Had a slow drain in my shower. Called Dr. Rooter and they came out the same day. Very affordable. I called a few other plumbers beforehand and the other guys we're charging two to three times more. Not Dr. Rooter.
Upon arriving. The guys were friendly and professional. I even met the owner Jerry. One of the coolest guys you can ever meet. He made sure everything was done and done right. Found out later that my grandson stuffed a shower sponge deep into the shower pipe. The plumbers were able to retrieve the sponge without any damage.
Overall great service. Showed up same day and were out as soon as the job was completed. Very affordable. Dr. Rooter doesn't price gouge like some other plumbers. Dependable, affordable, friendly and knowledgeable. Qualities you want in your plumber. Support local businesses especially the good ones. Dr. Rooter is awesome. Use them for all your plumbing needs.

We had a plumbing emergency. We woke up with s drain clogged and 2 inches of water in our basement as a result. I called and he showed up within minutes. They not got rid of the clog, but they also cleaned out our pipes all the way to the street. Very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

Jerry and his team at Dr. Rooter & Plumbing Inc came through for us again! Initially, we had a huge problem with plumbing that had backed up really early one morning- he and his side kick, Johnny, did an excellent job and fixed that problem the same day we called. The very next day, our hot water tank decided to break down so Jerry and his team came to the rescue again a few days later! He, Johnny, and Adan, replaced our outdated hot water tank with a tankless water heater which we love! It's awesome! (can't believe it took us so long to modernize and go tankless). Keep up the great work.
Woke up to pipes not draining and water flooding in our front yard on a Sunday, we called Jerry and he was at our house within a few hours. They looked over everything and explained exactly what happened and the process necessary to fix it. Pricing was significantly cheaper than other plumbers we've used in the past and they had everything done and our water back on within 45 minutes. We found our new go to plumbers.

Gerardo was amazing! Gave him a call about 2 hours ago, and he said he could make it out to us after his next clients. He was here in a timely manner and fixed our toilet within maybe 5 minutes max. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips about how to avoid the same thing in the future!!!
My drain was clogged on Christmas Eve. Much cooking and cleaning needed to be done. I called and Jerry said he could be to my place after finishing up with the scheduled ppl he had in 2 hours. Jerry was indeed here in 2 hours. Christmas Eve cooking was saved and his price was super affordable. Thanks Jerry!

The water main into our house broke on a Saturday and water was pouring out of a leak somewhere under a concrete walkway. We were so fortunate we found Dr Rooter & Plumbing. Jerry came to our house right away and proposed a cost effective solution. Jerry and his workers worked tirelessly all day Saturday to complete the repairs. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Jerry is very personable and despite the not great circumstances we really enjoyed chatting with him. He is quite funny and has some great jokes. It was a nice way to lighten up a stressful situation! We now have a plumber for life.
I called Jerry to unclog a kitchen drain. He was able to come within hours of calling. He was very thorough, efficient and was willing to stay on the job until it was done. He was great with communicating and his price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend!
Gerry was great. I'm a homeowner in San Diego and have had a problem drain line that requires maintenance once a year. I used to handle the issue myself with some rental equipment from Home Depot. This time, I called Gerry to come hydro-jet my main sewer line and the pesky lateral drain line. He ran a camera and found substantial grease buildup. He did multiple runs of the hydro-jet and re-ran the camera to ensure a thorough job. He was prompt, responsive and very reasonable on price. He will definitely be my go-to plumber moving forward.
These guys are incredible. They were at my house the entire day on Christmas Eve 2018 and worked in conditions most plumbers wouldn't have. I had a 2-week long sewage spill under the crawl space of my home and the only way to get to the clean-out was in the same crawl space. We pumped the water out but it was still very dirty. They are going to come back to the house to add better clean-outs outside of the home. They had all of the equipment that big name plumbers have including hydro jets pumps and cameras. They hydro jetted it several times and verified with cameras that everything was cleared. Thank you Dr. Rooter!!

