The other day I installed a dead bolt lock on my garage door. It looked nice, but the thing would not work. It actually locked once I left the garage and closed the door, but the next morning for some reason, it would not work. All of my work tools are in my garage and I was stressing out about getting to this new clients house. I called Sergio with Pelayos Handyman Service and he made time in his schedule to come over within the hour ... and fixed the problem in 10 min! Thanks Pelayos for going out of your way. like everyone else I thought I had found a reputable service..I had them dosome work 6 months ago and got a quote on some future work.. my neighbor had a plumber over and and just asked him for an estimate on the same work..upon crawinling under the house he found a leak where uncle joed had fixed and a huge pool of water.. its now costing me to repair the repair work they said they did..plus the clean up again from a pool of water under my house..

I am a plumber. I was told Fuller's has hard-to-find repair parts and they came highly recommended. Deciding to visit to find some parts, I met Robert who tried to help me. After identifying the make and model of the parts I need he showed me a catalog and told me if the parts I needed were not in the catalog, they are discontinued and are no longer available. So he didn't find them in the catalog (one item he said could be ordered, but not the other 6) and he sent me on my way. I went to another place nearby and they had EVERYTHING I needed to complete the job for my customer. I can't say Fuller's didn't help me, they tried, but I don't appreciate being told what I'm looking for doesn't exist,  especially when the parts I needed were just a little up the road. I honestly felt like I was being pushed off because they had better things to do in that moment.

We needed a plumber out to our house immediately after we were woken up to a flooded home after a pipe seemed to have burst under our kitchen sink. Aaron responded quickly and fixed the situation. The service was reasonable and Aaron was super professional. He delivered our broken parts to our house when insurance told us they needed them for evaluation. Aaron even spoke to our home owner insurance company on the phone and gave them details as to what happened so we could get the proper assessments done for the water damage our home endured. Aaron will forever be our go to plumber. We were very satisfied with his service!

The water heater broke at the place I had just moved into...  I called Tarpy Plumbing on a Sunday, they came and installed a new one the next day.  They took away the old one and left their work area tidy.  

The office staff was wonderful and didn't pressure me to make a quick decision, so I could have shopped around, but I didn't...  I doubt that I could have gotten a better price.

I would definitely use them again.

James was a total professional. Called me to let me know he was going to run a little late, wore a mask and ask permission for everything, explained everything and got the job done efficiently. He even cleaned the area after he was done. He then went out of his way to answer some questions which I very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we've hired Barragan Plumbing. Eduardo and his brother, George removed a large, gas wall heater, sealed the roof vent and secured the gas lines. They work fast and are extremely knowledgeable. This is the second time the amazing people at Bill Howe have saved the day for our family. Our sump-pump stoped working and the technician was there within hours. A new pump wasn't in stock but an incredible employee, Karla, researched all of our options and had perfect communication with the team. Even more wonderful, the technician Charles repaired our original pump and got it working without replacement. I almost don't want to write this review because I am afraid he will get too busy and I won't be able to hire him! But, he is so good and reasonable that I must! I have had him do about three jobs for me and he excelled at each. The first one was a major trench digging, pipe laying one. He came in under his reasonable estimate and after about a year and a half all is well. He is a really cool guy and it is a pleasure to have him around.

I was in search of assistance with a few of my appliances and needing help with gas line hookups. I was able to get in contact with Bryan on A SATURDAY! That alone was amazing, he was very communicative and had such a fast response time to my inquiries and what I needed done.

He was able to fit me into his schedule for same day service and came in and took care of the problem very quickly and effectively. He was honest with his work and showed me what was going on and how he was fixing it. There were No hidden fees or upsales on his work which is very hard to find these days. I really appreciate the professionalism he exhibited and the help he gave me and would highly recommend him and his business to anyone looking for help around their house with plumbing, appliance help, etc.

I called because my drain was backed up, again.  Frank showed up and after high power flushing of the drain the clog was cleared but he explained the cast iron was pretty clogged up after 70 yrs.  we decided the course of action would be to replace the cast iron with plastic pipe.  Frank was under my house getting a shopping list ready in no time.  Came back later in the afternoon with the required parts.   He showed up on time the next day, got the old out and the new installed quickly.  He explained what he was going to do, and afterward showed the aged cast iron pipes.  I know very little about plumbing but felt Frank knew what he was doing and got it done.  Thanks!

I had a great experience using Castillo to install my gas dryer.  I called on a late Friday night and was able to set up an appointment for the Saturday afternoon.  They were a bit late on the appointment but it was due to an unexpected event at the prior call; they did keep me updated a couple times on when they expected to be there though!  The price was fairly reasonable with a couple hiccups along the way.  They will still be the first ones I call for future repairs.
