Dimitar called us back immediately.  He showed up first thing the next morning with the new water heater.  He is knowledgeable, thorough and did not cut corners with the installation. We are very pleased with his work and professionalism. No one came close to matching his price for the new water heater and installation. We highly recommend him.

Initially had a satisfactory experience with AJ.  He visited my property to assess the issue with my Navien tankless water heater.  The Error 3 indicated a bad ignition.  I asked him to call Navien as they require a licensed contractor to diagnose the issue to get a part under warranty.  He did not call Navien but instead reset my unit while running water out the bottom valve which made it ignite, took $45 and walked away claiming he was unable to get the part yet from Navien.  He said $45 would go toward installation of the new part as he clearly failed to do much of anything as of yet that I couldn't have done.

Navien said he should have called first thing to get the part and the reset is only supposed to be done once in case of a glitch with error display.  He did not try to replicate the error but only do what he called a short term fix and walk away.  I asked him to get the part over the next three weeks as he expected it to break again.  He ignored my texts many times.  Finally the reset trick stopped working as did my hot water permanently.  He claimed he was on vacation and I had to wait 7 days for his visit, then would not clarify if he had the part on hand yet or if he would have had to order it at that point and then wait.  Finally he said no he did not get the part.  Just tell me one way or another so I can address the issue??

Finally as I called Navien on his behalf then asked him to simply say a few words diagnosis and they would ship me the part, he ignores my text again, I call him again, then he abruptly drops me as a client because he can't handle constructive feedback that I simply said he should have called Navien the first time to get the part or maybe I was just TRYING TOO HARD trying to get my hot water working???  I paid for his diagnosis and he won't even call and report it to Navien.  Unprofessional.  Awkward experience.  Bad at communicating in English.  Irresponsible from a service standpoint.  Failed to meet commitments.  Not accountable.

Our kitchen sink was clogged right before a graduation party.  Of course it happened over memorial weekend and I panicked!  Called Chris, he gave me a price over the phone and he was at our house in less than 30 minutes.   Chris was very knowledgeable, with a few tries.... voila!   Not only does our kitchen drain work better than it ever has, but so does our bathroom sink too!  Thank you Chris!!!

Ziggy was very helpful when he didn't need to be! Even though he understandably doesn't do HOA-related affairs that I thought I had, he talked with me for 15 minutes giving me every bit of helpful info and he answered my many, many questions. He definitely knows his stuff - got more helpful info out of him in 15 min than I did with my 10 hours researching on Internet.

Martin and Armando are fast an reliable. I called them today in short notice to replace a toilet in a property and they were there the same day ready to work. I highly recommend this company.

They showed up on time, in a mask, were polite. They explained it all and got it fixed. I was pleased and will call again. They answered the phone early in the AM before 9am which I appreciated. Eric the tech was great and so was the dispatcher.

Called Friday morning, left message and never received a call back.  Maybe they are not around anymore?

I am so happy to find an affordable plumbing company that is knowledgeable, conscientious and easy to work with. Yuri came to my home with same day notice and efficiently scoped my mainline. While he was here, I asked him if he had time to check my under sink incinerator. Yuri promptly installed a brand new disposal under my sink. I've never had such a great (quiet) disposal (not your run on the mill Home Depot style). Pricing on both services was excellent. Scheduling response, receiving certificate of clear mainline video, Yuri's repair and United's follow up-outstanding. I had a question following the job and the owner personally reach out to address my question. This is a great little company starting up. We are lucky to have them in San Diego! I wish them the best of luck as they build clientele.

I submitted a request for service (blocked kitchen drain) and almost immediately received a call from E-drain to schedule an appt the same day. The technician, Ahmed, arrived on time and quickly went to work. It turned out the old drain pipes needed replacement, note: home was built in 1940.  Ahmed and his crew came back the next morning, Christmas Eve, to finish the work. I'm thankful to Ahmed and E-drain for their service!

