Danny came back to fix a few broken things right now! He was quick and efficient and apsolutly
Daniel/ Eastlake plumbing just finished servicing our home for a toilet leak from our 2nd floor to the garage. He took care of the problem (wax ring worn down & a gap from the tile with the wax ring) and assured there was no continuing leak or drip. He completed the job in approx 1 hr 30 min & cost us $167.00. This was a relief since with any plumbing problem I tend it to imagine it much higher. I'm sure it helped that we caught the issue before it was an even bigger problem.
I also appreciated that they kept to their window of time and fit us in at an earlier time. Daniel arrived on time as promised.
While we had him on the premises we asked about a tankless water heater vs replacement of the average water heater. We appreciated his opinion and have decided to just wait the cost out until necessary. Hopefully the necessity is not an extreme situation that causes massive water damage. Guess we're taking a gamble.
We were referred to Eastlake Plumbing by word of mouth and we will continue to refer friends and family to this business. Daniel provided excellent courteous and professional service! 5 star Yelp!

We lived in Eastlake for six years (before moving recently), and we used Eastlake plumbing three times there--had a new water heater installed, had them install our new washer and dryer, new outside hose bibs installed, new regulator off the water main line, I think they looked at our sprinkler leak too. Great service and very reasonable prices every time. We moved to poway recently, and we called Eastlake Plumbing to see if they might drive up here. They said that especially because we were past customers, they would love to continue to be our plumbers since we had that relationship. In poway, we had a water pipe leak in our attic, it cost $140 to replace. Very fast work, reasonable price, they were on time, and called on the way. Last week, we believed we needed a new pressure regular off the water main. Eastlake plumbing came out again, did great testing and work, very reasonable price again. Then--this is the best part--we picked his brain about adding a sink and grill into our backyard. He got UP into our attic to find the gas line and water line and measured the distances, advised some thoughts he had about the project, and gave us a quote for the plumbing work. Great service..
We really like Eastlake Plumbing and highly recommend them. We have not had one bad or Iffy experience, and I have developed a feeling of trust for them. Daniel has been our plumber the past two times--he's great.
Fast response and fast handiwork! No complaints here.
We scheduled a visit for an estimate, which was free of charge. I needed to replace the water shut off valve, fill valve and flapper for two toilets. Made a second appointment to do the actual repairs and it took 1.5 hours. $125 per hour. Parts seemed like they were upcharged but I guess that's normal.
Masks were on the whole time and the plumber even wore booties so he wouldn't make a mess on the carpet.

Had a leaky garden hose facet. Called Eastlake and they provided prompt service. I was very impressed with the technician who was professional in every sense of the word - and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I will call them again for our next plumbing need.

Prices were outrageous. I went ahead and proceeded with the service because they were already out here and I needed it done. The technicians were friendly and professional, and they got the job done quickly. I will never call on them again -- that's how bad their prices are.
Eastlake Plumbing has been to my home for various repairs several times over the last few years (most recently today, Christmas Eve). They are AWESOME- always prompt, professional, and polite. They are very affordable too, and none of the plumbers have been bothered by my barking dogs!! I HIGHLY recommend Eastlake Plumbing to everyone in need of plumbing service.
We had an emergency repair today. Marcos was quick to respond, on time and gave us a fair quote. The job was done well, cleaned up and we couldn't be happier with his professionalism and service. We will definitely use Eastlake Plumbing again if we need a plumber.
I had to call them on a Sunday because my water heater was leaking water all over the place. We had no idea what to do other than shut the water off. I found Eastlake and called them, thank goodness they are open around the clock. The repair service had the gentleman on duty call me, Albert called and came over a couple of hours later and fixed the water heater. I was so relieved to have found this service. I recommend them and I definitely felt at ease with Albert explaining what had to be done. Also he gave me the price over the phone so there were no unpleasant surprises. Eastlake and Albert totally saved the day. If I'm ever in another bind, I will definitely call them again! They are professional and do great work and quickly too! You guys are the best!
After wasting time with Pronto Plumbing (plus avoiding getting ripped off) and getting the runaround from S.O.S Rooter, I called Eastlake Plumbing. I spoke with Armando, who asked really good questions to figure out what was going on with my backed-up kitchen and the water spot on my carpet. He said a plumber would be there between 1pm & 3pm. At 130pm, I got a courtesy call saying plumber would be there in 30. At 2pm Eddie showed up. Doing what you say you are going to do may seem like a small thing but it's not.
Just like Armando, Eddie asked questions to deduce what was going on and to determine what was the best course of action. He laid out his strategy and confirmed the exact quote Armando gave me. He got right to work and was done quickly. He tested the sink, the pipes and even cleaned up after himself.
All the way around, awesome job! I echo what Efren (7/12/2014) said: professional, fast and courteous. As a homeowner it is great to know I have someone I can trust with my plumbing issues.
The two stars are for the standard price of $75 to assess, and snake the house - and, they responded very quickly.
Other than that, they are a very average plumbing outfit. I had the water heater go out, and they told me that they didn't know how to work on Whirlpool water heaters - that I should just buy a new one for $775 and they'd service it for years to come. After a very quick search, I found that whirlpools had a defective part that was to be replaced by Lowe's, for FREE. I called Eastlake to ask them if they would install it, and their plumber still said he felt uncomfortable working on Whirlpools.
I found a guy who put the part in with two tools in 20 minutes. Sorry Eastlake, you're just going to have to do better than that.

Called these guys for warranty work on a shower valve they fixed 6 months ago that was solidly leaking. Plumber shows up and what a miracle -he couldn't find a leak that was obvious to everyone! $459 dollars later he convinces me the problem is elsewhere. Oh - so now there is suddenly a leak that wasn't there before? My bad for being stupid about plumbing and putting my trust in these guys. Made a big hole in my stucco that set me back a couple hundred more bucks to fix. At least now the non existent leak that destroyed the dry wall in my garage ceiling is fixed, but I strongly suspect they were playing games so as not to honor their warranty - though I probably couldn't prove it in a court of law. I wouldn't trust these guys. They smell sketchy.
Eastlake Plumbing has been great. I've used their services twice now and am very satisfied. They arrived on time, were courteous, explained the issue and solution well, and cleaned up afterwards. I am happy to recommend them and would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks Martin and Jesus!

Completely satisfied with the quick, courteous response as well as the expertise, knowledge and professionalism of the team from Eastlake Plumbing. We were in a panic about a water leak that drenched an exterior wall of our home. Eastlake sent a team out this morning and Chris promptly diagnosed the problem, carefully removed a small section of the interior dry wall to access the leaking pipe, recommended and discussed a solution with us and made the repairs with professionalism and all for a more than fair price. He also advised us what to do next to evaluate the extent of the water damage. Will absolutely call Eastlake Plumbing again in the future.

East Lake Plumbing did a really great job replacing my water tank heater with a tankless. The craftsmenship and how clean they make the install is some of the best I have ever seen. If there was such a thing as art for plumbing these guys would be Picasso's.
I had some confusion at first with East Lake but nothing that didn't get worked out. So if you decide to install a tankless system, ask questions. Ask about recirculating systems and non recirculating systems. Is your current system big enough for you or do you want more hot water. Tankless systems are more complex then traditional water heaters and you want to get the unit that will work for your situation. If you don't you could wind up with a tankless system that doesn't give you the outcome you were hoping for.
We had an emergency leak that made us shut off water to our house on a Monday. Our insurance didnt want to send someone out to fix it until Friday, 5 days without water was not going to happen. We decided to find outside help and came across Eastlake Plumbing. Aldo was able to come to our house a few hours later. He was very kind and informative. Fixed our leak in a half hour. We then decided to have a few extra valves replaced a week later, called and requested Aldo. He really knows what he is doing and has been in this business for 15 years. Got the work done in less than an hour. I definitely recommend this company, and would highly suggest requesting Aldo to get your work completed.

I called this company to fix a leak in my bathroom. They came on time, the plumber was very nice, but when he left, after a bill of over $300.00, there was still a leak in my bathroom. I told the plumber I believed it needed a new valve but he proceeded to just change out the stems. I never called them back because I didn't want to throw away any more money. I hired another plumber and they did the job correctly.

Eastlake Plumbing has been our go to plumbing company for a few years now and I've had great experiences with the owner Armando. On June 24th I had to make an emergency call to these guys to fix a leak on a hot water pipe. Albert was quick to respond and had our hot water back up in no time. Thanks for saving the day! These guys are the best!
I believe in customer loyalty and have worked to always demonstrate that when it's deserved. Five years ago I had to replace my water heater. A few years later it was my pressure regulator. Eastlake Plumbing was my go to. I have recently had issues with the water pressure and Armondo showed me why my loyalty was well placed. I called yesterday and he made time from a busy day and stopped by my house to assess the issue. His inspection resulted in the discovery of the problem which was the water softener system. No charge. Yes, my loyalty in Eastlake Plumbing is well placed. These are the types of examples that I value in a business. Thank you Armondo. You're a real pro!
We have an emergency to re-do repair what the other plumber did to replace the shutoff valve that was installed incorrectly. I made one call in they are at my door step right away. The valve was fixed in a matter of lass than 2 hours. Ken did a fantastic job and they are now our go to plumber and would recommend to all our friends. Note this on a Sunday morning.

I've used Eastlake Plumbing on several occasions now for a leaky faucet, clogged sewer line, and recently a leaking hose bib. I try my best to be a DIY but sometimes you just have to rely on professionals. So when it turns out that the garden hose bib was actually freaking welded on by the home builder I definitely turned to the professionals In Eastlake Plumbing.
Scheduling: Pretty Easy. They literally fit me in an hour after I called.
Punctuality: On time. Like we've all had that window and the contractor comes like in the last 5 minutes of that window? Not Eastlake Plumbing. They also called to let you know when they were on their way with an ETA. Super helpful as you're trying to manage the family and home.
Attitude: All of the plumbers that have come here were courteous, patient, and always made sure we understood the scope of the job. Martin, who helped me with the hose bib, was especially so. He even gave numerous off hand recommendations based on the age of my home.
Price: I don't know if they are the cheapest or the most expensive. I do feel they were very transparent in their pricing. Martin showed me the menu (hey it's Yelp) pointing out those were the out the door prices. None of that sketchy per hour business.
Workmanship: I'm not a plumber....but it's not leaking anymore? Seriously. Hours after he had left I went to reattach the hose and realized that there was no vacuum breaker (yeah I had to research that one) on the bib. I honestly didn't mind since they cause so much splashing when you shut the bib. However I figure they are attached for a reason. It was after hours so I just emailed and quickly got a response from the owner Armando. He said one should be there and scheduled for Martin to come back the next morning. I was a bit surprised since at this point I could have just bought one and screwed it on to the bib. I was even more surprised when Martin came to actually put on a completely new bib again along with the vacuum breaker. He was apologetic and gave no attitude for coming back. Kudos to Armando for backing up his company's work and hiring a great staff. Definitely a company you can trust and rely on. Thank you Eastlake Plumbing!

This is the 3rd time I go with Eastlake Plumbing, and I'll never use anyone else. Armando and his team are awesome! Super professional, and very thorough. Salvador has helped me out before and Jesus took care of a few issues I had today. He made sure that everything was spotless after he finished up, and then went over everything that he had fixed.

Called Eastlake Plumbing 8am for a backed up shower. Daniel the technician arrived at our house at 8:30am. He inspected the shower and proceeded with the fix. 15 mind later it's all done and left everything clean. Thanks Eastlake plumbing!
This is the third time I've called on Eastlake Plumbing due to some unforeseen disaster which has always happened on a Sunday night. Armando replied to me within minutes, and I was able to schedule a later afternoon visit for the next day between 3-5pm.
Fernando and Alex showed up right after 3, applied their shoe covers, and dove right into figuring out why my kitchen sink imploded. They snaked the drain and figured out I did have a good-sized split in one of the pipes, which they replaced. They brought their own dropcloth and buckets even though I had my own, which was appreciated.
Super clean, friendly, and I'll probably call them again sooner than later at the rate things are breaking around my home. :) Thanks, team!
p.s. Fernando was part of the crew that put in my new water heater last year, and he was equally awesome back then, too.
On the positive side, they are fast and generally polite. On the negative side, their work wasn't up to code and resulted in a lot more damage. I had a series of about a dozen repairs on my piping system (which admittedly had flawed piping, and which they helped me identify). I was waiting on having them re-pipe the entire house, but in the meantime the pipes kept failing at what I thought was an overly predictable pattern (it was always within 1 foot of the last repair). At Eastlake's advising I ended up having them lower the pressure and even put in a new water heater out of consideration that inconsistent heat might be part of the reason the pipes were failing so quickly. As the final of these leaks appeared, my handyman happened to be at the house, and pointed out that the repair was done improperly. I brought this to Eastlake plumbing, and they again blamed the pipes themselves. Long story short, I had several other companies then come out and give me quotes on a re-piping, and every single one of them pointed out that the previous repairs by Eastlake were done improperly. One of the exact quotes was micky mouse stuff that no inspector would ever pass. New company fixed the issue, and it held perfectly until the complete re-piping job was complete.
This review is overdue. Back in July Eastlake Plumbing did a big piping job for us. Martin and Orlando were our plumbers and they were very helpful. As with most any big job although there were a few issues that came up during the course of the work, they did a great job coming up with solutions and went above and beyond to work around issues, answer questions, and to provide transparency during the process. We really appreciate the job that Martin and Orlando did and would definitely ask for them again if we need help in the future.

Although I did not even get an estimate from Eastlake Plumbing, I could tell just by the conversation we weren't going to get anywhere. His personal contact needs some improvement. I have to know someone is interested before I can become interested in doing business with them.
Our water heater ruptured and within minutes of putting out a request for service they reached out to us. Really helpful and friendly and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend.

We were tricked not treated on Halloween to come home at 9:30p to find water pouring out of our garage and down our driveway. Our water heater was severely leaking. At my sister's recommendation I called Eastlake Plumbing and could not be happier. A technician Daniel (Danny) was at our house by 8:30am (they would have come out that evening too if we wanted to pay for the after hours call). Daniel was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. You know how you can watch someone work and just tell that they know what they're doing? He went above and beyond, making sure things were up to code, safe and stable. He even took the time to show me how to light the pilot light if it should ever go out. The price was about what I expected. I know water heaters aren't cheap. I've heard of other places taking advantage of the situation you're in and gouging people on parts and labor and I don't feel like Eastlake Plumbing did that. A big thank you to Daniel & Eastlake Plumbing!! Highly recommend!

After several estimates I chose Eastlake Plumbing due to professionalism, quote & rating. Mr. Fernando installed a gas line & water heater vent. He is very knowledgeable, professional & walked me thru the completed work. I will definitely be using this company for future work & recommend to family & friends.
What a great place to do business. I needed to have a couple of valves and a faucet in the garage replaced. Armando showed up and in less than 2 hours he had everything done. Cooper pipe had to be replaced. Very professional and cleaned up every thing. Great job. Can't say enough. I highly recommend them.

Had a broken water heater. Called in the morning to make an appointment. Daniel called me within 10 min and told me when he was available. Daniel repaired my water heater within 4 hours. Daniel was courteous and he knew exactly what he was doing. I am very happy with the repair and no more cold showers.
When I had a leaking drain 3 cast metal drain pipe in my wall I called these guys. I performed the labor myself by removing the drywall and exposing the huge hole that had rusted on the cast iron drain. Luckily I called these guys up and they were able to fix it, but not before disturbing my new roommate. The drain was in between her room and the bathroom so when they came to inspect and give me a quote I didn't know they were also going to lye to my roommate and tell her that there was black mold on the baseboard from the moisture. I got it checked by a certified inspector and he stated it's only discoloration of the wood due to the debris from the drain aka the charcoal toothpaste we've all been using. Other than that they fixed the leak and we were up and running in no time after replacing the drywall we tore away. Another time I called these guys for a quote to replace the cartridges in my bathroom and they told me they could do the labor but I had to provide the parts. What kind of plumbing place tells the customer they have to provide parts? I'm no plumber and I have no clue as to what part to even get other than the cartridge and no telling what type of cartridge. There are so many. All in all these guys can patch pipes but I wouldn't call them to have your cartridges replaced or any other major work done that requires technical expertise and knowledge. So if your drain is leaking or clogged call these guys but if it's anything mechanical call someone else and save yourself time and money.

