Woke up to water on the floor and a leaking pipe. Darin was very quick to respond to my request for service with next day availability on a Sunday! Sean showed up to do the repair right on time, even calling before to let me know he was on the way. He replaced the pipe quickly and was very accommodating, explaining what he was doing and answering all of my questions. Overall Darin and Sean were great. Very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend BDP Services.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

David from Plumbing Plus came out and helped repair a pinhole leak in our wall.  Five stars because he broke out the costs of leak detection (covered by insurance) and didn't try to oversell.  Almost lost a star because didn't check the water pressure on the new regulator, but came out and set it correctly free of charge the next day and met my appointment time - all with prompt email reponses.  Great job Plumbing Plus, we will use you again.

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service that you guys offer, I had quite a few things to be done like installing a fan with remote, Installing the carpet transition strips, Install a range hood and install an over the garage storage racks and Install curtains, oliver came in and breezed through the entire list of tasks like a whirlwind and did a fantastic job, The only one that he had not done before is the storage rack and that probably took him a wee bit more time as he had to read the instructions to install, I'm sure he hated that :). But it was done at such good speed and precision, I have nothing but only good words to say about you'll. Particular thanks to oliver. Intend using you'll for a few more things around the house sooner than later. Thanks again.

I just moved to San Diego and the water here is unbearable without treatment. We were living on bottle water before I finally installed the system from WPS. I did my research all over the internet and called my top candidate water treatment companies, the I chose WPS for the quality, customer service and of course price.
The team scheduled my free consultation quickly and followed by installation. I just want to say that I like drinking the water from my Kitchen (6 stage RO system) more than bottled ones. Now I don't feel itch after shower with the softened water either. Absolutely worth the money!

10/20/16 Technician Jorge B. Was great....after having called five different plumbers. With no response. I was so happy to find you. We were told 30 minutes. They were true to their word. We thank you and will send any in need of great service your way. Thank you again. So 10/31/16 had to call back. We had been told we had a warranty. I believe 30 days. Not pleased to be charged again. So yeah very nice..... But stand by your work. Charging again kind of take away from your otherwise great service.

I have spent 10 years looking for a plumber that I could trust to do the job correctly and at a FAIR price.  I have been down the road with the Wow you group, the White gloves guys and a handful of others.  Finally I have found a plumbers that fills my needs.  We live in a 6K square foot house... First appointment was to install new kitchen faucet.   Had to call again yesterday to fix a clogged drain.  Quick response to my call, timely arrival and the same courteous,  professional service as before.   A superb company that truly understands what customer service is all about.

Bill and his partner Carlos are reliable, timely and knowledgable about plumbing. We have a small house in NP with a tight crawl space. Carlos has been under there multiple times when others refused. They are friendly and if they can't take care of your problem right away (which they often do), they triage  and fit you in, all the while reassuring you with their calm and friendly attitude. They are wonderful and charge less than most other plumbers. I consider them my friends.

This company is amazing.  I used there emergency services in the middle of the night.  I woke up to what sounded like running water in the wall.  From the time first called to the time a tech arrived at my home was only 45 minutes.  The tech quickly and quietly worked to fix the problem for the night.  They arrived proptly the next morning and complete the job.  Would definitely use again.