Victor is simply outstanding. I own and manage 36 rental properties and Victor is my go-to individual for all my needs, not simply for my rental units but also for my individual home. From dealing with clogs, water heater replacements, pipe leaks, etc. Victor is always competent in what he does and I've never experienced an issue that required a return trip. He is always courteous and friendly with my tenants and has never missed an appointment. I sincerely trust Victor with all my plumbing needs and you will, too, once you experience the excellent service he provides - you will not be disappointed.

Our tub started backing up and water started leaking like crazy out of the toilet last night. My husband called around last night to find a plumber and the only person to answer their phone was Bob Beyerle.  He said he could be here this AM.  He called me this AM to make sure he was still needed and then headed over when I said yes.

Our house is old, 1950's, and no clean out was put in our yard.  He had to climb up on our hot roof to clean out the clogged pipe.  He did mention that we may want to put a clean out in our yard at some point and explained why.  He never pushed the issue, just mentioned it. I think we will end up doing that soon and Bob will be the guy we call!

Very nice guy, very reasonable rates, and got the job done quickly.  We will definitely be using him again when needed.  Just an FYI, he doesn't accept credit cards at this time.  Cash, checks, money order (?), and Pay Pay (with a $3 additional charge), are accepted.  Luckily my daughter had enough cash for me to borrow since I don't have checks from my new account yet and I never carry cash.  It was no big deal at all.  He was willing to work with me.

I asked him before he left if he knew any electricians, and he said he did.  He called his electrician friend to make sure it was okay to give me his number, and now I have an electrician to call with some electrical needs that I have.

We had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom come through the floor to the living room...
They came out and assessed it and directed us on how to proceed with Insurance and gave the best price to find the issue. Highly recommend them.

I called 6/19/21 and the dispatcher told me someone would be out between 9-11pm at around 10pm they called me and said they would not be able to make it tonight. They said they would be here the next day first thing. The plumber Daniel W came and said he would take a look. He came back after about 10-20 minutes and told me. He found the leak and it was a copper pipe leaking. He said it would be be $508. I said okay and he went to fix it. He came back to the door about 1 1/2 hr and said his repair would not take because the pipe was extremely corroded and he had to get more stuff to fix it. He came back about an hour and twenty minutes and said he was going to try again. He came back 50 minutes later and said the repair was done. He said that the repair from fitting to fitting is covered for a year. I asked did you replace the whole pipe he said no. I said how bad is the remaining pipe and he said just as bad as the pipe I repaired. I said I wished I knew that before you did the repair. I don't want to pay $500 for a bandaid. I told him I was not satisfied with that and will pay but will take it up with his manager. He said well this is the first time in 5 years I had a unsatisfied customer. I paid him and as I was walking away to leave he said, one unsatisfied customer in 5 years I will take that. I did not engage him. Very unprofessional!

I called several plumbers.  Troy was excellent in response time, transparent pricing, completion and follow-up.  Erica is the office manager.  She was courteous and responsive to my questions.  Erica was clear that the hourly rate was applicable, but that the time involved could be more or less than the quoted amount.  Abraham, the tech, arrived timely and provided clear and practical guidance and advice.  Abraham completed the repair in a timely fashion and left the property in clean and useable condition.

Our property line clean out is within inches of our driveway. Unfortunately, it's gotten run over more than once and we noticed over the weekend that the pipe had gotten clogged. Drainage was backing up towards the house and was not getting to the main sewer line. We stopped using water in the house in fear of the drainage backing all the way up and started calling plumbers.

We called AAA Goforth Plumbing over the weekend and requested a call back on Monday. They called first thing Monday morning when they opened and made it out the same day to look at our clean out. Both of the gentlemen that showed up were very nice and got right to business clearing the clean out. They were able to clear whatever obstruction was stuck and our drainage was running smoothly again. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary and gave me advice on how to prevent the clean out from getting broken again if a car were to run over it.

I would highly recommend AAA Goforth plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber and we'll be using them again in the future if ever we need plumbing services.