Totally pleased with the service Eastlake Plumbing provided. Starting with Armando who estimated the job of replacing my main water line. He was very understanding of my situation of not having any running water and was prompt in responding in spite of the rainy weather. The two man crew that did the work were punctual & friendly. The lead man (Martin) was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what the job entailed. His assistant (Michael) who was in training had a fairly good grasp of the job at hand and the two worked very well together and did an admirable job replacing my main water line with excellent results. The one thing that impressed me aside from the great job they did was when there were brief episodes of rain, they sat in their truck and waited until it stopped. They didn't call it quits, they hung in there and stayed on the job.
Kudos to Armando, Martin, Michael and Eastlake Plumbing.
After having been quoted 1175 dollars for replacement of a leaky faucet (do I look dumb) I called Eastlake Plumbing. They were here within 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and for the cost of their show up fee, remedied the problem in five minutes! Hands down this is THE Worst company I have ever worked with. I called for them to install a washing machine. I was promised washing machine installation. When they got here they wouldn't install it because it was not in the exact spot. It was right next to the dryer! They changed the plumbing only half way. We had to call them back to come back to finish the work that I paid them to do. My husband moved the washing machine to the spot they requires it to be. They promised to come they next day to finish their work and they didn't. This is the most irresponsible company I have ever hired. The owner Armando is rude and irresponsible. I will be contacting the authorities regarding their license. They should not be licensed. The company is full of lies. The appliances were exactly where they needed to be. When u had another plumber come to my house he told me what they did was unnecessary. All they needed yo do was connect the tubing to the washing machine. This business is owned by a con artist.
Very professional and did a great job. My only problem is that when the worker had to go get a part he was gone for an hour and I actually had to pay for the hour he was gone to get that part. That really bothered me
This was the second time I have used Eastlake Plumbing and their professionalism is top notch across the board. I submitted an inquiry via email and received a quick response to my questions along with setting up an appointment. Today I called Eastlake Plumbing to have them unclog my kitchen sink and Aldo called to let me know how long before he would be able to come out which was about 30 min. When Aldo had arrived he was prompt and courteous. While he was working on the kitchen sink he was very informative every step of the way, gave a lot of preventative suggestions for the future, great guy! Definitely will call them for future work. Amazing job! This was not a small job. I had work in garage, kitchen and upstairs plumbing. They had all the necessary equipment to complete the job. They also used angle stops rather than those oval shut off valves. I no longer have old leaky pipes!! They were efficient and cleaned as the worked. I am very impressed!
Our shower in the master bedroom started leaking and called Eastlake Plumbing. They responded right away. Sal fixed our shower and replaced everything. Even checked the pressure of the water. Armando did a great job. I had a licensed plumber install my tankless water heater, a mistake he wasn't a noritz installer! Voided my warranty because of it. We then called out anderson's very expensive. A month later problem came back, I went to the company that sold us water heater he said you need to call east lake plumbing I did and got great results! Armando is so smart. He called the company and asked what to do! Out of the three that I had come out he was the first to call them! He is great fixed the problem! I'm impressed with him.. He has been thru this before! If you have a tankless water heater call him!
Excellent communication. Fast, clean, thorough, affordable and very professional. I will definitely use Eastlake Plumbing again. Armando repaired two toilets at my rental in less than an hour. Upon leaving, he didn't leave any sign he was there other then the toilets were working correctly -- that's good!

We had a hot water heater issue with the pilot light not igniting, and was afraid we might have to replace the water heater.
Armando was exceptional, he accessed the situation and was able to reset the starter and reignited the system and check the functions were okay and got everything working great. I would highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
I've used Eastlake plumbing several times and most of the time the service has been good and timely. The last time they came however, it was a small disaster because I got the younger brother to come out and his diagnosis and repair were completely off the mark. As the problem in the toilet persisted, I called back and the older brother (Ben?) came out and the experience was totally different. Ben apologized for the bad service before, correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The broken pipe in the toilet had already resulted in damaged hardwood however, so I had already contacted the restoration company recommended by the younger brother whohad come out initially. That resulted in a different hassle in itself, but I won't belabor on that as it is a different company (not sure if Eastlake and restoration company have a referral agreement but whatever). Needless to say, I don't think about calling Eastlake Plumbing as I have found a different local plumber who is knowledgeable and ethical.

Just had Eastlake Plumbing come to fix our drains. Aldo, one of their plumbers, cleaned our drain in just a few minutes and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Had another plumber call about the job and was told without even looking that I was going to have to install a new clean out and replace some popes. Seems it was just a clogged drain. I would recommend Eastlake Plumbing any time.

Kristina was very friendly when I called. It was not an urgent matter, but she was still able to get someone out to my house within a few hours. Fernando was very polite and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem, had the part in his vehicle and made the repair within an hour. This was something I had a few other repairman look at previously and they were unable to fix it. Outstanding service! Recently had our water heater replaced in AUG by Eastlake Plumbing. Noticed my water heater was leaking on Saturday. I called three different places before I reached out to Eastlake Plumbing. I remembered my realtor referred about this place when I was purchasing the house. Armando called right after I left a message and scheduled to come out early Monday morning. Armando gave me a time frame what time the technician would come.
Jesus gave me a courtesy call and he showed up within 15 minutes. He assessed the water heater and told me I needed a new one. He was very tranparent with the pricing which I loved!! No rough estimate or maybe with this it wil be that. Straight up clear pricing and it included haul away also.
The job took about 3 hours. Jesus answered all my questions. Showed me how the water heater works and it will take 45 minutes to use the hot water. He made sure the water heater pedestal wasnt damaged from previous water heater, too.
By the way, Jesus did such an amazing job with cleaning. You wouldnt even notice that someone was here for the replacement.
Everything looks so clean and amazing.
I would definitely call Eastlake plumbing for anythung.

This morning (July 01) there was no hot water. Our 23 year old water heater had died. I did some research and found a high quality water heater available at H.D, which I bought. I brought it home in my truck.
I called Eastlake Pluming to install the new water heater. They gave me a fair quote. They replaced everything with new plumbing. They brought my house up to the new plumbing codes.
Installing the new water heater turned out to be much more difficult than expected. The quote should have been much higher due to the extra hours it took installing the water heater in a small space.
Eastlake Plumbing hauled away the old water heater and the debris. Everything was clean afterwards.
I strongly recommend Eastlake Plumbing.

Very disappointing experience. I called Sat at 3pm, for a toilet valve replacement. I was told a technician was available and on call, she would send him a message to have him call me. At 4:05, I called back and asked how long it usually takes them to call. She said she would call him again. At 4:20, Fernando called and told me he was booked through the evening (not sure how when they claim to be open 24/7) and that I would have to call back on Sun morning and basically get back in line. I called another local company and they helped me out. I would not recommend Eastlake Plumbing.

Great work, and fast service. I needed a gas line brought up to code and very few plumbers were even willing to talk about it. I'm happy I found Eastlake, they made the process easy and finished very quickly.

Eastlake Plumbing helped us very quickly with a water leak emergency as a result of the junk valve installed by the builder. We called them back to replace all of the junk valves for sinks and toilets to quality quarter turn valves. Quality work, professional, friendly. Martin, Armando and Marcos were all great to work with. Armando also replaced our gate valve with a good one for the garage turn-off. All work was great. Highly recommend their service. My neighbor had them replace the valves the day after ours broke!
Armando came out on short notice and was able to handle our repairs quickly and at a very reasonable and fair price. Very honest and friendly -- highly recommend!

Eddie and Martin were absolute professionals. They arrived 90 mins after I called and immediately went to work. Price was reasonable and they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were even working.
Armando at Eastlake is amazing and saved us SO much money!! We will be customers for life. We bought our first home recently and the inspector noted polybutylene piping in the attic that would need replacing, as it has been recalled. We set out to get 3 different quotes once we got our keys and we are SO glad Armando was referred to us! The first company came and quoted us $16k without drywall replacement!! We almost died! The second company didn't even show up for the appointment. Thankfully, Armando came and walked my husband through all of the signs throughout the house that the plumbing had already been replaced completely with copper! The polybutylene in the attic was simply not removed. We had a few other things that needed fixing however and he sent out Martin to do the work. They both arrived promptly, Martin did an excellent job on everything, and most importantly, they were HONEST. So disappointing that the other company was attempting to take advantage of first time homebuyers. Armando and his team brought the excitement back into the home buying experience for us, and we are forever grateful.

My water heater had a slow leak from the bottom. Called Eastlake plumbing to have the device downsize from 50 gallon to a 40 gallon. I asked a lot questions and all the components they offered was a good value. Saul and Michael were courteous and wearing a mask. They even taught me how to maintain the water heater.
I had a small leak in my garage. I called eastlake plumbing and booked an appointment. Albert came out and checked it out. He was very professional, and he did a wonderful job patching up my leaky pipe. We've had Chris M. twice in past month for separate issues. Both times he's been on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. Eastlake Plumbing offers quick response time, fair prices, and excellent work.
I contacted them early in the week about a leaking water spigot, they were able to accommodate our schedule for Friday. Which was nice our issue wasn't urgent but wanted to get an estimate to replace the spigot. Friday rolls around I get a call ahead which is nice my wife was the one home who was going to meet with the plumber.I asked me wife to call me with what the estimate was before giving the go ahead. I get a call and she lets me know the plumber is there and that the spigot did just need replacing, the only problem is. The plumber changed the spigot before my wife said to do so, he told us how much it would be after the work was already done. He said the service call was 125$ which I thought was odd because I was told on Yelp it was a free estimate otherwise I probably would have called someone else. Ended up costing 150$ for one spigot. I get you have a business to run and that you may have minimum charges. What I don't like is when the technician completes the work before getting a contract or discussing cost.
Owner Armando reached out two me literally two minutes after posting review above, offered to reimburse me for the miscommunication between the technician and my wife, I appreciate him following up to address my issue. This is why Yelp in my opinion is so vital, a 5 star company truly. Thanks Armando for making it right. I will call you on the next one.

We found a leak in our family room ceiling. I called them right away and they responded almost immediately with a time they could come to do an estimate and repair. I asked if they could come earlier but they couldn't. However, they said they would contact me if they were available earlier. They notified me that they can come two hours earlier. I was so happy that they accommodated us.
I have hired Eastlake Plumbing before so I know that the are responsive and they do quality work. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a faulty PRV and contacted 3 plumbing companies including Eastlake plumbing.
Eastlake plumbing was the only one that I received a response from. Armando sent out Ken to replace my PRV with a better unit to resolve my water pressure problems. He also gave me advice on preventive maintenance and plumbing upkeep.
Came home from work around 6:00 and shower was clogged. Called and 20 mins later they was here. Great response time and good work. Was also nice and respectful.
I've used them before and felt the price was appropriate and they did a great job so when a second issue arose I called them. They came out the same day and spent several hours fixing the problem. Everyone was polite, explanatory, and professional. I've taken their recommendation and scheduled a third service. Thank you for the amazing service

Price was fair given it was Sunday night.....Would have been better priced than competitors had it not been an emergency. Excellent service at a fair price! Requested a quote from Eastlake Plumbing to fix a broken main water shutoff valve. They responded quickly to my request. Old valve was removed and a new one installed and welded. It's been a over six months and no issues to report. I would totally go with them again for any plumbing work.

This is the only provider I will ever use for plumbing needs. They are prompt, professional, and will go out of their way to ensure the job is done. I had my water heater replaced and they immediately came out to do a temporary setup while the water damaged was remediated, more than happy with the results and their service.
Beware.... I have used Eastlake Plumbing in the past and have always been happy with there service and pricing. I had a leaking sink and a master-bath toilet so called Eastlake Plumbing for service. I was unable to be home so I had a friend there for me. He texted me a quote of $698. I agreed and when I got home and saw the invoice, I was shocked it was $1200. I called Eastlake Plumbing for a breakdown on the invoice. The plumber called me back the next day and said that they now have baseline pricing so no matter what needs to be replaced it's a set price. I was charged $698 for the garage only(the quote I received)$498 for a wax ring and seal for master bathroom toilet. They now charge $45 payment processing fee for using a credit card. Only way to avoid this fee is to write a check. I feel I was over charged for the service I needed and I have never seen a payment processing fee of $45 for using s credit card. Oh yeah there is also a $98 service call charge. Wanted to share so no one else will get taken advantage of from Eastlake Plumbing.
Had a leak over the weekend and would have had to wait until Monday to get my home warranty service to send someone out. I had to shut down the water to the whole house otherwise risk wall damage. have 3 kids so could not be w/o water. Called Eastlake plumbing, promptly came out, diagnosed, and with no bull or fluff, fixed my problem. Would highly recommend, very professional, efficient and fairly priced considering it was aSaturday at 7:00 PM. Many thanks.

Kitchen sink decided to stop up on Saturday night before the Super Bowl, of course. Called Eastlake first thing Sunday. They gave me the name of the tech Fernando and he would call me back. He called I gave him a window to get this done and he came on time fit us in during the window and unclogged the drain with great expertise. Great professionalism very nice young man. They were quick, efficient, Covid friendly, and understanding. I think it was Armando that helped us out. Either way they gave their honest opinion and got straight to the problem. He explained the problem to me in a way that I could definitely understand which is honestly comforting for me seeing to it that I am still pretty young and a first time home owner so I don't really have experience with this type of stuff. Eastlake Plumbing was a relief. The price they gave for the install of a tank less was reasonable unlike some bigger companies. They were extremely professional and answered my million questions. They were on time and cleaned up the work area. I really appreciated when they had to come inside, they put covers over their shoes. Honestly all these things seem real simple to do, but not for all companies. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.
I called this company based on the reviews and the feeling that I wanted to keep it local. I gave it a second star bc they actually called back while I was still leaving a message. But quoted me so high when I told him I paid half that price to get the same problem fixed a year ago, his response was flat out call those people and have them do it. Unfortunately, I can't find their card. But thank god for my persistence, I found a SUPER FRIENDLY and honest plumber (primo plumbing). And he happily came out and did the job for MUCH less than what these guys quoted.
Seems like this business is quite in line with the terrible customer service I've received since moving to eastlake. Seems like unless you speak spanish, everyone is super rude.

I will start by saying that all the 5-Star reviews for Eastlake Plumbing are WELL-DESERVED!!! Armando and his staff (particularly Martin) do PHENOMENAL work and are the utmost professionals from the initial assessment all the way through closing out the project and payment (thank you Laura). Armando recommended the appropriate gas tankless water heater system for my home and installed a new water pressure regulator and ball valve. The system is running GREAT and we are extremely happy - If you need any plumbing/gas service, look no further than Armando and the team at Eastlake Plumbing!!!
I called them out to my condo to fix some pluming issues. My toilet sprung a leak in the back yesterday and I just couldn't figure out how to stop the water from flowing out onto the floor. I didn't want to make matters worse and didn't want any major damage to occur so I contacted Eastlake Plumbing, they assigned me a technician right away, and they were able to come by the house much sooner than I had anticipated. Daniel was great! He was kind and empathetic to my situation over the phone. Upon arrival, he practiced COVID safety measures; wearing a mask, gloves, and even shoe covers when walking around the house. Even when he needed to go back to his van to get some supplies, he would respectfully take on and off the shoe covers so that he does not track dirt in the house. Some people don't think about that. He was able to fix the leak coming from the toilet and I very much appreciated the professionalism in educating me on what was going on. I would definitely recommend Eastlake Plumbing to anyone and thank you again Daniel for being an awesome technician!
I also forgot to mention the work Daniel did was so clean looking, much better than the previous setup that was there. He also left his workspace better than when he had arrived. Thank you again!

