Emmanuel was straight forward with the estimate and knocked out the project the next day. Communication was great. Cleaned up the area after the job and verified that there were no leaks. I had BDP Services install a new Gas Water Heater. I spoke to Darin, the owner, after he responded to my request, with the pictures I attached on Yelp. He was ready with a quote, and the next day he sent out Shawn to my place ready to roll.

Shawn was very courteous when he arrived and respectful. He quickly assessed what he needed to complete the job, all within the confines of the originally stated quote.

While the job was being completed, the whole time Shawn was mindful of the job, safety, and my personal property. Although, the water heater was location is outside on my balcony, he still needed to traverse through my home. In a nut shell, he did a fantastic job and now I have some really hot water when I need it.

there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

So far so great! We had the system for reverse osmosis installed yesterday by Adam who was so great! He walked into a pretty difficult set up since we wanted him to run the line to our fridge and freezer but there was such little room. He moved the unit, drilled, secured it all, and was so nice and knowledgeable. We loved talking to him and he explained everything. He really took his time to do it properly which I really appreciated. Thanks, Adam!

If you are looking for a restoration contractor, you can't go wrong with Element construction & restoration. When our home we're flooded, we hired this contractor to restore our house back, they definitely exceeded our expectations, Paul, Oscar, and the whole crew were very professional, and easy to work with. They definitely work for you,  and not for the insurance company. We highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service that you guys offer, I had quite a few things to be done like installing a fan with remote, Installing the carpet transition strips, Install a range hood and install an over the garage storage racks and Install curtains, oliver came in and breezed through the entire list of tasks like a whirlwind and did a fantastic job, The only one that he had not done before is the storage rack and that probably took him a wee bit more time as he had to read the instructions to install, I'm sure he hated that :). But it was done at such good speed and precision, I have nothing but only good words to say about you'll. Particular thanks to oliver. Vince conducted the plumbing portion of our home inspection. He did a very thorough job, and took extra time to answer all of our questions and explain everything to us. I would absolutely use this company again for inspection and any needed repairs. Their follow up email was very professional and informative as well.

In contact with Constantin in the beginning and once we decided to go with this company, Eugene came to install. He's great! Very nice, knowledgeable, friendly. He took off his shoes without me asking. He told us step by step what to do if there are issues, etc. We are pretty excited to use our reverse osmosis!

Jose Martinez arrived on time and was able to assess my plumbing problem and with in minutes he was able to give me an estimate of the repairs to be done. Jose did an awesome repair on the pipes under the kitchen sink. It went from a wreck to a plumbing dream.During the repairs he noticed a large amount of water and mold damage that needed more attention then he could give. He was able to get me in contact with the correct person to take care of that issue. Jose was very professional, courteous and takes pride in his work. You won't be disappointed.

John Joyce's style is honesty and skilled worksmanship.  When our water heater blew, John and Dallas showed up in about an hour to fix it.   I got the sense that their emergency number is truly that - they will pick up the phone 24/7.  

Within minutes, they had diagnosed the problem.  It wasn't a leaking pipe, as I suspected.  The old water heater had fallen off its last legs, and then some.  John presented our two options and their benefits and disadvantages in a very clear way - tankless or tanked - that made it very easy for us to decide.  There was no pressure or sales pitch - it seemed he wanted simply what was best for us.  He asked about our family and our general needs to determine the best course forward.

During the job, John was very patient with our various questions about other maintenance items in the house.  It's clear he knows what he's talking about.   During the first call when I thought it was a smaller job and wanted him to inspect the anode rod, John turned down the possible business, telling me it's usually not a good cost proposition to replace the anode rods for a 3-year-old heater.

So it's now 3 hours later and they are totally done.  I've seen through many water replacements in my time and I've never seen a 3-hour job including pickup.  We're actually still waiting for a call back from another local plumber, but Joyce Plumbing already installed the new water heater.  Everything works and is great.  Won't hesitate to call back.

My kitchen sink was leaking and needed to be replaced.  Called Bill for a price estimate which was reasonable. As soon as I got a replacement faucet, he was able to come over the next day.
Bill was on time for his appointment, even a few minutes early.   He was nice, professional and I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up charge me.
The faucet was replaced in under 30 minutes.p
I would definitely use again for any plumbing needs.

Oh and if you have a Moen faucet, Bill told me that they come with a lifetime guaranty. You can call their warranty dept to get a replacement one for free! Had I known this prior I would have saved some extra cash.

Not very happy with this company. My bathroom shower drain was clogged. The technician was on time and very polite but was unable to unclog the drain and I was still charged for the service.... This company is not like the other Plumbing company, which is if they can't fix the problem you don't pay. I would not recommend this company to anybody .