I had a drain issue that I thought was simple to address but it turned out to be more complicated than it first appeared. Jerry and his team were very professional and thorough. Suggestions for improvements were made by him and the team and we are very pleased with the results and service. They cleaned up nicely and worked very hard. We always appreciate a good team of honest professional workers. Also, quick response amd punctual. Highly recommend.
Jerry made every effort to come out and assess and fix a clogged bathroom drain in minimal time. The price was right and he offered additional services such as camera and hydrojet to my other bathroom for a good price. I will be using Jerry again for future plumbing work.

Best plumbing company ever! I had a backup in my kitchen and laundry and I called first thing on a Saturday morning and spoke to Jimmy who said he could arrive within a couple hours. He showed up and cleaned out both laundry and kitchen pipes and decided to do a whole house clean out and all within a very reasonable price. This company saved my day and I will definitely recommend them and use them for any future plumbing needs.

Amazing same day service on a Sunday in Jamul! Our drains backed up due to a major hair ball and a kid who flushed massive wads of toilet paper. He hydro-jetted our lines and cleared the clogs with ease. Highly recommend!
What a great service these guys provide. I needed emergency repair on our main water line that left us without water and Jerry arrived within 30 minutes of my call. He was professional, quick and most importantly fair priced. I'm sure there are companies that would have tried to over charge me being that I was in need of getting my water running immediately but Jerry was so helpful and only interested in getting the problem fixed asap for my family. We had a pipe burst in our office. Came home from work and walked into a mini pond in the office. After cleaning it up and realizing where the water was coming from, I notified my homeowners insurance and decided to call a plumber. I had an issue with a pipe leak from my water heater and these guys were able to quickly come to my house on a Sunday morning. Not only did they replace my bad pipe, they found an issue where the original installer didn't solder one of the pipe connections. Their catch saved me from having to deal with a potential problem down the line if that connection would come undone. Overall, it was a good experience and having the owner at my house explaining things was very helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and below what you would pay the bigger companies out there.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Excellent service from beginning to end. My water heater started leaking and was inoperable, my home insurance company send out a different company that I would not use again. I called Dr. Rooter and they were able to come out the same day and install a new heater for us. Excellent customer service that we received from Jerry and Miguel. Will definitely be using them again. Their prices are very reasonable too.

We had excellent service from Jerry and his team. We had 2 outside drains that were draining very slowly. When it rained, we had large pools of water around each drain that took a long time to drain away.
I contacted Jerry and he came out with the right equipment, and 2 other very experienced men. Within a short time, they had found the roots and gravel that had clogged our drains. They removed all the debris. They then showed me how water now drained quickly from both drains.
We highly recommend Dr Rooter and Plumbing for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and reasonable prices.
Needed plumbing services in an emergency and it was already getting late in the day, Jerry sent his guys Johnny and Gustavo. These guys were amazing, even when we thought there was nothing else they could do to get my water turned back on that night, they kept at it and found a temp solution and then returned this morning to finish the job. Jerry stopped by when they finished to make sure all was good! I would most definitely recommend Dr Rooter for any plumbing needs they are very reliable!!

A great experience with Dr. Rooter!
Jerry answered the call himself while in his other job. Asked me to text him and he would get back when he could. And later he called and was ready to stop by.
Jerry showed up after a long day at another job to check on my mom's problem. He got right into it checked things out and tried something. Next thing we know he had the problem in process of resolving.
He was friendly, great to talk to , and affordable reasonable pricing.

Jerry answered my call and text right away. I had a small leak behind my drywall behind the toilet. I wanted to get it fixed right away before molding started. Adan came the next morning and gave me a reasonable price to take out the toilet, secure and fix the pipe, and reinstall the drywall. One of my main concerns was having the drywall patched as some plumbers I called did not fix drywall and I wanted everything done at once without hiring another company or going out and doing it myself. They did everything for a competitive price. Jerry stopped by halfway through to even check on Adan's work. Jerry offered other services as I mentioned my house was fairly old. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using their services in the future.
Jerry came out quickly and provided a very reasonable quote for running a scope down my lines and doing a hydro jet. Despite what ended up being a very messy job the clean-up was absolutely spotless.

