it's New Years Eve, but he arrived within 20 minutes and what could possibly have taken 2 hours, he resolved in 10 minutes. he also gave us a few tips about what tools we could buy on our own and that the toilets that our building uses causes our water bill to be higher. so he was super fast, very friendly, and informed us of some pretty useful tips. they're also considerably inexpensive - I highly recommend!

We were able to get a same day appointment! The Dynamic Duo Cesar and Zach came out today to try to figure out why we have moisture on our garage wall. They explained what they would be doing beforehand and during their work. They had to cut the drywall to access the pipe. They then snaked the drain and cleaned up the debris. Hopefully the problem is resolved for now, but we know who to call if we have any problems in the future.

Justin installed two new toilets for me and did a great job.  There were a couple of hiccups along the way and I was really impressed with the way that he explained things to me and then figured out the best solution.  I was on the fence about trying to install them myself and now I am extremely glad that I went with a professional, given the unforeseen issues.

Scheduling was easy as talking to Debbie was a blast.  Great family run business and great service - I would definitely recommend them!

Jose came to evaluate our kitchen sink after another plumber left us hanging when our pipe developed a leak.  He is COVID compliant, and he arrived well within the 2 hour window.  He carefully explained our options and the rationale behind the repair so that we understood fully before making a decision.  We received an estimate with no obligation to have him do the work.   After Jose does the work, i will update this review.

With our past poor experiences with other plumbers, we looked for a company interested in taking care of their clients properly.  Because i was hesitant, the dispatcher informed us that the company is family owned and operated.   Jose represented his company well in providing excellent customer service.  He was professional in every aspect of the visit.  I would highly recommend Discount Plumbing.

Quoted one price over the phone to clear a drain and then charged a higher rate when the drain was cleared.  This was a basic drain clean done with a water blow out.  No snake was required, no additional work and there were no suprises or complications.  

I see many glowing 4 star reports but if you opt to use him get the price in writing when he shows up!

Miguel of Mickey's Plumbing came by and took a look at the property along with so many different estimators. He appeared very knowledgeable and was able to schedule this repair quickly.
Miguel said that he would be here at 9:00 this morning and he did arrive on time. He had the items he needed to repair the line. I asked him to also install a removable key @ the water spigot.

Well, had a slight issue with the repair. Either the replacement piece had a flaw or the connection didn't quite seal. I noticed a leak at the repair site though much smaller.
No problem. Miguel arrived 30 minutes after I notified him of the issue, and everything looks good now.

Pretty simple job I hired Armstrong for.  But they were professional and helpful throughout the process. Scheduled for Mark to come out to my house at 4.  He called about 30 minutes before to say he would be on the way, and arrived at 4 sharp!  Was extremely professional and easily explained and taught everything he was doing. Will definitely call Armstrong for future needs.

I called and they sent Alex. I told him what I knew and he took it from there. I walked with him most of the way and I am amazed what is done to solve my plumbing issues. He did it and I'm so happy. Only call to make.
