These guys are awesome!! Had a hot water leak in the slab. Called a handful of companies, most were not available on the weekends. Chris replied within minutes, came after a job at 6:30 at night on a Saturday and was luckily available the next morning to make repairs. Also, quoted a few hundred less than another company. I was very lucky to have met Paul under an unfortunate event.
Due to the mold issue caused by water damage from my upper unit neighbor, I was in need of a bathroom and walk-in closet remodel. The insurance company completed the estimate quickly and provided me a claim payout then I moved on to meeting different contractors for quotes.
After meeting with six to seven contractors with quotes ranging from $11,000 to $22,000, I quickly realized that the insurance payout is 50% less than the mid-range quote. Even though this is my very first remodel I know that the insurance payout is not going to able to pay for my bathroom remodel back to a comparable setup. I did not know what to do.
After listening to my situation on insurance payout one of the contractors suggested me to talk to Paul. The contractor knows that Paul is very knowledgeable and very good with the Xactimate software.  On top of that Paul is a contractor himself so whatever the insurance adjuster miss on the estimate Paul will definitely be included in his estimate.  He told me the Xactimate software is widely used among insurance adjusters and contractors so it will be an easy comparison between the insurance estimate and the actual project cost.  This would help me greatly to get a fair payout from the insurance  
I decided to acquire Paul's services and Paul called me on Monday morning after receiving my contact info the previous Saturday afternoon.  We set up an appointment for Tuesday morning for him to access needed repair. My first impress of Paul was that he is very professional and very efficient. He is also very detail oriented, friendly and patience.  He told me that understands how difficult it to be out of your own home, which is why he wants to help and have me back to my home as soon as possible. He emailed me a 37 pages Repair Estimate the very next day and had already emailed it to my insurance adjuster.  removal).
He also did follow up call with my insurance adjuster as the adjuster is busy and hard to reach. After the communication between my insurance adjuster and Paul, my insurance adjuster sent me another check that was about 28% of the original payout. I finally was able to start my remodeling project and once the project is done I will be able to move back home.
It was totally well worth it for me to acquire Paul's services. I highly recommend anyone that is not getting a fair payout from their insurance company to acquire Paul's services.

I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service that you guys offer, I had quite a few things to be done like installing a fan with remote, Installing the carpet transition strips, Install a range hood and install an over the garage storage racks and Install curtains, oliver came in and breezed through the entire list of tasks like a whirlwind and did a fantastic job, The only one that he had not done before is the storage rack and that probably took him a wee bit more time as he had to read the instructions to install, I'm sure he hated that :). But it was done at such good speed and precision, I have nothing but only good words to say about you'll. Particular thanks to oliver. Intend using you'll for a few more things around the house sooner than later. Thanks again.

I had a broken single handle shower faucet and the only way that I could turn off the water, was going out to street and with all my strength was able to turn it off.  I decided to give CSR a shot.  They said they could come out tomorrow afternoon.  The next day, Ray and his assistant, Hector arrived on time; they were friendly and very courteous.  Immediately they attacked the problem.

What I thought was an easy fix for a pro plumber, certainly, was not.  Ray used a number of tools at his disposal in an attempt to remove an old cartridge that seemed to be molten and permanently attached to its housing.  He explained that he would be saving me money if he could remove this stubborn cartridge without damaging any other plumbing parts.  After laboring for over an hour using various tools include a drill with multiple bits, a torch, and a heated pick, he was able to dislodge the remaining parts of the old cartridge while leaving every thing else intact.  After that, he simply popped in a new cartridge, screw all parts together and voila I have shower water again!  They sealed and cleaned up all debris around and the lever operated much smoother than it had previously.

Thank you, Ray and Hector for a reasonable charge, for a job well-done, and for your honesty in saving me money.  For the first time, I felt that it was money well spent on plumbing.  I have found a keeper as far as plumbing goes.  Should I need a plumber the next time, it would be a no-brainer.  I no longer have to be stressed out about finding a plumber- it will be CSR on my first call!

We recently moved to a new house and inherited an old water softener that didn't work anymore. I contacted WPS to get a quote. They got back to me immediately, responded very patiently to all my questions, and were very quick in setting up an in-home consultation. David laid out all our options and provided useful information on the differences between them. They came to install the whole house filtration system + drinking water system a couple of weeks after the initial consultation. It's been almost two weeks and we are very happy so far. The water quality has significantly improved and we notice a huge difference now when we run the dishwasher or the washing machine. Attempted to repair the toilet with a Quick and Easy repair kit. After several unsuccessful attempts and flooding the bathroom three times, I couldn't get the water to shut off.

Woke up one morning to find a large pooling of water in our lower field. I was able to locate the the water main leak to the edge of the asphalt driveway, but lost it from there. Not wanting to tear up the whole driveway, I started looking for leak detection companies in my area. The first I called, never returned my call, the second had a 4 day wait, then I found Acculine. I called and had a call back within about 20 minutes, and was able to schedule later in the day.

The owner, Chris, gave me a written estimate, and contacted me when he was enroute. He arrived promptly, and punctual on the time we agreed.
He explained the leak detection procedure, and had the leak located within about 15 minutes. He even allowed me to listen to the area where the leak was detected.

The next day I dug out the area where he had located, and the water main and leak were in that exact location, saving me from having to tear out the driveway on an exploratory expedition. He was well worth what he charges, His charges were also in line with other leak detection companies.
Unfortunately these days, it's sometimes hard to find service companies with honesty and integrity. I was lucky to find Acculine with such fine qualities.

I called about a clogged kitchen sink and Denver was able to come a few hours later. He was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the sink in a short time and cleaned the whole area when he was done. It was a good experience all around and I would definitely recommend them!!

Our kitchen faucet was faulty and had a leak that was pooling up under the sink cabinet.  I called Bill, he told me a good brand to get (Moen), I picked it up at Home Depot and he came over that same day and installed it.  Good advice, fast service!