I called Jerry for emergency service and He was able to come in and help us fixed the problem on our water heater. Very reliable, very proffesional people to work with and definitely work with your budget. He also helped me in my other plumbing issue without even asking in return. They are the best and I highly recommend this company. Believe me, you will not regret their service. I would like to give a big thumbs up to Adan and Jhonny as well for a job well done.
We had a stopped up kitchen sink and a drain leak that was not actively leaking, because we weren't using that sink. They responded to my phone call within minutes and were at my house in under two hours. They worked quickly to solve the problem and were very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again.
Our downstairs bathroom shower was backed up, it was a gross mess. I called Jerry first thing in the morning and he was able to come within the hour. I was so thankful for Jerry and his crew. It ended up being the mainline and used the hydro jet to clear it up.
He's very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Would recommend anytime.

Our water heater wasn't working. So we decided to replace it with a tankless water heater with a 25 year warranty . The owner gave us a quote. His team showed up at our house and quickly remove the old one. He called the store to deliver the tankless water heater on the same day. His team took about 3 hours to complete. I'm very happy with Dr Rooter & Plumbing.

I hardly give review for repairs services, but Jerry and his partner deserves a praise. Now I know why they call themselves Doctors. These are the plumbing PROS I would highly recommended you call for any plumbing services. Jerry and his partner is very good at what they do. Save myself a lot of time and money replacing a brand new water heater SAME DAY!!
We had a slow leak coming from our toilet valve. My husband tried to fix it but afraid that he will mess up and cost us a lot more. It was Sunday when this happened and with the craziness going on due to this pandemic, we didn't think that anyone will come but we called around anyways. Jerry was actually in the neighborhood so they dropped by to check out our leak. They replaced our toilet valve and also the noise reducer. Their price is also much affordable compared to others I've seen. We definitely recommend them for any plumbing work.

Broken water main to the house. Called Jerry/Dr Rooter and he had workers to our house within the hour. They found the leak, repaired the pipe and put the yard back in order in no time at all. I called for an issue with a badly leaking pipe from our water heater tank. Gerry requested pictures to be sent to him to further assess. I only waited roughly for 30 minutes and he sent Val and fixed it. It was a clean and quick work. Gerry then stopped by to reassess everything and gave recommendations. He charged reasonably. Great customer service! I would highly recommend these guys.

AWESOME!!! My garbage disposal went out and I called Dr. Rooter after doing some Yelp! Homework and saw the excellent reviews. Jerry called me back immediately, was able to come out in less than 2 hours!!! Jerry and Johnny came and replaced the garbage disposal quickly and they are so friendly and efficient. Very reasonable prices. Definitely going to use them if I have any plumbing needs in the future!!!!

For peace of mind we wanted to get our new home's sewer line scoped. We wanted to be assured the pipe was in good condition and no roots were penetrating the line. Time was of the essence. We are in escrow and needed to know ASAP if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. We called Jerry and he went out the very next day to take a look. He was extremely thorough and checked out the line with a camera scope all the way to the city line. We know for certain that the sewer is in good condition. We highly recommend him!

I called Dr. Rooter because I had a loud noise in my pipes and my regular plumber wasn't available. Jerry came out right away and took care of my issue, and even when he determined that I needed a new faucet, he took care of that as well. His prices were very reasonable, and I will definitely be calling him again!

If you're like me, and you called every plumber in San Diego- STOP RIGHT HERE!
Jerry took me in last minute and exceeded all of my expectations.
I needed my sink replaced and wanted to do it myself.
The bottom of my sink was a nightmare.
Everything was corroded and painted over.
All other plumbing companies charged a minimum of $125/HOUR and couldn't provide services until the end of the week.
Jerry offered a very reasonable price and same-day service!
He sent his partner, Ricardo, that came to my rescue and did more than was expected of him.
They wore masks and was were super neat.
They even insisted on cleaning up everything after!
Honest people are hard to come by nowadays.
These guys didn't let down.

