After our 13-year old water heater stopped working on Friday evening, I was elated to find this company. They scheduled an appointment on Monday morning but offered to come by on Sunday. Luckily, they had availability on Sunday midday and quickly installed a new water heater within 2 hours. Not only were they friendly and professional, but they also had the required water heater in stock, making the process seamless. To top it all off, they charged half the price quoted by the plumber we contacted before them. We now have hot water once again and I will definitely call these guys first if I have another issue!
I've had my fair share of bad experiences with plumbers in the past, but not this one. Yuri was very helpful and very detail oriented. As soon as he came in, he immediately took off his shoes without us telling him. Made a thorough inspection and told us his assessment. He made sure that I understood what's going and what he was going to do. He was friendly and had a very good conversation about sports. Very skilled plumber with a wealth of experience and expertise. After he fixed the leak, he made sure everything was clean and back to its original place. He made sure he left his contact information in case anything happened. I sure will keep his contact information for all future plumbing issues I may encounter. Fair pricing and Highly recommended. Job well done!!!
Yuri came out on a Sunday at 9am for our pool plumbing emergency. We reached out only that Saturday night prior at around 6pm. I had contacted several companies through Yelp and none were able to service. Yuri was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company to others who need a plumbing problem fixed. We will be hiring them again in the future for any plumbing issues.

I had United Plumbing come over to replace my old Water Heater which had stopped working. Yuri Showed up inspected My water heater and said I needed a new one. I had read their great reviews, so I did not compare other prices from other companies. I made a good choice, price was good, service was excellent, and Yuri is an expert at his trade. He also cleaned out my clogged kitchen sink. I'm very pleased and will use them again in the future.

My upstair neighbor's tank leaked, dripped into my tenant's water heater closet and tripped out the electrical on the old water heater. I called United Plumbing and they sent Yuri who came out on Labor Day to troubleshoot the water heater. After determining the need to replace the unit, they helped me take the old unit to Home Depot to get credit and get a new unit.
After installing the new unit, he couldn't get it to fire up and determined that the new unit was a lemon after talking to the Rheem service rep. Yuri again coordinated with me to get credit from Home Depot to got another replacement unit and installed it with brand new hoses and piping.
Even though Yuri had to do the removal and install twice, he was very kind and nice about it, never complained, and was even apologetic. United charged me a very reasonable fee that was about 20% less than other companies. And they didn't even ask me to pay for the second install.
I was very happy with United's service and especially Yuri for doing a thorough job!

I am so happy to find an affordable plumbing company that is knowledgeable, conscientious and easy to work with. Yuri came to my home with same day notice and efficiently scoped my mainline. While he was here, I asked him if he had time to check my under sink incinerator. Yuri promptly installed a brand new disposal under my sink. I've never had such a great (quiet) disposal (not your run on the mill Home Depot style). Pricing on both services was excellent. Scheduling response, receiving certificate of clear mainline video, Yuri's repair and United's follow up-outstanding. I had a question following the job and the owner personally reach out to address my question. This is a great little company starting up. We are lucky to have them in San Diego! I wish them the best of luck as they build clientele.