Our two-year-old premium water heater stopped producing water over a Saturday night. We had no hot water on Sunday morning.
The well-known heavily advertised local plumbing company that claims to know how to do everything installed the water heater in our Eastlake Greens home in 2017, at which time they talked my then future wife into buying a retrofit hot water recirculating pump kit which as it turns out she did not really need.
We called that company first. The person who answered the phone took our contact information, and referred us to an on-call plumber, who agreed to come to our home and do an emergency visit. His price just to show up was quite high, but we felt like we were in serious trouble and agreed to pay his bill.
While I was taking a photo of the information plate on the water heater I noticed that water was dripping from the recirculating pump, down the face of the water heater. The plumber told me that would certainly have ruined the water heater and voided its 8-year warranty, and the only possible fix was to replace it at a cost of more than $2,000.
But after I told the on-call plumber that the leak was from the pump, someone in the company's office decided to blackball us for reasons they declined to explain: The plumber called back told us he was not permitted to come to our house and support his own employer's work, even if we were willing to pay up front for a new water heater.
I checked Yelp reviews for a reputable company in the Chula Vista area that was open on Sunday, and found Eastlake Plumbing. A pleasant woman answered the phone promptly and referred us to plumber Albert. Albert gave us an estimate for replacing the water heater. After thinking it over I asked him if it might be possible to just remove the leaky pump and dry up the small pool of water that caused the water heater to shut itself down. Albert thought for a moment, then said that it just might work. He agreed to try that first before committing to replacing the water heater.
While waiting for Albert, I put a drip catcher under the leaky pump and put some towels down around the base of the water heater. The small amount of water soaked up quickly, and after about 20 minutes I was able to get the water heater running by following the startup instructions printed on the control box. By the time Albert arrived, we had a full 40 gallons of good hot water!
Albert removed the offending pump in about 10 minutes. (If I had understood the system better I could easily have done it myself.) He charged us only for the Sunday visit and nothing for his labor. No parts were required.
I am very pleased with Eastlake Plumbing's integrity and service. Albert is an honest plumber who was willing to listen and to be flexible. He is a good communicator too. It's unfortunate that such good people are rare, and my wife and I feel very fortunate to have found him. Kudos to Albert and Eastlake Plumbing! We will certainly call you again next time we have an issue or need an upgrade.

I read a lot of the positive reviews, and I was not disappointed. I need to have the valve and fixture replaced in my master bath and shower. They had given me an estimated quote and amount of time. These guys finished in less time, and charged me less than their original quote. Very professional the entire time, they even made sure to cover the sections of the floors that they were working over. They cleaned up afterwards, and didn't leave a mess. I would not hesitate to call this company again, and it's great to know a plumber that you can trust. Great job Eastlake Plumbing!
They charged us 185$ an hour. To install water filter, I had to pay 650$ which seems like too much. Quality of work was good with 90 days guaranteed.
The price is insane. Hope I don't need them in future.
We found Eastlake Plumbing after a very highly rated plumbing company skipped out on our appointment, twice. Eastlake Plumbing really did a professional job fixing our tub and giving us an estimate on our toilets. They were in and out and got everything done super quick. The other plumbing company said they had to order 'special parts' and charge us extra for a shower stem that Eastlake didn't even mention as a potential problem; they just fixed it with a generic one that fit perfectly. They are very nice people and we'd gladly do business with them again. Very affordable, too!

I have to say I am very very happy with Eastlake Plumbing. They define above and beyond in service. I had a valve that feeds water to the washing machine go bad. They not only fixed the valve but actually helped my wife by moving the bad washer I wanted to replace and put the other one in and hooked it up the washers were heavy. Wow is an understatement in service WOW. I can't thank Eastlake Plumbing enough. They also notified me that my water pressure is high and gave me an estimate on a water pressure regulator. If I could give them 6 stars I would just as Dan H. Don't hesitate to call them if you need anything plumbing related. I'll be using Eastlake Plumbing from now on.

Our water heater was leaking and need to be replace. We want the best deal because we know it will be expensive. I called few plumber, and most are very pricey, but eastlake plumbing give me the best price/deal! Fernando came and his Very professional, and honest! He did a great job to address our water heater issue. Afterwards he identify a problem with our regulator as well. I had an issue with my air condition condensation pipe discharging to another pipe beneath my house. The pipe beneath my house was backed up and I thought it just needed to be snaked. This was an urgent matter since the overflowing water can do some damage to my flooring and it was during the San Diego heat wave. Air Condition is a must!
So I called a few plumbing places and found Eastlake Plumbing to have the ability to snake the condensation drainage pipe with a camera. It turns out the pipe ends at the corner of my house beneath the foundation so snaking it would be of no use. The only other alternative was to re-route the condensation pipe into the ceiling and out to a drainage at the back of my house. The quote I received was excessive. It was $960 to route a pvc pipe up and out to the back of my house. This included a condensation pump which was approximately $60 at Home Depot (which 1 of 2 the plubers told me since I asked how much a replacement would when this one goes out). The pvc pipe I was told would only be $30 (Per the quote). So that leaves $870 worth of labor...... And I was told it can be done in less than 4 hours. That's about an hourly rate of $108 per plumber. If I knew labor dollars for a plumber would cost this much, I would've changed professions!
All the local plumbers were either booked or didn't have time to come fix my problem. So this was to their advantage.
I do have to note that Eastlake Plumbing has superb customer service. Their response time is great and the work they performed was top notch. I just feel that $870 in labor was excessive given the work they needed to do. But I needed it done ASAP. So I paid the price for convenience.
Just to note, the job was done in 3 hours but the quote remained the same..... (Deducting one star for that)
I called Eastlake plumbing due to a leaking water heater. They recommended to replace with a instant hot water heater. They where very reasonable with pricing and they did a very clean job. I highly recommend.
I have used Eastlake Plumbing for several years now and have always been very pleased with their service.
This week they came out the next day after my call and replaced my water heater. Martin was very good and did a great job! Definitely recommend Eastlake Plumbing.

Had a plumbing emergency on Christmas night and Eastlake Plumbing came to the rescue! They were super courteous and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, considering the circumstances.
Eastlake Plumbing is a great business. Everyone we worked with, from office staff to the technicians who installed our new water heater, were courteous and professional. One of the signs of a top notch business is how they address problems that occur after the work has been completed. In our case, our water pressure needed adjustment. I called, and they were at my house within an hour, and immediately took care of the problem. And as we joked with the technician, plumbers are the the people you really hope you never need, but when you do, you want guys like this to do the work.

After attempting to replace a leaking toilet on my own and not being able to stop the leak. I called around to a couple of local plumbing companies. Once i got Armando on the phone and explained the problem he was ready to come out the next day. Since that didn't work for my schedule i thought i was going to have to wait until after the 4th of July weekend like one of the other companies had told me. Armando informed me that he could come out on the 4th at no additional charge. We set the appointment and he showed up right on time. went straight to work and had everything fixed and cleaned up in under an hour at a very reasonable rate. Called Eastlake Plumbing this afternoon at 3:48pm and spoke to Armando (today's on call plumber) regarding a shower drain clog. He was literally at my doorstep in under 20 minutes!!! Armando assessesed the situation and quickly went to work while explaining what he was doing. Professional, fast and courteous, Armando quickly rescued the furry mammal that was stuck in the drain (hahaha) and brought him to safety.
He was in and out in less than 20 minutes, charging me half what Rescue Rooter did the last time this happened. Local plumbing services at a fair price...fantastic! Thanks Armando!
Eastlake plumbing replaced a shower valve about a year and a half ago and their workmanship, or lack thereof, has been a continuing source of headaches. That valve began to leak badly again yesterday, and I had to call another plumber. It turns out eastlake plumbing installed the shower cartridge wrong, without lubricating it first. They broke the cartridge when they installed it basically, and it took a while to start dripping. Don't trust these guys, all they did was put a hole in my stucco that set me back another couple hundred to repair. They will install things badly then deny that's the problem and charge you double.
Wow! What great service! We needed someone and asap as we had a leak in our yard right at the water main. They sent their technician, Daniel, out within 30 minutes and he started to work on it. He fixed the main leak but found another, smaller leak, so he came back the next day (today) and fixed that one as well. He even found special glue that didn't need 24 hours to cure so we wouldn't have be without water for that long. These guys were a true blessing to have come out so quick and repair the leak in a timely, professional manner. We will always use them for our plumbing needs and will be sure to recommend them to others as well. Thank you to Daniel, our repairman too.

This is the second time we have used Eastlake Plumbing for various plumbing issues. Not only did they fit us in within a day of calling, but they arrived right on time for both occasions. Their prices are fair and the service is excellent. They fixed our sink when we clogged the disposal and lines, as well as our two showers that were not running hot water. Both times, the problems were fixed quickly and the technicians told us what they planned to do beforehand. Great service, great communication, all around great plumbing company! We had a leaky pipe in our attic that caused water damage to our ceiling over night as well as a couch and rug below--every homeowner's nightmare. We happened to have new AC being installed at the same time, and the installer did a quick soldering job in the morning to temporarily stop the leak until we could get a plumber out. Eastlake sent 2 technicians out that day. After they inspected the pipe, they said that what the AC installer had done had fixed the problem and there was no longer any leak. I asked if they were sure nothing needed to be done and they said yes. I paid the inspection fee of $135 and considered myself lucky it wasn't more expensive. We got the couch and rug cleaned the next day and thought everything was fine. Fast forward to that evening and the leak started again, getting dirty water all over the rug we had just had cleaned. We turned off the water and I called Eastlake the next morning to explain the situation. After some back-and-forth with someone from their company who was trying to get a response from the owner, they said they could give us a $50/hr discount--but that it would still be over $400/hour because it was the weekend. I explained that the original inspection was done on a weekday, when it would have been $135/hr, and that their technicians should have recognized the problem and recommended a repair at that time. They would not honor the weekday rate despite their poor service. I do not recommend them at all.
Update: Armando called me soon after the review was posted and was eager to make things right. He agreed to honor the weekday rate. A technician was out within about an hour who was professional and efficient. He explained all our options. I am impressed by this company's willingness to make things right when a problem arises.
I have paid Eastlake Plumbing $1,929 and have not received the repairs that Eastlake Plumbing recommends.
Two weeks ago, I hired and paid for an inspection. The plumber who inspected recommended a particular set of repairs and I said I trusted him and would like to do exactly as he recommended. The plumber said his boss would send a quote.
A week later, Armando sent a quote which I read and seemed to my understanding to be what the inspector recommended. I signed the quote.
Only after the repairs were done and I was signing the final paperwork did the plumber (same guy as did the original inspection) say yea I don't know why he didn't write the quote for the repairs i recommended.
I spoke with Armando hoping to find a mutually agreeable solution. He was not interested in finding a mutually agreeable solution beyond repeating to me that I had signed the quote, which i don't dispute. I am not a plumber, and so did not understand the details of the quote. For instance, I assumed the Furnance Coupling listed on the estimate was some plumbing thing, not a careless typo for Fernco Coupling as I later learned.
I trusted Eastlake Plumbing to provide quality work and expertise. After spending $1,929 with them (inspection visit and repair visit) I still do not have the repairs they themselves recommend.
I still hope to find a mutually agreeable solution, but in the meantime I strongly caution others against working with Eastlake Plumbing.

Regarding the discount that Eastlake mentions in their response, the quote from California Plumbing (higher average rating on yelp) to do the entire job originally was $2,078, and Eastlake's offer to complete the job was for an additional $1,941. Armando was not willing to tell me what the original job would have cost had I done it with them, so I don't know how much the discount was, but sure seems to me that California Plumbing would be a better option for those looking to establish plumbing services.
These guys did a great job. They were clear on my options and tried to save me money when they could. We had a serious clogged pipe that they needed to cut out. They were also really careful about tracking dirt in the house. Highly recommended.
Fantastic job by Chris. Woke up at 5AM this morning to some pipe rattling noise and discovered the main water irrigation line busted and water was shooting out of the front yard. Called Eastlake and Tatiana scheduled an estimate at 3PM. Chris called half an hour before and came out and assessed the situation and quoted me on the spot. He answered all my questions professionally and never tried to upsell or size me up for a larger job. He did exactly what he said he'd do at very reasonable and competitive rates. I won't mention the other companies who quoted me higher (CA plumbing?) And I'll get to their reviews later. Chris recommended his honest opinion about the cause of the problem, it's the 3rd time the pipe burst due to high water pressure, and took care of the job meticulously. Seriously my sincere thanks to Chris for his work and putting up with my questions and small talk. Armando you have a star employee here!!

The owner contacted me after reading my review and explained that the billing was incorrect and I would be receiving a $283 credit for the non-work time. He did not ask me to change my review but I felt compelled to give an update and upgrade the rating from two to four stars. I deducted a star because I think there needs to be better training with regard to the time being billed, especially when there is drying time.
I was left with the impression that this owner truly cares about his business and the relationships with his clients. He wants to provide a good service to satisfied customers. I am now satisfied with the work AND the price and would use this business again.
Fast, easy, and professional! I requested a quote, and Armando replied in a matter of a few minutes with a reasonable quote. He was here in a couple of hours, assessed the situation and made the repairs in no time at all. No drama, reasonable prices and fast service. What more do you need?
Eastlake Plumbing installed three new toilets, four bathroom sink faucets and two shower fixtures. There guys worked most of the day to make sure everything was finished and I am very happy with the results. I was fortunate that they were available on the day I wanted since I was getting Thai work done while my wife was out of town since I wanted to surprise her with all these new fixtures by the time she got home.
My water pressure regulator blew and hot water heater went out. They came quickly and got everything replaced. Knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Wow this company is a joke... not only was Aldo not knowledgeable enough to give us an accurate quote for a very extensive plumbing issue that has plagued our house for years, but he was also incredibly rude! He came out last week and looked above ground at the pipes and gave us a very inaccurate quote for repairs that aren't necessary, because he said he needed crawlspace access to give us a better quote to give our landlord for approval. So a few days later we opened up the crawlspace and I called to ask them to come by again to give us an accurate quote. Every other plumber who has come to our home took one look at the system and said it is the original cast iron pipes from the 1960s that are deteriorated beyond use, but Aldo says they are all trying to sell me something and that there is only one leak in the shower line. After telling me this load of crap, he says I have to pay him $95 for coming to my house again. Nobody told me this when I called to set the appointment and he didn't tell me when he called before he came or when he arrived, he just sprung this on me after the fact. So of course I said I wouldn't be paying that, but he can add it to the quote and my landlord can pay it, I didn't have the money to give him anyway. And if he had told me beforehand that he was going to charge $95 for a quote I would have said no thank you. But he refused to write me a quote unless I gave him $95 right then and walked out. If this is the way they do business, trying to repair pipes that are obviously disintegrating under our feet, then surprise customers with bs fees and being rude, then I don't want you working on my house anyway. You would probably fix it wrong and cause more problems later!
Fernando and Carlos were professional and thorough when installing my new Moen smart toilet. It works excellent. The install took some time and required drilling anchors into the floor so it wasn't easy, but they are pros!
We arrived home from a weekend in the desert to find our water heater leaking. We called Eastlake Plumbing and were pleased that they could send someone out that day. Fernando is very friendly and professional and explained the process effectively for replacing our 50 Gal. Gas water heater. He worked diligently to get us up to code and install a very nice Bradford White water heater, and took away debris and the old water heater. Quality water heater and superior installation in every way. I don't think we have ever been this pleased with a plumbing job! Thank you Fernando. Will definitely call Eastlake plumbing again!

