assess the situation, and resolve it.  Fortunately, Ryan was exceptional, and resolved the plumbing problem quickly and efficiently, he also refunded a portion of my bill. I was so impressed with the integrity this company had for making things right that I asked to scheduled Ryan back to install a new kitchen faucet. Again, he came through beautifully! Mistakes happen, and no one can avoid them entirely, but making it right is most important. I'm so impressed, and appreciative of the trustworthiness of this company, and that the owners took immediate steps to resolve the issue!

I had an emergency with a clogged drain and drain town rooter expeditiously came out the same day I requested and it just so happened that they had a special on drain issues, so that was a bonus. David was quick and knowledgeable of what the issue was and had it fixed in no time. Thanks again for the awesome service.

Responsive, Quick, Great Service

This was the first time I called this company for service. We were under quite a time constraint between Airbnb tenants. They were able to fit us in and arrive within an hour and a half of our initial service request. Both office staff and Plumber were pleasant efficient and knowledgeable. We will definitely use this company again.

We had water coming up from shower and base of toilet called 4 plumbers before finding Drain Town Rooter who showed up and resolved the issue fast. We'll need a large service done in order to prevent it from happening again but when it has in the past no one else told us the fix to stop it from happening again so here we were once again dealing with it.
The service was done in a clean manner and no mess at all to deal with.  I apologize for not remembering the names of the two of the gentlemen who did the service but they were so polite and knowledgeable as well as Jared who explained the process and sent me video of the entire drain. I'll use this company in the future 100%! The price was amazingly low for the service which shocked me. Good job all around guys!!!