We had our water heater malfunction and leak. After talking to him on the phone he arrived in a timely manner and assessed our issue. We ended up having some water damage in the wall. After having some flood mitigation work done, we contacted him again and they were able to do the final installation of the new water heater the very next day. Overall we were very happy we choose to work with them. They didn't over charge us they treated us fairly. During the couple times they were working in our home the weather was on and off raining. They took the time to make sure not to track in the elements. They kept a clean work area and made sure their final product was clean and neat! We can't say enough great things about them, we definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.
Wow! Jerry is amazing. I just found him from Yelp because my restaurant had a full clog and we couldn't stay open for business.

Recently I have had the need to call Jerry twice. The first time was for a clogged toilet in our business. Jerry knew we had clients coming at 10:00AM, so he got there early. It ended up being a bigger problem than expected but he called for help and they worked their tails off and completed the work before our first client arrived.
The second time was today. Another toilet issue, another location. Jerry was very busy but sent Adam who I knew also from the previous job. Adam was very efficient and professional and finished the job in no time.

Had a broken valve in my shower and the water wouldn't shut off. Was able to get ahold of Gerry first thing in the morning (he was actually on vacation but still answered) and he got his team out there very quickly. I appreciate the coordination and urgency Gerry and his team showed!!!
Update: Jerry is so helpful and such a pro. We are grateful for his service. Can't recommend him enough. He gets the job done. This is our second time needing his assistance and he sent out a team member right away mid day on a Sunday. These guys showed up on time. I explained it to them what I needed to get done and they did the job and got it done good.
Found Dr. Rooter (aka Jerry) on Yelp. He has many 5-start reviews and it's easy to see why.
I needed to replace my kitchen faucet, but the shutoff valve was stuck and so was the faucet nut. Jerry and Johnny made quick work of that business. They were professional, courteous, clean and quick. He also noticed my aged garbage disposal had been leaking. He said he could do it and quoted a good price. Jerry went out and got a new disposal while Johnny finished up the faucet. Installed very fast and no leaks to be seen.
While he was here I brought up a couple of other things I've been meaning to get done and he was happy to take a look at them. He even called over one of his friends, Ariel, to consult on one aspect.
Definitely satisfied with the work and will not hesitate to call again. I recommend you give him a try as well!

I find myself fortunate to have found this-honest, reliable, professional, and thorough company. I needed them for a clogged kitchen sink. The auger was not enough this time and I needed the hydro jet. They had to install a trap through the wall behind the sink and even patched and restuccoed. I have an older Clairemont home and I see a lot of neighbors dealing with the house pipe/sewer to main failures. So I am glad I have an honest go to plumber. I highly recommend them. I already have them lined up to fix a water pressure issue.

Jerry and team provided excellent service! He was responsive and answered my call right away. He works weekends and is very honest and helpful!

We recently bought a dishwasher from Home Depot and they were supposed to install it also. Apparently our water hose running under the counter instead of through the corner cabinet was enough for them to decline our installation.
We called Dr Rooter & Plumbing at the recommendation of a family member and we are glad that we did. They came out same day to install the new dishwasher and did a fantastic job! Easy to work with and they even had to run out and get a few parts for the install. Would definitely call their team again!

Jerry and his assistant were so easy to work with. They came emergently as our toilet was running and the valve had broke. He was fast, reliable, respectful, and honest. He came assessed the problem and placed the correct upgraded valve and fixed the toilet. Would definitely use again! So grateful!
We had a clogged tub that needed immediate attention. Every other plumber I contacted either didn't get back to me or weren't available for a week at least. Jerry came out the same day and after the repair was more involved than previously thought, came out the next day as well to take care of the issues which included replacing old cast iron pipes. I plan to contact Jerry with any future plumbing issues.

Edgar was at my house within an hour the problem was just a simple issue with pressure and he fixed it like a magician. He was polite and friendly and got the job done quickly. Would hire these guys again for any plumbing needs I have.