On Tuesday 12/13/16, I discovered my water heating was leaking. I was scheduled for a house inspection on 12/14 with close of escrow on 12/16. I spoke with Armando around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and he said he would try and have someone come out before 6:00 p.m., or first thing Wednesday morning. Workers showed up on time Wednesday morning and were done installing a new water heater in less than 2.5 hours, including 45 minutes to go and pick up the new water heater. Workers were very friendly, and the cost was exactly what was quoted to me over the telephone. Workers explained to me the new updates, since my old water heater was 16 years old; they cleaned up area around heater before they left and hauled away old heater and debris. All work was completed 3 hours before my scheduled inspection.

On July 14th I called Eastlake Plumbing after reading the reviews on yelp when I was looking for help with clogged drains at my home. They were able to send someone over early the next morning, even though it wasn't an emergency. Albert and David from Eastlake Plumbing we're so sweet and helpful when they arrived. I was quoted a price when I made my original call and they didn't charge me I a penny more. They guys not only unclogged all my bathroom sinks and showers but they also fix a wiggly faucet. My only complaint would be the price over all, the work was done so quickly and with such ease that I felt that the price was a bit high. Nevertheless, Albert and David did a wonderful job, so thank you guys!

Just had Eastlake Plumbing install a replacement shower faucet. He gave me a 30-minute warning call and showed up on time, did the job well and efficiently, and the cost was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.
Had a clogged kitchen sink (double sink with a garbage disposal) and no amount of do-it-home efforts were able to unclog the sinks-water was standing still.
Searched through yelp and sent out for several online quotes-EastLake Plumbing was one of the first to reply and were able to here within an hour.
The plumber that arrived-Albert was professional and worked in rapid and through manner. Albert mentioned what the problem was and what steps he needed to do in order to accomplish the work.
The final price was $31 dollar over the originally quoted price but in this large due to extra work that needed to be done in order for Albert to service the drain.
There were fast (got here in less than 30 minutes), clean, efficient and took care of my clogged kitchen sink. This is probably the third time I've had them come over and they are always professional, courteous, I like that they where shoe coverings in my house.
Armando is amazing at what he does. He came to my home at the time he said he would be there. He quoted me a reasonable price and took care of the issue at hand immediately. He was even offering to re-do the side where the disposal went after it was done and I said, I thought it was going on this side. I said as long as it is ok on either than it can stay, so he did not have to re-do the work, but he was willing to do it.
Another important thing for me was that he was well-kept and clean. I know this is a stereo-type of plumbers, but his pants were clean. His pants stayed on him. He did not smell bad and he looked like he showers regularly. Please don't judge me on this post, I know that plumbers are doing things that get them dirty, but coming into my home clean like that is amazing to me and very much appreciated.
We have used Eastlake twice at my dad's house for toilet issues (2 different bathrooms) and they have always been responsive, courteous and well priced.

We had a tankless heater that wasn't heating. I talked to at least 4 or 5 plumbers, and all gave either confusing guidance or seemed like they were working an upsell. After contacting Eastlake through yelp messaging, I spoke to Armando on the phone. He gave clear and correct advice (order replacement parts on warranty, then contact them to do the repair). I followed Armando's advice: Got the parts and scheduled him to come out, he came on time, efficiently replaced the broken parts, and the hot water was back. All for the price he quoted from the start. This was a perfect experience, including that Armando probably saved me $1000 compared to what other plumbers wanted to do.

We asked Eastlake Plumbing to replace our water heater. We used them about a year ago for water leaks in a bathroom. We liked their work and went back to Eastlake Plumbing again. This time, Chris came over. He was very professional and explained everything before he started working. We are pleased with his work! We recently used Eastlake Plumbing to address some plumbing issues with our new home. They were courteous and got the job done correctly.
Where they shined was when we discovered a gas leak in a separate area of the house. We called SDG&E to investigate and determined the issue with the pipe. SDG&E shut off the gas, but instead of tagging it and just leaving it off, Eastlake Plumbing stepped in to re-arrange their schedule and take care of the job ASAP.

Our bathroom sink clogs, I called eastlake plumbing to schedule appointment with them and they were very responsive and right away they sent their technician to solve the issue. Two days after I noticed a leak on our water tank and non stop water pouring in our garage, found out water heater needs replacement immediately. We wanted to get a tankless water heater instead of the regular one. And we are very satisfied with the work that Mr. Martin and Mr. John did, Mr. Martin explained his work to me so I can understand how it works. To be honest it is not cheap but we want something that can be used long term. They offer 25 yrs unit warranty and 1 year labor warranty.

Martín and Chris were awesome. We had to get our hot water heater and pressure regulator replaced. They worked well independently while I had two kids to tend to, and the pricing was very competitive. We will use them for future plumbing needs.
We had a nasty rattling sound that shook the walls when flushing one toilet and, since we needed service, we also figured we'd have the bidet toilet seat purchased weeks earlier from Costco.com installed.
We heard great things from friends about Eastlake Plumbing. We called and were able to schedule same-day service. Martin called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on-time.
Martin checked our water pressure and diagnosed the rattling sound (simply a valve not fully opened) and then tackled the bidet plumbing. He finished the work in a timely fashion at the agreed price.
Given that this was done during the time of social distancing and face masks, Martin observed all protocols and was respectful of any concerns related to his presence.

I had a bad surprise last Saturday morning, with no water pressure in the house. Turned out that the main supply line had fractured (beneath the ground, in my front yard).
I chose Eastlake Plumbing to help, based on their great reviews here on Yelp, plus their operation of 7/24 & weekend emergency service.
Not easy to locate the exact fracture location underground, so we needed the services of a specialized leak detection company, but with that accomplished, I was very impressed with Ken's & Chris's work, as they coordinated their efforts over the weekend, and we had water back in the house on Sunday afternoon.

I have been calling Eastlake Plumbing several times for different jobs, they always do a good job and I appreciate they have always come to my house the same day I reach them.
I am posting this review because I feel I was overcharged this time. I had a leak on my guest bathroom shower, when the plumber came he identified the cartridge to be the problem, before replacing it he stated he will charge me $102 for an hour of labor and $88 for the new piece, I told him I felt the piece was too expensive but he told me it was much better than the one I previously had. I accepted the charge, but doing some research I just find out I was charge almost twice the actual value of the piece which seems a lot to me...
Our shower valve broke and it caused our shower to turn on by it self at random times throughout the day. AND it was also leaking non stop. Thank god for Eastlake Plumbing! They were able to schedule us an appointment within a couple hours of calling and fix our shower fast! Fernando did such an amazing job and was so friendly and professional that I will now, always use him and Eastlake Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you Fernando!
Had a problem with a grbage disposal at my home and this guy came out the same day and installed a new unit. Inexpensive and fast. No more problems. I will use them in the future for sure. My old plumber is fired.

Armando was excellent, he evaluated our gas line to the fire pit that wasn't working. We already knew what was wrong from another plumber who did a pressure test and found it was leak in the pipe underground. We now needed an estimate to fix it, which ended up being more than we were willing to fork out but was comparable to other estimates. After decision was made to cap off line another 2 men came to do that. One seemed to know what he was doing, the other not so much, but it seemed like he might have been training. Overall good experience.

I called about water heater leaking really bad they came same day Fix it next day because we had get water turned off so we needed HOA they were very fast outstanding service very polite very detailed explained everything best service I ever had give them 10 stars ************* and they did 2 other jobs for me as well.

This is the second time I've used EastLake plumbing and have been happy both times. The first time my wife put up some decor in the house with a screw and put it through a copper pipe. Armando came showed up 30 minutes later to fix the issue.
The second and worst issue was my water main was flooding the area around the meter box outside. I called and was told that someone would be there in an hour (6pm) and it was an after hours charge. In the hour I had I dug up the grass and dirt in front on the meter to expose the lines to save some time and money. Fernando showed and found the break. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts on hand to fix that night. So we agreed he can be back in the morning to fix the pipe. He showed at 9am with all part and finished with an hour. The job was done very professionally and could be happier. Thanks for the great job Fernando.

They are priced well and do not try to over sell you thing you don't need. The guy was upfront and told me if he felt what I had would last longer or if something needed replacement. This was the second time I used Eastlake Plumbing and for the second time I am definitely happy with the work. We were so impressed by the work done by Martín the first time around, we requested to have him come out again. This time we needed work done to address a leak under the kitchen sink, replace the kitchen faucet, and install a new dishwasher. Before paying us a visit, I suspected we may need to replace our valve stops. Martín assessed the situation quickly, provided me a fair quote, and proceeded to get the work done as quickly, yet responsibly as possible. He made me aware of setbacks along the way, explained options, and provided reasons why he recommended his solution over a quick fix. Martín doesn't want to just get the job done, he wants to get the job done right. I'd definitely hire Eastlake Plumbing and Martín again in the future for my home's plumbing needs!

So you know how when you have a really great experience with a company on every level? That's what's going to happen if you use Eastlake Plumbing. I don't know who trained these folks, from the Gabby who answer's the phone to the plumber that does the work, but they did it right with fair prices and excellent customer service.
The first thing you'll notice is that they're telling you the truth, then they pleasantly do what they say they're going to do FOR THE PRICE THEY QUOTED. You can call them, email, or text them or all 3. You can ask them questions about the service and their work is quality. If you have questions they are there to answer because they are super knowledgeable.
You definitely want to ask for Martin and Eduardo, this is the first time I've used them and will refer them to friends and family.
Great company. I reached out to this business because the kitchen drain was clogged. My first interaction with the office was quick and to the point. After I was contacted to set an appointment. Albert showed up on time, in a clean uniform, and he was very professional. He immediately started to tackle the issue and in about 10 minutes he unclogged the drain. The whole visit took about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service! We needed to have our water main shutoff valve replaced. I gave them a call today about pricing and to see how soon their next appointment was. After trying to get 3 other plumbers to help me as my kitchen was flooding and causing severe water damage to my walls for several days yes days nobody was willing to help! They were too busy and rude ...not kidding. Drain Patrol being the worst by scheduling and not showing up and also pretending they didn't know I was waiting ugh so frustrating!! Eastlake Plumbing never fails! From the kind lady who scheduled the appointment, to Art Sanchez the plumber and to the lady who processed my debit card, it was a great experience. I called for a clogged shower drain. And, Art came at the expected time and was finished with everything within an hour. He was so cool even when I was embarrassed at all the hair and gunk from the clog. Everyone is extremely friendly! My family and I moved here in 2014 and Eastlake Plumbing has been our go-to plumbing company ever since. I based my decision on the reviews back then and they still have great reviews til now.
Looked on line for a plumber. Eastlake Plumbing had great reviews and they were close by. Called the guy at 2:00 small talked about the problem and he was here by 2:15. Update: they called me back and explained their phone lines were down and scheduled an appointment within an hour.
Had a clogged bathtub drain. Looked up a plumber in my area and found Eastlake Plumbing. I liked that they were a small independently owned co. Martin and Alex showed up earlier than expected, which was great. They were upfront, clean and neat while they worked. With the right tools they got the massive hair ball out tif the drain pretty quickly. Hopefully I don't need a plumber again, but if I do I know who to call. Thanks guys!

Used Eastlake Plumbing for the first time last week as my home had a water leak in the area of the water meter. The leak was fixed in a very timely matter and the area was cleared of roots and replaced with sand to prevent future issues due to root growth for the tree nearby. I strongly recommend Eastlake Plumbing for all services when needed as they were very professional and fast.
Ive used these guys a few times and every single time the technicians Eddie sends out are top notch, super friendly and professional and extremely knowledgeable. Even their overtime rates are affordeable. I will continue to use these guys till i move out of california. We used to use Bill Howe but we found Eastlake Plumbing and theres no one in the San Diego area that can even come close to their fees. You guys are awesome! 5 Stars! Took a chance at them almost a year ago and now I'm a repeat/loyal customer. Garbage/food disposal stopped working. Sal came, assessed, got to work, and within 10 minutes he's was gone. What a great experience! I was able to get a same-day appointment to have a washer drip pan and dryer valve (?) installed. Alex and Fernando were on time and they were friendly, professional, and efficient.
After completing the requested services, they addressed some questions we had about water pressure and showed us how to shut off the water to the house if needed.
I had a pinhole leak in the pipe behind the drywall of the hot water heater. The water eventually leaked through the drywall which is when I noticed the problem. I called Eastlake and they came the next morning, found and repaired the leak.
I had a restoration company repair the water damages, and Eastlake worked with them to move the hot water heater and back. I also wanted to reduce the chance of future leaks, so I had Eastlake replace angle valves throughout my house, add a hot water expansion tank, and replace my water pressure regulator.
Everyone that they sent was courteous and competent. They came when they said they would. Dan and Sal did the various work (sorry forgot the name of the first guy who fixed the original leak), and Armando helped me to quote and add the extra preventive work. Everyone was helpful and patient, answering all my questions. I would definitely call on them for future plumbing work!
Eastlake Plumbing !! I thought I could fix a small leak under my sink and man was I wrong long story short I ended up shutting off my water valve to the entire house. The next morning I called left a voice mail not even 5 mins go by and I get a call back from Armando (the owner) he was very friendly over the phone and asked all the right questions.He had given me a quote and was able to fit me in on a Monday morning (12/29/2014) with a 2 hour window (10am-12pm). I'm on my way home and to my surprised they show up right at 10 normally when companies give you a window they arrive at least a hour later. I left work for this issue and Daniel who was the plumber was very professional and helpful he even took a look at my toilet and checked my water pressure. When it came to the bill I was surprised to see that I was paying about $40 lest than what I was quoted for. I grab a couple business cards to pass around these guys know plumbing.
We had a plumbing emergency on Thanksgiving Day, our upstairs and garage were flooded and our water had to be turned off from the street. I Yelped a Plumber and found Eastlake Plumbing and called, Armando came out right away and fixed the problem within a couple of hours. Thanksgiving Day was saved and the party went on, I highly recommend Armando and Eastlake Plumbing.

I called these guy's around 11:30 PM because I wanted a time and estimate when they could repair the master bedroom leaking shower faucet. I received a call back in less than 15 minutes. Armando, not only gave me two quotes, he was out here the very next morning at the exact time promised. He knew exactly what the problem was from my phone call description. Had the correct (OEM) parts, and even cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and theres a two-year guarantee on parts. I was very impressed. If I ever have any other plumbing issues, I'm not looking no further, Eastlake plumbing is my one-stop plumbing shop!
Fantastic and unbelievably fast! Martin and Oscar arrived less than 30 minutes after my request for service. They repaired the leak behind my drywall in a less than an hour. They cut two holes in the drywall to pinpoint the leak, but the drywall cuts were clean and replacing the drywall will be much easier as a result. Both of these gentlemen were very upbeat and positive throughout the hour and explained what they were doing. They also provided insight on the tubing that was used in our home and recommended that we consider replacing all the hot water tubing at some point. They left the area clean and removed all the materials that needed to be discarded. Outstanding service by Martin and Oscar. I hope I don't need them again soon, but I now know who my go to plumbers are. Thank you.
I called Eastlake Plumbing around 5:00pm today, and they were very polite on the phone and believe it or not had someone here in less than 20 minutes! They were nice and knowledgable and fixed my clogged kitchen sink really quickly.
They provided excellent service and provided me a quick estimate too. Better than the other guys who wanted me to call back in the morning! Plus their cost was better than the other guys as well!
They also found my condo without the need to call me and ask me for directions!

