I needed to add a flood light above my driveway ASAP and started seeking out estimates and quotes on Monday. By Tuesday the Fuse team had already sent Mikhail out to do an on-site estimate. By Thursday Mikhail was back to do the install. He was professional, friendly, and ultimately did excellent work. I'll definitely consider Fuse for my next project.

We contacted Fuse shortly after we moved into our new house and found that the AC was out of service.  The technician showed up promptly during the scheduled window and checked out the issue.  We received a clear diagnosis and estimate (as well as helpful tips on how to order replacement furnace filters ... which wasn't part of the service call but very useful for us as new home owners). Later, we booked service.  Communication was clear and polite.  The same technician promptly communicated his arrival time (a slight delay from his previous job, but still well within the quoted time window).  The repairs were done within the estimated time, and for the quoted rate.  While inside, the technician kept his mask up and booties on.  Although we haven't hit the hot season yet, I am glad we got Fuse to repair the AC when we did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tom was incredibly responsive. It was the day the policy 'Shelter in Place' was announced in response to the spread of Covid-19. I called him and he answered his phone right away. He said he could come out within the hour after he tried to walk me through by phone whether he could resolve my issue by phone, thereby trying to save me money. He has years of experience, is very responsive, professional and really friendly. What more could you want from your local electrician?

I had an  issues with my electrical panel.  I reached out to Daniel at Zair Electric forbservice.  Daniel came on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, and promptly corrected it.  His service was excellent and cost was reasonable.  Great customer service skills! When we bought our house the previous owner left us with their DirecTV dish. We left it in place because we weren't sure if we'd need it, but after a few years it was just an eyesore that needed to go. Problem was that it was mounted at the roof line on the 2nd story and removal wasn't in my DIY bag of tricks.

RB gave us a quote and got it down, patching the stucco so you'd never even know it was there.

Then a couple of months later we had a flood in our laundry room that we needed to make sure wasn't caused by plumbing leaks. RB came out to remove two sections of drywall from the garage ceiling so we could get a look (and dry everything out completely). After a couple weeks they came back to install new drywall good as new.

Their workers are friendly, polite and skilled. I was particularly impressed with the guy who installed the new drywall. He put up plenty of protective sheeting even though it was a garage he was working in and left not a speck of mess or dust behind.

Definitely on our short list when we need work done.

If you're looking for an electrician/ handy man... Massis knows what he is doing. He not only knows how to do things the right/safe way, but he's a very pleasant person to work with.

Story: I had originally hired a handy man to install a motion censor light for my condo, but instead, what he did was put an off-balanced hole in the front of my home. The new motion censor he had bought from Home Depot was also broken... it was such a nightmare, coming home from a long day of work to a HOLE and having to pay for it.

Then I met Massis through a referral and he was a total saving grace. He usually has a schedule (and you usually need to make an appointment in advance), but when he heard there was a hole in the front of my home, he shared my concern about the rain and how it will damage the property exponentially. After we talked, he rushed to my place and helped me correctly install the motion censor that I wanted. If I could rate his job, it would be A+++++

If you don't want to waste your time testing other handy men... just got to Massis your first time and he will deliver. He charges $75/hour but for him to get things done QUICKLY and RIGHT, it is freaking priceless.  I'm completely happy and satisfied with his work and would recommend him to my family and closest friends.

MES does excellent work. Mark had a unique issue to tackle in my home. Two others had looked at the job prior to Mark. I was looking at thousands of dollars. Mark arrives and w/in 20 minutes of accessing the task, went to work.  He solved the problem and my bill was less than $500. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. When the job was completed, everything was left neat and clean. MES is bonded & insured. I will never call anyone but MES for electrical.

We've used Rodriguez Electric for years on various jobs and have been very impressed with them.  They were a referral from a contractor.  Most recently, we had them do some work on the electrical system in our garage and they did a fine job.  It was done when promised and within the cost estimate.  Our communication was good and I was pleased with their work.

I'd use them again for sure.

We needed to get our hard wired range hood retrofitted with an outlet for our new OTR microwave. Jacky was able to swing by within an hour to assess the situation and came back later in the day, after his previously booked appointments, to come install the outlet. He is really friendly and has competitive pricing. If you need some electrical work done, I highly recommend JWong Electric!

My husband originally hired Cham to straighten out and expand our AV and IT capabilities in our home. It was clear from the first time he came to the house that he was beyond knowledgable and incredibly talented at his craft. Not only did he unscramble my husband's mess, but he was able to diagnose and configure everything so that even I could understand  and use it!  Anytime we have a problem or something goes wrong, I'll text him and he'll try and and walk me through the problem. If it's not fixable over the phone, Cham is here in a heartbeat. I can't recommend him enough!!

Wife and I am fortunate to have found Jeff on Craigslist. We recently acquired a home in the south bay that required a lot of work. Jeff helped us tremendously and we are very happy with the quality of his work and the level of service he had provided.  This guy is very talented and can do just about anything around the house.

Jeff is very easy to work with, honest, and has great communication skills. I appreciate Jeff  being upfront about the costs and how long each project will take. There were a few things I saved money on by doing it myself. Jeff basically showed me what I need to do and how to do it. If you're looking for someone to do high quality work in a reasonable amount of time, go with Jeff.

We initially wanted can lights only, but take a look at what Jeff ended up doing for us. Below are a list of things Jeff had worked on:

Nicholas was kind enough to give me advice on how to remove a custom shower arm installation which was giving me trouble. Very friendly and professional throughout, he's very knowledgeable and I'd definitely call him up for my next job.

Jamie was very responsive, gave me valuable suggestion and provided a  reasonable quote for installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. He's very patient and helpful. Unfortunately I have to go with another electrician since Jamie isn't likely to provide help with building permit or inspection, a critical part that I don't think I can handle it professionally without additional help from electrician.

I'll definitely work with him in the future on other projects.

Very impressed. George was prompt to respond to my request for a quote. I received 3 quotes and his was right in the middle. I chose to go with him because he seemed more knowledgeable and actually bothered to check to make sure I ordered the right stuff. Dan and Javier (I'm sorry if this is not the correct name) arrived ON TIME and did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, polite and did a great job explaining everything.

Excellent communication, and reliable. Showed up when expected, installation went as planned. Asked questions rather than assumed. Easy to talk to, and friendly. Did an excellent job in a timely manner.

On a Sunday night at 5:30pm our main 200amp breaker failed...did a quick yelp search and sent out a request for help to get it repaired ASAP. Mike responded to the message and was at our house within 30 minutes (on a Sunday!!) to check out the issue. The next day we was able to find a replacement breaker and came out that night around 6pm to do the repair. His quick response, fair pricing and willing to take the time to explain the issue (and our mess of an electrical system in the 95033) was awesome! Going forward i have no doubts on who to use for any electrical work.