We contacted Jerry and he came the same day to give us a FREE estimate. Him and his partner were friendly, knowledgeable and gave us great AFFORDABLE prices, but most importantly GREAT service. They came back the next day and fixed our leaking pipe, they also did additional work and went above and beyond helping us fix other small things. They even flushed our heater.

Quick service and reasonable price. Called in the Morning to unclog my main line. He responded right away. Came by, give me a quote then started working right away. He used a camera to see the clog and used waterjet to clear the pipes. Then everything was unclog. I recommend his service.

Jerry came out the same day within one hour, accessed the issue & scheduled an appointment for 2 days later, per my availability. Jerry was willing to come out the next day.
He was not able to complete the job the same day due to other obligations, but it wasn't significant of a problem that had to be addressed immediately.
Reasonably priced for completed work & was done within 20-minutes. Others provided an excessive quote for same work.

We called Dr Rooter & Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon for water coming up in the shower and under toilets. They were able to come out later that day and clear out drains and found a major problem. They used their cameras to find the main line and identified a root clog in our main line. They were able to come out the next morning, to cut and repair the main line to remove the roots including hydro jetting and installed double sweep clean outs. They were very communicative throughout the process and produced a quality work product. I would highly recommend Dr Rooter & Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!

Jerry and Johnny were fantastic. I called on a Friday asking if they could fit me in on their schedule for a toilet install and putting in a water line that day. They were able to come out that day to give me an estimate and started the water line install that day. They finished the water line install on Friday so it was ready for our new refrigerator that was coming on Saturday. They then came back on Saturday and installed our new toilet once it was delivered. They did too notch work on both and gave us a great deal. I would highly recommend using them. They will have repeat business with us for sure!

It's a Sunday morning and I'm shopping at Home Depot for a water heater that needed to be replaced ASAP. This gentleman, Edgar, helped me in the plumbing isle with everything I needed. Mind you this is not a Home Depot employee instead he is a plumber. I told him I needed the water heater installed that day and several hours later the company that he works for,Dr. Rooter, replaced it. The whole team was professional, clean cut and very responsive. The job was done quickly and priced very reasonably. All in all I'm grateful for the help that Edgar gave me in the store and the team at Dr Rooter. Jerry the owner came by and checked on the work being completed by Edgar and Johnny and he was very pleasant to talk with as well best plumbing company I've seen in a very long time.
I called Dr. Rooter and Plumbing on an emergency call. I got home from work and noticed a gas smell and water pooling near my old water heater. I knew it was gonna go sooner rather than later and sooner was tonight. I tried a few other businesses but they were booked or oddly you needed some sort of membership to have an emergency plumber come out (sounds expensive). I called Jerry, the owner of this company and he sent out Johnny to respond first. Johnny diagnosed the issue as a broken water heater. Considering this was a last minute call, Jerry called me and met me at a local Home Depot to purchase parts and a new water heater, while getting the info of parts he needed from Johnny. I came out and paid for the parts and heater and Jerry hauled it back to my house. In a matter of 3 hours Johnny got the old water heater out and the new water heater was on. Overall the price was better than fair. Jerry oversaw the project and both men were super professional. I didn't like the fact I had to pay for an unexpected plumbing issue but Dr. Rooter did an exceptional job and I'd definitely use them again.

Dr Rooter was great! I called him the night before because my main sewer line was clogged. He came up the very next morning at 7am to diagnose the problem and gave me a Free estimate and a much more affordable price than other plumbers in the lemon grove area. He would've came the same night but due to a recent work order already scheduled he was able to fit me in the following morning. He was very honest and reasonable when it came to pricing and assured me of a warranty for any of his work. He has a great team that are very friendly and I will not hesitate to use his service again when I need him. Thank you! Great work!
Wow... what a life saver. Nothing like waking up Sunday morning with a sink full of dirty dishes from the night before and having no hot water. One call to Dr. Rooter and we were on our way to hot water again. Edgar was our main tech and was very helpful. He went with me to get a new water heater and supplies and with the help of one other guy we were doing dishes in about 2 hours. Highly recommended plumber.