Eastlake Plumbing just replaced our home's water pressure regulator. They responded quickly to our service call and made the repair at an affordable price. They also fully inspected the work and made sure that we were fully satisfied with the work. Excellent customer service.
As a homeowner, it is difficult to find people you can trust and rely on. Eastlake Plumbing has always been my go-to plumbing resource. Armando is very personable, is knowledgeable and does not try to get me to buy things which are not necessary. Most recently, I had a problem with my tub. He came out on a Sunday (within an hour), figured out was wrong, and fixed it. Very impressive response! I have used him since I moved into my house, and have never had a problem. Great company!

Over the years we have used several of the larger companies. It was usually an emergency and the prices were very high. These companies have taken up to 4-6 hours to come and give us an estimate. I decided to go with Eastlake Plumbing after reading the reviews and I was pleased I did. We had whistling in the pipes and thought our pressure regulator was not working properly. Armando came out in 30 minutes and had the job done 30 minutes later. There was no haggling with the price and it was half the amount the bigger companies charge. I won't use any other company than Eastlake plumbing in the future.
Wow! If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. Prompt, great service, and they understand how to treat customers. I had a minor repair which Armando (the owner) took care of in 15 min and didn't even charge me for.
I have used their service several times in the past few years and refer any of my friends who live in East Chula Vista/Eastlake area. Don't waste your time searching other plumbing companies. Go to Eastlake Plumbing and be treated right.
Had a water heater from 1984 that began leaking. Went on Yelp and did the mass communication to businesses. While communicating with these businesses Armando was the most efficent in his responses to my questions. He left no doubt in my mind that I would be choosing this company. Pricing was exactly what I had in mind and I liked the reviews I read on Yelp. When the technicians came they explained everything they were going to do and broke down what it would take as well as the timing. They were very personable and efficent! I work from home so, I was speaking with them inbetween meetings and completely forgot their names (2 Latino Gentlemen) which is a bummer as I would love to give them the credit they deserve however; they were fantastic! I will definitely be using them again if I run into any other plumbing issues.
Very professional and clean work. Great communication. 24/7 on call. Really happy with their work. They replaced couple faucets under my sink and managed to help with any follow up request.

Max stars for excellent service! We came home from vacation and noticed our shower was leaking rather badly. Called up a few other places I saw on yelp (they were either unavailable until a much later time or didn't answer) before I called up Eastlake Plumbing. They were very helpful on the phone, asked what the problem was and when we were available.
They were prompt (they were early!), quickly identified the issue (shower valve needed replacing) and they not only replaced the valve but also showed and explained how to fix it if any of our other valves go bad.
Great customer service. They are my go to plumbing company now and I definitely would recommend this company to anyone in the Chula Vista./Eastlake/Otay Ranch area.
After a recent tile install the tank of my toilet was cracked. I had tried to replace the parts but didn't realize the crack went all the way through. Daniel was able to explain the damage, replace the toilet and the flange (which was also damaged by the time place) in a hour. So happy to finally have it fixed and done right. He was very professional and knowledgeable in everything. Highly recommended Eastlake plumbing!

I wouldn't use this company for plumbing issues. As you can see we previously paid for the same job in that was done for less than $200. At Eastlake we were quoted for $560 which we felt comfortable paying if that means we would get the toilet fixed since they were able to send their guy out right away. After realizing the building had issues and was unable to complete the job (which we understand happens as it happened to us before) we were still charge for $560 because their hourly was $165 which we weren't told that. We were charged for 3 hrs when the plumber was there for 2 hours doing the job + 1 hr of paperwork since the truck was onsite for 3 hrs. Makes absolutely no sense. Also was charged for materials. There was no breakdown on the invoice to make it clear of the charges. Sounds like they still wanted $560 regardless

MARTIN, came out too the house exactly on scheduled time, clean and professional, I showed him my toilet and he called and got the cost to fix and labor cost, before he started, the price was fair and he fixed it promptly........this is the second time I have used them........great work and good price what's not to like...5 stars.
My kitchen sink backed up with dark smelly water (Thursday, around 6:30 a.m.). I called Eastlake Plumbing and got their answering service (a live person). I described my plumbing issue to this person. An Eastlake Plumbing employee texted a short time later that a plumber would be available no earlier than Friday.
There are two basic reasons to call a plumber: 1. a project or routine maintenance, e.g., installing a new water heater, or a toilet; or 2. an urgent manner, e.g., a kitchen sink, toilet, or shower drain, is backed up and cannot be used. I consider my issue to be in the urgent category. Therefore, Eastlake Plumbing's response was disappointing. Eastlake Plumbing has a bit of a monopoly in my area (Eastlake, Otay Ranch, Rancho Del Rey, etc...) and I've used them before (but not in the last 12+ months). A plumber is only as good as his work, but if that work is unreasonably delayed, the plumber, like any other business, can only be judged by its service. Eastlake Plumbing's service is subpar. It's prices were always higher than its competitors, but back in the day, Eastlake Plumbing was close by and an urgent matter was handled as soon as possible (justifying the higher prices). No more. I am forced to turn to one of the many other plumbers who service this area.
You never know what you've lost till it's gone. Our showers were cold, but before that it took forever for the shower to heat up. Our dishwasher wasn't washing dishes fully and wasn't able to heat dry the dishes. Our clothes didn't smell or feel clean. All because of a regulator valve that clogged and prevented hot water to the house. For years it slowly begun to block the hot water more and more till it was completely blocked. Eastlake plumbing quickly replied to my message and the owner Armando was on point. He responded to me quickly and during late hours. They worked with my schedule and took care of the issue swiftly. They were professional and did a clean job rerouting the hot and cold pipes to and from the water heater. Now it takes seconds to get hot water and all other appliances are working the way they should. I highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing, especially to anyone in the Otay Ranch area! All our houses were built with the same garbage material, if you're having this same issue, hit Eastlake Plumbing up quick!

My husband started to switch out the shower faucet and the set screw busted and he could not fix it. We had the water turned off and it was after 5 and we had no water and so I called Eastlake plumbing and Fernando arrived within 30 minutes and was able to completely install a new faucet after sawing off the old one. He was professional and new exactly what he was doing. The price was reasonable considering it was after hours. Fernando was very thorough and did the job well.

Armando came over and did what needed to be done. Turns out the faucet regulator was crusty. Thereby restricting water flow. He fixed it. Epic! Now my faucet flows like the Niagara.

I am a first time customer of Eastlake Plumbing. Today I was scheduled to have a shower leak repaired. Ken, the plumber called me before he arrived which was great. He was able to access the problem and repair it within a reasonable amount of time. He was considerate and made sure that the area he worked in was clean before he left. I was 100% satisfied and will surely use them again.

I called after hours to book an appointment for replacing my garbage disposal. Armando replied within the hour and said that someone from his team could accommodate me the next morning with an 8:30-9:30am appointment.
Salavador arrived the next morning; he even brought a new garbage disposal replacement with him! I ended up returning the one I purchased from Home Depot because it wasn't even needed.

My husband drained the water heater but then the drain valve started to leak. We put a bucket under it and prayed the leak would go away. Of course, it didn't. We had used Eastlake Plumbing before so we called them. Armando came, right on time, and solved the problem for us easily. He gave us to advice on how to take care of the water heater and then went on his way. I asked how much I owed him and he said it was an easy fix and he was nearby already so there was no charge. Armando quickly replied when I filled out their online form regarding my issue here at the house.
The technician, Salvador, gave me a courtesy call and stated that he was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival.
Upon arrival, he was professional and understood my concerns regarding the issues I was having. At completion, Salvador showed and explained to me what he had done.
I am very pleased with the services he provided and will utilize Eastlake Plumbing in the future.

Eastlake Plumbing was awesome when I had a clogged water line. They talked me through the things I needed to do to make sure it wasn't an easy fix that I couldn't do myself. It turned out that it was and it saved me a plumbing bill! Thank you for all of your help!
Last year, one person came to descale our tankless water heater and charged $165. This year, two people came out to descale the water heater and charged us $360!! Understand inflation and all, but over 100% mark up for the same descaling service is insane. Will be hiring another company next time.
Armando, the owner, offered what I believed to be a sincere apology as well as a full refund which I did not want to take - I thought a partial refund would be fair - but he insisted and sent me a check for the total amount I paid. The check cleared and I thought I should update my review and add another star to my rating. I believe in second chances, so I am more likely to use them again in the future.

We were trying to get a washer and dryer installed by a big box company, but they wouldn't install it due to the corrosion on the pipes in our laundry box. I tried Thumbtack but I wasn't satisfied with the responses so I hopped on good ol' Yelp and Eastlake Plumbing was the first to pop up.
I called Armando late yesterday and he sent out two guys, Marcos and David, to perform the work this morning. They took out the old pipes and installed new ones in about an hr and a half. The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Both guys were super professional, really friendly, and totally skilled at what they do. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Exceptional service, prompt response and very reasonable pricing. Armando quickly responded to my Yelp message about needing to repair or possibly replace our water heater. He asked a few additional questions and set an appointment for his tech to come out and look at the water heater the next day. All this happened within 1 hour of sending the Yelp message. The following day, Martin the tech, arrived in time of the 2 hour time frame Armando gave me. Martin did an excellent job replacing the water heater. He was communicative and very pleasant to work with. Having to use a plumbing service is not pleasant since it's usually costly and most of the time an emergency. Eastlake Plumbing made it less stressful all around. I highly recommend you give them a call when needing a plumber.
Armando got back to me very quIckly when I requested a service estimate. The expediency was remarkable because it was Thanksgiving day! His communication was clear and concise, and he was able to fit me into a busy schedule the very next day. Eastlake notified me when Armando was on his way and he arrived within the time window he stated. When he was able to assess the problem firsthand, he gave me a clear breakdown of the repairs and worked diligently to fix the problem completely. Once the repairs were complete, he reviewed all the work he had done and gave me a bill that was only slightly above the estimate (because of the unknown additional repair factors). Armando was honest and friendly and I have no issues recommending his company to anyone looking for a plumber. Additionally, I would definitely use his company again!

I have used these guys a few times and was borderline skeptical about their pricing but I know you get what you pay for. The last straw is taking time off work and confirming an install that was not told it was confirmed because of a delay on their end. Now I'm out half days pay since I took time off work. Not even to offer to even make it right. FAIL FAIL FAIL!!!
I can't say enough positive things about this company. Like most of us, I detest needing a plumber, or any other repair service. However, I have used Eastlake Plumbing twice now and both times I was impressed. They are on time, come out within a day or two, know what they are doing, and are fair in cost. This is the 2nd time I've used this company. We own a rental property in Otay Ranch but live in Las Vegas. I was referred to Eastlake Plumbing by my realtor.
The first time we used them, my tenants literally just needed a ring tightened. When I was on the phone with Eddie from Eastlake Plumbing, he even said something like, I hate to charge you for this but your tenant could've easily just turned this screw and the problem would be solved. He just had to charge for the after hours house call.
My tenants had a leak happen again and it was a Saturday and they said since they were so busy, no one could get out there til 9 or 10pm which was ok wth my tenants. They ended up being able to get there by 7pm or so and fixed the issue. I trust them wholeheartedly from my first experience.
I like that they call me while at the property to get approval for the work/estimate, then call again once completed and I can pay over the phone.

Our kitchen faucet stopped working. It had a sensor that was always messed up. We ordered a new one from the company and they sent it overnight. Now we just needed someone to install it. Called a couple of places and they were very expensive and didn't have same day appts. Called Eastlake Plumbing and my wife spoke with Eva. She was quick and efficient and got back to us with an appt for the same afternoon. Then Chris, the plumber, called and was ready early. Chris came over and was super efficient and really nice. He did the job in about a half hour! He also found us a coupon to lower the price, which was more reasonable than the others. I highly recommend them.
Oh. We also used them a few years ago to install our tankless hot water heater. These guys are fair and really good!
FANTASTIC!! They were easy to contact. Vicky was wasy to talk to on the phone, she undertsood my situation adn was able to relay it acurately to her technicians. She was able to schedule them within 4 hours of my call. When her technicians were actualy able to come within the hour, she called me right away to let me know. The technician (Armando) was knowledgable and friendly and did a fantastic job. My situation required immediate attention and he was able to fix everything and have it operational again within a few hours of my first call. Neat and clean. I called for our business. We have a plumbing issue in our eastlake office. Called at 8 am and a technician came out with a window of 10-12. He came at about 11 am and fixed our issue within an hour. Price was affordable. I world defiantly recommend this company and use in the future? Most defiantly.
I called Eastlake Plumbing yesterday evening to have our shower faucet repaired and spoke to Armando who was very professional and courteous. The technician, Eddie, promptly arrived within 30 minutes as promised and was also very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Eddie went above and beyond to get our faucet repaired. I can confidently say as a small family business, they are absolutely top-notch in customer service and their prices were fair and reasonable. Arrived on time, courteous with wearing the sock slipper things, cleaned up after himself, provided suggestions, said what he was doing. I had 2 toilets fixed (1 was leaking and 1 woudn't refill after flush) and then master shower cartridge broke. Marcus also tested water pressure which seems to be the cause of the above problems (we always have to make fixes year after year). Will be using them again as they are easy to schedule, priced reasonably, and their tech was knowledge and quick.

We live in a complex so a pipe burst under the walkway from main line to my unit about 3 feet from our place, SO naturally HOA states it's not their problem. My neighbor had a similar problem years back and they paid $2,500 for fix due to having to break up concrete, fix and replace concrete. I wanted to avoid concrete issue, so I asked Eastlake Plumbing if they could reroute line, and they did. Saved me $1,000. Total bill was $1,500.

I have a clog sink and called to make an appointment. And since the beginning all start to looks perfect, the technician arrive earlier, Martin was with all the knowledge and unclog the sink in a breeze. You will not regret to hire them. Very fast, clean and professionals.
I used the Yelp option to post a plumbing issue and several plumbing companies responded right away with quotes. Eastlake plumbing gave me the best quote and went with them. Plus they have a 5 star rating with Yelp, so gotta try them. My issue was a pin hole leak in my pipe which was in the ceiling. I had already exposed the pipe for the plumber. We set a date and time and Junior, the plumber, was on time. He was actually early and I was the one running late, but he waited for me. Junior was friendly and easy to talk to. Junior was very clean and was Following Covid protocol. I would definitely recommend calling Eastlake Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Thanks
I received an estimate from a well known plumbing company in San Diego to replace the pressure regulator. While he was there he said the hot water pump showed signs of leaking and should be replaced. I thought the estimate was rather high and decided to get another opinion, so I called Eastlake Plumbing because it received a five star customer rating on Yelp. Eddie came out a few days later and agreed that a new regulator was, in fact, needed. however he did not feel that the hot water pump was leaking or in need of repair. He was thorough, professional and friendly, patiently answering all of my concerns. But here is the really good part: his estimate was half the price of first estimate AND he didn't try to upsell me additional repairs and services. The work was done immediately and efficiently. I couldn't be more satisfied and pleased. When I called a week later to ask if I could increase the water pressure a little, as it seemed a bit too low for our purposes, Eddie actually came to the house a half hour later and cheerfully resolved the issue, making sure that the pressure did not get set too high. Wow! What superlative service. Folks, we have found ourselves a trustworthy, reasonably priced plumber!!!!!
Eastlake Plumbing is a lifesaver! I recommend them to anyone who listens. They have rescued me at least twice now. When I had my new roof installed, my gas lines are up there and needed to be raised about 5 inches. The roofers were going to try to get around that but when they tested the joints, they found tiny gas leaks. Eastlake came out the next day and stayed ALL DAY to get it done. They even sent out another person to help finish it up so we wouldn't have to be without gas the next morning. No, their rates are not the cheapest but they are not overly expensive either. They are very fair and oh so very professional! I have some more work for them to do and I highly recommend them. I recently needed them to come out and put a new valve on my gas connection for my range. Usually while I am leaving a message, Armando is calling me back! They were at my house within 30 minutes because they knew my connection was leaking gas. Thanks again you guys!

