Best Plumbing Services in Chula Vista, CA

I have called them 5+ times to follow up on a job they completed.  No one has called me back.  The first time I used them they did a great job on a shower valve, so I gave them return business.  This time it was a water line for a refrigerator.  I had them install a shutoff valve in the wall.  He did it all quick and everything looked fine.  Ten days later I noticed my baseboards had warped.  I pulled out the fridge and discovered a leak from the fridge connection.  Well the line was barely hand tight. My 2yr old could've made it tighter.  I mean come on, tightening the line is a priority.  I checked the end at the wall and it was loose as well.  Now I have to replace several baseboards and not sure yet about my hardwood floors.  Worst part is my several attempts to contact them and no one has returned my call regarding this matter.

They showed up earlier than expected which was great and they called beforehand.  Very nice and polite, wore a mask.  Cleared the drains at a fair price.  I would call them again.

I called Five Star Plumbing for a second opinion and a free quote. Justin quickly diagnosed the source of a leak from a water heater tank that was still under warranty, and spared me from being scammed into buying extra repair services from the other company. I trust and value Justin's professional opinion over any other!

The guy that showed up with pathetically unprepared and unprofessional. We were left with a tremendous mess on the carpet in the house and he was unable to unplug the drain. Once he left we called the second plumber and they had the entire line cleared in less than 20 minutes. I would not recommend you hire these guys unless you want to be stuck with a carpet cleaning bill along with a plugged drain and they charged twice what it cost with the other guy to get it cleared out.  Perhaps a name change would be in order for the company since Discount does not apply.

Armando is very knowledgeable,quick,fast response,and best of all very good job. His done 3 jobs for me. Water heater, replace shower control,and fixed my sink that is clogged.always happy and very satisfied of all his works. Thank you Armando

Mike Demitris came over to switch out my laundry valves so I could replace my stacked laundry unit. He arrived on time, with a mask on and was very professional. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable and even taught me a few plumbing things while he worked.

TDP is the best!!! I had a faucet that wouldn't stop running and these guys made the time to come out and nip it in the bud the same day I called. Rich said we'll squeeze you in and kept me updated as to when Jorge would get to my house. Jorge God Bless him came out after a difficult job and near dark (making him late for dinner with his family) and got right on fixing the problem. Thank You Rich and Jorge for helping a girl out in a pinch. I appreciate you more then words can say!!! You both rock in my book and I will be sure to refer you to friends and family. It was a great experience working those who know the true meaning of customer service!!!

Nathan was amazing. We called him  over a leak and within the same day he was here. He also helped us repipe our whole house. Very trustworthy and impeccable work ethic.  Would definitely recommend.

Last night while in the garage I noticed water in the drain pan under our water heater and traced it to a leak at the outlet connection at the top of the water heater.  My first impulse was to contact the company that put in the last one but the prices on its website took my breath away so I turned to Yelp and found JC Plumbing.  Victor contacted me promptly and we set an appointment for 2PM today.  He gave me a range of options as far as type of water heater and additional services.  I chose to do the more expensive option because in the long run it would probably be the least expensive over time.  Victor made changes to the water heater plumbing at no additional charge because he said it would help make the water heater and its accessories last longer.  He did not try to up-sell me things I did not need.  Victor is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and does good work.  I would highly recommend Victor for water heaters or any plumbing needs.

I hit these guys up late night like 9pm and they respond immediately. I got a quote and they arrived on time the next morning.

They told me the quote as confirmed and said if they had to do more work it would be a little more (quoted price given). I was ok with that. 5 mins later I paid my original quote and they were out the door. Definitely recommend.

Miguel of Mickey's Plumbing came by and took a look at the property along with so many different estimators. He appeared very knowledgeable and was able to schedule this repair quickly.
Miguel said that he would be here at 9:00 this morning and he did arrive on time. He had the items he needed to repair the line. I asked him to also install a removable key @ the water spigot.
Done!
Well, had a slight issue with the repair. Either the replacement piece had a flaw or the connection didn't quite seal. I noticed a leak at the repair site though much smaller.
No problem. Miguel arrived 30 minutes after I notified him of the issue, and everything looks good now.
This plumber is licensed with the state of CA and insured(you can check the website.)

Your price was extremely reasonable and and fair. I had quotes that were twice as much and that was just to show up! They wanted to charge for anything else that needed to be done.

Jose not only came out and expected the problem by putting a camera in the pipe to see what was going on he then cleaned it out and took care of the root problem and did not charge anything extra! It was all in his initial quote. Now that's professionalism at its best.

So many companies today are really trying to make up for the gouging gas prices. And they taking advantage of people left and right!

I just want to say Jose you will be blessed because of your honesty and fairness.

Matt was great! He was quick to respond to my plumbing emergency. He was very personable and an honest plumber. I am very pleased with his work and will call him for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Would highly recommend. Hector was extremely friendly, pleasant and took full precautions while inside our home during Covid. Our plumbing issues were a little more difficult than anticipated but he kept working until he got the job done. We will be using Team Rooter again and will recommend them to our friends and family.
