Best Electricians in California

I contacted Archbold Electric due to an issue in our garage.  Considering my knowledge of electrical issues is minimal, my default was to contact an expert to try and get fixed.  Fortunately, the fix was very simple over the phone saving me much $$ in time/effort to have someone out to get diagnosed.  Thanks again!

Seems I am the first one writing reviews for Mega Power.  They actually had more reviews for the LA branch.  I read those reviews and I can tell that Gary really cares about his reputation.

OK, my story.  I was thinking of installing solar in early 2022, after learning NEM 3.0 in California would be delayed indefinitely.  I started my journey with energysage.com, and got quotes from 6 local installers, including Mega Power Electric Inc.  I've also reached out to SunPower, and left my contact at Sunrun in Costco.  I finally decided to work with Mega Power for these reasons: 1. many positive reviews; 2. their price is very competitive; 3. I work directly with the owner German (Gary), who actually does the job.  No sales; no project managers.  While those sales people are nice and professional, the process is just as as efficient as talking directly with Gary.  Mega Power does everything very fast.  Gary came to our house and took some pictures; went back and shared his initial plan; we wanted two additional panels; Gary revised the plan (within 24 hours).  One or two weeks later, Gary and his people were on my roof.  Installation of 24 panels was done within one day.  City inspector initially had questions about the ground wire.  Gary and his team came back another time, and finished #4 ground wire upgrade within a couple of hours.  Passed city inspection.  Getting approvals from PG&E (final step) was a long story.  Gary and Mega Power did whatever they could to help and I appreciate that.  Overall experience with Mega Power was quite positive.  Definitely recommend Mega Power for their efficiency, work quality, and communication.  Additional data points I would like to share: while Gary and his team worked on installation, I was busy filing complaints with another company for their no show activity in the very first scheduled meeting. Oh, my wife and I already recommended Mega Power to another lady.  I probably should collect some referral fee from Gary.

Thank you for patiently explaining the electrical problem in a way that made it understandable. Thank you for coming on such short notice. Thank you for not charging me an arm & a leg for great service. I would recommend Al Smith Electric in a heartbeat!

We will use Valencia Electric for the rest of our electrical needs from now on.  Natalie does amazing work and left us feeling so much safer about our 100 year-old home's quirky wiring/outlets.  We had several faulty interior outlets assessed and replaced along with all of our outdoor outlets.  Natalie also rerouted a dishwasher outlet, checked the panel and assessed our attic and crawlspace to make everything safe and bring it up to code.  She helped us problem-solve and she was super efficient, considerate, very fairly priced, clean and COVID-safe.  Not only that, Natalie is extremely knowledgable about her trade and is a very chill and kind person to work with.  She also pointed out an obvious problem with our HVAC unit, which isn't even her job, so we could have that addressed.  Above and beyond. We highly recommend Valencia Electric to anyone in need of electrical work in the Bay Area or the Chico area!

I had Tyler come out and do some electrical work I wanted some new lighting in my kitchen. He called me to confirm the appt and then showed up on time. He was prepared and efficient. He did exactly what I wanted and worked clean and fast. I already have some more electrical projects at my house that I need done and he is the only electrician that I trust. He's easy to get ahold of and accommodating to your life schedule. While he was there working on my lights he took a courtesy look at this outlet in my bathroom that wasn't working and he found the issue and fixed it for me.

Julian did a thorough inspection of the furnace and A/c operations. He

Ibo is a life saver. He came over on a short notice, diagnosed the problem, and fixed my electrical issues quickly. He did not overcharge. Will be calling him again in the future.

Fantastic service - Nathan is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable electricians Ive ever encountered. He helped install an outdoor light fixture and the work looks great! Can't recommend him and Divine Electic enough.

Ryan's quote was the fairest for a quick service I needed to replace my broken garage tube light. He made sure to show up with the right set of tools and even made an extra trip to the store just to find an extra pair of I-hooks that the manufacturer forgot to ship.

I highly recommend John Hope Electric. These guys were able to come out quickly. The technician was courteous and experienced and was able to get my issue resolved. They are also reasonably priced.

Wilson is very professional and efficient. He helped me solve some issues with my rigid conduit requested by PG&E for my electrical panel upgrade. I needed help fast because this problem blocked my house remodel inspection.  Wilson is very flexible to support my timing needed. And he did a great job fixing the issue.  Highly recommended!

Sam was terrific helping me fix the issues created when we had a PG&E transformer blow up on  our street. It blew out my garage door opener, my doorbell, 2 GFI outlets, my Keurig coffee machine, my Sonicare toothbrush and several other things in my house.  Sam came in and quietly and efficiently fixed everything, and at a very reasonable price.

Alvaro was the first to respond to my inquiry and based on his reviews, I just went with him. He was very efficient and saved me time, which I really appreciated. First, he gave me a quote based on the photos I provided; then, he came in on time to do his work.
He did my entire kitchen wiring after remodeling and installed some kitchen lights and Wi-Fi switching. Additional work came up during the installation of all these, and he explained the situation and got it done at a reasonable price.
I love my kitchen lights and am pleased with Alvaro's work. He pays attention to detail and cares for your product as if it was his own.
Overall, his work was professional, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. I would very much recommend Gomez Electric. You won't be disappointed.

Dave came over to my house to take a look at some ceiling fans which were noisy.  I made some quick and easy adjustments to them and now they are quiet.  He did a great job.

Bob is fantastic!  Called him today after a bunch of things in my bathroom shut off - after describing my problem and explaining the diagnostics I had already run, he kept coming back to it likely being a GFI trip....upon his advice, did one more lap of the bathroom and realized way inside the linen closet, covered behind a bunch of towels, was an outlet that was tripped and turns out this box fed the entire bathroom with power.   One click and my problem solved! I had just moved into this place, so never realized it was there and didn't see it the first time and probably would have dismissed it if it wasn't for Bob's keen sense that what I was describing sure sounded like a GFI problem.  He did this all free of charge - just and honest practioner being a great community member.   Greatly appreciated Bob!!!  I'll be calling you back to come out for an estimate for my electric car charger!

Jose called me in a very reasonable amount of time, said he'd come to the house after he finished the job he was on. It took a bit longer than he expected,  but he called and came to check out our breaker issues,  found the problem very quickly and fixed the problem.  He double checked the issue to be sure it was right. I highly recommend him.

I hired for a Tesla charger installation in my home garage. Sent an email in the am, very quickly Arash called me and set up a time to come for initial inspection for same day. Cale by in the evening and performed the installation which took a couple hours. Clean installation process from start to end. He knows his stuff and will definitely recommend him.

Came the same day and earlier than expected. Replaced an outlet in the garage. Will use them in the future
