Cesar was absolutely amazing! Hired him to replace our water heater a while back and trying to catch up on reviewing great businesses in the area. He was reasonably priced, very quick to respond/give an estimate/come to complete the job. He was kind, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I called David after I had two other plumbers give me an estimate on an emergency job. The two estimates were extremely high and didn't feel that either had really looked for a solution to the problem.  Basically, they wanted to repipe my entire house!  

After reading all of the Yelp reviews, I called David.  He went right away to assess the problem and phoned within an hour of my call. It was only one small pipe that was broken!  

David is honest, polite, efficient, professional and won't sell you something you don't need.  

I would use his services again and highly recommend you call David if you need a reliable plumber.  I take that back,  call David if you need the BEST reliable plumber.

My kitchen sink was clogged up and the owner (Javier) came out the following day to look at the problem himself as his team was backed up for the rest of the week. Javier was very professional and friendly. Our clogged drain was unfortunately a more complex issue because of the type of plumbing we have with sharp 90 degree turns where everything was getting stuck so it wasn't a fast easy fix. Javier even crawled under our house to see what was going on as we have ABS piping that should normally not back up. Now that's service! I highly recommend Javier and Get Rooter & Pluming. Price was extremely fair for everything he did and the time he took to resolve our issue. Thanks Javier!

Point Loma Electric and Plumbing are amazing! We hired them for our historic home because of their specialized experience with such homes. They did a fantastic job. They added recessed lights, ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, and additional outlets. Mike Brito, one of their electricians, was especially amazing. They are very easy to schedule and communicate with. They show up on time and produce very high-quality work. They have been some of the best contractors we have ever worked with. We give them our highest recommendation!

I had a toilet that backed up on a Friday night with guests in the house.  I called John Padilla Plumbing.  The phone person was very pleasant, took my information and their tech Oliver called me right back.  He was here within 30 minutes and unplugged my toilet right away.  Oliver was great to work with.  Enthusiastic and left my toilet area spotless.  I recommend John Padilla Plumbing and Oliver highly to anyone with plumbing needs.

I ended up using Blue Planet Thanksgiving weekend because I pressed the call icon for their business rather than a plumber I have used in the past for emergencies. What a lucky mistake! I received great customer service on the phone and Jake was at our house within a couple hours. He got our drain cleared and I was able to run the dishwasher! Thank you Blue Planet!

There is no question why this company has five stars. From the scheduling to the appointment, everything went without a hitch. Victoria was thorough in communicating with me regarding scheduling, and Paul is without a doubt a master of his craft. I had a clogged tub for which I called another tech to help a couple months ago, and this last week it was already twice as bad as it was (which after he fixed it, it still didn't drain well). Paul worked his magic and the drain clears 100%, no pooling whatsoever. He even saw that I had a hand injury and cleaned the tub for me. What a sweetheart. He was awesome, professional, and skilled to no end. Thank you Brian and staff for being our now favorite plumbing company.

I called a few plumbers, and left a few messages, when I called Steve he picked up immediately, was very friendly, and was to my place in a few hours. I had a clogged drain on 2 connecting sinks an auger wouldn't get to due to a T fitting, so Steve tapped directly into the drain in a discrete location, and added some custom piping to allow him, and myself in the future, to auger out any bad clogs. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, did great work, and didn't try to rip me off. I strongly recommend calling him if you need a plumber.

This plumbing business is great. Neat, honest and reliable, as well as reasonable in price. I had the same work done by a well known plumbing company, and I am happy to say Plumbing & drains did the same job for 1/4 of the price. They could have made some money off of me by telling me I needed a new water heater that I have had for over 20 years. The plumber told me even though my heater was old, since there were no leaks, there was really no need to replace it. I will definitly cally them again when I need a plumber and will also use them when I do need the water heater replaced.

Ok, I've hired Bob about 4 times now and I've finally gotten around to a deserving review for him. If you want very responsive & professional plumbing service for a fair price, then this is the guy to call. I've always been able to reach him immediately and schedule within 24-48 hrs for a non-emergency plumbing issue. Fast, efficient, no-nonsense, straightforward work. He's my one and only plumber.

Enoch K. was the technician who serviced our AC and heating system, today. He was promptly on time and even called us to let us know he was almost at our residence. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and respectful. He didn't excellent job and is a definite asset to Sherlock Heating and Air-conditioning.

Sent pictures from the sink that was falling from the wall and got a $120 quote to FIX it. 5 min after he arrived he said the job was done and I went to check it and the only thing that he did was add A LOT of silicone around it and when I questioned if it was going to work the answer was I can come here to do one more service to remove the sink and fix it because now I do not have the material. He said that we agreed doing silicone but the truth is he only said $120 to FIX it. I guess an honest person after seeing that wasn't able to actually FIX it should discuss the situation and then charge the 5min visit not the job that was done. I had a really good handyman coming over that actually FIXED it and explained the job and also said the crazy amount of silicone just made things worse.
Do not recommend.

Did not get a call by the end of the next business day (assigned to me by my home warranty service). I called them the following day , they said they would be out the next day. I called the next day at the end of the day end the plumber said he got tied up on a job and would be out the next day. JUAN showed up and within minutes of starting the job JUAN was making comments about the home inspector that inspected the home I had just purchased , leading me to believe there may be hundreds or thousands of dollars in repairs necessary, made an attempt to unclog the drain and couldn't do it. He then told me I would have to tear out a wall and gave me the business card of a company that could do the demo work and probably make it so that my insurance company could remodel my bathroom. I suggested calling my insurance agent and JUAN advised against it stating that they are there to deny claims. JUAN suggested I have the demo/restoration company look at it first and have them deal with my insurance company. Needless to say I had no confidence in JUAN and questioned JUAN'S integrity. What JUAN didn't know is that I investigate insurance fraud. I voiced my concerns to my home warranty company, they sent an honest plumber out for a second opinion and he remedied the problem in less than 20 minutes. I have kept the phone number of the Honest plumber and will call him to assist with any future items not covered by warranty and will certainly request him to be assigned if I have any plumbing problems in the future. It is a shame that Romans rooter uses JUAN to represent them. JUAN'S  dishonest Business practices give the trade a bad name.
