Troy is the man!!!  I had some serious issues with my house's main line.  Troy came out took pics and video, made calls, measured, and set me up with a good fix.  Down to earth, personable, just overall a good dude.  I'd recommend this guy to anybody, he doesn't try to sell you the world he just tells you like it is and how to get it fixed period.

Mr. Larson is the best plumber we have ever had. Our church has three buildings and extensive grounds, and was built around 1960. There are so many different problems that it seemed every two weeks we were dealing with a leak somewhere. Mr. Larson patiently helped us to review our entire system and make necessary repairs. Any other plumber would've charged us a fortune, but he did it all at a reasonable price with impeccable attention to detail. We are so grateful to Mr. Larson for taking such good care of us. We would recommend him highly to any business or homeowner.

Dane replaced the old cast iron pipes under my house with PVC, and did a fantastic job... I wholeheartedly recommend him. He's a can-do guy with a positive attitude, and worked with me to schedule this pretty big (and urgent) project as soon as he was able. Not only that, but he finished the work in under the original time estimate.

Also, he's super willing to engage you in the process, taking before & after cell phone pictures of the problems and solutions, so you don't feel like you're in the dark. And, he was super up front about costs and what the scope of the project would be.

As a first time homeowner, it is a huge relief to find people that you can depend on for projects big and small, and I can happily say that about Dane.

Highly highly recommend Vlad for any of your plumbing services! He was prompt to respond and easy to make an appointment with. He was professional, and clean! He changed out a faucet for us and replaced our 1970's valves to new ones!

Sat at the counter got ignored for 20 min. Then was helped by some guy that was not friendly. Then was told they don't take card after he found the correct piece for my faucet. Left to go get cash and the older guy said he had no clue why I was here and they lost the piece to my faucet. Horrible place do not recommend.

New Year's eve and my main gets backed up! I called eXtreme and Dan broke down pricing over the phone. Came quickly within the hour and within 20 mins. My plumbing problems were solved. Came in clutch..thanks Dan!

Gerardo was one of the only handymen that got back to me for my project on Yelp! I needed our garage door seal removed and replaced since we had rodents chew thru the seal.  Gerardo was communicative thru Yelp messaging, showed up on time and got to work.  We appreciate him coming out to us to help us do something which would have taken 3 hours vs him doing it in an hour. Don't be fooled by the name!  This company does way more than plumbing.  We were having a hard time finding a company that would install an electric fireplace they didn't sell.  From first contact it was clear that Marco knew what he was talking about.  Marco was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and communicative.  The fireplace was quickly installed with Marco explaining what he was doing and why every step of the way.  We are very pleased!  They also do appliances and plumbing so we feel like we got a 3-fer!

What a nice surprise finding this company. I needed a bath sink faucet and angle stops replaced. I used the Yelp service finder tool to help me get started.
First off, EZ Plumbing Pipes & Drains was one of three plumbing companies to come out for a bid. I was hesitant at first to consider lining up an appointment since they didn't have any info on Yelp reviews, but did have pictures to look at prior jobs. I wanted to give an opportunity to them thinking they might be new. I'm really glad I did! They made the appointment process simple with a message to set up a call to find out more about my job and to see what fit into my schedule. After that was completed another nice touch was the text informing me of who my technician would be with their photo and how soon they would arrive. I also appreciated getting a call to get the work done earlier than my scheduled appointment.

Professional and smiley, I immediately felt a connection with technician Miguel that I hadn't felt with the other companies.
Miguel discovered a few additional problems going on in the wall and offered his advice and possible solutions. One of the issues would require wall cutting and is something that we could address in a future renovation of that bathroom. I really appreciated the info and the room wasn't in any danger of flooding(basically it could wait til later).
During the job, Phil the owner showed up and we discussed some possible future plumbing and construction needs. EZ Plumbing Pipes & Drains has another branch named Overhaul Construction and we will definitely consider them for bids in the future.
When the job was complete, the quality, professionalism  and tidiness of Miguels work was excellent.  I will continue to trust EZ Plumbing Pipes & Drains with all our plumbing needs.

San Diego Walk-In Tubs

I needed a professional to install a walk-in tub. On Yelp I found 'San Diego Walk-In Tubs,' has a perfect name, they've been around a long time, have many pictures and reviews from satisfied customers. I am one of their newest, very happy customers. Jason met me for an in-home estimate. He has been prompt and friendly all the time. He presented pictures of various models and features, answered my questions, and had recommendations. And I needed the bathroom door opening widened and they did that too! I knew it involved a lot of work, but I decided to buy it 'installed.' Jason and his work crew took care of everything. It was done quickly, and they cleaned up the area every day. It's beautiful.

Awesome service!  Marcos was very professional and friendly. He was running a little bit behind, but he contacted me with plenty of notice and I was home all day, so it was no problem.

As most of the correspondence regarding the plumbing was through the property manager, when they arrived, Marcos quickly reviewed all the work he needed to do and about how long it would take (3 toilet valve replacements, new garbage disposal, new outdoor tap and a new kitchen sink faucet) Both he and the other plumber that was with him (I apologize I did not catch his name) did great work and were extremely clean.   Seriously, they left their work areas cleaner than when they started. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a plumber.

Truly, one of he best experiences I've had with any plumber. Cordial, clean, professional and very friendly. They really know their stuff.  And did I mention they were there on time?

Excellent and fast service. Made themselves available quickly even though our need was not an emergency. They cared. Unlike other companies, they didn't upsell, didn't try to sell us other products, they just diagnosed the problem and got it done. Even when they presented us with other options, they provided their professional opinion. They were honest and reasonably priced. Highly recommend - and they will be needed with the summer months coming.

We called Ron on a Friday morning and he was at our house when we asked him to be later that day. He correctly diagnosed our problem, was very thorough and professional and stuck to his reasonable quote. Will definitely call him again and share his number with our neighbors

The worst experience! We had an issue removing and changing out an old bathroom faucet, which led to water everywhere . The plumber damaged a flawless sink in doing the job (the $400 to shut off the leak and change out a faucet was not in my budget; steep considering I vacuumed all the water Myself). He tried to paint the chipped porcelain, which didn't work and then took off the price of a new sink and offered to install it for free. I was so impressed at the time. But
I now had to buy a pedestal sink I didn't want (he wanted me to match the footprint) and a faucet I didn't like that would now fit this sink. He was nice enough to help with that. Unfortunately when I arrived home the pedestal sink was cemented in so crooked that the basin cannot sit flush. It's completely slanted. I've never heard of a contractor that doesn't use a level. He's so nice I feel bad, but now I have to have it all ripped out to start over. Plus he damaged the walls and new paint job. It's been awful!
