This guy was great!!!! He came and had our clogging issues in our second floor bathroom fixed quick and fast and he was so polite. Will be going to him for all future needs!!

I recently used Get Rooter & Plumbing to replace a failing water shutoff and I couldn't be more pleased with their service!

Point Loma Electric was beyond amazing. I called first thing on Monday and got a 4 hour timeslot later that day and then got a call within an hour saying their team had finished up early and could come by. This was to fix an old smoke alarm on 15ft vaulted ceilings.

When Mike & Frank arrived they were extremely polite, professional and helpful. As PLE claimed, the team had everything they needed (no store run to get the parts). Mike and Frank were fantastic and solved the problem immediately. I always respect and appreciate people who are honest and not just trying to upsell you. I will definitely be using PLE in the future!

We are in the process of selling our home. In the home inspection, there was a small issue that needed to be fixed with the water heater. We called John Padilla Plumbing based on the good reviews. They were out at the house within hours and fixed the issue. Javier was our tech and was very professional, friendly, and prompt.

Yes one star and that is only because they work on Sundays and did not charge extra due to the weekend.  I was experiencing low water pressure at my kitchen faucet and I knew it was due to the valve being corroded and not being able to turn completely on.  I considered trying it myself, but was concerned due to a copper fitting going to my dishwasher and not being adept at plumbing and being able to properly fix that if I broke that connection.  Other than that, it seemed pretty easy to repair on my own, but decided to get a quote.  Blue Planet came out and informed me that they could repair it the next day since they did not have the correct valve.  I thought about letting them do it since I thought it was not a major repair and would be pretty easy and inexpensive to repair.  WRONG!

Quote was $249.50.  When my mouth dropped, the repairman said he would drop it to $249.00 and that would include him turning off the water supply and draining the system.  (That would be going out to the front yard and moving a valve 45 degrees while having a faucet turned on).  Yes, I know pretty scary stuff.  When I told him I would wait he looked at his book and at a second price listed and told me he could do it for $204.00.  (Why couldn't I get that price the first time?)  That would be $189.00 for the repair and of course, would include a $15.00 'Truck Operation Surcharge.  HUH????  $15.00 for them to drive their truck here to complete a repair?  Are you serious?  I have to tell you I seriously thought about calling the police for a crime report.  

Well, I called a friend that offered to help me and went to Home Depot for the part, which cost a whopping $18.00.  My friend came over and walked me through the repair and in about 90 minutes we had it complete.  A few minor problems, but easily fixed.  You could even You Tube it if you don't have friends that can do plumbing.

Now I know a real plumber could have completed the job in probably 30 minutes and granted they would supply the part, but $249.50????  Now, there is the argument that this is the market rate, but I also believe in a fair price for fair work.  I am not necessarily saying Blue Planet is a bad company or they are not charging what other companies would charge.  But if you want your company to stand out then use common sense.  Gouging people just because you can is not good service.  Two different prices and a truck operations charge?  I just wonder what the owner would say if a company did this to his/her mother?

I was told that the condensate and water leakage on my AC as due to low Freon and a possible leak by Castillo Plumbing and HVAC and quoted an exorbitant amount for a leak detection test (LDT).  I wanted a second opinion and posted my requirements on Yelp.  Bruner called me back within 20 minutes and had me describe our symptoms over the phone.  

He was able to assure us that it was probably pointless to do an LDT, because if we had a leak it would cost us half the price of getting the unit replaced, to fix it.  

He walked us through a couple of troubleshooting steps over the phone at no cost and mentioned that it may be as simple as a dirty air-filter.  Once I've run the troubleshooting and replaced the air-filter, I will  absolutely be calling BRS Mechanical for any further troubleshooting, to top up our low Freon, as well as for all our future maintenance needs on the A/C as well as our heater.  Bruner, you've made a customer for life with your absolute professionalism and depth of knowledge and your willingness to help us over the phone instead of quoting us another maintenance call to help diagnose our issue.  

You've restored my faith that 2020 may not be an absolute, complete dumpster-fire after all!

I live in a downtown condo. He needed to snake one of my bathrooms. He was quick, clean, and affordable. I'd recommend him and I'll actually use him again

We had all of our lines backed up. Plus an event the next day in our home so the stress was through the roof. In comes Xtreme Drainworks to save the day. They showed up in less than 2 hours. Then had the whole problem fixed in less than 2 hours with a very reasonable bill. I will use them every time.

Excellent service.  Called on a Saturday, made an appointment for Monday, Steve and 2 helpers arrived on time and went right to work after I showed them the leak coming from the 2nd story shower drain.  They had all the correct tools, supplies and knowledge to finish the job in less than 2 hours at a price I felt was fair (or I would have done it myself).  I watched it all and was even happier I contracted Steve when I saw the additional roadblocks they encountered during the repair work - this would have taken me all day and at least 3 trips for plumbing supplies and would not have been as quality of a job as the preformed work I gladly paid to have done.
I found Steve's plumbing in a search for Santee plumbing online and lucked out getting an honest and local company.

This plumbing business is great. Neat, honest and reliable, as well as reasonable in price. I had the same work done by a well known plumbing company, and I am happy to say Plumbing & drains did the same job for 1/4 of the price. They could have made some money off of me by telling me I needed a new water heater that I have had for over 20 years. The plumber told me even though my heater was old, since there were no leaks, there was really no need to replace it. I will definitly cally them again when I need a plumber and will also use them when I do need the water heater replaced.

He showed up here quickly even though there were two jobs ahead of me.  He fixed my problem quickly and gave me a lot of useful information as well.  Gave me a great price for the visit too!  

Although I have not had a lot of extensive work done by him yet, I am definitely 100% positive I will be calling him again to do some work in my bathroom and some maintenance work that needs to be done.  Bob was very friendly and polite too.

I am happy to have a plumber now!

Dylan and Jesus (along with their colleague Victor for 1 day) installed a new central air system, and they were in and out in two days, working around some client meetings that I needed quiet for, and keeping up a great workflow and attitude the whole time. I interviewed a couple of other companies, and Nate, the sales officer who came out, gave me a better impression from the start. The follow through did not disappoint. We required drywall work in our garage after a drain pipe was replaced.
Gabe was highly recommended. Pictures were sent along with a request for a bid. Gabe was able to set an early date and time for the work to be done. He informed us of the process and understood the fire codes required. Gabe came prepared with equipment, materials, texture and completed the work the same day. Roman was very nice and knowledgeable.  He unclogged our main sewer line quickly and even showed how the line should look and provide tips on how to prevent a reoccurrence.  I was recommended to him via my Home warranty after I had a no call back from another plumber before the memorial day weekend.  Which left me with a sewer water covered floor.  Thank you for coming out that day to fix the problem in a very timely manner.  Very professional.