The Good: Very responsive to my request for an immediate drain clearance job and performed the job very well. This was the second time I called on them in 3-4 years and I'm very satisfied with the result at both times.
The Questionable: This 2nd time, the tech replaced my whole sink drain pipe assembly without asking or informing me of the additional cost, and charged me double the price of the cleaning. When I disputed the charge, he said my pipe had rusted and was hard to take apart during the cleaning, so he had to replace it. I don't know whether this was true so I called the owner, Ricardo (or something like that) and after some exchanges, he agreed to forego the additional charge and just charged me as had said originally.
The Cost: About the same as others would charge (my 2nd time) or a bit higher (my first time) .

I am so pleased with the excellent professional service I received today. We called and Aldo came within the hour. We paid the price we were quoted, plus a small cost of a part we needed....but it was still lower than other prices we were quoted from other Chula Vista based plumbers. Eastlake Plumbing is the best of the best (and my former husband is an excellent plumber in a different state). After several hot water line leaks in our newly purchased Eastlake home, we were fortunate to contact Armando of Eastlake Plumbing, who explained that this problem is common in our area (91915) due to defects in the pipes, and that the leaks would likely worsen over time. (We later learned that our neighbors on both sides had each had multiple leaks and ultimately endured repiping of their houses, too.) Armando explained how to reach out to the pipe manufacturer, Uponor, which has a warranty department. As our Pex pipes were less than 25 years old, Uponor agreed to pay for (hot water) repiping of our entire house (value over $15K), utilizing Eastlake Plumbing and Eastlake Painting to do the work. (Damages caused by the leaks were not covered as warranty for property damage is only for 10 years).
The professionals from Eastlake Plumbing and Eastlake Painting were attuned to our experience as homeowners (trauma-informed!), extremely reliable, competent, patient and knowledgeable. We have had no doubt that their work is the best of the best, and we know we are fortunate to have them to call upon for future work we may need.

I just had Eastlake Plumbing out at my new house and had them make some repairs and improvements. The process was easy, called in, Armondo answered and was very nice. They were amazing!! It was kinda emergency. They showed up about 30 minutes after I made a request. Obviously it's Covid and yes they were using masks. They patiently struggled trying to find where the clogs were. He and his guy went through 4-5 sewage lines. Finally found it and they charged me little under 200 for a couple of hours. Probably 2 1-2 hours. Had to use big machine. They also used small machine too. I honestly thought The price would be little higher. Worth it. I will definitely call em back. Thanks for your service!

D Reyes replace a shower valve for me today. My water was running even after the valve was shut. So I called Eastlake Plumbing after reading the reviews. Good decision.... the work was done quickly rather expensive though. D Reyes then tried to sell me on having a new pressure regulator installed. I told him I had just installed one three years ago and I check my water pressure regularly. He insisted in turning my water back on to the house, and I believe he messed with my regulator. On my invoice he wrote that because of the water pressure being to high (125psi) he could not give me a warranty on his work.
I checked the pressure after he left and I got a reading of 120psi. Examining the regulator I notice that it had been tampered with. Be careful with this guy and watch him carefully. I will no longer call Eastlake Plumbing.
I check my water pressure regularly. I had to change one regulator three years ago. My issue with Eastlake Plumbing is that the plumber tried to sell me on a new regulator before he even walked into my house. Things go bad I know that, but I would think a device that 18 years old would go bad bad before a three year old device does.

I got excellent services from Eastlake Plumbing for the leak problem from the pipe connected to the main water supply valve. For my service request through Yelp, Armando replied and he answered all my questions with a quotation in a timely manner. Next morning, it was Jesus who provided a very professional service to fix the leak by replacing and re-welding the pipe connected to the water supply valve. He also replaced the water pressure regulator valve, which was over 10 years old. Jesus was very pleasant to work with. He gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before his arrival and showed up on time with wearing a mask. He did a meticulous job, which made the serviced area look new and robust. Jesus and Armando also provided a follow-up check and service to adjust the water pressure. I will be pleased to consider them as my first choice for future plumbing contracts.

I am easily giving Eastlake Plumbing 5-stars! This is the third job we've hired them for in our home. This time is was to fix a gas line in our fireplace. Fernando and Junior did an excellent job--which I've come to learn is a standard for the business! They came in (masked up) and were considerate of my hardwood floors. Not only did they wear booties to protect the floor, they laid down drop cloth/floor protection so that they could work and use the necessary tools for the job. The clean up when the job was complete and I couldn't even tell that any type of maintenance was performed (I've had other companies come out and even doing an estimate, they left a mess). Kudo's to the awesome young men!

Fantastic plumbing service that I will definitely be using again! We had a washer / dryer delivered, but the valves from wall were leaking. They were able to come over surprisingly fast and replaced the outlet box and valves very quickly. He also took care of a hose valve drip in the backyard too. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and was incredibly professional. Thank you!
I had a very bad experience with one of their plumbers last week and I yelped about and graded them as 1 star. The owner, Armando, took care of the entire situation and was extremely helpful. I deleted my former review and am giving them 5 stars because of Armando's response and the fact that he listened and addressed all of my concerns.

We had a under kitchen valve failure a month ago Ken of Eastlake plumbing arrived within an hour of our call. He and his co-worker fixed our problem by replace the failed valve. When the water was on the floor in the garage, and we saw it was coming from a leak in our water heater, we already had a game plan. We knew who we were going to call and also knew we would be well taken care of. Eastlake Plumbing had been to our house multiple times over the years for all manner of repair--the kitchen faucet, the dishwasher, the garbage disposal, a sprinkler line, all three toilets, and, of course the aforementioned water heater (two times). Every previous time, the response had been prompt, the explanations clear, the work well-performed, and price reasonable. When it became clear last spring that our gas water heater's days were numbered, we had Armando prepare an estimate on switching out the gas unit for an energy efficient hybrid heat pump water heater, something new for him and his team. When the gas water heater failed on a Saturday in mid-December, Eastlake Plumbing made available by phone plumbing advisors to help get us through the weekend. On the following Monday, an EP plumber came to drain and remove the old unit, and install a new ball valve. Within the next day or two, Armando promptly confirmed the feasibility of replacing the old unit with specific hybrid heat pump model I wanted. Once the replacement had been ordered and delivered, EP promptly made available a team to install it and prepare it for an electrician, scheduled to come the following day. Within a week (the week before Christmas no less), we had an entirely new and different system for heating water, and plenty of hot water on hand. Our toilet overflowed last night (a Sunday) and I needed a 24 hour plumber to come help. Martin came over quickly and he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it. It was a lot of work which appears to be cause by an old flapper catching toilet paper, caused the clog. I appreciate Martin's expert knowledge and his hard work, especially coming in at 11pm in the evening. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.
I had a personal recommendation from a friend for Eastlake plumbing. I had toilets, showers both backing up. Not pleasant! My house is 50+ years old. They returned my initial call promptly. We set up a mutual time - fairly quickly which obviously was good. Bottom line, they did what was needed to fix the problem, and were dedicated to making sure it was done right. It was NOT a matter of we will snake the drains for $X dollars - they keep working until it was working properly. As part of their service, they reset a toilet for me. After all was done, there was some leaking from this toilet (it was a bit difficult to tell where it was coming from). I called them back, and they returned quickly, all parties determined it was the connection between the tank and bowl. Probably when resetting it, it was twisted around a bit. They fixed it right, and zero problems. They were excellent, and I would definitely use them again!!!

Great emergency service and quick response time. Had the hot water valve leading to the washing machine crap out and pop out then spray the room with water when investigating a drip discovered after the hose to washing machine was unscrewed. Turned the water to the house off, tried to remove the old valves and replace with new ones. No go. Stuck. 11 years old. Didn't want to mess around trying the twist the valves off myself knowing that the flexible piping they build these houses with might snap in the wall. Called Eastlake Plumbing, around 2:30pm. By 3:30 Eddie was over and replaced the valves. Would definitely recommend. Can eat, shower, and flush again.

Armando really came through for us today. We recently had countertops and a sink installed, but the faucet, garbage disposal, repipe was more than our contractor could handle. I got in contact with 5 different plumbers to get it done within a 24hr time frame. Out of all of them Armando and Eastlake Plumbing was the most attentive, responsive, and professional. He accommodated any request with enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help. He confirmed times and was equally professional in person. I could tell that he loved what he did, and it reflected in his work. He will definitely be our go to for anything water related.

i needed a gas line installed from the meter outside the house to the kitchen for a new gas stove.
my two technicians, Fernando and Edward, took on the project and in just one day had a pressure-tested, working gas line ending just behind where the new stove will go.
the pipe had to be placed across the entire garage on top of the ceiling tiles, into the attic, then down the inside of the wall behind the stove. the only opening in the drywall was a small cutout where the valve was placed. other than that, you'd never know anything had been done to the wall. such precision!
would i use them again? no doubt.

Great work EastLake Plumbing-Eddie and Fernando! Eddie started the service of replacing the hot water heater. He explained all the details of the job. He set everything up to replace it but suggested we let the drywall dry out to prevent any mold issues. The office was very understanding of the situation and had no problem completing the job when we were ready for them. Fernando showed up to complete the job once again walked me through the process of completing the job. Martin came out at gave me some great advice after discovering that I had a rare type of leak with my kitchen faucet. There was a miscommunication on my part, I was supposed to have the faucet already, but did not. He did not charge me for the time, and was extremely friendly despite my mistake. They are very thorough and honest, and I originally chose them because they had the best quote, so the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

Called early in the morning to see if they could come out thanksgiving eve. They said no at first, but then they called back and came out anyway. Fernando called twenty min prior to coming. They took a look at our upstairs toilet that was overflowing. They told us exactly what was going on and what needed to be fixed. Completed the repairs. This is my second time with Eastlake Plumbing. I had this stuck shower cartridge which they gave me Estimate $200 for replacement.
Other company gave me same Estimate too. So I actually went to other company first with higher review this time.
(Im a new house owner so i just wanted to compare.) So this other company guy came to my house and told me its rusted he cant unstuck, he has to replace whole valve.
Replacing cost is $680... omg. I told other company i have to think with the price.
Then i decided to contact Eastlake Plumbing one more time.
Asked to come take a look if they can do it. They unstuck cartridge and replaced it with $250($50 is for new handle)
I have never posted review on Yelp before.
But i felt like i had to!!
$400 difference is a lot!!

Outstanding, professional, friendly, and fast service. They showed up right on time Monday morning. They even called ahead. Martin and his son (also named Martin) quickly got to work. In no time the job was done. We paid exactly as quoted. Very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing.
I wanted to share that I used 3 plumbers from this site and Eastlake Plumbing was the third one but they came out and in minutes diagnosed my problem. I'm deployed, and had a main water valve regulator leak that was about to cause a major flood - thought that I was going to be duped by an over zealous company trying to cash in my non availability and the obvious emergency. The water valve was immediately repaired at the lowest price in the area, and I even got a military discount. THANKS!
People there a lot of plumbers out there these guys are the best, greatest and honest. Honesty is what you are most looking for. I called at 10 am and they said they would be at my house in 30 minutes in which they did. My water heater was not working that alone can be a $1000 job to replace. But Alex and his apprentice went trouble shooting on the water heater the pilot light was out. It was the cooper tubing that provided the gas to the pilot light it was corroded. A ten minute fix they had the part in the van. $135 later my water heater was working again. Better than $1000. Remember most of us aren't plumbers so a shady company call fool a lot of people and just tell you need a new water heater. BUT Eastlake Plumbing did the RIGHT thing. Pricing is fair and most of all they are spot on as a reputable and a HONEST company. They have a customer for life. Thanks again.

I was having some water heater issues and Armando responded to my inquiry within minutes! He was kind enough to send someone out same day within a few hours of my reaching out to diagnose. The two men who arrived (I think one was Daniel) were so polite and quickly figured out it was just an oversight problem on my end (aka I'm a ding dong and couldn't tell the heater was on) and that my unit for the most part is working. They didn't make me feel like I wasted their time and were professional through and through! They gave me a quote for replacing it when the time comes which will most likely be soon being as it's a 14yr old unit.

I had EP put in a new water heater and perform additional plumbing services. To say that they were awesome is an understatement....they were FANTASTIC! Our old water heater failed, blew a massive leak and flooded our garage yesterday.
Based on their reviews here on Yelp, I called Eastlake Plumbing.
They responded with a quote within 10 minutes. This morning showed up and installed a brand new top-quality Bradford White 40-gallon gas water heater, overflow tank, and stand.
The installation went perfectly and they hauled away the old one.
I can't recommend them highly enough.
My wedding ring fell into our bathroom sink without a drain stop. I was distraught. My husband called Eastlake Plumbing at 11:40pm. We received a return call at 11:50pm, and the plumber, Fernando, was at our home by 12:35am. He was very professional, using shoe covers when entering our home and he even had the courtesy to remove the items under the sink before working, cleaning up, and placing all items back where he found them. Fantastic service! We had a water line break in the late evening. After fighting with our home warranty company and getting nowhere for 4 hours I called Eastlake Plumbing. It was around midnight but they picked up the phone quickly and I got a call back from the Plumber within minutes. Fernando was outstanding. He took the time to get the details on the phone and let me know upfront about potential costs of an after hours repair. He was honest and upfront. I made the call to have the work done and he was at my front door within 15 minutes! Professional, friendly, FAST, and high quality materials and work. He had the work done quickly and best of all, besides having water in the house again, the cost was not unreasonable - actually it was very reasonable and less then I was expecting. I will definitely be calling Eastlake Plumbing again for any and all plumbing needs.

I had a tankless water heater installed in March of 2022. I replaced a traditional tank water heater.
Before the tankless water heater was installed by Eastlake Plumbing, I asked the person who came to my home during the consultation if the tankless water heater that they wanted to install in my home was compatible with the plumbing in my entire home. They said YES it was compatible. I then made an appointment and the tankless water heater was installed a week later.
A month after the installation, i noticed that the heater used to heat the home (HVAC) in the condo wasn't blowing warm air. I ignored it and didn't think much of it until i needed it months later during the winter.
During the winter, i still was not getting warm air out of the hvac heater. I had several HVAC techs stop by over several weeks and check out my hvac heater. The techs concluded that my hvac heater works off of hydronic heat so it needs hot water from the water heater to heat the home.
The tankless water heater that Eastlake Plumbing said was compatible with my home, WAS NOT compatible with my home's HVAC system, specifically the heating system. The tankless water heater couldn't produce hot water for the home (shower, faucets etc) and supply enough water to the hvac system at the same time.
The above was confirmed by numerous hvac techs i had come over to diagnosis the issues with the hvac heating system. The tankless water heater manufacturer, Noritz also confirmed that the tankless water heater that was installed in my home by Eastlake Plumbing is not designed or engineered to work with a hydronic heating system. Before i made the installation appointment for the tankless water heater, i asked Eastlake plumbing if it was compatible with my home and they assured me that it was. They were wrong and took no accountability and gave me the run around for weeks.
Their solution was to take out the tankless water heater and replace it with a traditional tank water heater. Not once did they take accountability for their inaccurate statements on the tankless water heater being compatible with my home. Their mistake cost me a lot time, money and an entire winter without heat.
I WOULD NOT recommend Eastlake plumbing especially for any tankless water heater work. They talk like they know what they are doing with tankless water heaters but they clearly don't and they don't do their basic job by figuring out whether a plumbing product that they install/sell works with your home's current setup. They didn't inspect my home or anything during the initial consultation. Lots of other options out there.
Eastlake plumbing came out very quickly to inspect a property we were purchasing. They gave a very thorough report and even went into the foundation crawlspace to check out a specific issue I was concerned with. The Seller ended up making all repairs with their own contractor, but I wouldn't hesitate to call Eastlake again for any future needs. Very friendly service. Thank you!
These guys are excellent! I called them on Jan 1st for a water emergency. Unlike all the other plumbers I had tried calling that day, Armando returned my call promptly and agreed to send someone out the same day. First he asked me explain the issue as best I could, and he walked me through all my options over the phone - where the water may be coming from and what they would be able to do in that case - never over promised. Sure enough when the plumber showed up, it took about 10 minutes to figure out where the leak was coming from and how to put a stop to it. They came back the following day and did an excellent job with the pipe repair. They also recommended and excellent damage/restoration company who were equally excellent. I would highly recommend them again in the future.
I texted these guys on Monday after I received a ridiculous quote from another plumber to replace the shower cartridge in my master shower. The water stayed lukewarm in the winter and too hot in the summer. Unlike the other guy This gentleman asked me to take a photo of what I had and was able to identify the brand right away. We made an appt for Thursday. I wasn't home, but my wife was. She said he was in quick went out to get the part and back to finish the job. Total time was less than an hour and was less than 1/3 what the other guy quoted me.
I appreciated the efficiency, professionalism and quick response. I used the shower this morning and had a nice steamy hot shower. Thanks guys!

