once again Joe came to my rescue.
there's nothing like turning on your garb disposal only to have it make a racket, but to throw up a tooth.
I called Joe to get a quote. we agreed on the price. I went to Home Depot, picked up a new disposal. I let Joe know I had the new unit. he contacted me and said he'd be by after he completed his current job. sure enough he came to replace it even though it was after 5.
this is the 2nd time in as many days using his services. he prompt, reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Excellent customer service. Can't say enough about how great Chris is. He was prompt, masked, and professional when I first had him out .. and when I called him again regarding a different issue, he strategized what I could try on my own rather than just coming out and charging me for another service. I will absolutely use him again. He's busy, but worth the wait.

Gilbert got right to work unplugging my bathroom sink. He did a great job of it and cleaned up thoroughly. He was very pleasant  and helpful. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend plumbers plus.

Make SURE u read this entire review...I hired Q to finish a ton of jobs to complete a bathroom remodel.  He did texturing, priming and painting all in 1 HUMID day and then blamed my HIGH END Sherwin Williams paint when it all began to sluff off.  Why the hurry? Because he refuses to quote by hour, only by job, then rushes thru.  Had to have ALL walls re-done.  Next he had his 12 yr old son grout the floor and then had a foul mouthed meltdown when I pointed out many grout areas had to be re- done due to incomplete fills.  Two days later I fired him for taking MY saw out of MY garage w/o permission to use at another customer's house!!  He lives 3 doors down from me.  

Two days after I fired him my SUV was keyed.  His latest trick?  Violating Yahoo's and NextDoor's Conflicts of Interest Policies by having Josie, his wife write bogus great reviews on both sites without disclosing she is married to him!  FYI, he also advertises and does work he is NOT licensed to do.  You will not be covered in case of small or catastrophic damage and will have no legal recourse against him.

Check out Mahal's review.  Same temper problems experienced by her apparently.  Another reviewer's remarks confirm that he is still using his 12 yr old son on the job, also not covered.

Why am I risking more trouble from him?  So others don't make the same mistake hiring him.  Q, if you are reading this, my neighbors have been notified and if I find ANYMORE damage of any kind to my property, please note that I will send camera shots to police and they can contact you directly.

I was very lucky to have met Paul under an unfortunate event.
Due to the mold issue caused by water damage from my upper unit neighbor, I was in need of a bathroom and walk-in closet remodel. The insurance company completed the estimate quickly and provided me a claim payout then I moved on to meeting different contractors for quotes.
After meeting with six to seven contractors with quotes ranging from $11,000 to $22,000, I quickly realized that the insurance payout is 50% less than the mid-range quote. Even though this is my very first remodel I know that the insurance payout is not going to able to pay for my bathroom remodel back to a comparable setup. I did not know what to do.
After listening to my situation on insurance payout one of the contractors suggested me to talk to Paul. The contractor knows that Paul is very knowledgeable and very good with the Xactimate software.  On top of that Paul is a contractor himself so whatever the insurance adjuster miss on the estimate Paul will definitely be included in his estimate.  He told me the Xactimate software is widely used among insurance adjusters and contractors so it will be an easy comparison between the insurance estimate and the actual project cost.  This would help me greatly to get a fair payout from the insurance  
I decided to acquire Paul's services and Paul called me on Monday morning after receiving my contact info the previous Saturday afternoon.  We set up an appointment for Tuesday morning for him to access needed repair. My first impress of Paul was that he is very professional and very efficient. He is also very detail oriented, friendly and patience.  He told me that understands how difficult it to be out of your own home, which is why he wants to help and have me back to my home as soon as possible. He emailed me a 37 pages Repair Estimate the very next day and had already emailed it to my insurance adjuster.  removal).
He also did follow up call with my insurance adjuster as the adjuster is busy and hard to reach. After the communication between my insurance adjuster and Paul, my insurance adjuster sent me another check that was about 28% of the original payout. I finally was able to start my remodeling project and once the project is done I will be able to move back home.
It was totally well worth it for me to acquire Paul's services. I highly recommend anyone that is not getting a fair payout from their insurance company to acquire Paul's services.

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service that you guys offer, I had quite a few things to be done like installing a fan with remote, Installing the carpet transition strips, Install a range hood and install an over the garage storage racks and Install curtains, oliver came in and breezed through the entire list of tasks like a whirlwind and did a fantastic job, The only one that he had not done before is the storage rack and that probably took him a wee bit more time as he had to read the instructions to install, I'm sure he hated that :). But it was done at such good speed and precision, I have nothing but only good words to say about you'll. Particular thanks to oliver. Intend using you'll for a few more things around the house sooner than later. Thanks again.

Yep, another WELL DESERVED 5-star review for CSR Plumbing, Ray and his crew.  If you are even thinking of using another plumber, think again.  Just use CSR and save yourself time and money.  They did a great job for me on a rental property.  Efficient, professional, and competitively priced.

Great company. Came out same day and cleaned out my sulfur smelling system.  Also, revisited to install new tank free of charge once part was delivered.

We just bought a house and ran into some plumbing issues shortly after the sale. We called several companies to come out and take a look at the problem. Above and Beyond was one of those companies. Some other plumbers didn't even show up at the scheduled time. Above and Beyond was very professional. They took a video of the pipes to show us exactly what was going on. Having just bought a house we were a little tight on cash. They not only worked with us to find a solution that worked for us and our budget, they did it quickly so that we can use our water. There was a lot of back and forth as we were trying to figure things out and everyone was courteous and attentive. I would highly recommend them. As their name suggests, they went above and beyond with us!

You won't find a plumbing company out there as good as Zack Smith Plumbing!  I have been a loyal customer since Zack started this company many years ago.  There isn't anything that Zack and his team can't handle! I have had a water heater go south and a slab leak, that Zack handled with ease and the upmost professionalism- and I didn't need to vacate while repairs were made! Chris came out and identified the leak that another plumber could not find.  He did more extensive pressure testing to verify this.  Highly recommended.

Honest, prompt and professional. Managed to help me fix a problem that had been plaguing us for weeks. I can't recommend them enough and will be using them in the future. They treated me like I was their only customer of the day and didn't stop working till the issue was resolved. I had issues with my ability to be available and they worked around my schedule. Having them out was the best call I made and I am glad I went with them instead of the three other plumbers I contacted.

Bill came out right away and checked out our clogged sink/disposal. He even worked with me in dealing with out management company who was trying to charge us and claim that we had misused the disposal. His prices were way lower then the estimate our management property was trying to charge us. He was very professional and not only that he was very kind! Call him if you have any plumbing needs! Very pleased with the service we received from Mr. Rooter on 11/11/20. Kevin was personable, friendly, and efficient. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He installed a new toilet and removed the old one from the premise. Also installed new shower heads, a new kitchen sink faucet, and removed an old water filtration system. He left all work areas clean and disposed of trash. Would definitely use this company again and would request Kevin. He was a 10 .