The pipe to our water heater bursted and in order to minimize damage, I had to turn off our main. This left us with no water so I needed
a plumber to fix the bursted pipe immediately. I found Dr. Rooter through Yelp. Within seconds of talking to Jerry, I knew I had found the right person for the job. Jerry and Ricardo arrived within the hour per my request. He immediately located the source of the problem that was behind the wall. With minimal intrusiveness, they soldered on the new section of copper pipe. If you want prompt and professional service, then Jerry and Ricardo are your men for the job. I highly recommend them, and I must say that they are now on my existing contact list in case I ever need them again.

I needed two sinks installed for my business so I contacted Jerry/Gerardo to do the job since he(his employees) had already worked at my home once before.
He installed two sinks with very low water pressure and no hot water. They did a very intricate plumbing job that didn't do the job intended. As a professional plumber I expected him to tell me prior the installation of the two sinks that the flow of water was going to be very low but he didn't. The also installed a line for hot water without checking first to see if I had hot water which I didn't but he did the plumbing anyways so that he could change more.
During the whole job he keep saying that the job he was doing for me was $1,800 which was double the amount he quoted me. At the end of the job I ended up paying $950 via Zelle to his personal account because he didn't wanted me to pay via check for tax reasons(I will still be claiming this as an expense for my business). I was very disappointed with his work, luck of honest and expertise.
I had to hire someone else to correct the job he did.
Jeri and crew did a wonderful job in installing my water heater. I called Jeri about a humming sound from the water heater and he send edgar and rudy to trouble shoot. In 10 secs Edgar found the problem which is a screw on top of a plate causing the noise. I was amazed how professional and knowledgeable jeri's crew about plumbing. Highly recommended and honest..thank you jeri.....

If I could give Jerry, Johnny, and Ricardo 10 stars I would. I had a pretty major plumbing issue that another company offered to fix for $12,000. Jerry came by the day after I sent an email to him via yelp and told me my mainline wasn't in that bad of condition and only one section would need to be replaced. While they were at it, they installed an access point for any future issues. They hydrojetted the lines and fixed my kitchen sink. They did that the same day! They are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and polite. Everything works perfectly now. Plus, they saved me thousands of dollars. I wish I could adopt them.

I didn't know that there were some tree roots in the drain, from our home into the sewer, causing water to back up, and exit at a clean-out in the driveway. We needed this problem resolved as quickly as possible because of the health/ safety risk involved.
I contacted Jerry at Dr Rooter & Plumbing, among a number of other plumbers and drain specialists. Jerry quickly assessed the situation (correctly, it turns out) based on my observations and description. It didn't matter to him that I live north county and he works primarily in south county San Diego. He contacted another customer with a non-emergency appointment, who agreed to push that work to the next day. He had staff member Johnny on his way to San Marcos even before he had my address. Johnny was friendly, courteous and professional, as was Jerry who soon joined us. They made short work of the problem, locating the blockage and removing it. I could see the tree roots on their scope.
This experience really made my day: a) because our water was flowing normally, and b) because I had been looking for a plumber with whom I felt comfortable and could trust. Dr Rooter & Plumbing get the highest recommendation from me; no question about it. Thanks Jerry and Johnny!!

Our kitchen sink was completely backed up and we called Jerry to see if he could come to help. Even though our call was out of the blue on a Saturday afternoon, he was here quickly. Hands down best plumber for all of your plumbing needs!! My toilet was not flushing on a Saturday and I was struggling to find someone to come out right away. Call Jerry before anyone else. Jerry answered right away and showed up on time. We called him to unclog a drain in our kitchen today after we called around to other companies and got left without responses. Jerry was very professional and gave me a quote to unclog my drain over the phone. If we ever have issues again we will be using him again.