Armando immediately responded to a quote request here on Yelp and gave me a fair quote that was in line with what several others provided. There were a couple variables that I wanted to discuss so I gave them a quick call and after explaining exactly what I was looking for, he said that it would cost quite a bit LESS than what he originally thought.
With recent water damage, the tile around my bathtub had to be torn out and I need the old trim to be removed. But while the walls were already torn out, I wanted to replace the valve and raise the height of the shower head.
Jesus came out the next day and was able to get all the work done in about an hour and a half. He was super polite and talked me through everything he was going to do and made sure I was okay with where he was putting everything. Excellent work and super professional.
Then after all the new tile was installed, Jesus came back out and installed the new trim kit and shower head. Everything works perfectly and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs and especially if you're looking for someone who will give you an honest opinion and price.

Unprofessional customer service with an attitude.
Eastlake plumbing relocated a water line and installed new water lines for a new sink and a pot filler faucet. The hot water line was placed on the right side, a water line was loose and the they did not install backing for the pot filler faucet.
Armando Becerra stated it is common to install hot water lines on the right side. I disagreed. Armando stated the pot filler can be fastened on the backsplash tile. I pointed out that it is better to attach the faucet to wood backing inside the wall. Armando stated he has installed similar faucets for years and the manufacturer allows it. This is incorrect. I offered to show Armando the manufacturers installation instructions, but Armando said no.
Armando stated we were talking in circles and he became agitated. His demeanor changed and he displayed a negative and unprofessional attitude. I did not request Armando fix anything. I was simply providing him customer feedback which he clearly did not want to hear, so maybe he would prefer to read.
Daniel from Eastlake plumbing just fixed a shower valve in my parent's home. He fixed it quickly and the price was reasonable. Thank you Eastlake plumbing.

I needed to replace a water heater that was leaking and Armando from Eastlake plumbing gave me a competitive quote and promised a quality install. He was quick to respond through messages and we worked out details over the phone.
Two men came within the appointment window. The crew was professional and answered questions/concerns. The removal of the previous water heater presented some challenges but the crew worked through them. Once the new one was installed they tested and cleaned up before leaving. Had a problem with my garbage disposal so I called Eastlake Plumbing and within minutes they were at my house. They were able to locate the problem and within a short time repaired it. The problem was a piece of plastic stuck in the blade that I mistook for a food item. Lesson learned do not put items in disposal until you're sure it's just food. Martin was very thorough made sure that the disposal was running smoothly before he left. I have used Eastlake before and they were professional as well as courteous I highly recommend them for any plumbing job.
If I could give zero stars for my one and only experience with eastlake plumbing I would. The one word I'd use is UNPROFESSIONAL. If you don't want to be available 24/7 then don't advertise your business as such. I put faith that someone would call back or respond in a timely manner and neither happened. At 9:00pm I accidentally broke a PVC pipe and hose bib on my front lawn. After shutting off the water to the house, I looked up 24-hour plumbers in Chula Vista. The service said they would call Marcos and he would get back shortly. At 10:30 I called the service again and asked if someone was coming as I hadn't received a call back yet. Two more times I called and was told they weren't able to get ahold of the on call plumber. They said they'd call his manager, who never called either. I was all muddy from digging up the pipe and had to wash myself off in the pool. It was 45°. I pondered getting a hotel room for the night but was assured someone would still come. I fell asleep and at 12:40am someone called and said HE was asleep and didn't get any pages! He apologized and said to call back after 8:30. Apparently he wasn't going to come out. I finally fell asleep around 5:00am and called when I woke up at 7:15. Apparently they don't communicate with each other because as I was telling the story, Armando said this was the first he heard of what happened overnight! I was frustrated from lack of sleep and no response that I used the f-word when I told of washing the mud off in my pool water outside. He latched onto that and repeatedly chastised me for swearing. He said he was concerned I would confront the plumber if they came out. Why would I do that?! I tried to begin again, apologized sincerely for swearing as that seemed to be his point of contention. He was unsympathetic to my level of frustration. In the end I knew it was a losing battle as Armando continued to argue with me. So I hung up and called out a real professional. Incidentally, the other two '24/7' companies don't call back either. Maybe it's just the industry...
UPDATE: on 12/26 (10 days later) I received a voicemail from Marcos saying he's now available for the service call I requested on 12/16 if I 'want'... I didn't call back. Can you imagine if I had waited without water for 10 days?! I could've looked up how to do this on YouTube and fixed it myself in that timeframe! The Yelp response from Armando didn't address the fact that I called the service 3 times before receiving a callback more than 3 hours after my initial call and was advised by Marcos that he wasn't coming out. I understand things happen but it is important for the company to be more professional than the person in need of the service. I received no assistance by the company that advertises 'here 24/7 to meet all your plumbing needs...' and nothing was done to rectify the 'misunderstanding'.
Had a leak in my toilet that required emergency maintenance. Called the number and was assisted immediately and had someone out here in less than an hour on a weekend. Martin did a fantastic job and will be my go to in the future with my plumbing needs
We decided to use the service of Eastlake plumbing in mid-January 2017 at the recommendation of a colleague of mine who had mentioned her consistent satisfaction with the service she received from Eastlake Plumbing. I was sharing our bad experience with an other plumbing company, which actually started the work for us, but had to ask for them to not finish it given that they told us the only option for us to fix our leak was to break through walls. So, we were looking for a second opinion, so thanks to my colleague for mentioning Eastlake Plunmbing.
First impression was reassuring - A professional individual in clean uniform arrived on time in his company truck. He introduced himself, and right off, he gave us some confidence in his professionalism and courtesy. His name was Eddie.
We showed him the work (leak) that needed to be fixed in our bathroom, and he immediately knew what needed to be done, although he also disclosed to us upfront, that there might be some complications as some of the plumbing parts are old, glued in, and stuck together, thus, he might have to break the walls. Though, he also told us that it would be his last resort, as it is definitely invasive and would cost us more. Before he started, he explained and walked us through the process of the work he needed to do, providing us some informative education on plumbing parts and terminology.
We agreed on the work, and off he started. Quickly, he placed some protective papers and mats on any area he would walk and work around. This was pleasing as it was not our experience with the first plumbing company we first hired, which left a lot of mess, including wet foot prints for us to clean up after. Eddie was careful and conscientious. And while he worked on the plumbing repair, he kept us informed on his progress. He worked hard, and over an hour and half, he managed to complete the work without breaking walls, which the first Plumbing company told us was the only option.
We were so pleased with his work and attitude, Eddie's good character representing honesty and integrity truly conveyed trust for us to use Eastlake Plumbing from now on. Also, Eastlake plumbing's repair was reasonable.

All I can say is, Wow! Armando, Fernando & Alex are excellent at what they do. Aside from some small toilet work they did for me in the past, I recently (this morning) had a major water leak in my front yard area, they we respectful of my yard and little by little dug up what absolutely needed to be dug up to get to the leaking pipe. They explained what they were going to do, and walked me through each step as they went, while I was apprehensive they were calm & professional with a nice sense of humor when I needed it. I called Armando at 8am, and his team was there within 30 minutes. I truly would/will recommend Eastlake Plumbing to anyone!!! And btw, the cost was fair & reasonable. Seriously they know what their doing without the bulls*&t!
I highly recommend Eastlake Plumbing. Aldo came out to my house to replace the corroding valves that connect my washing machine. He was very professional and I appreciated the time he took to carefully explain what needed to be done (even though I was bummed to learn that he needed to cut a hole in my freshly painted wall).
I'm a new home owner and truly know little about plumbing or basic home maintenance. Aldo went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through some basics about my home. He showed me where to turn the water off from inside and outside my home in the event of an emergency. In addition, he walked me though the basics of my water heater, he showed me where to turn it off as well as how to relight the pilot light if it should go off. He also tested the water pressure on my home and advised me to buy a water pressure gauge so that I could test the pressure myself a few times a year and gave me good tips on what to look for in the event that the pressure goes up.
Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, Aldo went above and beyond what we expected of him. I called him to fix a valve, yet he took the extra time to give me some basic knowledge on being a new home owner. Thank you, Aldo. I will certainly call Eastlake Plumbing for any future needs (hopefully not anytime soon though!).
These guys are awesome! Water heater pilot light went out so I called in the morning around 730 and the guy who answered was really nice and informative of what I needed and let me know how much it would be (really good price compared to others I was calling). They came around 3pm and got it fixed right away! Professional and very organized! Definitely recommend.

When I pulled into my garage, I noticed a small stream of water coming from my hot water heater. After 13 years, it was obviously time for a new one. At 10:30PM I started calling plumbers that I had used before. I got their answering service and was told that they would call me in the morning. I then started calling plumbers under hot water heater replacement in Yelp. Eastlake plumbing has a 5 star rating and Armando answered the phone. He confirmed the tank manufacturer, (Rheem/Rudd),- all the associated components that would be included (updated shut-off valve, gas valve, gas & water flex tubing and drip pan. There was no additional charge for two (2) additional years to the Rheem 6 year warranty, as well as, a $50.00 discount for new customers.
(Net $1,125.00.00) Edie and Miguel arrived on time and within a couple of hours we had hot water. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
Fast! Same day quote and service. Great communication. Replaced a noisy pressure regulator valve under 30 minutes. Sal and his partner were knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. Thank you!

We asked Eastlake plumbing to give us a. estimate on the repairs necessary for a house we are interested in purchasing. We asked a plumber, an electrician, an interior painter etc over. The only company that had competent, friendly and reliable staff was Eastlake plumbing. Not only did they provide a great feedback and checked all sorts of issues, they are reliable! Highly recommend.
The team at Eastlake Plumbing came today, we thought, to diagnose our situation and fix our leak. Instead, they just looked at things to give us an estimate. We were very surprised to hear that they wanted $125 for the estimate, which was not mentioned in our conversations with them. We were very disappointed that they didn't come prepared to repair the leak and that they tried us charge us just to look at it. They did wave the estimate fee.
Additionally, what they purposed as the fix seemed like major overkill(almost $7,000) doing a lot of extra that doesn't seem necessary and that would be very unsightly when completed.
As it turns out, their diagnosis was incorrect, the leak was in the yard and not in the slab. We found someone else would could come quicker and repaired the leak for $785.
Can't really recommend.
Our water heater broke and we got multiple quotes on yelp. Some places were clearly trying to take advantage of our emergency, but this place was reasonably priced and responsive. He came the same day and replaced our heater quickly. Honest, fast, and reasonable pricing: what more can you ask for?
Ok, there are very few places I will do updates, but today I am making an exception because this place is so awesome! It was an unexpected emergency this morning that happened so early we thought we were going to be screwed. My husband and I both work graveyard shift, sleep all day, so the thought of having to stay up all day waiting to get a major back up fixed was obviously a huge downer. We called Eastlake Plumbing about 6:42 am, left a message and within minutes we received a call back. Shortly after Armando arrived, fixed our disaster and everything was done by 8 am! We had a slab leak at our place and requested a technician to come out and get an estimate on the repair and possible repipe to avoid the same issue in the future. I believe the gentlemans name was Armando. He was very friendly and pointed out a couple of things that needed to be fixed as well and made great suggestions. You could tell he has great knowledge in his field. His estimate was actually pretty fair and economical compared to other big companies.
My first encounter with Eastlake Plumbing was during an inspection for a client who was purchasing a home in San Miguel Ranch. These guys were professional, on time, and did a good job of video scoping the pipes and explaining everything to the client.
At home when I was trying to hide TV wires in the wall, I got a little lazy and grabbed a reciprocating saw to get through the drywall. Bad idea. I just nicked a pipe in the wall, and sprung a leak. Eastlake was out there in about an hour and did a good job welding a patch, not adding to the mess, and they charged reasonably.
The next time I tried using them was for clearing out the yard drains. The owner quickly responded, letting me know that they were booked out for about a month for that service. At least I knew up front, and went with a yard drain specialist.
When it's time for more indoor plumbing, Eastlake will be my first (and probably only) call.
Same day scheduling. Auger + reseating clogged toilet. Was done in an hour. Left workspace clean. Reasonably priced. Thank you.

I had installed a new bathroom vanity on my own but couldn't get around connecting the drain pipes to the new faucet sink myself.
Edward came and finished the job in less than 1hr. He checked for leaks and made sure I was good to go. Price was also the most reasonable amongst the competitors. I am doing another vanity and will definitely hire them again.

Eastlake plumbing is definitely a five-star company! They arrived on time. They came out to clear my main sewer line. Their workmanship was exceptional. They cleaned up all of the mess and you would never know that there was a problem with the main sewer! The two technicians that came out where Kevin and Alex they were both very professional and very polite. I highly recommend Eastlake plumbing and will definitely use them again!
Armando and the Eastlake Plumbing staff were really helpful when it came to fixing my gas leak. They were quick to respond to get the job done. It took several days to complete because of all the hoops we had go through with SDGE, CPL, and City of Chula Vista. Finally found a trustworthy plumbing company! Couple of years back, we had a water heater piping leak. Had a pinhole leak in a section of Pex pipping. Needed to get it fixed and continue to have running water in the house. I contacted a local plumbing rooter company who greatly overcharged us for the repair. Speed up to now. The same issue happens again. Called the company who repaired it before hoping that they would have some sympathy and come back out to repair with minimal cost since it was their services who repaired it before. Guess what? They attempted to overcharge me and gave the excuse that the job needed more work and more money ($1000 or more). Nope not this time buddy! No water to the house and off to the hotel we go. Called Eastlake Plumbing and scheduled an appointment to have a tech come out ASAP. Eddie and Martin called and arrived earlier 2 hours than expected. crew was very knowledgeable, courteous, clean and quick. They charged me 3/4 less than what I paid to have done from some Mrs. Rooter Company! I took a double look at the bill and fell in love. They are the go to people to get things done HONESTLY! will use them definitely again.

