Best Electricians in California

Sunday, Nov. 27, my husband and his dad were drilling a hole to mount our new TV on the wall. While drilling, they hit a wire and our electricity went out. We start calling electricians in the area and it being a Sunday, every electrician is busy or not available. Alex at AJ Electrical responds letting me know he can come over to take a look at the damage. He showed up earlier than expected and ended up fixing our problem. He explained everything he was doing to my husband and we had our electrical problem resolved. Very nice and knowledgeable guy. Thank you Alex for take the time on a Sunday to give us our electricity back! Will definitely use him in the future. Highly recommend!

They responded to my inquiry really quickly with a clear reasonably priced quote and got someone out to my place within a day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and communicated all the steps needed. The whole repair took more than a day but Fuse and the technician communicated with me very clearly all the way. The tech stayed after the repair to make sure all the powered appliances worked.

They did great job and cleaned my space after the work! They did open the wall to install a new outlet, so I'll have to fix it myself, but that was the plan.

We moved into a house in Menlo Park and there were many outlets that needed to be grounded. Tom sent Julien over to our house and he did a fantastic job. He was on time, and spent all day testing outlets and replacing them as needed. He went above and beyond what needed to get done, and even installed new light switches in all of the rooms! In my dealings with Tom he has been timely and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a competent, professional electrician!

The team did a wonderful job installing 2 ceiling fans and 1 ceiling light fixture.  They were timely and worked safely following COVID 19 protocols. I'm very happy with the work they performed and the reasonable price.

My son referred me to RB Handyman for the work they did on his house. I called Rick and made an appointment. I wanted the kitchen lights and some bathroom water damage repaired. Rick was able to come earlier which really helped my schedule. He was meticulous in taking notes and describing what could be done (in a way I could understand) and how much. He made excellent recommendations regarding the kitchen lights and effective solutions to the water damage in the two bathrooms.

Two days later, Danny and Rob arrived at 8am. These men are very good. They upgraded the kitchen lights within a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Over the next two days they carefully repaired the damage in both bathrooms, made sure the right paint was used and left both bathrooms clean.

I have a list of projects to be done over the next several months and will definitely continue to use them.

I've found 'my electrician'. I will definitely use Massis, AMZ Electric, for all my future electric needs. They upgraded my electric service panel from the old 100 amp to a 200 amp service and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.  When my AC/heat pump recently went down, they were able to fix the problem in ten minutes.

Nothing speaks more about a good service experience than repeat business.  In late 2017 Mark added a 100 Amp subpanel to my detached garage and wired in 110V and 220V outlets on all the walls.  He also wired in three lighting fixtures on the exterior.  We couldn't have been more pleased with his work.

Yesterday Mark completed another job for us.  Over the last year we did a complete backyard redesign that involved installation of a spa running 220V from a new subpanel, wiring and outlets for an outdoor kitchen, low voltage lighting for the kitchen, and installation of switched and unswitched 110V outlets around the entire yard perimeter.  It was a long project and he was willing to work with us through the summer and winter coordinating his work with our schedules and the schedules of other contractors.  Easy to work with, professional, absolutely trustworthy and his workmanship is amazing.  We couldn't be more pleased.

Highly recommend.  Had an appliance that broke down and I got a replacement but when I was installing it, I realized I had the wrong electrical connector!  It needed a 220V socket and I only had a 110V outlet.  

Looked up on Yelp and found Rodriguez Electric.  Very quick to return my call and came by the same day after hours on his way home from another job.  Talk about good customer service!  He took a look and gave a very reasonable quote for the work.  

I was very limited in the time that we could get this done and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and got the work done without any issue.  Great work.  They got the work done before some other even got around to returning my call.  I now know who to call for any electrical work and will be using Rodriguez Electric for all my electrical needs.  Thanks!

I was stuck doing a Do It Yourself job on Saturday when the parts I needed weren't available at the Big Box.  
After I called, Jacky stated he could come by that evening, which he did and discussed my issue.  He willingly gave me parts I needed and lots of advice.  While he didn't do work for me, if I needed a job done I would certainly consider hiring him.  Very nice man and willing to share his experience and parts.

Cham and his crew (special shoutout to Jason) are fantastic.  We had a 15 year old system in our house and needed to get current.  Cham came did a walk through discussed my needs and the following week I received a well priced quote.  The work has now been completed - 4 smart TVs with all the bells and whistles, full house / garden sound system upgrade and internet 'fixing'.  All is working beautifully - I can even figure out how to use the products!  Thank you Cham - I couldn't be happier!

My husband and I worked with maybe 8-10 vendors of all kinds as we freshened up our older house before we moved in.  Jeff is the only one who didn't  give us the runaround or cut corners. I've referred him enthusiastically to anyone who will listen!

Jeff is incredibly knowledgable on a huge range of topics and somehow does them all well. Most importantly, he shows pride in his quality of work. For us, he put in a large drywall patch, installed a new medicine chest, put in our tricky kitchen faucet, shimmed floor squeaks, replaced a door casing, and more. He took the time to answer questions not related to the work he was doing (first time homeowners!) and point out things we should know to care for the work he did properly.

Jeff is up front about costs and a friendly and fun personality to have in your home. He was so essential to getting our home situated that my husband and I invited him to our housewarming party. We will certainly continue working with him!

Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

Jamie was very responsive, gave me valuable suggestion and provided a  reasonable quote for installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage. He's very patient and helpful. Unfortunately I have to go with another electrician since Jamie isn't likely to provide help with building permit or inspection, a critical part that I don't think I can handle it professionally without additional help from electrician.

I'll definitely work with him in the future on other projects.

GE Richardson Electric did a fantastic job installing my NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage to charge my Model X much faster.  They are a Tesla Certified electrician as seen on Tesla's website.  

The owner, George, had really good communication throughout the whole process.  We communicated over the course of a month because I needed to get my HOA approval and he helped me along with that.  He did load calculations beforehand, suggested the best way to run the conduits to the outlet, got the city permit, and came for the city inspection as well.  They are licensed and pay worker's comp in case your HOA needs it like mine did.  

For the install, his team took 3 hours on one day, and then George came by for a short 20 minute inspection with the city inspector on another day.  Usually they can do it all in the same day, it just depends on when the city has availability.  

They're an all-in-one package making everything easier for you.  Plus, their price was the best in the Bay Area for a Tesla Certified electrician.  

I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a NEMA 14-50 outlet installed!

Ricardo scheduled a time to come out and look at the job, and when he realized it was a bigger job than he thought he immediately scheduled a followup for the next day. He quickly and efficiently took care of the issue and left us in good shape. Highly recommended!

Came same day to give me a quote. They were able to complete the work a week later. They sent two men to complete the work. The owner followed up later to confirm everything was fine. I thought it was  until I moved the appliance in position and realized they install the wrong 220 outlet.

Updating because I sent multiple texts and a message to owner because it turns out they didn't install the correct 220 outlet despite looking at the appliance plug. They didn't return any calls or tests despite the number working fine previously. I messaged them via Yelp and even offered to give more work when they came to fix the outlet they installed incorrectly however he responded that he was booked and could not help