We had a backup into our downstairs bathroom tub and was told by another plumber that he didn't have a powerful enough jetter to get the job done. I was told I needed someone with a trailer jetter (which I had never heard of before). I found Dr Rooter & Plumbing by chance, and Jerry quickly coordinated for his team to come out same day and get the job done. Super personable and more than reasonable prices. Will definitely be calling him for other plumbing work.

Like many folks, we only seem to experience plumbing emergencies on the weekends (go figure), when most plumbing companies are closed. Thank goodness Dr Rooter (Jerry) was available, and able to help. Long story short, we had a horrible sewage backup due to a forest of tree roots in our outgoing sewage pipe that forced the plumbing to backup (not pleasant at all). Jerry and his team of plumbing special forces came out, removed all the roots, but then noticed many holes in the pipe. This is where Jerry's experience came in, and suggested inserting a liner into the pipe, which literally saved us $1000s!!!

Jerry from Dr Rooter & Plumbing provided the best customer service in the past 2 years regardless of business type. We needed a plumber to replace an L-shaped valve for the water/ice line to our refrigerator. It was not leaking, but weren't able to turn the valve on/off and it wasn't an emergency. We used Yelp to obtain repair quotes in our area, and discovered Dr Rooter & Plumbing carried very high ratings on their Yelp reviews, many of which were posted recently. Jerry's competitive repair quote was also 30%-35% less than any of the other quotes received. Jerry had also offered high quality water tubing to me, but I had already pre-paid for one to accompany my refrigerator. Jerry and his assistant took great care while inside of our home. They also incurred a little more labor for my needed repair, yet I was only charged for my initial repair quote. I will ALWAYS choose Dr Rooter for my plumbing needs. I would have no hesitation calling them in the future. If Yelp offered 6-star ratings for A+++ service, I would've given them 6-stars!

If I could give Jerry and Edgar 10 stars I would. Wow! Talk about reliable, efficient, kind, and very reasonable. Around 3-4 in the morning my family noticed a puddle of water in the kitchen, immediately called the landlord who told us to contact a different plumbing agency and these people were giving us the run around and said they couldn't come until 8:30 or 9am. Landlord advised if we couldn't wait, to search for someone else. I immediately went on yelp and the first I see is Dr Rooter with 5 star reviews. I scrolled through a few and decided to call. I was very surprised someone picked up. It was Jerry. He said he would hop in the shower and be on his way. I texted him the address. Within 30 min someone showed up and it was Edgar. He said Jerry sent him over because he was closer to take a look and assess the situation first but that Jerry was on his way. Edgar immediately found the source of the leak which was coming from our waterline to our fridge. He was able to shut it off to at least stop the water from flowing out. Shortly, Jerry arrived, they discussed the plan and said they would go to home depot buy parts and come back. Totally irrelevant but we mentioned the water filter and Edgar took it out and said if they had it at Home depot he would grab a new one. Not only did they look at home depot but they also went to walmart but neither place had it. These two went above and beyond to try and find this filter and that in itself speaks volumes. Edgar quickly replaced the waterline with something more sturdy and durable and the problem was solved. Amazing! I couldn't have asked for better people. I highly recommend Dr Rooter & Plumbing (Jerry and Edgar) its very hard to find people who are kind and so willing to help and not try to rip you off or get over on you price wise especially during emergency situations like this one. The main water line decided to break around 11pm/12am. I spent an hour calling plumbers, talking to their dispatchers, and waiting for them to return my call. At the same time, water is gushing out onto the street at 40 gallons per minute but nobody had a sense of urgency and only were concerned about their late night additional fees. I guess even the non emergency fire department has business's hours. Luckily, I stumbled up Dr Rooter on Google and reluctantly gave them a call due to all of my other experiences being less than satisfactory but to my surprise, I actually got someone on the phone who was not a dispatcher! Although it was 2am, Jerry didnt hesitate to come and arrived at my house in 45 minutes and turned the water off. The next day, he and his guys quickly addressed the issue, fixed the problem and gave me more reasonable price compared to everyone else I've called. He also warrantied the work which means he stands by his work. I would call these guys first and recommend Dr. Rooter for all of your plumbing needs.