I called Bill Howe Plumbing and they quoted me $180 an hour. I called Eastlake Plumbing and they said $85, so it was an easy decision to use Eastlake Plumbing. Customer service was good and the guy that came out was friendly and knowledgeable.
Knowledgeable was very important, considering I had a very complex job, and the guys I called who advertised on Craigslist refused to take on the job because of the complexity. The job required cutting multiple holes in the drywall to find the problem.
Ultimately it took 4 hours and $80 in supplies which I was fine with considering the amount of work that had to be done. They were very professional and cleaned up very well at the end.
Affordable, quick and customer service oriented is the best way to describe this fine establishment!
Martin and Chris came out to assess a leak we had. They did a full and comprehensive evaluation and were very knowledgeable. They were able to figure out the areas of concern that another plumber wasn't able to. As an added bonus, they were very courteous and even placed booties around their shoes when coming into the house. Highly recommend their services

I'm a repeat customer. Needed a new grinder for the sink. They don't try to upsell more expensive units. They explained the rationale behind higher HP but didn't push it. They are down to earth/friendly, clean and get the job done in a timely manner.
Friendly, fast, and fantastic workmanship! Had emergency service on a valve that supplied refrigerator. Called and they quickly responded the same morning. Although, a busy Sunday, they also quickly fixed a nagging hot water leak. Service and value was great so I had them return that week to do more: upgraded all 13 angle stops, fixed pressure regulator, main ball valve, and exterior spigot in ~4hr. Based on the stellar Yelp reviews, I decided to call Eastlake plumbing for my falling showerhead. I sent out a message at 930 pm and received a response within 30 minutes, stating that they can come fix the issue in two days. The plumber came earlier than the scheduled, which worked out better for me since I had stuff to do and he immediately went to work. He fixed the issue within an hour and discussed the troubleshooting methods that he used to fix the issue. I was thankful that he did a thorough job by even going up to the attic to look at the pipe from above! Once he was done, he did advise me to call back if the showerhead falls again. I appreciated that he put on protective booties on his shoes before entering my home since some contractors just walk in tracking dirt inside. The plumber was very polite and efficient. Pricing is reasonable. I will definitely call them again for future plumbing issues as they arise.

They were great! They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were friendly and polite. They wore masks the whole time and most importantly, they wore booties on their shoes and took them off every time they stepped outside and put them back on when they came in. We have had a problem with a leak from the upstairs bathtub for a while now. Finally saved enough to pay for fixing it. Took to Yelp to check for recommended plumbers for getting an estimate. Eastlake was one of the most highly recommended companies on there. Had an estimate from one other company, but decided to go with Eastlake plumbing.
Chris showed up on time, assessed the problem, gave me the info.
I let him go ahead and open up the ceiling to determine where the problem actually was.
I was correct in that it was the bathtub drain. He told me what needed to be done and what it would cost.
It was reasonable and I told him to go ahead and do the repairs.
He went and got the parts needed and went right to work.
He was done in about 1 1/2 hours. Great job. great person.

Fantastic service from my first phone call to the company all the way through to the payment process!
I called on a Sunday, and the answering service took down the information, and I also told her I had a video of the problem.
Within a few minutes, I got a text from the owner, Armando, requesting the video of the problem, and he set up an appt for the next morning. He was there at the time he quoted, and he fixed the problem in 20 minutes! The payment process is done via phone or email, which makes it easier, since I wasn't there during the repair.
It's a small business, so let's utilize our small businesses who don't have corporate nickel and diming us! Their prices are so reasonable!
Armando is also accommodating to our paranoia about the Covid fears. He had his mask, gloves, and put booties over his shows for us! So respectful.

Our garage flooded so we yelped plumbers and luckily found this place! We rarely hit the yelp jackpot on the first try so this was a nice change. Gabby was so accommodating and found someone to come over right away and Armando showed up much sooner than we expected. He was really polite, professional, and efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 30minutes. Totally reasonable rate - we expected it to be super expensive given that it was last minute on a Friday night. While plumber was here (he repaired my toilet first ) he also repaired my garage sink faucet . He did not have washers, (????) so I had to find some of mine. One week after he left , the sink faucet still leaked. Even though it was under warranty he wanted to charge me to go buy washers. I fixed the leak with my washers , and it took 15 minutes. Also, at the time, I asked him what it would cost to unclog the drain. He said $125. I laughed. I later called Baird Plumbing and paid $25. Sink and drain now work fine!

I called because an appliance installation team refused to install my new washing machine due to a water valve that would not completely shut off.

I had a very disappointing experience with Eastlake Plumbing, and it had to do with communication more than anything. After work was completed for replacing a cold water valve, I later reached out to the company for clarification on the invoice because 1.) I couldn't read it, and 2.) it was more money than I had ever previously paid for plumbing service ever. When a manager called me back to discuss, he explained the invoice but had no interest in hearing any questions or listening to any feedback. He wouldn't allow me to finish my thoughts or ask follow-up questions. Talked over me - mansplained. Told me that I was trying to tell him how to run his business and accused me of questioning him because I wasn't hearing what I wanted to hear. Owning a professional services business myself, I would never make my customers feel small or that their feedback isn't valued. At the end of the day, people have businesses to run, and it's fine to stand by your processes and pricing. But I think there is a way to value your customers in the process - especially from leadership. Armando at Eastlake Plumbing made me feel awful and misunderstood. There is that famous quote by Maya Angelou, People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.

I needed a kitchen sink to be reconnected after adding new counters. I also asked to have a reverse osmosis system installed. I had all the parts, but needed pros to install. They were professional, needed minimal input from me (helpful since I was trying to work from home) and cost was in line with what if expect in my area.

I needed an emergency repair for my kitchen faucet over the 4th of July weekend. I called in the morning and a technician replied within 30 minutes. He arrived within the hour and the repair was done under an hour. Incredibly fast and professional service.
The only downside, which was expected but I still didn't like it, was that they charged more for weekend/holiday service. However, if you're in a bind, this is the company to call.
I am extremely happy with them and highly recommend them.
Woke up to a leaky water heater and called these guys out. This is our second time using Eastlake Plumbing and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and honestly! Sergio is awesome!!! He fixed the problem within an hour. Sergio said our water heater was fine and we didn't need a new one. Sergio was extremely pleasant and honest and we will definitely ask for him again! Contacted Eastlake Plumbing on Thursday morning and they were able to get a technician out by 1:00pm. They explained the estimate upfront and there were no surprises. They tested and replaced a faulty valve behind our fridge efficiently and professionally!
Such great service and so patient. We had so many questions about our broken water heater and the person on the phone helped answer all our questions. And to top it off Fernando, the service tech was also so friendly and informative. Thank you for helping us during a stressful time!

Wow...quick and most importantly trustworthy.
Some plumbers did not show for appointment while other diagnosed the problem through text. They said parts would take a while and suggested a new water heater. Eastlake plumbing came over...tested...and gave me a quote on what was needed. It took less than an hour to do their magic....
I will definitely use Eastlake Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
Timely response to my description of the problem and scheduled for the next work day. Plumber showed up promptly and did good work. I think they are probably a bit more expense than most, but I don't really know for sure since I have never been able to get a response from any other plumber.

Very reliable. I sent them a message on Yelp and they are very responsive! They told me that they will be avail and within 5mins, they arrived! I was pleased! They fix my shower clog in no time! Great service, efficient, friendly, informative, and punctual. I usually yelp on food and places to stay but our experience with Eastlake Plumbing was so excellent, I had to write. Our water heater broke early morning and our home repair insurance, American Shield, (btw--do not get American Shield as a home warranty company--our experience was horrendous with them), gave us 2 contractors who said they could not get to the repair until either this weekend or on Sat. Since running water is a necessity, we decided to just research a local plumber and that's where my husband found Eastlake Plumbing. They were so helpful and accommodating! They were here in a few hours and in the timeframe they said they would be. He took a look at the water heater and then left for 5 minutes to retrieve a new one. The repairman/plumber was Fernando and he was friendly and gave me updates as to what he was doing. He even had me inspect the work. We had a leak upstairs that I had him diagnose that and he ended up repairing that and replacing some parts. Save yourself any headache with businesses and this service is legit and I am impressed!

I was suppose to leave this review over a year ago for their awesome service and the awesome plumber who came out(forgot his name)! I needed a plumber in a pinch and out of about 10 companies I called, they answered and were able to help me fast! They saved me with very reasonable pricing. I've also recommended them twice and the two people who used them were very happy!
Hicups along the way, some miscommunication but appreciate Armando reaching out to correct the issue even after business hours.
I called today because a handyman came out to fix a leak issue and had no idea what he was doing. Fernando came to my house within 2-3 hours and quickly diagnosed the issues and had it repaired very promptly. I took East Lakes business card because when you handle issues with this much attention to detail and care it means a great deal. I will refer anyone with issues to them as continue to utilize them myself for projects of any size.
Price gouging at it's best. I got multiple quotes for the same job. But Eastlake Plumbing tried to tell me I need 3-4 hours worth of labors about replace everything for the very reasonable price of $600. Sigh... well a real plumber came out and addressed my issue in 20 minutes for 1/5 the price that they quoted for. Talk about trying to rip someone off.

Had a decent leak around my toilet all over my wife's new concrete tile. Chris called before he came to ensure I was good with the time and headed over. I hadn't made it home yet but he got started after he explained everything to my wife. He was quick and clean, protected the floor around his area and cleaned up after he was done. Armando came and installed my kitchen touchless faucet and he came with booties , N95 mask and gloves .felt completely safe. He did a good job and clean.

Used Eastlake Plumbing for the first time today. Needed to address several issues in our new home. Our plumber was Danny, and he was friendly, courteous, professional and clean. I received a courtesy call about 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. Danny addressed our concerns about a leak coming from our dishwasher. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed, so we're looking for a new dishwasher. We also had concerns also about leaking pipes in the ceiling crawlspace, but he examined them and assured us that they were simply rattling against the house and there was no evidence of a leak or any damage. He also replaced a faucet in our bathroom as well as repaired the handle on the toilet. He was done within 2 hours. We are satisfied with the work and the price. He also pointed out a couple of things that we will need to address in the future, but he didn't put any pressure on us or make us feel that we had to have the work done immediately.
We contacted one of the bigger name plumbing companies that service San Diego via their website, but never heard from them at all. Their loss was Eastlake Plumbing's gain. We will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Hiring a plumber, electrician, mechanic or any other trade for that matter is so stressful. Unless you personally know the person, you always have that fear in the back of your head that this person may not be giving you the best deal or may be up charging you for a simple fix. Rest easy, you've found your forever plumber in Eastlake Plumbing.
EP does it all, including 24-hr emergency service. I've used them for several different reasons, but most recently on a sewer back up in the middle of the night. Daniel was the on-call plumber for after hours. He helped us determine if the problem was serious enough to warrant emergency rates, or if it could wait until the morning when the rates would be half the amount. This gave us peace of mind and saved us so much money.
I've worked with Armando, Daniel, and Alex. You can't go wrong with any of them. They are all very professional and honest.

My wife and I had our 14 year-old hot water heater finally fail.
We noticed the many positive reviews for Eastlake Plumbing as well as their note regarding 24 hr service. I messaged them through Yelp in the evening and got an immediate response with a very reasonable quote.
Their installer showed up on time this morning, replaced our old hot water heater with a brand new one, and completed the job seamlessly. Very professional.

Our toilet and bathtub flooded Monday night. After calling two different plumbing companies - that never showed up, I reached out to Eastlake. Martin and Chris came out in less than 2 hours. They were done with the repair in an hour. They were friendly, knowledgeable and fast! They recommended a restoration company to handle the water damage - that came out within an hour!!

This is the 3rd time I've used Eastlake Plumbing and so this review is long overdue. In the past the company has installed a garbage disposal in my kitchen, unclogged several drains in my home and most recently they reset my upstairs bathroom toilet. When we moved in we had all new toilets installed and this one toilet was set too low and not sealing correctly so water was leaking. I called the company and made an appointment for another day.
The day of the appointment Eddie showed up right on time, he called me 30 minutes before just to make sure I would be home. Eddie is probably the nicest plumber you are ever going to meet. He got right to work and when the toilet had been completely removed he showed me exactly what the problem was, I really appreciated him taking the time to show me what he found before he fixed it. In total it took about 60 minutes from start to finish and I am very pleased with the results. He made sure to inspect/flush the toilet several times and left the work area very clean. This is now my go-to company for any plumbing issues and I will recommend it to everyone I know.
Eastlake plumbing has been helping me now for several years. I'm in the middle of a home remodeling project and they have come in to completely replace my water service line and re-route my gas line. They are very good to work with, and their quality is absolutely superb. They even fixed mistakes that other plumbers had made. Very highly recommended!!

So great! They had many emergencies on a busy Monday and still took the time to fit me in their schedule just to install my kitchen faucet. They are awesome, family owned and Eddie is so kind. Would definitely recommend and use again.
We needed a spigot outside our garage but had a friend who said he could do it for us. You know how that goes :-( Eastlake plumbing answered my email, very late into the evening when I realized something was terribly wrong with the work our friend had done. They sent a crew over in the morning to remedy the issue and not only do we now have a spigot outside our garage but we now have a better understanding as to how our tankless water heater works.

They called and arrived 2 hours BEFORE window, charges were $150. Clean professional, quick and reliable.

I had a clogged sewer line which was causing water to flow all over the driveway whenever the toilet was flushed. The bad things were that there was a party at the house, and it was a weekend so I needed help now.
Eastlake Plumbing arrived 20 minutes after I called. They took care of the problem, but most importantly did not leave until they were sure I would not be having any more issues with my sewer line.
It's been a couple of weeks and all remains to be good. Thank you!

The plumber is very capable and thorough. I hired him to change a faucet. After the job is done, he found out that my food processor didn't run, not because it was broke, but was stuck. And he fixed it in one minute. It was my kid who lived in that apartment. She only told me the faucet needed to be changed, so I wasn't aware of the food processor. Had the plumber not find it out, I would have gone through the process of hiring again to have it fixed. I'm very thankful!
Needed a valve repair for my washer. Messaged the business on Yelp. Got a quick reply and was able to schedule out service next day. I received a call prior to a plumber showing up from their office. Armando showed up and was friendly and fast. He set up his tools and went straight to work. In total he had the repair done in less then 45 minutes and barley spent an hour tops for getting in and out. He recommended previous to the appointment to replace both valves just to play it safe and quoted me a better price compared to a competing plumbing company for just one valve. I'd definitely use their services again. Fast, friendly, and efficient.

Up till the other day, we would have highly recommended Eastlake plumbing. The other day, we had them install two grab bars in a tile shower. First off, the plumber didn't have the correct drill bit. They charged us at a rate of 185/hour to go shopping for a new bit. The plumber drilled the first hole in 10 minutes, then called two others to help. The final three holes took over two hours to drill. They ended up charging us 555.00 Dollars in labor alone!
This job should've taken less than a half hour, for one person.

Armando listened to my issue and gave me a fair quote for the issue and a range if it turned out to be more than expected. The next day, Alex and Fernando arrived on time and were very professional and quick, they answered all my questions didn't mind that i watched them work .
Turned out the toilet clog was not superficial and they had to remove the toilet and really get to work. They worked proficiently and quickly. They were done in under an hour and left no mess. I got my receipt and guarantee of their work. 2 days later i am pleased that the issue is fixed. I would 100% recommend this company and there staff, their pricing was fair , work professional , and able to come out on very short notice.

Master Bathroom toilet was continuously running even after my many attempts to fix it. Armando arrived on time and assessed the issue right away. He explained what was needed and showed me what to do for the remaining two toilets in our home as the pipes and inner tubes may wear eventually. Hopefully our sewer bill will be less in the next month. Thank you.

I reached into the cabinet under the sink late yesterday afternoon and found that my garbage disposal was leaking. Everything under there was soaking wet. Chris from Eastlake Plumbing was here a couple of hours later and gave me what I believe to be a reasonable estimate. I wanted a specific, upgraded, disposal so I bought one from Lowes (along with a new faucet) and Chris came back first thing the next morning to install both. Both thumbs up to Eastlake plumbing. We had emergency flood during weekend, and was looked for help. The good reviews that Eastlake received is why we contact them. The owner is very responsive for all our concerns/questions since the first moment. His team is awesome, too.
