Best Electricians in California

I lost half the power in my house at 4am. Weird. Some lights, outlets and appliances worked, but others items didn't work. I check the GFCIs and breakers, and things seem fine from there. Kitchen lights work, but refrigerator and furnace were not getting power. What the?

I reached out to Charles Electric and Dan got back to me within a few hours, and was able to stop by almost immediately. He showed up COVID safe, with mask.  He was able to diagnose the problem in a few minutes, and knew exactly what needed to be done. He got everything lined up and the problem was resolved a few hours later - expertise in action.

Brian was recommended by a friend, and we are very happy to have had his help with the installation of a ceiling fan for our toddler's bedroom. His quote was very reasonable (a quote from another electrician was ~30% more - and enough to make me procrastinate about it for almost 6 months.)  Upon calling Brian, he immediately responded, and set up an appointment for the next business day. Finding an electrician or a specialist for networking gear can be challenging.  Luckily for me, I was able to connect with Felipe from Almighty Electric, Inc.  From our first conversation, I knew I was dealing with someone that was honest, fair, and very professional.

My project entailed installing indoor access points, and one outdoors.  Cutting into sheetrock, running CAT6 cable in-wall, and in my attic is no easy feat.  I knew that selecting the right company/installer would be critical to not only my wireless network but also the overall aesthetics of my home.

After discussing all the logistics of the installation with Felipe, he provided me with a very competitive quote as well as a detailed list of the materials needed.  We agreed on a date and time to kick things off, and the rest is history!  Felipe and his crew arrived on time, executed their plan, and got my network up and running.  They work efficiently and very meticulously.  They covered all of their work areas to make sure my floors were protected at all times.  If you are looking for an honest electrician that does great work, give AEI a call.

Came to the house the next day.   Diagnosed problem quickly.  Total job took like 15 minutes.   $300 cost seemed steep to me.   That was his stated over  the phone cost, so I was not surprised.

Excellent diagnosis and quote from the electrician.  Very helpful, trust worthy, and did not try to pressure sell / fix things that are not needed.

These guys are great.  Received a referral to them from an emergency-only electrician (who was also great) and I was not disappointed.  They've now done a few jobs for me:
- Replaced old knob and tube.
- Troubleshoot failed outlets and lighting.
- Repaired questionable work from other electricians.
- Rewired a few outlets to modern specification.

I started by having Miro bid for their work, for the first job.  Recently, however, they have been so diligent and effective, that I just ask them to bill my for hours and materials (was $139/hr now $149/hr).  Which I've now done for two more jobs.

Stellar. Sonny is professional, prompt, courteous, direct, and dependable. He did a fantastic job wiring up an outdoor outlet on my rental, a place that the owner cares a lot about, and did it before Christmas so I could string up lights for my kids.
He was quick, efficient, and left the jobsite clean. All for a fair price.

We bought a new oven and realized the old one was hard wired to the house.  This meant we had to have an outlet installed first.  Matt and Matt squeezed us in right away.  Upon pulling out the old oven we found that the wiring was a big unsafe mess.  The guys at Cambrian fixed it all same day, so we would be safe, at a very reasonable price.  They also sorted out and labeled our previously unlabeled circuit breaker.  They made sure our fridge stayed plugged in and accessible, and that we were comfortable.  These guys ROCK!!!

Bob's Handyman Service, who I have been doing business with for over 14 years, referred me to you. I called and you were supposed to set up an appointment with my tenant. I texted his number to you and vice versa. He tried calling, and did not get through. I asked him if you called that day you were supposed to go out and give me a bid on a compete re-wire of his house, he said no. I then called your number and it was disconnected. I tried again, and it was the same.

I have up dated my review to give you the benefit of the doubt as to why this number might have been disconnected, maybe you were out of reach ? But, I still waited, as he did, for you to call back.

I am glad that you responded to this review, I guess Yelp does work, but it should not take a review to value potential clients. My time, and my tenants time are limited. He has to pull over to respond to my texts, and phone calls during his busy day, as well as make time to meet with you and other contractors. I have to fly out of state to be there. I am meeting a team of contractors to rennovate his house. I have a time line that I am trying to meet, and by not calling me back interfers with my plans by causing unnecessary delays.

Lights were flickering in my house. Juan inspected and figured out one of the breaker had gone wrong. He replaced the breaker on the electric panel and the flickering went away! Juan did great work and is very nice to interact with. I will definitely use his services for other things around the house

Norman helped us patch up our wall after some plumbing work we had done. We got an estimated incredibly quickly (which was accurate) and the work was done exceptionally well. Will be using Norman for other handyman jobs around the house!

Jacob and Ashley just completed the electrical installation of my hot tub.  They went above and beyond the entire process to ensure the tub was up and running asap.  They stayed late while the tub filled, to ensure they completed setup and start instructions and had me in the tub that night safely!  I would use them again and highly recommend!
