Exceptional job! Called me within 30 minutes of me messaging the business. Was able to work on electrical problem that day. Clearly described the testing and resolution steps before proceeding. Fixed the problem very quickly and Sherman Electric's rates were very reasonable.

I live in an Eichler home and he was totally familiar with my electrical system and common issues homeowners in these kind of homes encounter.

Chris (and then his guy, David) have now done two jobs for us. Although Chris is very busy, he managed to fit us in on short notice both times and on both occasions provided fast, professional and super high-quality work.

Problem: some outlets inoperable on the same circuit.
Analysis: did basic troubleshooting such as:
Resetting circuit breaker; checked GFI plug; validated wire continuity in case of an open. Sent Yelp request for assistance.
Resolution:
Ron took time from his busy schedule to call and stopped by the house to troubleshootNTF and provided a couple of suggestions based on his extensive experience. For safety, I replaced the GFI and manually checked all the plugs and mapped to the circuit breaker box.
Thank again Ron. I validated that the kitchen plugs are in a different circuit hence the remap of the CB.
Root cause: User error. Unable for provide a cost value because the lessons I learned from Ron are invaluable. However if cost must be a factor, price is reasonable. I would call on him again should I have electrical issues that need resolution.

I have been hiring handymen and contractors to remodel my home and rentals for years.  By far RenoPro Construction ranks on top of my list in terms of quality and on-time delivery within the agreeable budget.  William helped me build a full-bathroom in the garage of my rental in Santa Clara.  I hardly visited the worksite since I am very much tied up with my job; however, William completed the construction on-time and passed the final inspection.  City permit is icing on the cake.  My next remodel project = Call RenoPro Construction.

Dave was able to quickly and efficiently add an air gap for my dishwasher and add GFCI switch in my kitchen.  He was responsive and professional.

We had a fifteen-year old under-cabinet halogen light plugged into an electrical outlet in the kitchen (tile backsplash). The outlet had a loose wire which, after being fine for twenty years, finally gave out. The outlet was original to the house (1997). The outlet overheated and melted down, incidentally, when no one was around to see the flash or smell burnt plastic. While we know rudiments of electricity, this meltdown was beyond our knowledge and we felt we needed an expert electrician's opinion and treatment. We shut off that circuit at the circuit-breaker box. I felt very anxious on how bad the damage was, and was it likely to happen again.

We left a couple messages at JET, and within a few hours, they called back. We made appointment for the next day. Rick came out the next day (a Saturday). He clued us in what had happened, and fixed everything. The meltdown was a fluke, and did not extend past the outlet itself.

Rick took the outlet back to the office. He said he wanted to show it around because he had not seen an outlet melt down that badly in a long time. He said that it could have been worse -- we were lucky but in any case, such a meltdown would not have burned the house down, even if it had happened with an outlet set in drywall. I can rest easy.

That said, as an aside, halogen lights get very hot, are obsolete, and are a fire hazard. We are going to remove all of the halogen under-cabinet lights and replace them with LEDs. Electricians are correct in steering customers away from halogens for under-cabinets. Use LED or fluorescent!

Over the years, this is something like the fourth time we have needed an electrician where we have called on JET. Each time, JET has been very good.

After finally ready to have some recessed lighting installed, I started my research for a local electrician who would be the right fit overall. I messaged Hourmouz as he quickly responded back and I scheduled an appt for an in-home estimate. He was very friendly and professional with a cool vibe that makes you feel confident and comfortable. I accepted his estimate that I thought was reasonable and he had very good communication throughout the entire process. The day of installation, he was on time and started work immediately with all of the great preparations including assisting me with moving some furniture out of the way as he also put drop cloth on my wooden flooring which I appreciated. He did have to cut through some drywall to run some new wiring but afterwards, he did patch up and painted as it looked clean and well done.  Overall I was very satisfied with his service as I will definitely call again, I highly recommend Bay Sun Electric.

Excellent and prompt service with my built in oven/mivrowave. He set up my electric oven and had it replaced by my old gas oven, did an excellent job!

When we were shopping around for electricians, AOE and Jesse stood out amongst the rest. We needed a Tesla charging station and we were told we had to replace our zinsco panel. I'm very pleased with Service Champions and especially James who checked our heating and cooling system today. James made a great first impression even my dog approved. He put on shoe covers to protect our carpets. As I suspected our air conditioner had quite a few problems and James called in a specialist to make sure we got it running in tip top shape. Now we have cold air and are ready for summer. He even replaced my filter with a new one I had in the garage and didn't charge me anything for the extra service. Overall I am very pleased and glad I finally scheduled the tuneup.

Ray and his team were fantastic. They had a slot available on a weekend and in one day came in and installed a sub-panel for the backyard studio. While they were at it they identified a few problem areas and fixed those as well. They were incredibly efficient and got the work done in a tidy and to-code way. I really appreciated Ray coming by the day after it was done even after I'd paid to do a walkthrough and see if anything else needed fixing up.

Will totally be using him again.

As in the title of this company, this was the ABSOLUTE best service, craftsmanship, and electrical work I have ever had done on my house. Thank you so much Dave!!

Rick was amazing. He showed up on time, called when he was on his way so I didn't have to wait all day. He was super informative, friendly, patient, and told me all the options I had to install a new 110 outlet for my microwave install.

The day of the job Rick did a great job, was timely, and the end result - I have a working microwave!

I even spoke with the owner, Shane, and he was just as pleasant. His company really strives for customer service, and that's what I really appreciate. I am a single girl who has no idea about contractors or electricians but I felt comfortable letting Rick do what he needed to do. They took great care of me. I will use them in the future and definitely recommend them to others.

Juan and Luis did an amazing job replacing all the fixtures in our two story home! From showing up on time, ready to go, to the care they took to clean up afterwards, they did an amazing job! We thought they were going to have to open up our kitchen ceiling to install the island pendants, but they managed to do it with ZERO sheetrock damage! We had some complicated and large fixtures to install, and everything was done perfectly, the same day. They were exceedingly pleasant to work with and our first call will be to them if we have electrical needs in the future! Thank you so much, Juan and Luis!

Greg does an amazing & thorough job. His quote is accurate, and his work has always been professional. We have used Greg many times in the past 8 years & always happy! Most recently, he installed a 240 volt for our electric car & just today an outside TV.  If you need anything, he's your guy!

Mark is excellent; in additional to finding the problem of hall way lights not working that required many sockets juice checks searches which is a solid foundation for issues and can save lots of dollars vs a wall tear out or other not needed work was impressive and sure enough he found just one wire in a circuit causing the problem , repaired and fixed: hall lights, bathroom fan, door bell fixed which was a journey because transformer was underneath the house- really what was builder thinking, scones replaced. Mark is extremely efficient wants to do real electrical work plus enjoys solving and or finding the problem with pride in his work , and the more details you give him on your issues and buy the parts the more money you save. If there's a six rating he gets it.

Jesse was great, very professional and dedicated to the job. I will definitely call him again if I need further electrical work done.

Ivan is very responsive and fair priced.  Helped me install 3 baseboard heater.  Did the job on the same day as quoted.  Very Knowledgable. And even checked that i bought the right baseboard.
